J6 w/ Political Prisoner Jake Lang w/ the Truth |EP292

[00:00:00] All men are created equal, but they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights

[00:00:09] By Liberty and the Big Mig Company

[00:00:13] If Liberty means anything at all, it means right to tell people what they do not want to hear

[00:00:30] Make America Great Again

[00:00:34] The Big Mig

[00:00:42] Welcome back to The Big Mig Show. I am your host Lance Migliaccio with my co-host George Ballantine

[00:00:50] Rolling a new shirt it looks like, we'll talk about that in a minute because we are the tip of the spear, edge of the knife

[00:00:55] If you know this, if you know anything about this show at all, if you've ever watched it before

[00:01:00] For those of us that have been here before or you know where I'm going

[00:01:03] For those of us joining us for the first time, hopefully you'll love the show and you'll come back and tell your friends about it

[00:01:08] If Liberty means anything at all, it means right to tell people what they do not want to hear

[00:01:12] We're gonna do that on this show each and every single episode

[00:01:15] We're gonna bring the truth, the evidence, the receipts

[00:01:17] Of course, being a couple of East Coast boys we gotta bring some sarcasm too, a little fun along the way

[00:01:23] Because that's what we do, we gotta lighten the mood once in a while

[00:01:27] But let's face it, we have to educate and unify this country

[00:01:30] And The Big Mig's plan is to do that one episode at a time

[00:01:34] We're gonna bring you all that information and hopefully you're gonna help us unify the country

[00:01:40] Because as far as I'm concerned, I don't care if you're a liberal, I don't care if you're non-partisan, I don't care if you're a Republican

[00:01:46] I care whether or not you're a patriotic American that loves this country

[00:01:50] So we've got to unite against the tyrannical government that is now inhabiting Washington, D.C.

[00:01:57] They do not have our best interests at heart

[00:01:59] If you can't tell that by now, then I'm not sure what you've been watching

[00:02:03] Remember as we educate you, you're probably gonna get attacked

[00:02:05] We get attacked all the time, it's common

[00:02:07] George gets attacked, they take cheap shots at us, they call us names

[00:02:11] They try to pull up stupid stuff from the past

[00:02:13] Come and get some

[00:02:14] Literally, exactly

[00:02:17] Come and get some FFO, baby

[00:02:19] FFO, George knows what I'm talking about

[00:02:21] It's because you're a threat

[00:02:24] When you watch this show, we're gonna hone your skills

[00:02:27] We're gonna give you the education you need to have competent discussions, competent discourse

[00:02:32] And to help us fix this country

[00:02:34] So don't forget the road is tyranny

[00:02:36] It's always paved with people telling you to stop questioning everything

[00:02:40] And on this show, including us, I'm telling you to question everything

[00:02:45] Question all of it

[00:02:46] Big MIG could make mistakes, we try not to

[00:02:49] But if we do, we want to know about it

[00:02:51] Feel free to tell us

[00:02:52] In the meantime, if you like the show, thumbs up, like, subscribe, comment, share it

[00:02:57] Take the short form, long form content

[00:02:59] Do what you will with it

[00:03:01] I want to thank our sponsors briefly here

[00:03:03] Just see of mud.com, patriotic apparel for the whole family

[00:03:07] They've got all kinds of stuff over there, coolers and the rest of it

[00:03:09] Don't forget to use the all caps

[00:03:11] The big MIG promo code to get the best discount and best price

[00:03:16] BeardVet Coffee, BeardVet Tactical, BeardVet Energy Drink

[00:03:21] Same promo code

[00:03:23] All caps to Big MIG

[00:03:24] We use the promo codes with our sponsors

[00:03:26] Because we want them to know that we're sending them clients

[00:03:29] That our people support the people that support the Big MIG

[00:03:33] We've got a new one coming on

[00:03:35] You can go to the Big MIG beef

[00:03:37] We talked about that a little briefly

[00:03:38] That'll be kicking off on the first

[00:03:39] I've got the bag up anyway

[00:03:41] Prepper beef, incredible product, delicious

[00:03:44] I've tried it

[00:03:46] I would strongly recommend, you know, better to be prepared and not need it

[00:03:49] Than need it and not be prepared

[00:03:52] When you don't have it, you can't use it

[00:03:54] Great product, one of the only companies doing a really a product of this grade

[00:04:00] So definitely George will give you some more details at the mid hour

[00:04:03] And of course, Original Glory Beer American Pilsner

[00:04:07] We'll give you some details at the mid point

[00:04:09] And you'll have an opportunity to own part of a brewery

[00:04:12] Great deal

[00:04:13] I'm not an investment advisor

[00:04:14] But at the end of the day, if you've ever wanted to own part of a brewery

[00:04:17] It's a great opportunity

[00:04:18] George Ballantine, my brother

[00:04:21] Shaking and baking

[00:04:22] What are you up to buddy?

[00:04:23] What's going on over there in the Ballantine world?

[00:04:25] You've been busy as hell

[00:04:26] I'm always freaking busy

[00:04:27] I haven't had time

[00:04:29] I mean, for anything

[00:04:30] I worked all weekend

[00:04:31] Worked on a house Monday

[00:04:32] Worked on a house today's Tuesday, right?

[00:04:34] Today

[00:04:35] Oh, it's just nonstop

[00:04:36] You've been running without air conditioning too

[00:04:39] I still got no air conditioning

[00:04:41] It sucks

[00:04:43] I got a big fan going on

[00:04:44] Good thing you can't hear

[00:04:45] George starts sweating tonight

[00:04:46] It's not because he's stressed out

[00:04:47] Because he feels like he's under the pressure

[00:04:48] It's because the temperature is up

[00:04:50] No, I like pressure

[00:04:51] I work good under pressure

[00:04:53] It's hot though

[00:04:54] When you got the rooms closed

[00:04:55] The lights, the cameras, action

[00:04:57] You know how it goes

[00:04:58] What are you going to do?

[00:04:59] I do know how it goes

[00:05:02] But

[00:05:03] I want to say something

[00:05:04] This shirt right now

[00:05:05] This Cia Mudd shirt

[00:05:07] Trump is guilty

[00:05:09] Yes, you heard it right

[00:05:11] Trump is guilty of obstructing socialism and tyranny

[00:05:15] Bastards

[00:05:16] You know

[00:05:17] I've got to bring something up

[00:05:18] Because somebody just texted me a picture about

[00:05:20] You know

[00:05:21] Because the Secret Service met with the jail

[00:05:24] About possible Trump being in there

[00:05:28] Listen

[00:05:29] The Secret Service ain't going to let Trump go into jail

[00:05:32] I don't know why you guys

[00:05:33] Getting all worked up over that BS

[00:05:35] They ain't going to let him go to jail

[00:05:37] Even if he is found guilty

[00:05:39] He still ain't going into jail

[00:05:40] Appeal

[00:05:42] And if it happens

[00:05:44] I got my pack ready to go

[00:05:45] So does Lance

[00:05:46] We're on it

[00:05:47] You know where to meet

[00:05:48] At the end of the day

[00:05:50] I can tell you this

[00:05:52] Biden thinks he's going for whatever reason

[00:05:54] Biden has prepared a live announcement

[00:05:56] Let me finish

[00:05:57] No, hold on

[00:05:58] Jake

[00:05:59] Said he'll be out in five minutes

[00:06:00] Yeah

[00:06:01] Yeah, okay

[00:06:02] That's great

[00:06:03] We're talking to Jake Lang

[00:06:04] Obviously it's a little tricky

[00:06:05] Because he's calling us from inside

[00:06:08] Jake Lang

[00:06:09] You know

[00:06:10] The January J6 political prisoner

[00:06:16] He's going to be joining the show

[00:06:18] And we're going to be going over some of this stuff

[00:06:20] That maybe you don't know

[00:06:22] The details of J6

[00:06:23] If you get a chance

[00:06:24] You can also go over to his website

[00:06:25] George will put that link in the chat

[00:06:27] He'll be on in about five minutes

[00:06:29] But here's the deal

[00:06:30] Biden thinks Trump's going

[00:06:31] Biden has already got some setup

[00:06:33] Where he's going to go live

[00:06:35] The minute the ruling comes out tomorrow

[00:06:37] And I don't know

[00:06:40] Tomorrow

[00:06:41] At the end of the day

[00:06:42] Is it tomorrow?

[00:06:43] I think it's tomorrow

[00:06:44] Are you thinking that

[00:06:45] The jury is going to have a decision by tomorrow

[00:06:46] I don't know

[00:06:47] Oh, okay

[00:06:48] I mean I'm not positive

[00:06:49] I said tomorrow or whenever

[00:06:50] I mean I don't want to jump the gun here

[00:06:52] But Biden thinks he's got a win on his hands

[00:06:54] I'm not sure he does or doesn't

[00:06:56] Of course that corrupt judge

[00:06:58] It's hard to win in the courtroom

[00:07:00] And the judge and the deck is so dramatically stacked against you

[00:07:03] No matter what the truth is

[00:07:06] George

[00:07:09] Yeah, hold on

[00:07:10] I'm putting something in for Jake's link

[00:07:12] Sorry

[00:07:13] It's okay

[00:07:15] So

[00:07:16] Why don't you throw up the thumbnail

[00:07:17] So we can see it

[00:07:18] Why don't we set the mood really quickly

[00:07:19] You want the thumbnail?

[00:07:20] Give me the thumbnail

[00:07:21] Yeah, please

[00:07:22] Here you go

[00:07:23] Sorry about that

[00:07:24] It's okay

[00:07:26] Go ahead

[00:07:27] I'd like to go ahead

[00:07:28] And start popping the set the mood items

[00:07:29] Before Jake gets in here

[00:07:31] Couple of quick ones there

[00:07:33] Jake

[00:07:35] You know

[00:07:36] Free J6s

[00:07:37] Free Julian Assange

[00:07:39] You got to know the ones that don't want those people freed

[00:07:41] Are the ones that are corrupt more than anything

[00:07:43] They have stuff to fear

[00:07:44] Exactly

[00:07:46] My philosophy

[00:07:48] All right, you ready Lance?

