[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.

[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.

[00:00:24] All right, happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:00:27] Sam Bushman live on your radio hard-hitting news that which refused to use, no doubt, continues now.

[00:00:32] This is the broadcast for December the 10th in the year of our Lord, 2024, Hour 2 of 2.

[00:00:38] So, Sheriff Mack, ladies and gentlemen, we encourage President Donald Trump to appoint Sheriff Richard Mack to be the ambassador to either, what is this now?

[00:00:51] Guatemala or El Salvador.

[00:00:53] Or El Salvador?

[00:00:54] Mm-hmm.

[00:00:56] All right, there you have it.

[00:00:58] Hopefully we can get that done, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:00:59] Wouldn't that be cool?

[00:01:01] You could travel for the president.

[00:01:03] And there's just so many cool things you could do.

[00:01:06] I'd actually prefer El Salvador.

[00:01:09] Yes.

[00:01:10] Because then you'll get more pupusas if you do that, I understand.

[00:01:13] But yes, pupusas originated out of El Salvador.

[00:01:17] No other country in the world, it was El Salvador.

[00:01:22] And I'm just telling you, so ladies and gentlemen, let's see if we can get that done.

[00:01:27] Because we really need to improve relationships with some of these countries as well.

[00:01:31] Look, I know that they want to paint this picture that, oh man, Trump hates these countries or hates these peoples.

[00:01:38] None of it's true.

[00:01:39] What we want is appropriate relations.

[00:01:41] And we want to make America great again.

[00:01:42] We want to make El Salvador great again.

[00:01:44] Right?

[00:01:45] Yeah.

[00:01:48] Sure do.

[00:01:49] I mean, that's in my mind really kind of the key here that I think we could send a message like that.

[00:01:54] Just imagine what the message could be like that, Sheriff.

[00:01:58] Yeah, I know.

[00:01:59] And El Salvador is a very small country, obviously.

[00:02:04] Just almost at the border of Mexico, of the southern border of Mexico.

[00:02:10] And it's an amazing country.

[00:02:15] And it's always been a part of me.

[00:02:19] And I've always had such fond memories of it.

[00:02:25] And, you know, that's what my degree was in.

[00:02:27] Latin American studies and Spanish and sociology.

[00:02:30] And I know I could help.

[00:02:35] And that's what I'd like to do.

[00:02:38] And to me, the reason that's so important is, I mean, just think of the story you could tell.

[00:02:42] You know what?

[00:02:44] Former constitutional sheriff that beat Bill Clinton in the Supreme Court.

[00:02:48] I don't know if I dare say how many years ago, but hey, some time ago.

[00:02:54] Served a mission spreading the Christian, you know, faith to the people of El Salvador.

[00:02:59] Loved the country.

[00:03:01] Loved his time there.

[00:03:02] Now Donald Trump appoints him to be the ambassador because we want this Christian love and kindness to continue.

[00:03:08] And it starts with service.

[00:03:10] And just think of the story that could be told worldwide about that.

[00:03:14] It would send a clear message to the peoples, the Latinas and Latinos in the world.

[00:03:19] Look, this is not a Trump hates you discussion or effort.

[00:03:24] This is a reach out in a Christian, compassionate.

[00:03:29] But yet, you know, merciful and just way to make El Salvador, to make all these countries great.

[00:03:36] We can work with them, Sheriff.

[00:03:38] And what a light on a hill message, right?

[00:03:41] Yeah, I feel the exact same way.

[00:03:44] I really feel that one of the biggest problems with illegal immigration is that the corruption and the lack of opportunity and fairness with a lot of the dictatorships and the banana republics that exist in Latin America push people out and push people away.

[00:04:03] And there's no real opportunity.

[00:04:06] But if you would look at Mexico alone, Mexico has a vast amount of natural resources.

[00:04:13] Oh, that's incredible.

[00:04:15] It is.

[00:04:17] Agriculture and energy and oil.

[00:04:20] It goes on and on.

[00:04:23] And vacation spots.

[00:04:25] My goodness.

[00:04:27] Mexico is a rich vacation spot to go and their heritage.

[00:04:32] Mexico City and the Aztec native natives and the culture and all of it just fits so much that it's close to the United States in its potential.

[00:04:46] And yet what has held them back?

[00:04:48] And and that needs to be addressed.

[00:04:50] And and the government needs to see the need of a strong middle class.

[00:04:57] And they and they just simply have refused to do it in Latin America.

[00:05:02] And so the the oligarchs are them and the monarchs in control and the aristocrats have just not opened up the opportunity and equality to to regular people.

[00:05:18] And if they'll do that, we could really make some headway in in stopping and diminishing illegal immigration.

[00:05:30] There you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:05:32] All right.

[00:05:32] I want to talk about this guy.

[00:05:34] I don't know how to say his last name.

[00:05:36] Luigi man.

[00:05:39] Guani.

[00:05:40] And Guani is I say it?

[00:05:42] Anyway, he's 26 years old.

[00:05:44] And they say he's being held on Pennsylvania weapons charges.

[00:05:49] Now they're saying he might get second degree murder or this and that.

[00:05:52] I'm not really sure.

[00:05:53] Seems like they're having trouble making the charges.

[00:05:55] And the whole story seems kind of fishy to me about how they found this guy.

[00:06:01] Supposedly they found him with a bunch of papers on him.

[00:06:04] The papers don't really point to anybody by name.

[00:06:07] But they kind of say bad stuff about the health care industry and this kind of stuff.

[00:06:15] And then they say, oh, man, he had a ghost gun.

[00:06:18] This ghost gun is tied to the NYC murder of health care CEO.

[00:06:23] It adds fuel to the debate on homemade guns.

[00:06:26] And they're just going all off sideways on this thing.

[00:06:29] It's crazy.

[00:06:30] You're right.

[00:06:31] What's a ghost gun?

[00:06:31] Well, what they say is a ghost gun is a gun that you can print out parts with a 3D printer so that you don't have the serial numbers trackable on all the parts of the gun.

[00:06:39] So it's a ghost gun.

[00:06:41] Okay.

[00:06:42] I've never understood that.

[00:06:43] That's a clown show.

[00:06:44] There's no such thing as an assault weapon.

[00:06:46] There's no such thing as a ghost gun.

[00:06:48] All these are manipulated labels to up the ante to manipulate the debate before it even gets started.

[00:06:54] There's no such thing as a ghost gun.

[00:06:56] That's like saying, hey, your box of Cheerios is a ghost Cheerio.

[00:07:00] Okay.

[00:07:00] I mean, it's ridiculous.

