According to a press release from the Church Newsroom, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints began organizing disaster relief command centers in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
As part of the Church of Jesus Christ's initial response, food, hygiene kits, water and other supplies were delivered to communities who needed them.

[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.
[00:00:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:24] All right.
[00:00:25] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.
[00:00:27] Sam Bushman live on your radio.
[00:00:30] Hard-hitting news the network refused to use.
[00:00:32] No doubt starts now, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:00:35] This is the broadcast for October the 8th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
[00:00:39] This is Hour 1 of 2 in the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property,
[00:00:43] to promote God, family, and country, and through so on your radio and the traditions of our founding fathers.
[00:00:48] Yes, indeed, we use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme law of the land,
[00:00:51] the constitution for the United States of America as our guide,
[00:00:54] the checks and balances brilliantly put in place by the founding fathers,
[00:00:57] absolutely the solution that we still find at our fingertips today.
[00:01:00] We just got to get it done. Use it, folks.
[00:01:03] As you know, we reject revolution lessons to Jesus' revolution.
[00:01:05] Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace.
[00:01:08] Welcome to the broadcast.
[00:01:10] Well, he's the doctor of the sheriff's world.
[00:01:13] How's that?
[00:01:14] Former sheriff Richard Mack with me, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:01:18] He beat Bill Clinton to the Supreme Court, and he's still riding for the brand.
[00:01:21] Welcome, sir.
[00:01:23] Well, thank you, Sam.
[00:01:24] It's great to be with you this beautiful Tuesday morning.
[00:01:27] It's a beautiful Tuesday morning if you're not in the Carolinas.
[00:01:31] Well, yeah.
[00:01:32] Otherwise, it's a rough Tuesday morning, my friend.
[00:01:34] And it's also a beautiful Tuesday morning if you're not in Florida,
[00:01:37] because it's getting rough in Florida, too.
[00:01:40] So I don't know what to think our prayers are with those folks, sir.
[00:01:43] I'm going to call Bill Mitchell, our state director out there in Florida,
[00:01:46] and see what he's doing, if he's trying to hightail it out of there
[00:01:50] or if he's going to somebody else's hurricane-resistant home.
[00:01:56] Yeah, I know the folks that produce this show are in Florida right now,
[00:01:59] and they're digging in.
[00:01:59] They're not going anywhere.
[00:02:02] God bless them.
[00:02:03] That's all I can say.
[00:02:05] Amen to that.
[00:02:05] They just took a beating from the last one, and they're ready for more, I guess.
[00:02:10] But you know what?
[00:02:11] Our prayers are with all of them.
[00:02:13] And yesterday, we talked about this for two hours.
[00:02:15] I didn't find any great news.
[00:02:16] Listen to this, Sheriff.
[00:02:17] I didn't find any great news about what was happening on the ground, the real news.
[00:02:22] I worked really hard.
[00:02:23] There was really a dearth of information.
[00:02:26] All there was was arguing about Kamala Harris,
[00:02:28] saying that they're going to get $750 a person,
[00:02:30] and Donald Trump, and everybody's mad at them, saying,
[00:02:33] oh, my gosh, we need more money.
[00:02:35] And I'm saying neither group, the illegal aliens or anybody from the federal government.
[00:02:41] The federal government shouldn't be handing out this money in the first place.
[00:02:43] Let the churches and the private sectors do it.
[00:02:45] And I couldn't find anybody talking about God or real answers on the ground.
[00:02:48] And then I came across Mike Adams.
[00:02:51] You remember good old Mike, the health ranger, the guy that runs Brighteon.
[00:02:56] He basically had some folks on the ground that were doing a lot of good.
[00:02:59] And he had a video with his planes and, you know, with the planes and everything else.
[00:03:03] And so we played some of that and highlighted the work they're doing.
[00:03:06] I tried to call our dear buddy Gary.
[00:03:07] No response.
[00:03:08] I called Sheriff Scott Williams.
[00:03:10] Couldn't get a hold of Gary.
[00:03:11] No response.
[00:03:12] And so we don't have any information or intel from that.
[00:03:14] But I did get some intel this morning that actually lifted my heart a little bit
[00:03:18] and gave me some courage that I wanted you to respond to.
[00:03:21] Headline says more than 6,000 Latter-day Saints from over 400 congregations
[00:03:28] in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas traveled to the impact zone
[00:03:36] to help with the relief efforts after devastation.
[00:03:41] KSL News with the piece on this thing.
[00:03:44] They say Hurricane Helene is just brutal.
[00:03:46] They dedicated Sheriff over 77,000 hours to clearing debris, removing trees,
[00:03:56] and repairing damaged structures that are affecting the communities.
[00:04:02] Anyway, they basically say what's so overwhelming is the love of the community.
[00:04:08] One lady said, I was discouraged about the world in general.
[00:04:11] But after this happened, believe it or not, you'd think I'd be more discouraged
[00:04:13] because of the devastation.
[00:04:14] But you know what?
[00:04:15] The love of the people and the service is what is incredible and gives me hope.
[00:04:19] Believe it or not, even after the storm, I'm feeling better about the world
[00:04:22] than I was before, she says.
[00:04:23] Because it's certainly not just members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
[00:04:27] I might add.
[00:04:28] It's the Bible Belt.
[00:04:30] And there's a lot of people doing service here.
[00:04:32] People are working together.
[00:04:33] One of the state presidents said who was working on it.
[00:04:38] Anyway, shortly after Helene hit the Big Bend area, on September 26th,
[00:04:44] relief efforts began.
[00:04:46] So the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been giving all kinds of food,
[00:04:52] hygiene, kids, water, and a whole lot more.
[00:04:54] And the outpouring of love and support, 77,000 hours already.
[00:05:01] And that's just what the church tracks.
[00:05:03] I mean, it's the Bible Belt.
[00:05:05] And I mentioned the people with Bridie on and others that are doing work.
[00:05:09] And there's just a tremendous outpouring of neighbor helping neighbor.
[00:05:14] And we don't need the government there.
[00:05:16] They're just coming it all up, Sheriff.
[00:05:19] Well, that's kind of what I was thinking while you were saying that.
[00:05:22] And first of all, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has a long history
[00:05:29] of helping in times of natural disasters and others.