[00:07:49] Set the mood

[00:07:50] Let's do it

[00:07:51] Yep, please

[00:07:52] All right, let's rock

[00:07:53] So if you want to change the world

[00:07:54] Start off by making your bed

[00:07:55] If you make your bed every morning

[00:07:56] You will have accomplished the first task of the day

[00:07:58] It will give you a small sense of pride

[00:08:01] And it will encourage you to do another task

[00:08:03] And another

[00:08:04] And another

[00:08:05] And by the end of the day

[00:08:06] That one task completed

[00:08:07] Will have turned into many tasks completed

[00:08:10] Making your bed will also reinforce the fact

[00:08:13] That the little things in life matter

[00:08:15] If you can't do the little things right

[00:08:17] You'll never be able to do the big things right

[00:08:19] And if by chance you have a miserable day

[00:08:22] You will come home to a bed that is made

[00:08:24] That you made

[00:08:25] And a made bed gives you encouragement

[00:08:27] That tomorrow will be better

[00:08:30] Damn, I didn't make my bed

[00:08:32] Am I in trouble Lance?

[00:08:33] I always make my bed every single day

[00:08:35] Throw up the next one

[00:08:36] It's about discipline

[00:08:37] I really like this one also

[00:08:39] Okay, here we go

[00:08:48] Everybody says discipline is so important

[00:08:50] But they never want to tell you why

[00:08:52] I'll tell you why discipline is so important

[00:08:54] It's the strongest form of self-love

[00:08:56] It's ignoring something you want right now

[00:08:58] For something better later on

[00:09:00] Discipline

[00:09:01] Reveals the commitment you have to your dreams

[00:09:04] Especially on days where you don't want to

[00:09:06] The future you is depending on the current you

[00:09:09] To keep the promises you made to yourself yesterday

[00:09:12] Hmm, your promises Lance

[00:09:17] I think we'll play that other one after Jake

[00:09:20] Because I think we'll be cutting it a little closer

[00:09:22] I believe he's going to be very punctual

[00:09:24] Obviously

[00:09:27] Lance?

[00:09:28] Yes sir

[00:09:29] What other one?

[00:09:30] What are we talking about?

[00:09:31] There's a third one in there

[00:09:32] It's the C3P

[00:09:33] Oh

[00:09:34] I want to give him a shout out too

[00:09:35] Because I love his work

[00:09:36] He's part of the Dilly Meme Squad

[00:09:39] Oh, that's media too

[00:09:41] Okay

[00:09:42] Yeah

[00:09:43] We can do it right now

[00:09:44] Why not?

[00:09:45] Alright, go ahead

[00:09:46] If you have to cut it off

[00:09:47] You cut it off

[00:09:48] If Jake calls in we'll cut it and we'll replay it

[00:09:49] No

[00:09:50] You can just take the call

[00:09:51] It's going to take a few minutes

[00:09:52] To get through to you know the system

[00:09:54] Alright, let's put up who this is from

[00:09:55] Right though

[00:09:56] This is a good friend of ours

[00:09:57] C3P Meme

[00:09:59] Oh, this is him

[00:10:00] Forget it

[00:10:01] Hello

[00:10:04] Hey guys, good luck

[00:10:05] Hey, how are you Jake?

[00:10:06] Let me turn you up in the volume

[00:10:07] Because obviously we're having to hold the phone up to the microphone

[00:10:10] How are you brother?

[00:10:11] Hey, there he is

[00:10:12] Yeah

[00:10:13] That is a good guy

[00:10:14] Yeah, complicated

[00:10:15] No doubt

[00:10:16] I understand what you're under there with the DOJ and the BOP

[00:10:22] Not an easy

[00:10:23] A lot of people don't realize the weaponization of the system

[00:10:26] They don't really understand that even fighting from there

[00:10:29] That access to things like this is not easy

[00:10:32] I understand that even fighting from there

[00:10:34] That access to things like a law library

[00:10:37] And the services that are provided are subpar

[00:10:40] And I'm sure in your case they're doing it intentionally

[00:10:42] Give me some details of what you have going on there

[00:10:45] Maybe what you want to talk about on the show

[00:10:47] Because I want to give you free range

[00:10:49] Because obviously you have limited access to the public

[00:10:52] Of course

[00:10:53] Right now

[00:10:55] You are rocking and rolling live

[00:10:56] We're live

[00:10:57] You're live, everybody can hear you

[00:10:59] And you're streaming to 11 different platforms live on the Big MIG show

[00:11:03] Awesome

[00:11:04] Well, Meg, thank you, brother

[00:11:08] Freedom isn't free in this country

[00:11:10] Just observed Moral Day yesterday

[00:11:12] And my heart goes out to all my other Jan 6 Patriot brothers

[00:11:16] And the family members of the four Jan Sixers who lost their lives

[00:11:21] Defending this country on January 6, 2021

[00:11:24] Against a communist coup d'etat

[00:11:26] A takeover by the Marxists

[00:11:28] Joe Biden bought and paid for communist regime

[00:11:32] And myself personally

[00:11:34] I have been sitting in prison for 1,230 days without a trial

[00:11:39] Held as a political hostage

[00:11:41] Donald Trump calls us by

[00:11:43] Hey, Jake, I got to ask you something

[00:11:45] Did they make you sign away your speedy trial right?

[00:11:49] The speedy trial situation is grave in the January Sixers realm

[00:11:56] It's almost impossible to get a speedy trial

[00:11:58] But in my case particularly

[00:12:00] I have a charge which 350 other Jan Sixers also have been charged with

[00:12:05] It's a very serious criminal statute

[00:12:08] It's called a 15-12 obstruction of Congress

[00:12:11] It's a 20-year maximum felony charge

[00:12:13] It is the, I guess, the highlight or the most poignant example of weaponized lawfare

[00:12:21] This is the most serious lawfare they've ever used against any American citizens

[00:12:26] This is the bludgeoning tool

[00:12:28] This is when you hear weaponized

[00:12:30] This is what they mean

[00:12:31] So the 15-12 obstruction of Congress

[00:12:33] 20-year maximum felony charge

[00:12:35] Donald Trump has also been charged with it by the way

[00:12:38] Was originally designed for Congress to use against companies like Enron

[00:12:44] If they were to be called in front of a congressional subpoena

[00:12:47] So that all the CEOs and the people there didn't start shredding documents

[00:12:51] And so it's a criminal statute that has to shredding or destroying documents

[00:12:55] That will obstruct an official proceeding

[00:12:57] They twisted and contorted this federal charge

[00:13:01] And over broadly applied it to me and my Jan Six brothers

[00:13:05] And now Donald Trump and the Supreme Court picked up this case

[00:13:09] So originally like a year and a half ago

[00:13:12] I got my charge dismissed by Trump appointing Judge Nichols

[00:13:17] And Nichols thought, yep, this law has been very arbitrarily

[00:13:23] And almost in a political way charged to the January 6th or so

[00:13:29] Dismissing it off Mr. Lang's case

[00:13:31] The government decided to go ahead and fight it

[00:13:34] And push it up to the Federal Circuit Court

[00:13:37] The appellate court

[00:13:39] And so in the appellate court

[00:13:42] The appellate court is full of three liberal judges

[00:13:45] And they overturned my judge's decision

[00:13:50] And so after that happened

[00:13:53] We only had one recourse of action left

[00:13:55] We had to push it up to Supreme Court

[00:13:57] And so through this long legal battle

[00:13:59] We got picked up by the Supreme Court

[00:14:02] Last month on April 15th

[00:14:05] They did their opening arguments for it

[00:14:07] And we will have a decision within the next two or three weeks here

[00:14:11] Mid-June on whether or not that charge is sticking

[00:14:14] For Donald Trump, myself and all the Jan Sixers

[00:14:18] And it's an astronomical charge

[00:14:20] Like I said, people are going to prison

[00:14:22] It's a 20 year maximum felony charge

[00:14:25] But in reality when you get found guilty of it

[00:14:28] It adds three to five years sometimes a little more to your prison sentence

[00:14:33] And so that's basically why I haven't been able to go to trial

[00:14:37] I've been fighting through that in the processes

[00:14:40] That, you know, the wheels of justice grind slowly

[00:14:44] The majority of the country hasn't been through anything like that

[00:14:48] They don't understand how the federal criminal system works

[00:14:52] They don't understand the weaponization of it

[00:14:54] They don't understand the limited number of tools that are given to defendants

[00:14:58] Including law libraries that are insufficient

[00:15:00] That the Ritehavius Corpus, 2255, 1983

[00:15:04] They all aren't as powerful as they act like they are

[00:15:07] Because of course the courts structurally try to stop you

[00:15:12] from getting any traction when it comes to your rights

[00:15:15] In your guy's case, there are so many other, you know, BLM, Antifa

[00:15:20] So many other riots that have happened

[00:15:22] Hamas, the Palestinian riots in the schools

[00:15:25] That so many other people would have been charged

[00:15:27] If in fact these were actually fair charges

[00:15:30] That were being applied to the people that went there to Jay Six to peacefully protest

[00:15:34] At the end of the day we know it was a fedsurrection

[00:15:37] We're well aware of that

[00:15:39] I guess, give me some of the input

[00:15:41] We know the BOP

[00:15:43] I don't know how much you can talk about it

[00:15:44] Because I know that they'll be retaliatory

[00:15:46] We know the BOP is obviously not doing what they're supposed to be doing

[00:15:51] Their obligation is not to punish defendants or the incarcerated

[00:15:56] But yet it looks like the services that are being provided

[00:15:59] Food and otherwise are extremely subpar for you guys

[00:16:02] And they're intentionally taking out on you by putting you in the shoe and other things

[00:16:06] Do you want to tell the audience about some of the experiences you've had?

