[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:25] All right, Liberty Roundtable live is back with your host, Sam Superman, Bushman, along

[00:00:31] with his two Big MIG brothers, Lance Migliacci and George Ballantyne from the Big MIG show.

[00:00:38] We have, this is concerning people because there's always something to it when a Democrat

[00:00:43] comes in support of Donald Trump.

[00:00:47] We have James E. Clyburn.

[00:00:48] He's a U.S. congressman that represents South Carolina's 6th District.

[00:00:52] He's been in there since 1983.

[00:00:55] He stated that, he argued that Donald Trump has every right to pardon the Patriots who

[00:01:00] were involved in the January 6th protest.

[00:01:03] I mean, yes, he does, but why is Jim Clyburn supporting this?

[00:01:08] When they all tried to condemn all the J6 protesters and everybody that was involved trying to make

[00:01:15] us out as monsters?

[00:01:17] My theory is, guys, it's because of that Hunter pardon, that blanket pardon.

[00:01:22] And, you know, I think there's more pardons to come for the Biden crime family because you

[00:01:27] have, I don't know, Lance, how many is it, 13 of them or eight of them, nine of them more?

[00:01:31] One, one, few of them being grandkids?

[00:01:34] I mean, there's something going on here, Sam.

[00:01:37] I don't know what, what's the tactic, but that, this is my theory.

[00:01:41] I want to hear what you guys have to say.

[00:01:43] Lance?

[00:01:44] Well, look, I'm still trying to wrap my head around this blanket lifetime pardon that Joe

[00:01:51] Biden is.

[00:01:52] You know what, though?

[00:01:54] Let's be very clear.

[00:01:55] I support pardoning, listen carefully, I support pardoning Hunter on the two crimes they're

[00:02:02] talking about.

[00:02:05] And there's a reason I support that.

[00:02:07] We can get into it if you guys are interested, but I don't support the blanket pardon.

[00:02:12] And I don't think that the president should be allowed to provide a blanket pardon.

[00:02:16] There's only, he can't pardon for anything, anytime, any reason.

[00:02:20] Well, let's get into the legality of it.

[00:02:22] You know, there you go.

[00:02:23] I understand that executive privilege really extends into a lot of areas, and by no means

[00:02:29] am I an executive privilege expert.

[00:02:31] But my concern is, how do you just talk about things?

[00:02:35] And we're talking about a blanket pardon gives somebody the ability to say from the date of

[00:02:40] December 2021 to January of 2024, you're not guilty of anything you've done.

[00:02:47] That's what we're talking about.

[00:02:47] And the way that Joe Biden and his administration have been talking about it, they're talking about

[00:02:53] giving preemptive blanket pardons to people like Liz Cheney, General Milley, Anthony Fauci.

[00:03:01] These names are being circulated around.

[00:03:03] And my concern is, number one, none of those people have been charged for a crime, even

[00:03:07] though the American public and many of us on both sides.

[00:03:10] It's called preemptive pardons.

[00:03:11] And that's where I'm kind of going with this.

[00:03:13] I don't think there should be the ability to do a preemptive pardon in case you might get

[00:03:17] charged, in case somebody goes after you.

[00:03:19] We're going to do this.

[00:03:19] That's what we're talking about, right?

[00:03:21] But yeah.

[00:03:21] But exactly.

[00:03:23] We're talking about preemptive blanket what they appear to be lifetime pardons because

[00:03:28] we're not talking about anybody's been charged for anything.

[00:03:30] There's no investigation.

[00:03:31] There's been no charges.

[00:03:32] It's as if you get to participate in any part of a criminal enterprise.

[00:03:38] It's like super diplomatic immunity.

[00:03:39] Yeah.

[00:03:40] It even goes on beyond the scope of diplomatic immunity.

[00:03:43] Of course.

[00:03:43] Even diplomatic immunity has some restrictions.

[00:03:45] That's why I say super.

[00:03:45] Yeah.

[00:03:46] We're basically saying, hey, Sam Bushman, you were born on this date.

[00:03:49] And from the date you were born to right now, we're giving you a preemptive blanket

[00:03:53] pardon for anything that you did, could have done, might have done, or otherwise.

[00:03:58] Now explain to me how any part of our legal system says that's okay.

[00:04:02] Now let me explain why I'm for the pardoning, by the way, of Joe Biden's son, Hunter, on

[00:04:10] the two counts listed.

[00:04:12] Number one, tax evasion.

[00:04:13] Look, the IRS is criminal enterprise.

[00:04:15] It's unconstitutional.

[00:04:17] Shut it down.

[00:04:17] Get rid of the progressive, satanic, communist manifesto-style income tax in the first place.

[00:04:23] Shut that crap down.

[00:04:24] And just because Hunter's guilty of it, I don't want to prosecute him.

[00:04:27] I want to basically not prosecute anybody.

[00:04:29] Let everybody out of jail.

[00:04:30] Well, the IRS is the criminals that should be in prison, not the American people.

[00:04:34] Yeah, waive all the penalties and the fees and all the rest of that.

[00:04:36] Exactly.

[00:04:37] We shouldn't have this kind of swearing to the penalty of perjury, your amounts right,

[00:04:42] and all this.

[00:04:42] So I don't go for this tax charge.

[00:04:44] I don't want to prosecute the other guy just because I don't like Hunter, and I think he's

[00:04:47] Well, he did pay the taxes, though, to find so.

[00:04:51] Well, and the question becomes, well, whose money?

[00:04:53] Yours?

[00:04:54] Mine?

[00:04:55] No.

[00:04:56] Some foreign government's money?

[00:04:57] Maybe from the rent he didn't pay out in California to that one landlord with $300,000

[00:05:01] Yeah, see, that's what I mean.

[00:05:02] I mean, I understand.

[00:05:04] But it's very weird.

[00:05:05] So I'm not going for that.

[00:05:06] I don't want to tax the other guy.

[00:05:08] I don't want to tax Lance, tax Lance, and I don't want to tax Hunter unconstitutionally.

[00:05:12] So I reject that one.

[00:05:13] The other one about the gun thing.

[00:05:14] Look, I believe you have the right to keep and bear arms, and that right shall not be

[00:05:17] infringed.

[00:05:18] And this idea that you lied on a form that he should have never had to even fill out

[00:05:22] constitutionally, he shouldn't even have to fill that out.

[00:05:25] So I'm not going for the gun one either.

[00:05:27] I think Hunter should be off on both of these.

[00:05:29] I don't know why the Republicans and everybody else are saying, oh my gosh, how dare Joe pardon

[00:05:33] him?

[00:05:33] Look, Joe should have pardoned him.

[00:05:35] Trump should pardon him, too.

[00:05:38] However, let's talk about the pay-to-play scandals internationally that lead straight to the

[00:05:42] big guy.

[00:05:43] That's what they're trying to avoid the discussions around, and that's where prosecutions should

[00:05:48] happen and the pardon should not stand.

[00:05:51] Lance?

[00:05:52] Absolutely.

[00:05:53] There's no doubt that if you look back to what was done by Garrett Ziegler when he did

[00:06:00] the whole Marco Polo investigation and printed that book on the laptop from hell, he's had

[00:06:05] experts looking at it.

[00:06:06] I'm talking about ex-DOJ attorneys and other law enforcement.

