* What happened to Fauci’s ‘smoking gun’ emails?
* Top Fauci aide allegedly learned to make ‘smoking gun’ emails ‘disappear’ – Violated agency’s public records policy by disposing of certain communications – Jason Cohen, DailyCaller.com
Fauci’s senior advisor at the NIH Dr. David Morens allegedly intentionally obstructed the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic’s investigations into the origins of COVID-19 to protect his boss. Tabak told Republican House Oversight Chair James Comer in response to his questioning during a hearing that Morens allegedly violated NIH policy by getting rid of emails following public records requests.
* US Right to Know is one organization that submitted public records requests to the NIH for emails Morens sent regarding content related to the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is currently engaged in litigation with the agency for its lack of compliance with a January 2022 request.
* “Dr. David Morens, a senior advisor to Fauci for decades, wrote in an email to Dr. Daszak, ‘I learned from our FOIA lady here how to make emails disappear after I am FOIA’d, but before the search starts. So I think we are all safe. Plus I deleted most of those earlier emails after sending them to Gmail.’
“He also later wrote Dr. Daszak, ‘We are all smart enough to know to never have smoking guns and if we did, we wouldn’t put them in emails. And if we found them, ‘we would delete them,”

[00:00:00] . Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show.
[00:00:23] Alright, happy to have you along my fellow Americans. Sam Bushman live on your radio. Hard-hitting news that was refused to use, no doubt starts now.
[00:00:35] This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for May 20th and the year of our Lord 2024. This is our one of two and the goal always is to protect life, liberty and property,
[00:00:45] to promote God, family and country and the do so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers.
[00:00:51] Yes indeed we use the blueprint for liberty, the supreme law of the land, the constitution with the United States of America as our guide.
[00:00:57] We reject revolution unless it's Jesus' revolution. Then we're in. We absolutely follow the prints of peace.
[00:01:02] Welcome to the broadcast. Hope you're all doing absolutely fantastic. I am fired up and ready to go. Dr. Scott Bradley is with me.
[00:01:09] He's the founder and the chairman of the Constitution Commemoration Foundation as well as the author of the book and DVD series to preserve the nation in the traditions of our founding fathers.
[00:01:25] His website, freedomsrisingson.com. Dr. Bradley, welcome back to the broadcast, sir.
[00:01:31] Well, good morning to everyone. Another week starts. Holy cow, I can't believe the year is almost half over as we are on the tail end of May.
[00:01:40] I mean it's absolutely astounding me how time flies when you're having fun and we must be having a blast in spite of everything the world has going in it right now.
[00:01:50] Well, I'm into that reality check. Letting them all right. Listen, there's a question that the Daily Caller and World Net Daily are both asking and I think it's a great question to ask.
[00:02:01] You know, back in the day, Anthony Fauci got caught with smoking gun emails and you know, whatever happened to all of that because it kind of just disappeared and went away and no one's talking about it.
[00:02:13] I concur. I've been wondering that myself when we got the patron on it. But what do you think happened to the Anthony Fauci smoking gun emails? Dr. Bradley, any update on this before I get to the story that actually kind of lays out what happened?
[00:02:28] Well, I'm firmly of conviction that one of the largest cover ups in history of the world has followed up on the largest, shall I say, scam in the history of the world.
[00:02:41] The COVID con was a con that was perpetrated upon the entire world. The follow on with the pharma, what shall we say, marketing ploy that church leaders, business leaders, political leaders, media leaders, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, none of whom are really leaders got on the bandwagon so vigorously and continued the con.
[00:02:59] But Fauci was the leading the band and I truly believe that there's been an expungement, if you will, of records. It's kind of like in my opinion. Well, it's orders of magnitude beyond what happened as bad as Hillary Clinton's deal was when she smashed her hard drives and her stuff and she was the leader of the band.
[00:03:13] And in order to prevent anybody from knowing what was going through her server in her bathroom or wherever the heck she kept it in their apartment and all of the state department secret top secret information that she had to keep it in her apartment.
[00:03:29] She provided the world with a real time view of what was going on in the state department. They just smashed it all. I suspect.
[00:03:34] Accountability, right? Absolutely. But I suspect that's exactly what has happened.
[00:04:10] That's a conspiracy theorist nut. Come on now. No, I'm a realist and I'm a pragmatic guy that looks at things as says if it happened in politics, it was planned. And I think that's what happened.
[00:04:22] The details of it. I obviously don't know very well at all, but I suspect that that's clear about the no foisted. OK, let's go more and testimony got the answers for us, sir.
[00:04:35] What happened to Anthony Fauci smoking gun emails? You ask daily caller dot com top Fauci aid allegedly learned to make smoking gun emails disappear as he violated.
[00:04:52] The agency's public records policy by disposing of certain communications daily caller dot com and Jason Cohen with the peace and I H that's the national institutes of health principal deputy Lawrence Tabak is how you say his name.
[00:05:16] So and I H principal director Lawrence Tabak testified on Thursday that a quote former aid of Anthony Fauci intentionally violated the agency's public record policy.
[00:05:33] He just got rid of them. Now listen carefully because here's the needs. Fauci's senior advisor at the NIH. OK, guys. David's doctor.
[00:05:45] I don't know how you say it. M.O.R. E.N.S. Dr. Moran's allegedly they say intentionally obstructed the House Select Subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemics investigations into exactly what happened.
[00:06:05] Right.
[00:06:08] Right. And he basically said they deleted the emails to protect their boss Anthony Fauci. Yeah, that's what he told James Comer.
[00:06:21] They would basically delete the emails following the FOIA requests for the emails.
[00:06:29] There's a group called U.S. Right to Know and that's an organization that submitted public records requests to try to get the bottom of it.
[00:06:37] And it's currently engaged in litigation with the agency over this very matter now.
[00:06:45] Because of his lack of compliance with the FOIA request, which is law. Dr. David Moran's a senior advisor to Anthony Fauci wrote an email to Dr.
[00:06:59] I don't know how you say it. BASDAQ.
[00:07:04] I learned from our FOIA lady here.
[00:07:07] So a freedom of Information Act request representative or lady that works for them how to make emails disappear after the FOIA request, but before the search starts.
[00:07:22] So I think we're all safe. Plus, I forwarded a bunch of the emails to Gmail and then deleted them.
[00:07:28] So what's this guy's name? Call me your Comer. What's his name?
[00:07:33] This representative.
[00:07:36] What? Yeah, he asked all these questions and the guy was on the stand.
[00:07:41] And he answered honestly to Jim Comer.
[00:07:44] He basically said, Hey, is this policy? No.
[00:07:48] Did you do it?
[00:07:50] Yeah, I learned how to make it disappear.
[00:07:52] The lady taught me what to do.
[00:07:55] Eco Health Alliance president Peter.
[00:08:00] What's this guy's name?
[00:08:02] BASDAQ.
[00:08:04] DASDAQ.
[00:08:06] I don't know how to say these names. DASDAQ.
[00:08:08] Anyway, allegedly misled the federal government so that he could receive grants for the Wuhan labs or for the Wuhan labs.
[00:08:17] And he says, Does the NIH teach employees how to avoid transparency query?
[00:08:24] Comer. I certainly hope not, Tamek said.
[00:08:28] Anyway, bottom line is they got caught. They literally lied on the stand.
[00:08:33] They would get FOIA requests.
[00:08:35] They would go to the quote make it disappear lady should tell them what to do before she ran her search.