[00:16:09] Of course, well, you know

[00:16:11] Basically, the DMV of your life depended on

[00:16:20] Your meals, your educational, your religious services

[00:16:23] All that stuff were provided to you by the incompetence level of the DMV

[00:16:28] By a federal, you know, by a government function

[00:16:31] And so the federal BOP is extremely antiquated

[00:16:34] And it's also extremely draconian

[00:16:37] They basically, the rehabilitation that they claim to provide

[00:16:42] American citizens who have been accused and or convicted of a crime

[00:16:46] A lot of us wrongfully haven't obviously been to trial yet

[00:16:50] But all the Jan Sixers that are in here and Peter Navarro and soon to be Bannon

[00:16:55] You know, have been wrongfully convicted

[00:16:58] And so basically their main tool is to shut you down

[00:17:04] To take away your First Amendment right

[00:17:06] And to remove all of your community and societal ties

[00:17:09] By sticking you in a sensory deprivation chamber

[00:17:13] Which I just emerged from basically

[00:17:15] I just had 36 days in an 8x10 cell with no phone calls home

[00:17:20] No ability to write letters or talk to the outside world

[00:17:27] It was truly no books, no entertainment

[00:17:30] It's just you in four whitewashed walls

[00:17:32] You have Father God in there with you

[00:17:34] Jesus is dancing with you in the fire

[00:17:36] If you have a relationship with God

[00:17:38] And during that time he can really build into you

[00:17:41] And it could become a formative time in you

[00:17:43] Where your relationship and his presence grows stronger in your life

[00:17:47] And I'm so graced by God that I have, you know

[00:17:50] Been called out of my lifestyle that I used to live in

[00:17:53] Right here in New York City by name

[00:17:55] He called me by name and took away the darkness from my heart

[00:17:59] And so during these times

[00:18:00] I've done over 800 days of solitary confinement

[00:18:03] But never before, Mick, was I completely removed from being able to contact the outside world

[00:18:08] Because, you know, as you know, I run a podcast from solitary

[00:18:12] I do hundreds of interviews

[00:18:14] And we're so blessed and grateful to have amazing Gen 6 organizations that raise lots of money

[00:18:20] To distribute to this very needful community

[00:18:24] You know, every single day the needs are just growing

[00:18:28] There's a family right now that I know

[00:18:30] The Perkins, they just had, you know, they have a large, like five kids at home

[00:18:35] Their AC just busted

[00:18:37] And it's very hot

[00:18:39] They're basically in some livable conditions right now

[00:18:41] And so we're raising thousands of dollars and distributing there

[00:18:45] I mean, we've got another one of my brothers, Bart Shively

[00:18:48] Who is going back in

[00:18:50] He's a Gen 6 who has been released

[00:18:52] He's going right now for a bone marrow transplant

[00:18:54] We needed to raise money to put his dogs up

[00:18:57] To board them

[00:18:58] For the month that he's going to be away

[00:19:00] And so every single day there's new challenges

[00:19:02] There's legal fees

[00:19:03] And the legal fund we started

[00:19:05] And so, you know

[00:19:07] Although most of the time they do end up throwing me in solitary

[00:19:12] It's through those times in solitary

[00:19:15] That I've been able to really tap into God's will for my life

[00:19:18] And actually grow stronger

[00:19:20] And make the movement grow stronger

[00:19:21] Which is a testimony of, you know, my voice crying out from the damp and dark prison cells

[00:19:27] I've been in

[00:19:28] And, you know, we've been able to lead the charge like we have

[00:19:30] And, you know, God bless

[00:19:32] You know, there's a quote you had on your documentary that I watched

[00:19:35] And I recommend you guys go watch the documentary

[00:19:38] The link's in the chat

[00:19:40] So if you guys don't see it

[00:19:41] You can get over there and go to his website and look at it

[00:19:43] But there's a quote that I really like

[00:19:44] These are the times that try men's souls

[00:19:47] The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot

[00:19:49] Will in this crisis shrink from the service of his country

[00:19:53] But he that stands it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman

[00:19:57] And that's Thomas Paine

[00:19:59] It's one of my favorite quotes actually

[00:20:01] And I think that's the times we're in

[00:20:03] These are times of trying

[00:20:04] Jake, I gotta ask you

[00:20:05] Because there's something I know about

[00:20:07] Do you know who the phone provider is

[00:20:09] In the facility you're in by any chance?

[00:20:12] Federal facilities and there

[00:20:17] I mean 15 different facilities

[00:20:19] From county facilities to federal maximum security penitentiaries

[00:20:24] To any city places

[00:20:26] I'm in the middle of New York City right now

[00:20:28] I'm in Brooklyn, New York

[00:20:29] I was just gonna say that

[00:20:30] Because people were saying that

[00:20:31] I honestly couldn't tell

[00:20:33] It's either Securis or Totalink or Global Talent

[00:20:37] I don't know if your attorney's done much research

[00:20:41] But Securis has a major issue

[00:20:43] That's become well aware across the country

[00:20:45] And they've been eavesdropping

[00:20:46] It appears working along with the Department of Justice

[00:20:49] Because they knew about it in 2006

[00:20:51] That they had a problem with their software

[00:20:53] They've never fixed it

[00:20:54] Based on all the information online

[00:20:57] And they are eavesdropping

[00:20:58] On people's attorney-client privilege communications

[00:21:02] So you may check into that

[00:21:04] To find out what Securis facilities

[00:21:06] And if anybody does any research online

[00:21:08] They'll find that there are just hundreds of cases

[00:21:12] And probably thousands of cases

[00:21:14] That have been impacted by this eavesdropping

[00:21:16] And it appears that the DOJ is in cahoots with them over it

[00:21:21] So pretty interesting stuff

[00:21:23] Listen, Jake, tell us a little bit about the website

[00:21:27] Of where they can find you

[00:21:28] Where they can donate

[00:21:29] How they can support you

[00:21:30] Because I know your 15 is gonna be up

[00:21:32] And then you'll have to call back, correct?

[00:21:34] Yes, yep

[00:21:36] Well, guys out there

[00:21:38] First and foremost

[00:21:40] The Jan 6 Patriots

[00:21:42] We're a proud bunch of men

[00:21:45] And that's not to say

[00:21:46] They're priceless in the eyes of God

[00:21:48] But I'm telling you

[00:21:50] These group of men that I've been incarcerated with

[00:21:52] They're all providers, they're all protectors

[00:21:55] They're all go-get-em type of guys

[00:21:57] A lot of them blue collar entrepreneurs

[00:21:59] Like carpenters and roofers and electricians

[00:22:02] You know, we've got school teachers

[00:22:04] We've got former Marines actually

[00:22:07] Most of my Jan 6 brothers are former Marine Corps

[00:22:11] Or Army Rangers

[00:22:13] And so these group of guys

[00:22:15] This is a very rare scenario

[00:22:17] Where basically all these men who have wives and kids at home

[00:22:21] Have been knocked out of the playing field

[00:22:23] They can't provide any longer

[00:22:25] And in fact they've actually become

[00:22:27] A financial detriment to their own families

[00:22:30] With the legal fees that pile up

[00:22:32] And the commissary right

[00:22:33] Every phone call home they have to pay for

[00:22:36] Every email, all the stamps

[00:22:38] To correspond

[00:22:39] So it's very expensive to be a prisoner nowadays

[00:22:42] And it's a tragedy because

[00:22:44] Not only are the wives and kids at home missing the income

[00:22:48] Of daddy, of the provider

[00:22:51] Of the electrician or whatever he was out there

[00:22:54] They're also now having to pay thousands of dollars a year

[00:22:58] In commissary and all these other costs

[00:23:00] And most of them have had their entire life savings wiped out

[00:23:03] By a $100,000 federal lawyer

[00:23:06] So we are in desperate and dire circumstances

[00:23:09] And so I've taken upon myself

[00:23:11] Called by God's Holy Spirit

[00:23:13] And I'm so grateful that we've been able to have the success we have

[00:23:17] Because we've been able to kind of assuage all this evil

[00:23:20] That the government wanted to happen to our families and stuff

[00:23:24] By raising money and distributing it through the January 6th community

[00:23:27] We have a main hub in the J6 community called J6truth.org

[00:23:32] And that's where you can see my documentaries

[00:23:34] The Truth About January 6th is our first one we ever put out

[00:23:38] Actually it's almost two years old today

[00:23:40] We released it on D-Day which is coming up

[00:23:43] And it's the number one viewed video still ever on Rumble

[00:23:46] Over two million views

[00:23:48] And it'll change and it'll obviously open up your eyes to the truth about January 6th

[00:23:53] How we were set up, how the Capitol Police attacked us first

[00:23:56] How we bravely and boldly defended US soil from a communist coup to Tom

[00:24:02] Peacefully we tried to

[00:24:04] I mean we were there to use our first member right to redress our grievance

[00:24:07] But when we were attacked we stood our ground and famously and historically accurate

[00:24:12] We ended up taking the Capitol building from the tyrants that day

[00:24:16] Without a single shot fired from our side

[00:24:18] And we showed great restraint

[00:24:20] Where being murdered four unarmed American citizens

[00:24:22] We did not even grievously injure any Capitol Police officers

[00:24:27] So you'll learn all that in our documentary on J6truth.org

[00:24:31] And there's a new program which we started

[00:24:33] Which has actually become the undergirding of the entire movement

[00:24:38] That I really am asking you guys

[00:24:40] If you guys can support it would mean the world to us

[00:24:43] Because it's a game changer

[00:24:45] If you guys go to sponsorj6.com

[00:24:47] And there's links on J6truth.org

[00:24:50] But if you guys go right to staff

[00:24:52] Please take out a notepad or make a note on your phone

[00:24:55] Or whatever you do just you know

[00:24:57] Take this time right now to open up your notes app

[00:24:59] And go to sponsorj6.com

[00:25:01] The letter J, the number 6

[00:25:03] That's where you can sign up to become a monthly commissary sponsor

[00:25:06] And when you become a monthly partner with the JAN 6ers

[00:25:09] And you know make that commitment

[00:25:12] Then we can really understand how much money we have coming in

[00:25:15] Because currently we're distributing over $30,000 a month

[00:25:19] To 300 different JAN 6ers in prison

[00:25:22] $100 each on their commissary

[00:25:24] Plus the emergency family fund stuff

[00:25:26] Plus the legal fees and stuff like that

[00:25:28] So we need, it's an incredible

[00:25:31] It's so incredible this community

[00:25:34] How people come around one another

[00:25:36] And we have volunteers all over the place

[00:25:38] Helping us distribute these funds and make this work

[00:25:41] But we need you guys to step up to the plate

[00:25:44] And we're grateful and we're honored to have your love and support

[00:25:48] And so guys please go to sponsor

[00:25:49] I'm getting the beep right now on my side

[00:25:51] Let me call you back Nick

[00:25:53] We'll be waiting for you Jake

[00:25:56] You guys have to understand they're under a lot of restrictions

[00:25:59] How much time do you need to call back Lance?

