[00:00:13] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans, Sam Bushman, live on your radio. Hard-hitting news that I wish refused to use no doubt starts now. This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for March 20th in the year of our Lord, 2025.
[00:00:39] This is Hour 1 of 2, and the goal always to protect life, liberty, and property, to promote God, family, and country, and to do so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers, using the checks and balances brilliantly put in place, found in the supreme law of the land, the Constitution for the United States of America. That is our guide. We reject revolution unless it's a Jesus revolution. Then we're in because we follow the Prince of Peace. Welcome to the broadcast. Hope you're all doing absolutely fantastic. Man, we've got a barn burner today, as always.
[00:01:07] Anyways, first kickoff news tidbit, spring has sprung. They say the equinox, what is it, March 20th, it all kicks off. So hopefully we'll have a little better weather going on, going forward, a little more spring in your step, spring in the weather. It's always new beginnings. We like that. We like new opportunities. We like second chances. You know, we like mercy as opposed to justice. I mean, we need justice too. But, hey, you know, there's a lot good going on in the world.
[00:01:34] God, family, country is who, you know, we believe to be the issues. What we believe to be the issues. Who, where, what, how, all that. You know, it relates to God, family, and country. Every time, always has, always will. This is not a political talk show, ladies and gentlemen. It's a morality-based talk show. You know what? We're not interested in the left-right paradigm. We're not interested in the Republicans or the Democrats. We're not interested in partisan politics. In fact, we say the party's over.
[00:02:01] As we stand on moral principles, every time, it's not a matter of who's right on an issue. It's a matter of what's right. And so that's why when we pick the side of the principle, then, you know, we do our very best to be correct. And if somebody's right, they're right. If they're wrong, they're wrong. Where do we get the principles? God, family, country. If it comes to the supreme law of the land, hey, it's the state constitution or your general constitution. Both of those documents together are the two contracts government has with we the people.
[00:02:28] And we need to insist, as Americans, as the boss, if you will, on the obedience to those contractual agreements. Anytime they step out of the agreement, you know, the contract, we need to absolutely slam them down, chain them down with the constitution and say, uh-uh, no, no, no, no, no, no. Here's how it works. Here's why. Here's the deal. And we the people must guard our liberties jealously. The founders said, you have a republic if you can keep it. Well, let's work on keeping it, people, shall we?
[00:02:57] And that's really who we are and what we do. We want to obey the rule of law. We want to hold the moral high ground. We don't want to, you know, delve into partisan politics and just, you know, what do they shoot? Aim? Ready? You know, we don't want to do that. Okay? We want to be a little more patient in our deliberations. A little more kind in our discussions. A little more, you know, give people the benefit of the doubt in our assessments, et cetera. Because it matters, folks.
[00:03:28] Callforcivility.com is one of the websites I put together to highlight this. Are we perfect at it? No. We get frustrated and call people names from time to time and, you know, this kind of stuff. I mean, people are just goofball, out of control, crazy, lost their minds. What are they thinking? I mean, we get that a lot. And the less we, you know, deliver on common sense, the more we have that kind of reaction. It's like, are you kidding me right now? I mean, for some reason, for the last several years, we've thought males and females have no differences.
[00:03:56] And they can just fluidly change between these two genders. That's an absolute scientific lie. It's a falsehood. It isn't true. Chromosomes, there's X and XY, right? They're different. You can't deny all that. You can even, you know, if you do autopsies, you can even look at the pelvis of a male and female and tell them apart without a doubt. Without a doubt, folks. So, you know, that's the reality. And then God said, you know what? Male and female, credit to them.
[00:04:25] God literally tells you coming out of the gate, there's a binary. So you've got God telling the tale of truth. And then you've got science backing that truth-telling reality. What more is there to debate? Well, we debated it for years. I call it psychotic. We've lost our minds. Thank heavens Donald Trump is bringing back common sense. Is Donald perfect? No. Is he making some big mistakes in my humble opinion? Yes. Is he doing better than any president in my lifetime? By far. So let's just do our very best to give credit where credit's due.
[00:04:54] Let's do our best to put a positive focus and a positive spin on things. And when I'm negative sometimes, people think, Sam, you're just negative. You've got to give people a benefit. No, I don't. I'm not negative because I'm negative on a topic. I'm negative because I don't believe we're going about it the right way. Sometimes right problem, wrong remedy. Sometimes correct assessment of the issues, wrong action. Wrong tactics. Right? So, for example, Donald Trump says today, hey, he's going to swear out an order abolishing the education department.
