CNN Caught Lying About Sheriff Mack and the WNBA Can't Define "Woman" | 10-21-26

Sam Bushman and Sheriff Richard Mack cover the stories the mainstream press will not touch. Sheriff Mack reveals how CNN's Sara Sidner came to his daughter's house, interviewed him for hours about his landmark Supreme Court case, then lied about him on national TV. Sam and the Sheriff issue an open challenge to Sara Sidner and Mary McCord to come on the show live. They discuss why Trump is right to shut out lying media from the White House and how reporters who get fired suddenly start telling the truth. The WNBA tells Congress that Enes Kanter is ineligible because he is a man but refuses to define what a woman is. Sam asks the question liberals cannot answer: what is the difference between a man and a woman? Plus, a prison expert calls women guarding men's prisons the biggest mistake in corrections history; women analysts in male sports but no men in women's sports; why men and women should not travel together for work; and gold hitting $4,128 an ounce. [00:00:04] Broadcasting live from atop the Rocky Mountains, the crossroads of the West. You are listening to the Liberty Roundtable Radio Talk Show. Women, whiskey, and gold. Happy to have you along, my fellow Americans. Sam Bushman, hard-hitting news, the network reviews to use. It all starts now. The good sheriff's with me.

[00:00:34] Sheriff Richard Mack, founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. The agent CSPOA.org, become a member today and author of the incredible book, The Democrat Murder of America, Demagoguery in the First Degree. Daniel Perkins and Sheriff Richard Mack, two incredible well-known authors put the book together and it highlights with a very controversial topic, but yet making the point that, hey, there are people that are destroying the country.

[00:01:03] They have abandoned constitutional principles and replaced them with communist-type principles. And it's not only the Democrats. The title is designed to lure you in, but highlight who's wrecking the country and why and how and what we can do about it. MurderofAmerica.com to get your copy today. Sheriff, welcome, sir. Thank you, Sam. It's great to be back with you this beautiful Wednesday morning. And that was a great analysis of the book. Thank you. That was spot on. You're very welcome, sir.

[00:01:33] And by the way, did you see the BYU game last week? Sam, I'm still recovering from the stress of that game. I hear that. Woo, baby. Yeah. Interestingly enough, two private schools go head-to-head, ladies and gentlemen. It's been an epic rivalry for years. Notre Dame usually gets the best of BYU, but this time the upset happened. And boy, was it a nail-biter, sir. It really was, came to the very last play of the game.

[00:02:03] And in fact, afterwards, they said, nope, well, we made a mistake. There should have been one more play. So I don't know if I could have taken one more play. BYU is my alumni, or I'm an alumnus of BYU. I've always loved BYU. I think it's gone a little bit too liberal. It's gone too liberal. I think they pushed the COVID-19 mandates to an extreme.

[00:02:32] They also shouldn't have fired Stephen Jones for standing up on 9-11. Absolutely. That was crazy. And Stephen Jones was with about another thousand architects and engineers, architectural engineers. Yeah, they have way more than that now, by the way. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And so, no, he was a good man, and he stood for what's right.

[00:02:58] And it's, you know, I want to make one reference to the book real quick. This is page 213. And it's a picture of me in my daughter's house being interviewed by Sarah Sidner of CNN. Wow, Sidner. Sarah Sidner of CNN. Folks, that's her.

[00:03:22] And by the way, Sarah, the open invitation at my expense is for you to come on and discuss with us the reality of the situation. We'll be honest and fair and gracious to you. But you're more than welcome to come on Liberty Roundtable live at my expense, but I'm afraid that you're too afraid. Yeah. And I want to ask CNN. I don't want to badmouth Sarah Sidner right now. I want to ask CNN.

[00:03:44] Why is it okay for you to pay people to lie about me and about Sam Bushman and about other people? She 100% lied about me to Anderson Cooper when she did this story. A friend of mine by the name of Sam Bushman warned me not to do the interview and that I should insist on being interviewed live in studio.

[00:04:12] She refused to do that because then she was... Yeah, because they can't lie and manipulate and cheat and put you in a bad light if you're live like that because you get the chance to say whatever you want to and they can't stop it when it's live, right? But CNN, why is it okay for you to pay your people? And she's been promoted since then. Of course. Why is it okay for you to pay your reporters to lie?

