Global War Escalation, Depleted Munitions & the COVID Con Reckoning | 07-31-26

Dr. Scott Bradley joins the Liberty Roundtable to break down America's undeclared, multi-front military entanglements from Ukraine to Iran to Israel, and the real risk of World War III. They dig into classified munitions depletion (Patriots, THAAD, Tomahawks), reports of China arming Iran with shoulder-fired missiles, and the growing possibility of a reinstated military draft. The conversation then shifts to the COVID con: Fauci's Fifth Amendment pleas, Rand Paul's diary revelations, vaccine injury stories, and why accountability still hasn't come. They close by tying the Declaration of Independence to the Constitution and the fight to preserve the republic. [00:00:04] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. Off again, on again, I'm not sure if we're at war or not because we never properly constitutionally based on the supreme law of the land declared one. So, you know, I'm not really sure what war we're talking about. Are we talking about Russia, Ukraine that we seem to be involved in, but not really?

[00:00:30] Are we talking about the Israeli attacks on, you know, the Gaza Strip and all that we're not really involved in exactly? Or are we talking about the war with Iran that we're leading but we're not really involved in because we never declared it, but yet we're spending us into oblivion and we're literally depleting all of our capabilities and showing the world what we've got and all kinds of, in my opinion, disastrous possibilities and results.

[00:00:55] You know, where do you think we are in this thing, doctor? And is it on again, off again? I don't think that they'll be able to stop it. I think we might be headed into World War III. When you get North Korea involved with Russia, involved with China, involved with Iran, and then on the other side, you get Israel and the United States and Ukraine and who knows who else. Some of the people are trying to stay out of it now, but they'll eventually be drug in if this keeps up.

[00:01:18] I don't know where one war ends, where one war begins. We're in over 130 nations, militarily speaking, and I just, I don't think we have authorization for hardly any of it, doctor. Well, you've heard of a low-grade infection. Well, I think we've got a low-grade World War III going on right now, but the spin that basically came out last night was a couple of things, and there's, I mean, we could take an whole hour talking about this because of the complexities of it, but a couple of things.

[00:01:46] Trump is treating each ceasefire that he calls arbitrarily, unilaterally, and then calls off as a new start. So nobody can do this. Yeah, if you do that, then you just keep playing games with the way we've manipulated the law to try to get Congress out of their responsibility and delegate their authority to the president against the law. So absolutely, this is a contrived disaster. But another thing that we spent quite a bit of time on was the depletion of munitions.

[00:02:16] And this has been admitted on several circles, and the president keeps saying, oh, no, he says, there's no shortfall. We have far more munitions than anyone in the world and far more than we need. Well, the thing is, they've been saying that since they pulled the first trigger at the end of February. And the facts, according to what we can ascertain, because it's really classified how many of these munitions have been used.

[00:02:43] But apparently some of the defensive weapons like the Patriot and the THAAD systems are dramatically depleted. Probably about, well, maybe more than half of the Patriots have been expended in all of our arsenal. Yeah, they want you to believe that somehow it's just infinite. They want you to believe it's kind of like the crucible of flour when the lady was talking to the prophet. And he said, give me a little bit of bread, and hey, it'll never go dry.

[00:03:12] They want you to believe it's kind of like that, but it isn't really that way, doctor. You're absolutely correct. And the problem is that we've probably expended half of the arsenal of Patriots. And they're about $4 million each. And they're being shot against Iranian drones that cost between $20,000 and $50,000. So what a cost tradeoff. And then the THAADs is even more critical, according to a lot of the information we're able to piece together.

[00:03:40] There was a pre-war stock of about a total of $360. THAADs are for more, the longer range, high intercept missiles for stuff like, say, Russia launched against Europe or somebody sent missiles our way. And there were maybe pre-stock of the war of $360. Best estimates are between $190 and $290 have been expended.

