[00:00:17] Linda McMahon, the education czar, how did the Israeli election go for Benjamin Netanyahu, shenanigans in the Alaska Senate race, and the list goes on and on with hard-hitting news the networks refuse to use. I'm Sam Bushman, and it all starts now. This is a freedom-loving, fantastic, faith-filled, we're taking America back one heart, one mind, one issue at a time, Friday. What does that mean? It means the good doctor's in the house, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:00:46] Dr. Scott Bradley with me, freedomsrisingsun.com, his incredible weekly webinars, and his incredible collegiate series to preserve the nation, all available at freedomsrisingsun.com. Dr. Bradley, welcome back, sir. Thank you very much, Sam. It's great to be bright and early just before our big elections next week.
[00:01:10] Well, they've kind of been going on as kind of a smear with the way they've been doing them, but the real election day is supposed to be Tuesday, so this is our last opportunity. It is, but I don't know how many voters have voted. I think they're up to 30 or 40 million people have already voted, and even if new details are coming out about fraud and misuse and corruption, and this candidate stands for this and didn't know that and whatever else and stuff, people are still, they already cast their vote.
[00:01:36] They may change their mind, but it's too late now because you can't get your vote back, and the list goes on and on. But let's talk about the Israeli election first because they already had theirs. How did it go for Benjamin Netanyahu? Now, first, before we discuss this, Dr. Bradley, you need to kind of set the stage so people understand a little bit more about how the Israeli elections work. They don't work the same way ours do, do they? No, they absolutely do not. The people vote for parties, and so the party...
[00:02:05] Wait a minute. They do that in America too, Dr. Bradley. Yeah, you're right, but they're overt on it in there. I mean, you say, oh, I'm voting for so-and-so and such-and-such, but it's the R or the D, and it's a tragic travesty of what American voters should be doing. But in Israel, they do it openly. Yeah, in other words, you actually literally decide which party takes power, and basically your goal is to say, do we have enough of a majority to make sure that our party can run the government, right?
[00:02:34] Well, the Knesset, which is their parliament or congress, if you want to think of it that way, has 120 seats. And so you've either got to have your party gain 61 seats, or you build a coalition with other parties that are willing to join with you and give their votes to you in order to get a majority of the Knesset. And that's kind of how it works.
[00:02:58] And basically, nobody won under those rules that the Israelis are doing now. I think the last thing I read was, I think, Bibi's party had 54 seats. I think there was 47, 48, 49 for another one. And then here's the real kicker, and Bibi's saying the Arabs stole the election. I mean, I think he's stealing the narrative from Donald Trump.
[00:03:23] But he's saying the Arabs, they do have an Arab party, and they've got 17, 19 seats. I don't know. The reason I'm waffling a little bit is because the voting may be done, but the counting's not. And so anyway, what normally happens is if somebody's not to the 61 seat control level,
[00:03:47] they go out and bend elbows and make coalitions and set up cabals, basically, until they get to 61 seats. And then their party becomes the prime minister. And in the case of Bibi's party would be him. And so the whole point of this right now is that Bibi always thinks he has it in the bag. This time, Benjamin Netanyahu didn't get the major majority that he hoped, and so all bets are off now.
[00:04:15] And behind the scenes, there's a bunch of arm-twisting and manipulating to see who can get enough mojo to tip it their way in kind of a backhanded, partisan way more than a what-people-voted-for way. What they said was, we don't have the trust in Ben that we used to have, and we want to look at something different. Now they're looking at coalitions between all kinds of strange bedfellows to topple Benjamin. I mean, that's really what's happening, right? Right.
[00:04:41] And I don't know as in the 78 years, I think it's been 78 years since they started doing that thing in their modern state of Israel, I don't think anybody has ever hit the 61 seats immediately. There's always been a degree of this. But we're at a much higher risk this time. I mean, I've got to tell you, Benjamin Netanyahu will remain what is supposed to be a benign caretaker of the prime minister office until this is resolved. Benign? Wow. I'm not going to see that happening.
[00:05:11] He could start, expand, dramatic changes, war, anything he wanted to do, and that would dramatically improve his possibility of staying in because people don't want to switch horses in the midstream and all that kind of good stuff. So during this period of, you know, arm bending, as you call it, they're going to be, it's a very, it's a lame duck prime minister that has basically a tendency, I think,
[00:05:39] to pull the trigger and ask about later what's going to happen. So that's a bad thing. It will take weeks to get through this, weeks, literally. And if it never can be done, then they ultimately will hold another election. That will take months, three months for that to bring brought about. Then there'll be weeks again and everything. During this time, Benjamin Netanyahu maintains his position as prime minister.
