[00:00:14] From atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West, you are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. All right. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans. Sam Bushman live on your radio. Hard-hitting news the network refused to use, no doubt, starts now. This, my fellow Americans, is the broadcast for January 21st in the year of our Lord 2025.

[00:00:40] This is Hour 1 of 2 and the goal always is to protect life from limited property, to promote God, family, and country through so on your radio in the traditions of our founding fathers. Man, we've got so much to talk about, so little time. Sheriff Mack is with me. Sheriff Richard Mack is the founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, CSPOA.org. Welcome back, sir. Thank you, Sam. It's great to be with you. It's beautiful and historic Tuesday morning.

[00:01:11] Amen to that for sure. Our guest today, former Sheriff Mark Lamb. He's now a law enforcement consultant specializing in immigration and border security. You got to dig that. Welcome to the broadcast, Sheriff Lamb. Thank you so much. Thanks for having me on. First, we got to talk about Trump issued a full, complete, and unconditional pardon for most of the January 6th defendants.

[00:01:39] Trump called them political hostages. I agree with that completely. More than 1,500 people. People are leaving prison last night and today. And they say this proclamation begins a process of national reconciliation.

[00:01:58] And then Trump also, after pardoning those 1,500, he commuted the sentence of 14 other January 6th political prisoners, meaning they still retain their convictions, but they're just sentenced to time served, from what I understand. And Sheriff Lamb, let's have you take a stab at this first. What do you say? I like it. I like it.

[00:02:21] I think I've never seen the FBI work so expeditiously and so quickly as when it came to going after people that were there on January 6th. And what they tried to do is throw a blanket over everybody that was there to say, they're all bad. They were all bad. And frankly, I don't know that you could even use the word insurrection when not a single gun was found on any of those people that were there at the Capitol of that day.

[00:02:48] And the only person that lost their life was Ashley Babbitt at the hands of somebody who was never held to account for shooting an unarmed person. So, look, I think there's all sorts of bad things. We're finding out the FBI was involved now. And President Trump said something very important yesterday. He said, look, even for those people who you think should have been held accountable, and there are some of them, no doubt, how long do they have to stay in jail? Because they've been in jail for four years.

[00:03:17] And that is longer than many murders, many sexual assault people get, big suspects get. So I liked it. I think it was the right thing to do. And I think it sends a message to the American people that we have our country back. And that justice has a mercy side. In other words, all crimes are not equivalent. You know, I had a friend who testified at one of our events, and his name is Casey Cusick.

[00:03:47] He basically served 10 days in prison, federal prison. They didn't find him guilty of anything. They just said you were a drop in the stream of water that day. I'm trying to think of the way the judge said it. You were a drop of water. The insurrection bucket. The insurrection bucket. From the insurrection. I mean, it's just insane. But he didn't do anything wrong. And they didn't, even when it was cross-examined, they didn't have a single crime that related to him, Sheriff Mack. Yeah, I remember him. And we both have talked to him.

[00:04:15] He's a solid acquaintance of ours. But I don't think he was alone. There was a lot of people that just sat there in prison for the whole four years, never had trial, never had charges. All of that's so completely illegal.

[00:04:29] And for the left to ignore the stark evidence of the government corruption in this case, the FBI admitted readily that they had operatives in plain clothes at this January 6th event. They just won't tell you or tell anybody or come clean as to how many and what their purpose was in being there.

[00:04:54] And then we still have Ray Epps, who everybody thinks was working for the FBI, who was clearly on videotapes encouraging and trying to get everybody they could, he could, to enter the building. Well, and he walks free. Ray Epps walks free. Now, what also is interesting, Casey Kutick had to go to the restroom. He asked for permission to go in and go to the restroom. He peacefully went to the restroom and then left. He didn't do anything.

[00:05:21] But they literally, you know, he literally asked if he could go in and go to the restroom. And they said, sure. Yeah, well. So it was a witch hunt. Thank heavens for Donald Trump overturning it. I think it's huge. I think it's significant. Several people got commuted sentences, 14 of them. Stuart Rhodes, one of them. Kelly Maggs, the others. But this is interesting. Can I just add, can I, can I one more thing, Sam? Please.

[00:05:45] I don't want to hear anybody complaining from the left because Joe Biden just got through pardoning 8,000 people. And many of those people were not just criminals, but enemies of the state, people who who had very bad motives. Yeah, they border on true terrorism even, don't they? Yeah. They wanted to take America down. He was commuting the sentences of of hardcore criminals.