[00:04:10] Without that system, they're critical to ballistic missile threat system. What the heck could happen? Yeah, X minus 1 equals infinity in Trump's world is the problem. X minus 1 in my world realizes that every time we do the minus 1, we have less. I'm not very smart. Yeah, well, that's the problem is that every weapon system, I mean, offensive weapons, we probably had about 3,000 tomahawks before the war started. We've probably shot more than 1,000 off.

[00:04:39] These missiles cost about $2.5, $2.6 million each. And now you saw the latest story from China, at least according to Reuters. They say China is going to give them 400-plus shoulder-fire missiles coming up here soon, too, to the Iranians, right? Well, see, that's, you know, the Stinger missile is what we have. We were kind of the original inventors on that.

[00:05:07] It's a shoulder-filed missile that is a very effective weapon against helicopters and low-flying aircraft. When we sent them to the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, it completely changed the dynamic of that war against the Soviet Union. The Soviets had air superiority until we gave them Stingers. And they had to back off, stand off. Until what? We gave them Stingers. We gave them Stingers one time for one reason.

[00:05:37] Now they have them for another reason, right? And that's the problem. The Stingers that were not used, which is a vastly large number in that conflict against the Soviets, disappeared into the cloud somewhere. And so they're out there. Tried to disappear into the Chinese lab so they could make their own versions. And if Stinger missiles are coming into the hands more, you know, prolifically in the Iranian hands,

[00:06:03] this will dramatically raise the danger for any kind of aerial aircraft. Listen, Reuters is reporting this. Everybody else says without evidence, but Reuters, at least internationally, has the best record of real news than anybody else. So for them to go out on a limb and put their reputation on that kind of a claim, there must be some reality to it, in my view. Well, this kind of brings up a tangential issue. Personally, I think freedom of the press in the United States,

[00:06:31] if you're getting your press from CNN or MSNBC or whatever they're calling themselves now, and Fox and everybody else, Then you're going to get clown questions like, Hey, do you believe we're a white Christian, you know, racist nation? Well, of course not. For heck's sakes, no. What are you thinking? Kind of questions, and that's where you go, right? And those are the connived, contrived, lame-brained media stuff. They're the people that wrote. It wasn't a narrative. It was a script about the COVID-con.

[00:07:00] We're finding all of that stuff is completely... The stuff we were talking about, Sam, six and a half years ago, it's coming back to the light. Out of the second this COVID-con broke, folks. We were telling you the truth, that the vaccine's bogus. They're going to force you. They're going to shut you down. And we basically said it was a clown show and it should never happen, and government doesn't have authority. And we went all the way down the list right in the beginning, and people should have their agency to choose as they will. Now the debate is open about Anthony Fauci.

[00:07:27] He had to plead the fifth 111 times in the latest hearing, even after receiving a, quote, pardon from Biden. And the interesting thing is, why would he do that? Because he could perjure himself after the pardon, by the way. And he didn't dare do that, so he basically said nothing. Now people are saying you don't have the right to plead the fifth circumstantially. There's a lot of reasons why in terms of that he worked for government, that he this and that, his position. But he did.

[00:07:57] And the sad part is I don't see any real answers from that. I don't think that they're going to get Fauci because I don't think there's enough mojo for the American people to care, and I don't think Congress has the guts. They don't do anything. So they'll just make it look like a big old clown show theater and then let it go. Sad but true. I think Fauci should belong in prison, and I think we should start the equivalent of Nuremberg trials again over this COVID con, this Fauci facade, as you call it, Dr. Bradley. This is a disaster, but Fauci's smart.

[00:08:24] And I'm telling you right now, Rand Paul had to kick Fauci's attorney out of the venue, and then all Fauci said was, you know, I can't answer anything at all, not even the color of my tie or the color of it. I can't answer any single thing that relates to anything because my counselor told me not to, so I'm not saying a word about anything. And the question is, is that going to fly? And I say, sadly, it will, doctor. Well, I don't know if there's a legal perspective as to why it should, but I think that you're absolutely correct.

