* A number of federal agencies have used Biden's order to direct federal funds toward boosting turnout among groups that have historically opposed Republicans including Native Americans, college students, newly naturalized immigrants and federal employees.
Additionally, multiple agencies have partnered with left-of-center activist groups to implement their voter mobilization plans.
* In his executive order, Biden specifically emphasized that the administration would work to increase "voter outreach, education, registration and turnout" among Native American voters.
* Several states say that the Biden-Harris administration has not cooperated with their efforts to prevent noncitizens from voting - DailyCaller.com

[00:00:14] From atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:23] All right. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.
[00:00:28] Today is the day. I am Sam Bushman. This is Liberty Roundtable Live for November the 5th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
[00:00:38] This is Hour 1 of 2, and the goal always is to protect life, liberty, and property, to promote God, family, and country,
[00:00:45] and to do so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers.
[00:00:49] Yes, indeed, ladies and gentlemen, we use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme law of the land,
[00:00:52] the Constitution for the United States of America. That is our guide.
[00:00:55] And as you know, we reject revolution unless it's Jesus' revolution.
[00:00:59] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.
[00:01:01] Actually, the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers,
[00:01:04] one of the peaceful, restorative solutions we still have at our fingertips.
[00:01:07] Voting is just the tip of the iceberg, but critical as all get out.
[00:01:11] Get out the vote. Ladies and gentlemen, vote today, please.
[00:01:15] I believe in paper ballots, same-day voting, verification of voters, the whole bit.
[00:01:23] I also believe in vote counters and vote watchers to be under the penalty of perjury,
[00:01:29] to certify the election at the precinct level,
[00:01:32] and then to document their precinct numbers so that when they go up,
[00:01:37] you know, when they roll up to the state and to the Fed and, you know,
[00:01:40] all the elections that we can clearly see what's going on.
[00:01:43] True the Vote doing a great job putting out all kinds of ways to monitor the votes,
[00:01:47] nothing else.
[00:01:47] Support True the Vote.
[00:01:49] They're doing a phenomenal job.
[00:01:50] Catherine Engelbrecht, Greg Phillips, everybody else over there.
[00:01:53] God bless them and their work.
[00:01:55] There's so much going on in the news, it's not even funny.
[00:01:59] Everybody wants to do election coverage, that's for sure.
[00:02:03] And so I'm watching here.
[00:02:06] You got the Blaze Media doing their TV coverage.
[00:02:08] You've got the Epoch Times doing their poll coverage.
[00:02:12] You've got World Net Daily doing their poll coverage.
[00:02:15] You've got the American Family Association doing their poll coverage.
[00:02:19] I'm just telling you, it's crazy.
[00:02:21] Everybody is doing poll coverage, including Liberty News Radio.
[00:02:27] We're doing our own poll coverage, if you will.
[00:02:30] Liberty News Radio is teaming up with the Big MIG Rumble Channel,
[00:02:35] and we're doing our own.
[00:02:37] We're calling it Election Roundtable 24.
[00:02:41] It'll be tonight, 7 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:02:44] We kick off our coverage.
[00:02:45] We're going 7 to midnight, 5 hours.
[00:02:48] Of Incredible Talk Radio.
[00:02:49] It'll be myself, James Edwards of the Political Cesspool Radio Program.
[00:02:55] Lance Migliaccio and George Balentine of the Big MIG Show.
[00:02:58] Dr. Scott Bradley will be with me.
[00:03:00] So it's really Liberty Roundtable and the Political Cesspool and the Big MIG.
[00:03:06] Kicking it off.
[00:03:07] Three Incredible Talk Shows on Liberty News Radio.
[00:03:09] And we'll be live for the first hour doing pre-coverage breakdown,
[00:03:12] because the polls, well, they're going to start closing.
[00:03:15] When do the polls close, you might ask, huh?
[00:03:18] Great question.
[00:03:19] You've got to get out the vote.
[00:03:20] You've got to vote today.
[00:03:22] When do polls close in every state?
[00:03:24] They have a general timeline people are promoting over at National Public Radio
[00:03:28] and everybody else, right?
[00:03:32] So they break this down at National Public Radio.
[00:03:34] And you say, Sam, why do you use them?
[00:03:36] Well, I fund them whether I want to or not, right?
[00:03:39] We, the taxpayers, fund them.
[00:03:41] That's for sure.
[00:03:43] Now, 7 p.m. Eastern time is when the first polls close.
[00:03:47] That's why we're going on the air.
[00:03:49] 7 p.m. Eastern.
[00:03:50] The second, the first polls close.
[00:03:52] It'll be 5 o'clock Mountain Time, 7 Eastern.
[00:03:56] We're going to go until midnight Eastern, 10 p.m. Mountain Time.
[00:04:01] Figure out your time in between.
[00:04:03] But they say there's 60 electoral votes at stake at 7 p.m.
[00:04:07] So we're not going to really know a whole lot early on.
[00:04:09] But they say Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia.
[00:04:18] Indiana and Kentucky are in split time zones.
[00:04:21] So the earliest will be seen at 6 p.m. Eastern.
[00:04:25] So you get a little bit of pre-closing in Indiana and Kentucky an hour earlier.
[00:04:31] But you really won't know anything until the final.
[00:04:33] But they both close, meaning both time splits, close by 7 p.m. Eastern.
[00:04:39] Now, this is interesting.
[00:04:40] 7.30 p.m., there's 37 electoral votes.
[00:04:44] So now you got, let's see, 60 and then 37.
[00:04:49] So you got 97 electoral votes by 7.30 p.m. Eastern.
[00:04:54] We'll only be on the air by a half hour at that point.
[00:04:56] But you'll literally have almost 100 in the bag.
[00:04:59] That doesn't mean we'll have results.
[00:05:00] It just means the polls closed.
[00:05:02] And now they can start counting the results.
[00:05:03] It also means some of the mainstream press networks start kind of saying who they believe wins.
[00:05:09] The second the polls close, they always try to be first on that.
[00:05:13] Hey, we can predict who's winning.
[00:05:15] I don't really like a lot of that because I think they jump the gun and manipulate results and manipulate outcomes oftentimes.
