[00:22:02] in so many areas where we have just been really treated like criminals the vaccine injustice

[00:22:11] the department of education coming after our kids all of these agencies that are really

[00:22:17] weaponized against the typical american citizen it's our own tax dollars that are being

[00:22:23] weaponized against us my opponent and i don't even like to to talk about him but he does not think

[00:22:29] the government is broken per se he thinks it needs a mechanic and you know unless you understand

[00:22:38] what the deep state is and that is these unelected branches of the government that have

[00:22:44] regulations and control over us and and you bring them to heel and the only thing i can do

[00:22:50] is defund them right the president they were created by executive order they need to be

[00:22:55] dismantled by executive order and i know that donald trump has a lot of dismantling

[00:23:00] that he intends to do when he takes office which is why they're so terrified

[00:23:06] the department of education right now at a grassroots level is is our biggest

[00:23:13] hurdle as parents and really as society you know we modeled a lot of people don't understand this

[00:23:20] but our education the second the department of education was formed we modeled our education

[00:23:26] system after the ussr and i'm not saying russia i'm saying soviet the soviet union

[00:23:33] which is a communist model and so what what has happened since then and people see their

[00:23:38] results and that is indoctrination of our kids our kids are not free thinkers they hate themselves

[00:23:46] they hate each other they hate their country they hate their parents the indoctrination of

[00:23:52] our kids i think needs to be step one which means that i the only thing i can do in congress

[00:23:57] and i am running for dc not a state right and the only reason i'm doing that is really

[00:24:03] to cut the first string so that the state can rise up right now we're fighting our own tax

[00:24:08] dollars trillions of our own dollars being weaponized against us really bring in communism

[00:24:31] congress has gone off the deep end and is funding all kinds of things that were never

[00:24:34] called for or they were never given authority under the constitution that's correct 17 subject

[00:24:40] matters specific to the constitution is what the uh the complete subject matter of what our

[00:24:45] federal government is supposed to be in charge of and most people don't realize that they think

[00:24:50] that the government has got this all-encompassing unlimited power but we only unified for safety

[00:24:56] and security and of course those specific 17 subject matters they're supposed to do

[00:25:00] i think we can do a melee to me it's a melee you just go down the board i don't think

[00:25:04] we need the board of education to be honest with you i think the states were doing fine without it

[00:25:08] the education system needs a revamp they're not good i don't think the fbi needs a new building

[00:25:12] how about that yeah the fbi doesn't need a new building we don't i don't think we need the cdc

[00:25:17] or the fda i'm not saying that we don't need institutions that may be in supervisory roles

[00:25:22] to look at some of the pieces of that but these bloated just you know festering giant

[00:33:23] that the government is broken and i thoroughly think that we have got to get back to a

[00:33:30] constitutional form of representation or else we don't get the country back and that's really

[00:33:36] the crux of it we've got to get back to the constitution because about 80 probably more maybe

[00:33:43] even 90 of the legislation that's coming out of dc is unconstitutional you tell me in the

[00:33:49] constitution where it says that we can lend money to other countries or give money to

[00:33:54] other countries it doesn't it doesn't allow for them no it doesn't allow for that we can

[00:33:58] borrow money we can borrow money and that's all it allows for we can fund a war but we

[00:34:04] have to declare war every other year to keep funding a war you know the supreme law the land

[00:34:10] it doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room it's called the supreme law of the land for a reason

[00:34:14] at the end of the day they have used things like the commerce clause to corrupt it they act

[00:34:20] as though the commerce clause gives them actual jurisdiction of literally everything in the united

[00:34:26] states and that is extra constitutional and unconstitutional the 17 subject matters are

[00:34:32] specific in the constitution as what the federal government should be running but again i think

[00:34:36] that's the problem we continue to allow them to get away with this and there's no consequences

[00:34:41] these are some of the worst employees in the entire world if they were working for a major

[00:34:46] corporation like google or yahoo or maybe an oracle they would have been fired by the second

[00:34:53] week of their job because they're incompetent they don't do a good job it's intentional

[00:34:58] and they intentionally use the opportunity as a congressional member and his leadership in dc

[00:35:04] to line their pockets they've all become fabulously wealthy which is just ridiculous

[00:35:09] i mean i mentioned this on the show many times ian vinstein when she died had a she'd made

[00:35:13] six million dollars in her lifetime and she had a 96 million dollar liquid net worth and