[00:05:24] Shut it down. Well, I couldn't commend him more for that. I love it. I think it's incredible. Let's do it. I mean, the Republicans have been talking about it, dreaming about it, mentioning it at election time over and over for decades, and they've never got it done. We should have never created the education department at the general government level in the first place. But, hey, we've already done it. Now what do we do about it? Donald's right. Let's get rid of it. However, I appreciate the executive order, but I'm going to warn you now, and I've warned you before, and I'm going to warn you again.
[00:05:50] You have got to have Congress codify what Trump does. Trump can lead the cause and say, listen, I'm going to reduce the employee count. I'm going to streamline this. I'm going to spend less. I'm going to bring Doge in to deal with government waste. I'm going to – and good for Donald. Good for Elon. Good for all the – that's great news. But at the end of the day, Congress has got to come back and codify, got to put into law or abolish the law or change the law.
[00:06:18] You know, that is a congressional responsibility. I believe Mike Johnson not doing a good job. He's got a lot of thumbs up in support for President Trump when it comes to verbal and – but when it comes to getting it done, I mean, I don't see Congress getting a whole lot done at all. Whenever I try to call Congress, I just get either a board op, you know, hello, capital, and they route me to somewhere.
[00:06:42] Then I get a voicemail, and, you know, the Congress critters have between 10 and 20 on their staff if they're a House member. If they're in the Senate, they usually have more. Big, big money. Big, big staffs. They've got a quadruple of staff. Liberty News Radio, I ever thought I have, and Liberty Roundtable, I ever thought I haven't. Quadruple or maybe even five, ten times more depending on the congressional office. The more senior the senator, the greater the staff, et cetera. And you look at that and you go, man, these people – and I call them clowns because really it's clown-like.
[00:07:12] I mean, they can't even answer the phone when they work for we the people. And the wisdom of the founding fathers broke them up into districts so they don't have too many callers. They shouldn't anyway. And if they do, what's wrong? Why would everybody be calling, you know, Washington, D.C. and saying, hey, please do this, please don't do that, whatever the case may be? Maybe it's because they're not doing the job that they're supposed to be doing.
[00:07:36] See, if they have an appropriate town hall meetings and meeting with the public, if they had ways for the American people to interact with their congressmen and senators, they wouldn't be inundated with calls, right, except for on specific issues. It's really hard to even know where they stand on a given issue oftentimes, right? I mean, that's the problem that I see. Anyway, I digress. I go far afield from my whole point except to say, hey, we want to be very kind and polite, respectful, appreciative.
[00:08:03] We want to deliver with patience and gravity on situations when something's critical like ending funding by we the people for Planned Parenthood, you know, the organization of murder and body part selling and everything else. Hey, we want to shut that funding down yesterday. But, man, I can't even find out if my congressman is willing to start a House bill for that. Found out somebody else already started a House bill. Good for the somebody else. Now I can't even find out if my representative signed on to the bill or not.
[00:08:32] See what I mean? It's broken, people. It's broken. And the only way to fix it is for us, we the people, to demand it. We need to go to our congressman in our district. So I'm in the third district in the state of Utah with my congressman, Mike Kennedy. You know, nice guy. I like him. Don't get me wrong. But, hey, the swamp has already got a hold of him because I can't even contact him. I can't even communicate with his staff hardly to find out where they stand. And, you know, I called him up today. Will you help me abolish Planned Parenthood? Are you aware of the Senate bill? And they said yes.
[00:09:02] And I said, is there a companion bill in the House? No. Okay, will you be willing to create one? Will you guys be the, you know, creator of it? Oh, we'll look into it, Sam, and get back to you. Crickets. Then I call again, can't get a hold of anybody. Call again, can't get a hold of anybody. Call again, can't get a hold of anybody. Now I find out another House member has started a bill on this, which we'll hopefully dig into in the next several days. I'm hoping to get a representative to come talk about it with me.
[00:09:27] But I bring this up to say I can't even find out if my congressman's aboard, much less willing to sponsor, much less. Okay, where on earth, what is happening? You say, well, Sam, there's just too many constituents per congressman. And they're buried and they're overwhelmed. Doing what? Because they're not doing the things that I want them to do. And then what they have the audacity to do is send me an email. I mean, Doge just sent me an email. I don't mean to be rude, but it's like a clown email.
[00:09:55] And again, I don't mean to be insensitive or abusive or anything else, but it's almost like a clown question email. It really is. I don't mean to be rude. I don't mean to be disrespectful. But I don't know what else to call it. I really don't. Because I look at this thing and I go, what are they doing? Doge emails me. And they're like, hey, Sam. Gotta get a hold of you.
[00:10:25] Gotta know what you're willing to focus on. Gotta know what's important to you. Please let me know. Yeah, they say, hey, should Trump go after the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives? Should Donald Trump go after and shut down the BATFE? Without question, the answer is a clear yes.