[00:08:54] Well, because he's above the law. That's why it should. He's in the special class. You've never seen anything come out of it. And you can't catch this, right? None of these hearings have ever resulted, whether it's Epstein hearings or anything, you've never seen anything come out of it. But Fauci really did. He took the Fifth Amendment on science. And all of the questions, as I listened to the questions, those questions they knew the answers to. Obviously, you don't ask a question unless you know the answer to.

[00:09:24] And if they said, at such and such a date, on such and such a time, did you write an email to so-and-so and say this? And then he took the Fifth Amendment. They have that evidence in their hands. They should make that available to chase to ground all of those that were complicit in this complete. Yeah, but they won't. And I'll give you the proof. So Rand Paul released his diary, which is 1,000-plus pages of his personal thoughts as he documented this. It's a personal diary because he wrote it himself, meaning Fauci.

[00:09:53] But it's not personal because it's kind of the scientific log of his perspective as a scientist, not really just a personal, hey, I'm in love with so-and-so, and this is how my day went stuff. It's more of a scientific log. Well, anyway, Rand Paul released it, but then they already yanked it out so nobody can get a hold of it, and now they've released a redacted version. Well, the problem with all that is in there, he basically says he had an incident related to COVID where he kind of had a heart attack. Matt Staver over at Liberty Council and others are reporting this,

[00:10:23] but if you dig in hard without that diary, we don't have the proof. And if he pleads the Fifth, then we don't really know the facts of what really happened. And because Fauci has, quote, personal records, you got, what do they call that thing? HIPAA. You know, so you can't dig it. You can't know. We can't even know if he had an adverse reaction for the vaccine. He recommended everybody else or not. So now that they've buried that fact, then you'll never know. Nothing else is going to come out either. We'll talk about it more with a good doctor in seconds. This is the one and only Liberty Roundtable Live.

[00:11:29] Imagine a school where faith and integrity are at its center, where heritage and responsibility instill character, where educating both hearts and minds brings about academic excellence. There is a school in American Fork where character and embracing the providence of a living God are fundamental, where students' national test scores average near the 90th percentile.

[00:11:54] Based on LDS principles and a love of country, now in our 39th year, American Heritage School is accepting fall enrollment for kindergarten through high school. What would you do for your child? Give them an education that will prepare them for life. Located east of the temple in American Fork, American Heritage School is a remarkable and affordable alternative. Visit us, find us online, or in the yellow pages.

[00:12:24] American Heritage School in American Fork. Okay, so regardless of whether anybody in the Congress develops enough backbone to chase this to ground and get convictions and everything, I think it's important to be able to for a lot of reasons what's going on. And one of the principal things that I think is really critical is that Americans be reminded

[00:12:51] about how stupid we were as a people, how stupidly led by a complicit group of institutions that basically took us by the nose and led us. I mean, they destroyed our health. They destroyed our economy. They destroyed our lives. They foisted on us an untested medical practice that should never have been brought forth. We cannot forget this.

[00:13:21] And I saw some surveys last night that a very large population base still holds Fauci in very high regard. And they think, yeah, yeah, yeah, we should have shut down the schools. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we should have stood six feet apart. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we should have worn masks. Yeah, we all should have got the vax. About 70% of the nation did get the vax, so-called. It's not a vax, but we can discuss that at length too. But so... I didn't take the tab, everybody. No, sir.

[00:13:51] Yeah, that's the issue, though, is that if we don't bring this forward, and like I say, even if nobody in the Senate or the House or anybody or in the Department of Justice or anything ever grows enough backbone to do this, then the people still need to come to an understanding. Yeah, so the idea is fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice? Absolutely, shame on me.

[00:14:15] But the fact of the matter is this stuff, the weaponization things, this gain-of-function stuff, this bioterrorist approach that we've taken that literally was released upon humanity, it's a crime against humanity. And you mentioned this health problem that Fauci apparently had. I think it was a pulmonary infarction. And basically, that's where a segment of the lung tissue dies because it doesn't have adequate

[00:14:45] blood supply. And that's usually caused by a clot. This was called the clot shot because that's what it was. They knew it from the very beginning. They covered it up and they foisted it on us and every single accident. The only thing I don't understand is why would Fauci take it? I heard a lot of people who knew better but didn't want to go on record as not taking it took placebo. Well, that may be true, but I've got to tell you, he could have caught some of the COVID strain that they released into the wild.