[00:05:20] But they say, oh, once the polls are closed, we can announce it, right?
[00:05:24] But by 7.30 p.m. Eastern, you've got North Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia.
[00:05:32] There you go.
[00:05:33] So that's, you know, big.
[00:05:35] By 8 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:05:38] So we'll be on the air for an hour at that point.
[00:05:40] LibertyNewsRadio.com.
[00:05:41] Check it out.
[00:05:42] You can listen live or go to the Big Mig on Rumble.
[00:05:45] Check that out.
[00:05:46] You can watch us on video that way.
[00:05:48] But at 8 p.m. Eastern, they say 171 electoral votes.
[00:05:54] So believe it or not, with the 96 now, you're over already 260 plus electoral votes by that point.
[00:06:00] An hour in.
[00:06:01] That's pretty early.
[00:06:03] But don't get your hopes up unless it's a landslide for Donald, which some people are predicting.
[00:06:07] We won't really know.
[00:06:09] But you're going to have Alabama, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Illinois.
[00:06:18] Now, Florida's got a star by it because it's, again, split time zone in Florida.
[00:06:23] Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire with a star because, again, I guess, I don't know if they got split or why that starred.
[00:06:34] New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee.
[00:06:41] Wow.
[00:06:41] Florida and New Hampshire.
[00:06:43] I guess they say we'll see some results at 7 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:06:48] Anyway, that's big, right?
[00:06:51] 8.30 p.m., six more electoral votes come in.
[00:06:54] Arkansas.
[00:06:57] And I guess that's all.
[00:06:59] Now we're at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:07:02] That's 163 electoral votes.
[00:07:05] That is huge.
[00:07:06] By 9 p.m. Eastern, two hours in, we know a lot, don't we?
[00:07:11] Arizona.
[00:07:12] Wisconsin.
[00:07:13] Michigan with a star by it because, again, they got split closings.
[00:07:17] Colorado.
[00:07:18] Iowa.
[00:07:19] Kansas with a star.
[00:07:21] Again, split time zones.
[00:07:23] Louisiana.
[00:07:24] Minnesota.
[00:07:25] Nebraska.
[00:07:27] New Mexico.
[00:07:28] New York.
[00:07:30] North Dakota with a star.
[00:07:31] Star.
[00:07:32] Split time zones.
[00:07:33] South Dakota with a star.
[00:07:35] Split time zones.
[00:07:36] Texas.
[00:07:37] Star.
[00:07:37] Split time zones.
[00:07:38] Wyoming.
[00:07:40] And they say Michigan, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas will see some results
[00:07:47] at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:07:48] But by 9, all of it will be closed.
[00:07:51] All right.
[00:07:52] Anyway, that's the majority.
[00:07:54] 10 p.m.
[00:07:57] 16 electoral votes.
[00:07:59] Nevada.
[00:08:00] Montana.
[00:08:01] Utah.
[00:08:03] So that's interesting, right?
[00:08:06] 11 p.m. Eastern time.
[00:08:09] Let's see.
[00:08:10] 78 electoral votes.
[00:08:12] You got California.
[00:08:15] Idaho.
[00:08:16] With a star.
[00:08:17] Oregon with a star.
[00:08:17] Split time zones.
[00:08:19] Washington.
[00:08:20] Idaho and Oregon will see some results at 10 p.m. Eastern.
[00:08:27] Some at 11 Eastern.
[00:08:29] 12 a.m. Eastern time.
[00:08:32] Right when we go off the air.
[00:08:33] Four electoral votes.
[00:08:34] Hawaii.
[00:08:36] And then 1 a.m.
[00:08:38] Alaska.
[00:08:39] Three electoral votes.
[00:08:43] Anyway, there you have that.
[00:08:44] I find that kind of data very interesting, to say the least.
[00:08:51] Now, here's what's interesting.
[00:08:53] Some are saying, man, this election is too close to call.
[00:08:56] If you look at a lot of the folks that bet in Vegas, they're saying Trump's going to win big time.
[00:09:01] If you talk to some of the big pollsters, they're like, oh, my gosh, it's so close to call, we don't even know.
[00:09:06] If you talk to other pollsters, they say, man, Kamala's got this thing in the bag.
[00:09:11] 28 points, New Hampshire.
[00:09:13] She's way up.
[00:09:16] The truth is, I don't know, because the pollsters have missed it over the last couple of election cycles so badly.
[00:09:21] That it's hard to even count on anything they say.
[00:09:24] But some people are predicting, you know, with a surety that Donald's going to win.
[00:09:29] Others are predicting with a surety that Kamala's going to win.
[00:09:33] I don't know the answer, right?
[00:09:36] But Joe Rogan now just endorsed Donald as of yesterday.
[00:09:41] Headline from Joe Rogan.
[00:09:43] If it wasn't for him, it would be bleeped.
[00:09:45] He throws out the F word.
[00:09:47] Shame on Joe.
[00:09:48] I mean, come on, Joe.
[00:09:49] So anyway, if it wasn't for him, would be bleeped.
[00:09:53] Joe Rogan joins Elon Musk and endorsing Donald Trump.
[00:09:57] WND.com with that piece doing a great job.
[00:10:00] I find that fascinating, to say the least.
[00:10:05] Now you got Joe Rogan and Elon Musk both promoting Donald Trump.
[00:10:08] Huge, huge, huge endorsements, right?
[00:10:10] But Kamala's got big endorsements, too.
[00:10:12] What's going to happen?
[00:10:12] Again, in my opinion, this is just my opinion to which I'm entitled.
[00:10:16] I want to call it before it comes.
[00:10:17] I thought about a month plus ago that Kamala was going to win.
[00:10:21] I mean, all the wind was in her sails.
[00:10:23] Donald was on the ropes on a variety of things.
[00:10:25] But things have changed.
[00:10:26] A lot of people have endorsed Donald Trump.
[00:10:28] A lot of people have switched sides and said, I just can't take it anymore.
[00:10:31] I've got to go for Trump.
[00:10:33] Right?
[00:10:34] So I don't know what's going to happen, but my prediction is Donald Trump wins.