[00:08:40] They would nuke all the emails forward them to Gmail or whatever else.
[00:08:44] And then they would basically run the search knowing the emails were intentionally not there.
[00:08:49] Then they'd deliver the goods that was a lie.
[00:08:52] And it all came out on the stand.
[00:08:54] This is not opinion. This is not conjecture.
[00:08:57] This is not, you know, Dr. Bradley said, Hey, you know what?
[00:08:59] If it's in politics, it doesn't happen by accident.
[00:09:01] But he said, Look, we've seen this happen before with Hillary Clinton and the sledgehammer and other things like that.
[00:09:06] They're getting better at it because now they're just going to people in the staff and say, Look, before you run your search, tell me what I got to get rid of.
[00:09:12] So then the next question is put that lady on the stand and say, Hey, when you tell them what the deleter had to do,
[00:09:18] do you run a search and tell them what they need to do before you run the quote official search?
[00:09:23] How do you tell them to make what to do to make sure that nothing gets through the cracks or whatever you want to say?
[00:09:30] All I'm telling you is there's more here than meets the eye.
[00:09:33] But again, Hillary did this now.
[00:09:35] Anthony Fauci got caught doing it too.
[00:09:38] Whether you talk about Fauci or Dr. This or Dr.
[00:09:42] You know, Daz Dakar, Dr.
[00:09:44] Morence or whatever the guy's names are.
[00:09:46] I don't know who down the line did what, when, where, who's the quote, you know, foil lady.
[00:09:51] You know, you just blame and switch and point to somebody else.
[00:09:55] And then those people never get subpoenaed or called and put on the stand or anything else.
[00:09:59] And so then it just kind of goes, Oh, this came out.
[00:10:01] Jim Comer got to the bottom of it.
[00:10:03] But it's alleged, don't you know, doctor?
[00:10:05] So because it's alleged, it's not really a fact.
[00:10:07] And nevertheless, they testified to it.
[00:10:09] They did it.
[00:10:10] It would not be hard to connect the dots and change the alleged to factual reality check.
[00:10:14] But yet that's where we are on this.
[00:10:17] But I don't see anybody in the mainstream press talking about it.
[00:10:20] Daily Callers talking about it.
[00:10:21] World Net Daily talking about it.
[00:10:22] I'm talking about it.
[00:10:23] None of the mainstream press really up in arms about this at all.
[00:10:26] And it's just going to disappear with no accountability.
[00:10:28] Now, Rand Paul doing his best to hold Fauci accountable.
[00:10:31] But I don't see a whole lot of reality check on that either.
[00:10:35] Anyway, we'll take a quick break.
[00:10:37] Come right back and Dr.
[00:10:38] Bradley will start out and respond to all this.
[00:10:40] It is insanity.
[00:10:42] You are listening to Liberty Roundtable Live.
[00:11:23] We're going to take a quick break.
[00:11:25] We'll be right back.
[00:11:53] We'll be right back.
[00:11:57] As a parent, is receiving a faith-based,
[00:12:01] character-focused education for your children difficult to find?
[00:12:04] Do you believe that godly principles should be a central component in your child's education?
[00:12:09] Imagine a school where faith and integrity are at its center,
[00:12:12] where heritage and responsibility instill character.
[00:12:15] For over 40 years, American Heritage School has been educating both hearts and minds,
[00:12:20] bringing out academic excellence.
[00:12:22] This is the school where character and embracing the providence of a living god are fundamental,
[00:12:27] where students' national test scores average near the 90th percentile.
[00:12:31] With American Heritage School's advanced distance education program,
[00:12:35] distance is no longer an issue.
[00:12:37] With an accredited LDS-oriented curriculum from kindergarten through 12th grade,
[00:12:42] your children can attend from anywhere in the world.
[00:12:45] American Heritage School will prepare your child for more than a job.
[00:12:48] It will prepare them for life.
[00:12:50] To learn more, visit American-Heritage.org.
[00:12:53] That's American-Heritage.org.
[00:12:56] Okay, you know, this kind of stuff of expunging records has been going on for millennia, literally.
[00:13:18] The bad guys, the ones that want to control the narrative,
[00:13:23] that want to control the agenda, they get the record and they alter the record.
[00:13:28] And it's interesting to me that this was done anciently by the hierarchy of those
[00:13:34] that were the leaders of Israel when so much of the scriptures existed prior to them,
[00:13:41] talked about the people killing their own messiah.
[00:13:45] And it's interesting how they went through and they cleansed the record and they tried to get it all.
[00:13:50] But just like now, I believe they overlooked a lot of things.
[00:13:55] Isaiah 53 is a good example to me about how they, oops, we didn't scrub this particular record
[00:14:04] and it talks about the messiah being put to death and so on.
[00:14:08] So this has been going on a long time.
[00:14:11] This is nothing new. Bad people do bad things.
[00:14:15] The fact is we have forensics capabilities that we can review these things now
[00:14:21] I believe that they ought to be completely tracked to ground, if you will.
[00:14:28] When an email is sent, there's a recipient.
[00:14:32] There's another record on the other end.
[00:14:34] Just because the originating record has been expunged does not mean that we can't obtain the other end of it.
[00:14:41] And I'm so chapped about everything that happens right now.
[00:14:44] I think we ought to, like I say, chase it to ground.
[00:14:47] I think that, you know, they say, oh, we're involved in litigation.
[00:14:50] We're trying to argue about whether they did it or not.
[00:14:53] My position is that this is an issue that needs to be criminal charges filed.
[00:15:02] The maximum extent of the law brought out.
[00:15:05] The warning shot across the bow needs to happen that says,
[00:15:08] if this ever happens again, you guys are going away for a long time.
[00:15:12] There are laws that prevent this.
[00:15:15] And as Sam pointed out earlier with the deal with Hillary Clinton,
[00:15:20] there's no anybody that gets their hand slapped, let alone any criminal time on this thing.
[00:15:27] This needs to stop.
[00:15:29] And I'm absolutely convinced that with today's forensic capability, we can chase these things to ground.
[00:15:36] And I believe that the people that were responsible for it,
[00:15:39] the guy that testified before the hearing and admitted that they had done it,
[00:15:43] OK, he has his own testimony.
[00:15:45] There's got to be other people that are involved.
[00:15:47] And this needs to be pursued.
[00:15:49] Their criminal charges need to be brought.
[00:15:52] You know, we had a recent contempt of Congress, or contempt of at least the subpoena thing.
[00:15:59] Oh, Hunter Biden, he doesn't have to follow up on his subpoena to testify.
[00:16:03] Nobody ever seems to get their hand slapped for anything.
[00:16:07] If in fact criminal activity has occurred, it needs to be brought forth.
[00:16:12] And I believe this thing has had literally millions of people die.
[00:16:18] Economic upheaval that we can't believe.
[00:16:21] The country was turned upside down.
[00:16:23] The inflation that occurred because of how they responded.
[00:16:27] The absolute criminal activity of locking down an entire population,
[00:16:33] putting them in house arrest, no due process, no habeas corpus, none of this stuff going on.
[00:16:39] All of these things are tied back.
[00:16:42] And to everybody in the country too, though, this was all across the country.
[00:16:47] The executive branch was kind of wise enough to stay out of it,
[00:16:50] but letting the states do the bidding,
[00:16:52] but the pressure being on with funds being handed out and everything else.
[00:16:56] So there was a budgetary reality with strings attached.