[00:06:12] And look, I, I don't want to hear anything from anybody on any other side because these folks, they can never get the time back. Even though they may be pardoned, it's no longer on their record. You cannot get the time back they spent in the gulag in D.C. All right. I know we've only got you for a little bit, Sheriff Lamb. So I want to make sure we use the time super wisely from what Donald Trump did yesterday. It was a huge day.

[00:06:39] We're going to be spending, you know, both hours on the show, even getting to the to the, you know, tip of the spear on this thing. Trump pardons Enrico Terrio, who was a former Proud Boys chairman or whatever. He got a pardon. But Stuart Rhodes just got a computation or commutation. Now, what I find interesting about that is they say and maybe you know more about this, Sheriff Lamb, but they say that when you get a pardon, it's not it's not in effect until you accept the pardon.

[00:07:07] But if you accept the pardon, according to a 1950s court case or whatever, it's an omission of guilt. It's almost like you'd rather have your sentence committed than a pardon to some degree. Any knowledge on that? I don't have a ton of knowledge on that. My understanding was commuted just means that, you know, time served basically or they can say instead of 20 years, you're going to serve five years. I've always understood that as a commutation. It makes sense to what you're saying, though, that a pardon would be like.

[00:07:37] But either way, if you get a pardon, then theoretically it's got to come off your record. You've been pardoned for it. So I would have to say that those people that were charged with felonies are no longer felons is my understanding. But I'm not an expert on the pardon versus commutation. Sheriff Mack, I'm not either, but I just found some of these differences here. 14 got commuted. 1,500 got pardoned.

[00:08:04] Well, I never thought that a pardon, if you accept it, meant you were guilty of anything. I didn't either until it's been promoted in the news lately. And I'm just kind of going, what? I've never seen that. You know, I thought it was just the opposite. You're not guilty. So we're trying to get you a pardon. But, of course, Biden changed the nature of pardons all 100 percent. He's preemptive. He's doing preemptive pardons, which I don't know if that could even be legal.

[00:08:30] But Biden, it's obvious, just like Sheriff Lamb was saying, it's obvious that he was pardoning people who should have never been pardoned. But this supposed insurrection was completely and 100 percent one-sided. The congressional committee on January 6th was all the enemies of President Trump.

[00:08:55] And I thought we got rid of that Jim Crow-style jury selection and investigations back in the 50s and 60s. But, no, no, the Democrat Party loves to have it. And then they try to act like, oh, yeah, this is completely legit. Trump got convicted of 40 felonies. And you know who else did? Martin Luther King. Martin Luther King got arrested over 30 times.

[00:09:23] And he was not a criminal and never committed a crime. Same with our good new 47 president. He was convicted of several things, but he never committed a crime. And the left needs to wake up. And I guess we, the people, need to make sure that they do. And, Sheriff Lamb, I got a question for you. Are you in Washington, D.C. right now? I was. I came back last night.

[00:09:52] But I'll tell you, it was great being out there. So many great Americans, like-minded Americans out there just celebrating. And you could just feel this whole vibe change. Even amongst people that maybe weren't super pro-Trump, it just felt like everybody was happy for where the direction of America is going now. We understand we've got a lot of problems we've got to fix.

[00:10:18] But at least we have somebody that has a clear direction, a decisive direction. They're not afraid to tell people. I loved what he did in his speech yesterday because he needed to call those people out. They can't just go and try to destroy this country and not be called out for it. I'm glad they had to sit through there like two children being scolded for their actions over the last four years. Yeah, I said the same thing. Yeah. Go ahead, Mark.

[00:10:47] I said the same thing. No, you guys, dude, if you've got to take a break, that's all I wanted to say. I skipped the break just for you. No problem at all. But we've got plenty of things to talk about, though. So the pardons are huge. The feeling yesterday, I mean, hey, talk about feeling repressed. Just that's gone now. You don't feel like you can't get to the microphone, even with some criticism, if you need to, from President Trump, because he believes in free speech in a very meaningful way. Now, here's the other interesting thing.

[00:11:17] Trump said, hey, I'm going to stop this anchor baby deal. I'm going to stop. If you're, you know, supposedly born in the United States, then, hey, just because you crossed the line and, you know, have an anchor baby. Well, now the ACLU files a lawsuit already this fast against Trump because of his executive order that seeks to end birthright citizenship. So not only did Trump put the executive order stopping birthright citizenship, but now they claim it crosses the 14th Amendment boundary, and now there's already an ACL lawsuit.

