[00:00:51] So think about it, American Common Law Academy. So it's ACLALaw.net, ACLALaw.net. And we're talking about lawsuits and Sheriff Mack wants to sue the Feds. Sheriff, he's done it before and he won. He beat Bill Clinton to the Supreme Court. Now he wants to take another shot at it, Sheriff? Yes, I think so. So Tony, just so you know, I have been to the Supreme Court.
[00:01:18] I was the first sheriff in American history to launch a major lawsuit against the Clinton administration, actually sued them, and actually won at the United States Supreme Court. And the real miracle is I lived to tell about it. But it's a tremendous case. No Arkansas, he lives in Arizona, Tony. It's the most powerful 10th Amendment decision in the history of our country. And the only time in U.S. history where sheriffs sued the federal government and won.
[00:01:46] And so I'm really proud of that, but it was a miracle. God had his hand in it. But now, I've been, and I've talked about this on the show before with Sam lots of times. We need to file a lawsuit against the federal government because they fund Planned Parenthood and other NGOs. Planned Parenthood provides no government service, and they're a complete non-government organization.
[00:02:16] And they provide no government service whatsoever. In fact, quite the contrary. They kill babies. Yeah, in fact, they do a government disservice because they kill future taxpayers. Yeah, right. But I have always maintained that we should not, no organization should be getting tax dollars from the federal government. But they pick and choose who of their buddies to give it to. And they give about $800 million a year, and they stopped it for, I think, one year.
[00:02:46] But I think now it's gone back, whether it has or not. They've done this for decades, funded Planned Parenthood with tax dollars. And so I want now, because it's been against our policy to even apply for such because it's illegal. But now I will. So tell me what you think of this. I want the CSPOA, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, to apply for a federal grant because we protect civil rights and the rights of all people,
[00:03:16] county by county. For the sheriffs and others in the county, just like Sam was saying, we hope that county commissioners and county attorneys get involved. However, I want them, of course, they'll turn us down. And then I want to file a 14th Amendment challenge or any other challenge that you can do. And say equal protection under the law. And they pick a juice. And so what do you think of that lawsuit?
[00:03:46] Yeah, as long as you give them notice of constitutional violations, prejudice, lack of equal protections under the law, what I like to do is send a notice saying I'm being discriminated against. This is your opportunity to cure. And so in the federal courts, they have a thing called fair notice doctrine. A lot of times your case isn't right unless you put them on notice. And so I put them on notice saying this is a lawful notification letter that you're violating the Constitution,
[00:04:15] equal protections under the 14th Amendment. Please cure this and give us equal consideration as every other organization. And then I always like to send them, give them an opportunity to cure within 14 days and then send them a courtesy notice saying, hey, didn't your mama teach you that when someone sends you a letter that you got a return? And so a lot of times they do not return these letters. And in law, your silence is tacit agreement that you're agreeing with the accusation.
[00:04:43] And so, yeah, you put you send them certified mail, you send them emails, you just give them plenty of opportunity to cure it. And when they don't, then you have a cause of action. Now, could I do this? And then after all these different steps, though, Sheriff, then you could sue. Well, what other question? Can we do it this way? Can we file the complaint with them? And then they say, well, you've never, you've never requested funding. And then I say, okay, now I am.
[00:05:12] Or should I just file the request first? No, you need to file the request for funding first. Everything starts with a letter. Okay. Don't you need to file the request for funding first, though? To the people and the government that are in charge of this funding. It's funny how USAID gets plenty of funding to study transgenderism and mice over in Mozambique, but the sheriff can't get funding. It's ridiculous, isn't it? But, Tony, you need to file for request for funding first because they might grant it. Yes.
[00:05:42] And I doubt they will. I get what you're saying, Sheriff, but you've got to give them the opportunity to do that, though. So all I'm telling you is if you skip steps, though, you destroy your case, in my opinion. Tony, is that accurate? Yeah, we'll send them a notice. We'll put them on notice. Okay. Let's do it. After you file. Maybe they'll hear this and maybe they'll just give you a grant. Yeah, well, and maybe they could appease me and they sent $5 and they said, we gave you your grant.