[00:35:19] she was flying around in a 63 million dollar paid for jet that is physically impossible

[00:35:26] without the ability to insider trade and foreign money and dark money and obviously all sorts of

[00:35:31] other deceit so you have a plan for clean america i don't like the green new deal i don't like

[00:35:37] the bs i don't believe in electric cars i don't think they're the long term the lithium battery

[00:35:41] technology is not up to speed i don't like what they're doing to our crops i don't like

[00:36:28] you're a citizen we can't own land in mexico can't do it in china they're not going to

[00:36:33] let you buy a location next to a military base they would never do it they would come

[00:36:37] and arrest you and they would deport you immediately if they just didn't incarcerate

[00:36:41] you and not let you out these are this is again i think it's so intentional and they're

[00:36:46] buying stuff and we know from the nfsc which is one of our sources there's an incredible amount

[00:48:03] 1.2 billion dollars to columbia with 55 of their population coming from out of the country

[00:48:10] so we've got we've got to make sure we take care of america first and that's really what

[00:48:14] all of these policies are about um outlaw government assistance for illegal immigrants

[00:48:20] i mean that should be a no-brainer except that that is something that is actually going

[00:48:24] through the congress right now and the existing person holding the chair that i am trying

[00:48:28] to get just said oh no we need to keep paying for that of course um ownership of u.s soil

[00:48:36] we need to limit that to u.s citizens repeal the green new deal and all of the subsidies

[00:48:42] for net zero esg and dei we need all of that garbage it's marxist it's communist garbage that

[00:48:51] really just destroying society for me this is not so much a political war it is a spiritual war

[00:49:01] and i think that the agenda all along was to remove god i mean that is our secret weapon

[00:49:07] in america he has always been our secret weapon and so chisel by chisel by chisel by

[00:49:13] chisel they have chipped away god out of everything that we do on a daily basis and

[00:49:18] we need god back in our schools we need god back in our lives we need god back in our businesses

[00:49:23] and we darn sure need god back in our government um or else we don't win this war right i there's

[00:49:30] no doubt i think you're right on it what do you think uh and this is a tough one obviously

[00:49:36] i believe that one of the worst things that was ever done is obviously uh lifetime

[00:49:41] appointments of judges that there are no term limits on congressional members and i'm also not

[00:49:48] comfortable with the abuse of qualified immunity and sovereign immunity when it comes to government

[00:49:54] officials i think they hide behind it i think they use it as a cloak to do whatever they want

[00:49:59] saying well i did it within my government office and the the the department of the office

[00:50:04] of professional responsibility and the oig are supposed to hold these people accountable

[00:50:09] when they absolutely violate the terms of their office right but it never happens

[00:50:14] there's there's never any accountability because of this sovereign immunity and qualified immunity

[00:50:19] and i think that it needs to be put an end on i think if you want to serve as a government

[00:50:22] official the consequences of you violating the law should be just as an extreme if you're a

[00:50:26] citizen in the united states what's your thought on all the above so you know the

[00:50:31] constitution is being so disregarded now blatantly and not being called out we have no

[00:50:37] oaths of office you know this i'm sure yeah um on probably half the people that are in

[00:50:43] correct cabinet um let me let me clarify clarify that there are lots of investigations going on

[00:50:50] across the country what caroline is referring to is the actual proof when you enter a

[00:50:55] government position a federal government position even a state government position

[00:50:58] but let's talk about the feds you have to sign an oath of office and it has to be

[00:51:02] executed within 30 days of you taking your position of you actually fulfilling your duty

[00:51:08] as an elected official and along with that there has to be there's an affidavit that's required

[00:51:13] if you don't fill that out within 30 days there's no wiggle room at the end of the

[00:51:19] day you are just impersonating a government official there is proof that many of our

[00:51:24] government officials have never filled out their oath of office and have never filled

[00:51:29] out the affidavit so either they don't have an office or they don't have an effective

[00:51:33] oath of office so at the end of day they're just impersonating government officials

[00:51:37] and that's why they operate extra constitutionally and unconstitutionally because they don't

[00:51:42] believe they're obligated to the oath caroline exactly right and we have people in the doj with

[00:51:48] the same you know scenario the very people that are supposed to be enforcing that oath

[00:51:53] of office also do not have oaths of office correct so it is it's a rogue government

[00:52:01] it's a banana republic by all practical purposes i mean if you looked it up in the dictionary

[00:52:06] they'd probably have a picture of what's happening right now in communist america