[00:11:47] Sheriff Mack, you're first this time. Well, the ACLU, back in the day, they were actually about civil rights. Now they're just about agenda-driven baloney. Liberal clown show, yeah. Yeah, it is. It's just whatever's liberal, that's what they support. It's kind of like the NAACP. They used to be about civil rights. They're not anymore. It's just a branch of the federal government.

[00:12:13] Yeah, well, it's a branch of the Democrat Party, sorry. So it's become such a joke, and civil rights are about what Martin Luther King said they were and what the Constitution says they are and what the Bible says they are. You know, these are our God-given rights, and that's the other part that ACLU ignores because they believe that you can't say the word God anywhere in government.

[00:12:44] Well, Trump just did, baby, several times. Yes, of course. And good on him for it. Yeah, of course. And so the ACLU is a joke, and so they're just a branch of the Democrats, and I'm fed up with them. And they're just going to do anything that's contrary to the Constitution. Sheriff Lamb, where do you think this goes? Because some are saying it crosses the 14th Amendment boundary that, hey, if you're born here, you're going to stay here. Trump's just saying it's a little more nuanced than that.

[00:13:14] You know, hey, you just can't have people come with an intent of creating an anchor baby. Well, you know, look, I like what he said last night. They said, do you think this is going to hold up? He's like, well, I don't know. We'll find out. Look, I think it's something that needs to be defined. When they gave us the 14th Amendment, it was designed to take in all of the children of the slaves and make them citizens.

[00:13:39] I don't think they ever intended for it to be a blanket for anybody that came into this country illegally to hold themselves here. And I think it's something that the courts need to define. Do I think it's going to go? I don't know which way it would go. You know, let's see what the Supreme Court has to say. And I think it's been a long time that this has been needed to be challenged.

[00:14:01] What I think needs to happen is Congress needs to clarify with a bill really quick and not leave it to the court to decide, let's just clarify the law at Congress and say, here it is. And then we can be very hard on the Supreme Court if they get it wrong. I'm not real hopeful. I mean, look, we have a very thin margin. Congress is still at Congress and Senate for the last several decades have been very ineffective, which is what's been opening the door for all the bureaucrats.

[00:14:31] It's also given the judges, these corrupt and inept judges all across this country to make laws from the bench. it's also given the executive branch the more power to go out and and do what they've done over the last several decades i would love to see congress actually do their job but i'm not hopeful uh in congress i'm a little more hopeful that senate will be a little bit more

[00:14:56] um commonsensical but uh i'm not super hopeful on congress because the track record set is otherwise sadly i agree with you 100 i'm just saying that if we wanted to clarify and not leave things to the whacked out courts the answer is to have congress to find the law so clear that it can't be misinterpreted and then really be hard on the courts if they do now trump did something else interesting in addition to the stop the anchor baby program i guess there's a uh announcement now

[00:15:25] posted on the cbp1 program on the website declaring that hey you can no longer use the app anymore you can no longer you know you've got to basically wait in mexico that's all shut down this is serious and good news sheriff lamb that's phenomenal news i've been complaining about cbp1 app for a long time not only has our government been abusing it the cartels have been abusing it they have been filing

[00:15:54] these these these frivolous asylum claims many of 90 of them get overturned um it has been a travesty this is what they have used to bring people in here so that they don't have to count them as apprehensions so that the american people don't truly know the impact that this open border has had not only that they've actually flown them in from other countries um under this cbp1 app

[00:16:19] needs to go um we should probably look into whoever created it and just uh and hold some of those people accountable too because this has been an awful awful implementation sheriff mac yeah i yeah that that was uh really obvious and uh sheriff lamb called it correctly um i i i still

[00:16:45] want to move to one other thing that i was alluding to earlier sheriff lamb uh have you been contacted by anybody in washington that um might be offering you a position you know i had one contact but for but for the most part from the administration i have not had any contacts um i did throw my name in the hat or there in the ring and um if if they needed some help um you know unfortunately you you we i couldn't i

[00:17:15] don't have the ability or the bank account that allows me to sit and just wait for phone calls so i've had to march forward and uh and do some business i'm doing some consulting and advising and uh trying to stay very involved with the border i'm working with fair the federation for american immigration reform you know it's sheriff mac and sam you know i'm a strong constitutional guy i believe

