[00:00:34] This is the broadcast for July 2nd in the year of our Lord, 2024. And they go always to protect life, liberty and property to promote God-bending country and the new so-on-your-radio in the traditions of our founding fathers.

[00:00:45] Using the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution for the United States of America as our guide. And as you know we reject revolution unless it's a Jesus revolution then we're in because we follow

[00:00:53] the Prince of Peace. The checks and balances are one of the peaceful restorative solutions we have at our fingertips. And think happens the court just provided. So real, clear check and balance

[00:01:04] deal here. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that a former president or I would say even a current president has absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers and official acts. But not for unofficial acts. Well the good news is that now the stream means none if the

[00:01:26] president doesn't have immunity for those unofficial acts neither does anybody else. So it could be a slippery slope slope if ruled on wrong. However, the guidance is very clear and I think very appropriate.

[00:01:50] rights. She works on sex trafficking cases and you know just critical accountability everywhere for stop the perverts is what I like to call it. So good for her on all those things. But Lee,

[00:02:00] what do you think of this ruling that came out from a constitutional point of view? I think it's correct but it all depends on how we kind of let it be ruled upon in a way. In other words

[00:02:10] the nuances could go bad if we let it. You know, I mean that's always the case with as we've seen a lot with the court system. It's a great system compared to a totalitarian dictatorship but it's not

[00:02:22] a perfect system. But I mean I think we've done a lot of good here. You know we had a 6-3 ruling that was led by the Conservatives that basically said Trump has immunity from all of the stuff

[00:02:36] that they were looking to chase him with. And you know he's sure I mean you cannot it is the hallmark of every banana republic that the new regime goes after the old regime and tries to throw

[00:02:47] them in jail for some sort of you know whatever and we need to have the ability for our elective official to be able to act within the scope of this job and not be constantly dealing with the

[00:02:58] yapping dogs at his heels over you know in this case just allegations of don't even hold water. So I think that this week was a good week from the perspective of the Supreme Court but

[00:03:11] yeah I mean there's nuances there and it'll remain to be seen how it plays out and how the reports interpret all of all of the paragraphs of that decision. But it does mean now Supreme

[00:03:21] clowns like Alvin Bragg and like some of these different people Jack Smith and I don't know whatever that clown girl is that you know was it in Vannewellist and all these people. They don't

[00:03:35] have any immunity either and so we can go after them for abusing the courts and weaponizing the courts too because they don't have immunity especially if they're weaponizing the court those are unofficial actually. Well you know that is the question right I mean a lot of our elected

[00:03:52] officials have always had immunity and it's a problem because you know here in California we've got to run away overly bleu legislature that is doing things like making statutory rape no longer

[00:04:02] really rape and that was years ago and people are saying well can't we see the legislators that are just you know upside down and and backward on this issue and the reality is the way it has

[00:04:13] been up until you know now is not really if they're acting remotely within the scope of their job i e-reelected them to be a legislator they're going to the capital and they're making laws even if

[00:04:24] they're bad laws they enjoy pretty much immunity that you cannot get through. That said if the guy rapes a girl on the way to the capital that is obviously and clearly outside the scope of what he

[00:04:36] was elected to and so there's this sort of gray area of is it within this official scope of their job or was it not what if he gets back money what if he gives people money for student

[00:04:48] loans that he doesn't know right to give and then he now they take it to the court the court says no you can't do that and he does it anyway. Well and there you go I mean I think I think this is where

[00:04:58] we are in America today is some of the actions that are being taken to the fire elected legislators and the executive branch are just so crazy that every single reason will person in America regardless of whether they call themselves left to center writer center is looking at

[00:05:13] this and going they should not be doing this and with an average reasonable person in their job be doing this and if if not then can we make the argument that their conduct is outside the scope

[00:05:23] of what they have been asked to do and if the answer is yes it's outside the scope then it's open season right. Time will tell the law says oh go yeah I was just going to say if a court goes well you know

[00:05:39] it was crazy you know they said that grass was purple and and grass is in purple but we're going to say that they were acting with a scope of job when they when they did x y or z

[00:05:49] thing even though it sounded crazy and it is crazy then you know the immunity is going to hold so it really it comes down to a case by case analysis of in any given instance is what they did

[00:06:00] going to fall within the umbrella of immunity or outside the limited umbrella of immunity and we've got some guidance from the Supreme Court as of this week but query you know we're all

[00:06:12] going to have to sit with beaded bruts to see out plays out down downstream. The lower courts will be to the sighting factors ladies and gentlemen that's why we the people need to start pushing hard

[00:06:21] for you know none of this just cloak of immunity over everything. Sheriff time in here. Well it's just as I said earlier saying and highly good to hear from you glad you're here.

