3403 – June 12, 2024 – The “ACTS” of Congress – BEWARE of the “Sustain Act.” It was passed surreptitiously in what basically amounts to a quiet insurrection. Some republicans (dems too?) in US House were not even aware that it had passed as it was hidden DEEP in an appropriations bill. Mindy Patterson of The Cavalry Group helps Beth Ann explain what it means. Keep Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 open so you can attend our “Bring America Home” conference. Keep an eye on our website for info and updates.

The post The “ACTS” of Congress appeared first on CSC Talk Radio.

[00:00:00] Hey, where you going? I gotta get home. America, it's time to come home. It's time to come home! By bringing common sense back into the nonsense. Welcome to Common Sense Coalition Talk Radio, where America comes home.

[00:00:21] Down this dirt road you're gonna find determination and grit, opinions that matter, and a big ol' helping of good discernment. And now, the woman that wishes the DC Occupiers would stop making her use her mom voice. Do not make me come down there!

[00:00:35] Here's your host and the voice of common sense, Beth Ann. And I welcome you today to CSC Talk Radio. It is my honor, my privilege, and my pleasure to be here with you today.

[00:00:46] We're gonna go straight to the Lord in Prayer. We have, as I promised you yesterday, Mindy Patterson will be with us today, and there's a lot to talk about. Let's have, let's go to the Lord in Prayer for such a time as this.

[00:00:59] Heavenly Father, we come before you with grateful hearts for the many blessings you have given us. We know blessings we do not deserve. Father, for lifting us up when we are down, for rejoicing with us when we celebrate.

[00:01:18] For your love and your grace and your mercy always. Thank you. Father, we do praise you for who you are. And we do come humbly before you. May we be repentant of our own sins, as well as the sins of this country that we are living in.

[00:01:45] I pray, Father, that we can have a change of leadership. Not just for the change of leadership, but men and women that will seek your direction first. Father, I ask for your protection around President Donald J. Trump and all of his family.

[00:02:08] Give them strength, Father, and courage. They are a strong lot. It does appear on the outside. But I don't know if they weep at night. But I pray that you will let them feel your presence.

[00:02:23] And I pray for those who are being held hostage, the J-6ers that are being held hostage, other people in this country, as we find out there is an awful lot of injustice. I pray that they will feel your presence.

[00:02:40] I pray for the hostages in war, that they will feel your presence. Father, again we thank you for the blessings that you have given to each and every one of us. And I pray with a grateful heart that CSE Talk Radio is still here.

[00:02:58] You and I both know it's cut you go every month. But yet we remain, and I believe it is your will. So Father, may we go forth with wisdom and love and patience.

[00:03:12] May we have the stamina it's going to take to fight the fight that needs to be fought. May we have the endurance. As your scripture says to us, Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial.

[00:03:27] For when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. And also in Isaiah, But they who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with the wings like eagles.

[00:03:44] They shall run and not grow weary. They shall walk and not faint. Father, may we run and not be weary. May we walk and not faint. For such a time as this, may we be strong in the Lord and be of good courage. One of my favorite hymns.

[00:04:04] May we stand in your strength and your righteousness. In Jesus name I pray, Amen. The fight to restore liberty in America is just beginning. It's not going to end with November 5th election. It's going to just start.

[00:04:21] That might be discouraging to you, my own, my gosh, more of this. Those in power will not willingly or peacefully capitulate to the American people's will. They don't like that consent of the governed phrase in the Declaration of Independence.

[00:04:36] There are times I feel encouraged and then there are times I feel we are facing a losing battle. It isn't in my nature to give up and I pray it isn't in your nature either. We need each other in order to stay strong and vigilant. We need God.

[00:04:55] The acts of Congress, as they pretend to care about such things as climate change, which is a hoax, abortion, which is murder. The Ukraine border is very important but ours is not.

[00:05:07] Slavery that happened over 150 years ago was on their tongues while they ignored the slavery of today as the United States of America is now number one in human trafficking. Gun control. Gun control.

[00:05:22] They have to sit and plot and think how best can we infringe and restrict land control for the sake of preservation? They are extremely concerned about freedom of speech, you know that misinformation thing, and they will decide what is true and what is fake news.