[00:17:37] in the constitution with all my heart i believe in the role that the sheriffs play um in in in protecting and safeguarding the constitution i know you guys do too i know sheriff mac you've been a stalwart uh champion for for the constitution and the role that sheriffs play i'm just trying to stay very involved in those passionate things that i'm doing and um mental health re-entry substance abuse uh those are

[00:18:07] the things that i'm focused on but the answer those are big ones sheriff lamb those are big ones sheriff lamb because that shows the mercy side of this you know they look at tom holman and they go oh this guy's just a curmudgeon he just hates everybody no we want the criminal gone because they're going to rape your daughter because they're going to murder your son because they're going to destroy the country they're terrorists but beyond that we want to have mercy plans we want to uh work on the mental health situations we want to work on some of these opportunities that can give people better lives across

[00:18:36] the board it's not just about hey we're going after everybody crazy like it's about a nuanced plan that makes sense that the liberals don't really want people to see the whole plan right yeah and and that's a great point because a lot of people look and say if you want border security you clearly don't care about humanity it's actually the opposite these people who never come to the border and then who want border security then think that's the humane thing are so wrong there are people being abused

[00:19:05] every day by the cartels left for dead americans dying from fentanyl and these are the things that we actually as law enforcement we deal with firsthand we're the ones that save them in the desert we're the ones that bandage their feet we're the ones that give them care so the last people that they should be calling inhumane are the first responders who are actually on the front lines tom holman myself so many

[00:19:29] other sheriffs and law enforcement we we understand the balance of mercy and justice like you brought up earlier and while it is illegal to come into this country we have never i have never once ever seen a single person that came to this country illegally mistreated in any way to the contrary they get better treatment than than americans do oftentimes we're not treating our homeless as well as we're treating

[00:19:56] people that broke the law and came to this country illegally so i don't want to lecture on any of these people from any of these people on what is who's humane and who's not because i haven't seen one of them step foot down here how serious do you think the sheriffs are in backing uh president trump and tom holman in their uh efforts and how serious do you think the president is give me kind of a a your your thoughts on that well i think the sheriffs are very serious about it because what has happened in

[00:20:25] our backyard is in their front yard today sheriffs from across this country no matter what state you go to uh they're all being affected by the illegal immigration and many times more than what we are in texas and arizona these people if i were to have 20 that would cross over i was just with a group last week in southern california there was six of them two women two uh two men and two kids not one of

[00:20:50] them was planning on staying in california or arizona they were all going to new jersey um they were going to georgia they were going to all these different places so it is it has affected everybody so the sheriffs want to get this problem going tom holman has been very good about already reaching across the aisle and i expect president trump will do the same as he did in his first uh term where he had the sheriffs had a seat at the table and they understood the importance of the and the role that

[00:21:19] local uh sheriffs and local law enforcement play in in achieving success in these areas and the border is going to need all hands on deck amen to that sheriff mac well sheriff lamb has his uh figure on the pulse of america very well he knows what's going on he knows probably better than anybody uh sheriffs all

[00:21:45] across this country uh and we're proud to have two great constitutional sheriffs today uh sheriff lamb uh to start the show and then sheriff wayne ivy who uh sheriff lamb knows very well uh from brevard county florida so i i really think that we're on top of it all today sam this is going to be a great show

[00:22:09] it's already being that so uh sheriff lamb thanks for all the work that you've done uh you and i have known each other for about eight or nine ten years there and i endorsed you when you went to uh when you first ran for sheriff and uh you have had an amazing career you spent time on television uh with what was it called cops tv yeah we did live pd we did 60 days in and you know we've been we have the biggest

[00:22:38] social media following of any law enforcement agency across this country you know wayne ivy and i we are good friends and we we would often compete and and really what it is is about sharing a message of the importance of law enforcement and the role that these good men and women that put on the badge do every day and the respect that they deserve and so thank you and thank you for being a support to us

[00:23:02] and thank you for fighting for sheriffs and the constitution it has been an honor to be uh not just you know involved in in in being a sheriff but also uh appreciate your friendship along the way um really quick before we let you go sheriff lamb you uh had the opportunity to swear in your replacement at sheriff ross right that's right sheriff people i was able to swear him in and uh he's off and running and he'll be constitutional and he's ready to take on the border too

[00:23:32] oh yeah he's a great constitutional guy i mean i don't know if you can find too many people that are more second amendment than me he might be but i don't know i mean we're he is extremely constitutional and i believe he's got the fortitude to stand up against the government um i don't anticipate that being the case with this administration but should we get another rogue or just anti-american immigration or administration with like what we saw he's going to be the guy that will stand in the

