Radio Show Hour 2 – 02/20/2025

* Sandra Merritt Prevails in Decade-Long Legal Battle Exposing Planned Parenthood’s Sale of Aborted Baby Parts - Harry Mihet - LC.org, @libertycounsel.

* Ten years ago, Sandra’s undercover videos revealed Planned Parenthood doctors and officials openly bragging about performing dangerous and illegal partial-birth abortions to fuel their equally unlawful human-organ trafficking, money-making scheme. Some of those babies were purposefully delivered alive, only to be butchered while the children lived and breathed in order to sell their organs at an even higher price on the human-organ trafficking circuit.

Not one Planned Parenthood official was charged with a crime or went to jail. Instead, California’s then-attorney general, Kamala Harris, instigated a criminal investigation — not into Planned Parenthood — but against Sandra Merritt. Sandra was slapped with 16 felony charges and faced 10 years in prison, plus exorbitant fines that would bankrupt the pro-life grandmother turned whistleblower.

* The Biden administration used the FACE Act to punish pro-lifers. President Trump pardoned 23 pro-life advocates, but the FACE Act still stands, allowing state and federal prosecutors to use as a weapon.

* Both the House and Senate now have bills to repeal FACE. We must use that advantage to protect all future pro-life warriors! Demand Congress pass the FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025.

* Let's Defund 'Murder' Falsely Labeled As Abortion Once And For All!

* Troy Newman: Dear Friend of Operation Rescue, Great news: President Trump has decided to investigate abortion pills! You and I both know how deadly abortion pills can be, and this is a huge step in the right direction – but we need President Trump to go just a little further.

The abortion cartel has created a booming business around abortion – pills and surgical – based on the lie that abortion is one of the “safest procedures a woman can have.” - Operation Rescue knows just how false that claim is.

* Peter "Scoop" Stanton, Host of The 75 Radio Show - Reports Live From CPAC! - 75Radio.org

* CPAC kicks off with Trump and Vance expected to speak at 4-day conservative event!

* Poll: 3 in 4 Americans Dissatisfied With Public Education - Alex Newman, TheNewsAmerican.com

* Tom Homan Repeats Warning: DOJ Looking Into Ocasio-Cortez Webinar - R. Cort Kirkwood, TheNewAmerican.com

* Mitch McConnell Announces His Political Retirement – Will NOT Seek Re-Election to Senate Next Year - Cullen Linebarger, TheGatewayPundit.com

* US House drops mind-blowing exposé implicating Joe Biden in treason - DC Daily Journal.

The dirt on the Biden admin is coming to the surface. It’s worse than anyone thought.

[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, Sam Bushman, hard-hitting talk. Liberty Roundtable Live, promoting God, family, country, protecting life, liberty, and property. Doing so, Eldon Stahl alongside for the ride, John Burtz Society, JBS.org, the new American, doing a great job.

[00:00:41] This is the broadcast for February the 20th in the year of our Lord 2025. Ladies and gentlemen, there's some good news. Sandra Merritt prevails in decade-long legal battle exposing Planned Parenthood. This is great, great news. Our dear buddy, Matt Staver over at Liberty Council, doing a great job.

[00:01:11] Call them the liberators, to say the least. This is great. Sandra Merritt prevails in decade-legal battle exposing Planned Parenthood's selling of baby parts is basically the bottom line with this thing. It's just shocking.

[00:01:31] Over 10 years ago, Sandra Merritt uncovered videos that revealed that Planned Parenthood doctors and officials are openly bragging about dangerous operations to deliver babies alive, and then to harvest their organs, and then to sell them. And the government was involved in this, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:01:59] Sandra Merritt, a grandma, went undercover and had videos proving that not only were they delivering babies alive and harvesting their organs, organs, but selling those organs. Well, what happened, just so everybody knows, not one Planned Parenthood official went to jail or was even charged with a crime. But what did happen is California's then Attorney General Kamala Harris literally filed charges against Sandra Merritt, right?

[00:02:31] She was slapped with 16 federal charges. I guess the prison sentence was 10 years, not to mention exorbitant fees that would bankrupt the whistleblower. Anyway, the bottom line is the Biden administration used the, quote, FACE Act to punish pro-lifers.

[00:02:53] President Trump already pardoned 23 pro-life advocates, but the FACE Act still stands allowing these thugs to use it as a weapon. So both the House and the Senate now have bills to repeal the FACE Act. We must use this advantage to protect all pro-life lawyers, demand Congress pass the, they call it the FACE Act Repeal Act, just so you kind of know.

