[00:00:04] Broadcasting Live From Atop The Rocky Mountains, The Crossroads of the West You Are Listening
[00:00:19] to Liberty Roundtable Radio Tacho All right, happy to have you along my fellow
[00:00:27] Americans, Sam Bushman Live on your radio, hard-hitting news that it were
[00:00:31] suffused to use. No doubt continues now. This my fellow Americans is the
[00:00:35] broadcast for March 25th and the year of our Lord, 2024. This is our two and
[00:00:41] the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property to promote God-bamely
[00:00:45] and country in the traditions of our founding fathers. Yes indeed we are
[00:00:49] incredibly supportive of the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by
[00:00:55] our founding fathers in the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution, for the
[00:00:58] United States of America. That is the solution to our fingertips folks that we
[00:01:01] have got to double down and follow up on. Without further ado, our dear friend
[00:01:06] Lollen Nelson campaign for Liberty.org welcome back to the broadcast sir.
[00:01:13] There is so much going on it's hard to know where to start but you know Joe Biden put
[00:01:21] out a little video at Super Bowl time and he's like yeah, shrink inflation is
[00:01:25] the thing and you know it's really bad companies need to go ahead and do
[00:01:28] something about that. They're trying to rip you off. Joe says he sounded like a
[00:01:33] derelict and he's like yeah you're just not gonna have as many snickers in your
[00:01:36] snickers bar and you're not gonna have as many chips in the bag of chips and man
[00:01:40] these corporations are just horrible and they're beating you up and Joe's
[00:01:44] literally lying to you ladies and gentlemen about the truth these companies
[00:01:47] have no choice but to raise prices or decrease the size of the contents of
[00:01:51] whatever they're offering okay that's a reality check not based on their own
[00:01:55] desires to rip you off but based on economic realities. Ron Paul speaks out
[00:02:01] boldly, nobly independently telling the truth low. Good points Sam he certainly
[00:02:07] does. He calls you know he obviously Biden is trying to blame greedy corporate
[00:02:14] corporations for this problem when in reality it's him. He's the one that
[00:02:20] caused the problem while Congress did because they continue to spend money
[00:02:25] Biden called on Congress to crack down on companies that reduce the amount of
[00:02:30] goods in a package right but businesses they're only doing what they do
[00:02:36] because of price inflation you know because of the liberal policies of the
[00:02:44] Fed just to print money out of thin air and because of that you know companies are
[00:02:49] simply responding to what's happening to the devaluation of the dollar so you
[00:02:54] can thank Congress and thank the president for devaluing the dollars that you
[00:02:58] had in your bank account. You know they're worthless today then they were last
[00:03:01] week and it's all their fault it's not the but it's not we cannot blame the
[00:03:06] corporations for doing that you know. Ron Paul he writes you know making
[00:03:11] shrink flation of federal crime would force more businesses to increase their
[00:03:16] prices. See the point is Sam Congress has zero authority to command
[00:03:22] businesses to do something or to not do something all right the states did not
[00:03:26] vest in the general government any authority to crack down on companies that
[00:03:32] that is a police power reserved to the states or to the people of the states
[00:03:36] Congress has zero authority to to command businesses to do or to not do
[00:03:41] something. So what is the solution? Well Ron Paul tells us what the solution is
[00:03:46] right he says if Biden wants to stop inflation he would start by reducing
[00:03:51] federal spending and pairing down the over 35 trillion dollar national debt. These
[00:03:58] debts would allow the Federal Reserve to reduce its efforts to monetize the
[00:04:01] federal debt in order to keep borrowing costs low. Unfortunately end of
[00:04:07] quote unfortunately Sam Biden's proposed budget for 2025 does not reduce
[00:04:13] spending and it's really Congress to blame the US House is to blame for this
[00:04:19] they're the ones who I mean all all spending originates in the US House and so
[00:04:26] basically Biden wants to borrow two trillion dollars per year for the next 10
[00:04:32] years right and that is definitely spending that is not the definition of
[00:04:38] cutting costs. Yeah they say they cut costs but what they really do is just cut
[00:04:42] costs in the rate of growth right and so but is is any true cut being made? No
[00:04:50] they ran Paul every year suggests that they cut six pennies you know five pennies
[00:04:56] out of out of every dollar they spend and I that would be an actual reduction in
[00:05:01] spending. Well he proposed that like three or four years ago they could have
[00:05:05] cut five pennies out of every dollar and we would have balanced the budget by
[00:05:10] now now it's up to six pennies so they would have to cut six pennies after
[00:05:15] out of every dollar that did to to balance the budget in five years so you
[00:05:20] know the US House has the power to fix this problem they just don't have the
[00:05:26] guts to fix it Sam. You know Ron Paul is exactly right on this point and I
[00:05:34] think the most important thing he's highlighting really is the Federal Reserve
[00:05:41] okay the fake money that we deal with and no one besides Ron Paul and me and you
[00:05:46] and a few others are really highlighting this reality. Where was the massive
[00:05:50] challenge to Joe by the mainstream press saying you know Joe I appreciate
[00:05:54] you beating up on port companies but they're just downstream trying to deal with
[00:05:58] the abuses that's you and your government are heaping on we the people
[00:06:02] every government and every every governmental congressional oh what is it?