[00:04:38] And then when I tried to call and ask you that in person, no one would take my call. No, we can't take that call. And the other question that I would ask them is not only why is it okay for you to pay people to lie, but to me the bigger question is this. Why do these people take the money to lie? Is money that important to them? I've been offered big money multiple times to do some pretty big gigs, Sheriff, and I've turned it down every single time. Now, I know that I'm not wealthy and I don't have very much money.

[00:05:06] And some people would say, Sam, you're just an idiot. That's the problem with you. But the problem is I'm just not for sale like that, Sheriff. I will not do that. Yeah, and I thought she was a decent person. That's just because they're trained to be super nice and lure you in, my friend. Yeah, well, yeah. Well, and I've had that happen before. I mean, reporters, before they crucify you, they'll act like you're long-lost friends and whatnot.

[00:05:36] I recognize that and I've seen that and I've had it happen before. But this one really took the blue ribbon at the county fair. And the reason it did primarily, though, is because you guys talked so much. She knew the truth. And that's really the point here. Sometimes maybe these reporters just have their liberal bias and they can't see straight. In this case, though, you talked to her long enough and she came to your daughter's house to her. I mean, she got some inside kind of information into who Richard Mack is. And the point is she knows the truth.

[00:06:06] Yeah, well, I started with the very truth about it. I said, when she said, well, who are you? And, you know, give us a little review. I said, I want you to know one thing. Before we get started on the interview, the only reason that you and I are sitting down together right now is because when I was sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, I became the first sheriff in American history to launch a major lawsuit against the federal government,

[00:06:34] take it all the way to the United States Supreme Court and win a landmark case, that is why we're sitting here. And that's what I want to talk about. And she talked about everything but, sir. Yeah. And that's why I say she knows the truth, because you literally laid out, you know, and the Supreme Court discussion is really what's key. Yeah, and I quoted the case. I quoted from the case probably a dozen times or more.

[00:07:03] She never mentioned one of it. At the end, she told Anderson Cooper, and guess what this guy does after she railed me? He trained sheriffs nationwide. And Anderson Cooper was like, he was like going to have a cow. That's not possible. Come on. This is not possible. Well, yeah, when she didn't tell you what I was training them on, and that is my Supreme Court case. But, yeah.

[00:07:29] Which brings up Mary McCord, who also is a liar and supposedly an expert. By the way, really quick and open challenge to Mary McCord at my expense to join us live as well. See, we're willing to take them on live, but they're not willing to take us on live. Doesn't that tell you something interesting? Yeah, it does. Yeah. And so, yeah. Let's do it. Mary McCord and Sarah Sidner, you're welcome on this show. You're welcome on our Posse webinar.

[00:07:58] And we'll let you answer our questions however you want. We'll also let you ask us questions that we have to answer. Sure. Yeah. Anything they want. Sound fair, ladies and gentlemen? Anyway, what's interesting, we told you we were going to talk about women, whiskey, and gold. Yeah. Woo, there you go.

[00:08:19] Anyway, what I find interesting about this discussion, too, is, you know, these women that work for CNN and everything else that I find interesting, that's what Trump is really mad about, too, Sheriff, is that what they do is they do the same thing to the White House that they do to us. They do the same thing to the administration that they do to us. They know full well the truth of a given issue, and they choose to just manipulate the story and frame it for their agenda. And that's why so now CNN's all mad because they're still not invited on Air Force One with the Donald and stuff.

[00:08:48] And they're raging about that. Donald's just going, you guys are clowns, and we don't want you here. And I don't blame them, the White House meeting and the administration, because you know what? These people aren't fair. And the reason that they won't do live is because they cannot manipulate the facts that way. They want to do, and Rush Limbaugh called this really well. He's like, they want to do just a drive-by media, which means they want to just basically, you know, drive-by is just drive-by shootings, right?

[00:09:11] But what they want to do is just drive-by assault you with, you can't rebut, you can't say anything else that the story is as they say that it is. And, hey, the damage is done, right? Yeah. I just say you can't do damage to me because you can call me a racist. You can call me whatever you want. Anybody that knows me knows the truth. If you don't know me, you're going to be lied to, but get my name right, and it's okay. Because then if people come to Liberty News Radio, Liberty Roundtable, CSPOA.org, any of our, you know, sites, they can talk to me.