[00:05:36] But they've done this historically and routinely.
[00:05:41] And my hat's off to them.
[00:05:44] I'm proud to say that I'm part of that church.
[00:05:47] They have one of the – they have the best welfare program within their church.
[00:05:54] And they extend that to all neighbors of all religions.
[00:05:57] And it doesn't matter if you're a member of their church.
[00:06:01] They're there to help.
[00:06:03] And it's a great example of how America should be working,
[00:06:08] just as you alluded to earlier.
[00:06:10] The churches and neighbors do a much better job than the arguing
[00:06:15] and political maneuvering that they use every time that there is such a disaster.
[00:06:23] And, you know, politicians and FEMA, to be quite honest, just get in the way.
[00:06:31] FEMA actually is not authorized by the Constitution.
[00:06:36] And, you know, people rely on that too much.
[00:06:39] And it pulls the plug whenever it wants.
[00:06:43] And it calls the shots and literally keeps people out who need to be in.
[00:06:50] Well, there was a gentleman I talked about yesterday to make your point about keeping people out who need to be in.
[00:06:55] There was a gentleman.
[00:06:56] He's a firefighter.
[00:06:57] Him and his son are both firefighters.
[00:06:59] They actually had a helicopter, and they started basically rescuing people with their helicopter.
[00:07:05] Basically, the government literally threatened them with arrest if they didn't stop.
[00:07:09] It went national.
[00:07:12] Yeah.
[00:07:13] Yeah.
[00:07:13] And, Sam, that happened in Arizona.
[00:07:15] It happened in Hawaii.
[00:07:18] It looks like FEMA is, like, taking on a very arrogant, jealous position.
[00:07:25] No, we're in charge here.
[00:07:26] Stay out of the way.
[00:07:28] That's what the sheriffs need to tell FEMA.
[00:07:30] Look, we've got this.
[00:07:31] Why don't you guys just go back to Washington, D.C.
[00:07:34] and have your little cocktail parties and leave us alone so we can take care of this?
[00:07:40] Because, you know, FEMA, and I'm going to tell you another one that really is not all they're cracked up to be, and that is the Red Cross.
[00:07:52] And, you know, they take a bunch of money, and they pay a bunch of huge salaries to all their people and the directors.
[00:07:58] And then when they actually get in there to help, you know, it's just like another bureaucracy.
[00:08:05] So I'm not impressed with FEMA especially.
[00:08:09] Well, I am impressed that they are a do-nothing, get-in-the-way group when, in actuality,
[00:08:17] the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is doing ten times more than they ever dreamed of.
[00:08:24] And they didn't go in and ask permission of the government.
[00:08:29] They just went in and started helping neighbors.
[00:08:31] And that's exactly the American spirit that I'm talking about and that I love.
[00:08:36] Amen to that.
[00:08:37] Now, I find this interesting as well.
[00:08:39] You know, if – well, the Republicans' complaint right now, Donald Trump leading the charge saying,
[00:08:46] hey, you know what, Kuala and Joe, they're derelict in their duty because they took a bunch of money that was allocated for this kind of relief.
[00:08:53] Now, I don't believe it should be that Congress has the authority to allocate the money for this in the first place.
[00:08:58] And I do believe FEMA is unconstitutional.
[00:09:00] So, you know, there you go.
[00:09:01] But the Republicans are all saying, hey, you're giving – you're reallocating all this money to the illegals.
[00:09:06] You spent billions of dollars on the illegals.
[00:09:09] And this money was supposed to be for the United States citizen.
[00:09:11] And now the United States citizen are behind the illegal aliens.
[00:09:15] If that's really true, if Congress authorized money for a certain reason and then Kamala and Joe literally robbed the Treasury
[00:09:23] and used it for different purposes than Congress allocated, shouldn't Joe and Kamala be arrested right now
[00:09:30] for literally stealing from the Treasury and misappropriating funds?
[00:09:35] Well, they certainly should be investigated, which we would hope would be turning into charges and arrests.
[00:09:42] But there's so many of those charges that could be leveled at the Biden administration,
[00:09:49] Mayorkas, Merrick Garland.
[00:09:53] And it goes on and on and on throughout the bureaucratic mess in Washington, D.C.
[00:09:58] And then you could also get other politicians charged as well, including some governors and others throughout the states
[00:10:06] who have made sure that illegal immigration, just as our wishful thinking press release would say to the world
[00:10:20] that these crimes have been committed.
[00:10:22] Why is it that they scream all of these politicians on the leftist extremist side say that no one is above the law
[00:10:33] when they're talking about Donald Trump?
[00:10:35] But when it comes to themselves, they're always above the law.
[00:10:40] Factually true.
[00:10:41] Tragic and implications.
[00:10:42] That's for sure.
[00:10:44] Ladies and gentlemen, with me, the good sheriff, Sheriff Richard Mack,
[00:10:48] Constitutional Chairs and Peace Officers Association, CSPOA.org,
[00:10:52] become a member and get involved in the posse today, would you please?

[00:13:06] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.
[00:13:08] Sam Bushman, the good sheriff, Richard Mack, on your radio, breaking it down just for you.
[00:13:13] So I'm really proud of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the folks in the Bible Belt for their Christian beliefs and for standing together for solutions.
[00:13:22] One lady says, what's so overwhelming is the love of the community and the people.
[00:13:29] Yeah.
[00:13:29] God has guided these people to be here.
[00:13:32] Amen to that.
[00:13:33] I love it.
[00:13:34] And I really think that's the solution.
[00:13:35] I appreciate Gary, our dear friend, and many others that are making a big difference there.
[00:13:41] There's people on the scene, Mike Adams and crew.
[00:13:43] People we're associated with are really on the ground helping in a big way from our church to our friends to our political brothers and sisters.
[00:13:51] I wish I could be there.
[00:13:52] I just don't have the funding, and I really can't be of much help except for what I can do is play my role, which is the radio man, right?
[00:13:58] And I can get on the radio, and I can tell you guys about what's happening on the ground for real, what's true, what's not, what's right, what's wrong, what's good, what's bad,
[00:14:05] what's from a constitutional perspective and a moral high ground perspective and a promoting God, family, and country and a constitutional perspective.