[00:06:10] What is it when the Congress is in session what's it called every congressional
[00:06:15] under this year or whatever you want to say every congressional session or
[00:06:20] year whatever Congress is in session every they have literally perpetuated
[00:06:25] this lie on both sides of the aisle no one's calling it out the only answer is
[00:06:29] to audit and then the Fed there's no other answer and you can say well that's an
[00:06:33] extreme idea in my response is no the extreme idea is the take over a hundred
[00:06:36] years ago in the lies ever since. Well yeah because we didn't have the Fed for
[00:06:42] the first hundred years over a hundred years in the beginning and that's what
[00:06:47] that marked the greatest growth of our economy occurred during that time
[00:06:53] is a tremendous engine for growth if you have honest money then you have
[00:06:57] firms you have companies that are that understand that the value of their
[00:07:01] dollars is not going to change you have true market signals I mean that well
[00:07:07] over a hundred years the early time for our country was the greatest economic
[00:07:12] growth in our history and we did it every year without the Federal Reserve so
[00:07:19] it's since the inception of and the implementation of the Federal Reserve
[00:07:24] system that we have slowed our economic engine over the past 100 years
[00:07:30] Sam. Alright there you have it ladies and gentlemen all I can tell you is
[00:07:35] there's a lot of things we can do okay the states did not vest in the general
[00:07:42] government any authority to crack down on companies at all folks so you got
[00:07:48] to understand that okay that's police power reserved the states Ron Paul simply
[00:07:54] saying hey Frank or shrink-flation is it really should you know you could say
[00:07:59] it should be a federal crime no it'll just force more businesses to increase
[00:08:04] pricing alright we have got to shrink government it's the only way and end the
[00:08:09] Fed all right you've got to pass the out of the Fed legislation and you've got to
[00:08:14] have this movement to shrink the Federal government okay we've got to cut
[00:08:18] spending but they just spent $1.2 trillion and they did it by by breaking
[00:08:25] their own rules and then of course they you know said oh my gosh we can't shut
[00:08:28] down the government we need to shut down the the border and the government
[00:08:32] and get a handle on this thing low you know one fun thing that happened over
[00:08:36] the weekend Sam the Utah County Republican women had their annual fundraising
[00:08:41] dinner at UVU campus the grand the ballroom there and Jeremy
[00:08:47] Corden of Goldback Inc put on he donated gold backs so there were 35
[00:08:56] tables and 10 plates at every table and there was a gold back in a nice little
[00:09:02] cover at every place setting so it's just like a napkin right it was just sitting
[00:09:07] there so 10 gold backs on every table 35 tables that was 350 gold backs and
[00:09:13] then he also donated a hundred in their silent auction and somebody bid on
[00:09:18] them and won them and so I say this just to mention that I had a couple of
[00:09:25] very good conversations with candidates for Congress Zach Wilson talked with
[00:09:32] me I also hit up John Curtis about co-sponsoring law at the Fed he still
[00:09:40] hasn't co-sponsored that bill yet and so I hit him up on that you got a
[00:09:44] co-sponsor this and he says well talk to my staff you know so yeah I mean
[00:09:48] he's not interested in doing it I wish he was but anyway two or three or four
[00:09:53] conversations with potential congressman at that dinner about the gold back
[00:09:58] that's an alternative currency this is actual gold encased in in my
[00:10:03] large so 1,000th of an ounce of gold and in a single gold back it's worth about
[00:10:07] 4 1 1 2 bucks right now and so is a tremendous event and is a tremendous
[00:10:13] opportunity to talk to potential members of Congress about gold back sound
[00:10:20] and on its currency Sam it was fun all right well that's good news the effort
[00:10:25] is growing and we need to see more of it for sure ladies and gentlemen Congress
[00:10:31] should also pass legislation forcing the government to live within its means
[00:10:38] by preventing the Federal Reserve folks from purchasing the Fed's debt
[00:10:43] interestments instruments we've got to get that done well yeah Ron polls sage
[00:10:49] counsel his wise counsel to US house to all of Congress I guess today would be
[00:10:57] to pass out at the Fed and the Fed turn to reserve currents or I'm sorry to
[00:11:04] say some currency's alternative currency that is not inflatable
[00:11:09] and that's a mend of that yeah that would be awesome we'll keep an eye on
[00:11:14] that ball ladies and then we'll rodger roots writes an incredible article
[00:11:18] that we've got to talk about low wow boy did he ever hit the nail on the head
[00:11:23] he has titled his article is I catching a thousand years of prison time
[00:11:29] over a six hour delay of Congress while he's talking about J6 January 6th
[00:11:35] defendants right in January 6th of 2021 that's the day when there was rally to
[00:11:44] four and in support of election integrity held back in Washington DC and
[00:11:50] that's where agent provocateurs both both both within the ranks of the police
[00:12:00] and in the ranks of the so-called protesters caused some confusion in chaos
[00:12:07] anyway the January 6th deal is what he's talking about here and he is a lawyer
[00:12:15] this Roger Roots guy he's a lawyer who has represented over a dozen of the
[00:12:20] January 6th defendants over the past two years and so he starts out as
[00:12:26] column talking about you know most most students of history they heard about
[00:12:30] the alien and sedition acts the Palmer raids of World War One and the FBI
[00:12:35] surveillance of Martin Luther King and the Black Panthers but he says quote the
[00:12:39] single greatest mass infringement on fundamental First Amendment freedoms is
[00:12:44] happening right now sometime in the next few weeks a total of a thousand years
[00:12:52] of prison time will have been handed out to January 6th January 6th and
[00:12:57] justices are eclipsing all other American legal disc races now this is very
[00:13:03] interesting Sam he talks about the fact that he has defeated more charges than
[00:13:10] most other attorneys but nevertheless he has lost every case in other words
[00:13:16] they'll they'll pile up the charges against these guys in my five or 10 or 15
[00:13:20] charges in the indictment and this Roger Roots he has successfully defended them
