[00:01:27] And it was against the state of Missouri
[00:01:28] who had come out strongly against gun control
[00:01:33] perpetrated by the federal government.
[00:01:36] And the warning of Missouri that came out
[00:01:39] over that they promulgated this legislation,
[00:01:43] it warned, it was a shot across the bow
[00:01:45] to the federal government.
[00:01:46] Don't come into Missouri and think
[00:01:48] that you're gonna take guns from people
[00:01:50] because our law supersedes yours.
[00:01:54] This is a sovereign state and you have no authority
[00:01:58] to be initiating gun control in the first place.
[00:02:01] And eight to one with Clarence Thomas
[00:02:03] being the only dissenting vote,
[00:02:07] they said that the Supreme Court ruled
[00:02:10] that the state of Missouri doesn't have the authority
[00:02:13] because it does not supersede federal authority.
[00:02:16] And the problem with this is just this simply Sam,
[00:02:20] they have not read the Supreme Court decision
[00:02:22] called MAC Prince VUS.
[00:02:26] They seem to be completely oblivious of this.
[00:02:29] And there's one other thing,
[00:02:33] well, let me just quote the decision.
[00:02:35] I'll quote the decision.
[00:02:37] Residual state sovereignty, there you go.
[00:02:40] State sovereignty was also implicit, of course,
[00:02:45] in the Constitution's conferral upon Congress
[00:02:49] of not all governmental powers.
[00:02:54] And so what kind do they have?
[00:02:58] Scalia says, but only discrete enumerated ones.
[00:03:06] Only discrete enumerated ones.
[00:03:08] So Sam, we have got to tell our own Supreme Court,
[00:03:10] US Supreme Court that they can only act
[00:03:15] if it is authorized by the Constitution
[00:03:18] and one of the enumerated powers
[00:03:22] that is in the Constitution.
[00:03:24] There is no enumerated power in the Constitution
[00:03:28] that allows the federal government at any level
[00:03:31] in any branch to initiate and propagate gun control laws.
[00:03:38] And that is why Missouri is absolutely correct
[00:03:41] in their stance in telling the federal government
[00:03:43] to stay out, leave us alone,
[00:03:46] because they have no enumerated authorized power
[00:03:51] in any way.
[00:03:53] In fact, quite the opposite
[00:03:54] when you read the Second Amendment,
[00:03:55] it prohibits the federal government
[00:03:58] from enacting any gun control laws whatsoever.
[00:04:02] They have no skin in the game.
[00:04:04] And so here we go again,
[00:04:05] the federal government per the United States Supreme Court
[00:04:10] breaking the law and violating the Constitution.
[00:04:17] Amen to that.
[00:04:18] And it's important to note, Sheriff, too,
[00:04:20] that if the states don't have any autonomy
[00:04:22] to make decisions like that,
[00:04:24] then what is the Second Amendment all about, Sheriff,
[00:04:27] number one, because the federal ruling
[00:04:29] is against the Second Amendment, right?
[00:04:31] Well yeah, but what is the state about?
[00:04:33] If the federal government could control everything
[00:04:36] within the states, that's what this decision says.
[00:04:39] Right.
[00:04:40] Then the states really don't exist.
[00:04:43] They simply are an enclave of the federal government
[00:04:46] and really it's just, Missouri would be enclave 22.
[00:04:51] And Arizona would be enclave 48,
[00:04:53] because we're just being acted upon
[00:04:57] by the federal government.
[00:05:00] It also means there's no ninth
[00:05:01] and 10th Amendments either, right?
[00:05:03] Of course not.
[00:05:04] No, the 10th would be completely no avoid.
[00:05:07] And that's basically what they were saying.
[00:05:09] But no, but anyway, everybody-
[00:05:11] It's very important to know, ladies and gentlemen,
[00:05:14] this is absolutely a lie from the federal court.
[00:05:17] And this is where we claim
[00:05:19] that we don't need to follow these lies.
[00:05:21] The court can say whatever they want to,
[00:05:24] but the court cannot disagree
[00:05:26] with the Supreme Law of the land.
[00:05:27] Look at the Second Amendment on gun rights.
[00:05:29] Look at the ninth and 10th Amendments
[00:05:31] on whatever's not designated
[00:05:34] for the federal government to decide
[00:05:35] is left to the people and the states respectively.
[00:05:39] If the states have no dual sovereignty,
[00:05:41] where's the autonomy at all?
[00:05:43] And they're just political subdivisions of the feds.
[00:05:45] And that's what we're talking about, right?