[00:15:14] I don't know about that. I think I've told on your program before about a good friend of mine. It's a story that just bears mentioning so you can think back about it. He and his wife were warned by their son, who is a senior executive of one of the pharma companies, he's on the financial side, to not take the jab. He said, please do not take it. Who was told not to? This friend of mine and his wife. Okay, yep. And he took it anyway.

[00:15:42] And their son, he took the jab and he had 25 strokes. And I asked him, how do you and your doctor feel about the origins of that? And he said, absolutely. It is part of what happened because I took the jab. I mean, 25 strokes. I mean, this is autoimmune diseases. It's infertility. It's disaster. It's complete destruction of some people's health. You're life-changing kinds of things. But you know what? We talked about it right from the start.

[00:16:12] We told people the truth. Donald Trump got suckered for a while. Now he's trying to distance himself from Fauci and act like he tried to tell Biden to be careful of Fauci. But hey, Trump didn't do anything to back away from Fauci when he was president. Let's be clear. Let's not pretend that he did. He didn't. He gave Fauci multiple presidential awards. He stood there to hang the medal on his neck. Yeah, but now he's trying to act like he warned Biden and that he was separate from it. And it's not true, folks.

[00:16:40] Don't believe that's just not the truth at all. All right. Do you want to finish up by talking about Lindsey Graham? Or do you want to talk about whether Donald Trump is going to institute the draft? Let's talk about the draft. Lindsey Graham is such a has-been. Well, Lindsey Graham bottom line was a pro-war, pro-murder, pro-whatever-it-is, on-the-take-by-Israel guy. And, you know, I never want to celebrate anybody passing away, so I pray for his family.

[00:17:08] But at the same time, I'm just grateful this guy's not able to be influenced for more war. Well, if you look at what the scriptures say about being a warmonger, they don't use that exact word, but it's a single word you can use. It's devastating to be knocking on eternity's door and be a warmonger. I don't know as I'd like to be in that condition. It's got to be a high-risk situation. Let's put it that way.

[00:17:34] But they're going to name joint-based Charleston after him, and it'll be joint-based Lindsey Graham. I mean, Trump did say in the funeral, oh, Lindsey never saw a war he didn't like. I've been saying that for decades. But at any rate, this draft thing has come up, too. It's the draft thing. Yeah, you think Donald will do it? Donald can't. He'll push for it, but he can't. It's a congressional action, and the history behind it, it-

[00:18:01] Yeah, but he does all kinds of congressional actions without authority all by himself, buddy. But you know what? He's going to get blowback on this one, I guarantee. I agree with that 100%. The draft ended in 1973, blowback for the Vietnam War. Congress is necessary to reenact it. But we'll tie this back into the COVID-con thing. Early in 2020, I thought it was a foregone conclusion.

[00:18:28] I miscalled it because the COVID-con distracted the Congress, but they were on their way to put in a universal military draft into place. I thought that by the end of March, it would have been done. But like I say, with COVID distracting them, it didn't happen. But at any rate, you know, it was going to be men and women. Now, this is not a foregone conclusion by any means now. But if the war goes upside down and backwards, if we put boots on the ground, we start getting

[00:18:56] tons and tons of casualties, it'll be very unpopular. But in order to feed the system and protect our nation, we're going to have to do this draft, son. This problem- We've almost stopped them. We're almost there. We just got to have the draft and get the final push and get her done kind of an idea. And I've got news for Trump, but I'm going to warn him right now. You've got, you've got, you've got to distance yourself from whacked out Benjamin Netanyahu. You're going to have to realize that the Constitution matters.

