[00:01:43] items to the public. Because you know, that big mainstream media, they are in panic mode after Biden's poor outing at this debate. He came off like a feeble old guy and you know, even some of the post videos. He was coming off stage.
[00:01:59] It looked like he couldn't even watch George. I don't know if you saw that one, but it looked like he needed a cane. Well, he had all Mrs. Jill reliable. Jill to help him more.
[00:02:07] If you'd like to have the sidestep, he could even step forward like a normal person. He had the sidestep at one step at a time. So that tells you a lot. You know what pisses me off, Lance?

Harris is furious, I guess, because she still isn't being considered for the replacement. But here's the play. Here's what's the party.

[00:04:38] Now the only fly in the Whiteman George and you know this is Hillary, Hillary Clinton. Well, let's let's take it a step back here. So I mean in all reality, don't people that can actually force Biden out would be Barack Obama, Bill Clinton Pelosi and Chuck E. Schumer.
[00:04:57] But you mentioned Doug Cass. So let's tell our audience who he is in case they don't know. He's a hedge fund owner and a prominent figure within Democrat party. And he actually said this, you know, you release a statement.
[00:05:10] But stopping Joe from not stepping out is Joe Biden. She's insistent that he runs for reelection now. Why? What's in it for her? What she must be in it for something, but you know, shame on Jill Biden for allowing
[00:05:26] her husband in a state of affairs that he's in health wise. It's even against his state run. Yeah, they should be charging what elder abuse. But why would she want to be insist on him running? That's what I'm trying to figure out.
[00:05:39] Once I don't think the spotlight has ever been on Jill Biden. Well, I think Jill Biden has always been ignored. I don't know what. I don't know what he was talking about. You're forgetting one thing is a Hunter Biden pressure and Jill. The pressure Joe to stay running.
[00:05:56] Oh, that's a really good point. George, I didn't think of that. That's a very hard. He can't. He won't be able to influence pedaling a pedal if he doesn't have so his father in Congress or in the presidential spot. So you're probably right because he beg.

[00:06:21] He's been a big donor to the Democrat party for a really long time. And we know that Obama has been pulling the strings behind the scenes. It's ever more apparent. I mean, after that horrible debate showing, you can't be thinking that Joe Biden's written a show.
[00:06:37] He can barely run himself to the bathroom. And Jill, that surprised me. I didn't realize Jill was winging that much influence. But influenced pedaling for her little son, Hunter, convicted felon, Biden, he would think of course that's going.
[00:06:52] But I got to tell you, they're going to have to give Hunter some kind of time. At the end of the day, I'm sure he'll get a pardon from his father. But what do you think here?
[00:07:00] Do you think the story that I think's being pedal to the press isn't the real story? I think they're kind of using this as some smoke. Not that they're not going to replace Biden. But that it isn't Newsom, that it's really Michelle Big Michael Obama.

[00:08:25] One claim that's the former Chief of Staff, and Barack Obama are having a sit down with the president today. Joe Biden is insisted that Joe's running. Kamala is furious that she is not being considered as a replacement with Marinusom
[00:08:40] R. Interestingly, my neighbor and he's hampered is hosting the Biden tomorrow. It will be an important tell if the fundraiser is canceled. Whoa. Okay. Well, you know, he is a big deal. But there's more drama going on with the Biden administration lands.
[00:08:57] You know, it seems like Biden's saying otherwise that he's not going anywhere. So he and he's remaining resolute in his decision to stay in this race. See, we wonder why. Maybe it's because of Hunter and Joe. You know, he will be the old and sitting US president 81.
[00:09:12] He's going to back to the Bates stage in September if he makes it. So here's another decision. This came to light when CNN senior White House correspondent Kaylee to Shay reported yesterday quoting the advisor close that.
[00:09:29] Remember when Biden gave a speech, I know I'm not a young man to the state, the obvious. Well, I know I don't walk as easy as I used to. I got the idea out of.

[00:10:03] I mean, it's really sad in its own way, not that I don't think that they're reaping what they sow. But I was on Alzheimer's Alzheimer's in dementia are really tough diseases. And I think for people that have to observe it up close, it's even worse.