[00:05:40] On one side of the aisle they'll make up or buy fake misinformation to frame a sitting president and then they'll impeach him. And then on the other side of the aisle they make a lot of noise, but they do very little to stop the Democrat bullies.

[00:05:55] Headlines for today. Media laptop dogs. I think we all know where that one was going. How the Dems are planning to derail a second term of Trump. Did you know that the U.S. Consulate in Sydney, Australia was attacked by Hamas anti-Israel, pro-Hamas anti-Israel protesters?

[00:06:18] I didn't hear anything on the news last night about it, but I saw an article about it. What is the old saying? It would take an act of Congress.

[00:06:27] The term act of Congress is sometimes used just to as an informal speech to indicate that something for which getting permission to is going to be very burdensome next to impossible. But Congress acts all the time.

[00:06:40] The problem is their acts do nothing to help the American people or to secure preserved liberty, but their acts do the opposite. My substack on Monday was titled The Quiet Insurrection.

[00:06:54] I encourage you to read it. Sign up for the substack. It's free. You can donate if you want to. You don't have to. And earlier this week we talked about an act of Congress. It was called Count the Crimes to Act Congress of 2024. It was bipartisan, you remember?

[00:07:15] Today we're going to learn about another act of Congress. It's called the Sustain Act. The battle for freedom and liberty in America is about restoration. But do you know what you're going to battle to restore? Hint. It's not democracy.

[00:07:35] And we don't need another act from Congress. We need them to stop acting. With that I'm going to bring on Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group. Mindy, I know you're worn out. You've been running everywhere and then you came home and had some sick animals.

[00:07:49] How are you doing, girl? I am worn out, but like you I'll never give up. So my question for you, Beth Ann, is how long have you talked about Agenda 21? Oh my gosh, since the beginning. I mean, Derry was talking about it when I worked for him.

[00:08:06] I learned about it a long time ago. And yes, all these acts of Congress, they're all somehow, somehow some way connected to that.

[00:08:15] And I know that C.J. Hadley in Range Magazine has always talked about it and pulled back the veil on the truth as well as you and many others.

[00:08:25] But I am here to report that despite all of our efforts, combined efforts, once again I'm here to beat the drum about fair and honest elections. Because if we don't have fair and honest elections, we can't change the course for our country, period.

[00:08:43] No matter how many times we talk about the problems, we can't bring about change until we put people in office who are willing to stand up for our founding principles and the Constitution.

[00:08:55] Oh, you're absolutely right. And Mindy, you and I both know one man, and I believe in Donald Trump, he's not going to be the savior by himself. No.

[00:09:07] We've got to get him in there. But it has to be all the people around him and it has to be who these representatives are in Congress. And it's going to take time to clear them out.

[00:09:16] And I'm worried about the American people having the sustainability to stick in there because we've got to vote them all out. My thing is to vote out every single Democrat and then we'll start towing out the Republicans.

[00:09:33] That's what I'm in. That's what I was saying. Then we start to calling them out too. You're listening to CST Talk Radio. This is Beth Anne with Mindy Patterson, the acts of Congress. I'm getting tired of them. We'll be right back.

[00:12:14] BethAnn has been behind the microphone for almost 30 years, fighting to bring America home. She brings her unique perspective, drawing from her many life experiences and her love for God and country.

[00:12:25] As a young girl her family moved from the big city to a small rural community where she would grow up, marry her husband, and together raise five sons.

[00:12:32] Along the way, she worked in factories, retail, sales and medical clinic and now lights up the airwaves on CSE Talk Radio. As the DC occupiers continue to drive our society into socialism and anarchy, the message to bring America home grows more crucial by the day.

[00:12:49] BethAnn brings that message with contagious passion wherever she speaks. Schedule BethAnn to speak to your group today by calling 5-7-3-7-9-6-2-1-6-6. And we have returned to listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is BethAnn.

[00:13:08] Just one example here, Mindy, before we start talking about that act, that Sustained Act. I had an article came in yesterday, I believe it was, and it's talking about those who are running to replace Mitt Romney. And there's three of them, John Curtis and he's a climate hawk.