[00:10:40] Relatively decisively.
[00:10:41] In other words, we get the answer late tonight that Donald wins.
[00:10:44] I don't think it'll change overnight.
[00:10:46] That happened in 2020, and they kind of learned their lesson that that was bad.
[00:10:49] It promoted election conspiracy concerns and fraud all over the place.
[00:10:53] So Hank Tidal, tell you my thoughts in seconds on your radio.

[00:13:10] He'll be with us tonight for the election coverage.
[00:13:13] When do polls close in every state?
[00:13:15] I broke it down last segment.
[00:13:16] Check it out.
[00:13:18] If it wasn't for him, would we bleep?
[00:13:20] Joe Rogan endorses Donald Trump along with Elon Musk.
[00:13:25] Let's see here.
[00:13:26] What else is going on?
[00:13:27] Oh, we got election coverage.
[00:13:28] So does everybody else.
[00:13:29] But Liberty News Radio and the Big MIG channel.
[00:13:32] It's the Big MIG Rumble channel.
[00:13:34] Present our election coverage.
[00:13:35] We're calling it election.
[00:13:37] Roundtable 24 tonight starting at 7 Eastern, 5 Mountain Time.
[00:13:41] It's going to be all the way to midnight Eastern, 10 Mountain Time.
[00:13:44] Five hours of hard-hitting election coverage.
[00:13:47] We're going to break it down just for you.
[00:13:49] Myself, James Edwards, the Big MIG team.
[00:13:52] Lance and George and Dr. Scott Bradley with me.
[00:13:55] We're going to break that down the first hour.
[00:13:57] Then we've got a bunch of guests cycling in and out from all kinds of places.
[00:14:01] Election headquarters in Washington, D.C.
[00:14:04] And New York and I'm going to states all over the union are going to be on the show.
[00:14:08] So count on that.
[00:14:10] Anyway, I digress.
[00:14:11] But there's election fraud, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:14:13] And the mainstream press likes us to, I don't know.
[00:14:19] They claim there's no election fraud, right?
[00:14:22] Over and over they say, you guys don't have any evidence of election fraud.
[00:14:25] Come on.
[00:14:27] It's all conspiracy.
[00:14:28] It's all crazy.
[00:14:29] Well, let me just throw this out for your consideration.
[00:14:31] I've got two incredible stories, both from The Daily Caller.
[00:14:34] The Daily Caller gets a shout-out credit.
[00:14:36] Tucker Carlson and crew, good for you.
[00:14:39] Headline, though, says this.
[00:14:41] Several federal agencies have used an executive order signed by Joe.
[00:14:50] Yeah.
[00:14:51] Now, listen.
[00:14:52] So Joe created an executive order.
[00:14:54] That alone is unconstitutional in my mind.
[00:14:56] They say to mobilize demographics who typically favor the Democratic Party ahead of the election.
[00:15:03] Yeah.
[00:15:05] Spending taxpayer dollars in the process.
[00:15:09] So let me get this right.
[00:15:10] Joe put forth an executive order promoting specific demographics that favor Joe Biden's team and the Democrats.
[00:15:22] Listen.
[00:15:24] Biden signed executive order 14,019.
[00:15:29] 1-4-0-1-9.
[00:15:31] Okay.
[00:15:32] Executive order 19.
[00:15:33] In March 2021.
[00:15:37] So it manipulated the 2022 elections, and it's going to manipulate these elections as well.
[00:15:43] Directing all federal government agencies to evaluate ways in which they can promote voter registration and voter participation.
[00:15:55] Now, at first you say, well, of course.
[00:15:58] But what do you mean?
[00:15:59] The federal government shouldn't be promoting voter registration and voter participation.
[00:16:07] It's not the federal government's role, but that's what they were given an executive order to do.
[00:16:11] A number of federal agencies have used Biden's executive order to direct federal funds towards boosting groups that have historically opposed Republicans,
[00:16:27] including Native Americans, college students, newly naturalized immigrants, and federal employees.
[00:16:38] Additionally, multiple agencies have partnered with left of center groups.
[00:16:45] They call them activist groups to implement their, quote, voter mobilization plans.
[00:16:53] Are you comfortable with this?
[00:16:56] Federal resources should not be used to help anyone, any political party or its candidates.
[00:17:02] In the election arena, says Heritage Foundation's senior legal fellow, a guy by the name of Hans von Spakowski, wrote in August.
[00:17:17] He said we shouldn't be doing this for anybody.
[00:17:19] I agree with that 100%, right?
[00:17:23] That is a fundamental use of our system that smacks of third-world dictatorships.
[00:17:31] The states should act to stop what's called, they call it what amounts to unlawful partisan interference by the executive branch.
[00:17:46] See, I agree with that 100%.
[00:17:48] They say you have no evidence of election fraud, and I'm just saying, wait a minute.
[00:17:51] The president of the United States literally created an executive order, told all government agencies to get out the vote promotion,
[00:17:59] and then to specifically reach out to groups that favor Democrats.
[00:18:05] Now, I don't know how you would claim that's not vote fraud, but to me it is blatant vote fraud.
[00:18:12] The states should act to stop what amounts to unlawful partisan interference by executive branch agencies in the administration of elections and the voting and registration process.
[00:18:31] Amen to that.
[00:19:03] They said they plan to vote for Democratic candidates compared to just 40% who supported Republicans.
[00:19:09] See what I mean?
[00:19:13] Wow.
[00:19:15] They've literally poured millions of dollars into these specific demographics.
[00:19:22] I don't know how you deal with that and say that it's not election fraud.
[00:19:26] I really don't.
[00:19:27] How can you pretend that's not interfering in our elections?
[00:19:31] It's blatantly interfering in our elections.
[00:19:37] Wow.
[00:19:38] Several federal agencies have used an executive order signed by Joe Biden to mobilize specific demographics, all favorable to the Democratic Party.
[00:19:47] What if Joe wasn't the guy that did that, but Donald was the guy that did that?
[00:19:53] What if Donald signed an executive order that said, hey, we're going to get out the vote.