[00:10:16] You know that he's got incontinence. We know he's already got an issue, you know, it's a gloopy band. So the truth is it's really complicated. And I think you have to look at it from this perspective, George, if you're working for
[00:10:26] somebody like that and you've seen both sides of it, don't forget there may be bursts of anger that usually comes along with Alzheimer's in dementia. So I've got to tell you, George, I think it's important. But I think there's a much bigger issue here.

[00:17:36] I mean, where are we going from here? I know you have another theory. There's just too much going on with this debacle in this setup by the Democrats that does more to this story. But what is it going on? What do we have?
[00:17:54] I think the bottom line is George. Anyone can have a bad debate. That can happen to anybody. But this wasn't just a bad debate. This was cognitive decline at its ever most obvious point. I believe it was intentional.
[00:18:07] I believe the debate was all about sacrifice because there's never been a debate this early in a presidential election year. This is historical. It's never happened. I think it was an intentional sacrifice of Joe Biden so they could make an obvious as
[00:18:20] to why they're going to have to pull something. But here's the complication, George. This is bad news for the Biden camp. Biden cannot be replaced on ballots in three swing states except by death or the 25th Amendment.
[00:18:36] So they're either going to have to convene for the 25th Amendment and completely undermine Biden, which will put into question if they do it based on cognitive decline. You do understand that that means every executive order, everything he signed in the last
[00:18:50] 24 or 36 months could really come into question. Well, there could be questions which could be legal arguments that Biden wasn't capable of making a competent decision because they're going to have to attack his competency
[00:19:03] or they're going to have to bring in killery and he's going to have to be suicide. Now I know that sounds extreme and I'm being funny actually when I say that but the point in the matter is that 25th Amendment is the only option unless something dramatic health
[00:19:16] wise happens to Biden. Actually, Lance, I looked this up this morning and I found something where people are not too much talking about, but let me clarify. So those three states are Georgian Nevada and Wisconsin. They do have specific procedures for withdrawal of a presidential nominee with differing
[00:19:36] degrees of applicability and timelines. However, Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal for any reason besides death and Biden cannot afford to lose anyone in those battleground states. Wait, you're saying that Wisconsin, they can't use the 25th Amendment for Wisconsin? Nope, the only reason is for death.
[00:19:56] And that's what they probably do though. They probably convened an emergency session of their Congress in Wisconsin in the state and they'd probably pass something knowing them as shifty as they are in Wisconsin. But that's interesting, George. I was unaware of that.
[00:20:08] Well, that makes it even more complicated. And this is going to create a lot of law fair and court battles because the heritage foundations oversight project is gearing up for a counter fight should Democrats attempt to pull Biden off the top of the ticket.
[00:20:23] So George and Nevada, Wisconsin, where's the Republican? Where's the RNC? How come they're not going into full overdrive already? And that's not over the news. Because the RNC is trying to sabotage them. Yeah, trying to sabotage Donald Trump, you mean exactly. Yeah, sabotage is their middle name.
[00:20:40] I don't trust them even though Laura Trump's supposed to be running the show over there. I believe she just a figurehead. I don't see the kind of application. Let's face it. Scott Pressler. Yeah, they brought him into the fold.
[00:20:50] Yeah, he's probably getting paid for what he's doing finally well deserved. But why doesn't Scott Pressler have a pressler army of people working for him across the country? Why haven't they given Scott Pressler the opportunity to run it as a general and apply the methods
[00:21:05] and model he's created in all the states? Well, there's nothing RNC blah, blah, blah, zero. I listen, I love Scott Pressler and he's probably wanted a few and far that actually goes out and does the leg work.
[00:21:21] There's so much conflict in statements on how to win these elections where mail-in ballots, not mail-in ballots, it's crazy. And this is where they need to figure out all these groups and come with one same message with the right message on how to win this election.
[00:21:40] Whether it be mail-in ballots, not mail-in ballots early voting, same day voting. You have too many big groups, you know, different information, it's confusing people. So even, what do you do? I agree with you, you're right.
