[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.
[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:24] All right, happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.
[00:00:26] Sam Bushman live on your radio.
[00:00:28] Hard-hitting news that the network refused to use, no doubt, continues now.
[00:00:32] This is the broadcast for October the 29th, the year of our Lord, 2024.
[00:00:36] This is Hour 2 of 2.
[00:00:37] Man, we got a barn burner broadcast today.
[00:00:40] Today, last hour, we highlighted that USA Today, L.A. Times and The Washington Post,
[00:00:46] none of them are going to endorse anybody.
[00:00:48] Yeah, that's right.
[00:00:48] That's what they should do, not endorse, because they claim they're the news.
[00:00:52] That means they don't pick partisan politics and everything else.
[00:00:54] Then when they endorse, their credibility goes straight to the tank.
[00:00:58] Now they're realizing that, and they're starting to say,
[00:01:00] oh my gosh, we've got to gain some credibility.
[00:01:01] Let's not endorse anybody, and the liberals are losing their minds over this thing.
[00:01:06] We've been talking to Vem Miller.
[00:01:09] Vem Miller, he's a lawyer, not an attorney, by the way.
[00:01:12] He hasn't passed the bar, but he studies the law, so he's a lawyer, right?
[00:01:15] Filmmaker, DJ, vision guy.
[00:01:19] Anyway, he's created the website, americahappens.com, and he's a filmmaker.
[00:01:23] He's put a lot together there.
[00:01:25] We're talking about this attack by former sheriff.
[00:01:29] That's what I hope he becomes.
[00:01:31] Chad Bianco.
[00:01:32] I know he's the sheriff right now, folks, but we need to make him a former sheriff
[00:01:35] because we just cannot handle this.
[00:01:37] The truth exposed is what we're talking about.
[00:01:39] We'll get into that more in detail.
[00:01:41] But related to this conversation, because I started out last hour talking about the new media taking center stage
[00:01:46] and how criminal the media has been over the years.
[00:01:48] We've got to have truth tellers in the media.
[00:01:50] Vem is one of them.
[00:01:51] I have been one of them longer than anybody else, really, to say that is the truth.
[00:01:57] But I bring that up because we've been working with a group called We the Kids.
[00:02:01] We the Kids.us is the website for We the Kids.
[00:02:04] And it's a bunch of youth that are working to understand the supreme law of the land,
[00:02:09] to understand the Constitution.
[00:02:11] And they've got a radio show.
[00:02:13] They talk about the Constitution.
[00:02:15] They do a bunch of stuff.
[00:02:16] We've been starting to work with them so they can interview sheriffs.
[00:02:20] And that way, kids and sheriffs, you know, it's the community policing idea where we say,
[00:02:24] you know what, you shouldn't grow up being afraid of the cops and want to run from the cops.
[00:02:28] You should be able to trust the sheriff and work with them.
[00:02:32] And so we want to create this community policing idea
[00:02:34] and help the children understand the sheriffs and what they're supposed to be doing.
[00:02:38] Anyway, we've got a guy by the name of Jack Lowney with us.
[00:02:42] And Jack is with We the Kids.
[00:02:45] He's been around for quite a while, done a lot with the radio show.
[00:02:48] Well, anyway, we challenged him to do a little breakdown for us
[00:02:51] about the difference between a democracy and a republic.
[00:02:55] And I think it directly relates to the discussions at hand with them.
[00:03:00] And then we'll bring on Sheriff Richard Mack.
[00:03:03] Jack Lowney, welcome to Liberty Roundtable Live, sir.
[00:03:07] Thank you for having me, Mr. Bushman.
[00:03:08] It's a pleasure to be on.
[00:03:10] I'll just dive right into it.
[00:03:12] Many times now in society, such as the media, mainstream media, or any politicians,
[00:03:19] you'll hear America constantly being referred to as democracy.
[00:03:22] Oh, democracy is at stake.
[00:03:24] You know, this is the fight for democracy.
[00:03:26] But in reality, we're not even a democracy.
[00:03:29] That's not what our founding fathers intended it.
[00:03:32] We are a constitutional republic because we have elected officials who represent us.
[00:03:38] And their power is limited to the Constitution.
[00:03:42] And also, another thing I want to say about why we are not a democracy is if we were a democracy,
[00:03:48] like a pure democracy, we would...
[00:03:50] The majority...
[00:03:52] Whoever would win the national popular vote in the presidential election would always become the president.
[00:03:59] But that's not the case.
[00:04:00] You can still win the national popular vote and not become the president because each state has a certain amount of electoral votes.
[00:04:08] And whichever candidate wins the most amount of electoral votes becomes the president.
[00:04:13] There you have it.
[00:04:15] Checks and balances.
[00:04:16] That's the hallmark of a constitutional republic.
[00:04:19] When the people can vote for laws directly, that's a democracy, folks.
[00:04:23] We don't want that.
[00:04:24] The people have vested or delegated their authority to different branches of government who are supposed to check and balance one another vertically and horizontally in the Constitution.
[00:04:35] Another hallmark difference between a constitutional republic and a democracy, in my view, is not only how much involvement the people have directly, but how they behave.
[00:04:46] You mentioned this.
[00:04:48] They don't have unlimited power, Jack.
[00:04:50] That's a critical component as well.
[00:04:54] Yes, that's true as well, yes.
[00:04:56] Their power is limited.
[00:04:58] And also, the founding fathers didn't want the tyranny of the majority as well.
[00:05:04] That was another thing I wanted, as opposed to just 51 and 49.
[00:05:07] But when we have people who represent us, they make up the laws because we vote them as you.
[00:05:15] That's why also we're not a democracy.
[00:05:17] Another thing I want to mention as well is people think about, I want to just bring up something about voting.
[00:05:23] People will say about voting, oh, I don't think we should vote.
[00:05:25] So, you know, our vote is probably doesn't even count.
[00:05:30] It's rigged.
[00:05:30] They know who's going to win.
[00:05:31] I'm just one person.
[00:05:32] What does – how does my vote make a difference?
[00:05:36] And here's the thing about it, and I have to say otherwise, is that you need to vote in this election, even if you have to wait in long lines, let me tell you why.
[00:05:44] Because when you start having that attitude, first of all, when you just start having that I'm just that one person, well, many people might have that attitude.
[00:05:52] And then think of all the votes you could be losing.
[00:05:55] And I'll tell you about – and I'll tell you a story.
[00:05:57] This was about – this was a guy named Rick Green who ran from Texas State Legislature in 1988.
[00:06:03] He's the founder of Patriot Academy.
[00:06:05] You should look it up.
[00:06:06] Great organization.
[00:06:07] And when he ran for state representative, he originally lost by 36 votes, and then they did a recount, and he won by 20 votes.
[00:06:18] That just shows you right there that your vote counts and that you should really never neglect voting just because you think your vote doesn't count or just because you're one person.