[00:06:09] There's 1,100 some odd plus crimes, maybe more if you count all the individual counts,

[00:06:15] federal and state in that laptop.

[00:06:17] So sure, I'm sure that he's trying to create a precedence here, Joe Biden.

[00:06:21] He thought he had Harris getting installed, so he thought that he had a windfall that no

[00:06:25] matter what came up, that was under control for the next four years, any investigation or

[00:06:29] anything else.

[00:06:29] And I believe that's absolutely what he's doing.

[00:06:33] But the problem is, when does the behavior of executive privilege really become criminal

[00:06:39] privilege?

[00:06:40] When does a president overstep his authority?

[00:06:44] And when does it become an abuse of government power?

[00:06:47] So the courts just ruled on this in this Colorado case.

[00:06:50] Interestingly enough, Lance, and they basically said, look, when you're acting in your scope

[00:06:53] of official office duties and responsibilities, then you do have this.

[00:06:57] When you're not, you don't.

[00:06:58] And that's why I simply say, look, Hunter and Joe are in serious trouble, and they should

[00:07:02] not be able to give these pardons.

[00:07:04] So when is the president acting above his oath of office?

[00:07:07] He can give pardons, but not for any reason, not to pardon things like pay to play international

[00:07:12] and treason and these kind of things, right?

[00:07:14] Let me add to this real quick, guys.

[00:07:16] Otherwise, you create an untouchable president is the point.

[00:07:18] You create a king.

[00:07:19] We all know he did that preemptive pardon to cover up the Biden crime family.

[00:07:25] I agree with you, Sam, that pardon him for the other two charges.

[00:07:29] I agree with that.

[00:07:30] It's within the scope.

[00:07:31] He was convicted.

[00:07:33] He wasn't sentenced yet.

[00:07:34] But if you go to the Office of the Pardon Attorney of the U.S. Department of Justice and

[00:07:41] to give a blanket pardon, it would be highly unusual.

[00:07:45] But there have been a few cases where it has been done.

[00:07:47] And one was like President Gerald Ford when he pardoned Nixon after Watergate.

[00:07:52] You had Jimmy Carter pardoned all the Vietnam draft dodges.

[00:07:56] Even Bush pardoned Casper Weinberger, who was, I think, an attorney.

[00:08:00] There was something to do with Iran-Contra.

[00:08:02] So it's happened.

[00:08:04] Draft dodging.

[00:08:04] There should never be a draft.

[00:08:05] You shouldn't be forced anyway.

[00:08:07] That's a whole other topic.

[00:08:08] Well, we're just saying when it happened.

[00:08:11] But when you're doing, when you're giving, this is in the difference.

[00:08:15] This is where I agree with you guys.

[00:08:16] When you're giving a pardon to cover up your own crimes, that's abuse of power.

[00:08:21] 100%.

[00:08:21] Or giving pardons that lead, that crimes lead directly to you.

[00:08:25] So you've exceeded your presidential authority and power and reasonableness.

[00:08:30] And so there's the line.

[00:08:33] Whether they'll obey that line, whether they've followed that line in the past is kind of a debate.

[00:08:36] This is a lot of fuzzy ground because a lot of it hasn't been covered in the courts.

[00:08:40] There used to be, you know, kind of a fine line of behavior as president.

[00:08:45] Now that's all gone.

[00:08:46] The big guys changed that.

[00:08:48] Earl Barack changed that.

[00:08:49] And the big guys changed that.

[00:08:50] George Bush changed that.

[00:08:51] Modern presidents have walked all over this, George.

[00:08:54] George.

[00:08:55] They haven't.

[00:08:56] But, you know, this is why our GOP, they're spineless as they are.

[00:09:02] They should have impeached Joe a long time ago when they had the chance.

[00:09:06] They couldn't agree more.

[00:09:08] They could have actually stopped this.

[00:09:10] But listen, I've been saying this for over a year now that Joe Biden had this pardon written up.

[00:09:15] It's been in his desk.

[00:09:16] He was just waiting to sign it.

[00:09:18] And he bypassed the pardon office.

[00:09:22] He didn't even bring that to him.

[00:09:23] He bypassed all that and run it by them.

[00:09:26] I thought Jill signed all his documents.

[00:09:28] She probably does.

[00:09:30] Hunter probably signed it.

[00:09:32] Yo, listen, this was a deal probably made that you drop out of the race.

[00:09:37] You let Kamala run.

[00:09:39] We'll let you get the pardon for your son.

[00:09:41] Yada, yada.

[00:09:41] You won't get in trouble.

[00:09:42] And that's what's going to happen.

[00:09:45] But if people look at the bigger picture, what is Joe Biden saying to everybody that he does not trust or believe in the Department of Justice, our justice system?

[00:09:54] Yeah, he doesn't believe in his justice.

[00:09:56] Because he's saying that because he always say, though, he did nothing wrong.

[00:10:00] His son did nothing wrong in Burisma, none of that.

[00:10:03] OK, so if you did nothing wrong, then there won't be no charges.

[00:10:06] Right.

[00:10:07] You'll believe if they and if they do bring charges, you'll be able to win in the court of law with the evidence you have.

[00:10:13] Because Donald will go on a frothing at the mouth of a witch hunt against my son, you see.

[00:10:17] That's why.

[00:10:20] Forget about his son.

[00:10:20] We're talking about Joe Biden himself.

[00:10:23] Unless, like, unless had the brother, all of them with this Burisma deal.

[00:10:27] It's not only Burisma.

[00:10:29] Let's face the facts.

[00:10:30] There's also in China, too, money coming in for Biden.

[00:10:34] Go ahead and skip the break.

[00:10:35] This is getting great.

[00:10:36] I love it.

[00:10:37] Lance, what do you say to this, though?

[00:10:38] This fine line is being obliterated as presidents walk all over a lot of these discussions.

[00:10:43] And I don't think there's clear guidance on some of it.

[00:10:46] You know, anybody that knows me or anybody that watches George and I show knows that I have a real problem with all of this.

[00:10:53] To the point that I'm extremely vocal about it and I'm internally angry.

[00:10:58] You know, the rule of law has just been stepped on over and over again by this administration.

[00:11:04] And it has been for a long time.

[00:11:05] You know, they don't look at the supreme law of the land like it matters.

[00:11:10] And the Supremacy Clause is very clear about that.

[00:11:14] At the end of the day, Joe Biden, this is just a, you know, further, in my opinion, move of concurrent criminal enterprise.

[00:11:22] It's racketeering Enrico.

[00:11:23] He's manipulating the system to his own benefit.

[00:11:26] He knows that he and his son committed crimes.

[00:11:28] He also knows that people like Liz Cheney, Fauci, Milley, you know, and many others, Adam Schiff, many others are guilty of crimes against the United States and its people.

[00:11:40] They also know that the dirty 51 plus 8, the Russian collusion hoax, and all those people are guilty of crimes and, you know, election interference, crimes against the United States and citizens, crimes against a sitting president.

[00:11:53] These are people that should all face consequences.

[00:11:55] Because I'm going to say this to the audience, and I want to be very clear.

[00:11:58] If any of the audience members or Sam Bushman or George Ballantyne or Lance Miliacho committed one hundredth of the crimes that we're talking about that have been committed,

[00:12:10] for example, Hillary Clinton destroying that hard drive with her emails with bleach bit and a hammer, which bleach bit is a software program that was supposed to wipe the drive.

