We're taking America back one heart, one mind, one issue at a time Friday, and it's a special day as well because I started yesterday. I hope you did too.
[00:00:51] The 239th celebratory anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution. We call it Constitution Day, and man, we were celebrating. We'll get to that in mere minutes, ladies and gentlemen. Now it's raining, and it's thundering, and it's lightning, and wow, the thunder's cracking right over my house, ladies and gentlemen, and lightning's everywhere, and it's raining.
[00:01:16] I'm just telling you, I pray that I can stay on the air today. If I get kicked off, you'll know why, but we welcome the rain. We welcome the cooler weather. We welcome the fall season where we celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas and Constitution Day. I mean, it's just a wonderful season and a great day to be alive. Dr. Bradley's with me. Welcome to the show, sir. Well, thank you very much, Sam, and I'm glad we can all be together, and hopefully your listeners are having as a delightful day as it is.
[00:01:44] We've got little scattered thundershowers here. Very refreshing rain. We delight in that. Amen. It's supposed to go on and off all day long today in my neck of the woods, and so it's pretty cool. Well, not cool. Really cool. Cool. It's cool in the real sense, in the literal sense, in the every sense you can think of, ladies and gentlemen. We dig it. Now, yesterday started off this incredible celebratory weekend, in my opinion.
[00:02:11] I don't just celebrate Constitution Day. It's one of my favorite days of the year. I celebrate Constitution Day whenever it is, and then I celebrate the day after and the day after that, and I try to get a whole weekend in on my celebration. My celebration consists of prayers in thanks to Almighty God. My prayers relate to celebrating with my fellow members of my family and members of my country who believe in the sacred cause of liberty. So we want to talk about what we did yesterday, first of all.
[00:02:40] Dr. Bradley, of course, had his incredible weekly webinar, Q&As on the Constitution and more. We're going to call it a special elite edition last night. We'll get into that as the broadcast unfolds. So Dr. Bradley did that. He went and gave a speech on the Constitution for yesterday, and he asked me right before we got on the air, he said, did you hear about anybody celebrating anything? I heard about different celebrations around the country, and I'm grateful for them. We got together with Liberty United, so Liberty Roundtable Live and Liberty United,
[00:03:09] and we had Seth and Mike and Sam and Jacob, and we all four did a two-hour webinar conference available on Liberty United's YouTube channel now. And, of course, we're getting the polished version finished. It was a two-hour expose on the Constitution, and we tied it specifically to religious liberty.
[00:03:33] And I talked about an article that was in The New American, written by James Drummy, called Their Lives, Fortunes, and Sacred Honor. And I talked about that it's really about the personal cost of signing the Declaration of Independence, not merely just a cool thing. This was real to them. They basically gave their lives and their fortunes, and they maintained their sacred honor.
[00:04:01] And I talked about a gentleman named Cesar Rodney. Most people don't know who that is, but Cesar Rodney was an American patriot. He had cancer, and on July 1st, he arrived home in Delaware, bone-weary, tired. He was 47, suffering terribly from facial cancer. And then he received an urgent message, get to Philadelphia. Delaware's tied. You need to break the tiebreaker. It was about 80 miles away.
[00:04:29] Believe it or not, it's thundering and storming and raining for me right now, but it was doing the same for him at the time. 80 miles by a horse in the rain and thunder and muck and mud. It's not like you get in your car and you sip your drink and you turn on your heater and you're comfortable as you listen to your music and sip your drink and go 80 miles an hour and get there in an hour. No, sir. For him, he wore out a horse, had to switch horses and keep going. He arrived there after he rode hard through the night, suffering because of his face cancer.
[00:04:58] He didn't go to England to get his face cancer looked at or worked on or anything else. He gave that up for the sacred cause of liberty. And at the end of the day, in the morning when he got there to Philadelphia, when the vote was called, he said, I vote for independence. And I highlighted that and many other stories related to what was happening at the time and then finished by saying, listen, folks, it's all about obedience to God almighty.
[00:05:22] If we want the blessings of liberty and then after you are obedient to God's laws and can receive blessings, you've got to commit sacrifice, folks, because sacrifice brings the blessings. And our dear friend, Mr. Rodney, Caesar Rodney absolutely was obedient and sacrificed. And then we need to remember that it's all about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Love the Lord thy God and love thy neighbor as thyself. And when you do, freedom becomes liberty.