[00:14:12] And that's what we're doing on your radio.
[00:14:14] So, Sheriff Mack, another interesting thing about this that I find, the relief efforts are really being done by individuals, philanthropists, people that have money.
[00:14:26] They're being done by churches and good, honest people that are turning to God, that are working together, that have each other's back, that are.
[00:14:33] But, man, I look at the government here, and I just think the government's gumming it up.
[00:14:37] I said right before the break that Kamala and Donald are just debating about, oh, my gosh, you're giving more to the illegals than you're giving to the American citizens.
[00:14:46] And although that's true, the arguing about it at this point in my mind is a clown show.
[00:14:51] Now, they attacked George Bush back in the day.
[00:14:54] I think it was with Katrina.
[00:14:56] And they said, hey, George, it took you five days to get a response to this thing.
[00:14:59] We're at seven days and counting for the Kamala Harris slash Joe Biden group to deal with it.
[00:15:06] Joe was asked about it right after he saw the devastation.
[00:15:09] He's like, I don't even know what storm you're talking about.
[00:15:11] And then he said, oh, the people are fine.
[00:15:13] They got more than everything they need.
[00:15:14] Everything is good.
[00:15:14] It's all good.
[00:15:15] Now we find out that, hey, they don't have enough money for the rest of the hurricane season because they spent it on the illegals.
[00:15:20] And now we find out that I guess only about 10 percent of FEMA is even available to go there.
[00:15:28] And I kind of wonder, what is FEMA spending their time on then, Sheriff?
[00:15:33] Well, you know, maybe time is different than actually spending the money, you know.
[00:15:40] But if they don't have the available funds to actually get the supplies, if they don't already have these resources available to them, then if they're out of money, they're going to.
[00:15:54] But, Sam, that's such a crazy thing to say about the federal government.
[00:15:58] They're never out of money, and you and I both know that.
[00:16:01] They spend money we don't have on anything and everything that they want, including giving back money on student loans that they didn't have the constitutional authority to do in the first place.
[00:16:12] And so if you're trying to get me to figure out the ins and outs of this political corrupt in D.C., you know, because FEMA is just part of it.
[00:16:26] And they don't know what they're doing, and they don't care what they're doing.
[00:16:30] And the only time Biden and Harris will do anything, if it's politically advantageous or if Biden has the mental wherewithal to do anything.
[00:16:41] And as you alluded to earlier, he doesn't.
[00:16:44] He can't even answer the question about what's going on in the Carolinas right now, especially North Carolina.
[00:16:51] But it's all a farce, Sam, and the reason why I guess we should say the underlying thing, both you and I have called FEMA unconstitutional.
[00:17:01] I don't want to sound harsh or cruel about helping people, folks, and neither one of us have come across that way.
[00:17:10] We believe in the American people.
[00:17:12] We believe in neighbors, and we believe in the churches handling this, and they should.
[00:17:17] And before FEMA came along, it was much better.
[00:17:21] The churches do a much better job at providing that sort of welfare than the federal government has ever done because they make it a political tool and politicize it.
[00:17:31] And the problem is this simply, folks.
[00:17:35] The Tenth Amendment, the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution are reserved to the states or to the people.
[00:17:44] There is nothing in the Constitution that authorizes FEMA to exist in the first place.
[00:17:49] Is it a good idea?
[00:17:51] Oh, yeah, yeah, we'll be there.
[00:17:53] We'll have this organization to be there to help people in hurricanes and tornadoes and earthquakes and everything else.
[00:17:58] And, yeah, it's a real good idea.
[00:18:01] The states can do that, folks, and so can the churches, and they have.
[00:18:05] And we don't need to create another bureaucracy, especially once it's politicized and maybe even weaponized, as all of the bureaucracies in Washington, D.C. have been.
[00:18:18] The point is, is it lawful?
[00:18:21] Is there constitutional authorization for the federal government to create a FEMA?
[00:18:29] No, absolutely not.
[00:18:32] In fact, Congress, I know we believe Congress has the authority because they're the legislative body, but they don't have the right to legislate anything they want to.
[00:18:39] The only thing they can legislate are things within their scope or their sphere of authority in the first place.
[00:18:43] So even if they are the legislative body, their legislating is limited in its scope per the Constitution, number one.
[00:18:51] Now, here's the interesting thing.
[00:18:53] FEMA decided that it can't take all the rumors.
[00:18:55] Donald and everybody else is spreading about what's going on here.
[00:18:58] So by me saying, oh, that's $750, they say I'm spreading a rumor.
[00:19:02] And so I want to give you the facts as FEMA says their facts, okay?
[00:19:06] And I challenge each of these facts.
[00:19:08] Okay, what is a fact?
[00:19:10] The fact is reality as it really is or things as they really are.
[00:19:15] All right, they say this, quote, rumor.
[00:19:17] FEMA does not have enough money to take care of disaster assistance for Helene.
[00:19:25] Now, they say they have the money, Sheriff.
[00:19:28] But when you're $35 trillion in debt, and that's not even counting the unfunded liabilities at this point, when you're $35 trillion in debt, do you really have the money?
[00:19:37] Or is it a lie?
[00:19:38] If you're in debt, you don't have the money, right?
[00:19:44] No.
[00:19:45] If I were to say I have plenty of money to pay all my bills and I'm in debt, I don't know that I could say I have the money.
[00:19:51] That's not really honestly true, is it?
[00:19:54] No, of course not.
[00:19:55] It's not true.
[00:19:55] But they're saying the facts are they have the money.
[00:20:00] Okay.
[00:20:01] Well, where are they going to get it?
[00:20:03] They're going to print it.
[00:20:05] Yeah, but even that has to be authorized by Congress.
[00:20:08] Yeah.
[00:20:10] Well, and now we're getting back to my point.
[00:20:12] If Congress didn't authorize this, well, then Joe and Kamala would be criminal.
[00:20:18] But even if Congress authorized it, doesn't that make Congress criminal?
[00:20:21] To authorize expenditures that they don't have the right to spend?
[00:20:24] Well, as I said earlier, it's not just Kamala and Biden that would be charged if they got investigated.
[00:20:33] And these investigations are way overdue and they need to get after this.
[00:20:39] But who would investigate it?