[00:06:04] Now, there's another kind of red herring in this whole thing right now that I think adds a higher level of danger to this. And that is if the United States under Donald Trump pulls the trigger on expanding what he's been saying right after our midterms, he's going to bring this thing to a conclusion that he started with. Well, he says he's going to launch more attacks and he's going to bring it to a conclusion. Correct. He's talking about it both sides of his mouth because if you escalate attacks, the likelihood of a conclusion is slim.
[00:06:34] Okay. It just means more war. You're not going to crank up the war only to back out quickly. I'm just telling you that's an oxymoron. That isn't reality. It's a moron is what it is, Samuel. Well, you're not Samuel, I guess. But anyway, you understand what I'm saying. Yes, sir. It's more than an oxymoron because Trump's been saying it ends when I want it to end. No, it ends when all the hornets that are in the fight decide it's going to end.
[00:06:59] Well, and it also ends when other people do evil things. In other words, how often have we been drug into wars based on false pretenses? So Trump can say it's going to end. And even if he intends that to be true, all they got to do is create another false flag and drag us right back in. So I don't think it's even close to an end. We've already been at this war. It's getting close to a year. February, it'll be a year, right? Well, we're well past eight months now. Yes, you're right. February 28th, it's a year.
[00:07:28] And this whole thing is a charade and a facade. And it's driven by delusion. This never had an endgame completion. When Trump was saying, well, it never does when you don't go through Congress and create, you know, initiatives and guidelines and appropriate funding and a timeline and objective. You know, hey, when we accomplish these objectives, we're done. You know, you never put together a real plan, right? You just went willy nilly.
[00:07:57] And Ben and Donald decided to go to war together. And they did. And both inside their governments, both, you know, leaders, in my opinion, had a lot of war hawks whispering in their ears and telling them falsehoods about what it would take to accomplish and et cetera, et cetera. Now, Trump may mean well, folks. I don't know. I can't read his mind. What I can say is this. Everything he's doing, though, is escalating war, not decreasing it. So, you know, I know he says it's about to an end, but we're setting more capabilities over there, not less. Right.
[00:08:27] And that doesn't mean it's coming to an end. It means they know different, doctor. The fact of the matter is the end game has always been a shell game. It's a moving target and the sleight of hand that's going on. And everything we've been told, you know, everything I was ever told was a lie. You remember the book by Patrick? Anyway, it is a shell game. If the politician's lips are moving, they're lying.
[00:08:52] And maybe this ought to shift a little bit because I do not see a happy ending to this in the near term. And I do see a higher risk of Benjamin Netanyahu sitting in that premier seat for a lot longer time based upon all of the players that are on the table, all of the possible moves that can happen. And this will – his election is not a done deal. And the coalition making is not even anywhere close.
[00:09:22] And they're likely to happen. Do you know what's going to happen, though, at the end of the day? What's going to – do you have a prediction for us? I think Benjamin Netanyahu will continue to be prime minister of Israel at least for six more months while they try to sort through this thing. But that could even be extended beyond that very easily by the United States being complicit in expanding the war in Iran. And if Benjamin Netanyahu expands the Israeli involvement in it, which – when has he ever not done that?
[00:09:52] So I think that, you know, if you don't learn from the past – And if he does squeak by and win and twist arms and get the majority, which I predict will happen, he's going to be more dictatorial. Every time this happens and you believe you have – A mandate. Betrayals in your ranks and everything else, you get paranoid. It reminds me of kings of old in the Bible, King Nebuchadnezzar and some of these other kings. They were very jealous and very concerned, and they were very hostile to anybody that they felt was a threat and this kind of stuff.
[00:10:22] And so, you know, those fears of these leaders, when they get more and more and more power and concentrated, and they feel like there's betrayers in their ranks and everything, they become more and more heavy-handed. And I expect Benjamin Netanyahu to get more like that as well. Ladies and gentlemen, this is just crazy town. I'm telling you right now, what we're seeing on the world stage is crazy. Dr. Scott Bradley with me, ladies and gentlemen. We're going to talk about all kinds of different topics. Shenanigans in the Alaska Senate race. Predictions of the midterm elections.

Perhaps you may recall that on our webinar that we do every Thursday night, we do basically 15-minute segments on questions that are in the news today, if you will.
[00:12:47] And then in recent months, I have been doing a kind of a personal discretion kind of thing to take an extra 15-minute segment and do a principles-based kind of thing. The Constitutional Minute, only 15 minutes, if you will. You know, we talk about limits and bounds on power and everything. Last week, we did the powers are few and, you know, well-defined in the United States government.
