[00:04:39] Looks like Alvin, Bragg and Judge Merchum might get their one up and I'm actually surprised that Merchum did this. Looks like potential, mistrial in New York case. Judge Merchum just issued letters to both parties. That's the prosecutors and the defense.
[00:04:56] And they've acknowledged potential, jur misconduct on social media. I don't think there's any surprise. This case is kind of stunk to high events from the beginning but last week President Trump we all know is convicted of crimes. We still don't completely understand. But allegedly 34 felonies.
[00:05:12] These are just charges that were superseded from mistominers so they could extend the statute of limitations. So supposedly these are crimes related to falsifying business records, although of course Donald Trump's attorney and his accountant were in charge of this area.
[00:05:27] It wasn't really something Trump ever put his hands on but of course they want a blame Trump. And this is supposedly all linked to hush money payments made by his then attorney and now convicted purger and now storyteller and now a guy that we've never trusted ever
[00:05:43] Michael Cohen. So the jury deliberated for little over nine hours and then they decided on a stolen known, I mean I don't even know what the predicate for these crimes are. I'm really confused. George, do you understand it? It's very easy, Lance.
[00:05:57] Let me, I'm going to explain to you all. It's very easy. When a judge tells you, ah, four years pic say guilty on this crime and another force say in another crime, I'll treat them all as guilty verdicts.
[00:06:09] I mean if that's not like fixing the game, what do they call them guys that fix, you know, that fix a game, right? Lance, what do they called? Yeah, I mean you told them about the bookies that we did other than that.
[00:06:21] You know, it is New York, you know, after all, why not? I might have taken a play at a cause on those thrugs playbook on this. I'm not really sure. The fixes and the fixes. I mean at the end of the day is pretty crazy, right?
[00:06:33] And of course, that non-Unanimous jury, you know, the instructions that Merch and Gabe, I still don't understand how you tell the jury. Yeah, if you guys only four of you decide he's guilty on this charge, only four of you were guilty over there.
[00:06:49] I'll combine all of it to make it all guilty. How do you do that, George? Is that any, I've never heard anything like that across the country? I never heard that in my entire life of living.
[00:06:59] So there's this thing called six-demandment, you know, you're supposed to have 12 jurors convicts in order to have a guilty conviction. But, you know, when you make up your own laws and rules, you don't have to. It's New York, it's liberal heaven. Okay, so let's get this right.
[00:07:15] We got jury instructions we've never heard of. We got a crime that was never defined. And we've got, you know, brag being given the authority to supersede these 34 BS charges into misdemeanors to felonies. And of course, that negates the statute of limitations.
[00:07:32] It's like an exposed fact, though, you know, fantasy legal case. But of course, at the end of the day, normally, merchant is well known as his brag is well known for downgrading felonies to misdemeanors. But of course, it's Donald Trump, so they have to lift them up, George.
[00:07:48] They have to give him more charges because that's what they do, right? This is law fair. This election interference. Hopefully, this is going to have an impact on their case, though. So I guess what happened here, he issued this letter and he said in the letter that
[00:08:01] the court became aware of a comment that was posted and listened to this on the United State Systems Public Facebook page in which he now brings his attention to. And now listen to the comment. I guess this guy's name first of all, some username, Michael Anderson.
[00:08:15] I don't know if that's his real name or not. Because real name. My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted. Thank you, folks, for all your hard work. Now what's interesting about that is that comment was posted the day before the conviction came down.
[00:08:31] So that would mean that the jury was talking to the public. They were talking to people outside of the courtroom, not other jurors but people outside of the courtroom. And that's pretty unsettling because guess what? They're not supposed to do that.
[00:08:43] You guys all know that jurors are not allowed to discuss the case with anybody outside of the courtroom. So the question is what's going to happen now because we've seen the case in Georgia just got freest, right?
[00:08:56] We just saw that and now here we are in a situation where this should have that same kind impact. Now I have to tell you, George, have you seen the pictures of this person and I'm using the word person for a reason?
[00:09:09] No, I haven't but I've heard some things. Big things here. I heard some things. He goes, okay, he goes about the name of Michael Anderson. I'm actually looking at the Facebook posts. Here's the funny thing. What they Trump got convicted on? I think he was what? May 29th?