[00:52:10] um yeah uh there should be no immunity i mean you are responsible for your actions you are

[00:52:17] responsible to your and i do think that you know that the missing oath of office is

[00:52:22] intentional so that when prosecution does come they can play stupid right i didn't sign an oath

[00:52:27] and therefore i'm not loyal to you a lot of these people also have dual citizenship which

[00:52:33] is one of my points i want to do away with exactly if you are a representative of the

[00:52:41] american populace you need to be loyal only to the united states whether or not you sign

[00:52:47] that it doesn't matter to me if you are an actual citizen of another country while being

[00:52:54] a citizen of the united states that is a problem because it automatically calls into question your

[00:53:00] loyalty and so all hosts all you know dual citizenship needs to be done away with

[00:53:07] yeah i agree with you and that's what's really happened right we have people in congress right

[00:53:11] now that i do not believe are loyal to the united states i agree i don't i don't think that

[00:53:15] was ever their intent when they got elected they just happened to be in communities where the

[00:53:20] the immigration population and or illegal immigration population uh obviously helped them

[00:53:26] we know that most politicians at this point many of them are installed we know we've got a corrupt

[00:53:31] voting system what do you think about the corrupt voting system what's your plan for that

[00:53:34] because we know the machines are a problem what do you think so it is one of my pet peeves

[00:53:39] somehow or other between now and november we have got to either completely overwhelm the

[00:53:44] system um too big to rig right um or overhaul this thing and we've got to have paper ballots

[00:53:51] my wish is for same day voting if we need to compromise then we do a saturday sunday monday

[00:53:56] tuesday with no gap in texas we have early voting for a certain period of time usually

[00:54:02] can we count in the same day i mean is that possible anybody well i mean come on how long

[00:54:07] have we been a nation we used to count in the same day right we used to yeah 100 we know how

[00:54:15] to do a tally and they didn't have machines either back then they had to count them i mean

[00:54:21] yes i mean we did this until you know 1998 or something we had a tally you know you talk

[00:54:27] about that yeah you talk about that with the elections and how they're so screwed up and our

[00:54:33] beloved we love it republican congress how many um inquiries or committees or hearings have they

[00:54:39] had on on this lance caroline any who knows i lost zero from the foot stomping of oh we're

[00:54:46] gonna we're gonna go ahead and investigate we're gonna have a committee we're gonna do

[00:54:50] is that like the federal government has say so over federal elections like mine

[00:54:57] they don't have any say so over state level elections and so at the same time i'm on the

[00:55:03] ballot i have a senator that's running for state senate okay so it's one is a federal

[00:55:12] race one's a state race and you might have two governing laws that are applying

[00:55:18] and so somehow or other you know the the federal race needs to coincide with the

[00:55:23] state race so that we can hold an election but we are convoluting things to the point where it

[00:55:29] is so complicated right now that we're chasing our tail trying to find out what happens

[00:55:35] um we are sacrificing convenience for security so now we're voting over like 12 days instead of

[00:55:42] one day you know we didn't implement early voting at least in texas until like the

[00:55:47] early 90s so what happened oh it's just inconvenient i wasn't able to vote well what's

[00:55:52] happening is we have lower and lower voter turnout so if the sacrifice was convenience

[00:55:58] for safety we're not we're not gaining votes because of it yeah we're not getting more

[00:56:04] people at the end of the day we're getting less people to the polls right now i believe

[00:56:07] that when it comes to the election interference and cheating they want to plan a b c d e f g h i

[00:56:13] they want to be able to so if they get caught on a and they can't use a they can

[00:56:16] still use b through j my point is that's the problem the the the sophistication of the voting

[00:56:22] cheating system has just begun that we on the scope so i think we have to go back to simplicity

[00:56:26] and i think there has to be consequences when people pull out bags of ballots from underneath

[00:56:31] the table they need to be charged immediately they need to be arrested and they need to

[00:56:35] get a 10-year sentence when people stuff ballot boxes like shown in the 2000 mules

[00:56:40] when they're caught they get a mandatory minimum 10-year sentence for election

[00:56:44] interference and voter fraud when they get caught throwing out military ballots in the

[00:56:50] middle of you know thrown off into highways or they get caught transferring by united

[00:56:55] states postal service you semis delivering ballots from one state to another i think that's an

[00:57:00] immediate 10-year mandatory minimum you do not pass go you do not get out none of it but