[00:06:31] Likewise yeah but I said the same thing this is at first it's a it's a big victory for Trump because it gets you out of some of this and it also buys him time and he's probably not

[00:06:46] going to go to any more courts until after the election which is huge for him and maybe all of us politically but what it does is it creates more litigation and courts are going to have to decide

[00:06:58] what it has and what is not under the purview of the president and seems how that most people think that the president can do anything he wants now especially the the national media who says

[00:07:11] they can do that and what Biden showed everybody just as you alluded to Sam said that he doesn't have to obey the courts and that's one thing that the courts are going to say yes you do.

[00:07:26] So when he openly defies the court so he can use our money to bribe people of the younger generation so he can bribe them with our money to vote for him to the tune of about a

[00:07:41] half a trillion dollars now in those student loans the federal government has no business being in the student loan business that all and then given it back to him later most of that is just

[00:07:52] criminal and it's outside the purview of the president and I would love to see the court say that but if they just follow the constitution look what he can do and look what he can't do and find

[00:08:02] the purpose of the constitution and this is going to be a major victory for the American people but I doubt they're going to go that far. Well one of the big keys we need is to train the

[00:08:12] American people how do we winters? How do you know what's right? I don't know what's wrong. How to determine a lot of these things. How to advocate for what's right in the words we have more

[00:09:51] or I guess I could say re-brainwashing them for God and country and truth and what's right and justice and getting them to a point that they're impervious to all the crazy and not only that not only are they

[00:10:03] fired up for our country but they have the skills and the tools to do something about it so that's what we were doing in it and it it was off to a great start. I mean we are just hundreds of people will not

[00:10:11] take in it and it has been fan tabulous. Sam. Sheriff what do you think of this? I thought would leave for some time and we know it's always pretty well and she is a fantastic

[00:10:24] teacher and this is a great goal and you know we're fighting back and that's exactly what her educational system is doing or program and so my hats off to her and man-al-man

[00:10:51] Oh, good to see you again Sheriff after a little tour across the country a couple years back but yeah it's been it's been awesome I mean you and I when we went on that tour back in 2021 I think all of our

[00:11:03] goals were pretty similar we wanted to raise awareness in middle America and get people fired up and get them activated so they could actually be effective at their local grocery level. I mean

[00:11:14] I think most people are pretty horrified when they hear about drag queens in preschools or you know statutory rate no longer being raped or you know just any of the crazy that it's really going on right now

[00:11:26] you know having a bunch of student protests that are really anything but the students aren't protesting you've got you know the extreme left taking over our campuses and supporting Hamas which has been a

[00:11:37] list of terrorist organization by the State Department since 1997 but you know it's it's it's this wolf and she's clothing and and everybody wants to do something but nobody has the skills to do

[00:11:50] it or the tools to do it and well we figured out here in the lefty California realm over the last four years is you know what there are actual programs that you can launch as somebody with a third grade

[00:12:01] education if you're a farmer in the middle of America who had the least school third grade and you're 70 years old that require no money and no law degree and no VIP connections like Bobby Kennedy's

[00:12:11] Roll-Adex if you have none of that you can still be pissed off about something going running in your town or your school or whatever and actually get right side up on it and that is the program

[00:12:23] that we're teaching in this course one of the most effective things we've done here in California is name and shame you know when our health officer at the mask mandate everybody came crying to me

[00:12:31] and said you're gonna sue her and like no because I looked at the lawn it was horrific it gives her cart blanche authority to do what she did so even if I did sue her the court is even a

[00:12:42] same court is going to apply that bad long come to an equally bad result garbage in garbage out but give me a minute and I went to my PI teams I used to use in the sex trafficking world and I

[00:12:52] said to my private I guys I said look this one is clearly an awful human being I need to know every skeleton she's gotten her closet I'm gonna put that stuff on blast you can't black mail

[00:13:04] that's illegal you can't run to somebody go hey I found the skeletons in your closet and if you don't do what I want I'm gonna let him out because that is a criminal act and you'll go to jail for

[00:13:13] a very long time but you can absolutely research with these awful people in office have been doing and take the lesser known misdeeds of their past and put that front in the center of the public

[00:13:23] square that's just called using your first amendment right and it's not legal advice I'm just telling you if you go look at first amendment and black mail law that's what it says you can't

[00:13:31] bribe him you can't black mail them but you can absolutely take stuff that they've done if it's true and they did it and it's bad news for them and make sure that the average voting citizen knows

[00:13:41] that and I gotta say these folks are like cockroaches salmon and and mac you know you find the skeletons in their closet you go to the board meeting you put it on blast you do a press conference