[00:10:51] How could you possibly even wonder if we should abolish that unconstitutional criminal behemoth? Huh? Just wondering. As you all know, Roe versus Wade has resulted in some of the most permissive abortion laws anywhere in the world. For example, in the United States, it's one of only seven countries to allow elective late-term abortions along with China, North Korea, and others.
[00:11:19] Right now, in a number of states, the laws allow a baby to be born from his or her mother's womb in the ninth month. It is wrong. It has to change. Americans are more and more pro-life. You see that all the time. In fact, only 12% of Americans support abortion on demand at any time.
[00:11:45] Under my administration, we will always defend the very first right in the Declaration of Independence, and that is the right to life. As you are aware, America is divided over every fault line possible. This is intentionally fostered by those who do not love God, family, or country. We believe a peaceful future as a free people absolutely depends on civility.

[00:12:57] On your radio, ladies and gentlemen, back with you. Brian Rust with me. FreewaterCuenco.com. Yeah, they've been educating folks about precious metals for decades. First recommendation, advice, very insistent.
[00:13:27] Take possession of your metals, people. Don't let somebody else hold on to them because you might never get them if you do that. Now, I got a clown question. Doge emailed me and they're like, hey, should Trump's Doge go after the ATF? The pair of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms and stuff like that. Brian, is that a clown question? I don't want to be rude. I'm just saying you're really going to take the time to email me and say, hey, do you think
[00:13:55] Donald should go after the BATF? Yeah, I think they should shut that unconstitutional criminal agency down. Why is it criminal? Because it's judge, jury, and execution are all in one. When they just kick in doors, they're all armed to the teeth while they try to disarm everybody else. It's like coming to me and saying, Sam, do you think we should get rid of the IRS? Hey, Sam, do you think we should get rid of the education department? Hey, Sam, do you think we ought to get rid of USAID around the world spending money on the most goofy things you can possibly even? I mean, truth is stranger than fiction. You can't even imagine it.
[00:14:25] I mean, Brian, to me, it's a clown question. I like the way it is a clown question, Sam. We go back to common sense. Okay, it's pretty simple here. Or maybe it's the first step of getting you on live. I'd love to hear you on live with these people. That's what needs to happen. They won't do it. It's terrible. Why not? I just can't answer your questions. I don't know. I've tried to reach out to people. I can't even hardly get a hold of my congressman, Brian.
[00:14:54] Seems like they send you the little cards or letters and say, hey, donate. Donate to us. We want you. All the support. Okay, well, before we do that, let's bring me on. Let's talk about it. You ought to get on there. And what I find interesting about the whole thing is that they want to give me a survey. And they're like, hey, Sam, what's more important if I abolish the IRS, if I abolish the education
[00:15:20] department, or if we abolish the BATF, or if we abolish transgender, you know, whatever? And there's no choice for all, Brian. Yes. Doesn't it cost them money to send out all that stuff? How about we save a little bit of the money? Well, it costs us money. It doesn't cost them any money. Well, no, that's right. That's right. If it costs them money, they wouldn't be sending it, my friend. Right. You're correct. And that is the quintessential point here that I'm getting at is like, you know what?
[00:15:48] I don't mean to be rude, but I'm a well-known nationally syndicated talk show host. I've been in the business for more than 30 years, and you're going to really send me a survey and say, Sam, we'd like you to take our little poll. I've probably got more in the world publicly telling you what I think and why than anybody on the planet. Now, I'm sure there's people that have just as much or more than me. I'm just saying, if you wonder what I think for two seconds, then you clearly do not know me. That's right. It's awesome. I agree. You're right on.
[00:16:18] And you clearly have no idea what the people think because, look, I don't represent just me. I represent millions of people, Brian. Yeah. No, you're right. That's why this is a clown act. You know? It's frustrating that we, you know, the people, let's hear you. Well, let's get you out there. I'm going to put a sign up. Put Sam up. Let's bring Sam forward and put him on the air. And they're emailing and they're like, hey, hey, Sam, do you support Donald? What? What?
[00:16:48] Whenever Donald does something right, I support him. Absolutely. Why wouldn't I? Well, Sam, do you think we ought to deport illegals? I'm sorry. Do you think we ought to go for Donald Trump's deportation program? Well, I don't know how to answer that because I don't know what the deportation program consists of completely. I've never seen a complete plan. But if you say, Sam, should we stop the rapists and the murderers from running around the, you know, the yacht free? In other words, you know, hey, just running around America all free, doing whatever they want to. Yeah.
[00:17:18] That's for sure. But you're really going to ask me that. Right. Hey, Sam, should we stop rapists and murderers from running around the country? You know, Trump's kind of crazy, but should he do that? It's like, how does this judge that you got these gang members and criminals and rapists and murderers and drug traffickers and these hardcore and Donald wants to deport him? And a judge is like, no, you don't. No, no, no, no, no. It's like, how do we even have this discussion, Brian?
