[00:00:55] And as you know, we reject revolution unless it's Jesus' revolution.

[00:00:59] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.

[00:01:01] Actually, the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers,

[00:01:04] one of the peaceful, restorative solutions we still have at our fingertips.

[00:01:07] Voting is just the tip of the iceberg, but critical as all get out.

[00:01:11] Get out the vote. Ladies and gentlemen, vote today, please.

[00:01:15] I believe in paper ballots, same-day voting, verification of voters, the whole bit.

[00:01:23] I also believe in vote counters and vote watchers to be under the penalty of perjury,

[00:01:29] to certify the election at the precinct level,

[00:01:32] and then to document their precinct numbers so that when they go up,

[00:01:37] you know, when they roll up to the state and to the Fed and, you know,

[00:01:40] all the elections that we can clearly see what's going on.

[00:01:43] True the Vote doing a great job putting out all kinds of ways to monitor the votes,

[00:01:47] nothing else.

[00:02:06] You got the Blaze Media doing their TV coverage.

[00:02:08] You've got the Epoch Times doing their poll coverage.

[00:02:12] You've got World Net Daily doing their poll coverage.

[00:02:15] You've got the American Family Association doing their poll coverage.

[00:02:19] I'm just telling you, it's crazy.

[00:02:21] Everybody is doing poll coverage, including Liberty News Radio.

[00:02:27] We're doing our own poll coverage, if you will.

[00:03:20] You've got to vote today.

[00:03:22] When do polls close in every state?

[00:03:24] They have a general timeline people are promoting over at National Public Radio

[00:03:28] and everybody else, right?

[00:03:32] So they break this down at National Public Radio.

[00:03:34] And you say, Sam, why do you use them?

[00:03:36] Well, I fund them whether I want to or not, right?

[00:03:39] We, the taxpayers, fund them.

[00:03:41] That's for sure.

[00:03:43] Now, 7 p.m. Eastern time is when the first polls close.

[00:03:47] That's why we're going on the air.

[00:03:49] 7 p.m. Eastern.

[00:03:50] The second, the first polls close.

[00:03:52] It'll be 5 o'clock Mountain Time, 7 Eastern.

[00:03:56] We're going to go until midnight Eastern, 10 p.m. Mountain Time.

[00:04:01] Figure out your time in between.

[00:04:03] But they say there's 60 electoral votes at stake at 7 p.m.

[00:04:07] So we're not going to really know a whole lot early on.

[00:04:09] But they say Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia.

[00:04:18] Indiana and Kentucky are in split time zones.

[00:04:21] So the earliest will be seen at 6 p.m. Eastern.

[00:04:25] So you get a little bit of pre-closing in Indiana and Kentucky an hour earlier.

[00:04:31] But you really won't know anything until the final.

[00:04:33] But they both close, meaning both time splits, close by 7 p.m. Eastern.

[00:04:39] Now, this is interesting.

[00:04:40] 7.30 p.m., there's 37 electoral votes.

[00:04:44] So now you got, let's see, 60 and then 37.

[00:04:49] So you got 97 electoral votes by 7.30 p.m. Eastern.

[00:04:54] We'll only be on the air by a half hour at that point.

[00:04:56] But you'll literally have almost 100 in the bag.

[00:04:59] That doesn't mean we'll have results.

[00:05:00] It just means the polls closed.

[00:05:02] And now they can start counting the results.

[00:05:03] It also means some of the mainstream press networks start kind of saying who they believe wins.

[00:05:09] The second the polls close, they always try to be first on that.

[00:05:13] Hey, we can predict who's winning.

[00:05:15] I don't really like a lot of that because I think they jump the gun and manipulate results and manipulate outcomes oftentimes.

[00:05:20] But they say, oh, once the polls are closed, we can announce it, right?

[00:05:24] But by 7.30 p.m. Eastern, you've got North Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia.

[00:05:32] There you go.

[00:05:33] So that's, you know, big.

[00:05:35] By 8 p.m. Eastern time.

[00:05:38] So we'll be on the air for an hour at that point.

[00:06:18] Now, Florida's got a star by it because it's, again, split time zone in Florida.

[00:06:23] Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire with a star because, again, I guess, I don't know if they got split or why that starred.

[00:06:34] New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee.

[00:06:41] Wow.

[00:06:41] Florida and New Hampshire.

[00:06:43] I guess they say we'll see some results at 7 p.m. Eastern time.

[00:06:48] Anyway, that's big, right?

[00:06:51] 8.30 p.m., six more electoral votes come in.

[00:06:54] Arkansas.