[00:26:01] I don't know, I think he may be able to call right back

[00:26:04] But I think only once

[00:26:05] I think they might allow you two 15 minute calls

[00:26:07] I don't know if there's going to be a delay George

[00:26:09] I'll sit here with the phone with me and we'll let that happen

[00:26:12] But people have to realize

[00:26:13] You want me to run the commercials and we just break it off if he calls?

[00:26:16] Yeah I don't see why not George

[00:26:18] Let's go ahead and do that

[00:26:19] Alright we'll break off, here we go

[00:28:46] Alright, we are back to Big Mig

[00:28:50] Show here with Lance Miliaccio and George Bounty

[00:28:52] We've got Jake Lang on the phone

[00:28:54] So we're just going to continue the conversation

[00:28:56] He can't hear me, he only can hear Lance with the phone

[00:28:59] So I'm going to let Lance take over

[00:29:01] Hey Jake, you're back live

[00:29:03] The audience can hear you now

[00:29:04] So go ahead and pick up where you stopped

[00:29:06] They're ready to go

[00:29:11] You're welcome man, you're welcome

[00:29:12] It's not a good thing, it's not a fun area

[00:29:14] And so, you know, if you guys feel in your heart, move from it

[00:29:22] So we have to rely on the generosity of strangers

[00:29:38] And so we appreciate you patriots

[00:29:40] Thank you guys, you guys are heroes

[00:29:42] You know, people don't realize in the audience

[00:29:44] You guys don't realize what they're going through

[00:29:46] When you talk about being incarcerated

[00:29:48] Not only the legal fees that are obviously, that's very obvious

[00:29:52] Commissary, I think, what's the limit now?

[00:29:54] Canteen, canteen

[00:29:55] Jake, 350 a month

[00:29:56] Tell them canteen

[00:29:57] Yeah, right around there

[00:29:58] So you got 350 a month

[00:30:00] You need another 100 minimum for phone calls

[00:30:03] You need stamps so you can send out letters

[00:30:05] You guys don't realize that being incarcerated

[00:30:07] And if anybody wants to send you any books or anything else

[00:30:10] I don't know what the policy is now

[00:30:13] I know they were trying to make all the books electronic

[00:30:15] Can you still send paper books, Jake?

[00:30:17] Yeah, so you have to realize that the poll

[00:30:49] It causes a ripple effect on your family

[00:30:53] Not only are you not a provider

[00:30:55] You end up, like he said, you end up being a source of a detriment in a way

[00:31:00] And they're obviously all trying to support you

[00:31:02] But this goes on

[00:31:03] And in Jake's case, in my opinion

[00:31:05] I know they're trying to say the cases are complex

[00:31:07] But none of these people

[00:31:08] Obviously Jake has no priors

[00:31:10] And many of the people in there have no priors

[00:31:12] They shouldn't be incarcerated this whole time

[00:31:14] They should be able to fight their cases from the outside

[00:31:17] But that's part of the strategy, guys

[00:31:19] The Department of Justice does this intentionally

[00:31:21] Because it's much more difficult to fright from inside

[00:31:25] Jake, you can explain that to them further if you like

[00:31:27] The 40,000 hour

[00:31:55] And you only have received one fourth of the evidence against you

[00:32:00] To build a proper defense

[00:32:02] To mount a proper defense to the allegations

[00:32:04] And so that's the current scenario

[00:32:06] We're sitting in

[00:32:07] Right now it's January 6th

[00:32:09] And prosecutors

[00:32:14] It wasn't the U.S. Attorney's Office

[00:32:16] That discovery

[00:32:20] Which is the video evidence

[00:32:22] Or any evidence that they can conglomerate for you

[00:32:25] They have a legal obligation

[00:32:28] It's called Brady

[00:32:29] Brady materials

[00:32:31] From a court case that basically was overturned

[00:32:34] On a due process violation

[00:32:36] Which this is part of your due process rights

[00:32:38] To be able to have an equal

[00:32:40] And correct and fair administration of justice

[00:32:43] As an American right

[00:32:44] That is sacred or it used to be

[00:32:47] And right now the January 6thers are fighting through that battle

[00:32:51] And so we personally

[00:32:54] Myself, I can tell you

[00:32:56] I have not had access to my discovery video files at all

[00:33:00] I've received a couple gigabytes of data here and there

[00:33:03] And I've tried to piece together a scrappy defense

[00:33:06] But for example

[00:33:08] In the D.C. Gulag where most of us were housed

[00:33:11] I was housed there for two years

[00:33:13] We had 30 to 40 different January 6th defendants in there at any given time

[00:33:18] In our pod

[00:33:19] And we would sit down

[00:33:21] And share with each other

[00:33:24] A couple few gigabytes of data that

[00:33:26] The government allowed us to have

[00:33:28] And you would see a video of yourself

[00:33:30] An exculpatory video

[00:33:31] Which is a video that helps exonerate you

[00:33:34] You would see a video of yourself on another January 6th defendant

[00:33:38] Video on his discovery

[00:33:40] And you'd say why isn't that in my discovery

[00:33:42] I want to use this video

[00:33:44] To form my own defense

[00:33:45] That's a video of me for example

[00:33:47] And let me say something to the audience on your re-abject

[00:33:49] So the government always only wants to provide the inculpatory evidence

[00:33:53] Which is the guilty evidence

[00:33:55] They don't want to provide the exculpatory evidence

[00:33:58] So what you're talking about here is

[00:34:00] It's deprivation of rights under color of law

[00:34:03] And it's a due process violation

[00:34:05] It's a civil rights violation

[00:34:07] It's complicated

[00:34:08] But this is how the government is operating

[00:34:10] They are not disclosing

[00:34:12] In fact they're destroying and hiding the material

[00:34:14] Which in effect would normally be a situation where the government

[00:34:19] The judge would look and think about dismissing your case

[00:34:22] In this particular case you just heard it

[00:34:25] That you can see your Brady material on another inmate's disc

[00:34:29] And yet another defendant's disc

[00:34:31] And yet that information that might help you with your case

[00:34:34] Is not made available to you

[00:34:36] This is intentional

[00:34:37] This is not by accident for the audience

[00:34:39] You guys got to realize

[00:34:40] What they're doing to Jake could happen to any one of you

[00:34:44] The DOJ is weaponized

[00:34:46] That means it's happening to Trump right now, Lance

[00:34:49] Right?

[00:34:50] It's exactly the same thing they're doing to Trump

[00:34:52] They don't provide the evidence that would exonerate him

[00:34:55] They only try to prevent evidence that they believe

[00:34:57] Proves him to be guilty

[00:34:58] And it's the same thing they're doing to every single J6er

[00:35:02] Jake, go from there

[00:35:37] At least a single hour of the January 6th tape

[00:35:39] So you have these huge due process Brady material violations

[00:35:44] The January Sixers have suffered

[00:35:46] And in a normal criminal case

[00:35:48] Let's say, God forbid, somebody like Rob the convenience store

[00:35:51] And another camera angle wouldn't stick in his hand

[00:35:58] Another camera angle came out

[00:36:00] That would be... and the government had access to that video

[00:36:02] And withheld it

[00:36:04] Violation, it's called

[00:36:13] And so that's what we're dealing with here

[00:36:15] But that's just the beginning of our legal problems

[00:36:17] We have an insurmountable odd

[00:36:20] And I bet if your audience can think what that is

[00:36:23] It is the jury pool in Washington D.C. is tainted beyond repair

[00:36:29] Their prejudice is incredible

[00:36:31] I mean, it's one of the highest

[00:36:33] Like literally going to trial as black man in Selma, Alabama

[00:36:39] In the 1950s or 60s

[00:36:42] You would not get a fair trial

[00:36:44] There's too much prejudice

[00:36:46] There is too much predisposition

[00:36:49] Negative against you

[00:36:51] And so we have actually done a change of venue polling data

[00:36:54] Which was remarkable

[00:36:56] So we have a jury pool

[00:36:58] Basically, we polled 450 Washington D.C. residents

[00:37:02] Our jury pool that are eligible jurors

[00:37:04] And asked them their true thoughts on January 6th

[00:37:07] And 70% of the... 70.1% of the respondents said

[00:37:14] That no matter what somebody did that day

[00:37:16] If they protested at the Capitol

[00:37:18] They deserve to go to prison

[00:37:20] And so that means just like the little grandma

[00:37:23] Standing off hundreds of yards from the Capitol

[00:37:25] Just on Capitol grounds

[00:37:27] Waving an American flag, singing hymns to our Lord and Savior Jesus

[00:37:30] Those people, the Democrats, the brainwashed liberals in Washington D.C.

[00:37:35] Believe that that is deserving of prison time

[00:37:38] And so how can you go to trial even...

[00:37:41] Let's say we had all of our exculpatory evidence

[00:37:44] All of the evidence

[00:37:46] And we were able to make a robust, strong defense

[00:37:49] We are still going up against the most criminal justice system ever

[00:37:55] No pun intended

[00:37:57] Because the prosecutors know they have a lock, stock and barrel jury pool

[00:38:02] That will literally have 100% conviction rate

[00:38:05] Which we have at trial right now

[00:38:07] And the judges are also on the payroll

[00:38:10] And so you put all this together

[00:38:12] And it's literally like a David vs. Goliath scenario

[00:38:15] But our David, the Jan Sixers

[00:38:17] We have our hands tied behind our back

[00:38:19] We aren't even given the opportunity to sling the stone

[00:38:22] And so it's disheartening

[00:38:24] And I don't want to...