[00:17:47] Yeah, you're correct. And if they wouldn't send you're asking these questions, they would look at what you've been talking about for forever. I mean, you supported right all the way along, even right when it's these wrong people, I would say, that are causing these headaches. I mean, you would say, OK, well, if it's the right thing to do, even though this person who I don't really follow or believe in is doing right, I support that.
[00:18:17] And you've always done that. So, well, that's because to me, it's about the principles. It's not about people. OK, man. So, hey, should should Trump go after the BATF? Absolutely. Shut that sucker down yesterday. How do I be more clear? How do I do it faster? What do you need me to do to get on board? OK, don't email me. What are you going to do to help make this happen in reality, not just take a poll and then, you know, hey, Sam, donate money to help Doge continue. Hey, Doge doesn't need money. The richest man in the world runs Doge under the president of the United States.
[00:18:47] OK, and they're saving billions of dollars. You don't need any money from me. You've already got all my money. That's the problem, right? Yeah, that's it. You've already taken the American people's money. Let's let's start using the money and and and yeah, stopping the the hardship. I agree. All right. Well, everybody's saying Donald Trump is melting down the economy. I think they're off their rock crazy. I do agree that President Trump needs to abolish the IRS so that we're not paying IRS taxes
[00:19:17] plus. Tariffs, I get it and I agree if you're going to add tariffs, that's awesome. But you've got to decrease on the other side. We've been over that plenty of times. But the reason that I bring this up right now is because the Federal Reserve holds key rate steady. Central Bank still expects two rate cuts this year. Rob Quinn, newser, brings us a piece. And I guess I really wonder that in relation to gold is up, they say.
[00:19:47] Gold's at an I don't know if it's an all time high, but it's close because, hey, people are kind of concerned about the economy. And whenever that happens, people flee to sanity, to stability. Ryan? Well, it is. Gold is rising. And it's, you know, it's, well, it's outperformed any other asset class this quarter. And so, you know, you know, and why is it rising?
[00:20:13] Because we have unattainable debt service, you know, the cost at current levels. Implications of tariffs and policies, you know, are likely to increase. You know, and the Fed remains steady. You know, what is it? 4.25 to 4.5%. Yeah. They're still anticipating about two rate cuts. But the question is, is it still needs to hold rates higher and for longer to rein in this
[00:20:40] price inflation they talk about and cut rates due to, you know, excessive levels of debt. It can't do both. So how are you going to loosen and tighten this monetary policy at the same time? You can't. I got an idea. I think you can, but not with the Federal Reserve. The way you do it is you let the free market handle that and let the interest rate adjust based on supply and demand. If the interest rates are too high and no one's borrowing any money, the interest rates will go down. And if people borrow too much money, the interest rates will go up.
[00:21:06] And there's this natural reality-based interplay that makes sense, Brian. Well, no, I get it. But Sam, that's common sense. And we don't see much of that out there. Yeah. Do you think we ought to have common sense on the economy, Brian? I can ask questions there. You know. Yeah. They're getting rid of our sense. See? The sense. Oh, yeah. No common sense. The sense gone. Just a nickel. Common nickel going on here. Yeah. That's a little bit gone. Got some common nickels.
[00:21:35] Well, the only nickels I want are the silver ones Brian's got. Freewatercoinco.com to get your, you know. Value-based nickels. Where's gold sitting, Brian? Gold is $3,035.70. 335.70. Is that an all-time high or no? Yeah. It's been a little high. It just spiked up a little higher now. But yeah. Right there. 30. 330. Wow. 3035.
[00:22:05] Let me say this again. $3,500 and $35? $3,035. All right. $3,035.70. Silver? 33.28. That's up quite a bit too, isn't it? Yeah. 33.28. Where does that leave us in terms of the Silver Eagle? Silver dollar?
[00:22:34] Because man, that thing's going to bounce above 40, isn't it? Yep. Yep. You're pushing your $40 range right there. Yep. Exactly right. We're at a 91.2, uh, two to one ratio right now. Say that number again. What to one again? 91.21. 91.21. See, that's way out of whack, man. Yeah. And what would Silver be if it was really the, the, what range should we use? Should we use 15 or 20?
[00:23:03] What's the better real range? It used to be, it was a 16 to one is what they established, you know, and, and then, then they kind of pump that up to about a 30 to one. All right. So if I do this, if I go to my calculator really quick and I put in three, zero, three, five, forget the pennies, um, divided by what would you say? 16 then? Yeah. Yeah. Let's do 16.