[00:06:30] All right, ladies and gentlemen, great work on the difference between a republic and a democracy, and people need to understand that.
[00:06:36] And whenever I correct people and say we're a republic, a constitutional republic, they go, oh, yeah, I know that.
[00:06:41] I just – we fall into this.
[00:06:42] And, you know, they try to use the words interchangeably.
[00:06:45] But understand that's an attempt to deceive people.
[00:06:50] I mean, we really need to understand.
[00:06:51] We also want to understand we the kids and their goal.
[00:06:54] Their goal is to return God to America's stories using accurate source primary material.
[00:07:02] Now, I want to mention one other thing before we let you go, Jack.
[00:07:04] There's a notice on the WeTheKids.us website that I really wanted to highlight.
[00:07:09] YouTube, quote, removed our videos from the We The Kids USA channel.
[00:07:14] We regret to inform our visitors that YouTube has removed all videos from the We The Kids USA channel affecting all of our information.
[00:07:24] None of what we do violates their guidelines, even though they claim it is so.
[00:07:28] Do you want to respond to that really quick, Jack?
[00:07:29] And then we'll let you fly.
[00:07:32] Yeah, well, I think it's also just an attack on liberty and free speech and trying to silence the truth.
[00:07:37] This isn't what they say about, oh, misinformation and community guidelines.
[00:07:42] There are people who post misinformation all the time on YouTube.
[00:07:44] They're on social media and don't get a problem.
[00:07:46] That's just what they say because I think it's because they're trying to shut the other side down.
[00:07:52] They're trying to shut down opposing viewpoints to where people don't have the freedom to speak.
[00:07:56] And it's definitely an attack on free speech.
[00:08:00] All right, we've got to fight.
[00:08:02] You guys need to basically put together your Rumble channel.
[00:08:05] That's at least where I would start is Rumble is probably the most freedom-loving place right now for videos.
[00:08:11] That's for sure.
[00:08:12] The sad part is they say you violated the guidelines.
[00:08:16] And wow.
[00:08:18] They cited misinformation and egregious content and scams as reasons for removal.
[00:08:27] I guess I don't really understand that.
[00:08:30] Where's the scam?
[00:08:31] Where's the – I guess it's all in the eyes of the beholder, Jack?
[00:08:35] Yeah, I guess so.
[00:08:37] I guess it's all in the eyes of the beholder.
[00:08:38] I'm just saying misinformation, that can mean a lot.
[00:08:43] All right?
[00:08:43] Just as someone puts misinformation, people who get censored for misinformation, and it's really not even misinformation anyway.
[00:08:51] They just like to say that they can shut you down.
[00:08:55] Vam, do you got a question for Jack before we let Jack go?
[00:09:02] Being who he is, being a young man, saying the truth, I agree with everything he just said.
[00:09:08] I think what happened to me is a clear example of what goes wrong when you mischaracterize what our nation is.
[00:09:16] Amen to that.
[00:09:17] Sheriff Mack, final comment for Jack?
[00:09:19] Yes, sir, Sam.
[00:09:21] I love what he was talking about.
[00:09:23] And it's amazing if you teach kids the correct principles, they can understand them, and they can understand that America is not a democracy and that we are a constitutional republic.
[00:09:35] I wish that every student in America and every high school student would know and understand all of that, just like our good friend Jack has.
[00:09:46] And thank you for your work, Jack.
[00:09:49] Amen to that.
[00:09:49] By the way, Jack, give us a parting shot for We the Kids, will you?
[00:09:53] A parting shot for We the Kids.
[00:09:59] I don't know what you mean by that.
[00:10:02] All right, well, I'll give you one so you can learn how it is.
[00:10:05] Ladies and gentlemen, We the Kids is an organization that helps kids understand the supreme love of our land.
[00:10:10] Through proper education, ladies and gentlemen, the children of the next generation can absolutely double down for God.
[00:10:16] Family and country, using the checks and balances that made America great, we can do it again.
[00:10:21] Ready?
[00:10:26] Okay, yeah.
[00:10:27] I didn't know what you meant by that.
[00:10:29] Sorry about that.
[00:10:29] I know.
[00:10:29] I'm helping journalists all over the country, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:10:32] And the reason I did that is not to surprise Jack, but really I want people to understand we're training children to tell the truth in the media of them.
[00:10:39] That's critical if we're ever going to save this country.
[00:10:41] Yeah, yeah.
[00:10:45] I mean, we need to recapture this media because for a really long time they've been brainwashing everybody on so many levels, including trying to make us forget that we have our constitutional law, trying to make it okay to sexualize kids, attacks on parents, literally communistic agendas, which is really led by the mainstream media.
[00:11:04] That's the biggest cancer you get, you get that to be pro America and this entire country could change for the better, getting closer to the vision of the founding fathers.
[00:11:13] And that's been my life's work.
[00:11:15] That's why I do what I do.
[00:11:17] And ladies and gentlemen, now I get headlines, smoke billowing from ballot boxes.
[00:11:21] Wow.
[00:11:22] All right, Jack, we sure appreciate Jack Lonnie and what you do for We the Kids.
[00:11:27] My friend, we'll have you back.
[00:11:27] Thank you so much.
[00:11:29] Thank you for having me, Mr. Bushman.
[00:11:31] I really appreciate it.
[00:11:32] We'll look forward to doing it again.
[00:11:34] There he goes, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:11:35] Jack Lonnie doing a great job for We the Kids.
[00:11:38] Their goal is to return God to America's stories using primary source material.
[00:11:46] Amen to that.
[00:11:47] Wethekids.us.
[00:11:48] And I need to mention, too, they're going to be working with the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association very closely as we let kids interview sheriffs and talk about what matters.
[00:11:58] Because we've got a generational divide right now where the sheriff runs around powerful in his car.
[00:12:04] And, man, the kids are afraid of the cops.
[00:12:06] That'll never go well, Sheriff Mack.
[00:12:10] Well, that's exactly correct, Sam.
[00:12:12] And I love the opportunity to work with the youth across America.
[00:12:19] And if Jack is an example of that, man, is this a great day for America or what?
[00:12:27] Amen to that.
[00:12:28] So last hour we talked about Vem Miller's story.
[00:12:31] We played some sound bites, et cetera.
[00:12:34] What I don't understand is that if you look at the wiki page for Chad Bianco, the sheriff there, hey, he used to be an oath keeper.
[00:12:42] He's a constitutional guy.
[00:12:42] He's a great guy.
[00:12:43] How on earth can this go so sideways between a good, honest patriot like Vem Miller and a sheriff like that of Riverside County, California?
[00:12:52] It just goes all sideways.
[00:12:54] And the evidence is really with Vem because the only bullet to the magazine, for California that is.
[00:13:02] And I guess he had the magazine and the gun.
[00:13:06] You have to have them separate in California.
[00:13:08] So there was a little confusion between Nevada law and California law.