[00:03:23] Eldon, I want you to jump in on this thing. This is one of the most important issues we could take on right now. This is why I'm saying Congress is just, they want to, you know, put AM radio in every car. Why don't they stop murder? Why don't they stop organ, say, you know, murdering babies and delivering them alive, stealing their organs, selling their organs? I mean, this is probably one of the top stories in the country. Sandra's been battling for 10 years.

[00:03:52] It's great that she goes free, but we need to just be getting started on the solutions to this. Government has become an enemy of the people when it comes to abortion and murder and the transfer and sale of literally baby body parts. Ellen? Well, first off, the proper term for what we're talking about is prenatal infanticide.

[00:04:15] We need to use that term and not something that clouds and obfuscates or is a euphemism for what we're talking about. We're talking about prenatal infanticide, killing the most innocent among us. We need to speak the truth without equivocating. And so that's really what these people fear. They fear exposure.

[00:04:44] They fear people realizing the truth of the horrific, you know, this is like the Greek or Roman mythology of Saturn who ate her babies. That's what the Saturn was. But we need to get government back to protecting the most innocent among us. And the FACE Act itself, that was pushed.

[00:05:14] Supposedly it was supposed to protect access to both these prenatal infanticide clinics and churches. Well, it's only been used for the former and not the latter. That is, of course, it was planned that way. Of course, nothing in politics happens by accident.

[00:05:38] And so now we have this just absolute perversion of government putting people in jail for 10 years for blocking entrance to a prenatal infanticide mill. It's horrific. Well, and I've been explaining to people this is interesting how that can even happen. How in America can it happen?

[00:06:07] To where a group can literally get in bed with the government, deliver babies that are alive, murder them and steal their organs and then sell those body parts. And they bragged about how if they deliver it just right, the more pristine they deliver the organs and everything else, the more money they make. And when they were bragging on this, Sandra went undercover, blew the whistle on this.

[00:06:31] And for 10 years, Sandra has been in jail and fighting these charges where nobody from Planned Parenthood has had any accountability at all except for getting more taxpayer dollars. Eldon, that's all that's happened. They've got a bunch of taxpayer money continually while Sandra's fought for her, quote, free life. Yeah, yeah, that's right.

[00:07:00] You know, for some perspective on this, in the blue book of the John Burr Society, Robert Welch, the founder, he said that the biggest threat in New Orleans, the biggest threat to our liberties in the United States is the rise of the amoral man.

[00:07:26] The, not the immoral man, but the amoral man, person without any morals whatsoever. Not the person that recognizes a moral code, but one that does not recognize any moral code above, you know, their own desires, you might say. And this is, of course, one example is what we're talking about today.

[00:07:53] No regard for human life, for any humanity whatsoever. Just money, enriching yourself at the expense of the most innocent among us. Looking the other way and rationalizing it as, well, it's just choice or it's somehow we're, you know, we're providing a medical service or all these euphemisms, right?

[00:08:24] That is, no society can survive that for long. When that cancer grows and festers, it must be eradicated. All I can tell you is that this is serious, folks. And I bring it up because we're really, Sam Bushman and Richard Mack are making a huge push right now for pro-life.

[00:08:48] When Sandra Merritt finally gets released and all that kind of stuff, or she's released, when we know what went on because of the undercover videos, when we've got a pro-life president and a pro-life vice president, we've got a majority in the White House, in the House, and in the Senate, and in the courts, and we, the people, for the most part, reject, you know, murder on demand.

[00:09:14] And, you know, you've got these murder medications, these abortion pills where a girl, all she has to do is get a, you know, a black package in the mail or whatever. No one knows what it is. She can go into her house, take this medication, literally murder her baby. That's the new way, chemical murder medication. And they're shipping it across state lines, even in states that consider that to be murder and a crime.

[00:09:40] The general government on Joe Biden's watch basically said, that's fine, you can ship these murder meds everywhere. And now Texas and others are pushing back saying, no, absolutely not. This is going to stop. This is where we, the people, need to really jump in and get involved here, Eldon. In my mind, like nobody's business. What a window. What an opportunity to really stand for pro-life. And right now it seems like we're just not engaged as a people, right?

[00:10:08] Well, we're still allowing the judges to tell us what to do. And really the judges, they don't have so much power as we allow them to exercise. That's something that we just need to, we need to stand up and say, you know what? The Constitution is supreme. The Constitution is not the court.