[00:13:32] So he's going after everything wonderful and great of climate change. In other words, he's a bad guy. And then the Riverton Mayor, Trent Staggs, and Trump is endorsing him. And then there's another one, Brad Wilson.

[00:13:49] So in this, as soon as you know that they are fighting for climate change, you need to take them off the agenda. They're not, you can't vote them in. Don't vote them in.

[00:14:01] So this is something, and also I want to remind my listeners before we get into our conversation really deep, that we are going to talk about elections somewhat at the conference, the Bring America Home Conference, September 14th.

[00:14:14] And Linda Rance is going to talk about that on the counting of the votes. So it's important that you get involved. And she is teaching people going around the country, teaching people and others,

[00:14:30] they're having sessions on how to count the paper ballots, how to count the votes when you go into the election booth. So volunteer and help. She's not telling you how to do it fraudulently. She's telling you how to do it correctly.

[00:14:45] So with that, I do want to talk about this Sustained Act that you mentioned to me earlier in the week. The other act that I was telling you about, Mindy, it's just so crazy and it's bipartisan, you know?

[00:15:00] But basically they're admitting that they have too many federal laws. And so they're going to categorize them and define them. They're not going to get rid of any of them. They're going to define them, and that's going to make everything much, much better and stop all the fraud.

[00:15:14] Well, it's not because they're the ones that do the fraud and they're the ones who write the laws. And I have an old friend that used to say those who write the laws practice the laws.

[00:15:22] So you were telling me about this Sustained Act, and I want my listeners to hear about it. Well, I was there in Washington, D.C. last week to work on issues related to our members.

[00:15:36] And right now there's a bill which I've touched base with you about and I'll talk more about later called Goldie's Act, which unfortunately was amended to the House version of the Farm Bill.

[00:15:45] And I wanted to meet with the Senate Agriculture Committee to discuss what the bill really does and why it's important to keep it off the Farm Bill. But during the course of my time there, before I started my week,

[00:16:02] I was over the weekend speaking at an American Agri-Women conference. And one of my fellow American Agri-Women said to me out of the blue, have you ever heard of the Sustains Act? And I said, well, it sounds familiar, but I haven't looked into it.

[00:16:20] She said, well, I think we need to because it is basically to implement Agenda 21-2030 through the Department of Agriculture, through USDA. That's all she told me and I did a deep dive into what it's about and found out that it passed already.

[00:16:43] And it was fast-tracked and passed quietly through the Agriculture Appropriations Bill in 2023. And again, quietly being the key word because that's how it's being promoted and now everybody is going to be implemented through USDA. Well, the Sustains Act, the bill number was H.R. 2606 and Sustains stands for

[00:17:15] sponsoring USDA sustainability targets in agriculture to incentivize Natural Solutions Act of 2021. So this has been around since 2021. 2021 like Agenda 21. And guess who's the main sponsor? Who was the main sponsor of this bill? I'm not sure. Glenn Thompson, who is the current chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.

[00:17:44] Well, isn't that special? Not even close. I am so upset about it. I'm not going to lie. We all should be upset about it. People need to understand that the Sustains Act is a very important act. Language matters.

[00:18:03] And the article you sent me, it says the USDA announces progress. It's progress, you know, on newly authorized climate programs. As soon as you hear climate programs, climate change, it is unconstitutional and it is anti-liberty. Yep, anti-sovereignty.

[00:18:25] So let me just give you the bullet point of what this will do. This bill, the Sustains Act, authorizes the Natural Resources Conservation Service to accept contributions of non-federal funds to support a broader range of conservation programs. Those are public-private partnerships.

[00:18:45] It's going to allow non-governmental organizations to write big fat checks to push their climate change agenda through the USDA, which will be implementing this.

[00:18:57] The second bullet point is that the Sustains Act authorizes the Service to accept non-federal contributions of funds to support certain programs, such as the Environmental Quality Incentives Program and Conservation Stewardships Program. Sounds so great, right? But we all know that those programs get hijacked by the left.

[00:19:17] Number three, this bill expands the authority to include other conservation programs, including those that address climate change, carbon sequestration, wildlife habitat improvement and protection of drinking water nationwide. They're coming for our water. They're coming for our land, all under the guise of climate change. Yes.