[00:13:12] But Vem was very forthright, very disclosing and clear.
[00:13:16] But Chad has blown this up into a psychosis story of threats of assassination.
[00:13:22] Now, Chad is on record, the sheriff, Sheriff Mack, of saying, I know a bad crime was going to happen.
[00:13:28] I don't know what it was.
[00:13:29] It doesn't matter what it is.
[00:13:30] It was bad and I stopped it.
[00:13:32] It's irrelevant what it might have been.
[00:13:35] How can you say such a thing as a sheriff?
[00:13:37] What do you mean it's irrelevant what it might have been?
[00:13:40] Sheriff Mack, does that even make any sense?
[00:13:43] Yeah, because I know Sheriff Bianco.
[00:13:48] And I'm really shocked at what he's doing.
[00:13:52] And I think if all of us sat down, if Vem and Bianco and I sat down, I think we could resolve this.
[00:14:05] But I also think that Vem deserves some reparations.
[00:14:10] And maybe we need to add him to the California effort to give reparations to people who, in some instances, have never been victimized.
[00:14:22] But Vem has been wronged.
[00:14:25] And I was shocked by this whole thing, Sam.
[00:14:29] And I already told you why.
[00:14:30] And I've already told Vem why.
[00:14:32] And I've already said it on several different other shows about this incident.
[00:14:35] There is no way that you have any evidence that a person is about to attempt an assassination on the former president of the United States, who Vem reveres.
[00:14:55] But that's a side note.
[00:14:58] I shouldn't have interrupted with that.
[00:15:00] And that they believe that they have just thwarted an assassination attempt.
[00:15:06] And then they let him bail out with $5,000.
[00:15:09] Now, hold on.
[00:15:09] Stop.
[00:15:09] That's a lie.
[00:15:10] Vem is with us right now.
[00:15:11] He didn't pay a penny.
[00:15:12] They let him walk after five hours.
[00:15:14] And the only charges against him is he had a magazine and a gun that, according to California, is illegal.
[00:15:19] He was supposed to have them separate.
[00:15:20] And he had too many bullets in the magazine, a couple more than law allows in California.
[00:15:25] They let him walk, but there's no other charges even.
[00:15:28] That's good to know.
[00:15:29] Because they were talking about something with his driver's license and his license plates on his car and then this.
[00:15:36] But if they let him out on his own recognizance, that's even ten times better to prove that they were not even suspicious of him committing another crime.
[00:15:48] And so, yeah, that's even better.
[00:15:50] And I'm glad you clarified that with me this morning.
[00:15:55] Because letting him out, O.R., is absolutely proof positive that they had nothing.
[00:16:03] But they kept his guns, Sheriff.
[00:16:06] Well, of course, it's California.
[00:16:08] Yeah, but they can't keep his guns.
[00:16:09] That's against the law.
[00:16:10] They've stole his guns now.
[00:16:12] Aren't they going to go to jail for stealing weapons?
[00:16:15] California doesn't care about the law, and that's the Second Amendment.
[00:16:20] They're their own little republic, and the People's Republic of California.
[00:16:26] Sam, they even have a law because so many people want to leave.
[00:16:30] They have a law, an exit tax.
[00:16:33] If you move out of California, they're going to charge you thousands and thousands of dollars because they can't afford to lose people, and so they're charging you for it.
[00:16:45] And this is the kind of state that they're running there.
[00:16:48] And, look, he's in line.
[00:16:52] Governor Newsom is in line for the next presidential campaign.
[00:16:59] It should have happened this time, but they – of course, they all screwed up, but that's how Democrats do things.
[00:17:05] But this whole thing about California, it is absolutely out of control.
[00:17:12] Just look at what they've done to their streets, to their crime, and to the people, who they want to keep there.
[00:17:20] But they don't take care of them, and they don't promote the Constitution or the law or the rule of law or fairness.
[00:17:29] And so they've become their own little democratic dictatorship there.
[00:17:37] And the only way you can get anywhere there is to have lots of money to pay all their exorbitant taxes and be able to afford lawyers.
[00:17:51] Otherwise, yeah, you're sunk.
[00:17:54] Lawfare destroying this country, ladies and gentlemen, but that's why I had Jack inserted into the middle of our discussion, Vem Miller, this difference between a constitutional republic and a democracy.
[00:18:03] We've got a democracy with no checks and balances here.
[00:18:06] You've got Chad Bianco literally running around telling lies where there's no evidence to back it up.
[00:18:12] And you know what?
[00:18:13] We can debate any details of the case, but when Chad says, I know something bad was going to happen, I don't really know what it was, but it's irrelevant.
[00:18:20] It doesn't matter what it is.
[00:18:21] If he doesn't know –
[00:18:22] Right there you know that there's a problem.
[00:18:25] No cop can talk about something they thought was going to happen and make that a story and make that part of their –
[00:18:31] Well, that's what Chad did.
[00:18:32] I've got the sound bite to prove it.
[00:18:34] I know he did.
[00:18:38] What the heck is going on in the republic, Vem?
[00:18:41] One of the things that I think is a great opportunity here, and I do think this happened for a reason because there was one of 50,000 people they could have done this to, and they did it to me.
[00:18:53] Because obviously that sheriff was intent on looking like a hero in front of the international press, right?
[00:18:59] One of the beautiful things is that now I have a ticket, and by the way, this ticket is at worst a $1,000 fine.
[00:19:07] There's nothing else to it.
[00:19:08] There's no felony, nothing like that.
[00:19:10] January 2, I'm supposed to show up in court.
[00:19:12] This is a great opportunity to bind together with the constitutional sheriffs to use this case to fight those unconstitutional laws.
[00:19:21] And by paying the ticket, I would be acquiescing to the charge, the misdemeanor charge that I did something wrong.
[00:19:28] How about this?
[00:19:29] Why don't I not acquiesce to it?
[00:19:31] Why don't we fight these unconstitutional laws through this case by saying that I give no consent to these unconstitutional laws, lawyer up, and use this case to get California's gun rights back?
[00:19:48] I say go for it.
[00:19:50] Sheriff Mack, you want to respond to that?
[00:19:51] Yeah, go for it, man.
[00:19:53] Look, if I hadn't known Van Miller before this, but I've known him for several years, we've had quite a few interactions.
[00:20:03] If you went to any national, especially in the Vegas area, if you went to any freedom conference, convention, he's been to CSPOA conventions and conferences.
[00:20:18] He's been to all the freedom conferences all across America.
[00:20:22] He's very dedicated to the cause of freedom.
[00:20:27] You'll see him there.
[00:20:28] And he was at the Freedom Fest in downtown Phoenix just a year ago.
[00:20:38] And he's just out there promoting the cause of liberty and putting it on video.
[00:20:44] He's a very professional videographer.
[00:20:48] He's involved in lots of different freedom projects for that.