[00:05:51] See, freedom means you can do whatever you want to. Freedom used correctly or freedom obeying God's commandments becomes liberty. You receive the blessings of almighty God for living a Christ like life. Anyway, I gave my dissertation about that and then we discussed it and they talked about the original intent of the Constitution.
[00:06:13] They talked about Exodus and the biblical reality and comparing our lives to the lives of the folks in Moses's time, the children of Israel and how we all tend to backslide and don't keep God's laws. And when we don't, it's bad news. And when we do, there's blessings. And we need to learn the lesson today. We talked about the ninth amendment to the Constitution. Really critical to understand that we are the right holders given to us by almighty God.
[00:06:42] And government has been delegated certain authority, but we retain the rest. Don't forget it. And remember who's in charge. They work for us. Government is essential, but needs to be limited and delegated in its separation of powers and authority. We talked about that in great detail. We talked about a lot of great topics for two hours and then had a little bit of a Q&A at the end. It was a tremendous Constitution Day celebration, doctor.
[00:07:09] Well, it sounds like there was some wonderful things that happened. I might just rewind a little bit and talk about the religious nature of the founding of this nation. Please, absolutely. I put out yesterday a 15-minute video. You know, people don't have a very good attention span nowadays.
[00:07:29] But at any rate, a little 15-minute video about the overarching, undergirding facts about the hand of God and the founding of this nation. Amen. From the close of the Revolutionary War on through the Constitution delegation effort that was done in the convention in 1787. And obviously on to the ratification process.
[00:07:54] The American founding fathers recognized incessantly the hand of God, the finger of God, the, you know, basically providence. I mean, they called God's input by different names than perhaps some people do today. But they were very cognizant of it, and it was captured very nicely in the 37th Federalist paper. Not only were they cognizant, they were in awe of it and felt like obedience to it was vital. Well, it could have never happened.
[00:08:23] They were absolutely in concurrence to the fact that without God's divine intervention, it would not have happened. And so that's what I focused on in the 15-minute video I put out. You know, we could have talked about all of the dramatic discussions and the principles that came forth, the fact that they rejected fiat money. I mean, you know, all of these kinds of things that currently today our nation has completely, completely had the wheels fall off.
[00:08:53] You know, we could talk about anything today that we're doing, and it is the antithesis of what was going on in the beginning of the nation. And so the vestiges of liberty that we have are only there, I believe, because of the vestiges of that original intent of the American founding fathers. And it's time to return to that. It's absolutely essential to do so. And we discussed that original intent in great detail.
[00:09:20] We talked about several other members of the founding stock of America and how much they suffered and gave up. We talked about the Declaration of Independence. You know, some people are Declaration of Independence people, and some people are constitutional people. And some people are Bill of Rights people. And I submit to you that these documents are all in tandem working together. The Declaration of Independence clearly says we don't need government if it's an evil government.
[00:09:45] But we do need government that properly carries out and protects religious liberty, and all liberties stem therefrom. And then we highlighted this important understanding that, look, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, it's not really a Bill of Rights in a way. We've kind of named it that. But it's really put government on notice that you can't touch these things, if you will, for the Bill of Rights. It's we the people have rights given to us by God. We're just putting government on notice. Don't touch these things.
[00:10:14] Understand the reality. We've given you authority. But it's limited in scope, and it's based on our separation of powers designed to make sure no one gets too powerful. You know, we highlighted a lot of this kind of stuff that I think people really need to understand the known. We ended kind of with a challenge. Are you willing to be obedient to God and receive the blessings of liberty? Are you willing to sacrifice, as Caesar Rodney and many of the founders did? Are you willing to give your life and your fortune and maintain your sacred honor?
[00:10:44] That's kind of how we wrapped it up, Doctor. You know, you talk about I spoke in regards to the Constitution, and I spent a great deal of time on the inextricable nature of the Declaration. A lot of people tend to, oh, that doesn't have force of law. That's just a statement. Oh, quite the contrary, my friend.
[00:11:06] Everything that was brought forth in the Declaration of Independence was carried forward into the Constitution and held sacred and protected therein, including the ability to change according to a formula that has to be followed. But all of the idea of the right of the people and their complete ability to be governed by the type of government that they choose.
[00:11:33] Unfortunately, we're choosing a bad government nowadays, and it is in violation of what was a continuation, as you well know, the so-called Bill of Rights that were brought forth were further declaratory statements of restrictions on the general government. But the First Amendment is in complete violation today in regards to the establishment of religion.