[00:07:02] And so the problem that I have with this is in the lame duck session, they're turning this into a gun debate when we don't even know if the right gun was used.

[00:07:12] We don't know if this guy's being charged.

[00:07:14] We don't know if this guy's guilty.

[00:07:15] We don't.

[00:07:16] We're assuming guilt and not assuming innocence, Sheriff.

[00:07:21] I've got a problem with the way this is all going down in the media, the whole thing.

[00:07:26] Yeah, Sam.

[00:07:27] No kidding.

[00:07:27] But I looked at the pictures that they put out for this guy.

[00:07:31] And he said, you know what?

[00:07:32] I want to really not forget that face in case he escapes to Arizona or is in one of the airports where I go or in another town where my travels are.

[00:07:44] And then they showed the face of the guy they arrested.

[00:07:47] And I said, they're not the same.

[00:07:50] That's not him.

[00:07:52] You know, the one with his hoodie picture.

[00:07:55] That nose is really different.

[00:07:58] And Sam, I have no skin in this game.

[00:08:00] I just I'm not getting I'm not leaning towards any conspiracy on this.

[00:08:07] I'm just saying this is the photo you released.

[00:08:10] And this is a photo of the guy you arrested.

[00:08:12] And they don't look like the same person.

[00:08:15] So why am I the only one saying this?

[00:08:17] And so on.

[00:08:19] And then they charged him.

[00:08:21] They said he's going to be charged or he has been charged with second degree murder.

[00:08:27] Sam, when when you have a guy that's aiming at one person on the street, you know and you know that he was going to be there.

[00:08:36] That's premeditated murder.

[00:08:38] And that is murder one.

[00:08:40] So why are they saying, oh, well, he's only going to get charged with with second degree murder.

[00:08:46] Sam is just a murder at a moment's notice.

[00:08:50] Rage.

[00:08:51] You get so mad at somebody right then and there and you just kill him.

[00:08:55] There's no premeditation to it.

[00:08:57] That's not what happened.

[00:08:59] He was stalking this guy.

[00:09:01] He was following this guy.

[00:09:02] He made sure it was this guy.

[00:09:04] He did all the different things to make sure that he wouldn't get caught, meaning he covered his face.

[00:09:09] He took taxes.

[00:09:09] He did this.

[00:09:10] He paid with cash.

[00:09:11] I mean, we go on and on and on of what they've already documented.

[00:09:14] That's my whole point is that something's fishy about this, though.

[00:09:17] You claim the guy's got a ghost gun.

[00:09:19] You claim it's like the gun that was used in this murder.

[00:09:22] You claim that it's second degree murder, that there's gun charges being filed.

[00:09:26] Now we're going to debate ghost guns.

[00:09:30] Well, it turns out that they say that everybody on social media, too, is in love with this murder.

[00:09:35] They say he's so handsome.

[00:09:36] I mean, women are all over the media and all over social going, oh, my gosh, can I have your baby before you go to prison and all this kind of stuff?

[00:09:43] It's insanity, Sheriff.

[00:09:45] What is happening?

[00:09:47] Well, that seems to happen quite often in arrests in our recent history.

[00:09:55] Scott Peterson, same thing.

[00:09:57] Girls were really.

[00:09:58] In fact, I think he got married in prison.

[00:10:00] But I don't know.

[00:10:03] That shows how weird some.

[00:10:06] I mean, they literally say he's only guilty of being hot.

[00:10:10] Hey, his Instagram accounts flooded with gushing comments.

[00:10:14] Can I have your baby before you go to jail?

[00:10:16] And now I'm not saying that doesn't happen because I agree that does happen.

[00:10:20] I mean, look at Ted Bundy.

[00:10:21] He had all kinds of women and all the kind of weird stuff, too.

[00:10:23] I don't know what kind of women these people attract, but there you go.

[00:10:26] My problem with that is it's coming out so publicly, so promoted.

[00:10:30] So this guy is basically going to be a hero and convicted before we even have any evidence.

[00:10:40] Yeah.

[00:10:40] And the likelihood is, I mean, it looked everybody thought it was a hitman.

[00:10:44] And so what is this connection to the CEO of UnitedHealthcare?

[00:10:50] Oh, did he get turned down?

[00:10:52] Did one of his family lose their insurance to them?

[00:10:56] Or, I mean, what happened?

[00:10:59] This so much looked like a hired hit.

[00:11:03] And if not, then this guy has something really against this guy.

[00:11:08] The suspect had something really against the victim.

[00:11:12] And so what is really happening here?

[00:11:17] And look at the profile of the suspect.

[00:11:20] He was valedictorian of his class.

[00:11:22] He's 26 years old, and he already has a college degree and a master's degree.

[00:11:28] A lot of this just doesn't fit.

[00:11:30] He comes from a very tied-in, wealthy, well-to-do family.

[00:11:34] His father, as far as I understand, owned a radio station.

[00:11:40] You know, the whole thing is just so weird.

[00:11:43] I'm not comfortable with what we're seeing, Sheriff.

[00:11:44] I'm just not.

[00:11:45] Now, I'm not trying to be a conspiracy theorist.

[00:11:47] I don't know what's wrong here.

[00:11:48] I'm just telling you, the details that we're getting so rapidly are so crazy that I have a problem.

[00:11:55] And now some experts are saying, hey, they might have been able to search for a gun or whatever,

[00:11:59] but the paperwork they claim makes him partially guilty.

[00:12:03] They didn't have any right to search for that.

[00:12:05] They didn't have a warrant for this guy.

[00:12:06] They just found him at McDonald's on a quick rush in.

[00:12:08] Hey, someone saw him, and it looked like the right guy.

[00:12:11] Pull down your mask, and holy mackerel, it's him kind of stuff.

[00:12:14] I'm not buying the whole thing.

[00:12:15] Something's wrong.

[00:12:16] I don't know what yet, but something is not right.

[00:12:21] Well, first, I guess they're going to have to show me where they came up with those photos of him and the hoodies,

[00:12:27] and then if those are older or mistakes of some kind.

[00:12:33] But, you know, maybe when he was 15 or 16, and now that he's older, yeah, he has this thinner-looking nose and face.

[00:12:40] But, I mean, that really hit me hard.

[00:12:45] That doesn't even look like the same guy.

[00:12:47] They look like they could be cousins or brothers, but that's not the same guy.

[00:12:51] So, I don't know.

[00:12:53] If I had seen this guy, I would have never suspected him if I was just looking at those pictures that they put out.

[00:12:59] Well, and that's why I'm saying this.

[00:13:01] How did all this happen so quickly?