[00:24:00] gap for us sheriff mark lamb everybody law enforcement consultant specializing in immigration and border security boy do we need that right now i'll tell you that right now sheriff lamb.com thank you so much we'll have you back soon sir thank you sir thank you all right sheriff matt continues with me ladies and gentlemen we got another surprise guest coming up too remember how donald trump released 1500 plus people we got people on the ground helping to pick up the prisoners we'll tell

[00:30:47] something like that he'll be president for 24 hours what more can he get done it is crazy 100 executive orders releasing 1500 j6 prisoners 14 got their sentences committed and we're just getting started baby kirk lonnius with us from texas he's ceo of the lonnius companies but he's much more than that he's a volunteer for a group making a huge difference they're standing in the gap ladies and gentlemen

[00:31:15] okay and this is really important what they're doing um american patriot relief dot org that's american patriot relief dot org is the group they're with first off tell us a little bit about that kirk then we'll get into exactly what you guys have done since donald trump took office well thank you sam yes uh american patriot relief is one of several organizations that has been uh providing uh assistance

[00:31:41] to j6ers and their families and um there's it's just like you said all volunteers uh there are been you know providing all kinds of spiritual and emotional support physical support housing transportation uh food in some cases and we've had um some great success in just the last uh 12 hours

[00:32:05] with with picking up uh many of the released uh j6 heroes around the country encountered some some problems too at some of the prisons but we believe those are being worked out today so great news now are those just logistics problems or are people being difficult kirk well it seems that uh there's a mix of both uh yesterday being a national holiday there was speculation

[00:32:31] you know i'm just following a lot of this through um you know x formerly twitter getting live video from places all over the country but you know the dc gulag the here in texas we've had a few situations where the wardens uh didn't believe that they had the proper paperwork or they said that the pardons were only for people who had already received sentences but not for people whose you know legal cases were

[00:32:57] still in process or who were awaiting sentencing and they just asked you know people to be patient some of the volunteers were advised by the county sheriff to contact the u.s marshal service so there it would seem to just be a variety of of situations around you know different different facilities but um but yeah but same seem to be you know so really what you're saying is a lot of it's just related to confusion based on what joe biden has done over the last four years which is trying to

[00:33:25] pick up the pieces and have people come together for common sense out loud yeah it could be because we know that many of the prisoners were moved to multiple facilities over the course of the last uh two three four years whatever you know length of time they called it diesel therapy you know they we heard up some had been in up to 15 different facilities across the country which just uh yeah i learned about diesel therapy in the early 90s i used to interview a guy by the name of george hansen

[00:33:52] he was a former congressman from idaho that took on the irs and they barbecued him and anyway long story short after they destroyed his whole life they had to pay out a bunch of money because he was right and they were wrong but nevertheless they ruined his life just like joe biden's tried to do all these people uh sheriff mac now that they're all going free what do you say there's a huge operation uh led by kirk glanius and many others gary uh haven uh a huge leader in this as well they're doing a

[00:34:17] phenomenal job sheriff mac yeah kirk kirk has worked with us at cspa for a long time also and and he's always active uh helping and uh trying to make america a better place to live and this is a great project kirk that you and john and others have done and put your lives on the line for um i you know first of all i don't believe that they can uh that a warden or a sheriff or anyone else can put a

[00:34:46] condition on these pardons once the pardon comes the charge just as biden has shown it you can even do preemptive pardons if you can do a preemptive pardon you can damn well sure do one that the guy's already been charged he got pardoned the case is dropped it's gone so none of them get to start trying to dissect what a pardon really is and when it applies as soon as you see the pardon warden

[00:35:16] or sheriff because he runs jail stew you got to release those people so right now kirk what what uh what what do you guys need i i know i put i filled out an application online that uh i can go and and pick some some of these people up uh do you know if there's any in my old hometown of stafford at the federal prison camp at in stafford arizona or they near the phoenix area phoenix and

[00:35:43] tucson area yeah that's a great question sheriff mac and uh you mentioned john so that's john parigi he's the ceo of american patriot relief and i think he actually might be resting right now because we're up at two three four this morning still getting people out but um yeah so i will i'll check with john and let let you know on that uh that we've had a spreadsheet it had you know hundreds of names and we were just checking them off and it was very dynamic and still is at this time but

[00:36:10] i can i can check with that and and let you know i think right now uh if people want to follow on on x the american patriot release um is is that apr underscore foundation so if anyone wants to follow on on x formerly twitter uh i know that mark and jaleese middleton uh who many could probably know about their story they were the couple that were peacefully praying outside of the capitol and