[00:38:25] I'm sitting here, I'm telling you guys the truth

[00:38:27] I'm not here to complain

[00:38:28] The truth is necessary

[00:38:30] But I'm not coming in the spirit of defeat or despair or discouragement

[00:38:35] I'm encouraged

[00:38:37] Because I know that when weak God is strong

[00:38:40] And it's through his power of deliverance

[00:38:43] That we're going to see

[00:38:45] It's the miracles happen here

[00:38:47] Where the Jan Sixers are released

[00:38:49] That only God can bring to fruition

[00:38:51] The entire system was set up against us, Mick

[00:38:54] But God is going to free the Jan Sixers

[00:38:57] I'm telling you, I feel it

[00:38:58] 2024 is a different year

[00:39:00] Yeah, and our prayers are with you guys

[00:39:03] Because obviously we know that deck is stacked against you

[00:39:07] There's another quote you use

[00:39:09] And I want to read it to the audience

[00:39:10] Because I think it's really important

[00:39:11] I pulled it off your documentary

[00:39:13] In the beginning of change

[00:39:15] The patriot is a scarce man

[00:39:17] And brave and hated and scorned

[00:39:20] When his cause succeeds

[00:39:22] The timid join him

[00:39:23] For then it costs nothing to be a patriot

[00:39:26] And that's Mark Twain for the audience

[00:39:28] Hey Lance

[00:39:29] And that's exactly where you're at

[00:39:30] George is going to ask a question

[00:39:32] No, no, I'm going to relay a message

[00:39:34] We got a couple of patriots

[00:39:35] One is from New York

[00:39:37] Her name is Warrior Gal

[00:39:39] She's a big support of him

[00:39:42] Hold on one second

[00:39:43] Warrior Gal says what George?

[00:39:46] She's rooting for him, supporting him

[00:39:48] She's from New York

[00:39:49] She's from New York, Warrior Gal

[00:39:51] And she's 100% behind you guys

[00:39:53] She knows what happened

[00:39:54] Go ahead

[00:39:55] And then you got Tony

[00:39:56] What's the other one George?

[00:39:57] Tony1963 is another one

[00:39:59] Tony1963, another one says that they're 100% behind you

[00:40:03] Listen, whatever you guys can do out in the audience

[00:40:05] Whatever you can do to contribute to the websites that Jake listed

[00:40:09] Obviously these guys need financial support

[00:40:11] Because I can tell you without stamps, without commissary

[00:40:14] And without money for phone calls

[00:40:16] You have no idea how miserable that place is

[00:40:19] And I don't think anybody can really relay that to you

[00:40:22] Especially there are certain people within the BOP guards

[00:40:25] And otherwise that will go out of their way

[00:40:27] To make your time there as miserable as possible

[00:40:31] Just not having KST, Lance, is horrible

[00:40:34] Yeah, I mean just not having

[00:40:35] You guys don't realize just not having commissary is a huge deal

[00:40:39] That can obviously change

[00:40:40] And of course if you don't understand the food system in there

[00:40:43] It's not what you guys think

[00:40:45] I can tell you that the system is not doing what it's supposed to be

[00:40:49] Because again, it's just supposed to house you

[00:40:51] It's not supposed to add to your punishment

[00:40:53] The punishment is the time

[00:40:55] They're not supposed to increase the punishment by terrible living conditions

[00:40:59] And between the mold and the vermin

[00:41:01] And all brown water and you name it

[00:41:05] Jake, if you want to tell them a little bit about that

[00:41:08] Maybe it would be good to do that

[00:41:11] We had no religious services

[00:41:35] Legal visits, we were three point shackled like Hannibal Lecter

[00:41:38] Even to see our lawyers

[00:41:40] And then we had to quarantine for two weeks

[00:41:42] The water came out, this brown disgusting rust

[00:41:46] You know they're trying to kill us

[00:41:48] This is an environment designed not only to physically kill you

[00:41:51] But to spiritually break your resolve down for one key purpose

[00:41:55] They want everyone to bend a knee and take a plea deal

[00:41:58] And sign away their rights to appeal

[00:42:00] And also turn on President Donald J. Trump in their plea deal

[00:42:04] Saying that all these different affirmations that they can use

[00:42:08] He only told me to and all this nonsense

[00:42:13] This is the reason

[00:42:15] This was an evil plan that the feds have in order to get Trump

[00:42:19] To get everyone to turn on him

[00:42:21] And to make all of his supporters stand for our constitutional rights

[00:42:28] That's the reason why we went to the Capitol

[00:42:29] Because we have a right and a duty to stand against tyranny from God

[00:42:34] And they wanted to use that to try to make a huge spectacle against Trump

[00:42:38] And criminally convict him with all these different plea dealers

[00:42:42] That are basically willing to sign their souls away

[00:42:46] To turn on Trump and get their lives

[00:42:50] Get a couple years off their sentence knocked off

[00:42:53] And so this environment was designed to coerce

[00:42:57] And they're doing this under duress

[00:43:01] It's not that they're not patriots

[00:43:03] But if you don't have a relationship with Christ

[00:43:06] The saying in the Bible is

[00:43:08] He who lives in you is greater than he who lives in the world

[00:43:12] And if you don't lose your life for my sake

[00:43:15] Then you will not have

[00:43:17] If you lose your life for my sake

[00:43:19] You will gain your life

[00:43:20] Is what Jesus tells us

[00:43:21] And sometimes you have to go on and make the ultimate sacrifice

[00:43:24] And just sit and wait in God's patience

[00:43:26] And unfortunately we have had some that have not been able to do that

[00:43:30] But the majority of the Jan Sixers

[00:43:32] Represent strong American values and conviction

[00:43:35] That never back down, you know, just spirit

[00:43:39] And so I'm proud to call myself one of those brave guys

[00:43:43] Amongst a group of guys that are far, far more patriotic

[00:43:48] And I'm a young man

[00:43:50] They've lived their lives of service

[00:43:51] And raised families and stuff

[00:43:53] I'm just following the footsteps of these awesome patriots

[00:43:57] And I'm proud to say I'm a Jan Sixer patriot

[00:43:59] And I'm proud to say if my country needed me, I would do it

[00:44:02] You know, Jake, I appreciate that you're not broken

[00:44:09] It's not easy, you know, for everybody out there

[00:44:12] To stay in a positive light

[00:44:15] Obviously you have to be right with God

[00:44:17] There's no doubt about it

[00:44:18] You have to find your strength there

[00:44:19] Because they will do everything they can to you

[00:44:22] To break your will in those facilities

[00:44:24] And of course, the system is really stacked against any defendant

[00:44:28] And especially the J Sixers

[00:44:30] Think about it like this for the audience

[00:44:32] I just want to give you statistically

[00:44:34] The federal government in general cases has a 96% conviction rate

[00:44:40] Now ask yourself, how could that be possible if they're not cheating?

[00:44:44] Because the state conviction rate isn't anywhere near that kind of a rate

[00:44:47] So what, are the feds just better at it?

[00:44:49] I would argue that they're not

[00:44:50] And now you just heard from Jake that the conviction rate on J Sixers is 100%

[00:44:55] You're going to tell me that every single person that they got a hold of

[00:44:59] Was guilty of what they said they were guilty of?

[00:45:01] Come on, you know it's a lie guys

[00:45:03] You know for the audience, you know they're lying

[00:45:05] And in Jake's case, at least he's being strong enough to stand up

[00:45:09] And take a stand still

[00:45:11] Where many aren't able to continue down that route

[00:45:13] And I don't blame them for it

[00:45:15] I understand what's going on

[00:45:16] Because they use the indictment and the superseding indictment as a weapon

[00:45:20] They threaten you and tell you take the plea

[00:45:22] Because they don't want to have to go to trial

[00:45:24] Because they don't want the evidence to have to come out of trial

[00:45:27] Or they're going to limit the ability of the evidence to come out of trial

[00:45:29] And then even appealing as a defendant

[00:45:32] The system is broken and it's stacked against every defendant

[00:45:36] And I can tell you there are many people sitting in federal prison

[00:45:38] That are not guilty of the crimes that the federal government said they were guilty of

[00:45:42] Jake, any last words before you run out of time brother?

[00:45:45] I'm sorry for movements and stuff

[00:46:01] But there's one thing that endures

[00:46:03] And that's the word of God

[00:46:04] And if you're not reading the Bible every day

[00:46:06] Guys, if you want to fix America

[00:46:08] If you want to fix your family

[00:46:09] If you want to fix your own heart

[00:46:11] Not be depressed

[00:46:12] Not be stressed out

[00:46:13] Not be filled with anxiety

[00:46:14] Not be filled with fear and doubt and apprehension

[00:46:17] Read the word of God

[00:46:18] And make some time in your life

[00:46:20] To really get to know Jesus

[00:46:21] Because He's the one that defeats our enemies for us

[00:46:24] It's His battle

[00:46:25] Give it over to His hands

[00:46:27] And He will fight for us

[00:46:28] And He will put wisdom in our hearts to make the right moves

[00:46:30] And so I always just implore the audience

[00:46:33] That there's no love like the love of God

[00:46:35] There's no freedom like the freedom of the Son of God living in your heart

[00:46:39] And I'm free inside a prison cell

[00:46:41] And there are people outside on beaches

[00:46:43] In drop-top convertibles

[00:46:45] In movie theaters and at nice dinners right now

[00:46:48] That believe they're free but they're enchained to sin and death

[00:46:51] And I would just talk to those people

[00:46:53] And say, coming from a prisoner who's had their entire life shaken up

[00:46:58] And ripped from them

[00:47:00] That the freedom I have in my heart, far surpasses

[00:47:03] The limited, shallow, fake, deceptive freedom

[00:47:10] That the devil is selling them in the form of lust

[00:47:12] Or pride or arrogance

[00:47:14] Or violence or any other ways that the devil has

[00:47:19] Is completely chained to him

[00:47:20] And so, please guys, open up your Bible and get to know the Lord

[00:47:24] Because His day is coming. He's coming back soon.