[00:20:53] And then as soon as this happened and I heard about it, and I was getting dozens of calls about this and even got some texts from them.
[00:21:07] And we were trying to figure all this out.
[00:21:10] And so it's a really sad deal because Bianco does have some very lofty political goals.
[00:21:23] He loves Trump.
[00:21:25] He did.
[00:21:25] He put out a video recently about how much he hoped that Trump wins and that he can save our country and so on and so forth.
[00:21:33] But I think Vem is pretty much correct here that he was trying to use Vem Miller as a political hay to make a name for himself to become a hero that he saved Trump's life or something like that.
[00:21:55] And he got carried away with himself.
[00:21:58] All right.
[00:21:58] So you ready for this?
[00:21:59] I just called Chad's office.
[00:22:01] Yeah.
[00:22:02] And I said, I want to put Chad on the radio with Sam and Mac and Vem.
[00:22:06] And they said, oh, the sheriff's not here.
[00:22:08] So it's the middle of a work day.
[00:22:11] Sheriff's not there.
[00:22:12] No, it's not the middle of a work day.
[00:22:15] It's 830.
[00:22:16] Yeah.
[00:22:17] What time should the sheriff get in, do you think?
[00:22:19] 11?
[00:22:20] 12?
[00:22:21] No, but it's 1-2, you know?
[00:22:23] I mean, it's very likely that he is there.
[00:22:27] But, you know, the sheriff probably does.
[00:22:30] Probably.
[00:22:31] But no, I don't know that.
[00:22:33] I'm not going to go that far.
[00:22:36] Yeah.
[00:22:36] But the likelihood is if you call at noon, you'd get the same answer.
[00:22:41] Okay.
[00:22:42] So that illustrates the problem I'm pointing out, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:22:45] But furthermore, so then I said, no problem.
[00:22:47] I get this.
[00:22:48] Sarah's not there.
[00:22:49] Is there someone I could talk to to schedule on a point with him?
[00:22:51] She said, yeah, absolutely.
[00:22:52] You can talk to our media department.
[00:22:54] I said, phenomenal.
[00:22:55] Will you transfer me to them?
[00:22:56] They're not here either.
[00:22:58] I said, ma'am, are you the only one working today?
[00:23:01] Well, no, you've asked for the sheriff and the media people.
[00:23:04] Neither of them are here.
[00:23:05] I said, great.
[00:23:06] How do I contact them?
[00:23:07] Well, you can email them.
[00:23:08] No, ma'am, an email is not good enough.
[00:23:10] This is live radio.
[00:23:11] I'm a nationally syndicated talk show host.
[00:23:13] This is like real-time stuff.
[00:23:14] You know, I'm in the news.
[00:23:15] She goes, okay, let me give you a pager number.
[00:23:19] Did you know they're still using pagers, Sheriff Mack?
[00:23:22] Down there in California at the Bianca's office?
[00:23:25] The heck is going on?
[00:23:27] Did you say pager?
[00:23:28] Yes, sir.
[00:23:30] P-A-G-E-R?
[00:23:31] Yeah.
[00:23:31] And I said, you mean like a pager, ma'am?
[00:23:34] Like I call it and like, you know, then it registers my number and then they call me back and she said, absolutely.
[00:23:39] I said, okay, I'm going to page them.
[00:23:41] So I'm putting in a page right this very second as we speak.
[00:23:44] Then what do you think of this interaction?
[00:23:46] I mean, I think you're going to get a lot of this stuff because at this point we've been so public by virtue of our-
[00:23:51] But wait a minute.
[00:23:52] When we're talking about a threatened or an attempted assassination, someone's got to talk to me, don't they?
[00:23:59] Can't you be like, hey, man, we're all out.
[00:24:01] Call the pager number.
[00:24:04] We're talking about the next president of the United States, ladies and gentlemen, 45 and 47, aren't we?
[00:24:10] Just wondering.
[00:24:11] Yeah.
[00:24:11] All right, Sheriff Mack with me.
[00:24:12] Ven Miller with me as well.
[00:24:14] And Vem is a great guy.
[00:24:17] He's a filmmaker and a whole lot more.
[00:24:19] Give us your website, Vem.
[00:24:22] AmericaHappens.com.
[00:24:23] Definitely subscribe to our network and definitely subscribe to my Twitter page, which is at notvenmiller,
[00:24:30] where I've already posted all the evidence that verifies what happens.
[00:24:34] Vem Miller.
[00:24:36] And hang tight.
[00:24:37] Stay with us.
[00:24:38] Sheriff Mack and Vem Miller with us.
[00:24:39] Liberty Roundtable Live continues in seconds on your favorite Let's Tell the Truth radio station.

[00:24:59] Donald Trump Jr. here.
[00:25:01] Let me ask you this.
[00:25:02] Does inflation feel worse than we're being told in the news?
[00:25:05] That's because the official inflation rate doesn't tell the whole story.
[00:25:09] Since January of 2021, the cost of living has increased by 17.9%.
[00:25:14] You can't get that money back.
[00:25:16] But what you can do is stop your losses today.
[00:25:19] How?
[00:25:20] By diversifying your savings into a gold IRA from my friends at the Birch Gold Group.

[00:26:11] Israeli officials accuse UNRWA of being complicit with Hamas and cite the involvement of a handful of its thousands of staff in the 7th of October attacks.
[00:26:20] The agency insists it's impartial.
[00:26:23] Israel has long objected to UNRWA, arguing that its existence perpetuates the status of millions of Palestinians as refugees.
[00:26:31] Their fate remains a core issue in the decades-old Israel-Palestinian conflict.
[00:26:35] And, responding to the new laws, the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, insisted that UNRWA is indispensable.
[00:26:43] German prosecutors say three men have been charged in a case involving an alleged plot to attack a Jewish target in western Germany.

[00:28:04] This is your wife in suburbia.
[00:28:06] Oh, hi, hon.
[00:28:06] What's up?
[00:28:07] How's the robot coming?
[00:28:08] Well, it doesn't exactly respond to requests yet, but, um...
[00:28:11] Well, I know how frustrating that can be.
[00:28:13] You do?
[00:28:13] Uh-huh.
[00:28:14] I'm still waiting for my romantic lunch date?
[00:28:16] Oh, yeah.
[00:28:17] David.
[00:28:17] Well, I must not have enough memory, uh, allocated.
[00:28:20] Uh-huh.
[00:28:20] Sorry?
[00:28:21] You know, your son said mama today.
[00:28:23] Really?
[00:28:23] Uh-huh.
[00:28:24] Well, we'll have to have that sound chip change to data.
[00:28:26] Well, you could reprogram it yourself, you know.
[00:28:28] I know.
[00:28:30] Hey, why don't we do it over lunch today?
[00:28:31] Oh, you really are brilliant.
[00:28:33] Thanks.
[00:28:34] You want me to bring the robot?
[00:28:35] David.
[00:28:35] He can order pasta in 11 languages.