[00:19:57] We're going to primarily promote Republican groups at the expense of a Republican-leaning demographics, right?
[00:20:05] And then a number of federal agencies have used this executive order to promote groups that historically oppose Republicans.
[00:20:14] Right?
[00:20:19] Now, I think the states need to stop it.
[00:20:22] No doubt.
[00:20:23] Right?
[00:20:25] Now, several states are in on the discussion.
[00:20:28] Several states say that the, quote, Biden and Harris administration has not cooperated with their efforts to prevent non-citizens from voting.
[00:20:44] Now, think about that.
[00:20:46] So, I appreciate what the states are saying, but several states aren't even stating it honestly or fairly.
[00:20:52] They're saying, hey, the Biden administration has not cooperated with helping us stop illegals from voting.
[00:21:00] But they've gone further.
[00:21:01] The general government has sued states, Arizona being the chief example among them, a swing state, et cetera.
[00:21:09] Plenty of illegals in Arizona, right?
[00:21:11] Because of the border state and everything else.
[00:21:13] Not only have the administration not cooperated with states trying to stop illegals from voting,
[00:21:17] but they've participated in suing those states, making it almost impossible.
[00:21:23] The Department of Justice, the DOJ sued Virginia in October and Alabama in September over their efforts to remove non-citizens,
[00:21:35] what they call too close to election time.
[00:21:38] Right?
[00:21:41] They call it too close to the election.
[00:21:43] So, they say, well, you can't remove these people.
[00:21:45] It's too close to the election.
[00:21:46] There's usually a quiet period is what they call it where they don't make any adjustments.
[00:21:50] They ignore the quiet period for 2020, by the way, claiming, oh, my gosh, COVID, we've got to do all these different things.
[00:21:55] Forget the quiet period.
[00:21:56] They ignored it.
[00:21:57] Now they're basically pointing to the quiet period saying you can't remove these people from the rolls.
[00:22:00] Why the Republicans didn't push to get these removed from the rolls earlier, I don't know.
[00:22:04] But there you have it.
[00:22:07] But you literally have the Department of Justice?
[00:22:12] The DOJ literally suing?
[00:22:16] I don't even know how to respond to this, really.
[00:22:19] Because it's just so clownish.
[00:22:20] And then they say there's no election fraud, Sam.
[00:22:22] And I'm saying, wait a minute.
[00:22:24] Illegals are allowed to vote.
[00:22:25] People are trying to stop it.
[00:22:26] They're going away.
[00:22:27] It's too close to the election.
[00:22:28] How dare you take these people off the rolls?
[00:22:30] But if they're illegally voting, they shouldn't be on the rolls.
[00:22:34] Right?
[00:22:34] Texas, Ohio, and Florida have all filed their own lawsuits against the administration this month for hampering their ability or their efforts, if you will, to deal with the illegals on their rolls.
[00:22:57] While other states told the Daily Caller News Foundation, the federal government has not supported their attempts to identify non-citizen voters.
[00:23:09] I don't really know how to deal with this.
[00:23:12] You've got Virginia, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, Florida, Arizona.
[00:23:22] Wow.
[00:23:23] What do you do with this, right?
[00:23:27] I don't even know how to respond to this.
[00:23:32] DCNF, Daily Caller News Foundation, is the one reporting this.
[00:23:41] The federal government has not supported their attempts to identify non-citizen voters.
[00:23:47] Well, why would they?
[00:23:48] Remember, Joe created an executive order to go after those groups and get them to vote.
[00:23:54] A spokesperson for the Montana Secretary of State, Chris Jacobson, in their office told the Daily Caller that they sent multiple letters to the Department of Homeland Security requesting data
[00:24:08] and has now considered suing over the Biden-Harris administration's refusal to comply.
[00:24:18] How do you respond to this kind of stuff, people?
[00:24:21] We're going to take a quick pause.
[00:24:22] I'll be back.
[00:24:23] But election integrity issues are everywhere.
[00:24:25] But you better go vote, folks.
[00:24:27] It's a sacred God-given right.
[00:24:29] Don't let them beat you by sidelining you in this discussion.
[00:24:32] Stand up and be counted.
[00:24:33] We'll get together and solve election problems.
[00:24:37] But don't give up and get out of the game, please.
[00:24:39] You've got to vote.
[00:24:40] You've got to do it now.

[00:26:04] In 2022, CVC Capital paid $1.6 billion for a 13% stake in the commercial rights subsidiary set up by France's professional football league.
[00:26:15] It was billed by the league's president as a historic step for the development of French football.
[00:26:20] But an anti-corruption organization cried foul, lodging a complaint.
[00:26:26] Sources say investigators suspect bribery and the possible embezzlement of public funds.
[00:26:31] The league and the firm are yet to comment on the searches.
[00:26:35] A French Senate report recently criticized the deal and the league's strategy as regards selling media rights.

[00:27:07] Schuyler Felipe is accused of attempting to use a drone loaded with what he thought were explosives to destroy the Nashville Energy Facility.
[00:27:15] Felipe allegedly told a confidential source who was working with the FBI that he wanted to attack several substations by attaching several pounds of C4 explosives to an aerial drone.
[00:27:27] In September, Felipe also provided undercover officials with excerpts of his so-called manifesto, which focused heavily on white nationalism.

[00:30:18] you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:30:26] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen, Sam Bushman on your radio.
[00:30:32] Liberty News Radio and the Big MIG.
[00:30:34] Election coverage tonight.
[00:30:34] We're calling it Election Roundtable 24.
[00:30:38] It'll be on libertynewsradio.com and on the Big MIG Rumble Channel.
[00:30:41] 7 p.m. Eastern, we start.
[00:30:43] Five hours of incredible election coverage and breakdown.
[00:30:50] If it wasn't for him, would be bleeped as Joe Rogan as he endorses Donald Trump last night.
[00:30:57] But I got election fraud concerns, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:31:00] You say, oh, that's conspiracy theory.
[00:31:01] No, listen to me.
[00:31:04] I don't think so.
[00:31:07] Several federal agencies have now used an executive order by Donald or by Joe Biden in 2021.