[00:47:27] Thanks, Mig, for having me on, brother.

[00:47:29] God bless you guys.

[00:47:30] And again, that website, if you want to contribute to the Jan Sixers,

[00:47:33] Please take this down.

[00:47:35] Become a monthly commissary sponsor.

[00:47:37] Sponsorj6.com. Sponsorj6.com.

[00:47:41] Thanks, Mig. God bless you.

[00:47:43] Yeah, you're welcome, Jake. We really appreciate it, man.

[00:47:45] Stay safe and obviously we'll be rooting for you from the outside

[00:47:48] We'll do whatever we can to do it.

[00:47:49] George, you have one last thing for Jake. What do you want to say?

[00:47:51] Ask him if we could take the documentary, put it on a documentary channel so I could translate it.

[00:47:54] Hey, we've got a documentary channel on Rumble that's getting pretty popular.

[00:47:58] Jake, can we put your documentary on there for you?

[00:48:01] And I translated it.

[00:48:02] Yes, please. Please throw it up there.

[00:48:03] And we'll translate it into 25 languages also for you. We'll get that done.

[00:48:08] The videos, whatever content we have is yours, guys. Thank you.

[00:48:15] Jake, thank you. God bless, man. You stay safe, brother.

[00:48:18] Mmm.

[00:48:21] Well, I can tell you that Jake obviously can only say so much.

[00:48:27] I can tell you that the way the BOP operates is not the way that they're supposed to.

[00:48:33] I can tell you that the food is subpar. You'll find vermin in black mold in the kitchens.

[00:48:39] You will find guards doing things they're not supposed to do.

[00:48:43] You would think for the most part that we're warning ourselves into a third world country

[00:48:47] when it comes to the way we're treating our criminal defendants.

[00:48:51] Remember, the crime is that the defendants, the punishment is the time.

[00:48:56] It's not supposed to be because you go in there, there's supposed to be additional punishment.

[00:49:01] And that's the problem. The outside doesn't really understand that.

[00:49:04] They think they hear the word felon and they immediately attach to it that that person is guilty.

[00:49:09] I can tell you that there are a lot of innocent people sitting in state and federal prisons

[00:49:13] because the prosecutors committed prosecutorial misconduct.

[00:49:18] They committed due process violations.

[00:49:21] They committed deprivation of rights under color of law.

[00:49:24] They eavesdrop on phone calls. They GPS people illegally.

[00:49:28] They do things without warrants. They enter homes for evidence.

[00:49:32] They destroy evidence. They plant evidence.

[00:49:35] These agencies are not what you think they are.

[00:49:37] So when you guys throw around that word, oh, he's a felon, he's a...

[00:49:40] You guys better give some real thought to it because there's Jake,

[00:49:43] who just went to J6 to peacefully protest and there he sits and he just told you

[00:49:47] there are special forces. You've got Rangers in there.

[00:49:50] You've got Marines, guys that just went to peacefully protest and they're in being held.

[00:49:55] And the speedy trial rate, in my opinion, the government goes out of the way to say,

[00:49:59] oh, it's a complex case. Oh, they're looking at so much time.

[00:50:02] We can't let them out on bond. Bullshit.

[00:50:06] That is just another scheme by the federal government

[00:50:08] to make it impossible for you to fight your case fairly.

[00:50:11] And they use every trick in the book.

[00:50:13] And you want to know what their worst trick is?

[00:50:15] Absolute immunity, qualified immunity.

[00:50:18] Those two terms allow them to do things with almost zero accountability.

[00:50:24] And even when you catch them, you have to ask the court if you can file a tort claim.

[00:50:29] And then the court has to decide if they're going to allow you to file a tort claim.

[00:50:32] And it's only under certain rules. Why should that be?

[00:50:35] If they violate the law, if they eavesdrop, if they wiretap,

[00:50:38] if they destroy Brady material or Giglio material,

[00:50:41] why shouldn't they face the same consequences that you or I would face if we did that?

[00:50:46] Because I can tell you this. If we illegally wiretap somebody,

[00:50:49] you're going to be facing federal wiretapping charges.

[00:50:52] That includes five to 10-year sentences.

[00:50:54] Why is the prosecutor above the law? Why is a federal judge above the law?

[00:50:59] Why are federal agents above the law?

[00:51:01] You know why they're above the law? It's bullshit.

[00:51:03] It's bullshit because they've been getting away with it. That stuff needs to go away.

[00:51:07] I got into a thing online where somebody said, oh, you want a dictator.

[00:51:10] You can't get rid of absolute immunity. Yeah.

[00:51:12] I'm going to tell you this right now. If I have any sway when Trump's back in D.C.

[00:51:16] and I have any sway on any of the people there,

[00:51:18] I will fight to have absolute immunity and qualified immunity

[00:51:22] yanked out from under every federal officer on my watch.

[00:51:27] And I can tell you that there's a likelihood that if Trump's back in there,

[00:51:30] George and I will be in D.C. And you can count on the fact that I'm going to fight to change that

[00:51:35] because you guys aren't going to get away with this,

[00:51:37] and I'm going to do it retroactively 20 years back.

[00:51:40] So all you people who think you've been violating the rights of criminal defendants

[00:51:44] all across the United States and getting away with it,

[00:51:47] you may not have gotten away with it.

[00:51:48] You better hope to God that we don't get back into D.C.

[00:51:51] Because I'm going to tell you what, there's going to be consequences

[00:51:53] because there's already lots of discussions about what's going to happen to that DOJ system,

[00:51:57] to the FBI and other agencies about the way they've been operating as rogue agencies.

[00:52:02] George, I didn't mean to go on there. You got any comments?

[00:52:05] It gets me worked up when I see a guy and his family, I hear about that.

[00:52:09] I'm hearing about veterans in there that went to peacefully protest

[00:52:12] and they're being held like terrorist prisoners.

[00:52:16] Go ahead, Matt.

[00:52:17] I mean, when they got Nona in there, Nona, praying to God, Nona, in prison,

[00:52:24] you know shit's messed up.

[00:52:26] But listen, the whole system's corrupt.

[00:52:28] Who said that you can't get your dictator if you want to get rid of qualified immunity?

[00:52:33] That's got to be either like somebody who works for the government or something.

[00:52:36] Has to be.

[00:52:37] At the end of the day, think about the term, George, absolute immunity.

[00:52:41] That's what the DOJ attorneys have, absolute immunity.

[00:52:44] Why should they have absolute immunity?

[00:52:46] They shouldn't have absolute immunity.

[00:52:47] It should be the second they get caught violating a defendant's rights

[00:52:51] or a petitioner's rights, the minute that happens, they shouldn't have any immunity.

[00:52:55] I understand they just don't want a bunch of frivolous lawsuits going after them.

[00:52:58] But when they're guilty of committing crimes,

[00:53:01] why should they face the consequences just like you and I were?

[00:53:05] Explain that to me. Why?

[00:53:06] I don't know. I'm trying to figure that out too.

[00:53:08] But not only judges or prosecutors, all of them should not have qualified immunity.

[00:53:12] The qualified immunity is the agents, the judges and the prosecutors have absolute immunity.

[00:53:17] And you know why they've got it? Because they voted for it.

[00:53:19] They voted themselves to having it.

[00:53:21] It's just like insider trading for the congressional members.

[00:53:24] Why did they do it? Because they passed something to say they could.

[00:53:27] But again, you can't pass rules for thee and not for me.

[00:53:30] You can't selectively prosecute.

[00:53:32] You can't have an equal application law and equal protection of the law

[00:53:37] and then all of a sudden create these exclusions.

[00:53:39] But the problem is nobody's ever stood up.

[00:53:42] They never had a cash patella as AG or other people that we know are going to be in Trump's cabinet

[00:53:47] that are going to drop the hammer on them because this stuff's got to stop

[00:53:50] because they're just acting like they have full immunity and full impunity

[00:53:55] to do whatever they want to anybody whenever they feel like it.

[00:53:58] And I believe all the people in the J6 committee

[00:54:00] and I believe that all the prosecutors and all the judges that are actually convicting these J6ers,

[00:54:05] I think they're all guilty of treason and sedition against United States citizens

[00:54:09] and an overuse of government influence and power.

[00:54:12] I think they've committed multiple crimes

[00:54:14] and I think they ought to face the consequences for those crimes.

[00:54:16] It's no different than Judge Merchant or Fannie Willis.

[00:54:19] All of them should face the consequences for weaponizing the judicial system

[00:54:23] and the legal system to their own benefit

[00:54:30] so that they can misuse it, misapply it, and abuse it to their own benefit.

[00:54:37] Let's bring this up real quick.

[00:54:39] So C3P Memes, a good friend of ours,

[00:54:44] he makes some awesome, awesome memes.

[00:54:48] I mean unbelievable.

[00:54:49] The whole crew, the Daily Mean crew are just great.

[00:54:51] Yeah, they're top notch. No doubt about it.

[00:54:53] Lance, I didn't see this one so I don't know what it's about, but Lance did.

[00:54:56] Yeah, and we're going to lighten the mood.

[00:54:57] We're just throwing something in here guys because that was obviously a serious call with Jake Lang.

[00:55:01] We've got some other material.

[00:55:02] I don't know how long George wants to run tonight, but go ahead, George, let's play this.

[00:55:05] I thought this was great.

[00:55:08] Here we go.

[00:55:09] Is this on? Yes, it is.

[00:55:11] My name is what? My name is who? My name is...

[00:55:16] We can wrap it right after this if you want, George.

[00:55:19] You want to do the plug for the sponsors. Why don't you plug the sponsors and let's wrap it up.

[00:55:22] Okay, cool.

[00:55:23] My name is...

[00:55:24] Okay with me, brother.

[00:55:25] I'd like to say it another way.

[00:55:26] My name is...

[00:55:27] Anyway.

[00:55:29] Anyway.

[00:55:30] My name is what?