[00:20:41] Because just as we've said in our press release, Sam, it's way overdue and it's so ubiquitous.
[00:20:51] And why would we not investigate it?
[00:20:54] Because they're not going to.
[00:20:56] Two things about Washington, D.C.
[00:20:58] They will not investigate themselves and they will not correct their own devastating policies and procedures.
[00:21:07] Now, they go on with their explanation of that they have the money.
[00:21:10] They say you can apply for all kinds of aid and da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
[00:21:13] And then they say this.
[00:21:16] FEMA has what it needs for, quote, immediate response and recovery efforts.
[00:21:25] What does immediate need mean?
[00:21:27] Does that mean tomorrow we could be out of money, Sheriff?
[00:21:31] Immediate.
[00:21:31] We can serve the immediate needs.
[00:21:33] What does that mean?
[00:21:36] The immediacy was, what, a week ago?
[00:21:42] A week and a half ago, yeah.
[00:21:43] Yeah.
[00:21:44] So, yeah.
[00:21:45] So what they call now is I think they still have immediacy, but it's not nearly as much as it was a week to 10 days ago.
[00:21:57] And so, really, are there any reporters in there actually showing what is going on?
[00:22:06] There's not very many of that.
[00:22:07] There's not much going on that way either.
[00:22:09] But we do have friends, as you alluded to.
[00:22:12] We have people there on the ground.
[00:22:16] And one of our reporters that has actually been quite negative towards us and CSPOA, actually, I emailed her regarding our press release.
[00:22:28] And she took two or three days to get back to me.
[00:22:31] And I was kind of surprised by that.
[00:22:33] She goes, I'm right in the middle of this in North Carolina.
[00:22:36] I am from North Carolina.
[00:22:37] And I live here.
[00:22:39] And things aren't going well.
[00:22:40] And I offered help.
[00:22:43] And she didn't respond.
[00:22:45] So that's all I can say, Sam, is that right there it shows there's still a lot of trouble going on.
[00:22:54] And she just responded to me yesterday.
[00:22:57] And so it was a very sad email.
[00:23:01] And I told her I was very sorry.
[00:23:02] I told her, God bless you.
[00:23:03] And I said, if you need something, let me know.
[00:23:06] Because we do have some of our people and members in that area helping and working, including Gary's helicopter.
[00:23:14] And so she didn't make any response to that.
[00:23:18] And by the way, I called one of the counties in the devastation zone.
[00:23:21] And I said, hey, I want to know what's true and what's not.
[00:23:23] I talked to their chief information officer.
[00:23:25] And he basically hung up on me.
[00:23:29] Wow.
[00:23:30] Yeah.
[00:23:31] All right.
[00:23:32] Now, here's the other interesting thing.
[00:23:33] They say this is a rumor, too.
[00:23:35] Rumor.
[00:23:36] FEMA is asking for cash donations and turning away volunteers.
[00:23:42] Now, they say that's not true.
[00:23:43] That's not true.
[00:23:45] Fact.
[00:23:45] This is false.
[00:23:47] FEMA is not asking for or accepting any cash donations.
[00:23:51] We encourage people who want to donate or volunteer to get involved with charitable organizations.
[00:23:58] But here's the problem.
[00:23:59] Didn't they turn around, turn away that guy that was trying to use his helicopter and he was threatened with arrest?
[00:24:05] Now, I guess FEMA could say, no, the local government or the county or the state or somebody else did it, not us, you see.
[00:24:12] But it's all a debate on what we mean by who did what, right?
[00:24:16] So FEMA can say it's not true.
[00:24:19] But at the same time, if a different government organization does it, can you really get off the hook?
[00:24:27] Anyway, it's just very, very strange.
[00:24:29] If you encounter somebody impersonating FEMA asking for donations, know that it's likely a scam.
[00:24:34] Government employees are not authorized to receive donations or money.
[00:24:39] Wow.
[00:24:39] Then how did Hunter and Joe get so much money?
[00:24:42] And what about Hillary and Bill?
[00:24:43] Just wondering.

[00:26:05] An expedition organizer in Nepal says the Russians were climbing the nearly 27,000-foot high Mount Dalagiri during Nepal's autumn climbing season.
[00:26:15] The climbers had been reported missing since Sunday and a rescue helicopter spotted their bodies on Tuesday.
[00:26:21] Two of the climbers had actually reached the summit.
[00:26:24] The remaining had returned without reaching the top.
[00:26:26] Radio contact was lost between them and the team members at the base camp.
[00:26:31] No decision has been made so far about bringing the bodies down from the mountain, which would require extensive planning, manpower and equipment.

[00:27:05] Mexico is now in charge of inspecting incoming avocados and other fruits instead of the USDA.
[00:27:12] This comes after increased threats against the inspectors themselves when they try to dig deeper into deceptive shipments.
[00:27:20] California farmers and the California Avocado Commission worry the Mexican inspectors will also face threats,
[00:27:26] meaning diseases and pests will pass through and damage U.S. crops.
[00:27:31] The commission says the USDA must reverse the decision.

[00:27:48] President Biden signed an executive order to regulate them, and that prompted a legal challenge.

[00:28:29] Former Sheriff Richard Mack recounts in his book The Proper Role of Law Enforcement,
[00:28:34] how he came to realize while working as a beat cop how wrong the all-too-common orientation of police officers is

[00:29:00] Abby Johnson was once director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Bryan, Texas.
[00:29:03] After a moral crisis, she quit, and now she campaigns against what she once endorsed.
[00:29:08] They implement abortion quotas in all of their clinics.
[00:29:11] What do you mean, quotas?
[00:29:12] You have to perform a certain number of abortions every month.
[00:29:15] One of the reasons that I left...
[00:29:17] Are they explicit about that?
[00:29:18] Yes.
[00:29:18] It's in your budget, right there on the line item.
[00:29:22] One of the reasons I left Planned Parenthood was because in a budget meeting, I was told to double that abortion quota.
[00:29:29] And for me, as someone who had spoken to the media and had said, you know, we're about reducing the number of abortions,
[00:29:35] we're about, you know, prevention, all of these other services, I was shocked to hear this.
[00:29:40] So since you actually worked at a Planned Parenthood, give us some sense of the relative number of abortions.