[00:13:51] in front of their house or their worker whatever and all of a sudden they don't like that harsh light a day shining in their dark and ugly corners and they start course correcting you

[00:14:00] teach people how to treat you and that includes your crazy leftist elected officials and when you hit that card and you find the soft underbelly in your hit word hurts all of a sudden these these

[00:14:12] dictator types are like you know what I don't think we should do that vaccine pass for a plan now I'm not so sure that we're gonna do the mask mandate anymore and they drop the bad plan and

[00:14:21] if you're really successful they just run away from office and we've gotten rid of a number of elected officials and appointed officials out here in California just doing a good old-fashioned

[00:14:30] name and shame not to mention you know the power of the people moves like the convoy that we put together which also have amazing impact and just speak for themselves in terms of success but

[00:14:41] none of this stuff none of this stuff the 80s and law school it's not like you get into Yale law school 17 years old like I did and have a course that says hey when your government loses

[00:14:50] it's mind thirty five years from now you're gonna want to do a con boy with a bunch of truckers let me tell you something Sam that is not what they're teaching in any college

[00:14:58] or law school or any school but except now I am teaching it in my school so lead on this dot com click on the education tab and your 10 year olds your 13 year old and your 103 year old

[00:16:08] to say only 13 14 15 something like that she signed up probably the youngest one who took it and I did say family absolutely right at the outset I said you know what you guys are going to get

[00:16:18] extra credit if you handwrite your notes because with the neuroscience all the brain flying shows on this stuff is that those who handwrite not type but handwrite their notes actually uh recall that data

[00:16:30] 25 percent quicker in future when they're asked to like on a test and they recall it way better because you're actually using more parts of your brain when you're moving your hand across the paper

[00:16:40] plus I mean let's let's be real our kids you know we're learning to type at the age of two like it's a lost start we need to teach handwriting so I gave them extra credit if they hand

[00:16:49] worth their notes because it's good for them good for us and this little girl sent in her notes and the last day the last course session I had talked about all the times our government

[00:17:00] all the way from the radium girls in the 1920s where you know uf radium corp had a milican radioactive substances on the tip of their little paintbrushes to paint these watch styles that would grow in the dark for a uf military and never told the girls

[00:17:15] that it was radioactive so they developed these horrible facial tumors that were cousin their jaws to literally fall off their face before they died on horrible death back in the flapper era

[00:17:25] it started there I mean it is started before there but I had to call it you know at some point so we just did the last century of all the times the government and their lackeys are private

[00:17:34] for higher companies have done done a sturdy right ds ddt agent orange solidified with little bit of fingers sticking out of shoulder sockets and no limbs and just trunks and torsos

[00:17:45] being born and I went through all of the ugly truth of the reality of hey this was what our government's done because I wanted to leave the listener the viewer that the students with a

[00:17:56] clear understanding of the fact that our government is anything but perfect because once they understand that this is not like a oh you know just for the last four years they've been missing

[00:18:06] the mark once they understand they've been missing the mark a whole lot for a long time pharmaceutical companies chemical companies the uf government CIA then they owned the data they owned it and she

[00:18:18] came back and her I wish I know it's it's radio is not the best way to do this but she's 13 or 15 years old so she's got all this highlighting and pink and yellow and she's talking about you know

[00:18:29] all of the times the ddt and the solidified ended up with bad results and how the CIA and operation midnight climax installed one way glass mirrors to actually watch prostitutes in the tender-moin district

[00:18:43] in San Francisco tried to dose their Johns with LSD to take over their mind and make a robotic agents and commit mayhem I mean not only is operation paperclip a mockingbird you know a CIA

[00:18:56] thing that's scary stuff right with the takeover the media and bring in the Nazis out of Germany and giving them safe robbers so we could pick their brains but there's lesser known programs like

[00:20:09] secretary because we all know winning is about a mindset as much as a toolkit you don't charge the hill feeling like you're with your face down in the dumps and I said let me walk you through

[00:20:19] the secretary at when of the Belmont state throughout horse accelerated and ran every single quarter mile lap faster than the one before and broke the finish wire with a 31-lingered lead fast

[00:22:10] a lawyer I can't go to court and follow lawsuit to get rid of those bad things in front of my face and and I you know I've got a full-time job and I don't have a ton of money I mean

[00:22:20] I'm paying eleven thousand dollars more every year for groceries than I was three or four years ago when Trump was in office like I don't have a bunch of money to pay a lawyer and a

[00:22:28] not lawyer what what can I possibly do and there's this overwhelming defeat feeling on the heels of the knowledge that we were put here to change things for the better and that is the

[00:22:41] ugly box that I am trying to unlock for people and so in this course I say look you may look at me and hear the words human rights attorney or civil rights attorney or whatever and think oh well

[00:32:08] to be able to go there as it were without actually having to go there you know I worked in a town on the Thailand Malaysia border that had a bomb a day going off it was under radical G.