[00:13:03] Somebody just saw McDonald's and went, oh, my gosh, that dude looks like the right guy.

[00:13:07] And then the cops bail in there and pull down his mask, and it's the right guy.

[00:13:10] And then, oh, my gosh, he's got a fake ID.

[00:13:12] He's got this.

[00:13:13] He's got that.

[00:13:14] And then he's got this ghost gun.

[00:13:15] And now let's have a debate on ghost guns.

[00:13:17] Lame duck session where we're trying to get gun control passed before Donald Trump takes office.

[00:13:21] Let's go ahead and, oh, my gosh, this guy's only guilt of being hot.

[00:13:25] Let's have his baby.

[00:13:27] And it's insanity, man.

[00:13:31] Yeah, it is.

[00:13:33] And so, yeah, I just want somebody to kind of explain all that to me.

[00:13:39] I mean, it can happen fast.

[00:13:42] I actually agreed that the arrest was going to happen pretty quickly just because of all the cameras they have in New York.

[00:13:51] That's the only reason why I thought this would happen rather quickly, because you are a walking videotaker.

[00:14:00] In New York City.

[00:14:02] And so, yeah, I've known that for a long time.

[00:14:05] Well, and I have a problem with that whole thing, too.

[00:14:07] Don't you, Sheriff?

[00:14:08] Being just a walking videotape and everybody's guilty.

[00:14:11] Well, private businesses can have all the video security videos that they want, you know.

[00:14:18] So let's see how that works out.

[00:14:21] But, yeah, there's some questions that really need to be answered here.

[00:14:27] And the problem is who's going to answer them?

[00:14:29] Who's going to get to the bottom of that?

[00:14:31] I mean, I look at this thing.

[00:14:33] New York PD, hopefully.

[00:14:34] I don't trust New York PD as far as I can.

[00:14:38] I mean, come on now.

[00:14:41] Yeah.

[00:14:42] They've got some good people there.

[00:14:44] I looked at the way they handled some of their stuff.

[00:14:51] But one of their commissioners went to jail back in the late 90s and early 2000s.

[00:15:03] So they've got corruption there, too.

[00:15:06] Yeah.

[00:15:06] But they've got some really good officers there.

[00:15:10] Yeah.

[00:15:10] I agree with that.

[00:15:11] I just stop and frisk stuff.

[00:15:13] All the different things.

[00:15:15] The presumption of guilt ahead of time.

[00:15:18] The lack of due process and those kinds of things are the problems that I have with the FBI, where we talked about last hour.

[00:15:26] And with the LAPD or New York PD and all these.

[00:15:30] They take off all.

[00:15:31] They surveil everybody.

[00:15:32] They stop and frisk.

[00:15:34] They do all these things that violate your rights and everything else.

[00:15:36] It's of great, great concern.

[00:15:38] But don't worry now.

[00:15:39] We have a woke pansexual sheriff now in Michigan who's excited to implement what they call far-left agenda.

[00:15:51] Courtney Weil, theblaze.com with this piece.

[00:15:55] I guess a newly elected sheriff in Michigan who ran on a radically far-left platform is excited to implement her agenda, which includes driver's license for illegal aliens.

[00:16:09] And she wants to put together a unit of unarmed deputies.

[00:16:13] I guess she wants her own kind of posse.

[00:16:17] Anyway, I don't even know how to respond to this, Sheriff.

[00:16:20] Alicia Dyer is her name, right?

[00:16:23] I guess.

[00:16:24] I just.

[00:16:26] Anyway, Dyer.

[00:16:28] I saw the article and I was shocked.

[00:16:33] And it's like she's making a joke out of running for sheriff.

[00:16:37] And then no one, no one ran against her in the general.

[00:16:43] Now that's the other part that I don't get.

[00:16:45] She barely won the primary.

[00:16:47] I mean, she won the primary by like 400 votes.

[00:16:49] And then no one opposed her at all for this.

[00:16:52] And I'm kind of thinking, Sheriff, what is happening?

[00:16:55] Yeah.

[00:16:56] Well, I'm going to reach out to her and let her know that we really believe in civil rights.

[00:17:03] And we want to work with her on focusing on that.

[00:17:07] Of course, we see if she gives me.

[00:17:08] See, I'm going to see if she gives me a call back.

[00:17:11] But yeah, that's astonishing, Sam.

[00:17:14] Now they say she's already sworn in, too.

[00:17:16] She doesn't take over, but she's already sworn in.

[00:17:19] She says she says as part of the fight for racial justice.

[00:17:23] She called for the providing of undocumented people with a driver's license.

[00:17:31] Her campaign slammed current leadership.

[00:17:35] I mean, it's just everything about this is crazy.

[00:17:37] Really?

[00:17:37] She's doing exactly what Minnesota has done.

[00:17:41] And some sheriffs in Minnesota and others have made sure that illegals were given driver's licenses, which does what, Sam?

[00:17:49] Makes it very easy and convenient for them to register to vote.

[00:17:52] Oh, yes.

[00:17:53] And that's what we have said all along, that that's what the Democrat Party was trying to do in bringing in millions of illegal aliens.

[00:17:59] They wanted to make sure they got registered to vote.

[00:18:02] And she's another piece of evidence that that is exactly what's happening.

[00:18:06] Yes.

[00:18:09] Now she also pledged not to cooperate with ICE, Sheriff.

[00:18:13] I guess is Tom Holman going to have to arrest her?

[00:18:16] Well, Sam, I've addressed that several times here.

[00:18:22] If ICE wants to come in there and do something and she says, no, you're not to come into my county, isn't that what you and I have been preaching?

[00:18:32] Yes, but there's kind of a difference, though.

[00:18:35] I think that they need to notify her that they're there so we don't have, you know, crossfire or weird not knowing who's the good guy or whatever.

[00:18:42] But at some point, the question becomes, and this is a debate, Sheriff, where is the jurisdictional boundary to say she can kick them out of her county, but yet they have a right to be there because Congress determines who can be in this country.

[00:18:53] And if there's people that are in this country illegally, if she harbors them, now she's guilty of a crime.

[00:19:00] Right.

[00:19:01] Yeah.

[00:19:01] And so I believe that every sanctuary city or county or school or whatever else, public schools, especially colleges, that they can be charged criminally with that.

[00:19:13] And so I believe she could be charged criminally with that.

[00:19:17] So there's a fine line there, obviously.

[00:19:20] But for her to pretend that she can protect illegals and cartels and gang members and perpetuate human trafficking.

[00:19:36] She's actually saying that to the public.

[00:19:38] I'm going to protect.