[00:29:47] Okay.
[00:29:48] Abortions, Planned Parenthood provides over 330,000 abortions a year.
[00:29:51] They are the largest single abortion provider in our country.
[00:30:13] Casting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West.
[00:30:18] You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable radio talk show.
[00:30:22] All right.
[00:30:24] Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans.
[00:30:26] Sam Bushman, Richard Mack on your radio.
[00:30:29] Hard-hitting news.
[00:30:30] The network refused to use continues to lead.
[00:30:32] Liberty continues.
[00:30:34] I'm a little distracted because, man, this FEMA thing has all kinds of facts on it that are just bogus.
[00:30:43] They're not facts at all, folks.
[00:30:45] I don't know how to respond to this, really, because it's just completely bogus.
[00:30:51] They go on and on and on.
[00:30:52] They say they have plenty of money and everything else.
[00:30:56] Now, listen to this one.
[00:30:58] Fact.
[00:31:00] This is false.
[00:31:02] They say this.
[00:31:04] Rumor.
[00:31:06] Funding for FEMA disaster response was diverted to support international efforts or border-related issues.
[00:31:15] They say fact.
[00:31:17] This is false.
[00:31:19] Nobody has diverted money from disaster relief or individual assistance to the border.
[00:31:30] The disaster relief fund is a dedicated fund for disaster efforts.
[00:31:34] It has not been diverted to other non-disaster-related efforts.
[00:31:41] Funding to support migrants is appropriated by Congress to Customs and Border Patrol has nothing to do with the FEMA disaster relief fund.
[00:31:55] All right?
[00:31:58] Now, my question about that, Sheriff, is this.
[00:32:03] How do we deal with this?
[00:32:04] Because, well, all you've got to say is that the border is a disaster and you can use the money for it, number one.
[00:32:10] Number two, how do we know that the funds are not being commingled?
[00:32:14] We're just told by FEMA that it's not, so we're supposed to believe that for sure.
[00:32:19] I don't really understand what's going on here, but I don't think Congress wrote the law clear enough.
[00:32:26] And I think we have games being played here.
[00:32:30] Well, did Congress authorize money to go to illegal immigrants?
[00:32:35] Oh, yeah.
[00:32:37] Millions.
[00:32:39] Millions.
[00:32:40] But they actually did?
[00:32:41] Yeah.
[00:32:42] That was a law that they passed?
[00:32:45] Well, okay, now you're playing games here, Sheriff.
[00:32:47] No, see, they're playing games.
[00:32:48] Your questions are spot on.
[00:32:50] There wasn't a law really passed, except it's just kind of a, well, you put money towards the Border Patrol and it can be used for whatever needs.
[00:32:57] Right?
[00:32:57] And so, no, there's not a specific law.
[00:32:59] It's being manipulated and your questions are exactly right.
[00:33:02] And that's what investigations should show.
[00:33:04] And that's why I'm saying to you that we can't trust the government when they tell us these things because Congress kind of passed it, but not really.
[00:33:12] There's like this massive slush fund and there's this vague, well, it's not a law, but it's a regulation or a mandate or a this or that, and it's whatever.
[00:33:20] And if we work with hotels, I mean, you've got, you know, illegal staying in swanky nice hotels in New York.
[00:33:27] And then you've got people in the mountains, the Blue Ridge Mountains that are suffering and can't get any support.
[00:33:32] And then when private sector people try to go help, they're being told not to go by the government.
[00:33:36] And then the government says that's not true.
[00:33:38] See?
[00:33:39] And where did this $750 come per person in, or was it per family or was it per household?
[00:33:46] It's per person.
[00:33:47] Where'd that come from?
[00:33:49] Well, that's where they claim that's just part of this disaster relief money.
[00:33:53] And, you know, a lot of people are critical saying that's all they're getting, and then the government comes back.
[00:33:57] Joe and Kamala say, no, that's just your first dibs.
[00:33:59] You can get that without anything.
[00:34:02] By the way, that opens it up to all kinds of fraud, but that's a whole other topic.
[00:34:06] And then you've got to apply with an application for all these other different opportunities for funding and support and service from your federal government.
[00:34:12] It's nothing but a disaster.
[00:34:14] But the problem that I have with this is the Republicans aren't any better than the Democrats.
[00:34:18] Republicans are just criticizing, saying it should have been doled out the Republican way.
[00:34:22] That's all they're saying, right?
[00:34:26] Yeah.
[00:34:27] So I guess...
[00:34:29] I mean, you doled it out the Democrat way.
[00:34:30] That's your problem.
[00:34:31] You see, you should have doled it out the Republican way.
[00:34:33] Yeah.
[00:34:34] Yeah.
[00:34:35] You know what I mean?
[00:34:36] Yeah.
[00:34:38] Or the Democratic-Republican way.
[00:34:41] That's right.
[00:34:42] The Democrat-Republicans are...
[00:34:44] I guess maybe that's why some people have got confused that we're a Democratic-Republic,
[00:34:50] because there used to be a Democrat-Republican party.
[00:34:54] Yeah.
[00:34:54] The Democrat-Republican way back when.
[00:34:58] But they found that one didn't work very well either.
[00:35:01] But the bottom line with all of this, Sam, is it's just swimming...
[00:35:06] And you and I basically are just swimming around in the circles of the same pot of corruption
[00:35:15] in Washington, D.C.
[00:35:16] And you and I insert ourselves trying to figure it all out.
[00:35:20] And I think what we have found is it's almost impossible to figure out that mess in Washington, D.C.,
[00:35:27] even though we legitimately and honorably want to find out the truth.
[00:35:32] All right.
[00:35:33] I'm going to tell you the truth then.
[00:35:35] Mm-hmm.
[00:35:37] It looks like FEMA doled out millions of dollars pushing equity leading up to hurricane season,
[00:35:44] and that's why there's a debate about money.
[00:35:46] In other words, they took the money, and there used to be a term, Sheriff Mack,
[00:35:51] and it used to be...
[00:35:53] I'm trying to think of the way they phrase this word.
[00:35:58] The way they phrase the word is it's like, how do we do the most good for the most amount of people?
[00:36:03] What do they call that?
[00:36:05] The something good.
[00:36:06] The greater good or greatest good.