[00:06:11] Yeah, funding is something that I struggle with. I got a lot of people calling me with these great federal lawsuits that have no funding. And some of these things can last a year, a year and a half in federal court. And that takes a little bit of, you know, funding. But that's what we do at the American Common Law Academy. We're not attorneys. And so we assist educationally. And we can do that with a fraction of the cost of what it would cost to do a federal civil rights lawsuit. All right, we will keep an eye on the ball for this, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:06:40] We'll get the good sheriff and Tony together and see what they can put together on this. It's important. Now, Sheriff, did you finish your questions? I know you always ask what's the worst thing. And Tony said the family courts, but you had another one, right? Okay, you ready, Tony? One question, and we get some great answers on this. And I think Alex Newman probably had the best one so far. Give us, you're the principal or the teacher at the school, and Donald Trump is one of your students.
[00:07:10] Grade his presidency up until this point. How has he done as president of the United States? Give him a grade. Both terms? Can we divide it in two terms? Yeah, if you want. Sure, go ahead. Yeah, I would give him an A on his first term. And I think I'd probably give him a C on this term. He's losing a lot of his base right now. Why? I just think, you know, people voted for America first.
[00:07:40] And a lot of people were complaining about Israel first. I know Israel's our ally and whatnot. And I'm all for biblical Israel. I'm a conservative Christian. But I believe that we need to put the American interests first before any other nation, including Israel. Yeah, in my opinion is the biblical Israel isn't the same as the rogue government Israel, though. Yeah, I think you can put it forward. I've been a long time supporter, but it seems like, yeah, there's a shift in policy lately.
[00:08:10] We were promised no wars and we were promised arrests for these people that are in the Epstein list. And, you know, with Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massey, I mean, those were his supporters. And, you know, I don't know where he's getting some of his counsel, but, you know, they pretty much, he endorsed Brad Little out here in Idaho. And I think the guy's a rhino. I don't think he's a conservative. I wish we had Ammon Bundy as governor, but that's just me, Sheriff. Well, yeah, of course. Ammon would have been wonderful for that.
[00:08:39] But I agree with you. I know Little a little bit. And my son lives in Coeur d'Alene. And anyway, I've been to Idaho a lot and I've seen what's going on there. And the sheriffs of Idaho have got to kick it up into high gear. And I really do like the sheriff in his response with the shooting at the In-N-Out Burger place there. And he called it correctly and he thanked the citizen for his quick response.
[00:09:09] Amen to that. All right, Tony, let's ask this question. What gives you hope for America's future? I never want to leave that out because I don't want to speak doom and gloom for America. I realize we've got our problems, but I also realize it's the greatest country on the planet. What gives you hope for America, Tony? Well, looking back on history, we had a great awakening that preceded the American Revolution. And I think that there's a great awakening in the liberty movement and the constitutional awareness.
[00:09:35] And there's also a spiritual revival of spiritual awakening happening in this country. And I think we've got two streams that are parallel. And I think when these streams merge, when the conservative Christians come in with revival stream and constitutionalists and liberty minded people come, when these streams merge, I think the people will rise up as they did in the past. And so the inherent power is in the people. So the people need to stand up.
[00:10:04] All this stuff happens because we put up with it. And the federal government and our public servants just need to do three words. Do your job. Follow the Constitution. Amen. And we need to hold them to it. All right. Sheriff, what do you think of that response? Well, that's great. Yeah, that's a he sounds like he's part of our organization and part of the show, Sam. He's right on target and the American people need to wake up.
[00:10:30] And that's why that's why we were we wrote this right and had this wonderful song that you're playing. Yeah, go ahead and skip the break though, Liz, will you? This is just man. I'm sorry. This is just too good. Sheriff. That's the sheriff. Max on good. I know. But then you're going to have a two minute break that we need to use the time wisely because listen up. We got a ton of stories here. I want to cover. Number one, the Justice Department deserves some kudos and I rarely can even praise the Justice Department. But this is one I'm going to do it.
[00:11:00] Justice Department champions rights to bear arms in churches, fights for religious congregants, self defense in a landmark move. The DOJ filed lawsuit against Montgomery County, Maryland, challenging a quote, local ordinance that bans the carry of firearms within 100 yards, I guess, of a church. Or religious establishment in several other places.
[00:11:29] And this legal action spearheaded by the assistant attorney general for civil rights, Harvey Dillon highlights direct defense of the Second Amendment. And the DOJ cites significant precedent, including the Supreme Court and the ruling in, what is it? Um, Wolfert versus Lopez or whatever it is. Oh, yeah. Anyway.
[00:11:56] And this lawsuit underrides the ongoing commitment to ensure that people can exercise their right to keep and bear arms. This is huge, Sheriff. Uh, yeah, it is. It really is. Uh, it's usually government that's promoting those types of policies. Uh, but now they're actually trying to stamp it out. And that's wonderful. Uh, but, uh, it's, it's crazy again. It's just like gun free zones that we talked about at the beginning.