[00:06:57] And I guess that's all.

[00:06:59] Now we're at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

[00:07:02] That's 163 electoral votes.

[00:07:05] That is huge.

[00:07:06] By 9 p.m. Eastern, two hours in, we know a lot, don't we?

[00:07:13] Michigan with a star by it because, again, they got split closings.

[00:08:20] Idaho and Oregon will see some results at 10 p.m. Eastern.

[00:08:36] And then 1 a.m.

[00:08:38] Alaska.

[00:08:39] Three electoral votes.

[00:08:43] Anyway, there you have that.

[00:08:44] I find that kind of data very interesting, to say the least.

[00:08:51] Now, here's what's interesting.

[00:08:53] Some are saying, man, this election is too close to call.

[00:08:56] If you look at a lot of the folks that bet in Vegas, they're saying Trump's going to win big time.

[00:09:01] If you talk to some of the big pollsters, they're like, oh, my gosh, it's so close to call, we don't even know.

[00:09:06] If you talk to other pollsters, they say, man, Kamala's got this thing in the bag.

[00:09:11] 28 points, New Hampshire.

[00:09:13] She's way up.

[00:09:16] The truth is, I don't know, because the pollsters have missed it over the last couple of election cycles so badly.

[00:09:21] That it's hard to even count on anything they say.

[00:09:24] But some people are predicting, you know, with a surety that Donald's going to win.

[00:09:29] Others are predicting with a surety that Kamala's going to win.

[00:09:33] I don't know the answer, right?

[00:09:36] But Joe Rogan now just endorsed Donald as of yesterday.

[00:09:41] Headline from Joe Rogan.

[00:09:43] If it wasn't for him, it would be bleeped.

[00:09:45] He throws out the F word.

[00:09:47] Shame on Joe.

[00:09:48] I mean, come on, Joe.

[00:09:49] So anyway, if it wasn't for him, would be bleeped.

[00:09:53] Joe Rogan joins Elon Musk and endorsing Donald Trump.

[00:09:57] WND.com with that piece doing a great job.

[00:10:00] I find that fascinating, to say the least.

[00:10:05] Now you got Joe Rogan and Elon Musk both promoting Donald Trump.

[00:10:08] Huge, huge, huge endorsements, right?

[00:10:10] But Kamala's got big endorsements, too.

[00:10:12] What's going to happen?

[00:10:12] Again, in my opinion, this is just my opinion to which I'm entitled.

[00:10:16] I want to call it before it comes.

[00:10:17] I thought about a month plus ago that Kamala was going to win.

[00:10:21] I mean, all the wind was in her sails.

[00:10:23] Donald was on the ropes on a variety of things.

[00:10:25] But things have changed.

[00:10:26] A lot of people have endorsed Donald Trump.

[00:10:28] A lot of people have switched sides and said, I just can't take it anymore.

[00:10:31] I've got to go for Trump.

[00:10:33] Right?

[00:10:34] So I don't know what's going to happen, but my prediction is Donald Trump wins.

[00:10:40] Relatively decisively.

[00:10:41] In other words, we get the answer late tonight that Donald wins.

[00:10:44] I don't think it'll change overnight.

[00:10:46] That happened in 2020, and they kind of learned their lesson that that was bad.

[00:10:49] It promoted election conspiracy concerns and fraud all over the place.

[00:14:11] But there's election fraud, ladies and gentlemen.

[00:14:13] And the mainstream press likes us to, I don't know.

[00:14:19] They claim there's no election fraud, right?

[00:14:22] Over and over they say, you guys don't have any evidence of election fraud.

[00:14:25] Come on.

[00:14:27] It's all conspiracy.

[00:14:28] It's all crazy.

[00:14:29] Well, let me just throw this out for your consideration.

[00:14:31] I've got two incredible stories, both from The Daily Caller.

[00:14:34] The Daily Caller gets a shout-out credit.

[00:14:36] Tucker Carlson and crew, good for you.

[00:14:39] Headline, though, says this.

[00:14:41] Several federal agencies have used an executive order signed by Joe.

[00:14:50] Yeah.

[00:14:51] Now, listen.

[00:14:52] So Joe created an executive order.

[00:14:54] That alone is unconstitutional in my mind.

[00:14:56] They say to mobilize demographics who typically favor the Democratic Party ahead of the election.

[00:15:03] Yeah.

[00:15:05] Spending taxpayer dollars in the process.

[00:15:09] So let me get this right.

[00:15:10] Joe put forth an executive order promoting specific demographics that favor Joe Biden's team and the Democrats.

[00:15:22] Listen.