[00:09:28] No, I think it was the 30th actually. Okay, well this post is actually May 20th. I'm looking at the date right now, May 20th. His name is Michael Anderson. I'm going to read his post. And it might be the 21st.
[00:09:39] It was the day after this post is what they're saying. So I'm going to read exactly what he said. He goes, thank you for all your hard work. You're all your hard. It's weird what he's saying. Thank you for all your hard against him. Hag at crazy.
[00:09:53] That's what he wrote. All your hard to get some Hag at crazy. There was my cousin as a juror in Trump's criminal case and they're going to convict them tomorrow according to her. So thank you, New York Courts. Now, Mike this Michael Anderson could be Michelle Anderson.
[00:10:08] We don't know. Well here's the news. I started some pictures. Okay, I saw some pictures online. You know, first of all, you know what I think. Right? When it comes to all this pronoun swapping and misgendering, you know what I think about it.

[00:13:33] I don't know what kind of Anderson he or she is, but it's looking like something that's very wear and dressing heels. I don't know. It's mind-boggling, but you know what? Stay away because this smells really bad. We'll see what happens when coming days.
[00:13:50] More ways than one, it does melt back. But let's go. Arizona Governor Katie Hobbes busted, taking 400,000 in a parent-bribe for state contracts. She has come under fire more over the donations to a dark money group for her inaugural events last year
[00:14:11] after was reported that a state contractor's six figures donation led to millions of state funds. And let me put some air quotes around the word donations. And you know what I'm saying, guys, donations. You know, 400K is a big commitment for inaugural event.
[00:14:29] What I think is the ethics of Katie Hobbes, which has always been in question because we all know that we believe she's an installed governor and that the actual governor of Arizona is carry lake. I've always said that, I've always believed that.
[00:14:43] But what's interesting is how this is length. So I guess she charged donors to be part of her inaugural event as like a $250,000 minimum donation at a 501c non-profit. Now, I'm not really sure how that she was able to do all that or who was controlling it
[00:15:03] although it looks like it's a lot from that was actually linked to the attempt by Katie. If I carry lake to try to prove the truth about the election and the rig 2022 midterm. And that's copper Smith, Brock Olman, PLC, who's in the middle of this.
[00:15:20] Now this is a paid-a-place game it sounds like. By donating this 400G's, Katie Hobbes gave this really plush new contract to this company with a nearly George listen to this number you're gonna really enjoy this 60% increase over the previous year. So taxpayers are footing the bill
[00:15:42] and this company is potentially gonna make millions and millions of dollars more than they made the previous year. And this is a company that provides, it's called the, I think it's called the Sunshine Residential Homes. And I guess they were only looking for a 20% increase
[00:15:57] but they got a 60% increase. Pretty good deal George, what do you think? Pretty good for foreign and Katie to make millions. It is pretty good but there, you know what? What about all the other dozens of providers that weren't approved for increase during Hobbes's tenure? Only this company.
[00:16:12] What about them? You know what? If I were those companies, I'd start getting talk into my lawyers and start bringing up some suits because there's a paid-a-place game here. I don't know what's going on. We do know what's going on.
[00:16:25] If you're a Democrat, you can get away with it. Well, here's the interesting. Sunshine tried to get a rate increase before they started donating in Hobbes. Yeah, listen, so the first donation was 100K for the, to the stark money fund of Katie Hobbes's.
[00:16:41] And right after that, they got their first increase and then they kept donating. And I guess the increase is like, it's every time you donate, you get a new increase, George. You just get, you can get more increase. So you throw in 100K, you get a couple million,
[00:16:51] a hundred, a couple million back. It's a good deal, right? A hundred, a couple million. 20%? No, that's like, more than 20%. That's like 200%. No more than 200%. No, if you keep, okay, if you keep 100,000, and you get a million back, that's 10 times the amount. 10%? No, 10% would be 110 back. Katie's getting 10%.
[00:17:10] Oh, 10% for the big guy. Oh, yeah. Oh, no. No? I got you. She might have taken that play out of Biden's play out of it. He gets away with it. Why can't, why can't I? Exactly. Good for the big guy.
[00:17:21] Anyway, this isn't the last of Katie Hobbes' issues. It looks like, once again, the all-lawless governor violated state law by filing a nominate directors for Senate confirmation. So she didn't nominate them. It sounds like she installed them with new titles.