[00:12:20] You start looking at this and you would I can tell you that if any of you committed any of these crimes,

[00:12:25] the FBI would be kicking in your door right now, throwing in a half a dozen flashbangs, threatening your family members, scaring or killing your pets.

[00:12:35] And then they would threaten you after they arrested you against, you know, going after your loved ones, going after your finances, ruining your life even further.

[00:12:44] This can't be allowed to stand.

[00:12:47] And my you know, I've said it for for years now, accountability and consequences need to happen because I can tell you this online, Sam.

[00:12:56] Just like we were talking about the CEOs and health care and how people are angry.

[00:13:00] People are starting to believe that if our own government and our government officials don't have to face the consequences of a legitimate legal system,

[00:13:11] then why should they why shouldn't they be able to go on a crime wave?

[00:13:15] The other day I posted something on X and then, Sam, I'm going to defer to you on this.

[00:13:19] I put up a post and I said, hey, just as a way to get some fake engagement and, you know, endear myself to the X community.

[00:13:27] I'm giving everybody blanket lifetime preemptive pardons for anything.

[00:13:32] And I said and I said and my second part was you're welcome.

[00:13:38] Let the crime waves begin.

[00:13:40] Because at the end of the day, as sarcastic as that was, that is really a clear statement by me to say this is where we stand right now.

[00:13:50] And people are starting to say that over and over again online.

[00:13:54] Well, if I can't why should they be able to insider trade if I can't insider trade?

[00:13:58] Look at the fabulous amounts of wealth that Nancy Pelosi has created on the backs of the American people insider trading.

[00:14:05] And they've given themselves exceptions.

[00:14:10] Sam, when do the exceptions, when do preemptive pardons become crimes?

[00:14:14] When does the rule of law really matter here in the United States?

[00:14:17] Is it coming back?

[00:14:18] Is it ever going to matter again?

[00:14:19] Well, and I'm going to point directly to the morality of the people.

[00:14:24] Understand that your politicians, those who work for you, if you will, reflect society at large.

[00:14:31] And the reason they're so criminal and they're so corrupt and they're so immoral and they're so base and dishonest and all this stuff is because that's really what our society for the most part is.

[00:14:41] And I know people don't like to hear that because they're like, wait a minute, we're good people.

[00:14:44] It's just off the rails.

[00:14:45] We want, you know, there's a segment of society that's good, that wants honor, that wants the rule of law, that wants to obey.

[00:14:50] But the majority of society doesn't really give a rip.

[00:14:53] And the proof in the pudding is, hey, women are running around going, hey, this guy killed, murdered this executive.

[00:14:59] Can I have his baby?

[00:15:00] You know, you literally have people running around half the country going, how dare you attack Joe and Hunter?

[00:15:06] Joe's the best thing since sliced bread.

[00:15:09] This guy's incredible politician.

[00:15:10] He's served his country well.

[00:15:11] He deserves a presidential library and to win the Nobel Peace Prize, not be abused by the Trumpites.

[00:15:19] You've literally got, okay, so it reflects society is my point.

[00:15:23] And I guess another way to hammer your point, Homeland, and I agree with it a thousand percent, not that I would engage in any criminal activity, but I do get the point being made.

[00:15:31] And I think that it has merit.

[00:15:33] It has validity.

[00:15:34] And so the question becomes, can Joe please provide me a list of the laws that will not be enforced?

[00:15:39] In other words, the list that I can break because that's where I want to spend my time.

[00:15:46] Can I commit stock fraud?

[00:15:47] What can I do to get rich and empower my family and my people, you know, my clan, my whatever?

[00:15:52] And just give me a list of the laws that are not going to be enforced that I'm all cool on, that I've got my, quote, preempt presidential pardon for.

[00:16:01] And, hey, I'll spend my time there.

[00:16:03] You know, it's almost to that point, Lance.

[00:16:06] Well, and I think that's a great argument.

[00:16:09] My thing is, is that he's basically handing out monopoly get-out-of-jail free cards with lifetime passes.

[00:16:16] And I think this is the problem I have.

[00:16:19] Equal application of the law is very clear.

[00:16:22] Equal protection of the law is very clear.

[00:16:24] Our statutes are not gray area.

[00:16:27] They're very definitive.

[00:16:28] But it's as if the statutes, you know, this is like, even what they did to Donald Trump with ex post facto, the way they came after him.

[00:16:36] And all of a sudden they allowed the statute of limitations to be extended on that BS rape case.

[00:16:41] You know, they did that because it was a weaponized legal system.

[00:16:45] And it doesn't matter whether we're talking about state or federal.

[00:16:48] The DOJ is doing things and allowing things to occur, even by a president of the United States, because they're weaponized, because they're compromised.

[00:16:58] They are allowing things to occur that if a regular citizen did it, they would be facing excessive sentences.

[00:17:04] Because we have the largest incarceration rate in the world.

[00:17:08] We have people that are still sitting in jail for marijuana cases, but yet marijuana is legal, you know, throughout the United States and many, many states.

[00:17:15] Most of the states now, it seems like.

[00:17:16] Yeah, those people need to be let go immediately.

[00:17:18] When you start operating like that, you destroy.

[00:17:23] Well, let me finish.

[00:17:24] You destroy the rule of law.

[00:17:27] So you can't blame an average citizen from saying, well, shoot, give me the playbook for the gray areas and I'm going to go to town because I want to be rich like Joe Biden.

[00:17:35] I want to be rich like these other government officials, like Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Mitt Romney.

[00:17:41] How can I become fabulously wealthy committing the same things that are crimes?

[00:17:45] As long as I'm not going to get charged, I just want to go into full overdrive on it because they're really not crimes at that point.

[00:17:50] They've broken the legal system.

[00:17:52] And the folks in San Diego, by the way, Lance, are really trying to do that very thing.

[00:17:57] Oh, 100%.

[00:17:58] It's an ugly thing, that San Diego situation.

[00:18:01] It's complicated because they, first of all, we know the new borders are Tom Holman is not going to play around.

[00:18:07] He's a tough, he's a tough son of a gun.

[00:18:09] I love Tom Holman.

[00:18:11] I think he was the perfect pick.

[00:18:13] When it comes to picks, there isn't anybody almost I like even better than Tom Holman for that position.

[00:18:18] He's not going to play any games.

[00:18:19] All the people that have ever worked with him respect Tom Holman.

[00:18:22] They said he's a real hard nose.

[00:18:24] But at the end of the day, Tom Holman is a guy that's respected by everybody he's ever worked with.

[00:18:30] And I want to say this.

[00:18:31] You have to make it very clear in a situation like Tom Holman, and what we're talking about in San Diego, is they're snubbing.

[00:18:36] They're already trying to preemptively snub what Tom Holman has made very clear.

[00:18:41] Right now, they're trying to vote, and they did, three to one to turn the country into what they're calling a super sanctuary.

[00:18:48] First of all, that's a term that's never been used.

[00:18:49] Super sanctuary?

[00:18:50] Are you kidding me?

[00:18:53] And let's face it, they're talking about shielding illegals from deportation and preventing police from notifying ICE about dangerous illegals in custody.

[00:19:01] Now, first of all, we know there's tons of dangerous illegals all over this country.

[00:19:06] How does San Diego decide that they're going to do this?