[00:19:42] This bill also makes other changes to the administration of contributed funds, such as by allowing the Service to match contributions and permitting contributors to designate funds for use in a specific program or geographic area.

[00:19:58] The final point that this makes that is extremely concerning, a lot of these things can be implemented at the behest of the sole discretion of the Secretary of Agriculture. He's not a good guy. No. Never has been a good guy. Correct.

[00:20:16] And yet there is, and I'm not going to name them, but there is some farm organizations that are supposed to be advocates that really liked him when he was in there the first time. They thought it was going to really do something. It was OCM and ARCAF.

[00:20:33] They were really hopeful. I said I wouldn't name them, but I did. I don't think ARCAF really liked him, but OCM was kind of on board with him, and he is a bad dude. He's a bad dude, and he puts bad dudes around him.

[00:20:46] Well, ARCAF doesn't support this. No, I'm sure they don't. ARCAF is vehemently against all of these things in the Sustains Act. The other aside that I need to mention is, and again, these seem like divine intervention to me.

[00:21:03] I usually stay at a certain hotel on Capitol Hill, and that certain hotel was booked up solid. Turns out the reason why is because there was an event there called the Global Impact Forum where Tom Vilsack was speaking.

[00:21:19] I looked at the videos from this forum, and the moderator who introduced Tom Vilsack before he spoke talked about how great Vilsack has been. He's the longest running Secretary of Agriculture in the history of the U.S., because he was, of course, Secretary of Ag under Obama.

[00:21:43] Yes, and that's what I was talking about was that era. But here comes the punchline. The moderator introduced Vilsack as someone who has regularly collaborated with Samantha Powers. And if you don't remember who she is, she is Cass Sunstein's wife.

[00:22:00] Cass Sunstein was Obama's regulatory czar, and Samantha Powers has been involved in all kinds of U.N. policies, World Economic Forum activities, and she has become Tom Vilsack's wingman. None of this is good for America. None of this is good for sovereignty. These people have a jump start.

[00:22:30] There are things that will be implemented through USDA that most Americans will be completely unaware of until these things are gone. No consent of the governed, is there? Correct. Well, just in the little article that you sent me, the language was telling.

[00:22:46] It starts out here in this one paragraph. Farmers, ranchers and forest landowners are a part of the solution to climate change, and they need trusted information to navigate emerging carbon market options. I mean, what's that say to you? Just that alone? More government.

[00:23:05] Yes, exactly. More government, less liberty. Less sovereignty. Yep. They're after your land, my friends. This is not a joke. It's not a pretend. It's not... We're not conspiracy theorists. It's in black and white what they're going to do.

[00:23:22] They're going to regulate, restrict, license you, permit you, whatever you want to call it, to take your land. You won't be able to choose anything anymore. You're listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Bethann with Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group, and we'll be right back.

[00:27:56] That's MyPillow.com and the promo code is Bethann. And we have returned to listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Bethann with Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group.

[00:28:10] Mindy, I know that you already know this, but I've just kind of written down here that the acts of Congress, things like this, people don't even know it's happened. We don't even know what they're doing. That is the quiet insurrection. Yeah.

[00:28:26] They're taking over and they're screaming of democracy. We were never a democracy. Right. We weren't supposed to be a democracy. This is part of the quiet insurrection, and what they are doing is unconstitutional.

[00:28:39] And it's an unconstitutional attack or infringement upon our liberties, our Bill of Rights, our land, everything. They hate us. And I'm not just saying Democrats. I mean, look at people like Romney and Cheney and others that we know that they're up there all haughty and mighty.

[00:29:01] And they worship this establishment government they've created. It's an oligarchy. And we sit here and they do these acts of Congress against us. And they think we have no power. But I know you've been watching Trump's crowds and there's something about them that are different than 2016 and 2020.

[00:29:27] Do you agree with that? Oh, definitely. And it isn't Trump alone that they're afraid of. It's those crowds. It's we the people. They know we're on to their dastardly deeds. Well, that is a fact.