[00:36:38] you know uh jaleese you know as a disabled patriot was was basically assaulted by the the police right there at the line and they i know that jaleese is home and i think mark will be out here shortly um but uh as far as you know donations are still welcome um and i've given y'all the give send go um if you'd like for me to repeat that i can but we're almost uh yeah yes do repeat that

[00:37:05] okay so uh people are familiar with give send go.com so if they'll go there and then it's a forward slash freedoms ambassador and that's freedoms is plural ambassador is singular so it's give send go.com forward slash freedoms ambassador and that's it and that will bring up the gifts and go page and you'll see an explanation there my understanding is that those uh donations are uh you know tax

[00:37:34] deductible if that helps with anyone making that decision and um yeah we appreciate it's called the j6 freedoms ambassador project and i had for example some military veteran friends in georgia who went to a facility and it didn't look hopeful you know yesterday um afternoon they stayed there all evening and there were three there were three men that were being held uh and then they waited and

[00:37:59] waited and midnight was coming they were told the warden was not happy with the way things went down that's a direct quote and i advised them to say what you said sheriff matt pardons are pardons and you need to respect uh potus's order and anyway by little after midnight somehow miraculously all three came out the door and uh i think two of those men are headed to florida and one's headed to virginia

[00:38:28] and these uh these volunteers are transporting him uh well what a blessing that is for neighbors helping neighbors first the commandment is to love thy god and then love thy neighbor as thyself and this project really speaks to this in my opinion in a real way it reminds me of that country song you know they talk about they just jump in their car and they come real fast and they don't care about what's going on there you know yeah find out who your friends are is what it's called anyway

[00:38:54] long story short you guys are really doubling down and delivering i'm going to the ambassador's site now give send go.com slash freedoms with an s ambassador singular um dot or that's it sorry give send go.com slash freedoms ambassador um you guys have a goal of a hundred thousand you're not quite there we got to get it over the top i'm putting in a hundred dollars right now and i'm asking everybody else to do the same at least thank you i could give more i would but we got to do this

[00:39:21] right now people they need the money not yesterday these people are getting out right now they don't have clothes some of them have medical issues they have medical issues go ahead sir yeah yeah some have medical issues they need special transportation we've had some business owners who actually own you know private aircraft that have sent those um they're actually in the air right now around the country east coast west coast um you know you can go on like i said

[00:39:47] various platforms freedom platforms like x and check the status of certain people um some some of the pretty big names some that had the multi you know up to what was it 18 year sentences uh yes our dear friend stewart roads over at oath keepers is being released and as far as i understand the folks over the gateway pundit are picking him up which is great news yeah it's just really amazing and so

[00:40:13] they're urging patience on some of these others i noticed that a a gentleman who was recently assigned by the white house to be the liaison to the new department of justice has an ex account and he was literally uh walked over to the dc gulag and was interacting with the you know the prison officials there on behalf of the white house so they're getting some very direct attention this morning and i believe if those people aren't out very soon um it's kind of it's not going to end well for some

[00:40:41] of these bureau of prisons people and anybody in the leftover deep staters that want to you know cause some some problems here kirk i know sheriff mac asked what we can do and i know donate's one of the big things as well do you need people with vehicles too i mean how much do we have of with all these people being released and all that we know how much do we have covered versus what what are you know sam i i think most of that's covered i'm i'm gonna i'm gonna let uh john get a little bit more rest before i call him here shortly and wake him up but um yeah he's been he and others um

[00:41:10] i could just so people know you're talking about our dear friend john pregi right yes john the ceo john i just want to give him credit for a tremendous job done here yeah and sheriff matt got to meet him out at america fest in phoenix at our booth uh we had the yellow ribbon campaign going um you know there's another group that david sumrall runs that stop hey that's stop hate that is a phenomenal job yeah he's he's a good friend here

[00:41:36] in texas and you know he's his his research effort started way back well before uh j6 back going to i think to los angeles riots so he's been an investigator uh and collaborated with many of the you know the documentary filmmakers films like bloody hill and um you know uh the war on truth and and i've met so many of the j6 there's people like victoria white who was a woman that was just

[00:42:02] she was beat with batons by the police in the tunnel at the capitol that day and uh suffered so much laura logan has covered her case i've got to meet her at the film premiere and these people are personal friends now and she she received a full pardon yesterday so we're just so grateful uh but yeah as far as that just praying we i think we've got most of the transportation covered but you know i can let you know um here later this morning if we do have any areas of the country that still need coverage