[00:36:08] Mm-hmm.
[00:36:09] Right?
[00:36:10] And so what happened is that the greater good...
[00:36:14] Okay.
[00:36:14] No, I guess they call it greatest good.
[00:36:16] Let me get this right.
[00:36:18] The greatest good issue is on the altar here.
[00:36:22] What they did was that they've jettisoned the greatest good mentality.
[00:36:26] The greatest good mentality said, hey, let's bring the resources to the place where we can do the greatest good,
[00:36:30] whether it's a hospital, whether it's a disaster.
[00:36:33] We're going to...
[00:36:34] Okay.
[00:36:34] Let's just say we're restoring power, to make the example simple.
[00:36:38] I'm going to start by triaging this thing, looking at it and saying, okay,
[00:36:41] how do I bring power back to the most amount of people first?
[00:36:44] And then I'll go next, next, next, next, next.
[00:36:46] How do I help the...
[00:36:48] If all kinds of people are being rushed to the hospital, how can I help the most first?
[00:36:52] You know what?
[00:36:53] I'm going to do two things.
[00:36:54] I'm going to take the people that need the help the most or they're going to die,
[00:36:57] and they're number one.
[00:36:58] And then after that, I'm going to do things that can get most of the people that maybe,
[00:37:01] you know, just a little bit hurt squared away so they can get kind of out of the way
[00:37:06] and we can then work on the middle.
[00:37:07] And that's the greatest good idea, whether it's power, whether it's food.
[00:37:11] All right, I'm going to bring food to the location that's got the most amount of people first, et cetera.
[00:37:16] Well, they've played games with that now because the DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion,
[00:37:23] is live and well in FEMA.
[00:37:25] And so the headline says,
[00:37:27] Woke FEMA Doled Out Millions Pushing, Quote, Equity Leading Up to Hurricane Season.
[00:37:33] And that's the problem we're having here.
[00:37:35] This is the truth of the matter.
[00:37:36] And what that means is they didn't do the greatest good idea anymore.
[00:37:41] Here's what they did.
[00:37:42] They said, you know, there's black people that have been hurting for decades.
[00:37:46] There's women that have been hurting for decades.
[00:37:48] They've been abused by the white man, by the white male, hostile, you know, macho, alpha male, whatever.
[00:37:55] And since these groups have been, the Asians, the Hispanics, the whoever,
[00:37:59] these groups have been so downtrodden for so long.
[00:38:02] We're going to start there because the greater good, greater than the greatest good, don't you know,
[00:38:08] would be to deal with those inequities first.
[00:38:10] And so that's where they get this idea.
[00:38:13] Hey, in a disaster on the border, it's a disaster when, say, New York is overwhelmed.
[00:38:17] We're going to put these illegals.
[00:38:19] I mean, these undocumented.
[00:38:20] I mean, these sad refugees in these hotels because, you know what?
[00:38:28] This equity demands it.
[00:38:30] And so now the bureaucrats are discussing this, quote, greatest good for equity in FEMA disaster plan meetings.
[00:38:40] We've got videos of it.
[00:38:41] There's footage about all this.
[00:38:43] And it's all happening.
[00:38:44] And now they're getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar on this.
[00:38:46] And it's all been Biden and Harris.
[00:38:48] That's where we are, Sheriff.
[00:38:51] Well, then, you know, also a category you touched on but didn't say specifically, and that is the asylum seekers.
[00:38:59] And so they've tried to make it, Sam, where it plays on our – pulls on our heartstrings because these people are just trying to seek asylum because they're being so abused in their countries.
[00:39:11] If they indeed are seeking asylum because things are so horrible in their banana republics where they're trying to get out of, then why aren't we approaching those countries and saying we're going to cut off foreign aid if you don't start treating these people better?
[00:39:27] But that's never even been considered, Sam.
[00:39:31] They don't care.
[00:39:32] They don't care about asylum seekers.
[00:39:34] They don't care about the reasons they're trying to leave their countries.
[00:39:38] Nothing has ever been addressed about that, Sam.
[00:39:42] Nothing.
[00:39:43] And so, oh, well, you know, Mexico or Venezuela is so mean to their people there and there's no opportunity.
[00:39:50] There's no equality.
[00:39:52] The middle class doesn't hardly even exist.
[00:39:54] Property rights are not respected.
[00:39:56] Human rights are not respected.
[00:39:59] And they don't even as much as shake their finger at them and say, you know, you guys ought to be better to these people so they don't try to come into our country illegally.
[00:40:08] And then the types of people that they're actually getting because this absolutely gives those countries an opportunity to empty their prisons and send them all here.
[00:40:18] And as you alluded to last week, they could just do that with a phone call.
[00:40:25] That's the test they have to take is just do something over the phone and they don't even verify who's on the phone.
[00:40:35] So, Sam, it has gotten so absurd and ridiculous that once you start in that cesspool that keeps going around and around in Washington, D.C., the people that are in there to make sure that the confusion and the lies keep going is because we have a complicit media.
[00:40:55] General Flynn, local action, national impact.

[00:43:03] All right.
[00:43:04] Sam Bushman, Sheriff Richard Mack with me.
[00:43:08] CSPOA.org.
[00:43:09] Become a member of the posse today.
[00:43:10] I want to talk about our press release more, Sheriff.
[00:43:13] We are trying to issue a press release that basically calls on all 3,000 sheriffs in the country, all state attorneys general and governors to start investigating.
[00:43:24] We believe General Flynn's edict, local action, national impact.
[00:43:29] And so we're basically saying, look, we've got to investigate this.
[00:43:32] Whether, you know, I don't know who's telling the truth on this FEMA money.
[00:43:34] Did they really double down a DEI agenda and spend all the money?
[00:43:38] And so therefore now we're struggling for hurricane season.
[00:43:40] I don't believe government should be spending the money in the first place.
[00:43:43] Forget DEI or forget the old way or the greater good or anything else.
[00:43:47] And Democrats and Republicans just want to spend the money their own way.
[00:43:50] And they don't really have a problem with stealing from the people.
[00:43:52] Who said the government could rape my wallet and help out hurricane victims?
[00:43:56] Now, don't get me wrong.
[00:43:57] I think helping out hurricane victims is the right thing to do.