[00:10:37] They are two separate things. The people created the court. Well, actually, the people created the Congress through the Constitution. Which created the courts? The lower courts. The only court created by the Constitution was the Supreme Court. Hang tight. Liberty Roundtable Live. Bypass the mainstream narrative with Liberty News Radio at LibertyNewsRadio.com. [00:13:05] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. Sam Bushman, Eldon Stahl on your radio. So Troy Newman just emailed me. Dear friend of Operation Rescue, Troy Newman writes. Troy Newman is the president of the organization over there. Does a great job. He's put his life in plenty of jeopardy situations on the sacred cause of liberty. But Troy Newman, dear friend of Operation Rescue. Right?

[00:13:36] Then he says, great news. President Trump has decided to investigate abortion pills. You and I both know how deadly abortion pills can be. And this is a huge step in the right direction, but we need President Trump to go a step further. The abortion cartels have created this narrative. A quote, booming business around abortion pills. I call it murder medication.

[00:14:03] And surgical based, you know, murders of babies on this lie that abortion is one of the, quote, safest procedures a woman can have. Then it basically says, Operation Rescue knows just how false that claim is. And you do too, my fellow Americans. They say we investigate abortion deaths every day. And it's disaster.

[00:14:31] In fact, they say we just started looking into another one. So we have got to got to stand up now. And so my question is, CPAC has been kind of a Christian religious kind of group and whatever. And CPAC now is starting right now today. So Scoop Stanton, Peter Scoop Stanton, 75 Radio, Radio 75, is with us now from CPAC. You just got your badge, right? Yes, I did.

[00:15:01] Good morning, Sam. It was a real cross this morning. Vice President Prince was scheduled to speak this morning. So I got here about 9.15, 9.30 local time, parked the car, walked in. And, of course, they had a long line for Secret Service. And I decided since they got a long line for Secret Service, I'm not going to bring all my equipment in today. So I got in line. And then I went to the media badging area.

[00:15:27] And it was shut down until 10.45 when the Vice President was speaking. So bad on CPAC for just having a whole bunch of media people shut out. Some people got notices saying that the Vice President was coming in the morning, get your badges early or the day before. Other people, such as myself, were not. So people were very upset at CPAC for that. So, you know, CPAC needs to step up in that direction. Is it crowded this time?

[00:15:57] Is it well attended this time? Or do you think it's a dearth? What do you think? I'd say it's a little bit more crowded than last year. In terms of media, there's a lot more media this year. Newsmax has a huge section of real estate. Epic Times is a sponsor on Libby News Radio. It has a very big section of real estate. Also, Mike Lindell, he has a huge setup with his media company. A local talker, WMAL, is here, as well as other stations.

[00:16:27] John Frederick is here with a bunch of other local outlets. But a lot more media. I would say probably about the same people. Unfortunately, I just got here, so people are just milling about. Do you see a big Salem media boot, too? No. I did not see Salem media. I'll do another walk-by. But what's funny is that you have former Representative Dennis Kucinich and his lovely wife Elizabeth here at CPAC.

[00:16:57] I'm like, last year Mrs. Kucinich was here promoting a group against the World Health Organization. But this year, Congressman Kucinich and his wife are walking around at CPAC. I was like, huh? So once I get out of this here phone, I'll bother the good congressman and his lovely, lovely wife. All right. Please do that. What about the pro-life issue? You know, we need to defund murder, falsely labeled as abortion once and for all, Scoop.

[00:17:26] Are they talking about that at CPAC? Like I said before, Sam, unfortunately, I just got here, just got my credentials. But I will say this. There are people, attendees here at CPAC, wearing shirts and jackets saying stop abortion, ban abortion, things of that nature. But, you know, personal note, I had the misfortune of going to Planned Parenthood Clinic. And frankly, it is the most evil place I've ever been on the planet.

[00:17:55] And I've worked in jails. But fortunately, the young lady decided to change her mind and is a proud mother. And the kids are doing fine and doing great things for society. So, I mean, people who support abortion, let me tell you, go to Planned Parenthood Clinic and just walk in. And you'll change your mind quickly if you support abortion. All right. There you have it. What else are you seeing?

[00:18:22] What else are the other big thrusts of focus? Pro-life to me is one of them. I think the border is one of the big ones, too. Is there a lot of information on the border? I haven't seen any of that information on the border. A lot of people hawking stuff. Of course, capitalism here is king. People are selling Trump shirts, shirts for their media outlets, their hats. We got a couple clowns dressed up here. Some guys walk around. There's George Washington. That's about it.