[00:31:13] Let me tell you the executive order number just in case you need it.
[00:31:17] 1-4-0-1-9.
[00:31:20] 14,019.
[00:31:21] And this executive order basically said, hey, get out the vote.
[00:31:23] We're going to demand all government agencies reach out to promote voter registration.
[00:31:31] Voter registration and what do you call this thing?
[00:31:34] Voter registration and I don't know what it's called.
[00:31:42] Voter registration and voter participation.
[00:31:48] The problem is they're reaching out to all kinds of groups that favor Democrats.
[00:31:53] See, this is what the, you know, the founding fathers warned us against partisan politics, folks,
[00:31:57] and parties are destroying this country.
[00:32:00] So their warning is so, so, so valuable now.
[00:32:04] But a number of federal agencies now have used Biden's executive order to absolutely promote the Native American vote,
[00:32:11] the black vote, the this vote, the that vote, all these groups that favor Democrats.
[00:32:18] Okay.
[00:32:19] Additionally, they say multiple agencies have partnered with left of center activist groups
[00:32:25] to implement their voter mobilization plans.
[00:32:30] Now, the states should stand up and stop.
[00:32:34] They should act to stop what amounts to unlawful,
[00:32:38] what they call partisan interference,
[00:32:43] unlawful partisan interference by executive branch agencies
[00:32:47] in the administration of elections and the voting and registration process.
[00:32:53] In his executive order, Biden specifically emphasized that the administration would work with
[00:33:01] A, Native American voters.
[00:33:05] Several states say the Biden administration has not cooperated with their efforts to stop illegals from voting.
[00:33:10] In fact, the DOJ sued in October in Alabama in September.
[00:33:16] Arizona got sued by the Harris Biden administration.
[00:33:24] Texas, Ohio, and Florida filed their own lawsuits against the administration this month for hampering their efforts.
[00:33:34] A spokesperson for Montana said, hey, they're not helping.
[00:33:38] We're going to have to sue the general government.
[00:33:41] I don't even know how to respond to all this, folks, except to me it's election fraud.
[00:33:46] You see the executive order?
[00:33:47] You see also Mark Zuckerberg spending $400 million on the 2020 elections?
[00:33:57] How can we say this is not voter fraud when the FBI literally buries stories about the Joe Biden and Hunter Biden laptop stories?
[00:34:06] Pay-to-play schemes around the world.
[00:34:10] We spike those stories, say they're not real.
[00:34:13] While we lie and promote Russian stories about Donald Trump that turned out to be absolutely fake.
[00:34:19] While we then go and force the media, the FBI in bed with the media, manipulating the media.
[00:34:24] Mark Zuckerberg's admitted to it.
[00:34:28] The previous leader of X or Twitter got caught with his hand in the cookie jar for that.
[00:34:35] States have sued over that too.
[00:34:37] So when you have all these things to play, an executive order,
[00:34:40] government agencies promoting groups that favor the Democrats.
[00:34:43] States being concerned about illegal aliens voting.
[00:34:45] Lawsuits between the general government and state after state after state over these issues.
[00:34:49] Manipulating the media.
[00:34:51] Manipulating the news cycle.
[00:34:52] All by the FBI and the Justice Department in bed with specific media companies.
[00:34:56] And you say, oh, there's no election fraud.
[00:34:58] How dare you claim there is?
[00:35:01] What?
[00:35:02] Now Stacey Abrams in Georgia even saying they're suppressing the vote.
[00:35:06] They're suppressing the vote.
[00:35:07] Meanwhile, there's record voting in Georgia.
[00:35:11] But you've got Democrats like Hillary that still claims she won and Donald Trump lost.
[00:35:17] So it's not just a Republican conservative thing.
[00:35:21] Anyway, yesterday we had on Dr. Scott Bradley, who will be with us tonight as well for the election roundtable coverage.
[00:35:28] Liberty News Radio dot com.
[00:35:30] Click seven o'clock p.m.
[00:35:32] Eastern, five o'clock mountain and check that out.
[00:35:34] But we talked about nearly 75 million people have already voted.
[00:35:39] Well, just so you know, folks, it's now over 80 million people have already cast out.
[00:35:43] Well, now that it's today, voting is launching big time.
[00:35:47] But are you going to get out and vote?
[00:35:48] I am.
[00:35:50] Sadly, I'm going to be forced to write in Dr. Scott Bradley on my presidential ticket.
[00:35:55] I'm going to be forced to write in Phil Lyman for my gubernatorial ticket.
[00:35:59] I'm going to vote no on all the judges.
[00:36:01] Don't retain them because you just in Utah, you said you want to retain the judge.
[00:36:05] Yes or no.
[00:36:06] And I'm going to say no, don't retain any of these clowns.
[00:36:09] I'm going to vote no on all the amendments.
[00:36:12] I'm going to vote yes for Carlton Bowen for Senator.
[00:36:17] There's a few things that I'm going to do there.
[00:36:19] But, man, seems like a waste of time, vote.
[00:36:22] But you've got to get out and do it, folks.
[00:36:24] Don't let them marginalize you.
[00:36:26] Now, we talked about David Jeremiah's Prayer for America yesterday.
[00:36:31] He talks about in his prayer, basically, it's the world amidst chaos.
[00:36:38] Great prayer.
[00:36:40] I then talked about several different movies that I think are really valuable.
[00:36:45] The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and The Resurrection of Gavin Stone.
[00:36:52] Two great movies that really help you turn to God Almighty.
[00:36:57] Trust God in your life.
[00:36:58] Will you put your trust in Jesus Christ forever is the question.
[00:37:02] I'm doing my best to do that.
[00:37:06] And I think you should, too.
[00:37:07] That was first hour yesterday.
[00:37:09] Second hour we had on Lowell Nelson.
[00:37:10] He'll be chiming in tonight for the Liberty, I'm sorry, the election roundtable coverage 2024 tonight as well.
[00:37:19] We talked about how the government gaslights people about the economy.
[00:37:25] Government economic figures hide the truth about the economy, writes Ron Paul with an incredible article.
[00:37:34] And that's really important because they've manipulated the economy.