[00:09:41] They can hear me speak. They can look and listen and learn to you and read your book and do all these things, and they will learn the truth. So I don't mind if they attack us but get our name right and point people in the right direction because in the end, I think the truth prevails, Sheriff. Yeah, sometimes. Sometimes it takes a while to get to the truth and to make the assertion about the truth. But it's still something I'm 50-50 on.

[00:10:09] I believe the president has the right to do that. To shut those people out? Yeah. Yeah. If you are going to intentionally lie about me, why do I invite you to the White House? Answer that question. Well, and if they want to pitch it as opinion, I think they're entitled to their opinions. Oh, of course. What they're not entitled to, ladies and gentlemen, is to pitch their news as fact when it's really opinion.

[00:10:37] And fact is what they act like. Oh, we're news people. We don't have opinions. But they're lying. So we separate opinion and fact. I can have my opinion all day if I call it as such. And that's what we're asking them to do, which they don't do. And that's why it's not freedom of speech. It's you cannot manipulate the facts and pitch your opinion as facts when that's not the truth. Sheriff Mackin said it. Every day, Americans are told to hate each other while the people in power keep winning. But what if there's another path?

[00:11:04] What if Americans could come together and take this country back peacefully before it's too late? The Democrat murder of America, demagoguery in the first degree, exposes the corruption, manipulation, government failures, and political games pushing Americans further apart while our country slips deeper into crisis. Inside, you'll discover powerful insights into political hypocrisy, media bias, government overreach, the national debt crisis, and the growing culture of division destroying trust in America.

[00:11:34] More importantly, this book offers a call for peaceful action, accountability, unity, and restoring the values that once made this nation strong. If you're frustrated with the direction of this country and looking for answers outside the mainstream narrative, this book was written for you. [00:12:32] Still answering freedoms call. A badge, a promise. A constitutional track history. Won't forget Sheriff Mac. Sheriff Mac, ladies and gentlemen, on your radio and TV right now. TV. Only if you're a CSPOA member. Go to cspoa.org and you say, well, Sam, the radio listeners want to watch. I know. So they've got to become members of the CSPOA and then they can watch to their heart's content. It will be edited and posted live later.

[00:13:02] But you get an inside tracker if you're a CSPOA member. You know, they say usually it's whiskey, women, and gold. But for us, it's women, whiskey, and gold. We're talking about it in that order on the broadcast today. And we got kind of sidetracked by these women news babes, in my opinion, betraying the country. Because they don't tell the truth. And they know they don't tell the truth is the problem. But they do it for money. And the proof is, you see, Megyn Kelly and all these other news babes, as soon as they get fired, then they start coming out and shooting straight, Sheriff. Yeah. Yeah, I've noticed that before, too.

[00:13:32] That's kind of funny. And so it just tells you. And then they criticize the networks and they say, hey, we were muzzled. And what they want to do is kind of put bad light on their networks. But it puts bad light on them, too, because my response is, why did you live under the muzzle for the money? Right. Whenever people try to muzzle me, I walk. And that's why I'm broke. But nevertheless, though, I sleep at night and hold on to my integrity. Enes Cantor in the news, ladies and gentlemen, we're switching from football to basketball now because Sheriff loves both.

[00:13:59] And the WNBA tells Congress that Enos Cantor, they nicknamed him Freedom, right? He's ineligible. The problem is they leave the definition of women unresolved. What is a woman? Unresolved. So the WNBA commissioner, what's her name? Kathy Engelbert or whatever, Angel Brett, told congressional lawmakers that only women are eligible to compete.

[00:14:27] And they described, you know, the Enos Cantor nickname Freedom, not to mention Rice White as both, quote, men. Representative Marlon Stutzman released the response saying, well, wait a minute. You can't say they don't qualify if you call them men, but you don't define woman or women. How are they? How are they a man if you don't define woman? What's the difference between a woman and a man then?