[00:11:57] We do have a godless, faith-based system that is taught by tax dollars at the expense of all other religions, and it's taught from the youngest of ages through our black-robed graduations in college. It's called secular humanism. It's a, as I say, a faith-based religion that worships, if you will, the learning of man. It does not have a divine god.
[00:12:24] And that worship system has been so immersed onto this nation that nowadays we don't worship the god of heaven that established this. And, you know, we can tie the statements directly in the Declaration, for example. In fact, government should be supporting, not getting into a specific theological religion or forcing any religion or whatever, but government should be favorable of our free exercise of religion.
[00:12:54] And the problem is now government has really created all kinds of ways to interfere, right? Well, it's a civil religion we've got now. If you go to the, I mean, you know, you say, oh, yeah, in my day, you know, people must look and say there's not very many curmudgeons like me out there, but we opened our school days with prayer. And we invoked the blessings of God upon our learning.
[00:13:22] And in the early 1960s, the Supreme Court eviscerated that with, you know, the new religion. And what's happened is that void has been filled by this faith-based system that's godless. It's propaganda, ladies and gentlemen. In fact, it's communistic. Well, that's why the 10th point of the Communist Manifesto was so important.
[00:13:47] If you can get into the hearts and minds of the youth, that'll be the government of the next generation. Yeah, that'll be the undoing of a constitutional republic based on God's law, where religious freedom is celebrated and protected, not bastardized and abused. And that's really kind of the reality. Anyway, we had some great things yesterday. You can look up Dr. Bradley's video. Where is it? On the Freedom's Call channel? Yeah. Yeah. Well, it's on BitChute, for example, and go to Freedom's Call.
[00:14:16] And it will come up. And then, of course, we've got all the ones that we did in our discussions last night on the webinar that are being edited even as we speak. So they'll be posted throughout the day. Then we put them on Facebook channels we've got. We usually try and post one a day, maybe sometimes two a day on Facebook so that if people aren't plugged in to, you know, I got signed up for this Freedom's Call channel.
[00:14:45] They can at least every day get a little tidbit, you know, 15 minutes of videos that we put out on our Facebook. I love it. So get those, ladies and gentlemen. You guys talked about war, and war is expanding all over the Middle East, ladies and gentlemen.
[00:16:07] I hate to say this, but every time I turn around, it seems like there's an escalation in this war. I don't want to be the guy to call it World War III, but it's starting to look like that. We seem to not be able to tamp it down in any way or back out or find an off-ramp. Every time we consider that, it seems like it expands, whether it's Donald's doing, whether it's Pete Hessex doing, whether it be some of these other countries doing, Benjamin Netanyahu and company. I don't know.
[00:16:33] But every single time we think there might be a break in it, boom, it expands. And Trump says, oh, it'll be over soon. Oh, it'll be over after the election. Oh, he's been saying that since it started February the 28th, doctor. Well, war does seem to be breaking out all over the Middle East, and it's something that's very interesting. When chaos gets and the pot gets stirred, there seems to be lots of different factions that are interested in fostering their particular agenda.
[00:17:01] And the Houthis have done some pretty major damage to further interdict the flow of oil out of the Middle East. They blew up part of the overland pipeline. You might have heard on the news before we came on about how they were able to blow up segments of that using drones. Saudi Arabia has been trying to avoid the Straits of Hormuz challenge and been able to go over land, and they go over to the Red Sea, and now they load their tankers.
[00:17:30] Well, the tankers are under attack. The Red Sea is actually being in real danger of being completely shut off because of the, you know, get your map out, folks, and look at the Horn of Africa and the Yemenis interdiction of the entrance to the Red Sea. And the Houthis have captured basically the western portion of Yemeni, and there's been that going on for a long period of time.
[00:17:58] Yeah, but Donald said he stopped all those guys and took them all out, and they're done. They can't do anything. It hasn't happened. The Hornet's Nest is still abuzz. And so this thing that's going on right now, you know, you look up the Red Sea, and it is a transport avenue to get up into the Mediterranean. But there's a couple of arms or ears, if you will, off the Red Sea that go up into Jordan and Israel.
[00:18:25] And Israel has always said, you cut off our access to that, and that is an act of war. I got news for you kids. They started a war, and this war is going to actually have greater challenges coming to them because of this Red Sea interdiction thing, along with all of the exchanges of volleys of drones and missiles and everything, and their war in Lebanon that they seem absolutely determined.