[00:28:37] Only if he pays for his own lunch.
[00:28:38] Okay.
[00:28:39] Oh, don't forget to bring Chip.
[00:28:40] Ugh.
[00:28:41] I still wish we hadn't named him that.
[00:28:43] Why?
[00:28:43] It beats general default.
[00:28:45] Oh.
[00:28:45] Family.
[00:28:46] Isn't it about time?
[00:28:48] Do you know that a baby processes information three times faster than an adult?
[00:28:52] An adult what?
[00:28:53] The engineer.
[00:28:54] Funny, funny.
[00:28:55] I'll see you at noon.
[00:28:56] I can't wait.

[00:29:29] Former Sheriff Richard Mack recounts in his book The Proper Role of Law Enforcement,
[00:29:34] how he came to realize while working as a beat cop how wrong the all-too-common orientation
[00:29:39] of police officers is when they think of their job as being to write tickets and arrest people.
[00:29:44] Richard Mack tells of his personal transformation from by-the-number cop to constitution-conscious

[00:30:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening
[00:30:19] to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:30:23] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:30:26] This is the broadcast for October the 29th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
[00:30:31] I am Sam Bushman.
[00:30:32] This is Liberty Roundtable Live.
[00:30:34] I've got Sheriff Richard Mack with me, CSPOA.org.
[00:30:38] And I've also got Vem Miller with me.
[00:30:41] And Vem is literally being attacked relentlessly by Riverside Sheriff Chad Bianco.
[00:30:48] And I've got a problem with Chad.
[00:30:51] Forget the whole case and what the, you know, sheriff is claiming in the sheriff's department
[00:30:54] and what Vem is saying.
[00:30:57] Not that I don't care about either side of those stories.
[00:30:59] I do.
[00:30:59] But I just want to take this soundbite.
[00:31:01] Here's what the sheriff is saying publicly in the media.
[00:31:05] And I've got a problem with what the sheriff says.
[00:31:07] We're going to hear that.
[00:31:08] And then we're going to let Sheriff Richard Mack respond to Chad Bianco.
[00:31:12] Here's the sheriff.
[00:31:13] Here's what he says.
[00:31:17] He's getting completely out of hand with, you know, the assassination attempt.
[00:31:22] That was all social media.
[00:31:24] I am glad that we're not talking about this after we shot him.
[00:31:28] And I, if you're asking me right now, I probably did have deputies that prevented the third assassination attempt.
[00:31:36] He was a lunatic.
[00:31:38] It's people trying to do harm.
[00:31:40] And thank God we prevented it.
[00:31:43] And we know that we prevented something bad from happening.
[00:31:46] And it's irrelevant what that bad was going to be.
[00:31:51] I truly do believe that we prevented another assassination attempt.
[00:31:55] Yeah, yeah.
[00:31:56] So, Bianco, like, what's coming out of your mouth?
[00:31:59] So, Sheriff Mack, it's irrelevant what that bad might be, just so you know.
[00:32:03] Is that an evidence-based statement from a sitting sheriff?
[00:32:06] Oh, my gosh.
[00:32:09] That's really, that's what, right word.
[00:32:15] That's Chad.
[00:32:16] Clown show?
[00:32:17] You're really jumping the gun there.
[00:32:20] Excuse the pun.
[00:32:22] You cannot make statements like that publicly without any evidence.
[00:32:28] And trying to create that evidence in your mind.
[00:32:32] And then trying to convince the media that you have something.
[00:32:38] And that because somebody had a gun in the car, you prevented an assassination attempt or an assassination.
[00:32:45] I don't think Trump called him and said, thank you for saving my life.
[00:32:51] I really doubt that that call happened because it was just so off the wall.
[00:32:57] He calls Vem a lunatic?
[00:32:59] How did he know that?
[00:33:00] What did he see from Vem that evening on body cams of his officers?
[00:33:06] What did he see that was out of line that showed that Vem is crazy?
[00:33:12] But you can actually hear that.
[00:33:14] Did you even talk to Sheriff Bianco at all?
[00:33:16] No, not at all.
[00:33:19] Well, he got it from his deputies.
[00:33:21] But yeah, he...
[00:33:22] And his deputies lied, by the way.
[00:33:24] Yeah, Sergei.
[00:33:25] Yeah, yeah.
[00:33:26] Well, so, yeah, I'm sure Bianco wasn't even there.
[00:33:32] And if Bianco had been there, he would have been on the stage waiting to give some sort of endorsement to Trump.
[00:33:38] Glad to have him to Donald.
[00:33:40] So has Trump waited on this at all, then?
[00:33:42] Because Donald needs to address this, too.
[00:33:45] I mean, that's been kind of the one disappointment.
[00:33:47] I don't know if it's because the mainstream media went out so hard and there's these headline readers.
[00:33:53] He doesn't want to split the Republican Party right before this election.
[00:33:57] I understand to a certain degree.
[00:33:59] But considering the amount of work we've done with the America Happens Network with Mindy, myself, Corinne, and really trying to get the truth out and acting as a mouthpiece for Trump,
[00:34:10] I hope that somewhere down the line, potentially after the election, he does come out and say,
[00:34:16] hey, this guy's nothing but a fan, you know, and really clears the air so I don't have to watch my back worried about these headline readers that might think that causing me harm is somehow helping Trump escape another potential assassination.
[00:34:29] Our movement knows the truth.
[00:34:32] I think now it needs to get out to the general public.
[00:34:35] So my fear of, you know, and I still get threats, by the way.
[00:34:39] I still get, you know, people thinking that what he said is true.
[00:34:43] So, yeah, that would help.
[00:34:44] And I hope he does that down the line.
[00:34:48] To me, you really wonder, out of those 50,000 people that attended that event in Riverside, California, Sheriff Mack,
[00:34:56] how would they pick a guy like Vem to attack of all people?
[00:35:01] He rolls in, shows his driver's license, says, I got guns in the car, and we've got the soundbite to prove that, too.
[00:35:08] It's not like he made that up.
[00:35:09] Okay, it's him and the deputy talking.
[00:35:12] I don't understand how you can roll in that transparent and have this go that sideways, though.
[00:35:16] I just don't understand it.
[00:35:18] Yeah.
[00:35:20] Most people who had any intention to commit a crime, let alone assassination, are not going to tell the cops I have a gun, you know, at a checkpoint.
[00:35:34] So Vem was right up front with all of it.
[00:35:37] So you really have to ask and wonder what Sheriff Bianco had in mind.
[00:35:44] Maybe he was disappointed that he wasn't asked to be on the stage.
[00:35:47] Maybe he was.
[00:35:47] Maybe that's where he was.
[00:35:50] Because I can't see Trump going all the way out there to his county in that area and the sheriff, who has already come out publicly in support of Trump, not being on the stage.
[00:36:02] So I'm in the nationally syndicated live media, and I call the sheriff's department and he's not there.