[00:44:00] It's just not right for the government to be in the mandated middle of it.
[00:44:03] Okay.
[00:44:05] And that's the problem that I'm having with this whole thing.
[00:44:07] But at the end of the day, we have issued a press release, whether it's the disasters here, whether it's Joe and Hunter Biden, their criminal activity, pay to play around the world, whether it's Hillary Clinton.
[00:44:19] And they're, you know, having emails that are classified on a server, whether it's Hunter.
[00:44:25] I don't even know how to say it in bed with everybody.
[00:44:27] Same thing with the CIA and drug operations and in bed with people overseas, whether it's the drug running or the gun running operation.
[00:44:35] What was it?
[00:44:36] Something Walker across the southern border.
[00:44:40] What was that thing called?
[00:44:44] And it was that gun operation across the southern border.
[00:44:46] There's so many different.
[00:44:47] Fast and Furious.
[00:44:48] Yeah, it was updated to Fast and Furious, but I think it was called Gun Slow Walker or something like that before that.
[00:44:53] Okay.
[00:44:54] And then all these scandals and what, you know, we're talking about the IRS is just out of control attacking everybody.
[00:45:00] Homeland Security is just crazy and violates everybody's rights everywhere.
[00:45:03] All the way to Joe Biden and election integrity questions and issues.
[00:45:08] And we can just go on and on and on with the corruption.
[00:45:10] And the only way for us to have any faith restored in the government is for honest local investigations to literally investigate and then to take those investigations to full accountability, transparency.
[00:45:22] And if needs be, throw people in jail and stop these shenanigans at all levels.
[00:45:27] I mean, law affairs become the order of the day to the point where, you know, they're attacking everyone.
[00:45:33] You and I can't even stop the fraudulent attacks on us, libel and slander against us because, hey, we don't have the money for that kind of lawfare stuff.
[00:45:40] And even if we did, the courts are so corrupt, we probably wouldn't win.
[00:45:43] And so that's what we're facing.
[00:45:45] And so we're calling on national investigations everywhere at the local level.
[00:45:50] I say national investigations because if you have 15 counties all come to the same conclusions about election integrity issues, for instance.
[00:45:58] Well, what happens to that?
[00:45:59] Does it just stay in 15 separate lawsuits or, okay, the debate's on.
[00:46:03] But the point is we're calling for these investigations and General Flynn has joined us.
[00:46:08] Several organizations have joined us.
[00:46:10] Moms for America have joined us.
[00:46:12] The John Birch Society has joined us.
[00:46:15] America's Future has joined us.
[00:46:17] We're starting to get real traction.
[00:46:19] When we tried to write a press release, we tried to submit it to all the press release companies we can find.
[00:46:24] And every one of them goes, yeah, that's too opinionated.
[00:46:26] We can't print that.
[00:46:27] Nah.
[00:46:29] So now we're stuck with how do we, you know, get a press release out?
[00:46:32] We can't.
[00:46:33] Well, can we go to the media directly?
[00:46:34] Yeah, one by one, I'm almost ready to start our own press release company for political press releases that are, you know, hey, when does an opinion piece or a whatever become factual?
[00:46:44] I mean, look, here's the facts.
[00:46:46] Several large national organizations with credibility are calling on government officials at virtually all levels, state and local, to investigate criminal activity in their areas of jurisdiction.
[00:47:00] That's a nationwide news story.
[00:47:04] Except they're saying they can't print in the news, Sheriff.
[00:47:06] It's too opinionated there.
[00:47:07] There's too many allegations in there.
[00:47:09] There's too many subject to opinions in there.
[00:47:12] And, okay, how do you write that thing in a way?
[00:47:14] And I even asked some press release writers at some of these companies.
[00:47:17] They help people craft press releases.
[00:47:19] I said, can you help me rewrite this thing?
[00:47:20] Oh, no, no, no, no.
[00:47:21] We can't touch that, Sam.
[00:47:24] But what do they call an opinion that no one is against, no one is above the law?
[00:47:30] We put that in there.
[00:47:31] Yeah, that's opinion.
[00:47:32] You just think that.
[00:47:33] You want to know why?
[00:47:34] Because we know that Barack and Joe and Kamala, and they are above the law, Sheriff.
[00:47:40] So that it is an opinion that they're not.
[00:47:42] Oh.
[00:47:43] See?
[00:47:45] Okay.
[00:47:45] We're that correct now.
[00:47:47] But we're just quoting.
[00:47:48] We're just quoting Kamala and Biden during the Trump investigations.
[00:47:53] Yeah, but they can say that, but you can't.
[00:47:55] See, they're above the law.
[00:47:55] And when it's them, it's not opinion.
[00:47:57] See, that's why FEMA writes the facts about what's really going on.
[00:48:01] And everything you have is opinion.
[00:48:03] FEMA writes the facts.
[00:48:04] Joe and Kamala write the facts.
[00:48:06] What they say and do are facts.
[00:48:08] But I'm just talking about the news wire people that we use for our press releases.
[00:48:16] They've done our press releases before when they said we're having a conference.
[00:48:21] Was that an opinion that we were having a conference?
[00:48:25] Yeah, I don't know.
[00:48:26] They'll go for that one.
[00:48:26] They won't go for this one, and they won't even help us rewrite it to where it'll work.
[00:48:29] So guess where I had to turn to?
[00:48:31] I had to turn to ChatGPT to help me write it.
[00:48:34] And I sent you an example.
[00:48:36] They don't want it rewritten.
[00:48:36] They want to censor us.
[00:48:38] That's right.
[00:48:39] They're lying about the rewrite.
[00:48:43] That's right.
[00:48:43] That's exactly right.
[00:48:44] They don't want to rewrite it.
[00:48:45] Here's what they really don't want.
[00:48:47] They don't.
[00:48:48] And here's the real problem, Sheriff.
[00:48:49] I don't know that these organizations are really against us.
[00:48:52] Let me tell you where I believe they are.
[00:48:54] They're afraid if they print something like this, number one, they will lose credibility.
[00:48:58] The government will be turned towards them and that they will experience the wrath that we've already experienced.
[00:49:04] That's what I believe this is about.
[00:49:07] I don't believe they disagree with us or they dislike it.