[00:55:33] Hmm.

[00:55:35] Um, um, um, what am I doing here?

[00:55:39] And Joan, and Shingang, I'm sure I'm going to pronounce it right.

[00:55:44] Shanga...

[00:55:48] Koala.

[00:55:50] I think I pronounced it correctly.

[00:55:54] I, uh...

[00:55:55] You know what Lance?

[00:55:58] If I were smart...

[00:56:01] Let me do...

[00:56:03] I'll do the shout out to the sponsors and then we'll do Joe Biden witness tampering and then we'll end it.

[00:56:08] Okay, sounds good, George.

[00:56:11] You know what I mean, Swede?

[00:56:12] Sure.

[00:56:13] I guess I should clear my mind.

[00:56:20] Yeah, you talking and bringing it over.

[00:56:27] And that is the guy that they installed.

[00:56:31] That is the guy that they cheated to put in place as the leader of the free world, Joe Biden.

[00:56:38] Although those pieces, those clips were put together, the mistakes and the errors weren't...

[00:56:42] That wasn't AI.

[00:56:43] Those were legitimate errors where Joe Biden's brain is not functioning.

[00:56:49] He's gone, guys.

[00:56:51] So anybody out there like Robert, Robert Pussy, Jackass De Niro, uh, out there rooting for Joe Biden...

[00:57:01] De Niro's 80 years old.

[00:57:02] He's done, right?

[00:57:03] He has been...

[00:57:04] I'll never watch another one of his movies ever again.

[00:57:06] If I see De Niro's name on a movie, I can tell you that I'm turning it off immediately.

[00:57:09] That behavior in New York today, that guy needs to be bitch slapped.

[00:57:13] He definitely does.

[00:57:15] He's a worthless little troll that thinks that his opinion matters.

[00:57:19] Oh, you know what, Lance?

[00:57:20] In fact, let me finish this.

[00:57:22] I'm tired of celebrities thinking their opinions matter, George.

[00:57:25] You take it from there.

[00:57:26] I'm just...

[00:57:27] You know what?

[00:57:28] I'm going to play that clip because you brought it up.

[00:57:29] Because De Niro can go suck a D.

[00:57:32] Fuck you!

[00:57:34] Fuck you!

[00:57:35] Walk in street!

[00:57:36] You touch kids!

[00:57:37] Walk in street!

[00:57:38] Walk in street!

[00:57:39] Support them, kid!

[00:57:40] Walk...

[00:57:42] Fuck you!

[00:57:43] Fuck you, nerd!

[00:57:44] Fuck you, neat titan!

[00:57:47] Follow-out, watch your back in here.

[00:57:47] We're trying to be gentlemen in this world!

[00:57:51] You democrats, you are gangsters!

[00:57:53] Excuse me?

[00:57:54] You are gangsters!

[00:57:57] Fuck you!

[00:57:59] He'll fuckin' productiveo get in there!

[00:58:02] You're a cy sık complaining!

[00:58:03] You're trash, you're trash, you're done!

[00:58:06] You're done, fuck you!

[00:58:07] You're done after this, Mike.

[00:58:09] Driver!

[00:58:10] Don't let De Niro push down a cup in the face!

[00:58:13] He's a fucking asshole!

[00:58:15] Don't kill him!

[00:58:17] Don't kill him!

[00:58:19] Don't kill him!

[00:58:21] Don't cut him off!

[00:58:23] Cut off his ass!

[00:58:25] Cut off his ass!

[00:58:27] So you know the part that kind of pisses me off?

[00:58:29] He can suck a big fat one, De Niro.

[00:58:31] Yeah, so what he says is, when he says,

[00:58:33] Oh, we act like gentlemen.

[00:58:35] No, you don't, De Niro.

[00:58:37] How many times did Robert De Niro get on a show

[00:58:39] and say, I want to punch Trump in the face

[00:58:41] and this and that?

[00:58:43] No, you ain't no gentleman. You're a POS.

[00:58:45] He's so pathetic that he's got to wear like

[00:58:47] six inch elevator shoes that you can see on set

[00:58:49] because he's so embarrassed about his height.

[00:58:51] He's a little troll and you better hope

[00:58:53] that he never sees the gangster in The Big Migs show.

[00:58:55] Because I can tell you this,

[00:58:57] I'm a way bigger gangster than he would ever want to run into.

[00:58:59] I can't stand people like that.

[00:59:01] I especially can't stand celebrities

[00:59:03] that think their opinions are so important

[00:59:05] that we should all bow down to them.

[00:59:07] Robert De Niro, I can tell you this,

[00:59:09] that I'm pretty sure that the

[00:59:11] MAGA conservative world

[00:59:13] will never watch another one of your movies

[00:59:15] or videos. I'd recommend that if it's on

[00:59:17] Netflix or Amazon, I'd give it a thumbs down.

[00:59:19] I'd give it a zero

[00:59:21] or a one star, drive the ratings into the basement.

[00:59:23] This guy is a POS.

[00:59:25] We don't need him. He wants to move out

[00:59:27] of the country if Trump wins. In fact, I'll tell you what,

[00:59:29] I've already got Buzz Patterson

[00:59:31] who said that he'll grab a C-130

[00:59:33] and he's happy to fly all these

[00:59:35] low life celebrities, singers,

[00:59:37] actresses, actors,

[00:59:39] whoever the hell they are. We can just take them in one big

[00:59:41] flight to like Nigeria

[00:59:43] or Mozambique and we'll just dump them there.

[00:59:45] Listen, I'm willing to work- In the end of the day, we don't need any of those

[00:59:47] scumbags here. I'm willing to work

[00:59:49] an extra few hours and buy that man

[00:59:51] a one way first class ticket.

[00:59:53] That's how much I can't stand him. Anyway,

[00:59:55] let's go to something really good.

[00:59:57] Let's talk about something that has meaning,

[00:59:59] that's special. All right, we're going to talk about

[01:00:01] the big big sponsors.

[01:00:03] Right? Here at Vette Coffee,

[01:00:05] better renowned. They got

[01:00:07] Lance- Nah, hold on.

[01:00:09] They got the 12 ounce bag of coffee

[01:00:11] in different flavors for $12.99.

[01:00:13] Lance is holding up that two and a half pounds

[01:00:15] for $24.99.

[01:00:17] He gets a workout with that thing.

[01:00:19] Then he's hiding behind there, their Cura cups,

[01:00:21] aka Grunt cups.

[01:00:23] There they are, look at them. One box of

[01:00:25] 24 pods for $18.99.

[01:00:27] Then you got the George favorite here.

[01:00:29] Look, BeardVet Energy.

[01:00:31] 64 ounces.

[01:00:33] Zero carbs, zero calories,

[01:00:35] and zero sugar.

[01:00:39] and any drink you want, coffee, water,

[01:00:41] anything, and you're good to go.

[01:00:43] How can you beat that?

[01:00:45] Can't beat that. They're veteran owned,

[01:00:47] American company.

[01:00:49] Get rid of the woke coffee companies

[01:00:51] if there are any, there probably are.

[01:00:53] So go to beardvet.com, use

[01:00:55] the coupon code THE BIG MIG

[01:00:57] in all caps, and you get yourself

[01:00:59] a nice coffee.

[01:01:01] Maybe an energy drink.

[01:01:03] Something. Get something.

[01:01:05] Then we have, look, this shirt,

[01:01:07] C of Mudd Patriotic Apparel.

[01:01:09] Trump is guilty of obstructing

[01:01:11] socialism and tyranny.

[01:01:13] That's the only thing he's guilty of.

[01:01:15] God help him.

[01:01:17] Anyway, C of Mudd Patriotic Apparel

[01:01:19] is more than just a name. It embodies

[01:01:21] the resolve and American spirit.

[01:01:23] Even if our enemy is victorious, it will cost

[01:01:25] them so dearly. It will be worse

[01:01:27] for them than defeat.

[01:01:29] We'll guarantee that one too, Lance and I.

[01:01:31] So they got AR-15

[01:01:33] Whiskey Decanter set. I gotta pull that up.

[01:01:35] Where is it? There we go.

[01:01:37] Big giveaway. This is a really cool giveaway

[01:01:39] especially if you have a man cave.

[01:01:41] This is Man Cave Central

[01:01:43] right here. So they're doing a cooler

[01:01:45] and prize giveaway.

[01:01:47] So every dollar you spend is an entry

[01:01:49] in a contest. Excuse me.

[01:01:51] So whatever you do, you spend.

[01:01:53] Go buy the Big Migg shirts.

[01:01:55] Let me put them bad boys up.

[01:01:57] Hold on. I think I gotta switch this off for a second.

[01:01:59] Where's my shirts?

[01:02:01] Oh my god. Where are you?

[01:02:03] There we go.

[01:02:05] You got the Big Migg Schwag

[01:02:07] as Lance would call it. Yep.

[01:02:09] So go to CofMudd.com

[01:02:11] Buy a Big Migg shirt.

[01:02:13] Buy any shirt, a hat.

[01:02:15] They got co-ops.

[01:02:17] They got decals, stickers.

[01:02:19] They got patriotic women's dresses

[01:02:21] for you. They got everything.

[01:02:23] Look at the hat and the skull over there.

[01:02:25] CofMudd.com

[01:02:27] Use coupon code TheBigMigg in all caps

[01:02:29] and please

[01:02:31] by helping our sponsors, you help support

[01:02:33] The Big Migg Show and you help support

[01:02:35] Made in America

[01:02:37] by Americans, for Americans.

[01:02:39] You can't beat that.

[01:02:41] Then we got

[01:02:43] Where is it Lance? You're not drinking it are you buddy?

[01:02:45] No? Good. Original Glory Beer

[01:02:47] The brew that embodies America.

[01:02:49] Look at them hands Lance. You got nice hands today.

[01:02:51] You put lotion on them? That's it.

[01:02:53] I'm hand model. Alright. I'm The Big Migg Show

[01:02:55] hand model.

[01:02:57] OG truly resonates with the core American values.