[00:32:19] Hottie Islamic control when we were there so at 140 child brothels and over the river were G. Hottie terror training cells that were bombing the brothels daily and I had an eight year old

[00:32:31] when I started doing this work and I would go and and live there for weeks at a time and God willing and you know God blessed my life I came back safe and sound and healthy and whole from there but

[00:32:40] I do understand that I'm a bit of an odd duck right sure if Mac and not every soccer mom in Orange County California or Dallas, I think he's gonna want to go go live in a

[00:32:50] brothel town just to save if they've been able to help help fight the good fight so if you buy the book there's a good 20 pages in the middle that show the work I did in full color high definition

[00:33:21] can get the course right yeah so the new online course that we're teaching that was actually the brainchild of a small private Christian university here in my hometown of all things I've lived

[00:33:34] in Orange County for half my life and I've lived in the same house for 25 years now and I didn't even know we had a university in my time you we had you see a reminder a couple

[00:33:44] towns away but I didn't know we had one right here in my little town but there's a small private Christian university with a mainly online population as I heard over the commercial break one of the things you were running was a similar sort of online education platform

[00:34:00] and obviously if you live locally you can come in person but they were the ones who had approached me a few weeks ago now and said we really wanted to teach and I said on what and they said where do

[00:34:11] you think the need is the greatest and I said oh well that's a long answer but let's start with the fact that 51% of our college kids on regular college campuses when they are surveyed right now

[00:34:26] say that they think it would be cool to live in a socialist or communist country we cannot have more than half of our children yeah and this has been the case since before I met you sure back

[00:34:37] three years ago this was a statistic I knew prior to 2020 I've got to think it's only gotten worse in the last few years right so we're got to reverse the tide and what we know is courtesy of this

[00:34:50] 13 year old notes that I read you in the first part of the hour that the sweet spot in getting to them is that eighth grade ninth grade area where they're amenable to listening to the data

[00:35:02] and they're not cynical yet and once you once you get to their heart and minds with the truth you know the truth has its own frequency its own resonance people get there when they hear it

[00:35:11] and when you fire am I the reason the left is so good is they give the kids something to care about even though it's the wrong thing people just want to feel like they belong they want

[00:35:23] to feel like they're part of making a change and if there's a vacuum that's where the deep state can come in and say well come on we're going to get you fired up you're going to make a change

[00:35:33] go to this rally for Biden you know go to this hummus rally and it is real on Palestine and try to make a new Palestinian state and the kids are bored and they don't have anything going on

[00:35:43] and they're they're out of partner life where they want to be active so they get sucked into the wrong thing because they just want to feel a part of something but when you get there for with the right data it's twice as

[00:35:56] powerful because we're getting a chance to be part of something and fire am up and given the tool book to go change society but we have the advantage benefit of the fact that we're on the side of

[00:36:05] a gotten country in truth right so this is the way forward you know I'm teaching them how to do con boys I'm teaching them how to do grassroots boycotts you know you don't like the way this business

[00:36:16] in your town is doing something get all your friends together and run a picket line in front of them and get some normal or bull horns you know it's 10 bucks at Walmart go buy out the bull horn

[00:36:26] section make some really snazzy signs with your finger pain and you know your sister's water colors and get out there and be loud and proud but for the right thing and shut it down you know

[00:36:38] and these people will course correct once you put the the words of what they're doing on display and the kids run fire for this when I got done and I had an 88 year old who was also on fire for it so

[00:36:50] I gotta say it's a it's an equal opportunity to have a service from ages two to ninety two should I generational we'll say I'm gonna ask you a legal could you think of a better education than to take

[00:37:02] least course and then the one offered on cspway.org on the constitution boy put both those together and you've got a masters degree level education already and you don't even have to leave

[00:37:16] the confines of your home and man oh man this is a man you've got a break in the bank and beg begle obama slash Biden to give you some kind of a debt relief either you build a handle it yourself

[00:37:51] our government the time and the psychological I did a deep dive into the psychological hacks that the left has used to their credit to their credit um to really alloy and convert the minds

[00:38:06] of our youth because my belief is once you call it out once you make these recipes known people see it coming in my way you know that's why I like it on the family no grimoobedians trials and the fact