[00:19:11] And the only shining moment on this, Sam, is that the San Diego County Sheriff Kelly Martinez is saying that she will not adhere to the super sanctuary policy approved by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors today.

[00:19:23] And that she said she is independently elected official, which is great because we know that comes right underneath the constitutional sheriff policies that we believe in.

[00:19:32] And the board does not set policy for her office, and she has exclusive authority over county jails.

[00:19:38] Now, I have to tell you, I think that was a great position to take.

[00:19:42] But, you know, Sam and George, you've got to tell me, I think this is crazy.

[00:19:45] And they're basically telling Sam, they're telling Tom Holman, we don't care what you have to say.

[00:19:50] And that is a dangerous thing to do with Tom Holman.

[00:19:53] Well, listen, I'd like to look into more into the sheriff.

[00:19:57] And if everything is good, sign her up with the constitutional sheriff, Sam.

[00:20:03] That's your group.

[00:20:04] You might have to get her in.

[00:20:05] But, you know, she called out the board for virtue signaling.

[00:20:09] You know, she made her position clear.

[00:20:11] She's not going to adhere to their policy.

[00:20:14] And I can't believe the people of San Diego actually approve of this.

[00:20:19] I just don't get it.

[00:20:21] The one vote that didn't vote for was a Republican.

[00:20:24] But you tell me that the people of San Diego are not standing up to these board members?

[00:20:31] I mean, they're trying to put in a super sanctuary city and saying the policy is based on a state sanctuary, which is totally false.

[00:20:40] They're misleading the people.

[00:20:42] They're trying to make their own laws and rule laws, which don't apply.

[00:20:48] And they're just.

[00:20:50] Do you want to talk about misinformation?

[00:20:54] Fake news?

[00:20:55] It's right there.

[00:20:56] The county board.

[00:20:58] They should be acting like it's a loophole.

[00:21:00] There is no such thing as a loophole.

[00:21:02] The supremacy clause is clear.

[00:21:04] All enemies, foreign and domestic, anybody that came into this country illegally is a foreign invader.

[00:21:09] It's really clear.

[00:21:10] I want legal.

[00:21:11] I want legal immigration.

[00:21:13] This is we're talking about supporting illegal immigration.

[00:21:15] And I have to tell you, here's the problem.

[00:21:18] And this is going on all across the country.

[00:21:21] When you have a like the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, when you have people that think they're above the law and they think they can operate extra constitutionally and unconstitutionally, these are people that need to be criminally charged.

[00:21:32] I hope that they go ahead and go along with this super sanctuary thing.

[00:21:35] And I hope day one Tom Homan issues indictments for them.

[00:21:39] I hope that he goes and starts an investigation, immediately issues indictments.

[00:21:42] And these people get arrested and have to face federal charges for what they're doing.

[00:21:45] I'm tired of this.

[00:21:47] I'm tired of these shenanigans and this garbage.

[00:21:50] Let's play the media clip so the audience can understand why we're so aggravated about this.

[00:21:54] Hold on.

[00:21:55] Do we have time before the break for this one to run?

[00:22:01] Go ahead, Liz.

[00:22:05] I think this policy goes beyond California's existing sanctuary laws by adding an additional layer of bureaucracy that hinders local law enforcement from directly notifying ICE

[00:22:20] about illegal immigrants who are currently in our jails and they have committed heinous crimes, including child abuse or endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but only if this conviction is for a felony,

[00:22:35] possession of an unlawful deadly weapon, gang-related offenses, a crime resulting in death or involving personal affliction or great bodily injury, possession or use of a firearm and the commission of an offense, torture, rape, and kidnapping.

[00:22:54] That's the population we're talking about.

[00:22:57] So under this policy, and if a legal immigrant commits one of these serious crimes, San Diego County would be legally prohibited from directly coordinating with ICE.

[00:23:08] This effectively protects the offenders from deportation, allowing them to remain in our communities where they could cause that same harm again.

[00:23:17] And this isn't just theoretical.

[00:23:20] We have seen the devastating consequences of such policies across the nation.

[00:23:26] Barbie Larson was brutally murdered in her own home by an illegal alien gang member with a history of drug possession and burglary.

[00:23:35] He was released because of sanctuary laws.

[00:23:38] Kate Steinle was senselessly shot and killed on a San Francisco pier by an illegal immigrant with a long history of violent crime.

[00:23:47] Just months ago, I sat next to Patty Morin, a mother whose life was shattered when her daughter was raped, murdered by an illegal immigrant.

[00:23:58] Hang tight, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:24:00] All I'm telling you is this is insane.

[00:24:02] You would think we could have some kind of unity in America saying,

[00:24:07] look, we cannot have illegals, rapists, and murderers and such running around the country.

[00:24:12] We would think we could all agree on something like that.

[00:24:14] And then when we get into the details of, you know, peaceful people that want a better life, we could have a discussion about that.

[00:24:21] You would think we could have at least civility.

[00:24:23] But no, this is absolutely off the rails.

[00:24:26] San Diego becoming ground zero in this sucker.

[00:26:14] Barrasso, himself a medical doctor,

[00:26:16] says McConnell walked back to his office on his own after the fall.

[00:26:20] Barrasso described the 82-year-old McConnell as fine and 100 percent and said he'll be resuming a regular schedule.

[00:27:10] The panel's newly released report confirmed its previously publicized conclusions, detailing how the attack followed a convergence of failures before and during the Butler, Pennsylvania rally,

[00:27:19] where a gunman opened fire, killing a spectator and injuring Trump and two others.

[00:27:23] The report, drawn from 46 witness interviews, hearings, briefings from federal agencies and a site visit,

[00:27:28] but there was not, quote, a singular moment or decision of failure.

[00:27:32] The House report also addressed the second would-be attack on Trump in September when the former president was golfing at his course in West Palm Beach, Florida.

[00:30:25] Welcome back to Liberty Roundtable Live with your host, Sam Bushman,

[00:30:29] and the Big Big Show brothers, Lance Miliacho and George Balantine.

[00:30:33] We are the tip of the spear.

[00:30:35] Before we took that short break, we were talking about super sanctuary cities.

[00:30:40] I mean, what the heck are those?

[00:30:42] Where does the law allow somebody to ignore the Constitution

[00:30:45] and create a bastion of criminal enterprise and illegality?

[00:30:52] I don't think it's acceptable.

[00:30:53] You heard of gun-free zones, George and Lance?

[00:30:56] These are law-free zones, just so you know.

[00:30:58] Yeah, exactly.

[00:30:59] I love that terminology.

[00:31:01] I'm going to use that on the show tonight, Sam.

[00:31:03] Law-free zones.

[00:31:04] And at the end of the day, when is enough enough?

[00:31:07] I mean, to me, this is just another governmental scheme.

[00:31:10] And like I said before the break, you don't want to screw with Tom Homan.

[00:31:14] That's a bull with big horns.

[00:31:17] And he's already made it very clear that any state, city, county,

[00:31:22] or anybody that thinks they're going to ignore the laws of the United States

[00:31:26] and they're going to allow these illegal invaders to be housed,

[00:31:31] he's coming after you with guns blazing.

[00:31:34] George, what do you think?

[00:31:35] Well, let me first say Tom Homan was born to be the border czar.

[00:31:39] It's in his blood.