[00:17:40] So the statement made was that the governor has improperly unilaterally appointed the facto directors for these 13 agencies. Despite the actual job title, she has assigned 10 each of them. Reads judge, Blaney's ruling. Now this is on June 5th.
[00:17:58] I would have to think this has the potential for more criminal charges. So you start looking at this and you look at what she's doing. And I guess she created these de facto directors to leave these state agencies without any Senate consent.
[00:18:12] Now I would have to think that's criminal because that's kind of go against the Arizona Constitution. What do you think, George? Well, yes. I mean, how hard is it? So listen, her ethical conduct is 100% in question. She used a 501C4 nonprofit group for this falling of money.
[00:18:31] To receive these money. She does the money. She does the money first. That's the first story. But the second story we're looking at here is even more to that George because this is where she's assigning directors without having the Senate confirm them. She's just installing them de facto.
[00:18:47] So at the end of the day, this is a double whammy story. We're not just talking about money now. Now she's violated their constitution. And it's pretty clear. It's pretty clear about what's going on.
[00:18:57] At the end of the day, I think you have to look at it from the perspective of that position and think to yourself, what's next for Katie Hobbes? Is there a more corruption? Well, consistent with the United States Constitution, laws of states across the nation, Arizona
[00:19:10] law requires its agencies to be led by Senate confirmed directors under ARS 38 to 11. This requirement exists to preserve the liberties of Arizona citizens. What liberty, huh? You ain't got no liberties, no more with Katie Hobbes.
[00:19:25] Just as the governor's veto services as a check on legislative power, Senate confirmation of agency directors serves as a necessary check on the governor's power. So Locker Up, Locker Up, Locker Up. So in September of 2023 after Senate committee recommended nominee accused of plagiarism not to be confirmed.
[00:19:49] Hobbes sent a letter to the Senate president, Warren Peterson, notify him that she was going to invade the Senate confirmation process for agency directors mandated by ARS 38, that's to 11. Under her bill, I love I's plan. I can't believe these people.
[00:20:06] Blessed by attorney general maize Hobbes withdrew 13 director nominations still pending before the Senate. But it doesn't matter if you withdraw them. She already violated the Constitution for Arizona. She ordered violated Arizona State law. You can't go back. You get caught stealing and you go put the item back.
[00:20:25] It doesn't change the fact that you committed a crime. You only tried to reverse it so that you wouldn't get charged. I think she's guilty of crimes here. I think it's important, but I gotta tell you, this is a huge story, George. I'm excited about this.
[00:20:37] The ninth circuit. Wait, I want to ask them about this. You brought up something to me this morning where we were talking. And you said something about this lawyer with Carrie Lake. What was that again? Tell the people.
[00:20:50] The issue is that I think there's a real conflict of interest. This same law firm represented Carrie Lake in her attack on the election integrity of what happened, that she thought the election was stolen and they represented it in that case.
[00:21:05] I don't know if they should have even taken Carrie Lake for that. When they already had this pending issue where they had already done work for Katie. Of course they're going to take Carrie Lake because they want to throw a Kurt Ball in it.
[00:21:17] These are the same lawyers. I know 100% fact received information and wouldn't bring into her attention. So there's going to be more to this story. Let's hope Carrie Lake wait and see if she'd lock her up. Lock her up. Anyway, a lot of people should be locked up.
[00:21:34] Now, let's see after this ninth circuit, this season that just stripped MRA shots of legal liability protection. What is going on? What is going on? Good news. Good news for everybody that's been vaccine injured for people that had mortality in their family because of these vaccines.
[00:21:52] Now, here's the key word. We're using the word vaccine but they can no longer be called vaccines based on the ninth circuit. Because a vaccine and the claim behind getting a vaccine is that it prevents the spread. It prevents you from getting the polio measles.
[00:22:11] At the end of the day, that is not what the COVID shots did and that's not even what they claimed in the most recent advertising. They said the COVID shots were claimed to reduce symptoms and prevent hospitalization.
[00:22:26] Those claims and wait for it guys, those claims make it a treatment. It is not a vaccine. It's a treatment and as such, it status as an experimental medication called a vaccine by the CDC and others is no longer legally applicable based on the ninth circuit.
[00:22:51] George, I think this is huge news. It's actually it's beyond huge because you look at all the people that lost their jobs because they didn't get quote unquote to vaccine. That's what they called a dent. We don't even call it now vaccine. But they lost their jobs.