[00:37:36] Another reason for election fraud allegations.
[00:37:39] They've dropped the interest rates that are ahead of the election.
[00:37:42] They could have dropped them way earlier knowing there was crisis in the economy.
[00:37:45] But they lied, manipulated job numbers and everything else.
[00:37:49] To pretend the economy was doing better than it was, they were forced to retract all that.
[00:37:53] They lowered interest rates early on.
[00:37:56] They lowered gas prices early on in an effort to tamp down inflationary concerns before the election.
[00:38:02] Economic manipulation is what's going on.
[00:38:05] They got caught on it, right?
[00:38:07] Anyway, we talked about if the world, I'm sorry, if the dollar loses its world reserve currency,
[00:38:13] America would face a major economic crisis.
[00:38:16] That's all true.
[00:38:19] Anyway, there we have that.
[00:38:21] We talked about three ideas to shut down the government successfully in meaningful ways.
[00:38:26] We talked about this article written by Judge Andrew Napolitano.
[00:38:31] This incredible headline says,
[00:38:33] Tweedledee and Tweedledum.
[00:38:35] Neither believes in the values that underwrite our Constitution.
[00:38:40] Judge Napolitano, he's right about that.
[00:38:42] Both Trump and Harris favor sending trillions more per year than the feds collecting taxes
[00:38:49] just to keep certain folks happy.
[00:38:51] See, that's all true.
[00:38:52] Both candidates believe in increasing the government so far beyond the confines of the Constitution
[00:38:59] as to make the government completely unrecognizable to the founding fathers of 250 years ago.
[00:39:06] That's true for sure, right?
[00:39:10] The government would be unrecognizable to those who lived 250 years ago.
[00:39:14] They both believe in giveaways for the poor, tax breaks for the rich and middle class and bailouts for the rich,
[00:39:24] bribes to the states just to maintain themselves and keep their own parties in power.
[00:39:31] It's a disgrace, right?
[00:39:34] Both candidates want to spend more on our military than the next 10 countries combined.
[00:39:41] Does it matter who's president?
[00:39:42] Emotionally, it does, but not constitutionally, Andrew Napolitano writes.
[00:39:50] Both Harris and Trump will kill innocents, borrow trillions, and crush liberty
[00:39:57] just to please their supporters and stay in power.
[00:40:02] I think he's right about that.
[00:40:04] Judge Napolitano writes his reign on that fact.
[00:40:08] So that's why I can't vote for Donald Trump.
[00:40:11] But I still hope Donald Trump wins over Kamala.
[00:40:15] Many people are claiming it'll be a landslide.
[00:40:17] Great journalist with us next hour will be highlighting that.
[00:40:24] We're also going to be talking about this critical issue of how do you get young people engaged in the system?
[00:40:29] Young people right now are just discouraged and going, why should I even vote?
[00:40:32] What the heck?
[00:40:35] Don't blame them.
[00:40:36] I get it.
[00:40:37] We also talked about make America states again.
[00:40:40] Gary at Venois, the new American.com, talking about how, hey, we can't just have the states' political subdivisions of the Fed.
[00:40:47] We've got to have the states stand up.
[00:40:49] Dual sovereignty is the key.
[00:40:50] Well, they're trying to on election integrity issues, but it's nothing but lawsuit.
[00:40:55] What do you call that?
[00:40:56] Lawfare heaven?
[00:40:57] All right, quick pause more in seconds.
[00:40:58] As you are aware, America is divided over every fault line possible.
[00:41:02] This is intentionally fostered by those who do not love God, family, or country.

[00:42:27] Former Sheriff Richard Mack recounts in his book The Proper Role of Law Enforcement,
[00:42:32] how he came to realize while working as a beat cop how wrong the all-too-common orientation of police officers is
[00:42:38] when they think of their job as being to write tickets and arrest people.
[00:42:41] Richard Mack tells of his personal transformation from by-the-number cop
[00:42:45] to constitution-conscious defender of citizen safety and freedoms.
[00:42:48] Learn what it really means to serve and protect.
[00:42:51] Purchase your copy at cspoa.org.
[00:42:54] That's cspoa.org.
[00:43:03] All right, back with you live, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:43:06] Sandwichman on your radio, so does it matter who is president?
[00:43:09] Judge Napolitano says, you know what?
[00:43:12] It does emotionally, but not constitutionally.
[00:43:15] He's right, factually speaking.
[00:43:17] Both Harris and Trump will kill innocents, borrow trillions, and crush liberty
[00:43:22] just to please their supporters and stay in power.
[00:43:26] Unfortunately, he's right about this.
[00:43:29] That's why I can't vote for Donald Trump, but I still hope Donald wins over Kamala.
[00:43:33] If I was in a swing state, I might think differently, but I'm not, right?
[00:43:38] We then talked with Lowell Nelson about this great lady.
[00:43:41] She lived in communist Cuba for more than 18 years.
[00:43:48] She lived in a country.
[00:43:49] And her name is, let's see, what's her name?
[00:43:53] Her name is Gabriela.
[00:43:54] And she basically is passionately warning people, especially the young people in America,
[00:44:02] about the evils of communism and socialism.
[00:44:05] Her presentation is so captivating and her disposition is so charming that they want to have her back
[00:44:13] at the Highland meetings talking about this and inviting everybody to get educated about this.
[00:44:19] What's life really like under communism?
[00:44:21] You want your children and grandchildren to know, don't you?
[00:44:24] Anyway, she talks about the regulations and controls in communist Cuba.
[00:44:28] And many of those regulations and controls resemble the regulations and controls
[00:44:34] that are being put in place in Utah and across America.
[00:44:39] She puts a clarion warning to all of us.
[00:44:43] Amen to her on that score.
[00:44:45] All right, now, I don't know how I stumbled across this soundbite, but I did.
[00:44:51] And I think it's really incredible.
[00:44:53] You know, the mainstream press always talks about we lie.
[00:44:56] We don't tell the truth.
[00:44:59] We, well, Elon Musk had the opportunity to be interviewed by this whacked out reporter in the UK.
[00:45:07] And Elon Musk slaughters a BBC reporter in live interview.