[00:16:59] But yet, you know, the general government could say, well, we didn't do what the states did.
[00:17:02] And, you know, it's all about, you know, obfuscating who the real criminals are,
[00:17:07] who really did the deed.
[00:17:08] And I'll give you an example in the testimony.
[00:17:10] It says this, listen carefully.
[00:17:13] We're talking about David Moran's who was on the stand or David Moran's.
[00:17:17] He also later wrote Dr. Dazdak.
[00:17:21] We are all smart enough to never have smoking guns.
[00:17:27] And if we did, we wouldn't put them in emails.
[00:17:30] And if they were found in emails, we would delete them.
[00:17:33] I mean, how more in your face intentional blatant can it get, doctor?
[00:17:38] Well, here's the deal.
[00:17:40] You know, there's these people they say, oh, they wiped the gun clean of fingerprints
[00:17:45] when they fired the deadly shot or they scrubbed the ground off the serial number off of the all.
[00:17:52] These are horrid crimes, you know, when the serial number of the gun is removed.
[00:17:56] I mean, that's a crime.
[00:17:58] I mean, the federal laws is pretty clear about this stuff.
[00:18:02] But where we have these types of you think about a white crawler crime, nobody died.
[00:18:08] Yes, they did.
[00:18:09] They lied and millions died.
[00:18:12] Millions more are suffering because of the the phony baloney outcome.
[00:18:19] I mean, Operation Warp Speed totally unconstitutional.
[00:18:23] That's a Trump that's on Trump.
[00:18:25] The lockdowns on Trump.
[00:18:27] The seizing of industry on Trump.
[00:18:30] Biden took it.
[00:18:31] He continued it forward.
[00:18:33] All of them are criminals for this kind of thing.
[00:18:36] Not one shred of anything that happened in this nation was constitutional.
[00:18:42] And and you're right, they try and wash their hands and say, well, our public health officials did it.
[00:18:48] Bravo Sierra, the executive branch in our state is absolutely criminal.
[00:18:54] This thing should have been and still should be charged.
[00:18:58] Well, they should be a resolution brought forth for impeachment.
[00:19:01] Impeachment should be carried forth through the House, man brought to the Senate
[00:19:05] and they should be removed from office and then the criminal charges for the active problem.
[00:19:10] Congress complicit in this as well.
[00:19:13] And what I find fascinating about this is look, Ammon Bundy in the state of Idaho literally brought out the governor little literally was on the take.
[00:19:21] Now there's people bringing out the same reality check with Cox in Utah where they were absolutely on the take for tons of money.
[00:19:30] And that's kind of how it went.
[00:19:32] It's like, hey, we'll give the state of states a ton of money.
[00:19:35] So now you've got 50 jurisdictions, not one will pretend that we got our hands off it because we don't want to be a tyrannical federal government.
[00:19:41] So we'll pretend we're not really involved.
[00:19:44] We'll crank up Operation Warp Speed, you know, so that we can kind of fuel the exercise in a roundabout way.
[00:19:51] We'll protect Fauci with the cover up and the lies and the emails.
[00:19:54] OK, so Donald and Fauci both cover this up.
[00:19:57] The states then carry the ball because they're getting a bunch of cash behind the scenes to carry the ball in an emergency war powers or emergency kind of action.
[00:20:05] The general government can can withhold information and evidence and promote all kinds of tyranny.
[00:20:10] And then every state did the same thing for filthy lucre.
[00:20:13] It's like a double crime here where, hey, not only we're going to commit the criminal act, we're going to get paid to do it.
[00:20:19] And so it's like adding insult to injury.
[00:20:21] And we've exposed that already in Idaho and it's been exposed in Utah and many other states now, too.
[00:20:26] But again, zero traction, zero accountability.
[00:20:30] I mean, I think people care, but I think people feel like there's nothing they can do.
[00:20:34] They've been completely disenfranchised on this.
[00:20:37] You know, what do we do in this situation? Who do we hold responsible?
[00:20:40] How do we get that accountability to be done?
[00:20:42] The governors of both these states that I just highlighted, they're just running around free and running for reelection and getting a lot of support.
[00:20:47] And the media loves them.
[00:20:48] And hey, man, I'm glad you navigated us safely through the pandemic and all these lies.
[00:20:54] And I mean, you can prove the criminal activity by following the money doctor.
[00:20:59] There were no big contracts because it was supposedly an emergency and you just play this game and call it an emergency.
[00:21:04] And then there's no liability accountability.
[00:21:06] All laws are virtually suspended.
[00:21:08] Supposedly, that's the biggest lie of all that all laws are suspended in an emergency situation.
[00:21:12] I mean, it goes on and on and on to the point where I don't think we have any ability now for the American people to have any redress of grievance answered in the courts.
[00:21:24] You know, you do your request.
[00:21:25] Emails have been already prepared and deleted and they're gone.
[00:21:28] Your request then means nothing.
[00:21:30] You sue over it.
[00:21:31] You're just in court.
[00:21:32] Jim Comer rolls and gets testimony in the courts.
[00:21:36] This is literally in the courts that we but there's not going to be anything that's going to happen.
[00:21:40] I don't think I wish it were.
[00:21:42] I virtually demand this happen when I say virtually meaning that I'm not in charge of anybody.
[00:21:47] So my demand is hollow because I'm just a talk show host.
[00:21:51] But I demand action on this criminal activity and I demand it be stopped.
[00:21:55] And many American people are with me on that except for, hey, what are you going to do?
[00:21:59] Try to go to the courts.
[00:22:01] They'll just say you don't have standing.
[00:22:03] I mean, it's D.O.A. before it even starts, doctor.
[00:22:06] Well, you paint a pretty hopeless picture, Sam.
[00:22:10] But my perspective is OK, let's let's just take it to the end.
[00:22:14] Hold on.
[00:22:15] I've been a hopeless pitcher.
[00:22:16] Unless somebody can give me a plan that can change that game.
[00:22:19] I think it's a reality based pitcher, though.
[00:22:22] Well, you're saying what is happening now.
[00:22:26] But my position is number one, let's go to the endgame.
[00:22:29] Ultimately and finally, there will be a judge that will not be tricked.
[00:22:35] The the judgment bar of God, everyone will stand before that ultimately and finally.
[00:22:41] So there will be justice.
[00:22:43] And I say, I don't want to wait that long.
[00:22:45] I'm impatient.
[00:22:46] You know, God has a lot more patience than I have.
[00:22:48] I admit that up front.
[00:22:50] But the fact of the matter is that the the awareness of this by the general
[00:22:56] population needs to be spread far and wide.
[00:22:58] We're trying to do that.
[00:22:59] OK, these people need to be called out on this constantly.
[00:23:03] We're trying to do that.
[00:23:04] OK, but beyond that, too, these things do have criminal ramifications.
[00:23:10] There are violations of law.
[00:23:13] Now, I look at something a big, big, big, big project when I was young.
[00:23:18] OK, we didn't have any freeways in Utah.
[00:23:20] We didn't have any at all.
[00:23:22] I remember I mean, and I could tell you stories about this.
[00:23:25] It's like, wow, you're that old, huh?
[00:23:27] No freeways.
[00:23:29] But this guy named Dwight Eisenhower decided that he was going to put an
[00:23:32] autobahn type system together for the whole United States.
[00:23:35] He'd been in Germany after the war.
[00:23:36] He thought it was a cool system.