[00:13:27] against most of those charges but they still make some of them stick and so the
[00:13:33] conviction rate for January 6th is 100% before juries and 99.5 plus percent
[00:13:41] before judges now most of these cases Sam are being done in the district of
[00:13:47] Columbia he says this may go down as the very highest conviction rate for any
[00:13:52] specific category of criminal cases in any court venue in US history the DC
[00:13:58] venue does not offer fair trials for opponents of the government who are deemed
[00:14:04] to be conservative right wing or Republican the average prison sentences for
[00:14:09] J6ers are by far the longest in American history associated with rioting or
[00:14:15] demonstrating prison sentences associated with the civil rights movement
[00:14:19] anti-war riots labor demonstrations or red scares don't even come close none of
[00:14:26] the civil wars Confederate leadership served as much prison time as an
[00:14:29] average J6er who simply pushed against a police riot shield outside the
[00:14:35] capital on January 6th Jefferson Davis himself served only two years the
[00:14:41] longest prison term I'm still quoting the longest prison term stemming from
[00:14:46] the infamous alien and sedition act prosecutions of the 1790s which every law
[00:14:51] student learns were the most tyrannical abuses of speech and political expression
[00:14:55] in early America was 18 months the longest term served by black panthers who
[00:15:01] chased out the California legislature from the state capital with assault
[00:15:05] weapons in 1967 was only one year in jail end of quote as I was a long quote but
[00:15:12] I'm trying to give us a sense of the injustice of the prosecutions of the J6ers
[00:15:18] and just for example the proud boy leader in reek and reek to to Rio
[00:15:24] to Rio for tradition for seditious conspiracy he got 22 years Sam I mean how
[00:15:32] was that fair Jefferson Davis himself got two years in jail and yet the
[00:15:37] proud boy leader and reek got 22 years and literally he wasn't even at the
[00:15:43] capital and and literally no evidence linked the proud boys to any
[00:15:50] definitive or detailed planning behind the chaotic breach of the capital on J6
[00:15:54] well I don't see the Republicans doing anything anything to stop this
[00:15:58] or credit accountability or speak up about this at all they made a couple of
[00:16:01] clown statements oh Jim George is digging into it oh my gosh that it wasn't
[00:16:05] fair on TV but that's all that really doing and saying about this Joe should be
[00:16:09] in prison okay Nancy Pelosi should literally be in prison over this right
[00:16:13] absolutely right some more examples here from Roger roots is column he talks
[00:16:19] about Ethan Nordin the highest ranking proud boy member at the scene merely
[00:16:24] led followers in a rambling march around the capital while drinking again of
[00:16:29] perhaps blue ribbon Nordin later entered the capital reluctantly via a wide open
[00:16:35] door after hundreds of others were already in Nordin is now serving drum roll
[00:16:41] please get this 18 years his sentence prison sentences 18 years for simply
[00:16:48] walking into the wide open door of the capital after hundreds of people were
[00:16:54] already inside now the same is true with Stewart Rhodes and the oath
[00:16:57] keepers roads now let me stop you there really quick and make this point I
[00:17:01] interviewed Stewart Rhodes the day before January the 6th I tried to get a hold
[00:17:05] of him on January the 6th to get an update but a government locked all
[00:17:08] communications so I couldn't contact him so I interviewed several people the day
[00:17:12] after as well but I interviewed Stewart Rhodes the day before he was just arriving
[00:17:16] to the capital the day before and he talked a lot about and now they're trying
[00:17:20] to say that I'm guilty with Stewart Rhodes because I'm the one that put him on
[00:17:24] the radio beforehand just like they're trying to attack all these other
[00:17:27] journalists right yeah so this is where they're going with this folks and it
[00:17:31] is absolutely doing the American way of life dirty at this point it's an
[00:17:36] absolute violation of all five guarantees in the first amendment and the
[00:17:40] people that should be in prison are Joe Biden are you know Kamala Harris are
[00:17:45] these different people he said wait a minute they weren't even president at
[00:17:47] the time I know but they were doing siops on the current president at the time
[00:17:52] okay they buried information like Donald Trump tweeted out today people go
[00:17:58] home the shaman came out we have video of it where he basically said Donald
[00:18:02] said go home everybody please go home okay we have evidence after evidence after
[00:18:06] evidence of the cover ups they've made in this thing to where I don't even know
[00:18:12] how to respond it so agree just right but now Stewart Rhodes what 18 year
[00:18:18] prison sentence for what he didn't even go in the capital and he told people not
[00:18:22] to go in like told people not even to go to the event lol yeah yeah Stewart
[00:18:28] Rhodes in fact the Oathkeepers helped at they provided security for speakers
[00:18:34] at the Trump rally earlier in the day in coordination with the secret service
[00:18:38] right they were helping the secret service and but guess what the secret
[00:18:43] service text on January 6th they have mysteriously gone missing and the secret
[00:18:50] service when asked by journalists if they had a relationship and if they were
[00:18:54] working with Stewart Rhodes blatantly lied and then court evidence proved they
[00:18:58] lied where's the purger in prison time for these clowns and journalists
[00:19:04] Steve Baker he he he's a journalist just like he was damn he documented the
[00:19:10] fact that prosecutors and government witnesses committed blatant
[00:19:13] perjury at Stewart Rhodes's trial and even presented false evidence that
[00:19:18] Oathkeepers terrorized a black officer inside the capital but rather than
[00:19:23] investigate such perjury the Department of Justice chose to charge Baker
[00:19:28] the investigative journalist with crimes so you better watch your back
[00:19:34] Sam in every J6 case a disorderly conduct which is only a misdemeanor judges
[00:19:40] and prosecutors have applied a guideline range of sent when it comes to sentencing
[00:19:45] that applies to assault which is a felony and many judges they'll punish the
[00:19:51] J6 defendants with what they call obstruction of justice enhancements if the