[00:23:30] Hey man, Silver should be like 189 bucks an ounce, sir. That's right. Oh my heavens. That's crazy, Brian. Well, it's, yeah, it's, it's, you know, we can, we can look at the manipulation that's gone on because Hey, it's easy to sell a piece of silver. If I put a, if I put this roll, if I take a roll of silver dollars, these 20 coins and I put them in the vault, but yet for every one of those silver dollars in the vault, I
[00:23:59] sell 200 times per coin. Yeah. No wonder, no wonder it's being manipulated. Heard that. All right, Brian, rest with us. Ladies and gentlemen, there's some interesting tidbits about Bitcoin. I'm a really a no dip your toe in the crypto guy, but I think we're going to be forced to dip our toes in the crypto as things are shaping up and changing, but man, it's really scary. And I'll tell you why there's some unique things happening to Bitcoin really with Brian's kind of commentary on. We'll do that in seconds.

[00:29:55] American Heritage School. In American Fork. Casting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right.
[00:30:25] Back with you live, ladies and gentlemen. Sam Bushman, Brian Rust on your radio. For the past 50 years, three generations of the Rust family have been helping people understand, work through their precious metal needs. Freewatercoinco.com. If you want numismatic coins, hey, you can learn what to buy and sell and make sure you get good deals. Brian keeps an eye out for that kind of stuff just for you. If you're just a, man, I just want the silver and the gold. I want the metal. Then take possession of it, number one.
[00:30:54] But number two, you can buy things in incredible deals. For example, Brian has these incredible silver nickels. Man, they're great. They're below spot, too, I might add. So you can get one of those nickels for like $1.65 right now. I know it sounds like kind of a joke, but it's real. A real silver value nickel for $1.65. 18 of them equal an ounce of silver. We're talking Troy ounce here. $33.28 for silver right now.
[00:31:21] Gold, $3,035.70 right now. So gold's basically at an all-time high. And I hear stories, Brian, really quick before we move to the next tidbit on Bitcoin that I mentioned. As far as I understand, right now they're importing gold into the United States big time. Are they trying to beef that dude up before they go in and audit the Fort Knox deal? Is that what's happening or what? I think so. I think they're trying to scramble and get something back in there so when they go in. I mean, that's the issue.
[00:31:51] I mean, if you're going to go in and they're saying there's nothing there, why not go in right away? Let's not wait months on end. So, okay, well, let's call J.P. Morgan or, you know, some of these other guys and let's get some gold back in that fort. So, I don't know. Yeah, we've got to have some gold in there when we go in there. It ain't going to look too good. Yeah, paint that copper bar. Get those copper bars. We'll paint them. I don't know. But Joe Biden, he won't even remember taking the gold. So, you know, I don't know that you can hold anybody accountable, Brian.
[00:32:21] Well, it goes on for years, I think. I think there's been a lot of things happening with that gold, to tell you the truth. There's no gold in there, in my opinion. Yeah. So, President Trump was talking about, you know, editing or auditing Fort Knox going in there. How come I haven't heard anything about this, Brian? I mean, when's this happening? And I appreciate the talk, but I was kind of thinking somebody ought to get on their Harley and roll on down there, buddy. I agree.
[00:32:51] I agree. Could you imagine if we just did a news reality TV show? It's like, hey, man, Elon, he's got a version of the Tesla. It's a Harley version of Tesla. Tesla's version with Harley. And Elon's rolling on down there, and he's going to go ahead and investigate Fort Knox. He's got a headlight on his head, and he's going to just roll in there and show it to us.
[00:33:18] So, people are asking, why is the U.S. flying gold from London to New York, Brian? That's the question people are asking. JP Morgan. That's right. Reining it back. Bring it back. We've got to have it. We've got to show it for a while. We'll give it back to you. We've just got to show it. Yeah. I don't know. So, I like that, though. Let's get Elon's motorcycle gang and group and head them on down there. That would be great. Yeah.
[00:33:48] Anyway, all I'm saying, I'm just joking about the merger of that. I'm just saying, you expect crazy things like that, though, to come out every day. Hey, pretty soon, Harley and, you know, Tesla, they're going to merge. You're going to have these electric Harleys that are killer, and Elon's on one of those dudes, and he's going to find out where the gold's at. Baby, come on. I just think it would be cool. That's right. There was a show. What was that show? I used to do it. American Ride. That guy. Yeah. Stan. Our dear friend Stan. Great guy. Yeah. That's awesome. I liked him really.
[00:34:18] He did a great job. Yeah. You know he's passed away now, though, right? I didn't. Is that right? I didn't know that. Oh, darn it. That's sad. Very sad. Yeah. Complications from COVID. I should be accurate about, you know. Right. But that was a good show. Yeah. Yeah. It was a great show, and it really told the tale of liberty, and it really did it in kind of a fun, unique way where it's like, hey, the guy's on the road, and it brings back kind of the era of the 50s and 60s, and, you know, when America was doing great and all that kind of stuff.