[01:02:59] They're doing a

[01:03:01] crowdfunding campaign. You could be part

[01:03:03] owner of a beer company.

[01:03:05] More importantly, an American Pilsner

[01:03:07] company. More importantly,

[01:03:09] Brewed in America, Made in America,

[01:03:11] non-woke beer.

[01:03:13] You can be part owner.

[01:03:15] If you choose to invest, you don't have to.

[01:03:17] But pass along to your friends, they might want to.

[01:03:19] You can't beat it. It's another

[01:03:21] going to be big beer company.

[01:03:23] So we got to make them

[01:03:25] all great again and

[01:03:27] defeat these big corporations because

[01:03:29] they don't deserve our money. They don't deserve our business

[01:03:31] the way they act. Look what we did to

[01:03:33] I don't want to say that beer company's name.

[01:03:35] They don't deserve to be set on here right now.

[01:03:37] I'm not going to say their name.

[01:03:39] Nope. Right Lance? No?

[01:03:41] Where'd Lance go? I agree.

[01:03:43] Alright.

[01:03:45] So what's our next story, Lance?

[01:03:47] Where we going at? I got to pull something up.

[01:03:49] We have. You know, I think

[01:03:51] since we're talking about

[01:03:53] legal systems that are being taken advantage of

[01:03:55] I think we have to cover the

[01:03:57] Joe Biden witness tampering and the Hunter

[01:03:59] gun trial. I think so too.

[01:04:01] So Joe Biden doesn't

[01:04:03] seem to visit his daughter-in-law

[01:04:05] very often. You know, Bo

[01:04:07] Biden's widow.

[01:04:09] But all of a sudden

[01:04:11] with only a few days

[01:04:13] away from the

[01:04:15] trial, the Hunter Biden

[01:04:17] gun trial, Joe Biden made

[01:04:19] a surprise night time visit

[01:04:21] to the Delaware home of Hallie

[01:04:23] Biden. Wow. Strange timing.

[01:04:25] What do you think, George? Seems odd, right? Why would

[01:04:27] he just show? Now he says it's because

[01:04:29] it was on the ninth anniversary

[01:04:31] basically. I guess they're ten days

[01:04:33] away from the ninth anniversary of the death

[01:04:35] of his son Bo Biden.

[01:04:37] But how come he doesn't go by the house more often?

[01:04:39] Sounds like he doesn't go by there very often at all.

[01:04:43] Let me see.

[01:04:45] And Hallie Biden, I don't know if you know this, George,

[01:04:47] she's the key witness

[01:04:49] because she

[01:04:51] was in a relationship with Hunter at the time.

[01:04:53] She knew his drug use, his crack

[01:04:55] use, and she's the one that

[01:04:57] threw the gun

[01:04:59] into a dumpster behind a market

[01:05:01] by the way,

[01:05:03] right next to a school. I want to be the first

[01:05:05] one to jump out on this and say this.

[01:05:07] Hallie Biden did not kill herself.

[01:05:09] Yeah, exactly.

[01:05:11] She might get Clinton's eye

[01:05:13] tune. She might be on that body count list.

[01:05:15] You never know what's going on.

[01:05:17] You know, listen,

[01:05:19] he never goes there. Either

[01:05:21] that or how much of his 10 percent did he

[01:05:23] offer? Right?

[01:05:25] It has to be something. I'd have

[01:05:27] to bet it was intimidation, but who knows?

[01:05:29] Maybe they did try to bribe her.

[01:05:31] I mean, again, those are allegations, but I think it's

[01:05:33] interesting, right? Because this gun trial,

[01:05:35] this is the one where they wanted to give

[01:05:37] Hunter the big pass, right?

[01:05:39] He fraudulently filled out ATF

[01:05:41] paperwork. He had the gun with him when he

[01:05:43] had drugs on him.

[01:05:45] I don't know. I mean, this is just, in my

[01:05:47] opinion, it's witness tampering and they ought to

[01:05:49] be investigated fully and they ought to

[01:05:51] subpoena Joe Biden in

[01:05:53] to cross examine him. Because I

[01:05:55] don't know how you can do that and not be

[01:05:57] questioned because witness tampering is a

[01:05:59] serious crime when it comes to

[01:06:01] a federal case.

[01:06:03] Now, I don't know if they'd be able to make that stick

[01:06:07] witness tampering because they probably don't prove,

[01:06:09] but wouldn't it be awesome

[01:06:11] if Hailey Biden did have some

[01:06:13] undercover audio footage or video

[01:06:15] footage or both of that meeting?

[01:06:17] Well, you know that they're going to be

[01:06:19] able to use stuff from the Hunter Biden laptop.

[01:06:21] But the prosecutors

[01:06:23] are trying to pull this move. It's called a

[01:06:25] motion in Lameen.

[01:06:27] I've never really seen one of those

[01:06:29] before, but I guess basically it

[01:06:31] limits the use of details from his

[01:06:35] salacious drug addict, you know, conniving life

[01:06:39] that they're not supposed to show that to the jury.

[01:06:41] So they're trying to say that's going to

[01:06:43] create significant risk or unfair prejudice with the jury.

[01:06:47] But I don't know how they're going to do that.

[01:06:50] And they're talking about trying to limit the

[01:06:52] out of wedlock relationship with the ex-stripper

[01:06:55] Lund and Roberts. And that's

[01:06:57] President Biden's grandchild that he never

[01:06:59] goes to visit, by the way, I might point out.

[01:07:01] So here he is going to Bo Biden's

[01:07:03] widow, but he won't go visit his own

[01:07:05] grandchild, even though

[01:07:07] he knows about it.

[01:07:08] I wonder if he snuck Hunter what?

[01:07:10] Hunter with him.

[01:07:11] No, because Hunter likes to sneak around with

[01:07:13] his father around the country. We know that.

[01:07:15] Yeah. Matter of fact, around the world.

[01:07:17] But you see this

[01:07:19] exchange with AfroChucky?

[01:07:21] I would like to see KGP. Now

[01:07:23] here we go again, Press Secretary.

[01:07:25] AfroChucky.

[01:07:26] Yeah. Well, you know how

[01:07:28] I feel about her at the end of the day.

[01:07:30] One of the biggest liars in D.C.

[01:07:32] That's what she does. If her mouth is moving,

[01:07:34] she's lying. But let's play it so everybody can

[01:07:36] see this interaction once again. Then it'll be a

[01:07:38] conniving interaction.

[01:07:40] On another topic. Why did President

[01:07:42] Biden have a private meeting with

[01:07:44] a witness who plans to testify

[01:07:46] in court against his son?

[01:07:48] Can you say more?

[01:07:50] Hallie Biden

[01:07:52] is a key government witness who

[01:07:54] allegedly disposed of a gun that Hunter

[01:07:56] is accused of buying illegally.

[01:07:58] President Biden was

[01:08:00] at her house this week.

[01:08:02] I think the American people should also be told

[01:08:04] the full breadth of this,

[01:08:06] not just a part of this

[01:08:08] question here.

[01:08:10] As you all know,

[01:08:12] the president actually spoke to this yesterday

[01:08:14] during his memorial, I think impactful,

[01:08:16] powerful memorial day address

[01:08:18] where he talked about. He talked

[01:08:20] about the passing, the anniversary,

[01:08:22] the ninth anniversary of the passing

[01:08:24] of his son. And he visited

[01:08:26] her as that

[01:08:28] anniversary is approaching. He visited her

[01:08:30] days before the

[01:08:32] anniversary of the passing of his son.

[01:08:34] And she is family.

[01:08:36] She was married, obviously, to his late

[01:08:38] son. And I think that is

[01:08:40] something also to mention

[01:08:42] as you're asking your question to me.

[01:08:44] So they did not talk about her testimony?

[01:08:46] This was not about that. This was about

[01:08:48] literally the ninth

[01:08:50] anniversary of the passing of

[01:08:52] his son. That is upcoming

[01:08:54] in days, Peter.

[01:08:56] Um,

[01:09:00] I don't believe it.

[01:09:02] Bullshit. Liar, liar,

[01:09:04] Chucky fire. Yeah, I mean, come on,

[01:09:06] it's more garbage. Well,

[01:09:08] look, we've held you guys

[01:09:10] up here for long enough. George, do you want to have some fun

[01:09:12] before we roll out? Sure, why not,

[01:09:14] Lance? I'm down for it.

[01:09:16] Oh, wait, what the

[01:09:18] hell is this?

[01:09:20] Number two?

[01:09:22] Yeah. So a loud

[01:09:24] fart gives away Suspect's hiding spot

[01:09:26] and leads to arrest.

[01:09:28] I gotta say

[01:09:30] that in a video

[01:09:32] surfaced, Eric Swalwell

[01:09:34] might have been the person that was arrested.

[01:09:36] I'm not sure, George. We've got the video.

[01:09:38] We'll let the audience decide whether or

[01:09:40] not this video is legitimate.

[01:09:42] It looks real to me.

[01:09:44] I think it's real. Look, the police

[01:09:46] were searching for a suspect, and I just happened

[01:09:48] to be at the right place at the wrong time.

[01:09:50] The police presence startled me,

[01:09:52] and I let a little one out that ended up being

[01:09:54] a lot bigger than I anticipated.

[01:09:56] Next thing I knew, I was being

[01:09:58] swarmed by laughing police.

[01:10:00] I just want to set the record straight

[01:10:02] that I was not the suspect for the crime,

[01:10:04] just the suspect for the fart.

[01:10:06] Sadly,

[01:10:08] during the confusion, the police

[01:10:10] mistook my admission of the fart

[01:10:12] to the unrelated crime instead of just for the

[01:10:14] gas. So

[01:10:16] they arrested me and

[01:10:18] drove me to the police station

[01:10:20] with the windows down and the heat.

[01:10:22] He's been

[01:10:24] known to fart.

[01:10:26] That seems legitimate to me.

[01:10:28] What's with Democrats

[01:10:30] in poopy pants and all that stuff?

[01:10:32] He must be getting it from his

[01:10:34] body or something. They're also

[01:10:36] full of shit they can't help but fart.