[00:19:40] Drug dealers, human traffickers and terrorists.

[00:19:44] And and I'm just that's it.

[00:19:46] We're going to protect them.

[00:19:48] And that's a that's a pretty hard situation for anyone to swallow from the sheriff.

[00:19:56] That's no way.

[00:19:57] Amen.

[00:19:58] And this is where, you know, they run around.

[00:20:00] All the mainstream press has attacked me and you for saying sheriffs are the chief Cleo or the Cleo in their counties.

[00:20:05] They are.

[00:20:06] But this is where they say we believe that the sheriff is more powerful than the president or the governor or anybody.

[00:20:11] They're like a god.

[00:20:12] God, and we don't say that.

[00:20:14] And this is where kind of the rubber meets the road for the discussion.

[00:20:17] I believe there are checks and balances here, though.

[00:20:19] I don't believe that a sheriff can just simply thumb their nose at the general government when it comes to people who are in our country illegally.

[00:20:27] Remember, it's against the law.

[00:20:29] And the Congress is the one that determines that constitutionally, not the sheriff or anybody else.

[00:20:34] So that's it's an interesting discussion.

[00:20:36] But it highlights the point that we're making.

[00:20:38] To me, what we need to do is sit down and have coordination and work together on this thing and say, look, if you don't like the law sheriff, that's fine.

[00:20:46] But we can change it now.

[00:20:47] If you believe constitutionally that you're on firm ground, then it's up for a discussion and you can bring it to court.

[00:20:54] Sheriff Mack had that issue 25 plus years ago and did exactly that and won.

[00:20:58] So you're welcome to go ahead and do that.

[00:21:00] But in the meantime, anyway, that's the debate.

[00:21:03] This lady says she wants to fight for racial justice.

[00:21:06] She wants to fight for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender plus justice and to protect our environment.

[00:21:12] Sheriff, that's what she wants to do as sheriff.

[00:21:17] Do you want to respond to that?

[00:21:19] I don't even know what that means.

[00:21:21] Well, I really don't believe that too much of that is her prerogative.

[00:21:25] You know, I really don't.

[00:21:26] Right.

[00:21:28] She's got to treat everybody fairly.

[00:21:31] Civil rights for all.

[00:21:33] Specific or specialized rights for no one.

[00:21:38] And I still ask anyone who is transgender or homosexual or whatever else is in that.

[00:21:48] Who do you not have a right to be with or love?

[00:21:52] And no one's stopping you from that.

[00:21:55] And that's already happening nationwide.

[00:21:58] And so what needs to be specialized that a sheriff could do to offer or make that bigger or better?

[00:22:06] All people are protected by the Constitution and civil rights.

[00:22:12] Okay.

[00:22:15] But to say, oh, but now we have to have parades for them and we have to let them teach our kids about all of their

[00:22:26] lifestyles that they call them.

[00:22:27] And the schools need to bow down and force kids to be part of that.

[00:22:33] And we need to force people to get operations to change their sexuality and to change their genders.

[00:22:44] No, none of that.

[00:22:46] No.

[00:22:46] Just everybody gets the same rights, lady.

[00:22:50] Everybody has the same rights.

[00:22:53] And specialized rights for no one.

[00:22:55] And how she's going to what?

[00:22:57] How is she going to take care of the environment as sheriff?

[00:23:00] You've got to be kidding me.

[00:23:01] All I can tell you is this.

[00:23:03] Now, here's the interesting thing, though.

[00:23:04] I do agree with her on some of her statements.

[00:23:05] And listen to this.

[00:23:07] She says it doesn't mean we're not going to pull people over.

[00:23:09] She insisted previously.

[00:23:11] It just means we're not going to pull people over for the petty stuff.

[00:23:17] You know, the crack in the windshield, the loud exhaust.

[00:23:20] And then she highlights this interesting.

[00:23:22] The stuff that's really related to income, she says.

[00:23:26] Yeah, she's right about that.

[00:23:28] And I agree.

[00:23:29] So this is my point is that, you know, we don't disagree with her on everything, folks.

[00:23:33] And maybe we can work with her.

[00:23:36] She also intends.

[00:23:40] She says the more we have unique thinkers.

[00:23:45] She goes, a diverse team of thinkers.

[00:23:50] So maybe she will work with us, Sheriff.

[00:23:53] We're definitely unique thinkers.

[00:23:56] She says the more we have these unique thinkers, the more we can create great policy.

[00:24:01] Will we agree with that?

[00:24:02] Let's see if she'll work with us.

[00:24:04] Call her up, Sheriff.

[00:24:06] I'll be to try.

[00:24:08] All right.

[00:24:09] There you have it.

[00:24:09] Sheriff Mack's got a fly, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:24:11] We appreciate his time with us.

[00:24:13] He's all over radio and TV, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:24:17] Doing his very best to say we've got to work together on the border.

[00:24:20] Let's get sheriffs involved in that solution.

[00:24:23] And then, hey, I hope we make an ambassador to El Salvador.

[00:24:26] What about that?

[00:24:26] Thank you so much, Sheriff.

[00:24:30] All right.

[00:24:31] He's taking off.

[00:24:31] And ladies and gentlemen, you need to be part of the CSPOA.org.

[00:24:34] Get your posse membership today.

[00:24:38] Everyone should have one of those.

[00:26:00] A Chinese-owned app is fighting for its life in the U.S.

[00:26:03] TikTok has asked a federal appeals court to stop the Biden administration from enforcing a law

[00:26:09] that could lead to a ban of the popular platform.

[00:26:12] The company has asked to hold off its ban until the Supreme Court reviews the case.

[00:26:17] The legal filing was made after a panel of judges on the same court sided with the government last week

[00:26:22] and ruled that the law, which requires TikTok to divest from its China-based parent company

[00:26:27] or face a ban as soon as next month, was constitutional.

[00:26:31] If the law is not overturned, both TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance,

[00:26:37] have said the popular app will have to shut down by mid-January.

[00:26:43] China's military appears to be up to something around Taiwan,

[00:26:46] but it's unclear whether it's a formal military drill.

[00:26:49] Taiwan's defense ministry says it's detected a dozen Chinese naval ships,

[00:26:53] 47 military planes in the area the past 24 hours.

[00:27:06] Gas prices have been going down, says the AAA.

[00:27:09] The national average is $3.01 a gallon today, down 3 cents in a week,

[00:27:14] down about 8 cents in a month.

[00:27:16] And a year ago, gas was $3.16 a gallon, about 15 cents more than it is now.

[00:27:23] AAA says the highest prices are on the West Coast.