[00:31:40] It's in his DNA.

[00:31:41] And they couldn't pick a better choice.

[00:31:43] But I got a great idea for San Diego County.

[00:31:47] They want to be a super sanctuary county.

[00:31:49] Okay, no problem.

[00:31:50] As I say, we should deport all these illegals, especially all the criminals.

[00:31:54] However, let's build a super sanctuary wall around San Diego County

[00:31:59] and make it like the movie Escape from New York

[00:32:01] and then bring all the criminals in there.

[00:32:05] And if you're a San Diego, like a legit citizen and you want to leave,

[00:32:09] you have to go through inspection and you have to come back.

[00:32:12] If you leave your county and don't come back,

[00:32:14] then you're considered illegal border crosser.

[00:32:18] That's what we're going to treat you like.

[00:32:21] So you want your super sanctuary city?

[00:32:23] No problem.

[00:32:23] We're going to build a big wall.

[00:32:24] It's going to be Escape from San Diego County, like the movie Escape from New York.

[00:32:29] I like it.

[00:32:30] I love that movie.

[00:32:31] I think it's perfect.

[00:32:32] What do you think, Sam?

[00:32:33] Is that perfect?

[00:32:34] Yeah, it's like Lord of the Flies or whatever.

[00:32:37] Just bring it.

[00:32:37] Just let it roll.

[00:32:38] Just see if they can just destroy everybody else.

[00:32:40] It'll be a mutual destruction kind of stuff.

[00:32:42] You know, I look at this sheriff and I say the sheriff so far is a hero.

[00:32:46] I don't know her, but her stance is correct on this thing.

[00:32:49] She does answer to the people that elected her and to no one else.

[00:32:52] She doesn't answer to the clowns that want to try to say,

[00:32:55] oh, we're going to just break the law and now you've got conflicting laws.

[00:32:58] The question is whenever there's a conflicting law, sheriff, which law do you obey?

[00:33:01] I'm going to be very clear.

[00:33:02] I've said it a gazillion times and I'll say it again.

[00:33:04] You obey the law called the Constitution, your state constitution and the general constitution.

[00:33:09] That's the law, the supreme law that you obey, sheriff.

[00:33:11] And that's good work.

[00:33:12] So I commend the sheriff on that.

[00:33:14] But I will say this, though.

[00:33:15] You know, I don't understand why we can't just all agree to say who wants criminals running?

[00:33:20] Who wants rapists running around our society?

[00:33:22] And the only people that want that are the people that have their own surrounded protection teams.

[00:33:26] Lance, these people that are somehow different than the rest of us.

[00:33:29] You know, I got to walk around just normal.

[00:33:31] These guys walk around with with, you know, bodyguards or protection or I don't know what.

[00:33:36] They've got their rich.

[00:33:37] And so they live in houses with walls and fences and they're all going, hey,

[00:33:41] we don't care what happens to the masses or whatever.

[00:33:43] I mean, I don't even understand how can't we all just agree.

[00:33:47] Look, we don't want rapists and people in our society.

[00:33:49] I don't care if they're legal or illegal at this point.

[00:33:51] Who wants those kind of people running around free?

[00:33:54] Well, I'm going to put this out there.

[00:33:55] Let's make common sense.

[00:33:57] I'm going to put this out there.

[00:33:59] The reason why those three Democrats want that super sanctuary county is because it will help secure

[00:34:06] their wins when they keep running for office.

[00:34:09] Because let's face it, they're allowing these illegals to vote when they shouldn't be.

[00:34:12] Yeah, if their daughter doesn't get raped along the way.

[00:34:14] I mean, it doesn't make any sense to me, though, unless they've got protection teams that are so huge.

[00:34:19] Now, I want to refer to a story that I talked about yesterday really quick because it totally relates to this.

[00:34:25] There is a bureaucrat in San Francisco.

[00:34:31] And this bureaucrat in San Francisco basically wanted to defund all the cops.

[00:34:36] Oh, I know the story.

[00:34:37] It's great.

[00:34:38] And I guess what happened was this person was moving, so they put all their belongings in like a moving truck.

[00:34:44] And the whole truck got stolen.

[00:34:47] An advocate for defunding the police in San Francisco was ridiculed on social media after they got their whole truck of all their belongings stolen.

[00:34:57] And this is what I'm talking about.

[00:34:58] You clowns that want to get elected or want campaign money or whatever else think that you're somehow going to be exempt from this?

[00:35:06] You don't want a society full of goons and thugs and hooligans.

[00:35:09] You don't want Chaz in the middle of San Diego, people.

[00:35:12] I'm telling you that right now.

[00:35:14] So these guys are off their rocks crazy.

[00:35:16] And we've got to call them out for it.

[00:35:18] They're nuts on parade.

[00:35:19] And I don't know if they have special protection or why they think they'll be, you know, giving a pass on this thing.

[00:35:23] But they won't, Lance.

[00:35:26] You know, these exceptions where they think that somehow it's not going to come down into their lives are pretty incredible.

[00:35:33] And like I said, I think we need a new constitutional amendment to call it the common sense amendment.

[00:35:38] Because there is no common sense anymore.

[00:35:40] You know, and I'm kidding around that.

[00:35:41] I'm not looking for more laws.

[00:35:43] I'm looking for people to look at this.

[00:35:45] You know, walks like a duck, talks like a duck.

[00:35:47] It's a duck.

[00:35:48] And when you think about these people that are being elected and put in these positions of power and the decisions they're making that are so detrimental to communities all across the United States, I think these people have to face consequences.

[00:36:01] And I think that Tom Homan's got it right.

[00:36:04] Let's charge these people.

[00:36:05] Let's arrest them.

[00:36:07] Let's get those indictments in full swing.

[00:36:09] And let's let them see some jail time.

[00:36:10] I would have to believe that if Tom Homan started going after the so-called sanctuary and super sanctuary cities, and I don't mean going after the cities themselves, I mean going after the people that created them.

[00:36:21] And those people had to face consequences for their actions, not only seeing news that should affect them when somebody gets raped or killed or murdered or attacked or when illegals are driving cars illegally and causing major accidents where people are hurt.

[00:36:35] Not only that, but I think they have to face the consequences of their actions.

[00:36:39] Enough is enough.

[00:36:40] I'm going along with Ayn Rand on this.

[00:36:43] Take responsibility for the choices you make.

[00:36:46] I want to get back to the story, Sam, what you just said about San Francisco.

[00:36:50] The lady's name is Darcy Bell, right?

[00:36:52] Yeah.

[00:36:53] She is an anti-police activist, defunded police activist, right?

[00:36:59] And when she was begging the police, you know, for help, everything she had was in this truck.

[00:37:05] That was stolen.

[00:37:06] And she goes, the cops didn't do nothing.

[00:37:08] I'm not going to say the words she said because we're on air.

[00:37:11] But the question is, wait, why were you moving out of San Francisco?

[00:37:16] You're the one that wanted all this.

[00:37:18] You ruined it.

[00:37:19] Right, yeah.

[00:37:21] You ruined it by letting the people that you said you were going to defund.

[00:37:24] Explain that to me.

[00:37:25] Yeah.

[00:37:25] Why are you calling those people?

[00:37:26] I mean, if I was a police.

[00:37:27] Anyway, I don't mean to mock her.