[00:29:43] And it's very reflected in whenever I go to Washington, D.C., it's very difficult to make meetings and make appointments with our lawmakers now. You know, when COVID was happening, obviously the Hill was shut down.

[00:30:02] And when it was opened back up, there were all these new protocols that made it very difficult to get appointments. And, you know, even still to this day, if you call a congressional office, you don't necessarily get a live person on the phone.

[00:30:19] You have to leave a message. Then you have to wait a few days for them to call you back or they'll give you an email address to email and correspond via email. And keep in mind, I go to the Hill regularly.

[00:30:30] So I call my contacts and leave messages. But I'll be honest, my contacts of last year or the year before and we're talking deputy chief of staff, senior staffers, it's a revolving door. They leave. They take new positions. There is a constant.

[00:30:52] I think the I read somewhere that the average span of time that staffers are there on the working on the Hill is about 18 months. So you're constantly dealing with this effort to try and make an appointment to see and visit with our representatives.

[00:31:09] Those are those are the people's house, you know, all the house and Senate office buildings. You know, there there are buildings. And they're making it very difficult for us to go sit down and meet with our representative. What's interesting is that it was blamed.

[00:31:27] All of this rigmarole was blamed on covid. But it was really the January 6th mass that has prompted, I believe, a lot of these additional protocols to make it nearly impossible for us to go and meet with our reps and senators.

[00:31:45] It's all by design. And I have to add to and this may seem very out in the periphery, but the city is looking terrible. I've gone to Washington, D.C. now for over 15 years as a federal registered lobbyist for on behalf of the cavalry group members.

[00:32:07] And everything is looking awful. I mean, it's there's excrement on the streets. It may as well be San Francisco. There's homeless people, vagrants. The buildings look tired.

[00:32:21] You know, I brought with me an aviculture specialist from Idaho to spend some time with me on the Hill for a couple of days to talk about some of the overreach by USDA. He'd never been to Washington, D.C. before.

[00:32:35] And he at one point, he said, I don't know how much more I can take. This place looks awful. I mean, what are they doing with our tax dollars? We're supposed to be the shining city on the hill here. That's what Trump said.

[00:32:48] Yeah, Trump said it's just it's a wreck. It's just it's a disgrace. Yes, it's third world. It is. And yet they go into the nice little building there and ignore everything outside. Yep. It's they're in a bubble and they're not in touch with the American people.

[00:33:04] It is a disgrace. And I I couldn't help but wonder, you know, occasionally you see these families who were there on their summer vacation taking their kids to go visit Washington, D.C. and meet with their reps and senators.

[00:33:18] And I just couldn't help but feel a little bit of a cringe effect because it's like, wow, this is hey, we're not looking our best here. This isn't this isn't normal, but it's just awful. And everything looks tired and sad.

[00:33:35] And it's and it's to me they're doing it to denigrate and wear us out. It's kind of a subliminal message, if you will. But I don't know, it just really starts to wear you down.

[00:33:47] And also I left my hotel room one night to go grab dinner with a friend. And I was as I was getting into my Uber, the bell cap said to me, make sure you're back before sunset because crimes getting pretty bad around these parts. It's awful.

[00:34:04] I never used to feel this way visiting our nation's capital. And look, I'm not naive. I don't have rose colored glasses on at all. I know we always need to be safe and mindful of where we are. And all of that stuff. Crime is always a factor.

[00:34:23] But if it's that bad where the hotel, you know, bells ringing, be careful. Get back here, you know, before it's sunset just to be safe. Good Lord. So those are just, you know, un consequential things that may not necessarily matter to your listeners. But it all adds up.

[00:34:45] It all, you know, adds up to me. It's just really troubling what's going on in our country. Well, the extramarine that you talked about on the streets, that is exactly what the representatives and senators think of the American people. Yeah. They don't care.

[00:35:02] And these acts of Congress that they like this sustain act like this other act that was just stupid. Chip Roy did it. He's in on it. He's in on it. And it's just dumb.

[00:35:13] You know, like I still say send some erasers up there with them when you elect them and whether they get reelected or not depends on how much eraser comes back. We need to get rid of some bills, not create new ones. Amen.