[00:27:26] If you're traveling in California, you'll pay about $4.36 a gallon on average.

[00:27:31] Texas is among the places with the cheapest gas.

[00:27:34] It's $2.60 a gallon there.

[00:27:37] I'm Rita Foley.

[00:27:38] Firefighters continue battling a brush fire burning in Malibu, California,

[00:27:43] near Pepperdine University.

[00:27:44] It has prompted some evacuations.

[00:27:46] Called the Franklin Fire, the blaze has charred more than 100 acres,

[00:27:51] and a windy weather forecast is cause for concern.

[00:28:00] Isn't this great?

[00:28:01] Just the two of us.

[00:28:03] No work, no interruptions, no phone, no TV.

[00:28:07] Finally, we have a chance to just talk.

[00:28:10] I mean, how long has it been?

[00:28:12] Well, first of all, we should talk about your schedule.

[00:28:15] There are a few things that could use some adjusting,

[00:28:17] but overall, I think it's going all right.

[00:28:20] Basically, I think we're doing a pretty good job of communicating,

[00:28:24] which is good.

[00:28:25] You're doing a really good job of letting me know how you feel about things.

[00:28:28] I just...

[00:28:29] I want to keep the lines open, if you know what I mean.

[00:28:33] Jerry?

[00:28:34] It's 4 o'clock in the morning.

[00:28:36] What are you doing?

[00:28:37] Oh, I was...

[00:28:38] I was just giving Emily a bottle.

[00:28:40] Who are you talking to?

[00:28:42] Emily!

[00:28:43] She's only three weeks old.

[00:28:45] And she's asleep.

[00:28:47] I know.

[00:28:48] I was just practicing.

[00:28:50] Family.

[00:28:50] Isn't it about time?

[00:28:52] Isn't this great?

[00:28:53] Just the three of us.

[00:30:26] Sam Bushman on your radio.

[00:30:27] Hard-hitting news that it refused to use continues.

[00:30:30] It's just me now for the final half hour, man.

[00:30:33] But I got a bunch of stuff for you.

[00:30:35] FBI Director Ray planning to call it quits before Trump can kick him to the curb.

[00:30:41] I like that.

[00:30:43] Get rid of this clown.

[00:30:44] The guy's a bad guy.

[00:30:46] We got to get rid of these bad guys in office, folks.

[00:30:48] We really do.

[00:30:50] We got to defund Planned Parenthood.

[00:30:52] We got to get rid of this clown FBI Director.

[00:30:55] Got to put Cash Patel in there.

[00:30:56] Got to do it right away.

[00:30:58] People brought up to me, they say, Sam, you know, Cash Patel, how do you know that he's

[00:31:01] going to be a good guy when he worked for government before, too?

[00:31:03] Whenever there's a government guy, don't you worry?

[00:31:07] And my response is not really.

[00:31:08] I don't worry too much, and I'll tell you why.

[00:31:11] You know what?

[00:31:12] Like I said, if you could put a Richard Mack or somebody else like that up for, you

[00:31:15] know, FBI Director, then I would support that person.

[00:31:19] But those people aren't even on the docket for discussion.

[00:31:22] Now, Mark Lamb could be a great FBI Director.

[00:31:24] We've recommended his name for the FBI or the DEA or one of these key positions.

[00:31:28] That's Sheriff Mark Lamb.

[00:31:31] He's younger.

[00:31:31] I wouldn't say he's young, but I'm just saying, you know what?

[00:31:33] He's not 70 years or so plus like Richard Mack is.

[00:31:36] He's, you know, 40 or 50 range.

[00:31:37] I don't know how old he is exactly, but I'm just saying 50s.

[00:31:40] He would do great.

[00:31:42] But Kash Patel has a track record of a butt kicker of doing a good job.

[00:31:47] So let's not just say anybody that works for government is a bad guy or that, you know,

[00:31:54] can't do the job.

[00:31:55] We've got to be careful.

[00:31:56] I mean, I don't want everybody in government there.

[00:32:01] I agree with that.

[00:32:02] But I also don't want to be so cynical that nobody that's ever worked in government can

[00:32:06] do any good.

[00:32:07] That's not really true either.

[00:32:09] And we've got to be a little bit careful about that.

[00:32:11] Now, I'm the guy that says, hey, why is everybody Donald Trump picking, you know, either celebrity

[00:32:15] or super rich or part of the government or part of the media or combination thereof?

[00:32:20] And I mean, I still stick with that narrative.

[00:32:21] I'm not backing away from that at all.

[00:32:23] Not even in Kash Patel's case.

[00:32:25] But I am saying, look, they're going to beat somebody up over experience.

[00:32:29] They're going to beat somebody up over.

[00:32:30] You got to have somebody that's on the docket that could really possibly get it done.

[00:32:33] And as far as I understand, Kash Patel has the votes.

[00:32:36] He's got the experience.

[00:32:38] And I believe if he's surrounded with the right people like all of us, and this is not

[00:32:42] a slight against cash.

[00:32:44] I'm the one that endorsed him.

[00:32:45] So don't get me wrong.

[00:32:45] I rarely give out my endorsements either.

[00:32:48] Okay.

[00:32:48] But look, anybody who has a chance at power has the possibility of getting in over their

[00:32:57] head and abusing that power.

[00:32:58] And I don't mean Kash Patel's a bad guy or that he'll abuse power.

[00:33:01] I'm just saying that anybody that can happen to is you got to be on guard.

[00:33:05] Everybody needs to be surrounded by the good guys to remind us to be humble, to focus

[00:33:09] on the rule of law, to focus on.

[00:33:10] And so I hope Kash Patel does a great job.

[00:33:13] I endorsed him.

[00:33:13] I believe in him.

[00:33:14] I think he'll do it.

[00:33:14] But I also want to surround himself with good people so he doesn't get in trouble either.

[00:33:19] Right?

[00:33:20] Anyway, there you have it.

[00:33:22] We strongly encourage President Trump to appoint former Sheriff Richard Mack to either be the

[00:33:29] ambassador of El Salvador or Guatemala.

[00:33:34] All right?

[00:33:35] Well, that would be tremendous, wouldn't it?

[00:33:37] All right.

[00:33:37] Anyway, we talked about this woke pansexual sheriff in Michigan.

[00:33:44] Alicia Dyer is her name.

[00:33:48] And she says she won't cooperate with ICE.

[00:33:50] You know, Tom Holland might arrest her if she doesn't straighten up on that one.

[00:33:53] I'll tell you that right now.

[00:33:55] But then she says the more we can have a diverse team of thinkers and different people from across

[00:34:02] the county involved, the more we can create effective policy, she says.