[00:19:56] defendant's dare to testify in their own defense but are late now the court
[00:20:00] ruled against these enhancements saying they're unlawful you can't do it now
[00:20:04] all these cases need to be re-educated yeah they really do they need to be
[00:20:11] pardoned they needed just for sure but I want to see them I want to see them be
[00:20:15] re-educated I'm for the pardon but what I don't want to do is have a pardon and
[00:20:19] then you claim when you're guilty but so and so pardoned you what I want is
[00:20:23] the truth to come out about this holding I want transparency and accountability
[00:20:26] for the real criminals who there was an insurrection on January the 6th the
[00:20:30] only question left is who done it and for as you've got government insiders
[00:20:35] that put this clown show together and betrayed the American people it's beyond
[00:20:40] insurrection ladies and gentlemen it's treasonous what's been done yeah the
[00:20:45] exactly right now just to underline the extreme hypocrisy here Roger Roots he
[00:20:54] recently tried a J6 case involving a DC Metro cop who grabbed his his
[00:21:00] clients tiny fiberglass flagpole maliciously broke it in two but he cut his
[00:21:05] finger on the fiberglass so the police officer grabbed this this this flagpole
[00:21:10] from somebody this this tiny fiberglass flagpole grabbed it out of
[00:21:14] somebody's hand he maliciously broke it in two and he happened to cut his
[00:21:18] finger on the side he destroyed the private property of another yeah and
[00:21:23] and he cut his finger on the fiberglass and guess what his client we is now
[00:21:29] in jail for having assaulted a federal officer comma causing bodily injury
[00:21:36] end of quote one of the most serious charges in the US criminal code now this
[00:21:40] this guy is it is now waiting sentencing and the body cam footage clearly
[00:21:46] showed the officer held the flagpole between his two hands when he broke it
[00:21:50] yeah so it is so it's just beyond the pale Sam but here's the problem it it
[00:21:57] disturbs me about what they're doing here but the cover up is one problem that's
[00:22:04] beyond even the actions taken place on that day but furthermore the Republicans
[00:22:08] aren't really doing anything about this at all they're too busy spending into
[00:22:11] oblivion with 1.2 trillion dollars breaking their own rules to get it past
[00:22:14] while they do nothing about innocence in prison while the criminals run free and
[00:22:19] you say Sam why are you so fired up about this because me and Richard Mac told
[00:22:24] people not to go to the Capitol I didn't go to the Capitol yes I interviewed
[00:22:28] Stuart Rhodes who was on the ground there to try to get an update on what was
[00:22:31] actually happening but is that a crime well in their world it is I'm pushing
[00:22:37] back because hey have Stuart gets 18 years and they're saying Sam's the guy
[00:22:40] that you know interviewed him the day before what where does that leave me when
[00:22:45] Steve Baker is literally got arrested for what he's a qualified journalist now
[00:22:52] the debate is what is a qualified journalist and I'm not a qualified journalist
[00:22:55] in the sense that I haven't gone to journalism school or usually though they
[00:22:59] give you work experience every year that you're in the work experience you
[00:23:02] know they give you I've got literally almost 30 years of work experience and
[00:23:06] developing software for the broadcast community and owning and running an
[00:23:11] FCC license radio station for a decade and I mean I've got credentials I would
[00:23:16] call myself a broadcast journalist rather than a traditional written
[00:23:19] journalist nevertheless I would say look are they gonna come for me next this is
[00:23:24] gotta stop but you know what they're ratcheting up round two arrests and
[00:23:30] investigations and and all this kind of stuff on people now but the Republicans
[00:23:35] are doing nothing about it nothing that's right Sam January 6th prosecutions have
[00:23:41] shattered boundaries of normalcy regarding criminal justice pre-done raids with
[00:23:45] flashbang grenades and armored vehicles had never previously been used for
[00:23:50] misdemeanor arrests in fact almost no retiree of the FBI remembers the agency
[00:23:56] ever actually arrest anyone for misdemeanors and Sam that's another quote from
[00:24:02] Roger Roots is great article and I and Steve Baker has four misdemeanors and
[00:24:07] that's all and they're just clown misdemeanors too so not only would type
[00:24:11] misdemeanors in many cases but in the case of Stuart Rhodes or Steve Baker and
[00:24:15] these others they never even went into the capital yeah yeah I just don't
[00:24:19] understand this stuff so crazy all right hold on ladies and then we've got a lot
[00:24:26] more coming hard hitting talk at your fingertips the low Nelson's on your radio
[00:24:29] Antonio that right now the campaign for liberty dot org is the website get
[00:24:35] involved in campaign for liberty everywhere you are campaign for liberty dot org

[00:25:10] now since Friday's terrorist attack at a packed rock concert hall in Moscow radical
[00:25:14] islamist leaders with ISIS K claiming credit for the attack vice president
[00:25:19] Kamala Harris with reporters over the weekend what has happened in an active
[00:25:22] terrorism and the number of people who've been killed is obviously a tragedy
[00:25:26] and we should all send our condolences to those families in the wake of the
[00:25:30] attack Russian authorities have been pointing the finger at Ukraine as a bloody
[00:25:35] ground war between the two countries continues Ukrainian president Vladimir
[00:25:40] Zelensky accusing Russia of trying to shift blame millions of americans across

[00:28:05] in dire straits unfortunately most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they
[00:28:11] claim to address the issues even worse many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed
[00:28:17] servings of what got us into the mess we currently face and the politicians think we're so
[00:28:22] gullible and naive that will buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they

[00:30:06] you
[00:30:23] be within
[00:30:25] uh...
[00:30:26] is that a whole so this show you're breaking up really bad lol hold on just a second
[00:30:30] welcome to liberty around table live i'm saying bushman low nelson's with me campaign for liberty
[00:30:35] dot org is his website and we're getting a little bit of break up from your
[00:30:39] law i'm not sure if there's any changes you can make there but uh...