[00:18:51] But mostly, you know, everybody's well-dressed, well-behaved. You know, it's not like a free show. You know, it's something you can bring your kids to. And it's all day today, Thursday, all day Friday, all day Saturday. Is that right? Yep. And tonight, Steve Bannon is having a thing in southeast D.C. I will be attending. Well, a big old shout-out to Steve Bannon. Tell him hello for us at the Constitutional Charist and Peace Officers Association and Liberty Roundtable Live.

[00:19:18] And we think he was wrongly abused by the government as well. He's a political prisoner, even though he's free now. And, you know, they made him, in my opinion, due to their hostile abuse, they forced him to admit to things that he claims he didn't do, only to be free. At some point, we've got to get a handle on that prison reform discussion to Scoop. Right, because we've got too many political prisoners. He was found in contempt of Congress. So was Eric Holder.

[00:19:48] But Eric Holder was not brought up on charges. Steve Bannon was. Of course not. That's because the Democrats are serious and the Republicans aren't. That's why. Right. Just absolute Travis justice. I mean, look at the president. All the times he's been charged and found guilty and booked and just a waste of taxpayer money. Meanwhile, where I live, you've got the U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia. You've got the district attorneys in the surrounding areas.

[00:20:16] They refuse to charge criminals. They let them walk. That way, when you go to the supermarket, people walking out with a whole bunch of goodies, the store's like, all right, just let them go. Because the cops will come. When the police arrive, they'll say, well, we're not going to. It's only a misdemeanor. It's under whatever the threshold is for a felony. So they're not going to lock them up. So these people run out of these stores with a whole bunch of food. Meanwhile, you and I have to pay for all that. We have to pay for our groceries. And the groceries, they just walked out the door.

[00:20:45] Because these district attorneys don't want to go after criminals. They'd rather go after cops. Eldon, do you have a few questions for Scoop Stanton at CPAC right now? Well, I bet it's quite a thing there. Do you know if Javier Malay is going to come back and speak? I believe, yes, he's on the docket.

[00:21:13] Unfortunately, they didn't give us a handout for who's going to be speaking when. In fact, I've got to go back to the media desk and get the Wi-Fi connection information. So when I go live tomorrow here on Liberty Roundtable, I'll be up and running on this telephone. So, yeah, they've got him coming. Supposedly, the Italian prime minister is going to do a video conference. They have a couple other foreign leaders that's going to speak here at CPAC.

[00:21:42] And right now, they're also promoting CPAC Korea. My thing is, okay, you have CPAC going to Korea. They went to Belgium. They went to other places overseas. How about conservatives here in America? Granted, we won the 2024 election, but we still have a long way to go. Eldon? Yeah, very true. Needs to be more. Right.

[00:22:07] And then speaking of which, people here at 10 CPAC are not very happy with the way Matt Schlapp is running CPAC. For example, the media problem, people trying to get their credentials to talk about CPAC. They were showed out when the vice president spoke. The guests and just the overall organization of CPAC. Because, I mean, CPAC is an organization that goes, you know, all year round. But, you know, this is their Super Bowl.

[00:22:36] And, you know, it's, you know, a lot of people are saying it's not very good. And Schlapp has to go. It looks like J.D. Vance is speaking today, as you mentioned, to kick this thing off. But Trump's expected to speak as well, right? Yep. He's supposed to speak. It's Saturday. I'm trying to nail down a time so I can get the other members of the 75 radio family to see President Trump and also friends on the network. So I'm trying to find out when he is supposed to show up.

[00:23:05] So then I can actually show up last year or two years ago, Trump showed up and it took forever to get into CPAC. So I missed it. So because once those doors close, that's it. Nobody's coming in. Nobody's coming out until the president or vice president is done talking. So I need to find out so I can be here on time so I can do a report for the network. All right. We're going to let you go here, let you get your feet on the ground and kind of get things squared away.

[00:23:35] I want you to look for Caroline Levitt. Tell her hello from us. See if she wants to go on the radio. And really what I want to know from her, by the way, is, hey, you know, she had this incredible term, whitehouse.gov slash new media. And many of us signed up for credentials and some of those things, but we haven't heard back. So I'd like to know the status of that and what we can do to help. Keep your eyes peeled, Pete. Keep us posted and we'll talk soon. Yes, sir. Peter Scoop Stanton, everybody, doing a phenomenal job as always straight.

[00:24:04] Live from CPAC. Peter Scoop Stanton, host of 75 Radio on your radio. Hang tight more in seconds. Eldon Stahl with me. Yours truly. You're listening to the one only. Hard hitting news the network refused to use called Liberty. Roundtable live.