[00:21:55] They are conflicting messages but isn't that the RNC's job to make sure the messages aren't conflicting? Shouldn't they be coming out with a playbook of winning in a cheating compromise system? I mean, they ought to have the handbook.
[00:22:08] We heard the power of the committee man, the other day on our show over on rumble. That was a really interesting show because I didn't realize how powerful committee men were that they could censure and actually force people out. But that's the problem.
[00:22:22] Nobody really knows that, including me when it comes to the county and state election policies, whether it's, you know, a poll watching or otherwise, I still because I haven't been deeply involved in that. I still don't have the knowledge I think I should have.
[00:22:35] I don't know if you do know more than that because I have to tell you, sometimes it's overwhelming for me at the county and state level. So last year I went to my the county Republican party.
[00:22:48] We actually Scott Presley was there and we live streamed it, but I met a bunch of people of some running for states in it, some for county holders. And I told him, it says, time you up. So let me be a poll challenger.
[00:23:04] Put me where put me in your hardest district because I'm not going to let nobody talk over me and push me out. Oh, yeah. I take a number of information. I even call them up to send, give me signs and one of them said, I'll drop you signs
[00:23:16] off. I'll put them up. Never drop signs off. They never fall through. And which is, I mean, how do you expect the win if you ain't going to do the work? Yeah. Well, you would think obviously, I know you. I know the way that you present yourself.
[00:23:30] You would think that somebody like you would be the exact person they would want. You'd make the ultimate poll watcher because you know more about the community and probably damn you or anybody else. Challenger. Yeah. But again, we call the challenger.
[00:23:43] Give it any name you want at the end of the day. If I have my pick, I'm going to put George Balantine doing that job. And that's the complicated part.
[00:23:50] Well, I guess we can just wait and see, we'll see this is going to play out over the next couple of days. You know that because they're ready to just do the last chop on Joe Biden. But I have to say something border get in.

[00:26:06] Look, look, he loves the blame shift. That's his middle name, Joe blame shift Biden. It's all about always the redirection. And remember, Harris, the borders are. We've seen a Congress in effective uniparty Congress in DC. They're allowing this to happen and I believe it's intentional.
[00:26:23] We've always said it on our shows, George, we've discussed it many, many times. This is a 30 million plus deep ghost voter pool. The numbers that are really reported about the border invasion aren't correct because they don't really want to talk about the God of Ways.
[00:26:39] Now this is really complicated. We've heard a lot from lots of people that have been on our shows as many interviews over on the Big Make show on Rumble. And you can listen to those interviews about the border.
[00:26:49] They're telling us that there's over a hundred plus country of invaders and the levels of smuggling. There's the regular smuggling service that goes mostly for the South Americans. And then there's the higher levels of smuggling service of people that are listed on interpole and other places.
[00:27:04] I call it the Cartel VIP service. And for upwards of $100,000, they guarantee you, entrance to the United States, using their drug tunnels. Now I know that seems extreme, but it's in fact fact. We have sources that are given us directly that from the cartels. So think about this.
[00:27:21] ISIS has their own smuggling network. They've got a migrant smuggling ring that they can use to bring people in the United States and and to conduct the tax if they choose to do so.
[00:27:32] These we already know the FBI and I know about this through their joint terrorism task force. They know that what's going on the border is intentional. Look at all the billions we've given to Ukraine. We've given to the Israel Palestine conflict that we've been putting in border conflicts
[00:27:52] and Syria. Iran. I ran through this. Why aren't exactly all that money we gave you a rent? Why wasn't that money put to protecting our border? The other night on the debate Biden tried to blame Trump for Trump's shit had gone all
[00:28:04] in and started to have the numbers even more much tighter than he did. But this is serious. It's just significant concerns and this talks about really the efficiency of the vetting of the border George is a joke. Don't you think there is no vetting lands.
[00:28:17] They're just letting everybody in actually Biden administration told the border patrol like don't don't even do your jobs and they this is cooperating through border patrol agents. Yeah, they were the border patrol units said they will absolutely not and do not support Joe Biden in a lands.
