* Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard said Wednesday on Fox News' "Jesse Watters Primetime" that she couldn't have gotten past the "deep state obstacles" to release files exposing the Russiagate hoax without a whistleblower coming forward to provide "critical pieces" to the story.

* Gabbard: I formed a special team to investigate this issue. I've got to tell you, it wasn't easy," Gabbard said. "There were a lot of deep state obstacles that exist still within the intelligence community. "But, ultimately, we had a whistleblower who came forward that brought some critical pieces to this story, and we were able to discover these documents and find these documents that really pointed to President Obama directing his national security leaders in James Clapper and John Brennan to manufacture this January 2017 intelligence community assessment," Gabbard added.

The infamous Steele dossier was eventually used as a roadmap for the investigation.

* Gabbard released a memo stating the agency found that Obama's DNI James Clapper and the Department of Homeland Security withheld an FBI and NSA press release issued just weeks before the 2016 election, which said they had "low confidence" in Russia's role in the data leaks.

Additionally, the memo said that deep state intelligence officials began leaking "blatantly false intelligence to The Washington Post" following the 2016 election.

* Gabbard said she will refer the former president to the Department of Justice for criminal charges!

* Former US Army Lieutenant General Mike Flynn, who was viciously targeted by the Obama-Biden deep state witch hunt, has absolutely eviscerated former Secretary of State and ex-CIA chief Mike Pompeo on social media.

* Flynn, a retired three-star general and former National Security Advisor to President Trump, has long held that Pompeo was one of the biggest silent enablers of the Deep State narrative that crippled Trump’s first term.

Flynn’s blistering statement calls out Pompeo’s utter failure to act when he had the power to crush the Russia hoax and protect America from the radical left’s endless witch hunts.

* The documents place Barack Obama at the center of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

According to Flynn, Pompeo knew the Russia hoax was a fabrication from Day One but chose cowardly silence over truth and transparency.

* “[Mike Pompeo] You were the CIA Director and the Secretary of State with access to all of it—yet you said nothing and did nothing when you could have stopped it all,” Flynn wrote on X.

“Please go away. The American people are done with you!”

* The International Court of Justice in the Hague declared that failing to protect the planet from climate change may violate international law.

This ruling, described as fundamental for future climate action, declares a clean and sustainable environment as a basic human right.

* The court's president, Yuji Iwasawa, stated that insufficient protective actions by a state could be considered an internationally wrongful act.

The advisory opinion, although nonbinding, could lead to new legal actions against states by other states or by their own citizens.

* The case, initiated by Vanuatu due to its vulnerability to rising sea levels, was supported by over 130 countries.

Countries adversely affected by climate change may seek reparations.