[00:24:59] News this hour from townhall.com. I'm Rich Thomason. It shouldn't be long now. The Senate set to take a final vote today on confirmation of FBI Director nominee Cash Patel. Confirmation expected unless more than three Republicans join the Democrats in voting no. Also today, the Senate launching into a marathon of votes on a huge spending proposal. The Senate is pressing ahead with one of two massive spending bills it hopes to use this year under the reconciliation process.

[00:25:28] It can't be stopped by a Democrat filibuster. This bill will focus on the border and national defense. There's no telling exactly how long the so-called voterama will run, but Democrats are expected to engage in lengthy debate and propose numerous amendments. Bob Wagner reporting. In the words of Israel's president, our hearts, the hearts of an entire nation, lie in tatters. Isaac Herzog's remarks follow the release of the bodies of four Israeli hostages.

[00:25:56] They died while in Hamas captivity in Gaza. They range in age from nine months to 83 years, including the mother and her two children. How about a Doge dividend? President Trump says it's under consideration returning some of the savings of the government efficiency initiative to American taxpayers. So many billions of dollars, billions, hundreds of billions. And we're thinking about giving 20 percent back to the American citizens and 20 percent down to pay back debt and pay down debt.

[00:26:26] There's a growing rift in the relationship between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky. Zelensky accusing the Trump team of being less than truthful and President Trump of buying into Russian propaganda. Mr. Trump says Zelensky has presided over the destruction of his own country. I love Ukraine, but Zelensky has done a terrible job. His country is shattered. And millions and millions of people have unnecessarily died. Sell-off this morning on Wall Street sees the Dow down 547 points.

I didn't get asked to the junior prom and it's raining. Which means by the time I get to school, I'm soaking wet. Dad picked me up just after I left and I was so mad. I got out and he said, wait, your mom said to give you this. I forgot my lunch money. And then I dropped it in the water and I was late for history. And so at lunchtime, I had to find something on John Stuart Mill. Which of course, our library didn't have. So I had to walk all the way down to the office to call my mom.

[00:28:23] And she found something on the internet and called me back. And Karen, she wouldn't even help me. And that's a whole nother story. But dad helped me conjugate nouns or whatever on the way to the swim team workout. And then he read my history paper while I was in the pool. And of course, I forgot the bibliography. So I had to do that with my mother when I got home. And it made me totally forget that I put my jeans in the washer that morning. And I hate it when they sit wet like that all day and smell like mildew. But my mom said she put them in the dryer while I was at the swim team. And you know, I'm just not going to go to the prom. No matter who asks me, I just want to stay home with my mom and dad. Family. And just hang out. Isn't it about time?

[00:30:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. Scoop Stanton, host of the 75 radio show. Reports live from CPAC. 75radio.org to learn more about his work. And I hope they promote pro-life. I hope they promote reality checks on the border. And I hope they also focus on education.

[00:30:48] Eldon Stahl with me. Headline says, Poll. Three in four Americans dissatisfied with public education. Alex Newman, thenewamerican.com. This is a huge poll and Alex Newman breaking it down in incredible Alex fashion. He does a phenomenal job. He's a thorough reporter. Just a wonderful person and an incredible journalist. Do you want to speak to this one, Eldon?

[00:31:18] All right, we'll try to get Eldon back. Meanwhile, this is a great article written by Alex Newman about education, though. And I don't really know exactly what's happening with education. Because again, Congress right now, at least to me, seems like they're just doing nothing. I almost don't know how to respond to it. Eldon, are you back? I'm back.

[00:31:48] I'm not sure which article you're talking about. All right, it's okay. There's an article written by Alex Newman in the New American magazine. Okay. And it's a poll. Three in four Americans dissatisfied with public education. And I say Alex is just a great journalist, a wonderful man, reporting is stellar from him. But this is really telling three out of four Americans dissatisfied with it. Donald Trump and Cruz said they were going to abolish, shut down the education department.

[00:32:15] I'm saying I wish it was yesterday, Eldon. Oh, yeah, me too. And I think what will end up happening is there will be some shuffling of things. Some of the things that the Department of Ed has done will be eliminated. Others will be moved to other departments. But I don't foresee Congress just passing Thomas Massey's bill that says we're just going to flat out end the Department of Education.

[00:32:46] But it could happen. It is possible. And certainly it's great to have Trump as a spokesperson for that cause in some way. Although it's kind of like, you know, saying we're going to stop, I don't know, fill in the blank. And all you do is just say, have other people do it, you know, and technically you stopped that, but not really.