[00:15:24] Biden signed executive order 14,019.

[00:15:29] 1-4-0-1-9.

[00:15:31] Okay.

[00:15:32] Executive order 19.

[00:15:33] In March 2021.

[00:15:37] So it manipulated the 2022 elections, and it's going to manipulate these elections as well.

[00:15:43] Directing all federal government agencies to evaluate ways in which they can promote voter registration and voter participation.

[00:15:55] Now, at first you say, well, of course.

[00:15:58] But what do you mean?

[00:15:59] The federal government shouldn't be promoting voter registration and voter participation.

[00:16:07] It's not the federal government's role, but that's what they were given an executive order to do.

[00:16:11] A number of federal agencies have used Biden's executive order to direct federal funds towards boosting groups that have historically opposed Republicans,

[00:16:27] including Native Americans, college students, newly naturalized immigrants, and federal employees.

[00:16:38] Additionally, multiple agencies have partnered with left of center groups.

[00:16:45] They call them activist groups to implement their, quote, voter mobilization plans.

[00:16:53] Are you comfortable with this?

[00:16:56] Federal resources should not be used to help anyone, any political party or its candidates.

[00:17:02] In the election arena, says Heritage Foundation's senior legal fellow, a guy by the name of Hans von Spakowski, wrote in August.

[00:17:17] He said we shouldn't be doing this for anybody.

[00:17:19] I agree with that 100%, right?

[00:17:23] That is a fundamental use of our system that smacks of third-world dictatorships.

[00:17:31] The states should act to stop what's called, they call it what amounts to unlawful partisan interference by the executive branch.

[00:17:46] See, I agree with that 100%.

[00:17:48] They say you have no evidence of election fraud, and I'm just saying, wait a minute.

[00:17:51] The president of the United States literally created an executive order, told all government agencies to get out the vote promotion,

[00:17:59] and then to specifically reach out to groups that favor Democrats.

[00:18:05] Now, I don't know how you would claim that's not vote fraud, but to me it is blatant vote fraud.

[00:18:12] The states should act to stop what amounts to unlawful partisan interference by executive branch agencies in the administration of elections and the voting and registration process.

[00:18:31] Amen to that.

[00:19:03] They said they plan to vote for Democratic candidates compared to just 40% who supported Republicans.

[00:19:09] See what I mean?

[00:19:13] Wow.

[00:19:15] They've literally poured millions of dollars into these specific demographics.

[00:19:22] I don't know how you deal with that and say that it's not election fraud.

[00:19:26] I really don't.

[00:19:27] How can you pretend that's not interfering in our elections?

[00:19:31] It's blatantly interfering in our elections.

[00:19:37] Wow.

[00:19:38] Several federal agencies have used an executive order signed by Joe Biden to mobilize specific demographics, all favorable to the Democratic Party.

[00:19:47] What if Joe wasn't the guy that did that, but Donald was the guy that did that?

[00:19:53] What if Donald signed an executive order that said, hey, we're going to get out the vote.

[00:19:57] We're going to primarily promote Republican groups at the expense of a Republican-leaning demographics, right?

[00:20:05] And then a number of federal agencies have used this executive order to promote groups that historically oppose Republicans.

[00:20:14] Right?

[00:20:19] Now, I think the states need to stop it.

[00:20:22] No doubt.

[00:20:23] Right?

[00:20:25] Now, several states are in on the discussion.

[00:20:28] Several states say that the, quote, Biden and Harris administration has not cooperated with their efforts to prevent non-citizens from voting.

[00:20:44] Now, think about that.

[00:20:46] So, I appreciate what the states are saying, but several states aren't even stating it honestly or fairly.

[00:20:52] They're saying, hey, the Biden administration has not cooperated with helping us stop illegals from voting.

[00:21:00] But they've gone further.

[00:21:01] The general government has sued states, Arizona being the chief example among them, a swing state, et cetera.

[00:21:09] Plenty of illegals in Arizona, right?

[00:21:11] Because of the border state and everything else.

[00:21:13] Not only have the administration not cooperated with states trying to stop illegals from voting,

[00:21:17] but they've participated in suing those states, making it almost impossible.

[00:21:23] The Department of Justice, the DOJ sued Virginia in October and Alabama in September over their efforts to remove non-citizens,

[00:21:35] what they call too close to election time.

[00:21:38] Right?

[00:21:41] They call it too close to the election.

[00:21:43] So, they say, well, you can't remove these people.

[00:21:45] It's too close to the election.

[00:21:46] There's usually a quiet period is what they call it where they don't make any adjustments.