[00:49:09] Or I think they're just afraid.
[00:49:11] Because look what happens to Elon Musk when he turns against the government.
[00:49:14] Or look what happens to Donald Trump when he does.
[00:49:17] Or Sidney Powell or anybody else.
[00:49:20] And so I think these people are just going, we're not willing to go down that road because it won't go well for us.
[00:49:26] I don't think these people are against us or unwilling to do it except for the fact that they're in fear of their government, Sheriff.
[00:49:33] So what if we try to put it on Facebook?
[00:49:37] That's exactly what we're going to do.
[00:49:38] We're going to try to put it on Facebook.
[00:49:40] We're going to try to contact all the partner organizations that we have and see if they have a way to get this press released.
[00:49:45] I'm thinking about writing a press release that points to our press release.
[00:49:49] So something that might get released that says something about, hey, here's what we're calling for.
[00:49:53] And because our press release that we originally wrote was too opinionated, please see it here if you want our actual press release.
[00:50:01] You know, see if I can get something like that released.
[00:50:03] But we're stuck right now and can't get the word out to what we're trying to accomplish.
[00:50:08] Isn't that interesting?
[00:50:11] Right.
[00:50:12] Now, meanwhile, I don't know if you heard about this, and I can't get into the details.
[00:50:17] I'll cover it more next hour if I have time.
[00:50:19] But there's a Call Her Daddy podcast.
[00:50:22] I don't know if you've heard of this.
[00:50:24] Call Her Daddy podcast.
[00:50:26] You're supposed to call the girl daddy now because that way it gives her power if you call her daddy.
[00:50:30] So you need to start calling your wife daddy, okay?
[00:50:33] That way your wife will have power.
[00:50:34] That's the idea of the podcast.
[00:50:36] It's basically a sex podcast.
[00:50:37] It's like Howard Stern for Chicks.
[00:50:39] And it basically came from nowhere in 2018 to becoming the top podcast on Apple.
[00:50:45] Well, Kamala just went on there and lied.
[00:50:48] Okay?
[00:50:49] Kamala basically said, hey, I don't know of any law that forces a man about his body.
[00:51:03] And it's a lie because the way they're, you know, going about it or talking about it or whatever you want to say.
[00:51:11] Let's see how they said this.
[00:51:14] They said, let's see.
[00:51:20] I guess, okay, Kamala Harris falsely claimed that there were no laws that allowed the government to control a man's body.
[00:51:27] And they said, no, we don't know of any because they're trying to promote abortion and murder and stuff, right?
[00:51:31] Now, J.D. Vance didn't call it murder like he should have when he was in the debate, but there you go.
[00:51:35] Anyway, I digress except to say this.
[00:51:37] The correct answer is yes, the draft, which has cost over a million male lives.
[00:51:43] You either take your body and go fight for somebody or you're going to jail or they'll hunt for you.
[00:51:48] So the most notable example is the draft, not to mention forced vaccines if you're in the military.
[00:51:53] So she flat out lied and peddled propaganda on this Call Her Daddy podcast.
[00:52:01] Well, what about drinking, public intoxication?
[00:52:06] What about urinating in public?
[00:52:10] What about all the other drugs that you're not allowed to take?
[00:52:15] Don't I have a right to put fentanyl in my body without them arresting me?
[00:52:23] Yes, let's see.
[00:52:24] She just lied.
[00:52:25] But see, again, if it's Kamala, though, the facts are on her side.
[00:52:29] You're just expressing your opinions now.
[00:52:30] You've got that right.
[00:52:31] And not only that, your opinions are not welcome, just so you know.
[00:52:35] Yeah.
[00:52:35] And that's where we become.
[00:52:36] That's what we become in America today, Sheriff.
[00:52:41] Yeah, it is.
[00:52:42] And, of course, you and I have talked about that for years.
[00:52:46] Yes, indeed.
[00:52:48] Another thing we keep talking about is the insanity that keeps happening.
[00:52:53] And we keep thinking that it can never get worse.
[00:52:56] And almost on a daily basis, it does.
[00:53:00] And so that's why I'm just really getting this feeling, especially after we're being – we're actually – Mark Fincham told me that there was a deal on Twitter, I guess X now, that there – somebody, I don't think it's Elon Musk, but somebody who works for him or somebody else high up.
[00:53:24] Or somebody who can manipulate X is censoring CSPOA.
[00:53:30] And that came –
[00:53:31] Yeah, they shadow ban and censor us.
[00:53:33] That's right.
[00:53:33] It's all happening.
[00:53:34] It's true.
[00:53:34] How do you get a hold of Elon?
[00:53:36] I don't know.
[00:53:36] I've talked to a lot of people who try to get a hold of Elon Musk to talk to him about that, and there's no way to solve it that I know of.
[00:53:41] Can't get a hold of Elon.
[00:53:42] Can't get a hold of Donald.
[00:53:43] Can't get a hold of anybody.
[00:53:44] Of course, though, just so you know, call her daddy.
[00:53:48] They're asking Donald Trump for an interview right now.
[00:53:50] They can get a hold of Donald.
[00:53:52] Oh, okay.
[00:53:53] Good.
[00:53:56] Wow, Sam.
[00:53:57] Yeah, Donald's going to have to call her daddy.
[00:54:01] Call her daddy, Donnie.
[00:54:03] I ain't calling her daddy, but I'll call her dummy.
[00:54:07] Yeah, there you go.
[00:54:08] All right, Sheriff Mack, thank you so much.
[00:54:11] The weekly webinar on Wednesdays, right?
[00:54:15] So it's tomorrow?
[00:54:16] It is tomorrow, 1230 Pacific, 330 Pacific.
[00:54:21] All right, everybody join the posse today, CSPOA.org.
[00:54:24] Thank you, Sheriff.
[00:54:25] We'll have you back soon.
[00:54:26] Ladies and gentlemen, we got a lot to cover, man.
[00:54:28] I'm telling you right now, it's getting crazy on your radio.
[00:54:30] I am Sam Bushman.
[00:54:31] This is the one and only Liberty Roundtable live nationally syndicated broadcast.
[00:54:36] LovingLiberty.net, our national syndicator.
[00:54:39] And God save the Republic of the United States of America.