[00:12:22] It's absolutely lunacy that you could think that you'll put a poster up that says, uh, gun free zone or you can't carry a gun in the, oh, I'm, you know, and, and these, uh, potential mass shooters and lunatics and cowards are going to drop their gun and go someplace else. You know, that's how stupid the left thinks, uh, or that's how they think. They're that stupid.
[00:12:48] And, and, and Trump has an opportunity right now to really bring back a lot of his supporters. And what he would do is he would say, Hey, I promised to get rid of gun free zones on the first day. I'm sorry. I didn't get that done. There's so many things to accomplish, but I'm going to do it now before the midterms. I'm getting rid of gun free zones. That's the, uh, addition to what the justice department is working on right now with Harmy Dillon. And Tony, what do you think of this one? That would be fantastic. Yeah. He's, he's fulfilled a lot of his promises and yeah, we're waiting for the rest of them.
[00:13:19] Sheriff, amen to that. And I'm not trying to be critical of Trump, but I am saying, look, this is an opportunity though. If the justice department's really doubling down on this, uh, why not just make it nationwide and say, look, we're getting rid of gun free zones. They're bogus. They don't work. They violate people's rights. They put people in harm's way and jeopardy. They let the, the, the thug have their way with people. It's not going to happen anymore. And president Trump knows this and he promised it. And let's encourage him to do it. We're behind you, president Trump. We want you to do this and we'll support you a thousand percent when you do, sir.
[00:13:48] Sheriff. Absolutely. And, and I, I think that, uh, uh, if you look at how many gun owners are there are in country, in our country, uh, he would get, uh, a huge, uh, strength to his, add a huge strength to his base. And, and most gun owners are already with Trump, but, uh, this would solidify and get more.
[00:14:11] And, and just this one thing, if the Christians of this country would unite in their voting, uh, there'd be no way that, uh, the cheating of bringing in 30 million people from around the world and especially Latin America would have any impact on the elections. And we really need this this year. And again, that's the reason of our new book, the Democrat murder of America. All right.
[00:14:38] We're going to have to pace ourselves because I got two more stories for both of these gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, we've got to cover these for sure. The first one is America's water systems are under cyber attack. Seven states now have warnings. Um, anyway, this is serious and it's a problem. And right now, I guess the water hasn't been contaminated, but the there's flooding and there's been, so they're kind of giving a warning attack. In my opinion, in these seven states, we don't know who done it. Some people say it's Iran that did it.
[00:15:08] Trump said he didn't think so. Uh, but it brings up a much larger question. Is this something that cyber war experts have warned about for a long time? You have a sheriff's warning to bring up about this, right? Sheriff. Well, yeah, Sam, I've had, uh, dozens of sheriffs, uh, the last year and a half, two years that have told me they went to training, uh, Intel, uh, training in some very high sophisticated places.
[00:15:35] And they said that the next real attacks on America, uh, will be from within. It won't be foreign invaders. It'll be the ones that have already invaded our country and set up sleeper ships, sleeper cells in our country. And that they will attack our infrastructure. And water supply was on the list. And so that's why I left a message with my Maricopa County sheriff that they need to start looking at this.
[00:16:00] And the other sheriffs in the country, in the state and country need to wake up and say, you know what? Do we provide any security at our infrastructure locations like power plants and water treatment plants? And right now, In my opinion, this, this wasn't a direct attack in the sense that they could have poisoned the water and everything else. They didn't do that though. They just tampered with settings and created floods and different things showing us they have the power. It was a warning. It was a shot across the bow sheriff. Yeah, it was. It was.
[00:16:29] And that we're sitting here with our thumbs in our noses and wondering what what's going on. Get the security going and make sure that our infrastructure is protected. Tony. Yeah, I think bringing the attention to the water is very important. You know, there's a problem in a lot of jurisdictions where there's excessive amounts of fluoride. You know, it's you know, I'm always worried about attack from without.
[00:16:56] But it just seems like a lot of people were asleep at the wheel that are already in control. I don't know how the FDA and the CDC allow this amount of poison to be in our water and into our vaccines. It's just we need to take control over all areas of government. The people need oversight. But yeah, I mean, all these things are computer. You know, these these viruses that they implant stuff in other countries. It's we're vulnerable, I think.