[00:36:07] I ask for the media department.
[00:36:08] They're not there.
[00:36:09] They give me a pager number.
[00:36:09] I page it, and I still don't have a call back, Sheriff.
[00:36:12] Do I need to page it again, or what do I need to do?
[00:36:15] Oh, you might have to wait a few minutes or maybe a few hours or a few days.
[00:36:19] Who knows?
[00:36:20] Wait a few days.
[00:36:21] Wait a minute.
[00:36:22] The threat of the former and future president's life was in the balance for this thing.
[00:36:27] We've got to get information, my friend.
[00:36:28] Yeah, but he might be running from this now, Sam.
[00:36:31] Running?
[00:36:32] What for?
[00:36:34] Because he realizes he blew it.
[00:36:36] Then he needs to come clean.
[00:36:38] Any lawman would.
[00:36:39] Yeah, but he's probably not going to pick.
[00:36:42] He'll probably pick the way to do that, and he's not going to turn that over to us.
[00:36:46] Well, unless Van and the rest of the media folks chew his socks off, though, then he might not get the chance.
[00:36:52] If he comes clean, it might head that off.
[00:36:54] Van, what do you say?
[00:36:56] Sorry, did I repeat that question?
[00:36:58] Well, if the sheriff has realized that he made a mistake here, he should come clean and be honest about it.
[00:37:03] Hey, there was a misunderstanding.
[00:37:04] I apologize.
[00:37:05] It's my fault.
[00:37:06] What if he comes clean?
[00:37:07] Could it avoid a lawsuit?
[00:37:09] Because there's a bunch of media people now ready to sue the sheriff, right?
[00:37:13] Yeah, yeah.
[00:37:14] I mean, it's not going to avoid a lawsuit at this point because the Internet's forever, forever.
[00:37:18] My, you know, this defamation, slander, civil rights issues is now etched in the Internet.
[00:37:23] So there's no avoiding the lawsuit at this point, but there's also minimizing it.
[00:37:27] He's probably being advised by lawyers that if he says such statements, then he's going to lose ground in our court battle because we have filed a lawsuit against him.
[00:37:35] Segal Chata, who's the chairwoman of the National Republican Party, is the lawyer.
[00:37:40] One of the lawyers involved.
[00:37:41] There's others.
[00:37:43] So, you know, they're probably advising him that if he says this was a mistake and it's such a huge mistake, such an international mistake, that it would damage their chances of trying to get out of this in court.
[00:37:54] Which, honestly, I think at this point with the amount of evidence we have, that bus has already left the station.
[00:38:00] So, you know, and their body cams are going to simply affirm what I'm saying is true.
[00:38:05] Now, this recorder.
[00:38:06] Oh, you're going to find that the body cams didn't work, sir.
[00:38:09] They don't have that footage.
[00:38:10] Okay.
[00:38:10] Yeah, exactly.
[00:38:11] Yeah, just somehow misplaced that.
[00:38:14] Yeah, your lawyers need to hurry up and subpoena that information.
[00:38:20] Yeah, they're working on it.
[00:38:22] They're working on it.
[00:38:23] All right.
[00:38:23] So, Sheriff Mack, at this point, then how do we help Sheriff Bianco in damage control?
[00:38:27] Does he just resign?
[00:38:28] That's what probably needs to happen, right?
[00:38:30] I mean, you can't just do this to people.
[00:38:33] You know, I would like to give him a chance to make amends and see how far he'll go.
[00:38:40] I did.
[00:38:40] I tried to get him on the radio today and everything.
[00:38:43] And, yeah, it won't be that quick.
[00:38:47] But, you know, I have always thought that he was a decent guy, even though he's never been too supportive of the CSPOA.
[00:39:00] And we've had our conversations.
[00:39:04] And he's never attended any of our events.
[00:39:09] So he's claimed before that he made some sort of claim that he is a constitutional sheriff, but he doesn't need to join the CSPOA because that's just Sheriff Mack trying to make money.
[00:39:22] Well, I never asked him or any other sheriff to join.
[00:39:26] So we're just after we're after one thing.
[00:39:29] And you and Vem know this.
[00:39:30] We're after sheriffs to keep their oath and uphold and defend the Constitution in their counties, protect their citizens from all crimes, both foreign and domestic.
[00:39:43] And that's it.
[00:39:44] That's what we're after.
[00:39:46] I'm not calling out Bianco right now because he's doing the absolute opposite.
[00:39:50] And I want to give him every opportunity to set the record straight.
[00:39:55] Let's let's dig in about this.
[00:39:58] OK, what charges?
[00:40:00] I'm going to just ask the sheriff this.
[00:40:01] What charges are filed against Vem Miller right now?
[00:40:05] Yeah, I mean, all of that assassination.
[00:40:07] We have no business discussing assassination.
[00:40:10] Right, Sheriff?
[00:40:10] But wait a minute.
[00:40:12] Let's put that in perspective.
[00:40:13] So that means if Sheriff Bianco is with one of his deputies and they're walking downtown Riverside and they see a man with a gun on his hip and they go over and confront him and say, why do you have that gun?
[00:40:30] And the guy starts to talk.
[00:40:32] And he reaches to get the gun out and show the officers and they kill him.
[00:40:39] They shoot him.
[00:40:40] And then Bianco later says, I just had the feeling that he was going to do something horrible.
[00:40:47] That ain't going to work.
[00:40:49] That's not going to fly in any court of law.
[00:40:52] You know, that's kind of like the officer in the U.S. Capitol killing Abby Ashley Babbitt.
[00:41:04] But when he killed her, he just said, I feared for my life.
[00:41:09] I feared for my life.
[00:41:10] There had to be some sort of criteria that she she caused him to fear for his life.
[00:41:16] She had no weapon, no nothing.
[00:41:19] Just to say I was afraid.
[00:41:23] Then that justifies the shooting.
[00:41:25] In that case, it did because it was all done by Democrats and people who wanted to show that it was a horrible.
[00:41:32] It didn't really based on the rule of law.
[00:41:33] It did based on a democracy versus a republic.
[00:41:35] It has to be based on people that are above the law in that case.
[00:41:39] But you know what, Vem?
[00:41:40] I'm afraid for my own life right now.
[00:41:42] Let me tell you why.
[00:41:44] They've wrongfully attacked Ammon Bundy.
[00:41:47] They've wrongfully thrown Stuart Rhodes in prison.
[00:41:50] They've wrongfully gone after literally every one of us and they're trying to pick us off one at a time.
[00:41:55] And now you're sideways.
[00:41:57] When will Sheriff Mack or me be sideways next, right?
[00:42:00] Yeah, this is a major issue.
[00:42:03] This is a major issue that is plaguing our nation.
[00:42:06] It's become a police state, unfortunately.
[00:42:09] And again, why support the constitutional sheriff so much?