[00:30:44] you know it's about the same go ahead
[00:30:53] okay
[00:30:54] so so
[00:30:56] talking about the j6
[00:31:00] justice
[00:31:03] yeah we're gonna have we're going to have a call you really quick and see if
[00:31:05] we can't put you on the on the line another way it was working great
[00:31:08] and it broke starts breaking up and stuff like that
[00:31:11] uh... we'll get to that but this is serious business there's a movie folks
[00:31:13] want to tell you about
[00:31:15] uh... it's a documentary film from the nineteen fifties kind of the world is
[00:31:19] at was as kind of the idea man sometimes it's very hard in the sea of
[00:31:26] you know the news cycle in all the different things that changes it's
[00:31:29] hard to kind of realize how things used to be how things ought to be how things
[00:31:33] were
[00:31:34] uh... law i'm just explaining it's a nineteen fifties movie how the world was
[00:31:38] it's really hard in modern day with all the different things around us to
[00:31:41] really understand
[00:31:42] how was it used to or how did it used to be sometimes a refresher course on
[00:31:46] that is really critical well i love the fact that they made this movie at the
[00:31:51] modern movie but it's uh... it's about the nineteen fifties and like you said
[00:31:55] and they sub title of chapter one of the document series well first of all
[00:32:00] the title to chapter one is called four died
[00:32:03] trying
[00:32:04] but the subtitle is really uh...
[00:32:06] perfect it says to see where we are
[00:32:09] look where we've been
[00:32:11] and and i and so i just want to give us brief mention this documentary
[00:32:15] sam for those uh... listeners of ours who take notes and want to see
[00:32:19] that you actually documentaries i just love that subtitle
[00:32:23] to see where we are
[00:32:25] we got a look where we've been
[00:32:27] right because those who control our present and wish to control our future
[00:32:30] they're the ones who are really trying really hard to control our
[00:32:34] path making rewrite history
[00:32:36] in this way
[00:32:37] then they can help obfuscate the way we were so that today doesn't look so bad
[00:32:42] right
[00:32:43] if but if we could you if you can look back fifty
[00:32:46] seventy five years look at the way things were compared with the way things are
[00:32:51] then it's a more stark contrast in it and it is shocks a person into realizing
[00:32:57] how far down
[00:32:58] the road to gamora we've gone
[00:33:01] and so that's why i really like that the only
[00:33:04] and that's primarily the reason why i i'm going to watch this when it comes out
[00:33:09] for died trying by the way explorer the lies the importance of assassinations
[00:33:13] of john f kennedy Malcolm x martin Luther King and
[00:33:16] junior and robert f kennedy so
[00:33:19] these are four gentlemen who tried died trying to do something you know for
[00:33:24] for humanity
[00:33:25] uh... now you may have some bones to pick with some of these people but
[00:33:29] you know this this uh... the great thing about this movie probably i mean i
[00:33:33] haven't seen it yet is the fact how it depicts life in the nineteen fifty
[00:33:38] and the nineteen sixties right i mean that depiction of life then compared
[00:33:42] with life now i think will be a stark contrast
[00:33:45] and will help people to see how far
[00:33:48] down the drain we have sunk uh... in america today sam
[00:33:54] you got that right and it's a movie that in my opinion needs to be made and
[00:33:58] it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree with some of these people that the
[00:34:01] point is the documentation history
[00:34:03] how things were
[00:34:04] and putting in perspective of what has changed since
[00:34:08] and clearly making sure that we understand and realize that
[00:34:11] and like i say it's very hard to kind of think back and remember what it was
[00:34:14] like when i know life was way different before computers i mean i grew up
[00:34:18] without computers i grew up
[00:34:19] hey i was old enough to remember when we got our first microwave in our
[00:34:22] first colored tv and this kind of stuff and i look at that go whoa i remember
[00:34:26] an fm radio came out and stuff like that people you know we don't have internet
[00:34:29] phones and anything like we have today well those are just some of the
[00:34:33] technical changes what about the
[00:34:35] proper rule of government changes in the limitations
[00:34:37] and the checks and balances and you know even if people disagreed on things
[00:34:41] they had civility and they were kind and respectful to one another it was a
[00:34:44] different world low
[00:34:47] yeah back when we had chivalry for example i mean i just
[00:34:51] with just uh... talking earlier uh... i guess yesterday with somebody about uh...
[00:34:56] on the on the Titanic there was uh... uh... thirty year old
[00:35:00] artist nurse teacher who you know most women and children got into the
[00:35:05] lifeboats but this gal did not why will because uh...
[00:35:08] issues helping the wounded uh... there on not a ship but
[00:35:12] but see back in those days the women and children they got into lifeboats
[00:35:16] first why because of chivalry right that's what gentleman did they're the ones
[00:35:21] they said okay women children first in the lifeboats well do we have chivalry
[00:35:24] today
[00:35:25] can you can you look around and and honestly tell me we have chivalry today why i
[00:35:30] don't think so maybe
[00:35:31] you know some families obviously do but well i need to try to be chivalry
[00:35:35] you'll be attacked relentlessly for it
[00:35:41] so it's great how dare you instead of chivalry you're a big it you're a
[00:35:45] hater you're up uh... you know you you whatever you gotta get the me tube
[00:35:49] moving against your something right
[00:35:52] so the point is you know that this uh... documentary is going to help us
[00:35:57] contrast today versus yesterday and uh... i think it's gonna be very very
[00:36:01] helpful so mark it down folks uh... when it comes out
[00:36:05] afforded trying is chapter one of this documentary
[00:36:08] and uh... basically the world as it was remember that title the world as it was
[00:36:13] and see it when it comes out later this year
[00:36:15] them
[00:36:17] all right there you have it ladies and gentlemen you know um... usually you
[00:36:20] see uh... governments getting more tyrannical around the world
[00:36:24] and then what you see is over time it comes to a quote theater