[00:37:28] The sad reality is the police should apply to her, too, and I hope she comes to her senses.

[00:37:32] I mean to mock her.

[00:37:33] I do.

[00:37:34] I do.

[00:37:34] Maybe you, Sam, but I'm not that nice.

[00:37:36] So if I was a police officer, I would have went light sirens over to her, and I'd be like, what happened, man?

[00:37:41] Oh, my truck got stolen.

[00:37:43] Oh.

[00:37:43] I'd be like, weren't you the one that activates for defunding the police?

[00:37:46] Oh, geez.

[00:37:47] Sorry.

[00:37:48] You have a comment, man?

[00:37:49] Yeah.

[00:37:49] Oh, okay.

[00:37:50] Ma'am, we'd like to send a patrol car out, but we've been defunded and we're unable to do it.

[00:37:53] Exactly.

[00:37:54] Yeah.

[00:37:55] In fact, can we borrow your gas card?

[00:37:56] We'd get over there faster if we could fill up the tank, you know?

[00:37:59] Yeah.

[00:37:59] Anyway, I just find the thing so ironic to make the point.

[00:38:02] But you know what?

[00:38:02] They're about to ratchet up the drug fair discussion, gentlemen.

[00:38:08] Yeah, there's no doubt.

[00:38:09] The cartels have become so sophisticated.

[00:38:14] The money that the Biden administration just gifted them through this illegal invasion, they are putting it to work.

[00:38:22] You know, George and I have lots of sources that have given us some crazy inside information on the cartels.

[00:38:27] But now this is a whole new thing.

[00:38:29] So for everybody out there that knows about fentanyl and carfentanil and methamphetamine, the precursors for those drugs, the majority of them come out of China.

[00:38:40] There are a few that come out of South America, but the majority of them come out of China.

[00:38:43] So those precursors, which are the chemicals that would make these illegal narcotics, they're brought into Mexico to the cartels.

[00:38:51] And the cartels have their own very sophisticated labs at this time where they take the precursors and they produce, you know, methamphetamine, carfentanil, fentanyl.

[00:39:00] And these are, you know, I'm sure everybody in the country now knows somebody at some point that's been affected by this, where a family member, a loved one became addicted and maybe, you know, horrendously, not only the consequences of their lives, but many of them died.

[00:39:14] Because these are being produced in labs that they don't really care about the dosages.

[00:39:19] I mean, they don't want to kill all their customers, but at the end of the day, they're not all that careful.

[00:39:22] Now they're going to go to a new level.

[00:39:24] They're talking about, and they have been, they're hiring chemistry students fresh out of school because the cartels have decided the most profitable thing to do is, hey, we don't need to buy the precursors from foreign countries.

[00:39:36] Why don't we figure out how to manufacture the precursors right here in Mexico?

[00:39:41] And this is like a work study program for the cartels, Sam.

[00:39:44] I mean, it's unbelievable.

[00:39:49] Yeah, it's unbelievable.

[00:39:51] And it ratchets up this drug discussion because then they won't have to worry about China, the tariffs and all that discussion will be off the table.

[00:39:59] And they'll be able to generate this stuff internally to the United States.

[00:40:04] And they're going to change the whole game these cartels are with this discussion, Lance.

[00:40:08] And I'm telling you right now, you ain't seen nothing yet because it'll be a scary new phase in the, quote, drug war.

[00:40:15] And what it'll do is it'll affect you and I.

[00:40:19] Sometimes these chemicals are used for normal things.

[00:40:22] Sometimes, okay, so it's going to change the game big time.

[00:40:26] And it's going to make things hard.

[00:40:28] What you should have done is stop the drug cartels in the first place from gaining so much capability, so much money, so much.

[00:40:33] Because we've fueled it over the last four years.

[00:40:36] Go ahead and skip the break.

[00:40:38] We've fueled it over the last four years, creating this crisis that we're about to be on the brink of right now, George.

[00:40:46] Well, you think we're going to be in a crisis?

[00:40:48] I mean, there's things happening all over the place.

[00:40:53] People don't know what to believe, what to know, what to do anymore.

[00:40:57] I'm going to throw something out right now because this is also happening in my state.

[00:41:01] I don't know if you guys are aware of all the drones that have been flying around Mar-a-Lago and Picatinny Arsenal.

[00:41:10] And nobody knows where these drones, nobody can say nothing, the FBI this and that, what's going on.

[00:41:17] But here's my take.

[00:41:18] If these drones were actually a threat, especially being over Picatinny Arsenal, they would do something about it.

[00:41:27] I think these are drones from either police force or the military.

[00:41:31] For what reasons, I don't know.

[00:41:33] But if they were actually a threat, they would do something about it and combat it.

[00:41:37] They can shoot the drones out of the sky, the military people.

[00:41:41] That's right.

[00:41:42] So it's just like everything keeps being deceived from the public.

[00:41:46] We need babysitters.

[00:41:47] We're not old enough to know information, the truth.

[00:41:54] And the real question becomes, how hardcore will Donald Trump really get to the bottom of all this stuff?

[00:42:00] Okay, I mean, I appreciate that Donald's going to try and do some good, but where's he really going to go?

[00:42:04] How much truth, how much real facts are we going to get on this stuff, Lance?

[00:42:08] Well, we're going to rely on when cash gets an FBI, we're going to rely on him to release information.

[00:42:16] Yeah, but it's not cash on his own.

[00:42:18] He's going to have to clear all of it with the President of the United States if he wants to disclose or, you know, for example, put out the 9-11 documents that everybody wants to see.

[00:42:28] I want to see the 9-11, the Oklahoma City bombing.

[00:42:31] I want to see the RFK.

[00:42:32] Seth Rich laptop.

[00:42:34] Yeah, the Epstein client list, the P. Diddy clients.

[00:42:37] You know, we want to see all of this.

[00:42:39] Barack Obama's birth certificate.

[00:42:40] Yeah, Oklahoma City bombing.

[00:42:41] Yeah, for sure.

[00:42:42] Let's get to the bottom of all of it.

[00:42:43] I want to even know if we went to the moon, Lance.

[00:42:46] 100%.

[00:42:46] 100%.

[00:42:46] A lot of people believe we didn't.

[00:42:48] You want to know?

[00:42:49] I can tell you that.

[00:42:50] We didn't.

[00:42:51] I understand.

[00:42:52] Well, not back then, at least.

[00:42:54] After that, we probably did.

[00:42:55] I don't even know that we go now.

[00:42:56] In fact, they just put off the moon.

[00:42:58] They say they're going to the moon.

[00:42:59] They were going to do it.

[00:42:59] They've been pushing it off.

[00:43:00] They just pushed it off again for another couple of years.

[00:43:03] Why?

[00:43:03] And I kind of wonder.

[00:43:04] I got a theory.

[00:43:06] I don't know if I'm right.

[00:43:06] But I believe it's because they need the deepfake technology to be good enough to where we can't detect them when they go to the moon the next time.

[00:43:13] They're going to have to do some deepfakes that we can't prove are wrong.

[00:43:17] So they're waiting for greater technology to be available to where the deepfakes can't be proven or debunked and that kind of stuff.

[00:43:25] You don't think they can get to the moon?

[00:43:27] Nope.

[00:43:28] You don't think we have the technology to get to the moon?

[00:43:30] Nope.

[00:43:30] I don't.