[00:23:38] Totally unconstitutional.
[00:23:40] Go back and look at Article one, Section eight and figure out the post roads,
[00:23:44] how that fits into a freeway system.
[00:23:46] But they took on this huge task of putting in this massive interstate
[00:23:51] highway system.
[00:23:52] Great, immense costs and time and energy.
[00:23:57] I had a good friend.
[00:23:59] I think he's dead now.
[00:24:00] I haven't talked to him for a while, but but he lived his entire career
[00:24:04] working on implementing the freeway system in Utah from the time he
[00:24:08] started working as a 18 years old until he retired.
[00:24:12] And of course, like I say now, I'm pretty confident he's dead based on his
[00:24:15] age.
[00:24:16] But the fact of the matter is this took a lifetime to do.
[00:24:21] But we can take a lifetime to chase this to ground because this
[00:24:25] criminal act and we must regardless if the picture looks bleak, ladies
[00:24:29] and gentlemen, we must depend on the perfect judge who will create
[00:24:33] accountability.
[00:24:34] In the meantime, we need to do our very best and never give up in
[00:24:37] doing the very same thing.
[00:24:38] At least we'll be on the right side of history.
[00:24:41] God save us all.
[00:24:43] Hang tight.
[00:24:44] Liberty Roundtable Live in seconds.
[00:24:45] I got another shocking story for you on your radio.
[00:24:48] Pursuing liberty using the Constitution as our guide.
[00:24:53] You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
[00:24:57] USA News.
[00:25:03] I'm Ryan Daniels.
[00:25:04] Iranian state media has confirmed the death of Iranian president
[00:25:08] Ebrahim Raisi.
[00:25:10] They say he was on board a helicopter that crashed with eight other
[00:25:14] people Sunday.
[00:25:15] It happened in the mountainous East Azerbaijan province inside Iran.
[00:25:19] One top ranking U.S.
[00:25:20] Senator has said he has intelligence contacts who told him there
[00:25:24] is no evidence of foul play.
[00:25:27] The helicopter ran into heavy fog while returning from a trip to the
[00:25:30] Iran-Izrabajian border.
[00:25:32] In Iran, the president is the second highest ranking official following
[00:25:36] the supreme leader.
[00:25:37] Donald Trump asserts that he and President Biden should undergo drug
[00:25:41] testing prior to their upcoming debates.
[00:25:44] One other Republican agrees in an interview on Fox News Sunday
[00:25:48] Morning Future South Carolina Senator Tim Scott said he was always
[00:25:52] suspicious of one particular night.
[00:25:54] The truth of the matter is that you saw the State of the Union and
[00:25:58] you watched that performance.
[00:26:00] It was surreal.
[00:26:01] There was something going on.
[00:26:04] Biden was widely applauded for putting on a solid speech that night.
[00:26:07] Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen on with ABC's this week.
[00:26:11] I do not have concerns.
[00:26:12] I mean, there were people who said they were concerned about the
[00:26:14] State of the Union address.
[00:26:15] He came out swinging.
[00:26:16] You know, he delivered a very clear message to the American people.
[00:26:20] Trump has suggested Biden was likely high on some kind of drug at the
[00:26:24] time.
[00:26:25] Trump himself is largely a teetotaler.
[00:26:27] The aforementioned Senator Scott considered to be on Trump's shortlist
[00:26:30] for vice president.
[00:26:31] The massive container ship that caused the collapse of the Francis Scott
[00:26:35] Key Bridge in Baltimore will be removed from the channel within days.
[00:26:39] It is what Maryland Governor Westmore said over the weekend.
[00:26:42] The ship has been sitting in the middle of the Patapsco River since
[00:26:45] late March when it collided with the bridge.
[00:26:47] Crews have been scrambling to reopen the channel as soon as possible.
[00:26:50] As it leads to a massive international shipping port in Baltimore,
[00:26:53] six construction workers were killed in the collapse.
[00:26:57] This is USA News.

[00:29:59] I want to dedicate this song to Mr.
[00:30:03] Rupert Murdoch.
[00:30:04] Okay, so during the break, Sam brought to my
[00:30:12] attention just an enigma.
[00:30:15] It's totally, it's like one of those huh moments
[00:30:19] where I mean, and I know we talk about huh moments
[00:30:23] all the time on this show, but apparently San
[00:30:27] Francisco is now using taxpayer dollars to buy
[00:30:32] alcohol for homeless people.
[00:30:34] And that makes plenty of sense, doesn't it?
[00:30:36] I mean, all of the deleterious effects of
[00:30:39] alcohol, one of the most destructive drugs in
[00:30:42] the human history and all of the crimes, all of
[00:30:46] the things of violence, all of the destruction
[00:30:50] of economic things, families.
[00:30:52] I mean everything that has happened wrong at
[00:30:56] one point or another, alcohol has been involved
[00:30:59] in a lot of these things.
[00:31:00] So anyway, San Francisco is using taxpayer
[00:31:03] dollars to buy alcohol for homeless.
[00:31:07] And here's the deal.
[00:31:09] Government has a very limited application.
[00:31:14] Let's put it that way.
[00:31:15] Government is a necessary evil.
[00:31:17] Government has to be there for reasons, and I
[00:31:20] try and boil them down to three broad
[00:31:23] spectrums, force, preventing force,
[00:31:26] preventing fraud, and preventing debauchery.
[00:31:30] Okay, so government has a role to play in
[00:31:33] those areas.
[00:31:34] And debauchery is certainly part engaged in
[00:31:39] the way this might be applied.
[00:31:41] And the idea of force where people, they get
[00:31:44] under the influence and they go with, you
[00:31:47] know, they go out and rob other people and
[00:31:49] so on and so forth.
[00:31:50] Those are the purposes for government.
[00:31:53] But government has stepped so far out of
[00:31:56] bounds that now they're looking at providing
[00:31:59] alcohol.
[00:32:01] So they're trying to get a government
[00:32:04] taxpayer dollar expense to further the
[00:32:08] debauchery that's going on in San
[00:32:10] Francisco.
[00:32:11] Of course, San Francisco in these days will
[00:32:12] probably fall off in the bay and never be
[00:32:17] seen again.
[00:32:18] But the problem is when government gets
[00:32:22] out of whack and government starts entering
[00:32:25] areas that it has no right or
[00:32:27] responsibility, whether it's the COVID
[00:32:29] response or providing alcohol in a
[00:32:32] beautiful city, they're way off base.
[00:32:35] And it's, when are they going to do
[00:32:38] government provided alcohol?
[00:32:40] No, they do that.
[00:32:41] How about hard drugs?
[00:32:43] Oh yeah, they use these things in these
[00:32:46] different centers that really are giving
[00:32:48] them drugs to keep them off the heroin,
[00:32:51] but it is another drug induced stupor that
[00:32:53] they're putting people in.
[00:32:54] It's just astounding to me how
[00:32:56] governments become involved in these
[00:32:58] things and we the people just kind of
[00:33:01] don't even blink an eye.
[00:33:02] We don't it's a wink and a nod and we go
[00:33:05] on, I guess it's astounding to me.
[00:33:08] So I don't know, Sam, have we done this
[00:33:11] injustice thing enough injustice by
[00:33:13] even bringing it up?
[00:33:14] I don't know.
[00:33:15] People need to well, I think you're
[00:33:16] right.