[00:36:27] near you pardon the pun since we just talked about a movie but that's what we're
[00:36:31] seeing right now it's continuing to
[00:36:33] i don't know what you want to call it um... tighten the news on the united
[00:36:37] states
[00:36:38] in oak canada
[00:36:40] lull
[00:36:41] the parliament moves to impose potential life imprisonment for speech crimes
[00:36:48] yeah you mentioned this story last week sam i know but it fits so well in
[00:36:52] try discussion today i thought i mentioned it again because the rest of our
[00:36:55] discussion today is about ones out uh... in a little right to speak out his
[00:37:01] mind is freedom of conscience it's freedom of speech it's freedom to choose
[00:37:05] to listen to whomever you want to listen right and so john fainterley wrote this
[00:37:10] column is posted at wrong polis to do dot org he says this quote there's been a
[00:37:15] steady criminalization of speech including even jokes and religious speech in
[00:37:20] canada uh... now now he says the canadian parliament is moving toward a new
[00:37:26] change that would allow the imposition of life imprisonment on those who
[00:37:30] post views deemed supportive of genocide
[00:37:35] young line harms act or bill c-63
[00:37:39] increases the potential penalties from five years to life imprisonment it also
[00:37:44] increases the penalty for the willful promotion of hatred
[00:37:47] a dangerously ill-defined crime meaning it's ambiguously divine meaning they can
[00:37:53] basically turn turn anything into a crime that they want
[00:37:56] anyway from two years to five years he says there's also a chilling option
[00:38:01] for house arrest if a judge believes a defendant will commit
[00:38:05] and offense in other words if a judge thinks that a citizen is about
[00:38:10] to to commit a crime and and try to speak freely again uh... they will be
[00:38:14] arrested so it's just a brief mention of something you hit last week's
[00:38:19] ham but i but i want to mention here again because it fits hand in glove with
[00:38:25] what's happening in the u-s congress the tiktok totalitarians
[00:38:31] daniel mcadams bring this out in the column posted also at wrong follows to
[00:38:35] doot dot or keep posted last monday and again it's about the freedom of speech
[00:38:39] the freedom of conscience the freedom to consume whatever speech you want
[00:38:44] on wednesday march thirteen this is just two weeks ago folks the u-s house past
[00:38:49] h-r seventy five twenty one by vote of three hundred fifty two to sixty five
[00:38:56] that's an overwhelming vote sam it gives the president authority to shut down
[00:39:01] any new source whose content the current administration finds objectionable
[00:39:08] h-r seventy five and let me stop you there for a second lol to say this congress
[00:39:12] doesn't have that authority there's no way they can give it to the president
[00:39:15] this is criminal in every one of them that voted for it should be arrested on the
[00:39:18] spot absolutely rights and uh... it's entitled the this act is entitled h-r seventy five
[00:39:24] twenty one is entitled quote protecting americans from foreign adversary controlled
[00:39:31] applications act into quote right as a long title but they have a foreign
[00:39:36] adversary almost favored nation trading partner congress
[00:39:40] yeah exactly but guess what sam all four of u-tos representatives
[00:39:46] voted for this bill absolutely dishonest immoral criminal
[00:39:53] in my humble opinion to which i'm entitled uh... mistake ladies and gentlemen
[00:39:57] this is disaster
[00:39:58] yeah this is so if the president determines without due process in fact sam
[00:40:03] you don't even have to to be
[00:40:06] have found guilty of something if they can just that they if they think
[00:40:10] that you get a new source that's just tick-tock for example or for liberty
[00:40:14] roundtable dot com for another example if they even suspected the president
[00:40:18] determines that a new source is run by
[00:40:22] quote a person subject to the direction or control of a foreign personal or
[00:40:27] entity and quote as long as that foreign personality is declared to be an
[00:40:31] adversary united states
[00:40:33] then set the president
[00:40:35] then the president may shut it down
[00:40:37] so let me ask you i'll understand before you ask me right let me just say this
[00:40:41] so think about it if i interview save a lot of our putin
[00:40:45] and of lot of most control and could they just up me down
[00:40:49] same
[00:40:49] uh... where does this go now ready for your question
[00:40:53] okay sam as a producer of the content for liberty roundtable
[00:40:57] are you some bushman subject to the direction or control of a foreign
[00:41:02] personality known to be or declared to be an adversary of united states
[00:41:06] absolutely not
[00:41:09] yeah
[00:41:10] yeah you say that today but if the president seems you are
[00:41:13] they will shut you down
[00:41:15] deniel again he he declared he says this is a quote this demon of the bill
[00:41:20] well actually allow the u.s. government to determine what americans can read
[00:41:25] and thereby what they will think
[00:41:28] and the quote
[00:41:29] it's so true sam in there is i didn't interview lot of her putin but tucker did
[00:41:36] lumb
[00:41:37] they want to get back a tucker sam they want him off the air
[00:41:41] that that's what did this is all about
[00:41:43] sam and they want him off the air the ones you'll rogan off the air they want
[00:41:47] you off the air
[00:41:48] they want anybody who is saying anything contrary to the the regimes
[00:41:52] narrative
[00:41:54] they want them banned they want them off the air
[00:41:57] not only will they throw you off the air but they'll throw you the prison
[00:41:59] sam
[00:42:00] that's what's behind this bill
[00:42:03] and it is it is it's terrible
[00:42:05] it is absolutely terrible now government apologies claim that twitter
[00:42:10] and its owner elan must or biased toward russia
[00:42:14] right that's what they claim so obviously musk is a foreign adversary control
[00:42:18] they got a shut it down rumble claims to be a lettery speech
[00:42:23] but go ahead
[00:42:24] what if i quote a russia today story
[00:42:27] uh... we're about to have a huge event of the constitutional chair some peace
[00:42:31] officers association
[00:42:32] uh... we're about to release it keep an eye out for that next day or two the
[00:42:35] details
[00:42:36] it's gonna be april the seventeenth in vegas at the a her in hotel
[00:42:40] but we're gonna have russian press there and we're gonna have london press