[00:34:47] But really, people are asking the question, why are U.S. banks flying gold from London to New York? Now, my question also is, how heavy of a load would that be, Brian, if you just loaded up your plane with gold, buddy? Well, yeah. They've got, yeah. It's like, it would be heavy. You have to put them on one of those big jumbo, those jumbo, like the U.S. military, haul those big tanks and all that equipment out.
[00:35:17] Yeah, or you might have to put it on the Concorde if you need it to come fast, because we're going to look into that dude pretty quick, so you better get here fast, baby. All right. I agree. There's some interesting twists that I wanted to bounce off you relating to Bitcoin. Here's the first one. Rumble acquires $17.1 million in Bitcoin. Talkers Magazine, our dear friends, Michael Harrison over there with that one.
[00:35:45] They say video sharing platform and cloud services provider, Rumble, announces that it has added approximately 188 Bitcoins to its treasury at an average price of $91,000 per coin.
[00:36:07] They say consistent with its previously announced, they call it Bitcoin treasury strategy, to allocate up to $20 million to Bitcoin. And so I find that very interesting. This is kind of what I mean by I think everybody's going to be forced into the Bitcoin thing. They say it's going to be a valuable tool. Now, here's the interesting thing.
[00:36:37] They say it's a valuable tool. It'll be a hedge against inflation and will not be subject to dilution like so many overprinted government-issued currencies, Brian. Now, I'll be honest with you. I think they're half right. I think that's better than the dollar that's tanking like a rock. I get it. But at the same time, it ain't real money, sir. Your thoughts? Yeah.
[00:37:04] You know, it's hard for me to understand this, that new technology. And I guess it's been out for a while. What Bitcoin was invented in a weight, you know, and by an unknown entity. So I thought that was an unknown entity. And it's kind of out there and it's unknown. But you've got like El Salvador and others that have adopted it as a legal tender. So they're using it and the technology that they have there. And so companies are kind of buying into it. It'll be interesting to see.
[00:37:33] But I'm a hard asset guy and I always have been. So for me, it's hard for me to wrap my head around, okay, it's there. And I can't really hold it or take it. But I've got to get it in my wallet and it can be hacked. I just have a hard time. My silver dollar, I could lose it. I could drop it, lose it, and so on. But I also could walk down the street and trade. It's got tradability and has for a year. You've got eggs. I need eggs. Here's this silver dollar. You could take it and trade for that and trade.
[00:38:02] It just makes sense to me because that's all I grew up in this. So that's what I know. But it seems like this technology is coming. The dollar is collapsing and they'll devalue our dollar just like they have in every other country, their currency. It's been devalued. But is that the next thing? And how do you control it? I worry about it because I can't. If I put it in my bank and I have it, can they push a button?
[00:38:30] And now I only have a little – I have half of what I had? Or do I have abuse? Yes, sir. I can't wrap my hand around that. No. So I don't know. You'll wrap your head around it really quickly when they say your money has no bank account. Your money is zero because you hang out with Sam Bushman. You'll get that real fast, my friend. See, there you go. Yeah, it's crazy. It's just crazy. It's a little bit hard to understand.
[00:38:56] They say we're really excited to announce these purchases and allocations as part of our, quote, treasury strategy as well as a larger strategic move. It will help in our planning. We want to further expand our ties to the crypto industry. I don't know, man. I'm concerned about this because, you know, don't lose your crypto whatever Bitcoin wallet there, buddy, because you'll be 188 coins down, which might be like $17 million, Brian. Yeah, that's exactly right.
[00:39:26] You know, I understand the fact of, okay, this younger generation, okay, they are technology savvy. They can kind of run. And that's kind of where we're headed is because they're running with what they know, I guess, and how they've been brought up. Me, I'm old school, so that technology is harder for me. And so it is, you know, how do I protect my wealth? And so I've done that in metal and hope to continue to do that in metal.
[00:39:51] So I guess we're forced to go a certain path if we're going to use banks and somewhat of this, yeah, technology. We'll be forced to do that, I guess. Now, I find this interesting because they really want to double down on this. And I like Rumble. Rumble's, for the most part, been the free speech advocate. And there's a few others, but Rumble's done way better than most. I'll tell you that right now. Now, I believe in Rumble, think they do a great job. They're more free speech oriented than others. And, you know, hey, they're forward looking and forward thinking. I think that's great.