[00:17:24] Ladies and gentlemen, all I'm telling you is that's why we need a constitutional county and constitutional Americans to move to that county and create a bastion of freedom loving Americans who will protect their water supplies, who will protect their power plants and essential legitimate services, etc. It's something we will keep an eye on for you. But I'm telling you, this was a warning shot, not an actual attack per se. Yeah, it caused some flooding and it caused some manipulation, but they could have done much, much worse.
[00:17:51] I think they were kind of saying, people, you better wake up and pay attention. And sadly, this story crossed the wire and nobody talked about it. So Richard Mack said, hey, we got to bring this up because sheriffs have been telling me they've been trained for this. They know about this and action needs to be taken. We want the sheriffs to provide the lead in security and safety on this issue. Next one, ladies and gentlemen, there's a big battle in the great state of New York. Now, Kathy Hochul, the governor.
[00:18:17] And the Madison County, New York sheriff, Todd Hood is his name, right? And he's basically saying, I'm not going to go along with you when you shut down ICE. I'm going to defend ICE and protect ICE. And governor, sit down. Sheriff? I love it when sheriffs just do their job. You know, I think I've never talked to Sheriff Hood. And this is exactly what we appreciate about the constitutional sheriff movement.
[00:18:47] There's been many sheriffs that have heard about it and say, this is correct. And I will stand my ground and I will defend my, I will defend the constitution. I will defend the people in my county. And we're not going to invite these criminals to stay inside our county or our country anymore because of these ridiculous woke governors and mayors. I will defend the people in my county and I will do my job, the governor notwithstanding.
[00:19:17] And so, Sheriff Hood, thank you, sir. And I believe there's several other sheriffs in New York doing it. They're not getting the press. They're just doing their job. And we're grateful for that. Amen to that. And let me tell you what's interesting about what Sheriff Todd Hood is doing here. I think this is really, really critical for people to understand what's happening here. He says his focus is not on immigrants who are working hard and staying out of trouble,
[00:19:45] but on these offenders who are accused of crimes, including rape, robbery, and weapons charges, while the new state law tries to bar these relationships with ICE. Todd Hood says you don't have any authority to bar me from working with ICE, and I'm going to do it. Anyway, I also like this kind of mercy idea where if you're an immigrant and you're working hard, I'm not saying that you belong in the country.
[00:20:12] I'm just saying that's not near the worry that, say, a rapist, a murderer, somebody who's got weapons violations and drug violations and hostility and violence and everything else, the two aren't the same. And he's pointing that out, Sheriff. Yeah, he is. And not only that, the law actually said that you couldn't have any agreement with ICE. So he says, I don't have a contract with ICE. I'm just doing my job. And if there's a criminal here in my jail that's waiting federal charges,
[00:20:42] I will transfer him to ICE. And so, you know, for the governor to think that she can go arrest him for anything like that, she's out of her mind. But this is exactly what we've warned people about for years and years and years, that sheriffs have the authority to stand up to stupid politicians. And it would be nice to have him get more support from the county commissioners. Amen.
[00:21:09] And it would be nice if the DA backed him too and said, hey, listen, the governor doesn't have authority here. And we had Liberty in Liberty County, Florida, where a good sheriff stood up over gun rights and basically the sheriff arrested or the governor tried to get the sheriff arrested and threw him in jail. And eventually they went to court and the sheriff won and the governor had to sit down and shut up. And now we're seeing the same thing over again. Details are different. Principles are the same, Sheriff. Exactly correct. And we love that sheriff.
[00:21:38] He was a good member of the CSPOA. And folks, again, we don't care that sheriffs are members of the CSPOA. We care that they're constitutional and that they do their job and that they keep their oath of office. And God bless the sheriffs that have done that. Tony, what do you say to this one, sir? Go ahead, Tony. Yeah, I agree that we need to honor our oath of office. And one of the things I was just pondering, you know,
[00:22:05] we have a problem with allegiance. You know, you swear and affirm oath to the Constitution and allegiance to the Constitution. And I have a problem with people that join these secret societies that swear an oath to the brotherhood. And that's why I think we're seeing a lot of this corruption in the judiciary. We're not getting constitutional victories because I think maybe people are involved in a secret society such as maybe the Lodge, Masonic Lodge, Freemasons.
[00:22:33] I mean, when you swear an oath, I got recruited by these guys to try to get recruited. And when I read the oath, I'm like, how can anybody keep the oath of the Constitution and swear the Masonic Oath? So this is a major issue with corruption, I think. And there's not just one organization, too. All kinds of organizations have been infiltrated. The longer the organization, the greater chance it's been infiltrated as well.