[00:33:17] And I bring it up because think of how
[00:33:18] many rapes and how much child abuse
[00:33:20] and how much spousal abuse and
[00:33:22] everything is from alcohol.
[00:33:24] People are already homeless.
[00:33:25] They're already down on their luck.
[00:33:26] We're going to add insult to injury by
[00:33:28] just continuing to fuel their alcohol
[00:33:30] addiction and their you know, a lot of
[00:33:32] people could could possibly, you know,
[00:33:34] get off alcohol.
[00:33:35] And if they did, then they could, you
[00:33:37] know, have a sound mind where they
[00:33:39] can make changes in their lives to get
[00:33:41] off the streets and work and be a
[00:33:42] productive member of society.
[00:33:43] And there's plenty of alcoholics who
[00:33:45] have recovered and been able to stay
[00:33:47] sober and do these things.
[00:33:49] And all this is is aiding and
[00:33:51] abetting the criminal activity,
[00:33:52] aiding and abetting the
[00:33:53] self destruction.
[00:33:54] I mean, it's absolutely 100% opposite
[00:33:56] what government supposed to be doing.
[00:33:58] But I want to make this last point
[00:33:59] on this this article, then we got to
[00:34:01] move to something else that's just
[00:34:02] I mean, even more sinister almost.
[00:34:04] Look, people want to go down the
[00:34:06] wrong roads.
[00:34:07] As you mentioned before, Sam, you're
[00:34:08] painting a very dire picture and I
[00:34:10] agree that I am, but it's a reality
[00:34:11] picture in many cases.
[00:34:13] But I don't do it to be negative.
[00:34:15] I do it to real to let people
[00:34:16] understand.
[00:34:17] I get I get I get the
[00:34:19] frustration.
[00:34:20] I get the feeling of hopelessness
[00:34:22] and the despair and the
[00:34:24] discouragement.
[00:34:25] I get all that.
[00:34:26] But I also want to be the first
[00:34:28] one of you guys to say, look, let's
[00:34:31] never lose faith in God Almighty.
[00:34:33] He is all powerful, all knowing he
[00:34:38] has sent his son to create the
[00:34:40] atonement, the infinite atonement.
[00:34:43] And because all these things exist,
[00:34:44] I get that on Earth they may not be
[00:34:46] solvable. Many of them we've just
[00:34:47] gone so far down the road.
[00:34:49] But I know that God is in his
[00:34:50] heavens.
[00:34:51] I know that he has not forgot about
[00:34:52] we, his children, his sons and
[00:34:54] daughters.
[00:34:55] And I know he said his Savior and I
[00:34:56] know the atonement.
[00:34:57] I know that it's it's impotent.
[00:34:59] I understand that general concept
[00:35:02] that, hey, there's no end to it.
[00:35:03] It's capable of solving more
[00:35:06] things than we understand from a
[00:35:08] mortal point of view.
[00:35:09] I don't really understand that
[00:35:10] entirely, but I trust in it.
[00:35:12] And that's kind of the point
[00:35:13] that I want to take home here.
[00:35:15] We've got to be patient.
[00:35:16] I know you don't have as much
[00:35:17] patience as God.
[00:35:18] Neither do I.
[00:35:19] But we've got to learn patience.
[00:35:20] We've got to trust in God.
[00:35:22] We've got to never lose hope and
[00:35:23] have faith in their will to
[00:35:25] be solutions and answers someday.
[00:35:27] And then we need to advocate for
[00:35:29] work towards focus on the
[00:35:31] solutions while we can, the
[00:35:33] best we can, because then we're
[00:35:34] going to be on the right side of
[00:35:35] history.
[00:35:36] And so I just want people to
[00:35:37] know, don't go down the wrong
[00:35:38] roads in desperation.
[00:35:40] Don't jettison your moral
[00:35:41] compass for expediency.
[00:35:45] Trust in God.
[00:35:46] Be patient.
[00:35:47] Do your best on Earth to
[00:35:49] advocate for what's right and
[00:35:50] good and honorable.
[00:35:51] OK, I get it.
[00:35:52] Do our part.
[00:35:54] I'll never give up.
[00:35:55] You know, I've been on the
[00:35:56] rate.
[00:35:57] I mentioned that some people
[00:35:58] that I was speaking to the
[00:35:59] other day, I've spent close to
[00:36:00] two million dollars on radio,
[00:36:01] doctor.
[00:36:02] And I look at this and I go,
[00:36:04] look, I'm going to advocate
[00:36:06] for the solutions and for the
[00:36:07] opportunities and for the hope
[00:36:08] in Christ, the hope in God
[00:36:10] Almighty, the trust in God.
[00:36:12] I'm going to advocate for that
[00:36:13] all my days.
[00:36:14] I'm going to die with my
[00:36:15] boots on doing it too.
[00:36:16] And so that's what I really
[00:36:17] want the takeaway from these
[00:36:19] two stories.
[00:36:20] And then our next story to be
[00:36:21] we make a difference in the
[00:36:22] world.
[00:36:23] And that's the third story to
[00:36:24] be we must never give up before
[00:36:26] we get to the third story,
[00:36:27] doctor, you want to kind of
[00:36:28] wrap that one up with a bow?
[00:36:30] Well, sure.
[00:36:31] You know, as long as there's
[00:36:32] air in our lungs, we have a
[00:36:34] responsibility to stand with
[00:36:36] principle and truth and the
[00:36:38] godly solution.
[00:36:39] But but is it as an interim
[00:36:41] step for people to realize all
[00:36:43] I mean to I mean to maybe
[00:36:45] counter the point where people
[00:36:46] might say, oh, yeah, you
[00:36:48] guys are just Pollyanna and
[00:36:49] you're going to wait till God
[00:36:50] takes care of it.
[00:36:51] In a more immediate sense, my
[00:36:53] experience has been and
[00:36:55] Tocqueville recognized this
[00:36:56] clear back in the 1830s when
[00:36:58] he came to America here.
[00:37:00] He was absolutely astonished
[00:37:02] that America didn't have all
[00:37:03] these laws against everything.
[00:37:05] I mean, everything was legal,
[00:37:06] but people didn't do them.
[00:37:07] I mean, by and large, I know
[00:37:09] there were exceptions.
[00:37:10] But the fact of the matter is
[00:37:12] we governed ourselves and the
[00:37:14] people had an internal compass
[00:37:16] and that compass had a true
[00:37:18] north.
[00:37:19] It was to God.
[00:37:20] OK, and the perspective was
[00:37:22] that if you follow that true
[00:37:25] compass and you're going along
[00:37:27] that path, we don't need vicious
[00:37:29] laws.
[00:37:30] And Benjamin Franklin talked
[00:37:31] about that.
[00:37:32] He talked about how, you know,
[00:37:34] if we become a more vicious
[00:37:35] people, we need more laws.
[00:37:37] We need more tyrants to watch
[00:37:38] over us.
[00:37:39] And that's where we're going
[00:37:40] right now with America.
[00:37:42] If we the people adopt a
[00:37:44] solution that is maybe
[00:37:46] compliance or conformance or
[00:37:48] even participation in the wrong
[00:37:50] solutions, sooner or later
[00:37:52] somebody is going to say, oh,
[00:37:53] there ought to be a law.
[00:37:54] And I guarantee there'll be
[00:37:55] somebody there to start the
[00:37:57] law.