[00:28:35] Biden said he's got the support of the union. It's funny because it's funny to you see it on X. Yeah, I got that they know not after Dorn to debate. There wasn't after Lance was during because they seen it. Oh, was it?
[00:28:48] Dorn to debate the border patrol union, um, order patrol government site on X tweeted out that that's a lie that we're not supporting Biden. So and we never have that was even more good. Yeah. I mean, talk about fact check.
[00:29:05] Yeah, fact check by the by the people themselves. I mean, you know, it's coming down to only one news, blame Trump, blame Trump, say he's the lies a liar because that was the MSN's play after the debate trying to keep away from Joe Biden's mental instability.
[00:29:22] But meanwhile Joe Biden lied a lot. Well, you know, look, Hamas has below in the counties. They compromised what I like to call the axis of resistance and they've been targeting the US and Israel, you know, ISIS, a separate terrorist organization always has been
[00:29:38] kind of separate from those groups. They're all planning to establish a medieval caliphate, right? Across the Middle East and eventually the entire world, you know, you know, they love that Sharia law. And at the end of the day, this is an organized, fomented plot, it's intentional.
[00:29:53] Joe Biden is the cartel employee of the year as his, you know, Harris. So you have to look at this, these Mexican drug cartels have gotten super wealthy. We know that they're bringing in Chinese and Russian agents. We've already heard about that.
[00:30:07] We know the Chinese are being housed in the properties that the Chinese has purchased all around our military and our sensitive military locations all across the US. We've seen reports on that. That's a fact. You guys can go over to Google.
[00:30:20] Always fact check the big make it be like what you're going to find out. It's not going to come. You're going to find out that the facts are the facts and then it's the truth. It's not like mainstream media here on this show.
[00:30:29] You're going to hear exactly what's going on. But I think it's important because when you look at ISIS who's been operating a human trafficking ring, so they're not only financially gaining, they're also easily moving their people, even the people on the interpol list into the country.
[00:30:43] It's an easy, easy deal for them because they've already got this trafficking ring that they're making money off of. So the more weapons they can buy, the more fighters they can recruit, even director Ray,
[00:30:54] who you know, I can't stand has confirmed that they are funneling criminals through the US border. You heard Trump mentioned it made criminals and degenerates being led into our country at the highest rate ever. And again, not talking about God of Ways, look at Biden.

They say it's upwards of a million people that he's flown directly into the country with no vetting at all, basically circumventing the border. [00:33:12] on a streets because why? There's only these illegal immigrants are getting it. Is that fair, is that fair to Americans? No, it's not. So we're not even taking care of our people that live in this country.
[00:33:22] I mean, while you want to let more in and give them stuff while you just, you know, treat people to Americans here in this country like the stuff on the bottom of your shoe. It's just not right. Let me say something. They're giving these people so security benefits.
[00:33:34] Benefits they didn't pay for. None of these people contributed to social security. That's the potential to bankrupt so security. Right now our federal government has borrowed, in my opinion, illegally, $2.2 trillion from so security and the number is growing because you have to think about the interest on that
[00:33:53] money. That money should be repaid so security and if it was repaid, every individual receiving so security benefits would be getting much, much more money than they're currently getting. So you have to think about this administration.
[00:34:06] They've taken and they've given our VA medical rights to these illegal invaders causing many VA individuals to not be able to get access to correct medical care, which is putting that entire system under pressure. Now, these are these are issues that should not be going on.
[00:34:23] Joe Biden is basically letting anybody in. It's a free for all in my opinion, right? He's not stopping it. And with ISIS having their own smuggling rank, listen to what Mark Green, and this is representative of Mark Green from Republican from Tennessee, said there's literally no one president
[00:34:38] Biden won't turn away, including illegal aliens from problematic countries, smuggle in by networks connected to ISIS. That is beyond disturbing. These people should be deported or refused, in my opinion, and then end of the day, it's your Congress. It's a uniparty.