[00:40:21] But every time I turn around, some big player is backing crypto like Trump, you know, used to be a non-crypto guy. Now he's crypto. You got, you know, Rumble that's saying, hey, we've got to make this a key part of our strategy. I mean, 20 million for starters is not a tiny investment. And you look at that and you just go, wow. Well, there's somebody else that has decided they want Bitcoin too. And FBI accuses. I'll tell you who. In seconds, you're listening to Liberty Roundtable.

[00:43:08] So FBI accuses North Korea of largest crypto hack in history. Brian, the next headline that relates there too says this. North Korea, quote, world's third largest Bitcoin holder. TheTimes.com. I got it from Russia Today, RT.com. So you've got now the biggest heist on Bitcoin from North Korea, says the FBI.
[00:43:38] And now they're the world's third largest Bitcoin holder. I don't know that I want to hang out with that. You got the United States and Britain and North Korea. Investing with those three governments, is that a good plan? I don't know. I just find this thing so weird. I don't know how to respond to it. So in a sense, you've got the United States and North Korea investing or involved in the same cryptocurrency.
[00:44:06] How the United States got involved, how Britain got involved, I don't know. But I know this. North Korea, they claim, got involved with a big old hack. And they want us to consider this for the world's currency, sir. Yeah, it seems to be an honest dealing going forward, right? They hacked into it. That's how they got their wealth, I guess. I don't know. Yeah, it seems pretty puzzling. There wants to be trusted. I know that, right?
[00:44:36] I don't dare ask somebody to hack for me. But, man, is that the way you get rich now? Your own hack? When that other guy got rich, stealing a gold toilet. We talked about that a couple of weeks ago, right? How'd that go? I guess they chopped it up. Well, they prosecuted the guy, but they never found the toilet, though, man. Right. They, that's how they get rid of it. They're not going to keep it what it was. Somebody stole, I think there was a, I'm trying to think, the biggest coin. They made some kind of a, maybe Canada. It was Canada.
[00:45:04] Somebody made a big, you know, it was a 100 ounce. 100 ounces of gold coin, big, huge coin. And it got stolen, I think, or something, you know. I didn't make a copper toilet on the, you know, on the copper toilet at the top of it, on the tank or whatever. You know, right on the top there where the lid is. You just have a thing that says, hey, this equals $36 trillion and pays off the national debt. We're done. Hey, copper's on the verge.
[00:45:35] It's up 25%. Well, where's copper at? That's about five bucks. So you get a piece of copper at five bucks, man. It's a bull market. That's right. Hold on a minute. Didn't silver used to be a dollar? Yeah. One ounce of silver used to be a dollar, right? Yeah. And now one ounce of copper's five bucks? Yeah. We're getting ripped off, people. And then I bring this up and people are like, oh, you don't understand economics.
[00:46:04] And I'm like, you guys are peddling fake news. And they go, you're a terrorist. And I say, you guys are crazy. Yeah. Yeah. That's how it goes. Well, the key is that education. If you want the education is my quarter still buys me a gallon of gas. I keep pumping that. I remember gas as a quarter. And Campbell's soup is a dime. Well, it still buys the same. My metal still buys the same. Has not changed.
[00:46:27] So when you want to look at real economics, that money still buys me that same amount. That dime in the till, my quarter in the till won't buy me a Coke. Can't even get candy for a dime anymore. So it goes to show you real money and fake money. There you have it. Anyway, I just find the whole thing so, so disheartening and so strange. It's not even funny.
[00:46:56] Anyway, there you have that. Trump today to sign order eliminating the education department. I appreciate that. I appreciate his leadership. But where's Congress? They're missing an action, Brian. Because you're not going to really abolish the education department unless you have Congress codify it, right? Yeah. And you've been talking about this for weeks as long as Trump's been in there.
[00:47:19] Why can't we get the people that we've put in position to work together and get this stuff happen? I admit I like a lot of things that Trump's doing. But you can't have these judges doing this over here on this side. And you can't have Congress. I don't know what they're doing over here on this side. And it's frustrating because now's the time when things are starting to move. We can really see a path of maybe some light at the end of the tunnel. But it's not happening because we've got this dead weight.
[00:47:50] And you've been preaching about it, and I agree. And I don't know why we can't get people out of the way. Look, if you're doing these things, these judges, okay, we're just going to arrest you. We're going to throw you in jail because you have no power over this. I don't know how it works, but something's got to be done. Well, amen to that. And I say where's Congress because Congress has got to codify this. Trump's providing proper leadership, but Congress needs to double down and codify what they're doing so the courts don't just try to battle with Trump and shut it down.
[00:48:19] But Mike Lee on the Senate side and Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massey, they reintroduced legislation to audit and abolish the Federal Reserve. It's called the Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act, and I think we need to get that signed ASAP. So that's what Congress is working on. Please get your member of Congress to jump aboard ASAP on that. Congress also is doing this.