[00:34:07] I agree with her on that.

[00:34:08] And I hope that she'll listen to the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association.

[00:34:12] And I hope we can make friends with her and make a difference and train her about the Constitution

[00:34:16] and the rule of law and due process and civil rights.

[00:34:19] And, you know, there's a lot that we can do there as well.

[00:34:23] All right.

[00:34:24] Quick pause.

[00:34:25] There's a video here that I did.

[00:34:26] And I want Liz to play it.

[00:34:28] And then we're going to talk about it.

[00:34:29] Here it is.

[00:34:31] Who owns your social media accounts?

[00:34:35] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:34:37] I'm Sam Bushman with another Liberty Roundtable Live short video.

[00:34:48] There's a big court case going on between Alex Jones and The Onion.

[00:34:52] The Onion wrongfully tried to take over Alex Jones' properties and turn them into a mock site,

[00:34:59] if you will.

[00:35:00] That's not going well.

[00:35:01] The judge looking at it right now, saying that they played games in the auction.

[00:35:05] Well, this is an interesting tidbit about that case.

[00:35:09] X gets involved in the Infowars sale, saying that the social media accounts cannot be transferred

[00:35:18] because Alex Jones never owned them.

[00:35:21] Now, at first glance, that sounds great because X, Elon Musk, and crew jumping in to protect Alex Jones.

[00:35:28] I like that part of the story.

[00:35:30] I believe Alex Jones deserved to be protected.

[00:35:32] Your right to free speech is a sacred right, and Alex Jones has that right as much as anyone else.

[00:35:38] Not more, not less.

[00:35:40] But here's the problem.

[00:35:41] When X makes that claim, it sounds great because it protects Alex Jones.

[00:35:46] But if your social media accounts are not yours, let's just take my X account.

[00:35:50] If my X account is not mine, it's Elon Musk's.

[00:35:55] Will he defend me with it?

[00:35:56] He might.

[00:35:57] Might he also take it away from me and claim it was never mine in the first place?

[00:36:02] Very possible.

[00:36:03] In fact, he's done that to a personal dear friend of mine named James Edwards over at the political cesspool.

[00:36:10] What a disgrace that is.

[00:36:11] If you don't own your social media accounts, but yet you put plenty of money to make it grow,

[00:36:16] plenty of effort into that, quote, digital asset, are you doing it all for Elon Musk's benefit?

[00:36:21] We need to have a coming home to roost or a meeting with Jesus discussion on this topic, if you will.

[00:36:28] This needs to be ferreted out.

[00:36:29] When it's your friend, you feel that's great.

[00:36:32] But when it goes against you, it ain't going to be so fun.

[00:36:35] I stand for free speech.

[00:36:37] And I stand for people owning their own digital assets,

[00:36:40] not building the wealth of others without realizing what they're doing.

[00:36:45] I'm Sam Bushman.

[00:36:46] That's another Liberty Roundtable Live short.

[00:36:48] And God save the republic.

[00:36:51] Yeah.

[00:36:52] Yes, sir.

[00:36:55] All right.

[00:36:55] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:36:57] That is one of the videos.

[00:36:59] My new videos are great.

[00:37:00] I'm just telling you right now.

[00:37:01] They're shorts.

[00:37:02] They're anywhere from one minute and 30 seconds long to four or five or six or seven minutes long.

[00:37:07] They're really, really nice.

[00:37:09] They really, in my mind, focus on what's important.

[00:37:14] What's the second one called, Liz?

[00:37:18] All right.

[00:37:19] Tariffs are good, but only when they're done with the founding fathers view in mind.

[00:37:23] Here's this video.

[00:37:24] Check this one out.

[00:37:29] Tariffs are good, but only if in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:37:35] I mean, I see this.

[00:37:36] I like it.

[00:37:36] It's so incredible.

[00:37:37] Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

[00:37:39] Boom.

[00:37:40] Okay.

[00:37:41] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:37:43] I'm Sam Bushman with another Liberty Roundtable Live short video for you.

[00:37:55] President-elect Donald Trump threatened on Saturday to impose 100% tariffs on any, quote, bricks nation that abandons the U.S. dollar.

[00:38:10] Some might say it's economic nationalism.

[00:38:13] I call it common sense.

[00:38:15] I call it America first.

[00:38:18] And this is a problem that I have.

[00:38:20] I get tariffs.

[00:38:21] I support tariffs.

[00:38:22] But 100% is out of control.

[00:38:25] I know it's a threat designed to try to keep the dollar, the world's currency.

[00:38:31] But remember, Donald Trump, you have no authority over these other nations to use such a massive stick and a carrot.

[00:38:38] It reminds me of this.

[00:38:40] When the people are afraid of the government, we have tyranny.

[00:38:43] When the government's afraid of the people, we have liberty.

[00:38:47] When you are the leader of the free world, sir, you should not lead with fear.

[00:38:53] You should work through diplomatic relations and build relationships of trust.

[00:38:58] I get that you want people to use the dollar.

[00:39:00] But it ought not be done by force.

[00:39:03] It ought to be done by free will.

[00:39:05] The desire to associate with the greatest economic engine ever developed among men.

[00:39:09] A desire to work with the freest people on earth.

[00:39:12] A desire to learn from them, trade with them, communicate with them.

[00:39:15] Not fear, but faith and freedom should be the calling card of the United States.

[00:39:21] Donald Trump, I appreciate your intentions, but tariffs should be used appropriately in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:39:29] I'm Sam Bushman.

[00:39:30] And that's another Liberty Roundtable Live short video.

[00:39:34] God save the republic.

[00:39:38] All right, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:39:40] So all I'm telling you is my videos are short.

[00:39:42] They're great.

[00:39:43] I've got an incredible video editor.

[00:39:45] Does a phenomenal job.

[00:39:47] And he's got all kinds of footage in there.

[00:39:51] He's got Donald Trump quotes in there.

[00:39:53] He's got...

[00:39:53] And I'm not here to argue with Donald Trump.

[00:39:55] I'm not here to beat Donald Trump up.

[00:39:57] I'm grateful that he's becoming the president again.

[00:39:59] He did a very good job in many ways the first time.

[00:40:02] Many ways I have concerns.

[00:40:04] But you know what?

[00:40:04] The second time, hopefully he'll do a lot better.

[00:40:07] And my prayers are that he does.

[00:40:08] I'm sure grateful that he beat Kamala.

[00:40:10] I'll tell you that right now.

[00:40:11] So I'm not here to beat up President Trump.