[00:45:14] It's at the Daily Caller videos where I got this from.
[00:45:17] But it is incredible because it really breaks down what the heck is going on, right?
[00:45:25] It really breaks it down in a meaningful way.
[00:45:27] Elon Musk literally slaughters this guy.
[00:45:30] This guy basically just lies.
[00:45:32] Okay?
[00:45:33] Listen to the exchange and I'll comment afterwards.
[00:45:35] Here it is.
[00:45:36] Free speech is meaningless unless you allow people you don't like to say things you don't like.
[00:45:42] Otherwise, it's irrelevant.
[00:45:44] And if at the point at which you lose free speech, it doesn't come back.
[00:45:50] I think the issue some people have is that a lot of people were brought back.
[00:45:54] I mean, some people who brought back who were previously banned for spreading things like QAnon conspiracies.
[00:45:59] You have people like Andrew Tate who were brought back.
[00:46:01] You were previously banned for things like hate speech.
[00:46:04] Do you think you prioritise freedom of speech over misinformation and hate speech?
[00:46:14] Well, you know, who is to say that something is misinformation?
[00:46:20] Who is the arbiter of that?
[00:46:23] Is it the BBC?
[00:46:26] You're literally asking me.
[00:46:28] Yes.
[00:46:28] Well, no.
[00:46:29] Who is the arbiter?
[00:46:30] You are the arbiter on Twitter because you own Twitter.
[00:46:32] Yes.
[00:46:32] I'm saying who is to say that one person's misinformation is another person's information?
[00:46:38] The point at which you say that this is misinformation.
[00:46:42] Like, who is going to decide that?
[00:46:44] But you accept that misinformation can be dangerous, that it can cause real world harms,
[00:46:47] that it can potentially cause...
[00:46:49] Yes.
[00:46:49] So the point I'm trying to make is that the BBC itself has, at times, published things that
[00:46:53] are false.
[00:46:56] Do you agree that that has occurred?
[00:46:59] I'm quite sure the BBC have said things before that turn out to not be true.
[00:47:04] Right.
[00:47:04] It is, whatever it is, 100-year history, I'm quite sure.
[00:47:08] Even if you aspire to be accurate, there are times when you will not be.
[00:47:12] We've spoken to people very recently who were involved in moderation, and they just say
[00:47:16] there's not enough people to police this stuff, particularly around hate speech in the company.
[00:47:24] What hate speech are you talking about?
[00:47:25] I mean, you use Twitter.
[00:47:26] Right.
[00:47:27] Do you see a rise in hate speech?
[00:47:29] I mean, I...
[00:47:29] Just a personal anecdote.
[00:47:31] Like, what do you...
[00:47:31] I don't.
[00:47:33] Personally, my...
[00:47:34] For you, I would see I get more of that kind of content, yeah, personally.
[00:47:39] But I'm not going to talk to the rest of...
[00:47:41] For the rest of Twitter.
[00:47:42] You see more hate speech personally?
[00:47:44] I would say I would see more hateful content in that.
[00:47:47] Content you don't like or hateful?
[00:47:50] What do you mean to describe a hateful thing?
[00:47:51] Yeah.
[00:47:52] I mean, you know, just content that will solicit a reaction, something that may include something
[00:47:59] that is slightly racist or slightly sexist, those kinds of things.
[00:48:03] So you think if something is slightly sexist, it should be banned?
[00:48:06] I...
[00:48:07] No.
[00:48:07] Is that what you're saying?
[00:48:08] I'm not saying anything.
[00:48:09] I'm saying...
[00:48:09] Well, I'm just curious.
[00:48:10] I'm trying to say what you mean by hateful content.
[00:48:12] And I'm asking for specific examples.
[00:48:16] And if...
[00:48:17] And you just said that if something is slightly sexist, that's hateful content.
[00:48:22] Does that mean that it should be banned?
[00:48:23] Well, you've asked me whether my feed, whether it's got less or more.
[00:48:28] I'd say it's got slightly more.
[00:48:30] That's why I'm asking for examples.
[00:48:31] Right?
[00:48:32] Can you name one example?
[00:48:33] I honestly don't...
[00:48:35] Honestly, I don't...
[00:48:35] You can't name a single example.
[00:48:36] I'll tell you why.
[00:48:37] Because I don't actually use that for your feed anymore.
[00:48:39] Because I just don't particularly like it.
[00:48:41] But you said...
[00:48:41] A lot of people are quite similar.
[00:48:43] I only look at my followers.
[00:48:44] Well, hang on a second.
[00:48:45] You said you've seen more hateful content, but you can't name a single example.
[00:48:48] Not even one.
[00:48:50] I'm not sure I've used that feed for the last three or four weeks.
[00:48:53] Well, then how did you see the hateful content?
[00:48:55] Because I've been using Twitter since you've taken it over for the last six months.
[00:48:59] Okay, so then you must have at some point seen for you hateful content.
[00:49:02] And I'm asking for one example.
[00:49:03] Right.
[00:49:04] And you can't give a single one.
[00:49:05] And I'm saying...
[00:49:06] Then I say so that you don't know what you're talking about.
[00:49:09] Really?
[00:49:09] Yes, because you can't give a single example of hateful content.
[00:49:13] Not even one tweet.
[00:49:15] And yet you claimed that the hateful content was high.
[00:49:18] Well...
[00:49:18] That's a false.
[00:49:19] No.
[00:49:20] You just lied.
[00:49:21] No.
[00:49:22] What I claim was there are many organizations that say that that kind of information is on
[00:49:28] the rise.
[00:49:28] Now, whether it has on my feed or not...
[00:49:32] Give me one example.
[00:49:33] Name one.
[00:49:33] Or something like the Strategic Dialogue Institute in the UK.
[00:49:37] They will say that.
[00:49:38] Look, people will say all sorts of nonsense.
[00:49:41] I'm literally asking for a single example and you can't name one.
[00:49:43] Right.
[00:49:44] And as I've already said, I don't use that feed.
[00:49:46] But let's...
[00:49:46] Then how would you know?
[00:49:47] I don't think this is getting anywhere.