[00:37:58] The more we're able to govern
[00:38:00] ourselves through an
[00:38:01] appropriate compass that guides
[00:38:03] back to the whole social
[00:38:05] structure that was started by
[00:38:07] the way God set this up in
[00:38:09] the begin with, you know,
[00:38:10] the Ten Commandments, really
[00:38:12] basic things.
[00:38:13] If we can abide by those
[00:38:14] things, we don't need
[00:38:16] tyrants.
[00:38:17] And you say, well, nobody
[00:38:19] wants a tyrant.
[00:38:20] Well, we seem to.
[00:38:21] That's what happened after
[00:38:22] the French Revolution when
[00:38:24] the people got sick and tired
[00:38:25] of themselves and the
[00:38:27] debauchery, the bloodshed,
[00:38:28] the horrific things that were
[00:38:29] going on.
[00:38:31] They turned to Napoleon and
[00:38:32] said, save us from ourselves.
[00:38:34] And Napoleon became their
[00:38:35] tyrant.
[00:38:36] And he trumped across Europe
[00:38:37] with his Napoleonic Wars and
[00:38:39] caused untold bloodshed and
[00:38:42] horrific things because the
[00:38:44] people couldn't govern
[00:38:45] themselves.
[00:38:46] And that's kind of where we
[00:38:48] are in America today.
[00:38:49] I think we're becoming
[00:38:51] ungovernable because we don't
[00:38:53] turn to the great governor
[00:38:54] of the universe, if you will.
[00:38:56] So yeah, your point is well
[00:38:58] taken, Sam.
[00:38:59] But we can't just say,
[00:39:01] Pollyannish wise, oh, God's
[00:39:03] going to take care of this
[00:39:04] and the millennium or
[00:39:06] whatever you're looking
[00:39:08] towards.
[00:39:09] But we've got here now to
[00:39:12] live.
[00:39:13] We can't run across the
[00:39:14] oceans like the pilgrims did
[00:39:17] or the pioneers coming
[00:39:18] across the plains.
[00:39:19] We can't with expediency create
[00:39:21] our own grand juries and try
[00:39:22] to work with outside the law.
[00:39:24] We don't want to pick up our
[00:39:25] muskets of modern day and
[00:39:27] try to think we those aren't
[00:39:28] the answers.
[00:39:29] The answer is to trust in
[00:39:30] God and to wait on his
[00:39:33] ultimate perfect, merciful
[00:39:36] slash justice based judgment.
[00:39:39] But in the meantime, we
[00:39:40] must we have a duty to
[00:39:42] trust.
[00:39:43] We have an obligation before
[00:39:44] God Almighty as his sons and
[00:39:45] daughters to do our very
[00:39:46] best to advocate for all the
[00:39:49] things that are right using
[00:39:50] the God ordained channels
[00:39:52] we've been given is what I
[00:39:53] would call them, using the
[00:39:55] rule of law, using our
[00:39:56] system and the checks and
[00:39:57] balances.
[00:39:58] You know, we cannot do an
[00:39:59] end run around those
[00:40:01] things, even though I know
[00:40:02] that it seems slow and
[00:40:03] frustrating.
[00:40:04] But look, the system was
[00:40:05] designed that way because
[00:40:06] the very same system that we
[00:40:07] get frustrated with is the
[00:40:08] one that protects us.
[00:40:09] And that's why it's taken
[00:40:10] a couple of hundred years
[00:40:11] to get where we've got
[00:40:12] because they're slowly
[00:40:13] chipping away at it.
[00:40:14] It's lack of knowledge on
[00:40:15] the part of the people.
[00:40:16] But we have got to spend
[00:40:17] our time advocating for
[00:40:19] the right solutions, our
[00:40:20] time living a self governed
[00:40:22] moral lives, spending our
[00:40:23] times learning about what
[00:40:25] are the rightful remedies?
[00:40:26] How do we advocate for
[00:40:28] them?
[00:40:29] And then how do we take
[00:40:30] action and execute them in
[00:40:31] a law abiding way?
[00:40:32] Go ahead and skip the
[00:40:33] break.
[00:40:34] That's vital.
[00:40:35] And I want people to
[00:40:36] understand what I believe
[00:40:37] the solutions to be going
[00:40:39] down the wrong roads or
[00:40:40] wrong roads only adds insult
[00:40:42] to injury, doctor.
[00:40:43] Well, yeah, you bring up
[00:40:46] a very interesting point,
[00:40:47] Sam.
[00:40:48] I mean, we have those that
[00:40:51] want to do their own,
[00:40:54] I don't know, some kind of
[00:40:55] courts.
[00:40:56] They want to do their own
[00:40:58] processes that are kind of
[00:40:59] off the books, kind of
[00:41:00] things.
[00:41:01] And if let's say, OK,
[00:41:03] let's say there were
[00:41:04] really good people doing
[00:41:05] that.
[00:41:06] Well, I don't know, it
[00:41:07] could be something that
[00:41:08] might turn out OK.
[00:41:09] It won't.
[00:41:10] I guarantee, by the way,
[00:41:11] at the end of the road.
[00:41:12] But what if we had bad
[00:41:13] know even if it turns out
[00:41:14] OK temporarily, eventually
[00:41:15] thugs will get a hold of
[00:41:16] the system and it'll be
[00:41:17] used against us.
[00:41:18] It's a bad plan.
[00:41:19] It'll never work.
[00:41:20] It's crazy.
[00:41:21] Absolutely.
[00:41:22] And George Washington
[00:41:24] spoke at length about
[00:41:25] this where he talked
[00:41:27] about the fact that, you
[00:41:28] know, sometimes you think
[00:41:29] you got this good idea
[00:41:31] and it ends up, you
[00:41:33] know, ultimately and
[00:41:34] finally that you've
[00:41:37] destroyed the system that
[00:41:38] couldn't be otherwise
[00:41:39] destroyed.
[00:41:40] And so you can't go off
[00:41:42] the tangent on this thing.
[00:41:44] And yes, they do take
[00:41:45] time, but that's good
[00:41:47] because it takes, well,
[00:41:48] let's just say some
[00:41:49] Marxist wants to come and
[00:41:50] do their own system by
[00:41:52] some petition process or
[00:41:53] some off the books kind
[00:41:55] of process.
[00:41:56] They're going to run it
[00:41:57] off the rails.
[00:41:58] They will.
[00:41:59] And so these kinds of
[00:42:01] things we do have,
[00:42:04] there's a rhythm to it.
[00:42:06] There's a rhythm to
[00:42:07] it.
[00:42:08] There's a process by
[00:42:09] which they can be
[00:42:10] resolved if we'll take
[00:42:11] the processes.
[00:42:12] It took us a while to
[00:42:13] get here.
[00:42:14] It'll take us a
[00:42:15] while to get out.
[00:42:16] I hope we've got time,
[00:42:17] but if those people
[00:42:18] that want to go knock
[00:42:19] down all the laws that
[00:42:20] are there protecting the
[00:42:21] good things, how are
[00:42:22] they going to be
[00:42:23] protected?
[00:42:24] Ultimately, there will
[00:42:25] be an anarchist kind
[00:42:26] of approach to things.
[00:42:27] The Antifa guys will
[00:42:28] win.
[00:42:29] And so we take
[00:42:30] the process.
[00:42:31] Have that.
[00:42:32] See, that adds
[00:42:33] insult to injury in
[00:42:34] my mind.
[00:42:35] It truly does.