[00:40:13] But what I'm here to do is help him realize that you got to not only understand that tariffs

[00:40:18] were a great thing, and Trump understands that.

[00:40:20] Okay, Trump understands a lot of things that other presidents have not been willing to deal

[00:40:24] with and or understand, right?

[00:40:28] Trump really understands a lot of that, and that's great.

[00:40:30] But I want Trump to really understand the holistic reality of this thing.

[00:40:34] Tariffs are meant to be used very appropriately, but sparingly, carefully.

[00:40:42] And you ought not browbeat people.

[00:40:44] Start with an olive branch.

[00:40:47] Start with the idea of how to win friends and influence people.

[00:40:51] You know what I'm saying?

[00:40:52] All right, hang tight.

[00:40:53] More in seconds on Liberty Roundtable Live.

[00:43:03] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, Sam Bushman on your radio.

[00:43:07] I'm talking about my videos that we put together.

[00:43:09] They're incredible.

[00:43:11] Never Turn Your Back on the Almighty is one that we did before.

[00:43:17] It's very good.

[00:43:19] Anyway, we've got great descriptions, great videos.

[00:43:20] They're shorts, and it's a debate of what is a short.

[00:43:24] You know, I want to cover that sometime in the broadcast.

[00:43:26] If we have time today, I'll do it.

[00:43:27] If not, I'll do it in the next couple of days.

[00:43:29] What the heck is a short?

[00:43:30] And everybody I talk to argues about and has debates of what shorts are.

[00:43:34] Shorts kind of remind me of a moving target.

[00:43:39] You know, a short used to be a five-second video.

[00:43:41] Then it was a 15-second video.

[00:43:42] And shorts used to be Twitter.

[00:43:44] You could have 80 characters to type.

[00:43:45] And then it was 160.

[00:43:46] And now it gets just longer and longer and longer, right?

[00:43:50] I find it very, very interesting indeed.

[00:43:54] We talked about who owns your social media accounts.

[00:43:57] That's a great video.

[00:43:59] We talked about tariffs are good, but only if in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:44:05] The next one, some sheriffs belong in the Hall of Shame, while others belong in the Hall of Fame.

[00:44:12] Here it is.

[00:44:14] All right.

[00:44:15] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:44:17] Some sheriffs belong in the Hall of Shame, while other sheriffs belong in the Hall of Fame.

[00:44:26] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:44:28] I'm Sam Bushman with another Liberty Roundtable Live short video.

[00:44:40] Ladies and gentlemen, two sheriffs that belong in the Hall of Shame are currently acting sheriffs.

[00:44:45] One of them is by the name of Chad Bianco.

[00:44:48] He's in Riverside, California.

[00:44:49] He's had a big old meltdown with a guy by the name of Van Miller.

[00:44:53] And Bianco claimed that Miller was trying to create the third assassination on Donald Trump.

[00:44:59] Could not be further from the truth.

[00:45:02] Chad made the claim, then literally lied and says he didn't make the claim.

[00:45:06] He claims that the right-wing extreme media is at fault, that Van Miller's lying, that, well, I have quotes from Chad Bianco and quotes in an email where he claims he didn't even say what he was quoted of saying.

[00:45:20] I ask him, well, this is the mainstream press.

[00:45:22] Did they get it wrong?

[00:45:23] Do they need to be sued for getting it wrong?

[00:45:25] He says, I'm not going to go back and forth and discuss it anymore.

[00:45:29] Chad Bianco belongs in the Hall of Shame.

[00:45:32] The next one is Donald Trump has nominated Chad Chronister, the sheriff of Hillsborough County, Florida, for the position of Drug Enforcement Agency, DEA.

[00:45:44] This guy does not deserve to be there either.

[00:45:46] He belongs in the Hall of Shame.

[00:45:48] We reject Chad Chronister to run the DEA.

[00:45:53] He arrested a Christian pastor by the name of Rodney Howard Brown is a pastor that wanted to keep his church open during COVID.

[00:46:01] He got arrested.

[00:46:03] Yeah.

[00:46:04] Then it turns out there were no charges filed.

[00:46:06] The charges were dropped.

[00:46:08] But the sheriff went and had a big old press conference bragging about the arrest.

[00:46:14] Never issued an apology whatsoever.

[00:46:17] Shame.

[00:46:20] Shame.

[00:46:21] You think a guy like that should be graduated to the federal level and run the DEA?

[00:46:27] I don't think so.

[00:46:28] The Hall of Shame for both current acting sheriffs named Chad.

[00:46:32] But you know what?

[00:46:33] Some sheriffs belong in the Hall of Fame.

[00:46:35] Sheriff Richard Mack, who beat Bill Clinton at the Supreme Court over our right to keep and bear arms 25 plus years ago, belongs in the Hall of Fame.

[00:46:43] You know who else belongs in the Hall of Fame?

[00:46:44] Brad Rogers, who stopped the federal government, the out-of-control federal government, from attacking an Amish farmer.

[00:46:51] And we had Liberty in Liberty County, Florida, when Sheriff Nick Finch protected the right to keep and bear arms, even getting arrested.

[00:47:01] But overturning it in court, the governor lost.

[00:47:05] The sheriff won.

[00:47:07] Hall of Shame.

[00:47:08] Hall of Fame.

[00:47:09] Sheriffs, a big shout-out to you.

[00:47:12] Will you keep your oath of office so we can call you a Hall of Fame sheriff?

[00:47:16] I'm Sam Bushman with another Liberty Roundtable Live short.

[00:47:20] And God save the republic.

[00:47:24] All right, ladies and gentlemen, one more video.

[00:47:27] Everything this administration does is a big old lie.

[00:47:31] I'm talking about the Trump administration and the lame duck session.

[00:47:34] Here it is.

[00:47:36] Everything this administration does is a big old fat lie.

[00:47:40] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.

[00:47:42] I'm Sam Bushman with another Liberty Roundtable Live short video.

[00:47:55] Yes, I don't know how to say it, but they lie, lie, and more damned lies.

[00:48:00] Joe Biden has officially pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, over the weekend.

[00:48:06] What a disgrace.

[00:48:08] I don't even know how to respond to this because Joe Biden told us over and over and over he would not pardon his son.

[00:48:15] He's overcome an addiction.

[00:48:17] He is one of the brightest, most decent men I know.

[00:48:21] And I am satisfied that I'm not going to do anything I said.

[00:48:26] I abide by the jury decision.

[00:48:28] I will do that, and I will not pardon him.

[00:48:31] The administration, the press secretary, said it over and over and over that they would not.