[00:49:48] You literally said you experienced more hateful content and then couldn't name a single
[00:49:52] example.
[00:49:53] Right.
[00:49:53] And as I said...
[00:49:54] That's absurd.
[00:49:54] I haven't actually looked at that feed.
[00:49:57] Then how would you know this is hateful content?
[00:49:58] Because I'm saying that's what I saw a few weeks ago.
[00:50:01] I can't give you an exact example.
[00:50:03] Let's move on.
[00:50:04] We only have a certain amount of time.
[00:50:06] Wow.
[00:50:07] COVID misinformation.
[00:50:10] Amazing.
[00:50:10] You've changed the COVID misinformation.
[00:50:12] Has BBC changed this COVID misinformation?
[00:50:15] The BBC does not set the rules on Twitter, so I'm asking you.
[00:50:18] No, I'm talking about the BBC's misinformation about COVID.
[00:50:25] I'm literally asking you about...
[00:50:26] You changed the labels, the COVID misinformation labels.
[00:50:29] There used to be a policy and then it disappeared.
[00:50:34] Why do that?
[00:50:38] Well, COVID is no longer an issue.
[00:50:43] Does the BBC hold itself at all responsible for misinformation regarding masking and side
[00:50:52] effects of vaccinations and not reporting on that at all?
[00:50:58] And what about the fact that the BBC was put under pressure by the British government to
[00:51:02] change its editorial policy?
[00:51:03] Are you aware of that?
[00:51:05] This is not an interview about the BBC.
[00:51:08] Oh, you thought it wasn't?
[00:51:11] I see now why you've done Twitter spaces.
[00:51:13] I am not a representative of the BBC's editorial policy.
[00:51:15] I want to make that clear.
[00:51:17] Let's talk about something else.
[00:51:17] I'm reviewing you too.
[00:51:18] All right, let's talk about something else.
[00:51:21] You weren't expecting that.
[00:51:24] There you have it.
[00:51:25] Elon Musk literally handed this reporter's head to him.
[00:51:28] I mean, the guy lied over and over and over.
[00:51:30] Okay?
[00:51:31] First off, he's like, I don't represent the BBC's editorial.
[00:51:34] You're right, but you have to live under it, my friend.
[00:51:37] Do you realize it was changed?
[00:51:38] He never answered that question.
[00:51:40] Do you realize the BBC peddled false information at the behest of the government?
[00:51:45] Doesn't want to talk about that.
[00:51:47] Hey, you know, have you noticed increased hate?
[00:51:50] Yeah, absolutely, the guy says.
[00:51:52] Oh, okay, well, what?
[00:51:55] Well, you know, sexist and racist stuff.
[00:51:57] Okay, do you believe that means it should be banned?
[00:51:59] Well, no, I don't know.
[00:52:02] What?
[00:52:02] Can you give me an example?
[00:52:03] No, I don't watch my feet anymore.
[00:52:05] Okay, but you did, right?
[00:52:06] Okay, he just lied.
[00:52:08] He said he basically experienced increased hate and increased problems.
[00:52:11] Then he says, oh, I don't monitor the feet.
[00:52:13] I don't even know.
[00:52:14] Can't give you one example.
[00:52:15] He admits the BBC has peddled fake information.
[00:52:20] I mean, the guy got slaughtered over this issue.
[00:52:22] But that's the problem, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:52:25] How do we have in America and around the world so many people that are so liberal and dishonest,
[00:52:34] so extreme and hostile to liberty, free speech, morality, integrity, honor, controlling so much of our media?
[00:52:44] Okay, this guy literally got eaten alive by Elon Musk.
[00:52:48] On so many points, it's not even funny.
[00:52:51] But here's my point.
[00:52:52] Until recently, there was only guys like me in the media.
[00:52:55] I've been there for 30 years.
[00:52:56] I've been around for a while.
[00:52:57] But until recently, Elon Musk and Donald Trump and all these people, Joe Rogan, they're all latecomers to the game, right?
[00:53:03] And I appreciate them and their work.
[00:53:05] Don't misunderstand me.
[00:53:06] Tucker Carlson's been around for a long time.
[00:53:08] And even back in the 2008 and 2012 elections, Ron Paul said that Tucker Carlson was one of those fair reporters out there.
[00:53:15] That was back in the day.
[00:53:16] He said, I won't even go on with a lot of these conservative peoples like Sean Hannity and some of those clowns.
[00:53:22] They're dishonest and they just, you know.
[00:53:24] But Tucker Carlson's at least honest.
[00:53:26] Now you've got everybody pushed off the mainstream networks that are speaking out.
[00:53:30] From Kelly to Joe Rogan to Elon Musk to Tucker Carlson to Glenn Beck to every one of those people used to be with the mainstream.
[00:53:42] Now the mainstream's gotten rid of all of them.
[00:53:44] But you go, how do these people, how do we get so many of these just extreme people in the news?
[00:53:51] We have got to fund our own news sources, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:53:54] We have got to promote our own people and our own agendas.
[00:53:57] And I know you say, well, Sam, they're just small and don't make a difference.
[00:54:00] You know what?
[00:54:01] That game could change in an instant.
[00:54:03] I've been working on it for 30 years and just think how it's changed in the last five.
[00:54:08] All right?
[00:54:09] There's a lot of work to be done.
[00:54:10] Hey, by the way, you know who We the Kids are, right?
[00:54:12] We the kids dot U.S.
[00:54:14] Last week we had on Jack talking about We the Kids and what they're doing to get involved in the solutions.
[00:54:19] Youngsters are taking it more seriously than most of the adults, right?
[00:54:22] Good for them.
[00:54:23] Well, Aaliyah's coming up.
[00:54:24] She'll be talking about it as well.
[00:54:25] And then we've got an incredible journalist guest coming up next hour as well.
[00:54:28] Hang tight.
[00:54:29] Hour one in the can.
[00:54:30] Hour two coming up.
[00:54:31] LibertyRoundTable.com.
[00:54:32] LovingLiberty.net.
[00:54:33] Spread the word.
[00:54:34] Share the love.
[00:54:34] And God save the Republic of the United States of America.
