[00:01:46] Would you tell the audience about what just happened? This is huge news for the vaccine injured And especially for people that had deaths, mortality in their families Probably related to the vaccine because we've seen turbo cancer, myoparditis, periparditis
[00:02:02] We've seen the blood clot stories coming out of the embalmers Take it from there because nobody's going to do it better than Dr. Jane Ruby Thank you Lance, yes, yes This is huge because the reason that the pharmaceutical companies were up to this point
[00:02:19] Enjoying freedom from any kind of legal liability was based on a 1905 court case that said Yeah, you can force inject, you can do federal mandates when the vaccine, I put it in quotes Blocks transmission because it was based on the smallpox situation
[00:02:42] What happened was a lower court, a district court in California I don't know the time frame exactly but that court ignored that In terms of yeah, the mandates stand, they stand in the state of Florida It went up on appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
[00:03:01] And they said, whoa, whoa, whoa The companies, you know, Bill Gates, the government all said It did not stop transmission from one person or other It actually reduces, they bragged about it It reduces symptoms and it lowered hospitalizations
[00:03:19] Well guess what? They just stepped in it because that removes the label vaccine And if you remember it was that name, vaccine, that's protecting them So you remove that label vaccine, it becomes a treatment
[00:03:32] If I give you a pain medication and I say Lance, I'm going to reduce your pain levels You take it and I just gave you a medical treatment, a medicinal treatment Not a vaccine, so this, guys, this could blow so wide open
[00:03:48] Because if these companies are laid bare naked on their legal liability, it's over Now we got to get about a million lawyers with some balls in this country To step forward and stop being pussies and not charge
[00:04:05] And bring tons of cases and overwhelm the system against these companies and the government The government! Listen, the ambulance chasers around the country should be salivating right now I mean, this is just blood in the water, shark in the water
[00:04:21] This is the first epiphany moment of exposure, right? Because it's no longer a vaccine, it's now a treatment And in my opinion, an ineffective treatment I mean what are your thoughts? Because I think they're wide open to litigation They have to do it pro bono
[00:04:34] Everybody says, well you got a case Well you got to have a case and you got to have money And I know because I was personally sued by the guy who says he's the inventor of mRNA Robert Malone, because I heard his feelings, he got butt hurt
[00:04:48] When I asked him a couple of questions And he sued me for $25 million in defamation It took me 18 months and $61,000 just to get to a motion to dismiss Okay? So it takes money, that's what I'm saying These lawyers have to come
[00:05:04] You're not going to have a country left if you don't help these people Yeah And bring the lawsuit There's no doubt At the end of the day, anybody that hasn't been through civil litigation I've been through a couple of them
[00:05:14] I had a case I actually spent a million and a half dollars to win Wow Excessively expensive Litigation is expensive and it's intentionally expensive Because at the end of the day, they set up a process that will drain you Because that's part of lawfare
[00:05:29] That's what they do when they attack somebody like Dr. Jane Ruby Or Roger Stone or Michael Flynn When they attack them, that's the plan Multi-front war, lots of motions, lots of replies, lots of discovery And every time you do that, it's the old
[00:05:44] 0.10 walk to the fax machine to fax client 0.15 call client, client didn't answer Oh, 0.12 client called me and I didn't answer the phone You're like, wait a minute, you didn't answer the phone Why did I get charged?
[00:05:59] Oh because my secretary handed me this slip to tell me you called Here's my point If you haven't been through that process, you don't realize how bad it is And it shouldn't be that complicated And there shouldn't be this much frivolous litigation
[00:06:12] Because at the end of the day, when you understand that process When you've been through it Look, General Flynn's made it very apparent He's told us right up front George, how much does he have in legal fees right now? It was 8 million
[00:06:24] About 8 million to defend himself on a completely fabricated action It's the same thing here Somebody doesn't like what you have to say All of a sudden it's, oh you slandered and libeled me You asked me a question I didn't like
[00:06:37] The point of the matter is that has to be stopped This isn't the case with this The 9th Circuit has made a ruling And that ruling is going to stand until Of course they can try to appeal it They can try to take it to the Supreme Court
[00:06:49] But it's unlikely because the stories are coming out I don't know if you saw this one Out of the Netherlands right now, a big study 35 million deaths related to the vaccine is what they're reporting That's the number globally at the moment
[00:07:04] Based on all the people that got the vaccine You have to remember this Not everybody got a bad batch I think some of the batches were dead culture Because there are people I know in the vaccine Haven't had consequences
[00:07:15] Now I don't know, a lot of stories about there were some saline batches Yeah you don't know What do you think about the I mean are the boosters the worst case scenario And people that got the treatment? They did a lot of work on the batches

[00:14:57] You mean it's possible? He goes, no You're going to die in extra years And then the doctor says to him And I can't remember the doctor's name Wow That's gutsy And he goes He goes, well we'll meet again In three years While we were talking about