[00:23:07] How many military personnel got thrown out of the military because they wouldn't take this experimental jab? That's what I'm going to call it. Who wants to be an experiment? I don't want to be an experimental, less than want to be an experiment and I think
[00:23:21] a lot of listeners are smart enough that they don't want to be an experiment. So they should get compensation. Jobs reinstated back pay and whatever more. But time is of the essence. People need to stand up and speak their minds and get out there.
[00:23:39] We got banned for what we said about the vaccine over at YouTube. We got a lifetime ban. My question is, can I get a letter of apology from YouTube for George and I? If somebody can contact YouTube and ask them, are you going to apologize to George Malantina

[00:25:35] That's what it is because it's experimental thing. It's not a vaccine. You know, Texas doctor now rated by federal agents and blowing the whistle on children's hospital sex change operations. Biden's corrupt justice department indicted a Texas surgeon who blew the whistle on sex
[00:25:52] change program at Texas Children's Hospital. It may at 2023, Dr. Ethan Ham leaked the sex change documents to investigate a reporter Christopher Rufo. Dr. Ham was careful not to disclose any patient information, but the Biden DOJ and died in any way on four felony counts related to hip-a-vileations.
[00:26:14] Now, if you don't release any buddies' names, patients' names or their medical information, you're even violating no hip-a-laws. You only violate hip-a-laws if you give out the people's information and what kind of procedures or whatever they're getting from doctors. So once again, what's going on?
[00:26:33] The DOJ's making things up. Why? It's political prosecution. They want to intimidate you. They want to shut you down. Well, people, you got to stand up and speak your mind. Make your voices heard because if they come for me and nobody speaks up, they're going
[00:26:50] to come for you and it's going to be nobody speak up for you. So we're doing this, Lance, and I speak up because we care about this country, we care about you. Lance, what, this Dr. Ham, he was informed last year that he was on the federal investigation
[00:27:05] for leaking documents to this reporter Christopher Rufo. You know, on Tuesday, look at this, Lance. Heavily armed agents showed up at Dr. Ham's door and told him that he had been in sight with four felony charges.
[00:27:18] Now, we're talking about a doctor here and they have heavenly armed agents. This doctor's a real threat, huh? Yeah, I mean, none of this makes any sense to me. It's a continuation of the weaponization of these agencies. Obviously, you guys know, they've been pushing this conversion, misgendering, pronoun,
[00:27:38] transagenda across the United States with crazy effort and momentum. You know what I believe? I'm going to say it again. The fix is in. This is all about big Mike Obama. That's right, Michelle Obama. The allegation that she is a transgender.
[00:27:56] There's been lots of people talking about the fact that you can't find a picture of her being pregnant. I believe this is the brainwashing of America. They're grease in the skids for more terms of the Obama cartel family.
[00:28:09] We know they're in control of the Biden administration right now and here we are again. I think this transgender is a bunch of garbage. They've been trying to brainwash our children, brainwash the public. They're pushing it everywhere.
[00:28:22] If it isn't pushing obesity on America that obesity is mainstream, I mean, you just saw some crazy stuff with the Alabama misalabama being incredibly obese. I've heard so her allegations that she may in fact or he may be in fact a transgender. I don't really know.
[00:28:37] But look at this. This doctor didn't violate any hypolos. He had redacted the information and it just goes on and on and on. Now, look, they just had George. I don't know if you caught this American College of Pediatrician blasted all major medical
[00:28:50] associations for pushing the radical gender transition agenda on children. And I believe it is radical. How do children make a decision about their sexuality? They can't buy a gun. They can't buy alcohol. They can't buy cigarettes.
[00:29:06] They can't make a decision initially with their having for lunch and these are decisions left to their parents. At the end of the day, I think there has to be a mandatory age restriction on this. But listen, we found a sound bite.
[00:29:16] I want to play it for the audience because I think it really matters. And we have serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols promoted for the care of children and adolescents in the United States who expressed discomfort with their biological sex.
[00:29:33] This declaration was authored by the American College of Pediatricians, but really it was developed from the expertise of hundreds of doctors, researchers and other health care workers and leaders who for years have been sounding the alarm on the harmful protocols
[00:29:48] that continue to be promoted by the medical organizations in the United States. Despite recent revelations from the leaked WPath files and the recent release of the final report from the CAS review, these medical organizations have not changed course.