[00:13:14] And this time, kind of at the request of my wife, I reviewed the presidential powers because they have been abused so immensely, not just with this president, but certainly with this president. And so we did a review of Article 2. And if you stop and focus on this, there's only about a dozen powers that the president has been delegated in the Constitution.
[00:13:42] They are not plenary powers, meaning all-encompassing powers. They're very limited. Very limited and defined, very particular, very unique powers. And easy to see when he's outside of the scope of them, by the way, Doctor. There's no question about that. And in fact, we see virtually everything that Donald Trump has screwed up. And, you know, everybody before him for the last decades and even multiple presidencies. Do you have the 12 handy where you can just quickly highlight the powers he has?
[00:14:12] Well, sure. I mean, Commander-in-Chief when there's a war. But we haven't gone through the constitutional process. We don't have a war yet. He's Commander-in-Chief of nothing right now. Executive orders. Well, executive orders are not law. Executive orders are basically the president tells one of his cabinet members, hey, Thomas Jefferson, I would like a report on all the trade we did with England last year. And, Steve, I need you to get toilet paper.
[00:14:42] The White House is out of teepee. Come on. Yeah. But Washington gave executive orders. But nothing that could be construed as creating a new law. Power to grant reprieves and pardons. And or cranking up new government entities, for that matter. Well, absolutely. That's an absolute. Power to grant reprieves and pardons, except in impeachment. He makes treaties with the consent of two-thirds of the Senate.
[00:15:08] He doesn't just arbitrarily, unilaterally wave his magic wand and suddenly he has all these powers. He can nominate and appoint many of the people in the government. He can fill all vacancies when there's a recess in the Senate. He can... And by the way, that even has been abused, where they've kind of looked at ways to try to get more recesses and different things to have them gone and then take advantage of that and everything else. That's been a little bit...
[00:15:37] It's supposed to be done with good faith, but it's been done kind of as a... Well, we know we can't get it done any other way, so we'll basically jump through that hole, right? Absolutely. But that appointment expires at the end of the next session. So there is an endgame on that. But yes, you're absolutely right. They're putting people in that are totally unacceptable, and they do it through the trickery. Well, the next thing he has to do is he has to inform Congress through the State of the Union. It doesn't have to be an address.
[00:16:06] Thomas Jefferson sent his in and written for him, and it stayed that way, I think, until Wilford... Wilson. Yeah, and I personally think that would be the better way because it takes the politics out of it. It's like, hey, here's my report. Right now what they do is they have the president stand up at the pulpit, promise everybody all kinds of handouts, and just promote socialism, and it becomes a very divisive theater-type presentation where one group applauds
[00:16:33] and the other group kind of objects and has all kinds of mocking gestures, and we won't stand up, and we this and we that, and we walk out, and it's turned into basically a political circus. It was never intended to be that way. It was supposed to be a report from the president, nonpartisan, and just basically tell the state, hey, here's the State of the Union based on what I see. Here's what I'm going to do to improve the State of the Union. And it was not meant to be a political theater kind of a clown show that it's turned into, Doctor.
[00:17:02] It literally has turned into a sophomoric pep rally thing with people doing the wave as they stand up in the audience and et cetera, et cetera. It is absolutely a clown show is the nicest thing you can say about it, but with Nancy Pelosi tearing up his presentation when that happened. At any rate, so that State of the Union thing has been turned into a travesty too. Okay, then he can recommend things to the Congress that he thinks is necessary. He recommends.
[00:17:32] He doesn't demand in what it is. Okay, then when they have a disagreement about adjournment and so on, he can involve himself in that when the Congress is going to go in and come out. He receives ambassadors and other ministers, and this is one of the most important ones that has been completely ignored for so many presidents. It's amazing. He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.
[00:17:58] See, Congress makes all the laws, not the president, not the Supreme Court. And when those laws are passed, they're to be carefully executed. And then he commissions officers of the United States. That is it, Sam. And so he should recommend that we abolish the IRS is what he should be spending his time on right now. See, I have a problem with all these politicians, previous or former presidents that have pensions. We're paying the former presidents.
[00:18:27] And then current presidents where they're literally on the campaign trail for two months. We never should be paying those people pensions and paying those people while they're in office to go ahead and electioneer on the party's, you know, side of whatever. And to me, it smacks of election manipulation to use those star-studded leaders and stuff like that and the president's time and everything else for elections and everything else. To me, that's a serious problem, doctor, where we're literally paying two presidents right now
[00:18:55] to pretty much carry out partisan politics based on party, private entities, with special privileges of the voting trough. I mean, it's insane. It really is. But I'm sorry you kind of you brought that up for this reason. I think that those two presidents that are out there stumping for the Democrats are doing a far better job activating and energizing the voting mass than our current president.