[00:34:57] They know what's going on and they're continuing to allow it happened. They could be going after impeaching Harris, they could be going after an impeaching Biden for this. Protect our borders from all enemies, foreign and domestic, and George, these are enemies plain and simple. Yes, they are enemies.
[00:35:14] And if you up took your oath and you up hold it, then you need to do something about it. But we all know a lot of people that took their oaths, then everyone signed it legally. So what's going to happen? Nothing. There's nothing ever happened.

[00:39:52] They just took down and overturned the Chevron case, which is 1512C2 obstruction charge, which is going to be so important for Donald Trump's case and so many of the J-6ers that have been on lawfully in prison, George. This is a huge story.
[00:40:11] I don't know if anybody understands the gravity of the story, George. Some do some dope, but right now they should every J-6er that's in prison should be let out or it's sitting in county waiting to go to court should be let out.
[00:40:27] It's crazy that it's not crazy. Let me rephrase. It's sickening that the DOJ would circumvent some laws or statutes just to try to get convictions when they really shouldn't have. It's going to be a lot of lawsuits and you're the tax payer going to pay.
[00:40:45] There was a ruling in place, so they didn't necessarily circumvent, but listen to the proud boy cases, some of those like Terrios case where he got that major 20 plus years sentence. A lot of that was based on this 18 USC 15 12 C2.
[00:40:58] So you have to look at those arguments and the fact that Scott has overturned it, Jack Smith has a problem. Two attempts of biggest charges in his case are the obstruction of obstructing a government of vendor proceeding.
[00:41:11] So look, you've got to look at that statement reads, whoever croupling all those destroys, mutilates or conceals, a record document or other object or attempts to do so with the intent to impair the objects integrity or availability for use in official proceeding. Yet, look at that perspective.
[00:41:25] So the statement was to prove a violation of Section 15 12 C2. The government must establish that the defendant impaired the availability or integrity for use in official proceeding of records, documents, objects, or as we earlier explained other things using the procedure attempt to do so.
[00:41:43] So that really right there sets the tone for what they decide to do. So the judgment of the DC circuit is therefore vacated and this is the Chevron case that are talking about. And it's remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion on, remind the
[00:41:56] DC circuit may assess the efficiency of count-through of fishers indictment in light of the interpretation. So what they're basically telling them is that they're going to have to overturn Fisher's case on this ruling. And Jack Smith says he's going to try to find a worker round.
[00:42:12] Now I love that. How they don't really want to interpret the law correctly. And I got to tell you something interesting. I did George, you're going to listen to this closely. I took case documents from different cases that I just pulled off the internet and I stuck
[00:42:25] them to some of the AI search engines just to see how often the federal government meaning the Department of Justice prosecutors misapplied the law, misinterpital law changed the quote on the actual ruling right or the opinion that was put down by a judge in a federal court
[00:42:44] and modified it in a way that wasn't correct. What do you think statistically I found George on doing that? I took any case, I just took people that had been convicted, I took opinions by the prosecutors
[00:42:56] arguing to deny something or rule that a motion should be denied, blah, blah, blah. How often do you think the AI said that the government was misinterpreting, changing, misapplying or in fact changing the direct quote of the opinion that actually was the legal precedent.
[00:43:15] 99.9% of the time, that's my guess. George, every document I fed into the system kicked it back saying that the federal government and that was a great guess on your part that they in fact were modifying and in fact
[00:43:27] fraudulently creating legal opinions which is what it is because you can't alter the legal opinion once it's set down. You're supposed to quote it, you're supposed to quote the case, you're not supposed to misapply it or misinterpret it or in fact change the quote.
[00:43:44] Every case document I fed through that means every prosecutor in the United States is most likely doing this in every single case they represent. So it's not what different for the J. Sixers.
[00:43:55] So anybody out there that has a federal felony conviction, you might want to take all the legal documents from the prosecutors and feed it through AI and see what you find because you might find you have a way to appeal your case and overturn your conviction.