[00:30:04] So we are calling on these medical organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Undercran Society, the Pediatric Undercran Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and the Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European colleagues.
[00:30:25] And immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex. In our declaration, we affirm that sex is a diomorphic innate trait defined in relation to an organism's biological role in reproduction, male and female.
[00:30:49] This genetic signature is present in every nucleated somatic cell in the body and is not altered by drugs or surgical interventions. The duration of these innate differences is critical to the practice of good medicine and to the development of sound policy for children and adults alike.
[00:31:08] Medical decision making should be based upon an individual's biological sex. It should respect biological reality and the dignity of the person by compassionately addressing the whole person. We are here to find the claims made by these medical organizations in the U.S.
[00:31:26] Those of us who are concerned are a minority and that their protocols are consensus. They are not consensus and we are speaking and allowed unified voice enough. Yes, enough is enough. Thank God these doctors have finally speaking up.

[00:34:47] heterosexual intercourse scenarios she set up with stuffed animals. Now this is pretty tough. I always think of the parents in these cases and I think to myself what would happen if my daughter who'd been my daughter, my whole life all of a sudden overnight said oh no I'm
[00:35:05] your son now. That has got to be extremely disturbing for most parents. My question is George and I'm gonna ask you this. Alex Jones claims it's in the water. I've heard doctors talk about the hormones in the water.

[00:42:50] I mean, obviously they swing a big hammer so it makes sense you have them involved. Listen, Grant Carter Jones been talking about this. He's a big real estate investor. He owns a hedge fund where they think of billion and a half or two billion dollars in it.
[00:43:02] They've been investing in New York for a long time. He refuses he had $500 million earmarked for New York. Now they're pulling that money out. I understand that maybe you'll potentially liquidating properties. So that's done. He says it's not a good environment. You look Mark Cuban.
[00:43:16] It's the same thing. You can't have an environment where there's that many unknowns and things like what Judge Merchant and Alvin Bragg did create the unknown, which investors don't want. Well, don't forget to delete a James. It's a James. It's James. It's James. You're not about it.
[00:43:33] It's a little bit of a t-ta. What does it matter what we call it at the end of the day? She just won more of the anti-Trump tribe that wants to drive New York into the ground that Gene E. Carroll case is way too weird.
[00:43:45] And this whole thing where they're changing the statute of limitations, they're manipulating the law where they're giving the jury's instructions that aren't legally based. They aren't coming from the statutes that are coming from the bench. They're coming from the prosecutors.
[00:44:00] All those things create an environment that investors don't want the unknown. That's not what an investor wants. They want predictable returns. And you're not going to get that in New York. So what Texas Stock Exchange? Look at the end of the day.
[00:44:12] I don't think the Stock Exchange necessarily has to be in New York. It could be anywhere in the country. And look at this, Texas has been the nation's leader in attracting businesses and relocations.
[00:44:21] We know that the South has had a big push that people are moving away from the North. Why? Bad economics. High rates of rental. The bad crime. Look at all these blue cities. It's a crime wave. They want to talk about violent crime going down.

[00:45:39] Don't work like that. Exactly. You know the DOJ there's been a saying that's always been passed around the halls of the DOJ that we can indict a ham sandwich and what that means basically is they can do whatever it takes because let's face it.
[00:45:51] 96, 97% conviction rate come on any mathematician would tell you that's physically impossible. It's not because the Fed does it better. It's because they cheat and they manipulate the law in the end of the day we've seen the law fair in both our federal and state judicial branches.
[00:46:08] We've seen it these Department of Justice is these sorrows you know prosecutors across the country they're manipulating the law their own benefit and it's primarily in the blue states so why do business there when the red states will welcome you with open
[00:46:23] arms and a bunch of mental environment. But George we got to back this up the treatment vaccine and I don't want to call it vaccine the treatment experimental poke. Another takes another shot and this comes out of another lens we're talking about
[00:46:36] COVID shots possibly if you will millions of deaths in 47 countries since the beginning of the pandemic due to guess what George adverse events so the scientists in Netherlands discovered despite the role out of 13 and a half billion COVID vaccines across the globe

[00:48:40] But he goes look we can reconvene in three years that is a meeting that is now not gonna happen George and I don't think it's funny I think it's predictive these people attack this they went after