[00:33:17] So but, yeah, people need to get their kids out of the public education. We just had a hearing here in Wyoming on these vouchers. And the the superintendent of public education in Wyoming said we spend over $18,000 per student per year in public education in Wyoming. And they're proposing just giving everybody $7,000.

[00:33:47] Now, I don't think that's wise for various reasons to do that. But at the same time, even if it was in the name of saving money and under the kind of the false banner of school choice, you could save $11,000 per student per year all across Wyoming if you just just did that. But if you just got Wyoming out of the education business, it would be $18,000.

[00:34:17] Right. That would be much better. Student saved, right? Yes, that would that would be much better. It's kind of like if you ever read the law by Bastia, he says, yes, we can. Oh, well, keep going. Yeah. OK, we can either have. OK, we can either have people three situations in society. Some plunder the others. Nobody plunders anybody or everybody plunders everybody.

[00:34:46] And the direction that the so-called school choice movement takes us is everybody plunders everybody. It expands socialism. It expands government. It's reach into our life under the banner of allowing people to be more free. Yeah. Under the banner of choice, just like the murder mill. Yeah, under the banner of choice. It's under the banner of choice as well, right? Right. Right. It's under the banner of choice. It's marketed as this will make people more free. It's in their interest.

[00:35:16] Well, actually, it's quite the opposite. It is the opposite. I pray we can abolish the education department. Just so you know, $18,000 a year times 13 years, kindergarten through high school is $234,000 a person just on education. OK, there's statistics that say you can raise your child from zero to 18 on that kind of money. I mean, it is insanity. And it's got to stop. And it's not sustainable.

[00:35:43] So, you know, for those who want to push against this or whatever, until they come up with a plan that makes sense, they're off their rock crazy. There is no plan that makes sense by school choice, meaning government funding other choices. You can say it'll reduce the cost. But I don't care if you reduce it from $234,000 to $150,000. You still got that times how many ever children. It is absolutely not sustainable, not fundable.

[00:36:07] And believe it or not, most Americans could read back in the day when we didn't have government, you know, funded education. Now that we have government-funded education, everything's in the tank. We're way behind other nations. And it's not about to stop. Anyway, Alex Newman with a great article over there at The New American. Three in four Americans are dissatisfied. So I'm hoping when Scoop comes back to discuss CPAC and everything else, I'm hoping big time that there's a lot of focus on this education department and they're shutting it down.

[00:36:37] I just – I feel like there's a lot of promises made and we've got to put some mojo into this. And I think the way it will get top billing is if we the people demand it, Eldon. Yeah, we have to. I mean, another thing that's going on in many states is, hey, let's reduce property tax. And it's – you know, if we keep sending our kids to these public schools, of course we're going to have high property taxes.

[00:37:09] We're going to have high property taxes. We're also going to have the DEI, the racist critical race theory, all those kind of things discussed and promoted. Trump's trying to prevent it and I commend him for doing so. But at the end of the day, I go, will it really get stopped? And my answer is not unless you stop the money, Eldon. Yeah. Yeah, that's right.

[00:37:38] It's often about the money. You've got to just shut off that spigot. And that's why these people are – you know, these unhinged leftist people are protesting so loudly now. They're like, whoa, this guy is pretty serious. Where's our money? So they're pretty concerned, you know.

[00:38:03] Of course, they'll say, well, it's – I don't know, Trump's a fascist or whatever they want to say. I don't know. Kind of funny. Well, all I can say is, folks, we've got a role to play. And this is where I kind of believe that the American people, for the most part, have kind of been – oh, I shouldn't say kind of. They've been derelict in their duty. We have got to realize this is not a spectator sport. Now is our window to really, really push hard.

[00:38:31] And I appreciate the article written by Alex Newman putting more emphasis on this and realizing that there's virtually a mandate to change things. The only question now is who gets in front of the parade and who decides what we move to. And what I don't want to move to is more school choice funded by your government because that school choice may be on the surface, but what it means is raping my wallet at the point of a government gun, and it's got to stop. It's got to stop, and it's got to stop now. Yeah, it means every choice is a government-approved choice.

[00:39:01] Is that real choice? Not only is it a government-approved choice, but a government-funded approved choice. That's right. That's right. And I've got a problem with that because, look, I've educated my children. I've never put a kid in the government school ever. I've got eight children. So think about the $234,000 we just highlighted times eight. What's that? You know, almost $2 million? They should be sending you at least a thank you for that, right?