[00:42:36] And, you know, the
[00:42:37] Declaration of
[00:42:38] Independence says we
[00:42:39] don't usually change
[00:42:40] our governments that
[00:42:42] we got used to for
[00:42:43] just transient purposes.
[00:42:45] We need to say let's
[00:42:47] work in the system
[00:42:48] and let's make it
[00:42:49] work.
[00:42:50] But people have got
[00:42:51] to get engaged to
[00:42:52] do that.
[00:42:53] That's my big
[00:42:54] frustration now is
[00:42:55] the vast majority
[00:42:56] of Americans are
[00:42:57] distracted by Taylor
[00:42:59] Swift or whoever
[00:43:00] the latest icon
[00:43:01] is or something
[00:43:02] like that.
[00:43:03] Or some idiot
[00:43:04] thing that there's
[00:43:05] absolutely bread
[00:43:06] and circus is being
[00:43:07] presented to us
[00:43:08] constantly.
[00:43:09] And we got to
[00:43:10] keep focused on the
[00:43:11] things that are
[00:43:12] really proper.
[00:43:13] And it's these
[00:43:14] godly things,
[00:43:15] these things of
[00:43:16] God, family,
[00:43:17] country.
[00:43:18] And trust in
[00:43:19] God I think is
[00:43:20] really, really
[00:43:21] critical to
[00:43:22] understand that, you
[00:43:23] know what?
[00:43:24] The justice will
[00:43:25] come.
[00:43:26] The wheels of
[00:43:27] justice grinds
[00:43:28] through the
[00:43:29] wheel of
[00:43:30] justice.
[00:43:31] And that's
[00:43:32] the thing.
[00:43:33] The wheels of
[00:43:34] justice grinds
[00:43:35] slowly on earth.
[00:43:36] There's no doubt
[00:43:37] about it.
[00:43:38] But you know what?
[00:43:39] I just, I
[00:43:40] want to do all
[00:43:41] within my power
[00:43:42] to be on the
[00:43:43] right side of
[00:43:44] history.
[00:43:45] And I want to
[00:43:46] make sure that
[00:43:47] I never lead
[00:43:48] people down
[00:43:49] the wrong
[00:43:50] roads as much
[00:43:51] as I advocate
[00:43:52] for the
[00:43:53] right roads
[00:43:54] for real, honest,
[00:43:55] tried and
[00:43:56] true time
[00:43:57] tested solutions
[00:43:58] that matter.
[00:43:59] Right.
[00:44:00] There's another
[00:44:01] piece of
[00:44:02] the puzzle.
[00:44:03] And that's
[00:44:04] the piece.
[00:44:05] Gazettextra.com
[00:44:06] and it comes
[00:44:07] from also the
[00:44:08] Boston Herald.
[00:44:09] So give them a
[00:44:10] little bit of
[00:44:11] credit for
[00:44:12] it as well.
[00:44:13] Headline says
[00:44:14] this.
[00:44:15] 9-11 video
[00:44:16] alleges
[00:44:17] secret new
[00:44:18] evidence
[00:44:19] and landmark
[00:44:20] case against
[00:44:21] Saudi
[00:44:22] hijackers.
[00:44:23] Now think about
[00:44:24] that for a
[00:44:26] minute.
[00:44:27] So 9-11,
[00:44:28] this happened in
[00:44:29] what?
[00:44:30] 2001?
[00:44:31] No,
[00:44:32] 20 years ago.
[00:44:33] And they're still
[00:44:34] fighting in the
[00:44:35] courts about
[00:44:36] this.
[00:44:37] The sub
[00:44:38] headline says
[00:44:39] this.
[00:44:40] The 9-11
[00:44:41] families are
[00:44:42] closer to
[00:44:43] the truth
[00:44:44] than ever
[00:44:45] before.
[00:44:46] What we're
[00:44:47] talking about is
[00:44:48] a federal
[00:44:49] judge in
[00:44:50] Manhattan,
[00:44:51] I guess
[00:44:52] basically,
[00:44:53] is expected
[00:44:54] to rule
[00:44:55] any time
[00:44:56] right now
[00:44:57] on Saudi
[00:44:58] Arabia's
[00:44:59] appeal
[00:45:00] to
[00:45:01] the
[00:45:02] government.
[00:45:03] So if
[00:45:04] this
[00:45:05] happens,
[00:45:06] if
[00:45:07] lawsuits
[00:45:08] get
[00:45:09] tossed,
[00:45:10] it's
[00:45:11] going to
[00:45:12] be a
[00:45:13] struggle.
[00:45:14] But if
[00:45:15] the
[00:45:16] families
[00:45:17] who
[00:45:18] are
[00:45:19] suing
[00:45:20] over
[00:45:21] this
[00:45:22] stuff
[00:45:23] get
[00:45:24] their
[00:45:25] way,
[00:45:26] you know
[00:45:27] what?
[00:45:28] It's
[00:45:29] going
[00:45:30] to
[00:45:31] be a
[00:45:32] struggle.
[00:45:33] So if
[00:45:34] this
[00:45:35] happens,
[00:45:36] if
[00:45:37] lawsuits
[00:45:38] get
[00:45:39] thrown
[00:45:40] into
[00:45:41] court,
[00:45:42] it's
[00:45:43] going
[00:45:44] to
[00:45:45] be a
[00:45:46] struggle.
[00:45:47] So if
[00:45:48] this
[00:45:49] happens,
[00:45:50] if
[00:45:51] lawsuits
[00:45:52] get
[00:45:53] thrown
[00:45:54] into
[00:45:55] court,
[00:45:56] it's
[00:45:57] going
[00:45:58] to
[00:45:59] be a
[00:46:00] struggle.
[00:46:01] So if
[00:46:02] this
[00:46:03] happens,
[00:46:04] if
[00:46:05] lawsuits
[00:46:06] get
[00:46:07] thrown
[00:46:08] into
[00:46:09] court,
[00:46:10] it's
[00:46:11] going
[00:46:12] to
[00:46:13] be a
[00:46:14] struggle.
[00:46:15] So if
[00:46:16] this
[00:46:17] happens,
[00:46:18] if
[00:46:19] lawsuits
[00:46:20] get
[00:46:21] thrown
[00:46:22] into
[00:46:23] court,
[00:46:24] it's
[00:46:25] going
[00:46:26] to
[00:46:27] be a
[00:46:28] struggle.
[00:46:29] So if
[00:46:30] this
[00:46:31] happens,
[00:46:32] if
[00:46:33] lawsuits
[00:46:34] get
[00:46:35] thrown
[00:46:36] into
[00:46:37] court,
[00:46:38] it's
[00:46:39] going
[00:46:40] to
[00:46:41] be a
[00:46:42] struggle.
[00:46:43] So if
[00:46:44] lawsuits
[00:46:45] get
[00:46:46] thrown
[00:46:47] into
[00:46:48] court,
[00:46:49] it's
[00:46:50] going
[00:46:51] to
[00:46:52] be a
[00:46:53] struggle.
[00:46:54] So if
[00:46:55] lawsuits
[00:46:56] get
[00:46:57] thrown into
[00:46:58] court,
[00:46:59] it's
[00:47:00] going
[00:47:01] to
[00:47:02] be a
[00:47:03] struggle.
[00:47:04] So if
[00:47:05] lawsuits
[00:47:06] get
[00:47:07] thrown
[00:47:08] into
[00:47:09] court,
[00:47:10] it's
[00:47:11] going
[00:47:12] to
[00:47:13] be a
[00:47:14] struggle.