[00:44:10] If they misapply, misinterpreted or in fact actually change the opinion. So I think this is a warning shot here. Shadow across the bow. Yeah. I mean this J. Six, this ruling by Scotis, this is a big one.
[00:44:26] It's going to have some major impact on those people that are still sitting there. Putting the pre trial for the J. Six Fed direction and those people that have been convicted, just stuff. I love it. The DOJ is taking a smack in the face on this one.
[00:44:41] Well, I mean we talk about you just said 100% of time that these prosecutors are using this changing things. There's you know, circumventing it. But where's the where's the defense lawyers? And all these and I'm not just we know the J six defense lawyers are in on it.
[00:44:59] Let me just let me be clear people. We know that for a fact. Well, some of them are public pretenders aren't they? Not all of them know because you had our friend, Trentus Evans, you know, he got money from
[00:45:17] donors to get lawyers for a lot of these people. But remember this, not all the J sixers had the obstruction charge. Only some of them had. But we're talking about that is a real big deal.
[00:45:26] So we're talking about that, but even besides J six cases, where's where did the defense lawyers have come? They're not looking to stuff up and seeing that these prosecutors are doing this and bring it to court. Well, one reason. One reason. One reason.
[00:45:40] One of the reasons the stupid corrupt judges won't even allow it. They'll deny it. Yeah, but they're not yet outstanding. They'll say, oh, you could. You should've used the 22.55. You should've done it on collateral tack under direct appeal. You should've used the 1983 Bivins. Yeah, you're right.
[00:45:59] They allow the standing arguments to happen. But here's the point. If you think about it, if I'm right, and every single case in the United States will say 90% of them, let's say 75% of them. Can you imagine that they've misapplied misinterpreted or actually changed the quote for the
[00:46:15] controlling law just tweaking it enough because it's facing the nuances and law are so complicated. You know that. And it's the wording, the minorist change in the wording can change what's presented to the judge.
[00:46:29] And I don't expect every judge to know every single case that comes across as that's sure he knows Giglio. Sure he knows Brady. Sure he knows A's are, right? But the truth is there are many cases that are being quoted that he doesn't know.
[00:46:42] And he's counting on the lawyers that present him to not lie or manipulate the interpretation. Well, that's how they're making their decisions. Let me ask Dustin George. So judicial system as a whole, and I'm talking from the town level, the county level
[00:46:57] state level on federal level is all one just big racketeering corruption. Why? Because look how many judges are employed, court officers are employed. Prisons are open, counties are open to all the police that are prison guards that are working, probation office, parole officers.
[00:47:17] You actually were able to really fight the law and show them mistakes and have it fair. A lot of these people probably wouldn't be in prison. You wouldn't need all these prisons. You wouldn't need all these guards, all these judges, court reporters, probation office of parole officers.
[00:47:32] You wouldn't need all that. So, you know, of course it's all going to be like I said, it's one big corruption. It's a racketeering because that's all they want to do. They want to keep it going so they all can have their jobs.
[00:47:43] Will it ever get cleaned up? Probably not. I mean, it's disgusting. You're right about what you said. It's a good old boy network, but the misapplication of law, that's an actual violation of statute. You're not supposed to do that.
[00:47:55] You can get sanctioned, you can get reported to the Bar Association. This is a recurring theme in pattern and without a department of justice that can be trusted, all we have is injustice. And I think people need to be aware of things like this.
[00:48:09] So again, if you've had a federal or state conviction and it was a felony, I would take all the documents that were submitted by prosecutors that actually attacked you and went after you.
[00:48:22] And I would run those through AI and ask at the question, make a list of the misapplication of law, the misinterpretation of the law that changes of quotes, the, you know, taking a legal case precedent and manipulating away that's not truthful and isn't the answer.
[00:48:37] You're going to be shocked when you do this. Go ahead and do it. I recommend you tell your friends and family members if you know anybody. Make a shock. Because you never know, you might have a basis for appeal or getting your conviction overturned.
[00:48:47] I'd love to see the legal system be forced into doing what they should be doing already. It should be justice for all. It should be equal application of the law, equal protection under the law. But it's not because you know this.