[00:38:18] that you know people are overly obedient about authority but once you realize that your bullet proof you know this 13 year old who understands that two out of three average Americans in 1960

[00:38:30] one at Yale University in the psychology lab when a doctor in a white lab coat a fake doctor and white lab coat said you should you know throw this switch and and electric you're neighbor

[00:38:39] to death just because you got a wrong answer and memory quiz once you understand two out of three Americans were willing to go along with that such is the the seductive power of perceived authority

[00:38:51] figures you're not gonna be that guy you know you're not gonna be the guy following the bad plan like a lemming over a cliff and I gotta say you know I think getting the constitutional

[00:39:03] grounding that you're given at the CSPAA educational platform and combining it with my hey these are the psychological tricks you need to steer clear up and these are the psychological tricks you

[00:39:13] can use for gotten country to go take back ground from the enemy and make sure your kids and your relatives are doing the right thing and you know heck if a naming shame doesn't work up

[00:39:24] the enemy run a TV we ran a TV ad to get rid of the vaccine passport plan when a simple name and shame at the county you know building didn't do didn't do the trick we up we up the

[00:39:36] anti and we said fine we're gonna find the holocaust arrived at call out the Nazi underpinnings of this fascist passport program and that finally got it done but again that is not something

[00:39:46] as you all know sheriff back that they teach you know in law enforcement training or in law school you don't teach you how to make a TV out of a holocaust survivors if if you need to one day but now

[00:39:57] in my course that's what we're teaching so uh it is it is creative and you know what we need to realize is we can plumb those around us who have a lot of these skills we may not have made

[00:40:12] that add she may have been an I did generator she may have been but somebody else might have you know found the survivors somebody else might have put the script together somebody else might have

[00:40:20] shot the videos somebody else might have done the post editing but we're talking about teams of patriots that stand up for what is right isn't isn't that really the key to this freedom handbook Lee hundred percent hundred percent we're activating you like Flynn says you know local action

[00:40:38] creates massive impact you may not be able to go take the lighthouse you yourself and yourself but you can darn well take the tools that we are teaching and go do something that makes

[00:40:47] you're telling about a place and if all of us just do something the wars over we've won and I think we've already won and uh the writings on the well we're just watching the death throws of the

[00:40:58] catfish and the bottom of the boat who doesn't like the fact that he's without oxygen and that's why you see this you know sort of re-agnited screaming from the left and fits in starts but

[00:41:08] good is going to triumphs but I got to say you know we're making our job easier the quicker we get to that finish line so let's get these people fired up was given the constitutional

[00:41:18] grounding like sheriff back is and then let's give them the tools they need even if they're only 13 years older if they're 103 years old to go take back some in their town wherever they like

[00:42:05] but and I think that that made it abundantly clear but we are also cognizant in the fact that if it's on mainstream media and it's getting into mainstream channels that operation mockingbird which was the CIA's overtaking of you know all of the journalistic outfits decades ago before

[00:42:21] I was even alive is still in place so if everybody in America's waking up to the fact that this guy should have been an interesting house for the last four years we have to ask ourselves is there a

[00:42:32] reason for that and I think the answer is yes none of the less cannot be exploited heck yeah I mean if everybody is suddenly aware that this guy is basically senial and that Trump is absolutely the

[00:42:44] thing that we need I think that we have an opening now that we can drive a Mac truck through and we should and I think from that perspective it was a good thing but you always been a puppet we've

[00:44:02] of May I want to say don't quote me out you can google it but uh or deduct that go it but your state legislature said you know what we know that the FDA had a loud experimental stem

[00:44:12] cell treatment through 2021 and we understand that the FDA after that experimental window closed didn't re-up it they they didn't green light it from the federal standpoint of course they didn't

[00:44:23] because if you literally if you go to your web browser right now and you type in stem cells and paralyzed quadriplegic you'll get a number of articles where the Mayo Clinic and various other

[00:44:35] big clinics are getting full on quadriplegic to be able to bench press wait that was back in 2016 San Francisco business times patada to go out and literally as of this quarter of the Mayo

[00:44:47] clinics got a guy walking who was a quad I mean do stem cells work just go have again to yourself I'm not going to open you know anybody with a room template you can go google it and make your own

[00:44:57] conclusion but God bless Utah because Utah came into the fray and said look of course the feds didn't re-up it because heaven forbid in America that you do anything on a medical front that actually works

[00:45:07] you know it actually makes headway right so they they may have taken a wrong turn here but we're going to take them to take a hotel and take a hike and we're going to green light it in our state

[00:45:17] and there are lots of the past a lot of Utah passed actually green lit amniotic placental stem cell type therapies and that is I know people don't notice that was what my husband and I did