[00:48:43] Republicans introduce impeachment articles against James Bozberg. That's the guy that tried to stop the deportations, don't you know? Newser.com with this piece. So I appreciate that, but I don't think they have enough mojo to impeach this guy. I pray for him, and I think they're on the right track. That's what needs to be done, Brian. I agree, but how do they – I mean, how does he have the right to stop and halt that? And why would he want to do that?
[00:49:13] Is he part of the game? I don't – Well, that's what I understand. It's like we're getting rid of these rapists and murderers, and you're like, no, no, no, let's keep them here. What? Yeah. I mean, do they have a tape on this guy or something? Hey, if you come out and go against us, we're going to bring this tape out. I don't know. I don't get it. I just can't – I don't understand it. Well, and now you've got domestic terrorism going on right now.
[00:49:38] Now, attacks against Tesla property considered, quote, domestic terrorism, says AG Pambondi. USAtoday.com with that piece. And now Musk says, quote, there's a conspiracy to kill me. Brian? Yeah, there probably is. I mean, but who's behind all that? Who's paying the big money for them to protest? It's like the old protests that we had before where they're burning cars and flipping them over.
[00:50:03] There was bad money behind them pushing and bringing these individuals out to – they interviewed some of these people and said, well, do you know why you're out? Not really, but I got paid to get on a bus and come out here and hold a sign and cause some damage. I mean – Well, and it might even be USAID funneled through weird places back to those protesters for all we know, right?
[00:50:22] Well, you already – I mean, on your show, you and James and them come up with – Elon Musk has found plenty of money out there that's just – I mean – And then he found 14 – he calls them magic money machines. 14 of them that just literally create money and then just send it wherever they tell it. Certain departments just have these machines. I can't even believe it. It's crazy. Yeah. I mean, I laugh because you don't want to cry, right? That's right.
[00:50:52] That's exactly right. It's crazy. It's unbelievable. And the Amtrak CEO now is forced to step down amid Musk's calling to privatize Amtrak. You think we ought to privatize Amtrak? We'll let it run itself, you know? I mean, yeah, free enterprise. You go. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. I mean – Well, I personally believe that train technology is some of the best technology in the world in terms of per mile,
[00:51:21] per, you know, pound of transfer or whatever you want to call it. I personally think we've fallen way behind. I think trains do better than planes. And if we had bullet trains that really got you around fast and people could, you know, eat in a dinner car while they're, you know, on a train and they could do their internet and work and business. And, I mean, it would change the game. But we're so far behind it would take decades to catch up. But I think we need to privatize. Anyway, the Hill.com with that piece and now the CEO of Amtrak steps down because, man, they've been wasting money left and right over there.
[00:51:51] Yeah. Well, we know that. Plus a lot of waste everywhere else, it seems like. You're right. Last story of the hour, which I find pretty interesting. You know, the environmentalists have been crazy for a long time. They're committing acts of violence and protesting. And we've seen it. We've documented it. We don't know why people are going to jail or why people are not going to jail. While they are paying big fines now, so at least it's a start. Jail should be secondarily right on the heels.
[00:52:16] Headline says Greenpeace ordered to pay more than $660 million for the Dakota Access Pipeline protests. USA Today, the nine-person jury in North Dakota awarded more than $660 million in damages to this energy transfer company over this. You know, they basically created violence and everything else.
[00:52:40] And finally, there's at least some degree, not enough in my opinion because people need to be going to jail, but some degree of accountability here, Brian. It's a start and it's good news. Right. I agree. We need to see more of that and stop this, you know, attacking because instead of, you know, working together, they're attacking people and destroying property and everything else. I agree.
[00:53:06] They say Environmental Group Greenpeace was ordered on Wednesday to pay hundreds of millions in damages to a Texas-based pipeline company for its role in protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline construction in North Dakota. And I'm just saying at least there's some accountability. I know it's slower than molasses and I get all that, but I'm grateful, Brian, and it's a start.
[00:53:36] And so, look, we want to always be the guys that give credit where credit's due. We always want to be the guys that, hey, even though it's not as far as we need, at least people are trying to make a difference and at least something good is happening. And whenever we can find good news, we're going to bring it to you. By the way, I've got my people working on the BeBestPress.com website now, too, to kind of back Melania's Trump play for BeBest. So that's pretty exciting, too, Brian. There you go. You're doing a great job, Sam.
[00:54:03] I want to hear you on the big—I want those guys to bring you out to Washington and get on that news. Yeah, I could be one of the advisors, you know. That'd be my prayer. They'd be like, who does he work for? And the answer is nobody. He's just an advisor over here. That's who he is, right? All right, Brian. Thank you, sir. We appreciate all that you do.