[00:39:27] Well, what I wish they'd do is they'd just go ahead and, you know, get rid of my taxes. I educated my own children, and I saved the government almost $2 million. Me and my wife single-handedly did that. Yeah. And I think, wow. Imagine if you've paved your own streets. Right? Yeah. Right? That is the quintessential point.

[00:39:52] And now we're battling over the illegal issues in terms of illegal aliens to the point where Tom Holman is starting to get fed up with it. There's a great article written in The New American as well by our court Kirkwood. And the headline says this, Tom Holman repeats his warning. DOJ now looking into Ocasio-Cortez or AOC's quote webinar. So here's what happened.

[00:40:20] Tom Holman and those guys are removing people from the country big time. They want you to believe it's no different than Obama or Biden or anybody else, but they lie. You can tell by the way people are behaving. Ocasio-Cortez has lost her mind. Well, she's done something, in my opinion, that's criminal and she ought to be arrested for it, especially when she's a congresswoman. I'll break down the details and have Eldon respond in mere seconds. You are listening to Liberty Roundtable Live, ladies and gentlemen. [00:43:11] Kirkwood wrote at the New American highlighting, Hey, Tom Holman's not playing games. He's warning again, AOC, you're out of line. And I believe that AOC's gone criminal. Here's what happened. AOC put up on her website a webinar of how to help illegals avoid the government. In other words, when they come to your door, Hey, stay quiet. Don't answer the door. You don't have to. Hey, when they, you know, you don't have to this. You don't have to that.

[00:43:39] Giving them all kinds of guidance of how to avoid deportation. Or really, how to continue violating the law. It's one thing to be in the country illegally. It's another thing to do all kinds of things. Look, you have some legal rights in America. But not if you're here illegally, you don't. That's the problem. And so Eldon, I brought this up because I think that we need to put, you know, real, real investigate this.

[00:44:08] The Justice Department's got to do a real job here and say, Look, can you really, as a congresswoman, advise illegals how to continue their illegal activity? Can you give guidance to do that? It seems like that would be aiding and abetting the, you know, crime, right? Isn't there some sort of federal law against that,

[00:44:33] especially against, you know, aiding and abetting people residing here illegally? Yes, I believe there are laws against that. Now, AOC, she argues that, oh, well, the Fourth Amendment is clear. Now, you brought up, you know, saying, well, people don't have rights if they're, well, yes, people have rights. You know, we're all endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.

[00:45:00] But the thing is, if somebody is residing here illegally, or if, as it says in the Fourth Amendment, if AOC would actually read it, if the government has probable cause, and by oath or affirmation, they have a warrant to do a search to gather evidence as to whether somebody actually is here,

[00:45:25] and if it is actually that person residing here illegally, then yes, they can execute that search warrant, and they can move forward with trying to establish justice in our country. And one of them is controlling who enters the country and on what terms.

[00:45:51] And so for somebody, especially a congresswoman, to provide guidance for somebody to avoid that and subvert that, that should be something that really she should be removed from office for, at the very least. But I think there's going to be some criminal type of consequences, too.

[00:46:19] And I don't think Holman is necessarily going to spare her that. So she needs to be very careful. There's also a lot of governors and state legislative bodies. California comes to mind as a great example. Colorado comes to mind as a great example. You know what, folks? They're literally aiding and abetting this criminal activity. And Tom says he's not going to tolerate it.

[00:46:50] I don't know how far this is going to go. I mean, I appreciate Tom saying we're not going to tolerate this, and I agree with him 100%. My problem is I've been so jaded. So jaded. So jaded. Every time we talk about everything, it seems out of control. I'll give you an example. You know, nobody tried to impeach Joe Biden, really, when he was in office, no matter how criminal it got. Mike Johnson, as we've highlighted before, literally said he knew the president couldn't run the country a year before he even exited.

[00:47:16] Now the U.S. House drops mind-blowing. Expose implementing Joe Biden in literally treason. That's the DC Daily Journal with that piece highlighting this and stuff. And I'm just looking at that going, man, you know, the dirt on the Biden admin is coming to the surface. And it's worse than anyone thought, they say. Okay?

[00:47:45] And then they talk about China's growing espionage campaign under Joe's watch. You look at that kind of stuff and you go, man, will these guys really get it done? So I appreciate Tom Holman repeating the warning, but you know what? Let's create accountability. And I appreciate the Justice Department's going to look into it, but at some point there needs to be, there needs to be accountability. All right, should we end on a good news piece? Yep. Let's do that, yeah. All right, here it is.