[00:19:24] I mean, I've been watching those speeches. And we're literally paying them pensions to spend their time to do that, right? We are, absolutely. But it's astounding to me how Donald Trump's delivery of messages has degraded. It's turned into, look at me, look at me. I've done all these things. You're so lucky to have me. Aren't you grateful? Blah, blah, blah. Well, then he went off and praised people's derriers blatantly as well, made a woman stand up and talked about her behind.
[00:19:51] And if he had done that in any corporate boardroom or anywhere else in the country, he'd be flat out fired, sir. Well, there's no question about that. In fact, I know of instances having worked in that corporate world for many decades of my life and seeing what this kind of commentary, what the response is to that. The days of the ogling CEO or power whatever person,
[00:20:17] and their handsy, touchy, feely, blah, blah, blah, boy, oh man alive, that's a high-risk scenario right now, thankfully so. But to tell you the truth, the president's been doing it for men. Oh, I looked at his body, and oh, what a specimen he is. Holy cow. The guy is degrading right before our eyes, and I feel so, it's a tragic scenario. And the problem is you can't even bring it up to the always-Trumpers, the never-Trumpers, you know. But the always-Trumpers, you can't bring it up to them, or they're just like, what do you want?
[00:20:46] Kamala to go socialist on us? What do you want? Some, you know, Bill Clinton pervert? What do you want? And they can't even see the forest through the trees on this thing, doctor. Well, you're right. I mean, there's a dementia that settled in on, at least it's a delusion, on his acolytes that are completely dedicated. But I'm here to tell you, just, okay, go look up frontal lobe dementia. Review that. Read it.
[00:21:14] And you tell me if there's not some symptoms being exhibited. I'm not a psychiatrist. I'm not, you know, in any way, shape, or form. It's almost Stockholm Syndrome mixed with this dementia, mixed with this extreme polarization. It's a strange new phenomenon that we've seen. And I think social media is at the center of a lot of it. And modern-day media, where we literally hear everything about everything. You know, in the olden days, you didn't hear most of the things that were inconsequential.
[00:21:45] You weren't drug into the middle of all this. You know, the president couldn't really say that about someone's body and have it just go viral like it did now and everything else. I mean, he literally, you know, talked about Nicki Minaj and her body. And then he literally had her stand up. I mean, this is the kind of stuff where you would be so fired, so malignant. And where's the Me Too movement now? I don't hear a word from those people. So it's very, very strange indeed, doctor. The Me Too movement went the way of the Epstein class.
[00:22:15] Yes, indeed. Sad but true. There has been a degradation of moral standard. And it's happened in the last couple of years, actually. I mean, there's been a lot of bad things. Don't get me wrong. I mean, when they throw out, oh, do you want Kamala? No, I don't want Kamala. I would like to see some people of character. We don't have any poised for the national stage at all. Sad to say.
[00:22:40] They exist in the country, but they don't exist poised to possibly lead this nation. Sad but true. Let's move to the shenanigans in Alaska Senate race, because I think this is, again, the moral degradation we're talking about. Now, the Republicans are saying they put up this Daniel guy with the same name, different middle initial, to go ahead and spoil the election. Others are claiming, no, no, no, that guy just decided to run two. The truth is that they did do this to spoil. The problem is it's not illegal. You could say it's immoral.
[00:23:11] But after he talks about the derriere of a woman, he goes, oh, yeah, these guys are immoral because they're putting up a Dan against Dan kind of a thing. Doctor? Well, there's a sitting senator in Alaska. His name is Dan Sullivan. He's on the ballot. He's up for re-election. I think he's going for his third term. Well, they went out and scoured Alaska to come up with another guy named Dan Sullivan. He's a fisherman. Pretty humble guy. He looks like maybe he's a great fisherman. Probably I'd like to go out fishing with him.
[00:23:40] But the fact of the matter is somebody tapped him on the shoulder and said, let's put you on the ballot. And, of course, the New York Times did a very expansive. I mean, they're bringing the receipts for this thing. And, of course, Mary Pelotola's campaign is saying, not us, not us. Well, anyway, we've got to take a break. The problem is it's not illegal to do that anyway.
[00:24:08] So whether it's intended or not, whether it's political theater, folks, because they've got a plausible deniability. It doesn't matter if you bring the receipts. Is it illegal to do? You could say it's immoral, but immoral compared to what? Everybody's cheating, right? So how do you? The list goes on and on. I'm Sam Bushman.