[00:18:52] I mean, what's the difference between the Lebanese war and the Ukraine mess that Putin and Zelensky got going over there? All of these things is like a low-grade infection, and really they are proxy wars. Well, it's turning into a medium-grade infection, though. It is. I mean, you think about this for a minute. We're there at the behest of foreign powers that we did not have any skin in, the game.
[00:19:23] There was nothing in our intelligence-gathering community that said this is something that was a clear and present danger to the United States. It was entered into not because of any intelligence that said the United States has something at risk. And this Bravo Sierra that goes out about the Iranians were within weeks of having a nuke is absolutely absurd. They told us we got rid of it in June of 25.
[00:19:51] And, well, actually, several times we've been told we got rid of it. But yet it still is this overhanging, overarching challenge that they continue this thing with. Well, and there seems to be no off-ramp at all. War is expanding all over the Middle East. And the question becomes, will it expand beyond the Middle East? Will it come home to roost here? And there's already been some acts of aggression that we've dismissed and pretended haven't happened.
[00:20:19] Attacks on some water systems and possible attacks on some power systems and other systems like that that are of great concern. The amount of illegals in this country who are in cells who may do harm is unprecedented. And we don't even know the number. Remember, and then, you know, Congress has tried to off-ramp this, or at least the House of Representatives, for the third time, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution directing Trump to end the Iranian war.
[00:20:48] Problem is the Senate won't do anything about it. Donald won't do anything about it. So the House can pass it and then go on vacation. They've got more vacation days this Congress than they've had in decades. And so we're seeing some serious problems here, doctor, in that Congress is paralyzed. I don't know what the Senate will do with this third round, but they've been trying to off-ramp this thing to no avail. Well, they absolutely have.
[00:21:11] And it ties back to this weak-kneed, willy-nilly, you know, weak sister kind of 1973 War Resolution Act. But it's better than nothing. I mean, read the Constitution. You have all the constitutional power that you would need to do this kind of thing. But we do have shills and sycophants that are absolutely on the puppet string of Donald Trump.
[00:21:37] And there is no justification for what's happening. I mean, our spineless Congress, I mean, yeah, they did it the third time, but it was all the Democrats and seven Republicans that said this. And it reminds me of the health care, you know, get rid of Obamacare kind of thing. They voted 40 times to get rid of it whenever they knew that it wouldn't pass. But, you know, when it really could pass, they didn't do it. It seems similar to that, doctor, to me. Well, it does.
[00:22:06] I mean, it's like, you know, we don't even have to. It's not a worry because it's not going to pass because we don't have the votes. And so, oops, now we've got the power. We could do it and they won't. But that's exactly what's happening. And, you know, this ties into the Thomas Massey effort to get Pete Hegseth. We can talk about that maybe in a little while. I know we've got so many topics, there's not going to be time to hit them all. But Massey has done a masterful thing. And what did Mike Johnson do?
[00:22:35] He sent the house on a seven-week vacation. Seven-week kids. That's more than half of what you used to get in the summer when you got summer off. He sent this Congress home so they didn't have to address on this timeline that Massey brought forward on this Hegseth thing. Well, he wants to impeach Hegseth over this. And I think justly so.
[00:23:01] Oh, and Mike Johnson wanted to shut it down so he just simply bailed and dismissed the whole group? He did. Because he knew. He knew that there would be an impeachment if he didn't. Yeah, they were taking a long vacation anyway because of their campaigning. They've got to keep their offices, you know. They don't stay and do the job they're called to do. But Massey put a fuse on it. And it was either going to be voted on tabling it, which means we're going to basically kill it on the spot. But there weren't enough votes, I don't think, to do that.
[00:23:30] And so what he did, he says, let's go on vacation early. Let's go back into our home districts and campaign. This cowardly approach is absolutely, it's been used time and time. Look at the Epstein files and what's been gone there. By the way, this is tied to the Epstein files. There was another roll call, if you will, that Massey put on the floor of the house. All right, we're going to come back and talk about that in detail.
[00:23:56] I don't mean to cut you off, but this is a long story because these two situations are absolutely intertwined, ladies and gentlemen. Make no mistake about it. Look, Donald Trump, by the way, got caught. He was the one that ordered the cover-up of the Epstein files as well. We played a clip yesterday about Tucker Carlson highlighting that reality too. So we've got a big link between all this stuff. And Thomas Massey is doing a great job at exposing both of them. And Mike Johnson shut down the house to stop Massey, in my humble opinion.
[00:24:26] That's why they all went home early. It's a disgrace to say the least. They're not serving us, ladies and gentlemen, that's for sure. We need to find those who will and replace them.