[00:43:31] No.

[00:43:32] Do you know, George, do you know about the Van Allen radiation belt?

[00:43:38] No.

[00:43:39] All right.

[00:43:40] Well, we would get you a new laptop so that you could dig into this thing.

[00:43:44] But I think it just got stolen, George.

[00:43:47] It's funny you say that because I was talking to my sister last night and she asked me, did you buy a laptop from Best Buy?

[00:43:54] Because she has her, she's an awards member or whatever.

[00:43:57] And I'm like, no.

[00:43:59] And somebody, they didn't use her card or nothing, but they used her account and it's, it's being shipped on, on actually her name to an address in New York.

[00:44:08] I'm like, I'm like, no, you need to call them up right now.

[00:44:11] Figure that out.

[00:44:13] It hasn't been shipped out yet, but, uh, you know, she got the email.

[00:44:15] So it's kind of weird.

[00:44:16] Yeah.

[00:44:16] I mean, what is going on?

[00:44:18] There's a new piece around the corner.

[00:44:19] There's a new theft scheme, uh, that, that Apple with Apple laptops, which is pretty crazy.

[00:44:25] So.

[00:44:26] And it wasn't, and it was an Apple laptop too, by the way.

[00:44:29] Well, this is Apple.

[00:44:30] Listen to what they're doing.

[00:44:30] This is an interesting story.

[00:44:32] Impersonators are using fake IDs.

[00:44:35] And, uh, QR codes to retrieve computers before the customers do.

[00:44:39] So a consumer who purchases an Apple laptop online, you know, you, you buy it and then you go into the store for pickup because you don't want to have it dropped at your home.

[00:44:47] Because you're worried about, uh, you know, porch pirates.

[00:44:50] You don't want to lose a three, four or $5,000 laptop.

[00:44:53] And of course we all know that, uh, Apple gear is very expensive, but what's happening is somehow these people are figuring out the orders.

[00:45:01] And I wonder if it's not people inside Apple that are giving the information, but they look at the orders that are there.

[00:45:06] Now the orders, they get a notification and people get the notification for pickup.

[00:45:09] And these scammers are beating the customers that purchased the laptop online to the store using fake IDs and, and, and having the QR code on their phone.

[00:45:21] And they're picking the laptop up in advance.

[00:45:24] Now this one individual, uh, this is a story out of the Los Angeles times went through this.

[00:45:29] She said, I didn't have it delivered to my house because I was worried about porch pirates.

[00:45:33] She goes to pick up her laptop and it's already gone because she, she was notified by Apple.

[00:45:38] They notified her, I think on a Friday or Saturday.

[00:45:40] And she decided she wasn't going to go till Monday cause she didn't want to deal with any crowds.

[00:45:43] So she went to go do it.

[00:45:44] And guess what?

[00:45:45] The laptop was gone.

[00:45:47] Got him.

[00:45:48] Now Apple is kind of saying, um, she's had to file a claim with a credit card company, but Apple isn't immediately saying, Oh, don't worry about it.

[00:45:54] We're going to eat the loss.

[00:45:55] They're kind of leaving on the customer saying, well, you should have picked it up sooner.

[00:46:00] And this is completely bogus.

[00:46:01] What do you mean?

[00:46:02] I should have picked it up sooner.

[00:46:04] Uh, the problem is again, all this online stuff is a serious issue.

[00:46:07] And I, I advocate, why don't we just go more local and more cash and less online and this kind of stuff.

[00:46:12] We need to think about, you know, I'm a, I'm a high tech guy for a living, but you know, sometimes low tech is the answer to say the least.

[00:46:19] Very scary story.

[00:46:21] So beware.

[00:46:21] Don't just go ahead and, you know, send your product to the store and think you'll be fine.

[00:46:26] Cause you may not, and you may not even get a proper restitution for the problem.

[00:46:31] Hopefully though, these stores have the ability when somebody comes and picks up a laptop and all this stuff to, to use their cameras and surveillance and whatever else to bust these thieves for doing this.

[00:46:41] But I have a feeling it ties to the drug cartels ties to, um, some of the, you know, crime has gone high tech big time and it's not just by amateur Joe blow doing it.

[00:46:51] Now they're very sophisticated network, uh, underlying all this Lance.

[00:46:54] I'm going with Lance on this one because this there's these three occurrences happened at the same Apple store in a mall.

[00:47:00] And I know if you go to pick up an Apple product that you ordered, you showed a QR code.

[00:47:05] You definitely have to show identity.

[00:47:07] You, you don't, you can even buy a $10 product with the cure.

[00:47:10] If you don't show identification, you're not getting a product.

[00:47:13] So I think there's an inside job here.

[00:47:14] Someone's, um, you're probably sending information.

[00:47:17] I don't know.

[00:47:18] Beware of that.

[00:47:19] Now Gates got a gig.

[00:47:21] I don't know if you guys heard this, but now Gates is set to join the primetime lineup on one America news network.

[00:47:28] Oh, and is what it's nicknamed.

[00:47:30] Uh, in January, I guess the network announced that Gates will host his hour long TV program, the Matt Gates show.

[00:47:38] And it'll be at 9 PM Eastern every weeknight.

[00:47:42] That's according to the own press release.

[00:47:45] What do you say to that, George?

[00:47:47] George?

[00:47:49] Well, I mean, I guess it's good for Gates.

[00:47:51] I don't know what's his, what's his, um, intentions.

[00:47:55] He's going to start talking about stuff like that.

[00:47:57] He has that people not aware of, but I mean, I like Owen news, but you know, they've been thrown out of the market by some cable companies.

[00:48:05] They're not, you know, they're not easily available unless you download the app.

[00:48:09] So hopefully that can get fixed.

[00:48:11] Well, again, revolving door between government media, Lance.

[00:48:13] I was kind of hoping for something better for Gates, actually, not just being on only news where he can make a difference.

[00:48:19] I'm disappointed.

[00:48:20] I'm disappointed because, you know, Gates has proven himself to be a warrior.

[00:48:23] But of course they brought out all these false claims and they used it.

[00:48:28] And I think, I have to be honest, I think behind the scenes, the Trump administration did some of this.

[00:48:33] They, they told Gates because of the accusations that he needed to, uh, you know, deny the position he'd been offered.

[00:48:40] And he made it sound like it was his choice.

[00:48:42] But the stories I've heard behind the scenes are that it was not his choice, that the Trump administration, a couple of people inside the Trump administration, not necessarily Donald Trump himself, pushed Gates to resign from the position he'd been offered.

[00:48:57] I was very excited about Gates being involved.

[00:48:59] And I'm really tired of these, these stories that come out about women and taxes and this and that.

[00:49:07] And they always seem to be, uh, you know, proliferated by the far perfectly timed and they're always perfectly timed.

[00:49:13] And I think it's disappointing for me.

[00:49:14] I want to see the best warriors in there and I trust Matt Gates.

[00:49:19] So yeah, he's going to have a paycheck.

[00:49:21] So there you go.

[00:49:21] Yeah.

[00:49:21] You got a big, and the revolving door between the media and the administration continues.

[00:49:25] It's just, you know, our guys for a change, but it's anyway, it's concerning.

[00:49:29] All right.

[00:49:30] It's official.

[00:49:30] Brett Cooper.

[00:49:33] Amen.