[00:47:15] So if
[00:47:16] lawsuits
[00:47:17] get
[00:47:18] thrown
[00:47:19] into
[00:47:20] court,
[00:47:21] it's
[00:47:22] going
[00:47:23] to
[00:47:24] be a
[00:47:25] struggle.
[00:47:26] So if
[00:47:27] lawsuits
[00:47:28] get
[00:47:29] thrown
[00:47:30] into
[00:47:31] court,
[00:47:32] it's
[00:47:33] going
[00:47:34] to
[00:47:35] be
[00:47:36] a
[00:47:37] struggle.
[00:47:38] So if
[00:47:39] lawsuits
[00:47:40] get
[00:47:41] thrown
[00:47:42] into
[00:47:43] court,
[00:47:44] it's
[00:47:45] going
[00:47:46] to
[00:47:47] be a
[00:47:48] struggle.
[00:47:49] So if
[00:47:50] lawsuits
[00:47:51] get
[00:47:52] thrown
[00:47:53] into
[00:47:54] that they're finding this stuff and I'd like to have them chase it to ground but
[00:47:59] I don't believe that when they get there they could say yep it's all done. I did a
[00:48:03] you know remember back when I did the radio program on your network and
[00:48:07] and it was a three-hour program and I took three hours on 9-11 2010 so nine
[00:48:14] years after the event and where I did a three hour monologue where I've done
[00:48:18] an in-depth review of the Liberty the principles of proper government
[00:48:24] that had been destroyed in the nine years since the 9-11 thing it was
[00:48:28] absolutely devastating. I try and take pay attention to these kinds of things
[00:48:33] but I as I did this in-depth review for that three hour monologue I came to
[00:48:40] understand we had lost more liberty in those nine years and you can't really
[00:48:45] put a an absolutely empirical number on it but I came to the conclusion that
[00:48:49] in those nine years we lost more than would have ever been expected to have
[00:48:54] been lost in 90 years. It was orders of an order of magnitude worse and so what
[00:49:00] we have out here now is is another one of turning the stone and I think
[00:49:05] that that stone needs to be turned and I hope and pray that it gets full
[00:49:08] airing the court could you know just going away it's gone somebody got to
[00:49:13] him and says no nothing to see here move on okay but but the absolute
[00:49:19] destruction of this nation has been on steroids I mean for really generations
[00:49:26] now but if you look at how it's accelerating and how 9-11 accelerated
[00:49:31] that and we need to get the bottom but how COVID has done that I mean I
[00:49:35] would like to do an in-depth review of what has been lost in the last
[00:49:39] four years though we will never regain again something that government
[00:49:45] takes from you they will never give it back it has to be taken back and we have
[00:49:49] been we have been bamboozled and hornswoggled and this nation I'm
[00:49:56] confident it has the capability of enduring but but we continue to be so
[00:50:01] completely untethered to the things that really matter that that it's
[00:50:06] happening right before our eyes and and man alive hey my kid did a great
[00:50:11] soccer game on Saturday you should have been there holy cow really I mean
[00:50:15] you can't give away all of your kids lives or anything like this but but
[00:50:19] your kids won't have a life if you don't preserve the things that really
[00:50:22] matter so that's why I guess I get passionate about these things I would
[00:50:26] like to see this court case you're talking about chase to ground too but
[00:50:30] I don't believe that that'll be the final ground I mean I testified
[00:50:34] before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in April of 2004
[00:50:38] and Orrin Hatch was the was the judiciary chair at the time he had
[00:50:43] brought gobs of weeping widows to sit in the audience to to give the
[00:50:49] sympathy about all of the issues that the that oh the Patriot Act was going
[00:50:54] to prevent in the future no the Patriot Act destroyed the Fourth
[00:50:57] Amendment and so they set these dog and pony shows up and we we get
[00:51:02] distracted by the dogs and ponies and and really the magician is doing
[00:51:07] something else behind his back and that's what the United States Senate
[00:51:11] Judiciary Committee was doing is they reauthorized the Patriot Act in 2004
[00:51:16] and they keep doing it every chance they get in the the FISA 702 section
[00:51:21] and everything like that these people there this last time while they've
[00:51:25] been telling the American people that the Republicans want to stop it
[00:51:27] you've got Mike Johnson and some of these other clowns they literally not
[00:51:32] only passed it but they did so with all kinds of secret wheeling and
[00:51:35] dealing behind the scenes and they expanded it doctor well they did but
[00:51:40] there I mean a little bit was stopped in that it wasn't made a permanent part
[00:51:46] okay it's going to be examined again we can look at this again I know I
[00:51:51] know I'm cynical on this perhaps but they just keep giving them a pass but
[00:51:56] we've got to keep blocking it in every way possible but they they just
[00:52:01] keep throwing the mud against the wall that's up to us to try and
[00:52:04] scrape it off I remember I had a discussion with Orrin Hatch again he was
[00:52:09] our senator and Jim Hanson who is our my congressman at the time about the
[00:52:14] the assault weapons ban that happened back in the early 90s and they said
[00:52:20] oh we got we protected so many firearms we did the best we could and
[00:52:25] I said no no you did the worst that could be done and still get away with
[00:52:30] they keep chipping away at the things and they say they're doing a great job
[00:52:34] it's like the empty suits that we have in in the house in the Senate right
[00:52:38] now these guys are complicit in it they just don't ignore it they help
[00:52:43] facilitate it like the anti-semitic law that just got passed every turn
[00:52:48] that happens these clowns are saying and they help us very it wrapped to
[00:52:53] the American flag don't they oh they do and one of our congressmen
[00:52:57] actually sponsored it and like I say empty suits everywhere and they sell it
[00:53:04] to us when they come out to their little town meetings and say oh oh
[00:53:08] you're so isn't it wonderful you've got so-and-so there for you and that
[00:53:12] person then reciprocates with another compliment to the one that just said
[00:53:17] the one on them they're feeding the beast together and we've got to say
[00:53:22] I'm watching you and you will not get away with this and we just need more
[00:53:27] friends in the cause of Liberty we just do it's too many people have thrown up
[00:53:33] their hands and walked away and we just need to continue the battle well
[00:53:38] it's our time there's nobody else standing here we are in the forefront
[00:53:42] of this and if my grandkids are gonna have Liberty I've got to do
[00:53:46] something about it and a lot more people need to think that way you
[00:53:50] know I mean and no matter what happens we're gonna go down on the right side
[00:53:53] of history ladies and gentlemen the only question left is that when Christ
[00:53:56] comes all will be made right the only question left is how Liberty 11 how free
[00:54:02] will we be until that day and we want to work on preparing a people
[00:54:06] to meet Christ when he comes that's who we are that's what we do God
[00:54:09] family and country that's what it's all about and we can use good honest
[00:54:13] Americans to stand in the gap to do our very best to advocate for our
[00:54:18] sacred cause we've got a lot to work on I'll tell you that right now and I know
[00:54:21] it feels really overwhelming but I'm telling you have trust in God that's
[00:54:26] the key have faith in all that we can do and then go about doing it that's
[00:54:30] what we need to make sure we focus on thank you dr. Scott Bradley
[00:54:33] freedom resizing Sun calm thank you sir talk to you later
[00:54:38] why get off all right there he goes dr. Scott Bradley doing a phenomenal
[00:54:42] job always low Nelson coming up next you are listening to the one only