[00:42:13] Because, you know, these people are operating under the color of law and it's happening over and over again.
[00:42:19] And it seems as though if you say the wrong thing, you're targeted.
[00:42:22] And when I say the wrong thing, I'm talking about what their opinion is of the wrong thing.
[00:42:27] And by the way, one of the things we haven't talked about a lot is that the week before this entire incident,
[00:42:32] I was chasing down semi-truck trailers full of ballots coming from locations that were not supposed to be locations where these ballots were supposed to be coming from.
[00:42:42] And on October 11, I handed all this evidence to Patrick Byrne and others.
[00:42:46] And this has been detailed in other podcasts and interviews that I've done.
[00:42:51] So, you know, there's a lot of stuff going on there.
[00:42:53] And a month before that, I released the Bundy versus Deep State documentary, which clearly shows how to basically attain state powers as represented in the Constitution through lawful methods.
[00:43:06] So it's not like we haven't been doing content that really attacks the fraud of the tyrants.
[00:43:11] So I don't know how much that is a part of the story, but that is something that those are things I was doing right prior to this.
[00:43:20] And Sheriff Mack, that's where I kind of get what are the likelihoods out of the 50,000 people that go to this event that all of a sudden them get sideways with the sheriff?
[00:43:31] What is this cannot be just like happenstance?
[00:43:35] Something went sideways by mistake.
[00:43:37] There was a misunderstanding.
[00:43:38] And if there even was, it would have been resolved relatively quickly.
[00:43:42] We're weeks after this.
[00:43:43] That's kind of why I waited a bit to do the interview and didn't have my finger on the pulse of every bit of this thing because I was just kind of letting it play out going, surely this will blow over.
[00:43:52] The reason I'm doing it now is because it hasn't blown over.
[00:43:54] In fact, the sheriff is digging in.
[00:43:56] It's just been a couple of days ago or maybe a day or so ago that he basically went on that podcast and made these outrageous claims where it's irrelevant what may have even been going on.
[00:44:06] I stopped it. Thank the good Lord. I'm the hero.
[00:44:09] It's completely relevant, sheriff.
[00:44:11] Completely. And for you to say not just shows your colors, shows your hand on this thing.
[00:44:17] What are the likelihood that Ben is sideways with these people by pure, I don't know, bad luck, horrible circumstance or misunderstanding?
[00:44:28] I don't even think it's possible at this point.
[00:44:30] Is that Sheriff Mack?
[00:44:31] Yeah, I think that's possible because simply because of the gun laws in California and how strict they are in that.
[00:44:41] So, you know, what if they had just got his license, maybe run a quick check, NCIC check on him, and Ben never said anything about guns?
[00:44:52] I think he would have gone down the street.
[00:44:54] I think they would have let him in and there would have been no further action.
[00:44:59] But because he was honest and telling them, yes, look, I'm a gun owner, just came in from Nevada, and then they took it from there.
[00:45:12] Obviously, California, quote, laws or pretended legislation gave them an opportunity to go after him.
[00:45:20] I think that's the only thing here.
[00:45:22] I don't think they targeted him until after he said, oh, yeah, I have a gun.
[00:45:28] Then they did, and then they went crazy.
[00:45:30] Oh, good, you know, we get to sword at an assassination.
[00:45:34] Why?
[00:45:35] Because we said so.
[00:45:37] Why?
[00:45:37] Because I felt like it probably was.
[00:45:39] And so if I were Bianco, I would be extremely careful going on to any, making any public statements.
[00:45:48] And his lawyers should be telling him, don't say anything.
[00:45:52] Don't talk to Mac.
[00:45:53] Don't talk to Bushman.
[00:45:55] Don't talk to them's lawyers.
[00:45:58] Don't do anything unless we are there and unless we are part of it.
[00:46:03] Because this could be a major lawsuit against the county and you personally and maybe even some of your deputies.
[00:46:10] Well, all I want to know is what charges are against them.
[00:46:12] And then I want to know, are we discussing those charges or discussing speculation?
[00:46:17] Well, I think we know the charges.
[00:46:19] It's only the misdemeanor gun charge that he had a clip.
[00:46:25] So why are we even talking about this other stuff where there's no evidence, no substantial?
[00:46:30] Because the sheriff is.
[00:46:31] Because the sheriff fabricated that.
[00:46:33] The sheriff brought that up.
[00:46:35] And I'm highlighting that again so everybody understands towards the end of the interview.
[00:46:38] That is the problem.
[00:46:39] So you know what?
[00:46:40] We would love to back Chad Bianco and say, look, we've got a constitutional guy who defends people's rights.
[00:46:45] In this case, we cannot stand with Chad because he's violating rights.
[00:46:51] This is not the kind of sheriff that we can support, Sheriff Mack.
[00:46:55] Now, I'm willing to hear his story.
[00:46:57] But if his lawyers are going to say, don't talk to Sam Bushman, I don't think I'll hear it anytime soon.
[00:47:01] That causes even greater friction, Sheriff Mack.
[00:47:04] Well, that, you know, that's just, that's just being careful now on a very poor situation.
[00:47:11] Because I'm going to call him.
[00:47:13] I'm going to leave him a message.
[00:47:15] And we'll see what he, how he, how he responds to that.
[00:47:20] Yeah, I still don't have a page call back yet.
[00:47:23] Yeah, well.
[00:47:24] Waiting on that dude.
[00:47:25] You know, the media people are off golfing or something like that.
[00:47:28] We, we, yeah, we have some, we have some connections to Sheriff Bianco's office.
[00:47:35] Now, what if this was the CNN?
[00:47:38] I bet you they'd get ahold of Chad by now.
[00:47:40] What do you think, man?
[00:47:42] Yeah, yeah.
[00:47:43] You know, one of the things I also want to highlight is what's happening with my parents.
[00:47:46] You know, I don't know if Sheriff Mack knows this part.
[00:47:50] I'd mentioned it earlier.
[00:47:51] Where for some reason, so on the 12th of October, the FBI and the Secret Service say that there's a nothing burger.
[00:48:00] You know, we don't think, you know, this guy's a threat.
[00:48:03] And I'm sure they did their research and found out who I was and how involved I was in the Trump campaign as a Trump team leader getting votes for Donald Trump.
[00:48:13] And, you know, my history of such.
[00:48:15] So on the 13th, a couple of anti-terrorism police officers show up to my parents' house because my actual address after the death threats I had in 22 is concealed, right?
[00:48:27] But the address where I have mail sent to is my parents' home.
[00:48:31] And so they show up there and my parents don't open the door.
[00:48:35] They show up again on the 14th, this time with 7 to 12 anti-terrorism officers.
[00:48:41] They're trying to get inside the home without a warrant.
[00:48:43] My friend Steve Sanson, who runs Veterans in Politics and who's gone after corruption for the last 20 years, a total legend in the Nevada community, shows up, asks them if they have a warrant.