[00:42:43] there does that mean i'm under control
[00:42:47] yeah i think they say you are sam you are they don't have to take you to court
[00:42:51] they don't have to prove anything they just have to
[00:42:53] declare
[00:42:54] you to be foreign adversary control well would
[00:42:58] shut you down what would prompt these congress members to do this little
[00:43:02] certainly they should see through this right
[00:43:05] well what they're doing is because they want to ban tiktok they think the china
[00:43:10] who owns tiktok and runs tiktok is planting um... you know i'll cut a
[00:43:15] verse you are the ones that voted make
[00:43:17] china the most favorite nation trading partner
[00:43:20] it's crazy maybe they're under federal gett or maybe they're under common
[00:43:24] as chinese control all
[00:43:26] maybe we need to go ahead and arrest them and shut them down
[00:43:29] that's far more likely than any other
[00:43:32] uh... uh... thing has been suggested sam
[00:43:35] yeah i think they are under foreign control when you when you come out down
[00:43:38] to it that the powers
[00:43:40] that be the black deep state that people there probably
[00:43:44] under their control i mean they're the ones contributing massive dollar amounts
[00:43:48] to the campaign
[00:43:49] coffers of these u.s congressman
[00:43:52] so yeah i think that's a much better uh... that thing to to to to claim
[00:43:56] so so even rumble rumble claims to be a free speech platform they even allow
[00:44:01] media submitted by russia and the rean
[00:44:05] obviously rumble is foreign adversary control you had a shut it down right
[00:44:09] the run poll liberty report often criticizes the u.s regime
[00:44:13] particularly intervention is foreign policy obviously obviously talk
[00:44:17] they are for an adversary control that run public boy
[00:44:24] yeah i think you know how george bush bite on foreign entities
[00:44:28] uh... and then he you know got caught in the center now just fine spying on
[00:44:31] the foreign people that doesn't really relate to you in america and then it
[00:44:34] turned out that it was everybody in america and he's like oh yeah i guess
[00:44:36] you're right it is everybody and then congress back to his plans that have put
[00:44:39] throwing him in prison this is identical to that
[00:44:43] wow
[00:44:44] yeah
[00:44:45] they they think that you know every single independent conservative media
[00:44:49] outlet
[00:44:50] that is sympathetic to donald trump
[00:44:53] folks they will be in the crosshairs
[00:44:55] a present by and when this bill becomes law
[00:44:59] right because by the name his regime has consistently accused trump even after
[00:45:03] all these years of being in putons back pocket
[00:45:07] right even after this conspiracy has been unasked and proven to be fault
[00:45:12] this russia hope stuff it was a hope everybody knows it
[00:45:16] but the by the regime continues to push and press and prosecute
[00:45:20] trump and anybody associate with trump
[00:45:23] uh... of being in putons back pocket just like tucker croc he must be in
[00:45:27] putons back pocket
[00:45:29] now talker spoke out about this bill too little
[00:45:32] yeah he did he said this bill quote is the most far reaching act of censorship
[00:45:37] in history
[00:45:38] of the united states
[00:45:40] it's an attack on the right of american citizens to receive their information
[00:45:45] from any source they choose
[00:45:47] end of quote
[00:45:48] right and in senator on put a rand paul jumps in he says this quote
[00:45:53] in the lady chinese communism is not
[00:45:56] the way to combat chinese communism
[00:45:59] indecrote well you can bet sam that senator rand paul will be voting against
[00:46:03] bill into u.s. senate
[00:46:05] and i'll bet that you toss in a mic li also votes against it too but folks
[00:46:10] please put call your senators today
[00:46:13] and politely but firmly insist that they kill
[00:46:16] this horrific encroachment
[00:46:18] upon our liberty
[00:46:20] but i don't know speaks out about this too low
[00:46:23] yeah he certainly does
[00:46:25] this column is also posted around paul institute dot org
[00:46:29] uh... and he goes into the history behind the first amendment
[00:46:34] you know talking about uh... basically you know negative right and positive
[00:46:38] rights basically a positive right grant the privilege kind of like a
[00:46:41] driver's license as a privilege to do something
[00:46:44] a negative right restrained government from interfering with a pre-existing
[00:46:47] rights
[00:46:48] and so he asked his question
[00:46:51] a great question by the way says if
[00:46:53] the freedom of speech preceded government then where did it come from
[00:46:57] that's the question well you and i both know that
[00:47:00] it's a natural right it comes with our humanity
[00:47:03] it comes yes but we got to highlight god it's a god's the sovereign and he
[00:47:08] delegated and gave us this authority law
[00:47:11] yes absolutely right it comes from our
[00:47:15] uh... our god
[00:47:16] uh... it's an anionable right you have it because it comes with your being
[00:47:20] born into
[00:47:22] this world congress doesn't grant the freedom of speech
[00:47:25] it in fact it's prohibited from interfering with it that's a purpose of
[00:47:29] the first amendment right
[00:47:31] it should have been called the list of prohibitions by the way not to build
[00:47:34] rights because it's a list of the things government may not do
[00:47:39] that's what the first amendment says government may not you speak or
[00:47:42] vanish
[00:47:43] if you speak spanish to say no let's focus
[00:47:45] can't
[00:47:47] yeah no touch is right
[00:47:50] uh... and and so
[00:47:52] uh... and apolitano says that that that in the years following the ratification
[00:47:56] of the fourteen amendment
[00:47:58] uh... unfortunately the courts began applying the restriction in the first
[00:48:02] amendment to the state to the municipalities into their subdivisions
[00:48:06] now i don't believe the fourteen amendment was ratified properly and i've
[00:48:09] gone through that
[00:48:10] you know there shows how it was illegally ratified
[00:48:14] uh... but so much but but everything's been ratified in the in the comfort
[00:48:19] this incorporation doctrine
[00:48:21] it's an insidious doctrine by which state and local sovereignty has been eroded
[00:48:26] over the past one hundred fifty years
[00:48:28] also a doctor and that i'd be quite regularly on my terrestrial radio shows
[00:48:33] you can find it soundcloud dot com slash ktalk media