[00:48:14] Mitch McConnell announces his, quote, political retirement, will not seek re-election to the Senate next year. Colin Lineberger over at the Gateway Pundit with the Peace. And all I can say is it's great news. We've got to get rid of that clown. He's literally been a problem forever. And, I mean, the poor folks in Kentucky, my heavens. They've got a great senator in Rand Paul.

[00:48:42] But, Mitch, I mean, this guy's a clown. I mean, he can hardly even walk around. He's against all the Republicans right now. I mean, the guy's just proving he's like an orange hatch in Kentucky. The guy's crazy. Anyway, this is great news, Eldon. Yeah. You know, it's an opportunity for the people of Kentucky to send somebody significantly better, also significantly worse, to the U.S. Senate.

[00:49:11] And, you know, we certainly pray for the people of Kentucky and for our country that whatever comes out of that is to our benefit rather than to our detriment. Where do we go from here? Do you think the Justice Department will really seriously do something? Or do you think it's all talk? On AOC or on Biden or what? Both. All of it, right?

[00:49:43] I think AOC, that's more of a possibility. Biden, I don't think so, so much. It just seems like that would be difficult. More difficult. Yeah, but if you're in the House and you literally drop a report implicating the president in treason, that's a different ballgame, man. It is. It is. Yeah, it would be. Well, maybe.

[00:50:13] You know, it's possible. Certainly, there needs to be accountability. Now, to hold criminal charges against former President Biden, that would be, I think, appropriate. It would be appropriate, but I don't know that they have a stomach for it is the problem, but I pray they do. Yeah, I don't know. Because, look, either he's incompetent. Depends on. Either he's incompetent. If the people demand it.

[00:50:40] Because he can't think and he can't handle it, then he can't pardon people either. That's right. If he is incompetent and he can't pardon people, then he needs to basically, he didn't pardon himself. We need to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law, get him on the stand, and make him perjure himself. Because if he can perjure himself to the point where, hey, we can dismiss the party. You can't have it both ways. You can't say, I'm incompetent and I can't run the country, so you can't prosecute me. But at the same time, I can pardon everybody? No, no, no, no, no. Something doesn't smell right there. You've got to. Okay.

[00:51:10] So the only question left is, do they have the stomach for it? I pray the answer is yes. Predict the answer is no, Eldon. Well, if the people demand it, yes. It's certainly possible and much more likely. You know, what happened to Trump was just despicable. They were trying to get him on, you know, some sort of accounting thing that he had no responsibility for in the first place.

[00:51:38] And there's many things you could go into all those cases. Obviously, treason, that's a capital crime. This isn't something of, you know, hush money or whatever, you know, keeping records too long or whatever. This is, you know, treason.

[00:52:03] And the reason they're calling it treason is because it gives the Communist Party, the CCP, literally all kinds of footholds in the United States where they're literally creating espionage against the people with Joe Biden's virtual blessing. That's what we're talking about. Yeah. Yeah. This is arguably worse than what Bill Clinton did in giving the supercomputer technology to the Communist Chinese so they could develop intercontinental ballistic missiles and deliver nuclear warheads to our mainland.

[00:52:33] The balloon flying over the United States was an example. They told us there was nothing to it. Turns out there was all kinds of high tech capabilities in that balloon and everything else. You just got to wonder, man, what's happening here? And, you know, are we going to stop it? And whether you prosecute Joe Biden or not, somehow this has got to turn around and stop. And I don't think it will unless you have prosecutions and accountability. Unless people go to prison, I don't see how it's going to stop. I agree.

[00:53:01] We're at a point in our country where these are people that are basically like Pinochet found out. It was an ugly thing back in Chile in 1970s. And the only thing that they understood that got rid of the communists was to, you know, basically prosecute them, throw them in jail, drive them out of the country. They're not playing, you know, softball here. They're they're playing hardball.

[00:53:30] So, yeah, we're going to declare the drug cartels, you know, terrorist organizations. Then why not representatives of the CCP in the United States buying land, you know, committing espionage, all kinds of spying. And OK, we've got to do that, too. The problem is they're our most favored nation trading partner. And so we're a little bit over a barrel on this thing. But we've got to unwind these things and create accountability. And I'm telling you right now, I can't understate the role the American people can play if we stick together and demand it.

[00:53:59] Eldon, thank you, sir. Yep. Oh, thank you, Sam. It's always great to be on and supporting supporting liberty.