[00:21:50] They ignore the quiet period for 2020, by the way, claiming, oh, my gosh, COVID, we've got to do all these different things.

[00:21:55] Forget the quiet period.

[00:21:56] They ignored it.

[00:21:57] Now they're basically pointing to the quiet period saying you can't remove these people from the rolls.

[00:22:00] Why the Republicans didn't push to get these removed from the rolls earlier, I don't know.

[00:22:04] But there you have it.

[00:22:07] But you literally have the Department of Justice?

[00:22:12] The DOJ literally suing?

[00:22:16] I don't even know how to respond to this, really.

[00:22:19] Because it's just so clownish.

[00:22:20] And then they say there's no election fraud, Sam.

[00:22:22] And I'm saying, wait a minute.

[00:22:24] Illegals are allowed to vote.

[00:22:25] People are trying to stop it.

[00:22:26] They're going away.

[00:22:27] It's too close to the election.

[00:22:28] How dare you take these people off the rolls?

[00:22:30] But if they're illegally voting, they shouldn't be on the rolls.

[00:22:34] Right?

[00:22:34] Texas, Ohio, and Florida have all filed their own lawsuits against the administration this month for hampering their ability or their efforts, if you will, to deal with the illegals on their rolls.

[00:22:57] While other states told the Daily Caller News Foundation, the federal government has not supported their attempts to identify non-citizen voters.

[00:23:09] I don't really know how to deal with this.

[00:23:12] You've got Virginia, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Arizona.

[00:23:22] Wow.

[00:23:23] What do you do with this, right?

[00:23:27] I don't even know how to respond to this.

[00:23:32] DCNF, Daily Caller News Foundation, is the one reporting this.

[00:23:41] The federal government has not supported their attempts to identify non-citizen voters.

[00:23:47] Well, why would they?

[00:23:48] Remember, Joe created an executive order to go after those groups and get them to vote.

[00:23:54] A spokesperson for the Montana Secretary of State, Chris Jacobson, in their office told the Daily Caller that they sent multiple letters to the Department of Homeland Security requesting data

[00:24:08] and has now considered suing over the Biden-Harris administration's refusal to comply.

[00:24:18] How do you respond to this kind of stuff, people?

[00:24:21] We're going to take a quick pause.

[00:24:25] But you better go vote, folks.

[00:24:27] It's a sacred God-given right.

[00:24:29] Don't let them beat you by sidelining you in this discussion.

[00:31:21] And this executive order basically said, hey, get out the vote.

[00:31:23] We're going to demand all government agencies reach out to promote voter registration.

[00:31:42] Voter registration and voter participation.

[00:31:48] The problem is they're reaching out to all kinds of groups that favor Democrats.

[00:31:53] See, this is what the, you know, the founding fathers warned us against partisan politics, folks,

[00:31:57] and parties are destroying this country.

[00:32:00] So their warning is so, so, so valuable now.

[00:32:04] But a number of federal agencies now have used Biden's executive order to absolutely promote the Native American vote,

[00:32:11] the black vote, the this vote, the that vote, all these groups that favor Democrats.

[00:32:19] Additionally, they say multiple agencies have partnered with left of center activist groups

[00:32:25] to implement their voter mobilization plans.

[00:32:30] Now, the states should stand up and stop.

[00:32:34] They should act to stop what amounts to unlawful,

[00:32:38] what they call partisan interference,

[00:32:43] unlawful partisan interference by executive branch agencies

[00:32:47] in the administration of elections and the voting and registration process.

[00:32:53] In his executive order, Biden specifically emphasized that the administration would work with

[00:33:01] A, Native American voters.

[00:33:05] Several states say the Biden administration has not cooperated with their efforts to stop illegals from voting.

[00:33:10] In fact, the DOJ sued in October in Alabama in September.

[00:33:16] Arizona got sued by the Harris Biden administration.

[00:33:24] Texas, Ohio, and Florida filed their own lawsuits against the administration this month for hampering their efforts.

[00:33:34] A spokesperson for Montana said, hey, they're not helping.

[00:33:38] We're going to have to sue the general government.

[00:33:41] I don't even know how to respond to all this, folks, except to me it's election fraud.

[00:33:46] You see the executive order?

[00:33:47] You see also Mark Zuckerberg spending $400 million on the 2020 elections?

[00:33:57] How can we say this is not voter fraud when the FBI literally buries stories about the Joe Biden and Hunter Biden laptop stories?

[00:34:13] While we lie and promote Russian stories about Donald Trump that turned out to be absolutely fake.

[00:39:34] Both candidates want to spend more on our military than the next 10 countries combined.