[00:48:36] but today folks that first amendment bars all government federal state and
[00:48:41] local
[00:48:42] all branches of government legislative executive and judicial
[00:48:45] from interfering with the freedom of speech
[00:48:49] which would not by listening to congress today
[00:48:52] the very same congress that cannot balance the budget account number of four
[00:48:55] military bases
[00:48:57] zone
[00:48:58] the the same congress that things that can write any wrong and tax any event
[00:49:03] that has borrowed over thirty four trillion dollars and not paid any of it back
[00:49:07] if same congress now wants to give the president of the united states
[00:49:11] the lawful power to suppress the website that he thinks
[00:49:15] are spying on their users or or permitting foreign government
[00:49:18] to influence what people see on the website
[00:49:22] but it's all up because they don't even have the authority themselves much
[00:49:25] less the ability to delegate it to another it's criminal and it's enterprise
[00:49:29] and it needs to be called out as such and stop
[00:49:32] ladies and gentlemen so is the due process issue for donald trump where they want
[00:49:36] to say you've got to pay four hundred fifty four million dollars almost a half
[00:49:40] a billion before you can even continue your appeal or receive due process
[00:49:44] well i don't know if you know but is late breaking news right now in the air
[00:49:48] uh... judge now came out this appellate court came out and said oh donald doesn't
[00:49:52] have to pay as much the only aspect hundred and uh... like seventy five
[00:49:55] a million now
[00:49:57] so it's not for a few four million now it's only a hundred seventy five and i
[00:50:01] appreciate that reduction
[00:50:03] but that's still criminal is still violates the amendment nevertheless law
[00:50:07] so i appreciate that is lower but it's still wrong and unconstitutional and
[00:50:11] violates new process
[00:50:12] but they're violating due process for everybody all the time now
[00:50:16] yeah just look at the j6 article we covered already this morning sam
[00:50:21] the the uh... violations of uh... and abuses of our are so-called system of
[00:50:26] justice
[00:50:27] here it's where prosecutors are able to mention
[00:50:31] text uh... you know showing that uh... the the the the j6 defendant you know said
[00:50:36] something that was objectionable but the defense is not able to bring into
[00:50:42] evidence all of the text where the j6 defendant said all of the said the good
[00:50:47] things that prove his it proved his innocence you know that the disproved his
[00:50:51] guilt right
[00:50:52] so there's this this imbalance in our so-called system of justice
[00:50:56] where court donald allow all evidence to be considered
[00:51:01] you know whether it's a jury trial or just a judge trial
[00:51:04] uh... if if the judge disallows the evidence from bring brought forth and it's
[00:51:09] not a fair trial
[00:51:11] and yet this is what we are dealing with right now so
[00:51:15] it's it's uh... it's horrible the other thing is a polytonal does in his
[00:51:18] article sam
[00:51:19] he talks about uh... mass fear
[00:51:22] he says that throughout american history we have suffered from mass fears
[00:51:27] in the seventeen ninety's it was fear of the french and of native americans
[00:51:30] in the eighteen sixty's it was fear of african americans and fear of confederates
[00:51:35] in the nineteen hundred's it was fear of anarchist
[00:51:38] uh... of nazis and of communists
[00:51:40] in the first quarter of the present century government whipped up the fear of
[00:51:43] terrorists of russians of sedans who say in the Vladimir Putin and now the
[00:51:49] fear of the chinese
[00:51:51] well in is a nineteen eighty four uh...
[00:51:54] uh... in his dystopian novel nineteen eighty four george orwell
[00:51:58] analyze the totalitarian mind and recognize the need that's what are the
[00:52:03] totalitarian tab for fear and hatred
[00:52:06] they know
[00:52:07] that when folks are afraid they will bargain away
[00:52:10] the reality of liberty for the illusion of safety
[00:52:14] without fear and hatred totalitarian tab you're tools for control of the
[00:52:20] population
[00:52:21] in the quote sam
[00:52:22] at this is i'm quote i was quoting uh... judge and in the polatano and it's
[00:52:26] all the polatano is spot on this little
[00:52:30] yeah spot on
[00:52:32] and and so i emphasize this point
[00:52:34] but as a lesson for us today
[00:52:36] we must not allow fear to all the logic and reason
[00:52:40] that's what's going on and we got the u.s house pat
[00:52:43] uh...
[00:52:44] it's a little bit
[00:52:46] so that they can take
[00:52:48] but you wait and
[00:52:50] in one or two or three five years
[00:52:52] they will turn that on you they will turn that on american companies
[00:52:57] and american news sources and and and just band them out right that i'm
[00:53:01] in prison
[00:53:02] and we are in a much deeper doodoo in it we have it we were living in a
[00:53:07] totalitarian police state right today
[00:53:10] and the
[00:53:11] people we have liberty when the people are afraid of the government we
[00:53:14] have to read and that's really the bottom line of his whole discussion
[00:53:18] whether it's j6th and the insurrection that took place by government
[00:53:21] inciders betraying the people
[00:53:23] uh... whether it's uh... this issue about journalists getting arrested for
[00:53:27] doing their job and reporting the who what when where why of a story
[00:53:30] right on back to this tiktok issue for the average citizen
[00:53:34] due processes being obliterated
[00:53:37] they're treating us like enemy combatants and what they're using for this by
[00:53:40] the way is the war powers
[00:53:42] that's never been really rescinded in america they believe were really at
[00:53:45] wartime right now that i want to admit that publicly
[00:53:47] uh... so they want to use different terms to but the fact is
[00:53:51] they're considering a centimacam batons and that's why they don't afford due
[00:53:54] process to us little
[00:53:57] while it's uh... it's tyrannical family
[00:54:00] so please folks push back hit up your u.s congressman
[00:54:03] to study your senators to to to vote against this bill this hr
[00:54:08] uh... seventy five twenty one
[00:54:10] uh... because that goes through we will lose a big part of america right
[00:54:16] before our eyes ladies and gentlemen
[00:54:19] that's it flat out of time low nelson my friend thank you so much incredible
