[00:11:24] are people that are privileged enough to not have had to go through any sacrifices or any attacks themselves

[00:12:43] and the issue is the paid providers are so good at influence that there are people out there

[00:13:04] the people like General Flynn or Roger Stone they start at the high end right they start at DC

[00:13:10] and they start claiming that the criminality like the new thing obviously with Trump they're saying he's a danger to national security

[00:13:17] right that's why they don't want to give him his national security clearance they don't want to give him the security documents

[00:13:22] because they're saying with all his civil suits he might sell our national security pay for it

[00:13:27] they're exaggerating of course you know Latisha James is trying to put pressure on him financially

[00:13:31] because that's what law fair is right it's really financial pressure to take away the resources of an individual

[00:13:37] so he can't fight you either jail him take him away from his family and that way he does anyway to make a living

[00:13:43] and he can't pay for the lawsuits or you put him in a situation where financially through excessive fines

[00:13:48] which is unconstitutional right excessive finding that's weaponized like what they're doing is unconstitutional

[00:52:01] to push back against this in short order.

[01:17:11] somewhere else in the country using the same voting system that our state is certified

[01:17:15] for.

[01:17:16] They wanted my expert analysis to whether or not the system was tampered with or secure.

[01:17:22] And I'll just tell you flat out that it does conform to the certificate that is published

[01:17:27] by the EAC.

[01:17:28] Four of our counties also have this same type of hard drive.

[01:17:33] What I can show you immediately is that I was able to take a forensic copy of that hard

[01:17:39] drive and actually boot up the election where system on a non-conforming laptop.

[01:17:45] That is a complete violation of the certificate, which required that the trusted platform module

[01:17:52] be enabled.

[01:17:53] It would be impossible normally for that hard drive to go off of a certified machine that

[01:18:00] is communicating with its chip to be able to boot up on here and the other piece of evidence

[01:18:07] that I have of non-conformity is that you will notice that I have a thumb drive on the

[01:18:12] side of it.

[01:18:13] That thumb drive is a bit locker key that is used to basically allow the security of

[01:18:19] laptop to boot up.

[01:18:21] That is another violation because what is supposed to happen is it should be on an official

[01:18:26] delk in the thumb drive that is supposed to be serialized and secured.

[01:18:30] So I've just given you two pieces of evidence.

[01:18:34] I've also shown another piece of evidence in other states that have published in lawsuits

[01:18:41] because their auditors and attorney generals and state's attorneys did not do due diligence

[01:18:46] of publishing the manuals online in the court cases.

[01:18:50] Sheriff's Danick can confirm on page 10 of this manual.

[01:18:53] The default administrator user and password is publicly available on the internet.

[01:18:59] And I have that copy here and I showed Sheriff's Danick page 10, and he can confirm that

[01:19:03] the password is there and not redacted.

[01:19:07] The other manuals for the complete system including the DS-250 and 850, all those passwords

[01:19:14] are available online as default.

[01:19:16] We're also aware that when C-Change was in charge of the elections during the last few

[01:19:21] years, the default password was election 1 and it was universal across all the states

[01:19:27] that they were operating in.

[01:19:29] Thankfully we're using ES and S directly and they should be changing those passwords.

[01:19:34] My recommendation is that the password should be different for each of the machines.

[01:19:38] Don't use the same password across the spectrum so that you can help delay it.

[01:19:43] The other piece is that you're probably wondering if I can even log in to this laptop to actually

[01:19:49] get in.

[01:19:51] Yes I can and there it is going in right now.

[01:19:54] So I have been able to even circumvent their security and default the password to whatever

[01:19:59] I wanted it to be.

[01:20:02] And there is the election where software and yes, now I have the ability to decrypt the

[01:20:07] thumb drives of this county and any other county across the United States that's using

[01:20:11] an election where 6.1.1.1.

[01:20:15] So we could review the password records and valid images.

[01:20:18] So the fact that now I've just shown you this piece of evidence, I understand that my life

[01:20:22] is at risk and that the United States does not want this to be known that this software

[01:20:27] is available on the dark web.

[01:20:28] The manuals are publicly available out on the internet in multiple states and our elections

[01:20:34] are not secure and we should be requesting immediate change orders of ES and S to update

[01:20:39] the antivirus.

[01:20:40] They have not even updated the security patches of this laptop since 2019 or the antivirus

[01:20:47] since March 29, 2019.

[01:20:50] The four counties that use this laptop in our state are 100% at risk.

[01:20:54] Also, the DS 200s, 450s and 850s have no antivirus on them whatsoever.

[01:21:01] So if you get a new thumb drive from ES and S and plug it in, even this laptop is unaware

[01:21:06] of potentially the last five years of vulnerabilities that have hit the US.