[00:35:26] Let's just enforce the laws we have. I'd love to see Trump put a moratorium on new legislation kind of like he did with new regulations. Remember his rule? Yes. New regulation that goes through. Two or a gun. Take away two? Yes.

[00:35:42] Well, what we need to do and if I wished he was in here, I wish Trump would come in here and speak to me. I'm going to ask him questions nobody else asks him.

[00:35:54] And I want to know, you know, why can't we just get rid of the Department of Education, the Department of Agriculture? Why can't we just get rid of them? They're not doing us any good. There's a multitude of these departments and these departments have departments. Yeah.

[00:36:12] And we are the American people don't know about it, but we're paying for it. We can't we barely make it, but they make sure they make it OK. They they take care of the establishment. I wrote an article last Friday, I think governing governing like gangsters.

[00:36:32] Isn't that how you see what they're doing? I mean, what they've trumped through what Hunter is going through. Hunter is a criminal and that's just a it's just it's just a ploy. It's just a distraction.

[00:36:45] But we've watched what they've done to Trump since day one and they're planning it again. And if the American people don't put a stop to it, they're going to crucify this man again if they don't assassinate him.

[00:36:59] And and that'll be a telltale to us because they're going to say you either stay on your side of that street over there with that extramarine on the floor on the ground or we're going to have your life. We're going to make your life miserable.

[00:37:14] They hate us and we need to realize we the boss, not them. We the boss and vote them out. Get him out of there. Every one of them. Anyway, you got me all riled up. Yeah. It's worth getting riled up about. It is.

[00:37:30] We got to stay riled up. That's how we keep our energy going. You're listening to CSE Talk Radio. This is Bethann with Mindy Patterson. I'm telling you folks, we've got to wake up, but it's not enough to wake up and smell the coffee.

[00:41:04] In her new book, The American Crisis Continues, Beth Ann elaborates on the crises America faces today. Invasion at the border. Insurrections. Lawlessness. Climate change. And the cry for democracy. These are the times that try men's souls. Thomas Paine's words continue to speak to Americans today.

[00:41:26] We the people, once again find ourselves under tyranny. In The American Crisis Continues, you'll glean wisdom from our Founding Fathers and an understanding why belief in Creator God is the foundation of this nation. Liberty is always in the hands of the people,

[00:41:44] but first it must be a longing and a lust within their hearts. The American Crisis Continues is a must read. Order your copy today at csetalkradio.com or amazon.com. And we have returned to listening to CSE Talk Radio.

[00:42:06] This is Beth Ann with Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group. And we are in our final segment of the fastest hour of the day. Mindy, we have the documents in front of us. Our Founding Fathers did the hard work.

[00:42:25] And I think the problem now is we the people don't understand. And it's not because it's complicated. It's because we don't take the time to understand these documents. The Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights. And everything we need is right there.

[00:42:45] Everything that are elected in Congress, the acts of Congress, everything that's in there they ignore. What do you think? Where should we start? Well, honestly it's our youth. Our young people need to understand true American history and civics. Our founding principles.

[00:43:09] The left has been very patient for the last 15, I'm sorry, the last 50 years they've been indoctrinating kids in our schools. Yes they have. They hate America. And you know it's kind of like with Sunday School or church.

[00:43:27] You don't rely on whoever is there teaching it to be the only teacher. It's got to be taught at home. And I think it goes back more than just the young people today. I think even my children who are now older,

[00:43:40] they are one that's already a grandparent himself and even ourselves. Now I had to learn the Constitution. I had to pass it twice before I could graduate from high school. I had to pass it before you went into high school.

[00:43:58] But it's time that we started looking at these documents ourselves and realized what we need to do. So let's take a look at that. You mentioned to me before about the 14th Amendment. Let's talk about that a little bit. Was that me? Yes, it was you.

[00:44:21] I believe it was. I'm not sure if it was. But yeah, we can certainly talk about it. I know that I have recently pulled it out to read it. Hold on one second. I'm looking at it right now. Yeah, I have it in front of me.

[00:44:37] And I misread your text by the way. Oh did you? Yes, I misread the text. We will talk about the other in just a second. Okay, great. But I did a show on the 14th Amendment here a while back because they're pushing this.