[00:19:24] You're going to have to realize that we need peace. And, you know, Rand Paul and Ron Paul and others are saying, you know, Justin, or I'm sorry, Massey and others are saying we need to get out of this thing and walk away. And I'm telling you right now, every time we wait another day, every time we take offensive action, we take the chances of this war escalating out of control. And I'm telling you, every time I turn around, it increases in scope and size and magnitude and our ability to leave it becomes less and less.

[00:19:54] Doctor? Unquestionably. In fact, there are more nations involved now. Saudi Arabia is engaged. Apparently, just a, well, last couple of days, a U.S. flagship got hit by a missile, assumed from Iran. It might have been a false flag thing from Israel just to, you know, keep everybody engaged. But this American flagship in Egypt was hit. There's plenty of things that can happen.

[00:20:21] And usually they expand it to make it an American war. But as of March, Trump has stated that he's, quote unquote, keeping every option on the table regarding the potential of a military draft. And Carolyn Levitt's been on the same page. But there's some pretty strong evidence that there's a working committee that's examining how the draft might be re-implemented. Again, the president can't do it. Congress will have to act.

[00:20:51] But if, first of all, all men are required to register, they're automating that. And women now, too. But have they decided to do, have they said women? They're required to register, yeah. Holy Hannah. I'm pretty sure. Well, this is a very, very destructive term. Because back in March of 2020, it looked like they were going to have a universal draft.

[00:21:15] No, well, if there was a physical disability or a mental disability, it was the only way you could get a deferment. It didn't matter how many children you had. Let's say you're a young woman, you know, 28-year-old, got three children and a husband. And if everybody got drafted, men and women, there's no deferments for number of children. At least this is the discussion that was happening in 2020.

[00:21:39] And so this is a very, very, it's a violation of the 13th Amendment, this slavery issue. Just because I can't buy a slave and you can't buy a slave, the government takes ownership. Yep. The government takes ownership of you and everything about your life. We had a sergeant in the basic training that had a little thing stuck on the inside of his locker that it was a greeting card.

[00:22:07] And it had a little Hispanic fellow with a donkey with a cord around his neck. And the guy had a sombrero and it was to be sent to a girlfriend. And it said, my heart is yours. Yours, then you flip it open and it says, but my donkey is the government's. All right. I guess there was a lot of proposals about this, but it didn't become law. But there were some votes that were in positive of it. I'm wrong. It's not mandated yet, but they're on the brink and they keep working at it. And it keeps coming back is the point. So you're correct.

[00:22:35] Yeah, I didn't think women had to register. But yes, in fact, there's powerful voices. Lindsey Graham was one of them that wanted women regardless. Look, they start sending anybody home in body bags. But you send little girls home in pieces, in body bags. Somebody needs to have a come to Jesus meeting. Because this is sick and wrong. Not in my entire lifetime.

[00:23:01] In my entire lifetime, we have never had a justifiable cause for war. Never been constitutional. Never been enacted the way it should have been. And it's an onerous thing. But the draft kind of, it's kind of like opening a checkbook and saying, how much money do you need to your homeless person? Suddenly, everything's on the table if you get a draft. And time after time, it's happened.

[00:23:28] Clear back in the Civil War, they had draft riots in New York City. People were killed in. Yeah, it's a serious issue, folks. And the bottom line is they keep pushing for it. Just because it's not in the news. Be careful. They're magicians. And watch what the other hand is doing is the point. Before we end, though, you wanted to say, hey, there needs to be continuity between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, right? You've got about 30 seconds for that one, sir. Okay, the Declaration of Independence was the promise.

[00:23:57] The Constitution delivered that promise. And we can tie the great philosophical concepts of good government found in the Declaration of Independence directly into the United States Constitution. They didn't get it right with their first one, their articles. But the United States Constitution corrected those things. And those are the documents, ladies and gentlemen, the continuity there from the Declaration of Independence. We hold the authority delegated to government the promise.

[00:24:26] It's up to us to keep that promise alive until the Savior Jesus Christ returns. I'm looking forward to it with faith and hope. And I want to do all that I can to bring it about. You're going to help me? Thank you so much, Dr. Scott Bradley, freedomsrisingson.com. God save our constitutional republic.