[00:57:07] all the way full circle from our first conversation which is the george soros

[00:57:12] district attorneys and judges yes and then so we have laws in place that you know that is

[00:57:18] against the law right yeah what we don't have is a justice department judges district attorneys

[00:57:26] that are going to do a darn thing about it and so you put the you put the evidence in

[00:57:30] front of them and then they tell you that that evidence doesn't prove anything you show them

[00:57:36] george and i always talk about the case george your case in georgia with where they

[00:57:39] hacked the machine with a pen still have a hearing we still they act like yeah they still

[00:57:44] haven't heard our ruling but the guy right in front of them hacked the machine with a ballpoint

[00:57:48] pen and a thing from amazon that costs 100 bucks called a hack bunny i remember that was

[00:57:52] like a month ago how can we don't have a ruling yet what are they waiting for has been

[00:57:56] going on for seven years had nothing to do with this election it had to do with other

[00:58:00] times about machines and this judge still hasn't ruled because he's dragging his feet because

[00:58:04] of trump's case down there and it's crazy let's talk about taxation is theft and end of

[00:58:11] fed is those are near and dear to my heart taxation is that so you pay taxes we had a

[00:58:17] whole revolution over a two percent tax and we're at 50 now plus or minus right by the

[00:59:57] we should have levies we should have taxes on everything that's imported and so our government

[01:00:06] to talk about the insurance companies and this over excessive charging uh you know when it comes

[01:00:11] to institutions like hospitals and otherwise you see that how the other countries i don't know if

[01:00:16] you saw this newest thing we showed it on the show last night you can hire people to work zoom

[01:00:23] so let's say you have a mcdonald's and you want a live person you can put the live person

[01:00:28] from the philippines on the screen to take caroline kane's order and then there's only

[01:00:34] people back that are delivering the food all the order and the payment is all done by

[01:00:39] this live person on screen and they're hiring those people for three dollars each of course

[01:00:43] things like workman's comp unemployment health insurance all these mandatories they're putting

[01:01:45] security to foreign nations such that we're only making eight percent of the world's steel

[01:01:50] right now we were making 80 percent of the world yeah and we've depleted our are obviously

[01:02:00] keystone pipeline excel we've shut down lots of licensing and land leases so our energy

[01:07:31] agenda 47 so when donald trump goes on he makes his little two-minute blurb about

[01:07:37] freedom cities what have you all of that ties back into project 2025 project 2025 is a

[01:07:44] three ring note three ring binder three inches thick front and back and it is step by step

[01:07:50] on how we get back to a constitutional form of government and so a lot of these agencies and

[01:07:56] there's a whole i haven't had time to read it i'm going pedal to the metal

[01:08:06] with the repealing of the patriot act and and that's without tying it into project 2025

[01:08:12] we repeal the patriot act dha dhs and tsa go away they were created with that patriot act

[01:08:20] dhs is really the one who you know the ones who are trafficking kids at the border so we have

[01:08:25] our border patrol in texas putting up razor wire and dhs coming behind and cutting the wire

[01:08:31] right and yeah being migrants to the migrant holding facility then on to you know the catholic

[01:08:38] so laundering some money through the ngos so between tsa you know who is making you take your

[01:08:44] shoes off while dhs exports illegals across the border with yeah with no vetting i mean joe

[01:08:50] biden has flown in directly over 600 000 illegal immigrants with no vetting whatsoever

[01:09:47] branch how do we give them their own courtrooms their own officers or special forces units

[01:09:52] to make the arrest to make the indictments because even if you took pre-prepared indictments

[01:09:57] over for for joe biden and said he's violent if we prepare an indictment right now

[01:10:02] with all the statute violations that he and camela harris have committed that are crimes

[01:10:06] against the united states and his people just based on the border who's going to execute the

[01:10:11] indictment who's going to make the arrest who's going to do the investigation we do the

[01:10:14] investigations we have the hearings and nothing happens the supreme court just met

[01:10:18] now they were supposed to get back together on the eighth but i didn't hear anything more

[01:10:22] about that but when they met at the first part of may on presidential immunity what they

[01:10:27] said is the president has immunity until he's impeached so he's got i mean you can't even

[01:10:34] indict him for any of these crimes until an impeachment happens he's got to be impeached for

[01:10:38] you know any you take your choice right any of these charges then he can be indicted for all

[01:10:43] of these charges but this congress is so broken it is a uniparty it's not just the