[00:44:52] And there's some things that we need to know that are in there. But it says that no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges of immunities of citizens in the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property.

[00:45:06] Property without due process of law. And I think this came up because of the due process of law and what they had tortured President Donald Trump with. And then the 8th Amendment. They have just absolutely ignored all of his rights.

[00:45:24] And my concern is that we the people don't know what these rights are. And I do have, in my book, I do have a section in that and the American crisis continues not on the 14th Amendment necessarily

[00:45:37] but on some other things where we need to really concentrate on what are principles. What are the founding principles of this country? And what do those Bill of Rights mean? Look at those first 10. These other amendments, they're important. But they're acts of Congress. They are important.

[00:45:58] I'm not saying that they're not. And the 14th Amendment is important. And it was ratified in 1866. But there's things that are being ignored in all of them. And I think it's important that we the people study them. And I push my book. It's shameless anymore.

[00:46:16] Just push my book for people to read that. And we're going to have a fun book come out. My poetry and stuff is going to come out. And that's hopefully before the September 14th. And let's talk about September 14th. I am excited.

[00:46:32] I finally got a burden lifted off of me over the weekend. I finally got a caterer. And it's a young woman here. I say young woman, which went to school with my kids. And she does her own cooking, organic cooking. And she does a beautiful job.

[00:46:49] She came highly recommended. Everything is local. The beef, the pork, the chicken, everything she uses is local. And she has her own garden. She raises her own stuff to make her salads. And it's going to be wonderful. She's an excellent, excellent cook. And it's not just home cooking.

[00:47:08] It's a step above that. So I'm pretty excited about it. Who do you have slated to speak? Who do I have slated to speak? I have Mindy Patterson of the Cavalry Group. I have Daniel Turner of Power of the Future.

[00:47:25] And his sidekick, Larry, is going to be here as well. Linda Rantz is going to talk about the election integrity and counting the votes. Mr. H wants to come. So he's going to talk about his immuno. We're going to throw that in there.

[00:47:41] And I'm going to throw in a few surprises. Eric, I'm sorry, Ike Skelton is County Commission, County Presiding Commanding Commissioner in Camden County. And he's been, he's a, I mean, he is a, he was one of the biggest advocates in Missouri for against Adenja 21 back in the day.

[00:48:03] And now he's going to come and talk about how everyone can get involved locally. We're not going to have politicians there. We're just going to have patriots trying to get some sense out of these things and be a little music, be a little silly stuff going on.

[00:48:16] I know Ike. He's great. You know, Ike, I thought maybe you did. Well, I've worked with Ike for, gosh, years.

[00:48:23] You know, he led the charge in defeating the White River watershed and Blue Ridge project that was trying to usurp land use and water use in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas in several counties. And that was a heavy lift, boy.

[00:48:42] Under Obama, you know, we had to get every single county commissioner in a couple dozen counties in southwest Missouri to sign off on a resolution to block it. And same in Arkansas.

[00:48:56] And it was successful and Ike, I attribute a lot of the success in defeating that to him. He was very good right through the mire and got to the nitty gritty. He's good. He's good. And he's going to talk about how the rest of us can do that.

[00:49:11] I mean, he's a locksmith by trade. Yeah, I know. You know, and he just saw all this stuff that was happening and he took action. And I'm going to try and get a gentleman named John Clay here. He's like a third cousin back on my husband's side.

[00:49:29] But he has had a battle. It's his farm is I think seven generations now. And so property rights is pretty, pretty important to him. And he has been it's a never ending battle with the Corps of Engineer because he has a river bottom and they want the land.

[00:49:49] So they all want the land. They all want the land. And but this isn't a battle we can lose folks. If we lose it, we're not going to get it back. So we cannot. They warned us. Absolutely. The hour is not long enough, Mindy.

[00:50:03] Thank you for all that you do. I know you're worn out and take some time to rest. Just take some time to breathe and to rest and know that we are praying for you. Because I know your boots on the ground.

[00:50:19] I'm just here with a little mouth chatter and going on. No, it's on the ground has got to be tough. Well, you were my therapist. Don't forget when I called you from the C.C. Well, we need each other. We need each other. We need each other.