[00:48:54] They say no. He says you guys should leave then.
[00:48:57] They threaten to arrest him for obstructing an investigation, which none of that makes sense because.
[00:49:05] Yeah, it's called having a warrant, you dummy.
[00:49:07] Yeah.
[00:49:08] Yeah. And none of that is in the purview.
[00:49:09] None of the things that were accused were in the purview of a state office, right?
[00:49:14] This is now if there is assassination, if there is fake IDs, all that stuff is now in the hands of the feds, not the state, right?
[00:49:22] But nonetheless, you have this rogue state unit.
[00:49:25] And the reason I say rogue is because Steve Sanson knows Sheriff McMayhill.
[00:49:29] So he calls Sheriff McMayhill.
[00:49:31] Sheriff McMayhill texts him back, says that this was not authorized.
[00:49:34] I'm out of town.
[00:49:36] I'm going to launch an investigation into what the hell the police were doing over there.
[00:49:40] Promises that they're never going to return to my parents' home.
[00:49:42] And so now the question is, did Bianco realize the mistake he made and call a couple of buddies hoping that I would be either interrogated or potentially even gunned down?
[00:49:54] I mean, I don't know what happened there, but I understand the laws.
[00:49:57] And this was not in the state's purview.
[00:50:00] So this was a rogue group of anti-terrorism police officers.
[00:50:04] What were they doing at my parents' home?
[00:50:06] Why did they come there heavily armed?
[00:50:07] Why are they trying to get inside the house?
[00:50:09] They called the landlord because my mom wouldn't let him inside the house.
[00:50:13] And then the landlord freaked out and issued an eviction notice.
[00:50:16] So now I have an 80-something old man who has many health problems.
[00:50:21] My mom's 77 years old.
[00:50:23] And now they're being evicted from their home because of Chad Bianco's lies and what happened subsequent to that.
[00:50:31] And that's another thing I've been having to deal with, unfortunately.
[00:50:34] And now I launched a Give, Send, Go fundraiser to get a few dollars.
[00:50:38] So if the parents have to move, then we could help facilitate that and really provide him with the support that won't potentially cause my dad's death.
[00:50:48] Because this is very stressful.
[00:50:50] He already had a couple of medical episodes after this due to these actions.
[00:50:55] And also getting lawyers from them.
[00:50:57] So they fight this landlord that is obviously going off of what the mainstream media says.
[00:51:02] He made no effort to find the truth.
[00:51:05] Pretty much jumped to these conclusions.
[00:51:07] And now we have two elderly individuals that are being affected by this in a terrible way.
[00:51:14] Wow.
[00:51:15] Ladies and gentlemen, I don't even know how to respond to this kind of stuff.
[00:51:18] I hate to tell you this, but that's going to strengthen your lawsuit.
[00:51:21] Is it coincidental that he's just one out of the 50,000 and all this goes sideways?
[00:51:25] Weeks later, we can't get a handle on it.
[00:51:26] And then all of a sudden, oh, yeah, you know, his parents, they're just getting evicted.
[00:51:31] The cops went over there and intimidated everybody.
[00:51:33] And Give, Send, Go.com slash elderly couple evicted is where you go.
[00:51:40] Give, Send, Go.com slash elderly couple evicted.
[00:51:44] And you can help with that and help them deal with this thing.
[00:51:48] This is not about to go away because we won't let it.
[00:51:51] Them?
[00:51:51] Could I mention one other thing here is for some reason, and this is, I'm not trying to
[00:51:56] get into conspiracies here, but every time I post anything pertaining to this situation
[00:52:02] or anytime friends of mine post anything pertaining to this situation, most recently, two hours
[00:52:07] ago, I tried, one of my friends tried to post that Give, Send, Go fundraiser for my parents.
[00:52:13] Facebook says that it goes against our community guidelines and gets rid of it.
[00:52:16] And that's been consistent.
[00:52:17] You can't even mention this issue on Facebook and have it live there.
[00:52:22] No, that's because Joe Biden is in bed with Facebook and said no.
[00:52:26] See, that's what I mean by in a democracy.
[00:52:29] These clowns are all above the law from Bianco right on down to the president of the United
[00:52:33] States who can't even put two words together.
[00:52:35] And now Kamala's running the show and we're about to work on an election coming up and they're
[00:52:39] burning ballot boxes.
[00:52:40] We told you the ballot boxes were a bad idea in the first place.
[00:52:43] Now they're burning them to the ground, Sheriff.
[00:52:48] Yeah.
[00:52:49] Yeah.
[00:52:50] Yeah.
[00:52:50] Like I say, I'm going to try to be fair with Bianco.
[00:52:53] I'm going to give him an opportunity to make amends and to come out and shoot straight and realize
[00:53:03] he's made a mistake and quit digging the hole deeper and see if he'll just back off all of
[00:53:10] this and apologize to them and his parents and try to make things right.
[00:53:18] And if not, I would imagine that the insurance companies are going to be pretty upset about
[00:53:22] the amount of money they're going to be paying to them and his parents.
[00:53:27] And our prayers are at this point that not only can we get to the truth, but you know
[00:53:32] what?
[00:53:33] That we don't have Sheriff Bianco be above the law and just simply, you know, look, they
[00:53:38] throw Steve Bannon in jail.
[00:53:39] He got out today.
[00:53:39] Thank the good heavens.
[00:53:40] But I look at this and I go, I just hope it's not Vim today and Mac tomorrow and Sam on
[00:53:45] Thursday.
[00:53:46] And, you know, we go right on down the line while this is happening.
[00:53:49] At some point we've got to have, well, our good buddy said this in Liberty County when
[00:53:56] he beat the governor of Florida.
[00:53:58] Nick Finn said the constitution's gotta mean something.
[00:54:03] Amen.
[00:54:05] Vim Miller, thank you so much, sir.
[00:54:07] We'll have you back soon.
[00:54:08] Keep us posted on everything that happens, will you?
[00:54:11] Thank you.
[00:54:11] Thank you, sir.
[00:54:12] I really appreciate it.
[00:54:13] And thank you, Sheriff Mack.
[00:54:14] Thank you so much.
[00:54:15] Well, God bless, Vim.
[00:54:16] See you soon.
[00:54:17] All right.
[00:54:17] Sheriff Mack, we need you to try to get a hold of the sheriff.
[00:54:21] I agree.
[00:54:21] Let's give him a chance.
[00:54:22] Let's be honorable and hold the moral high ground.
[00:54:25] But man, I don't know what's going on.
[00:54:26] This is insane.
[00:54:27] All right.
[00:54:28] To learn more about Vim Miller, to keep an idea on what's going on with this, Vim, V-E-M
[00:54:32] Miller, AmericaHappens.com.
[00:54:36] Incredible stuff going on on your radio.
[00:54:38] Ladies and gentlemen, LovingLiberty.net.
[00:54:40] Spread the word, share the love, and God save the republic.