[00:42:28] but mainly just praying and putting it up to god to uh just be the hands and feet of jesus to these you know these people um i don't know about you but i you know i i know i would be uh greatly impacted by even just a few weeks or a few months many of these prisoners in solitary confinement so we just really need to pray for their spiritual and emotional needs and um but we're seeing great signs that um just they were jumping for joy i saw the video of them coming out of the prison there in

[00:42:55] georgia last you know early this morning and it's gave me a lot of joy it's all all praise to god amen to that ladies and gentlemen look this is this is serious business and one of the things that i think is important i don't i don't want people to underestimate the power of prayer here i know at some point you kind of feel like man you know prayer we got to do something more hey man prayer is plenty now if you can put some dollars in please do so give send go.com

[00:43:23] freedoms ambassador but either way do what you can um you know these j6 prisoners are tough men many of them but man they're in tears to make your point kirk sheriff mac what do you say to that you got grown men in tears uh because of the the the justice tempered with mercy that donald j trump is providing well there's been all sorts of miracles around this sam and i guess the first one was one that even

[00:43:49] president trump brought up about how he was saved miraculously saved i mean you get a shot in the ear you're only inches away from being killed and uh maybe even less centimeters probably but all all of this has been quite miraculous prayer does work especially the united prayers of christians and americans all

[00:44:17] across this country they've just gone on for far too long and a lot of people have dedicated their lives to uh freeing these people these political prisoners in the united states of america and and sam all of us kurt you've seen this sam you've seen this we've all been attacked so uh relentlessly lied about

[00:44:43] and they don't care uh nbc channel 5 and walter cronkite school of journalism have attacked us so so viciously and intentionally lied about us going after us and they don't care that none of them care this is part of their agenda is to try to destroy people and they've tried to destroy the cspo and

[00:45:06] they've tried to destroy us and this this is not going to stop and so when we win and we get some of it back i just praise the good lord and say have said thank thank you lord for this blessing and lord thank you for this blessing that these people are now finally being freed it has warrant it has weighed

[00:45:30] on our hearts and we're so grateful for people like kirk and john perigi and others who have helped make this possible and i'm making a donation even as we speak also uh kirk alanias what do you think is next i mean releasing the prisoners has been something we are praying trump would do we had hoped that he would do it we just weren't sure how um holistically it would be or whatever else nothing he has delivered

[00:45:56] with flying colors many people even wrote that it was a litmus test for donald when he took office boy did he deliver on that and when he spent time yesterday giving speeches all over the all over the place all kinds of different crowds he did the inauguration speech and then he did several other speeches he signed executive orders all day in front of everybody and their dog uh he had people going to the galas and he had i mean it was just it was a day i don't know that i could keep up with him

[00:46:21] well it was and it started so early and i had right side broadcast network live stream on one hand and i had my phone on the other work coordinating with people like john let me just point out that mark and jaleese middleton founded american patriot relief so they you know their sentencing date kept getting pushed back and pushed back pushed back they finally had to report to prison uh just in december i think it was december 18th so and then people were still being arrested

[00:46:49] up until my understanding is over this past weekend so it just shows you how hell bent the the former doj the corrupt doj was to to get people into prison right up to the last minute um i also want to mention people like um um the caldwells uh kevin and mary here in dallas that were also board members of that group but let me tell you um there's a lot of questions too about tina peters now she's in on

[00:47:17] on colorado's state charges right that we uh we all followed uh i think it was judge barrett and that whole uh charade but um you know people are actually uh you know suggesting and i think it's you know the president trump and others that there are some things that could be done by the president by congress to put pressure on the i guess it would be the governor of colorado um and in terms of federal

[00:47:41] funding that might flow there uh but the wheels have you know begun to be falling off of that case too and i know tina's filed her appeal she's not on a broader immigration issue a lot of these places that are doubling down the whole state of california put together 50 million dollars to try to fight trump at every turn now you got the aclu suing you got the colorado uh you know governor saying he's not going to cooperate or whatever else tom holman and trump say they're coming for you they're they're serious i was just gonna say i it was so refreshing there at america fest

[00:48:11] um sheriff mac you might have i think you know tom holman as well but you know i just literally able to walk up to him i've met him before and he told me like you've heard i think chicago uh if they're coming i mean it's i'm sure it's already underway uh the moment president trump was sworn in so yeah uh these sanctuary uh cities and counties it's not gonna not gonna go well for them uh but but it's yeah just continuing uh so as far as where it goes i think definitely this it's a movement it's