[00:48:36] Now Joe Biden pardons his son and says that his poor little boy Hunter's picked on.

[00:48:42] Yeah, I kid you not.

[00:48:44] They say he was singled out, wrongfully dealt with, tax violations, gun violations, and that doesn't even relate to the pay-to-play scandals,

[00:48:51] where Hunter Biden claimed his dad had nothing to do with his business dealings,

[00:48:55] only to find out that, well, there's 10% for the big guy, meaning Joe.

[00:49:01] All roads lead to Joe Biden's criminal activity.

[00:49:04] The reason that Joe Biden pardoned Hunter, in my opinion, to which I'm entitled, is that Hunter Biden's business dealings would absolutely put Joe and Hunter both in prison.

[00:49:14] If we get to the bottom of the money, get to the bottom of the trail, get to the bottom of the wheeling and dealing and pay-to-play international,

[00:49:24] disgraceful, betraying the country, attitudes that did nothing but line their pockets with money.

[00:49:30] The reason Joe pardoned Hunter is because he did not want the business to be taken down.

[00:49:36] He did not want Hunter or himself to go to jail.

[00:49:40] That's my opinion to which I'm entitled.

[00:49:43] Sadly, the House of Representatives waited until after Joe Biden stepped down,

[00:49:47] and then they released a document saying, yeah, he was guilty of impeachable offenses, but nothing comes of it.

[00:49:52] Do we have people above the law?

[00:49:54] No one is above the law.

[00:49:56] Sadly, in America, the answer is a resounding yes.

[00:49:59] If we don't pull down these secret combinations, we will be in trouble in this country.

[00:50:05] I pray that we can have accountability and transparency,

[00:50:08] and I pray that we can put people who believe they're above the law in prison and show that that is not the case.

[00:50:14] The wheels of justice might grind slowly, but indeed they grind fine,

[00:50:18] and accountability will be the results of illegal activity.

[00:50:23] And that's a wrap.

[00:50:24] I'm Sam Bushman.

[00:50:25] This is another Liberty Roundtable Live video.

[00:50:28] God Save the Republic.

[00:50:32] All right, there you have it.

[00:50:33] This is in the section.

[00:50:34] We highlight Liberty Roundtable videos, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:50:37] Check out the short videos at libertyroundtable.com or on lovingliberty.net.

[00:50:42] They're available now.

[00:50:44] And, you know, they need a whole different audience.

[00:50:47] Hopefully the videos can drive traffic to the long-form talk show.

[00:50:51] Hopefully the long-form talk show can drive people to the videos.

[00:50:55] We want to get more comments, more commentary, more information in your hands.

[00:51:01] The latest one, everything that this administration does is a big old lie, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:51:06] All right, final story before the end of the hour I want to get to.

[00:51:09] This is a sad story.

[00:51:10] And I'll tell you why it's sad in just a second.

[00:51:13] Let me give you the details of the story, and then we'll break it down.

[00:51:16] Defund the police advocate mocked after thieves steal all of her property in San Francisco.

[00:51:28] Theblaze.com.

[00:51:29] I don't even know how to respond to this, man.

[00:51:32] So this person, this lady, I guess, I guess they wanted to defund the police and everything else.

[00:51:41] Well, it turns out an advocate for defunding the police in San Francisco is now being ridiculed big time on social media

[00:51:49] after thieves allegedly stole a U-Haul moving truck with all of her possessions in it.

[00:51:59] Anyway, I don't know how to respond to this because I don't think it's funny.

[00:52:04] I mean, I know it's ironic, and I know you get a good chuckle because you can't help it, right?

[00:52:08] You're like, all right, poetic justice.

[00:52:10] And I get that feeling a little bit.

[00:52:16] But really, rather than mocking her or mocking this person or being in this person's face and just attacking them on social media,

[00:52:25] we've got to stop the vitriol.

[00:52:27] We've got to stop the attack.

[00:52:28] What we need to say is, oh, my gosh, I'm so sorry this happened to you.

[00:52:32] What we need to do is start like a fund to help this person recover.

[00:52:36] Okay, even though they're wrong on defunding the police, I hope they're now seeing things a little differently.

[00:52:41] In other words, hey, take off them rose-colored glasses, right?

[00:52:47] See things the way we do, which is, you know what?

[00:52:49] Unless you're an elitist surrounded by, you know, bodyguards or protection and that kind of stuff,

[00:52:56] the rest of us are vulnerable.

[00:52:58] And that's why the police can be a very powerful ally to protect we the people.

[00:53:02] That's the whole purpose of the law enforcement in America today.

[00:53:06] And that's why we're so supportive of, you know what?

[00:53:08] We want to support the blue when they're true.

[00:53:12] When they turn into the blue plague and they abuse people, we've got to stop them clowns, right?

[00:53:16] But in the meantime, we support the blue when they're true.

[00:53:18] And so, you know what?

[00:53:19] I hope this person now has this attitude.

[00:53:22] I don't think defunding the police is a good idea.

[00:53:26] I hope that's the way they have the view or they understand.

[00:53:28] That would really be great.

[00:53:31] But let's not mock this person.

[00:53:33] I mean, I get that it's ironic and it's funny, but we've got to stop this, though.

[00:53:37] This person feels bad enough.

[00:53:38] They've lost everything.

[00:53:40] I know they had a wrongheaded political view before.

[00:53:43] But you know what?

[00:53:44] Maybe that view has changed.

[00:53:46] Let's give people a little bit of grace, shall we?

[00:53:49] And this is kind of what I'd like to focus on at the end of the program today.

[00:53:52] Why don't we give a little bit of grace to these people?

[00:53:55] I mentioned this sheriff, this pansexual sheriff.

[00:53:58] I don't even know what that is who wants to protect the environment as sheriff and do all these things.

[00:54:03] But I want to sit down with her.

[00:54:05] I really want to see if we can have diverse teams of thinkers, people across the county, the country.

[00:54:14] And we can have effective, great, good policy.

[00:54:16] That's what I want to work towards.

[00:54:18] So I want to sit down with her and work with her.

[00:54:20] We've got to have a greater effort towards civility and kindness and respect and forgiveness in this country.

[00:54:26] And I hope Donald Trump brings that era forward.

[00:54:28] And I know you think that's laughable.

[00:54:31] He divides on everything.

[00:54:32] Let's give him a chance.

[00:54:34] Let's have a clarion call for civility, shall we?

[00:54:36] I'm Sam Bushman.

[00:54:37] Thanks so much for being alongside for the ride at LibertyRoundTable.com

[00:54:40] for radio shows and now short videos.

[00:54:42] God save the republic.