[00:49:33] And I need a big payday, by the way.

[00:49:35] Speaking of that, by the way, it's official.

[00:49:36] So Brett Cooper's leaving the daily wire.

[00:49:38] That's interesting.

[00:49:41] Yeah.

[00:49:41] You know, there's been a lot of turmoil at the daily wire.

[00:49:44] I've heard a lot of stories that financially they're struggling.

[00:49:47] I don't know why or what's happened, but, uh, and I'm not sure what that means.

[00:49:51] I don't know enough details about the story to tell you what I think really happened,

[00:49:55] but I'd already heard about a month or two ago that the daily wire was facing some real financial issues.

[00:50:01] Well, we will keep an eye on that ball, but I'm just telling you, if you're a, you know,

[00:50:04] somebody who likes to watch Brett Cooper, then a, you should know.

[00:50:07] A lot of young people love to watch her.

[00:50:09] So there you go.

[00:50:10] Also, Trump names Kimberly Guilfoyle as his ambassador to Greece.

[00:50:16] So Governor Newsom's ex-wife is the ambassador to Greece now, Lance.

[00:50:22] Well, you know, I'm, I don't want to put anything out, but you know, she's not dating Don Jr.

[00:50:27] Any longer.

[00:50:27] He's got a new girl.

[00:50:28] He's got a new, a new bay.

[00:50:31] So I'm not sure what happened there, but I'm, I'm a little suspicious because I don't think, uh,

[00:50:36] and she's smart.

[00:50:37] She's a sharp, she's sharp, but at the end of the day, she doesn't really have any experience with international politics.

[00:50:41] I don't believe I'm almost wondering, and I hate to say it out loud, but I'm going to, was this some kind of a, uh, a deal?

[00:50:49] Okay.

[00:50:49] You just sign this NDA and don't disclose anything.

[00:50:52] And we're going to make you an ambassador to Greece.

[00:50:55] Don't, don't, don't bring up all the stuff about my son.

[00:50:57] Don't just be quiet and go into the, look, Don Jr.

[00:51:00] should have never got with that clown in the first place.

[00:51:02] She got 60 grand to do a quick introduction or one minute introduction of somebody as a speaker.

[00:51:07] I mean, they've been giving her the deal all along.

[00:51:09] And anyway, there you have that.

[00:51:11] I found that interesting.

[00:51:12] Final story of the hour.

[00:51:13] Trump taunts governor.

[00:51:16] Trusten.

[00:51:18] Trudeau.

[00:51:20] Calls him the what?

[00:51:23] Governor.

[00:51:24] Governor.

[00:51:25] State of Canada.

[00:51:25] Yeah, it's great.

[00:51:28] What do you think?

[00:51:28] I think it's hilarious.

[00:51:30] Listen, I'm ready.

[00:51:31] Let's, let's bring Canada as the next new state.

[00:51:34] They've got unlimited fresh water supply.

[00:51:36] I love the Canadian people.

[00:51:37] I don't like Justin Trudeau.

[00:51:39] I think he's a complete, I think he's the love child of, uh, of a Cuban dictator that we're all familiar with.

[00:51:44] At the end of the day, I personally think I'd love to have Canada.

[00:51:48] Great natural resources, incredible mineral reserves, unlimited fresh water.

[00:51:53] Let's bring them in one less border.

[00:51:54] And then we can just go up there and take it over.

[00:51:56] I think it's great.

[00:51:57] Let's get Canada in here.

[00:51:58] It's time.

[00:51:59] Well, he's not happy.

[00:52:01] He's coming out.

[00:52:01] It was a clip shown where he's not happy that the American people voted for Trump, that, you know, he supports women and yada, yada, yada.

[00:52:09] You know?

[00:52:10] Yeah.

[00:52:10] I guess he's.

[00:52:11] The old Trump's misogynist line.

[00:52:13] We love that one.

[00:52:14] Maybe he doesn't want to be.

[00:52:15] Maybe he doesn't want to be governor of Canada.

[00:52:18] Why don't we just give Trudeau an ambassadorship like Kim got?

[00:52:22] Hey, I think that's a great ambassador.

[00:52:25] You imagine.

[00:52:26] Yeah, making the ambassador to Mexico.

[00:52:29] The ambassador.

[00:52:30] Why?

[00:52:31] Why?

[00:52:31] He doesn't get to be the ambassador to Canada.

[00:52:32] Listen, he's a terrible politician.

[00:52:34] He has done many wrong things for his people.

[00:52:36] He just did another big gun grab.

[00:52:38] I don't like Trudeau, but I do like the Canadian people.

[00:52:41] And I've got to tell you.

[00:52:42] I agree.

[00:52:43] Canada's got to be a hot.

[00:52:43] And I like the Canadian countryside, too, though.

[00:52:45] They've got some cool country up there, buddy.

[00:52:46] Yeah, they do.

[00:52:47] Beautiful country.

[00:52:48] And like I said, unlimited fresh water.

[00:52:50] We never have to worry about fresh water.

[00:52:51] And their mineral reserves that are untapped are unbelievable.

[00:52:55] And there's a lot of stories that they believe that the uranium and rare earth minerals in Canada

[00:53:00] that haven't really been, you know, really investigated enough,

[00:53:04] they might have some of the largest natural resources in the world when it comes to those two.

[00:53:11] All right.

[00:53:12] There you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:53:13] I just found that fascinating.

[00:53:14] So Trudeau panics when Donald Trump talks about tariffs, flies down to Mar-a-Lago and meets with Donald.

[00:53:21] And now Donald continues mocking this guy.

[00:53:25] It's just very, very fascinating.

[00:53:27] Again, when you have the origins of these people, we don't know, like Barack Obama or Justin Trudeau or whatever.

[00:53:32] We don't even know who these people are.

[00:53:34] I mean, is he really the baby of a Cuban?

[00:53:37] You know, we don't even know.

[00:53:39] They claim that's false.

[00:53:40] But you know what?

[00:53:40] We don't have any way to know.

[00:53:41] Make these people take a DNA test.

[00:53:43] Make Kamala take one.

[00:53:44] Make Barack take one.

[00:53:45] Have Trudeau take one.

[00:53:47] If they're going to make these claims, let's just prove it definitively and be done with it for crying out loud.

[00:53:54] And I'm all, hey, I think we ought to make Canada the 51st state if they want to.

[00:53:58] But we've got to deal with Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and the Indian reservations and everything else, too.

[00:54:03] We've got these second tier status for a lot of these groups.

[00:54:06] And, you know, I'm not comfortable with all that.

[00:54:08] They run around.

[00:54:08] Hey, Sam, can I make a quick announcement?

[00:54:10] Yeah, go.

[00:54:10] We have Jillian Michaels on Friday on the Big MIG Show.

[00:54:14] And if you know who she is, author of nine books.

[00:54:16] Incredible.

[00:54:17] She's going to be amazing.

[00:54:18] I've been engaging her.

[00:54:19] She is super funny and she's great.

[00:54:21] Don't miss that interview.

[00:54:22] 7 p.m.

[00:54:23] At the Big MIG Show on Rumble.

[00:54:24] 7 p.m. Eastern.

[00:54:39] 7 p.m. Eastern.

[00:54:42] All right.

[00:54:42] Hang tight.

[00:54:43] God save the Republic, ladies and gentlemen.