[00:48:39] not just about uh and you know president trump has always said it's it's not about me it's about all of you they this is really an attack on all of us and so i think um you know tina peters the border situation uh will be the others and then really the military yeah because before before you go on as far as i understand j6 there's words yesterday and so people are wondering well what about all some of the other people like tina peters and others uh ken crowmar many people who need

[00:49:06] steve stockman many people who need need pardons uh and are they going to come and as far as i understand from the administration j6 was yesterday but uh over the next couple of weeks they will be issuing several more pardons to needy people around the country for a variety of reasons so don't don't lose hope on that either let's keep pushing people right and then there were people that you know were arrested for uh you know praying at abortion clinics and that kind of thing and i saw that uh

[00:49:32] um i read that uh pro-life advocate bevelin williams who was put in prison for three years you know for protesting in abortion clinics was uh was pardoned by president trump so i believe you're right that that's already um you know occurring i read that at the life news dot com site and it's on x life news hq so those those yeah you're absolutely right um you can't put this back in a bottle

[00:50:00] this movement is liberty movement is spreading yeah and ron paul acted as a local level ron paul acted as a precursor for it so did uh pat buchanan i mean many other people have kind of set the stage for trump and many of us to take serious serious action and it's time to peacefully do that now president trump has also officially designated the cartels at our southern border as foreign terrorist

[00:50:27] organizations sheriff mac that's huge it is huge sam and uh that's why this show is huge today this is a topic that is being talked about the country but really with people boots on the ground that are trying to make this happen this is amazing oh one question kurt uh someone who has been associated with

[00:50:51] us in the past do we know if stewart roads is out yet i saw a video on x i think it was a family member it was a video taken from within a vehicle they were um on the phone with the warden at the facility where he was being held um i don't have the the x handle to go to find it but it's probably floating

[00:51:16] around me you know certainly on x and they said he was literally at the door and they she asked where do we need to drive up uh front door back door they said just he's going to come right out the front door here in a moment and uh my understanding from the logistics of all of that that there was already transportation range apparently it's a friend or family member there and i'll yeah the gateway by the way is the ones that uh are involved in picking stewart roads up okay yeah i think as far

[00:51:46] as far as i understand he's out the gateway pundit yeah uh i think it's on their rumble channel uh the gateway pundit there's probably some video there um but you know another area is just the money flow of all of these issues you know it's probably one of the last areas that people are familiar with but um a good friend kevin freeman who has he runs economic war room you might know him you know through glenn back and you know some of this a lot of the states sorry to interrupt exclusive video from

[00:52:14] the gateway pundit two hours ago he was released fantastic anyway sorry don't mean to interrupt go ahead it's good um you know texas has established the gold bullion depository i know utah and other states have led the way with moving towards you know gold and silver transactional currency so um i think if the economic power uh can be there's a liberty movement going on you know along those lines with

[00:52:42] gold and silver and bitcoin and all kinds of things like that i think people are finding ways to uh really you know drain the power out of all of these these uh whatever you want to call it the deep state the global actors that are uh just depressing us that uh you know whether it's through the military industrial complex or big pharma or or the media matrix they're all um there's a free freedom movement that's been unleashed that is not going to go back in the bottle and so i encourage people to just get

[00:53:11] active um on the personal finances um you know stay out of debt uh gold and silver and a sheriff mac you'll agree uh it's an area that people need to familiarize themselves with um you know just sound money like you mentioned dr ron paul um led the way on that decades ago so it's just really uh we're at a uh just a an awakening of the american people and the golden age but we've got to stay focused because

[00:53:40] uh the enemies the wolves are still at the gate and um we've got our work cut out for us but i i think you're seeing i know you you'll agree just the last two to three years just with uh our liberty movement and with the sheriffs we've seen so many people coming out want more than ever want to know how they can get involved so amen promote your two websites then we got to let you fly yeah american patriot

[00:54:02] relief.org and then the give send go.com forward slash freedom ambassador so freedom's plural ambassador singular ladies and gentlemen thank you so much kirk blanius thank you thank you we got to give a huge shout out to gary haven as well he's been incredibly influential in this as well and man just great work the gateway pundit everybody's doing let's get

[00:54:29] these people home and with their families shall we hour one in the can hour two coming up i'm sam bushman with sheriff richard mack cspoa.org join and become a positive member today and god save the republic