[00:14:55] And that's kind of the next question instead of how do you define a woman? And there's all these funny videos out there about it, mocking the liberals because they won't answer. And then conservatives doubling down with clear answers. But to me, the question is then, hey, forget what the definition of a woman is for a second. What's the difference between a woman and a man, Sheriff? Sheriff? What's the difference? Because these guys are men, right? Yeah. How do they know that? Well, it's pretty easy to do a physical exam. You're talking about common sense, Sheriff.

[00:15:25] I'm talking about blacked out liberal women in this WNBA. If they're going to say that Enos Cantor and Rice White are men, how do they know that? Tell me the difference. Well, that's why we've come up with this term called biological male or biological female. And I never thought we'd have to do that. But yeah, they actually do that. It's like XY? Is that what it is? Right. Well, and the Olympics used to test them if there was any question. And sometimes they tested all of them.

[00:15:54] And so there's blood tests you can do. And there's physical examinations. And you could do it with an X-ray test. Very easy. Yeah. When I was a kid, when I was a kid, they used to say, how do you know if a cat or a dog or a horse is a male or female? They always used to say, look at the plumbing, Sheriff. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And so, but it's even easier than that for humans. And there's a bone structure within the human body that shows what sex you actually are.

[00:16:22] By looking at the bone structure of the pelvis, you mean? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And there's also, the skull also shows some significant biological traits of that, of male or female. Well, the Grateful Dead, you know who that music group, right? Sure. All right. Well, the Grateful Dead had a song called, I don't know if I'm getting the title exactly right, but it was like Men Smart, Women Smarter. Have you heard that song before? No.

[00:16:50] Well, I'm sure I've heard it, but I don't recognize it right now. So that's how you trap these women at the WNBA, you say, are women smarter than men. Right. And they'll answer that probably, won't they, Sheriff? Yeah. And I have a grievance also against female and male sports.

[00:17:11] There's always women who are offered jobs as analysts in male sports. And they actually, some of them actually do a really good job. But there's no men analysts on women's sports, like the WNBA. Maybe Cantor and White should roll in and just be commentators for the WAMONs, for the WNBA. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:17:39] But if we can't play in the league, at least we can analyze it and go into the locker rooms and such. Right. I know. That was always a real good one. Now they kind of don't do that as much anymore, though, do they? Well, the women are still allowed in the male locker rooms. And men used to walk around without their clothes on and just say, hey, you want it in? Live with it. This is how we act in our locker rooms. You know, it's where we get dressed and take showers and stuff.

[00:18:09] You know, and so women complained about that. And, hey, you wanted to be there. So, you know, you're on male time and property now. Is that kind of the precursor to letting everybody in everybody's bathrooms, Sheriff? Yeah, of course. Absolutely. All right. See, I'm not really for women reporters in male sports, and I'm not for the opposite either. Yeah, I know you're not. Yeah. But, you know, if they can do the job, I don't care.

[00:18:38] If they can do the job, they don't care. And there's one Hispanic lady that does really well. And to me, it isn't that they can't do the job. I think they can do the job. Many of them are quite articulate. Many of them know the games. Many of them analyze very well. That's not, you know, the issue. The issue to me is how close you get to very personal things when you have that kind of a situation. To really do your job right, you need to go into the locker room sometimes. You need to go to these different places. And it just creates all kinds of uncomfortable situations.

[00:19:06] It's kind of like why I don't believe that men and women should travel together for work either. Yeah. Alone, meaning, you know, hey, we got a short credit card, so we have to sit at dinner together. And now I'm sitting with some other woman. People see me, and I'm not with my wife. I'm with some other woman. Well, she's got the credit card, and she's my boss. Or she's whatever. You know, it's awkward. And so I don't believe that men and women should be required to travel and work together in those kind of scenarios either. Yeah, good point. And it isn't that women are bad, and it isn't that men can't control themselves.

[00:19:35] It's all kinds of things. It's allegations. It's perceptions. It's uncomfortability. It's all that, right? Yeah, and somebody comes by and takes a picture and puts it on the Internet, and now all of a sudden you're going out on your wife. Right. And so, you know, and it might just be that I'm the one that has the credit card for whatever reason, and so she's at dinner with me because I have the corporate credit card, and she doesn't have one for whatever reason or whatever.

[00:20:00] Or opposite, or I feel like, hey, somebody made a threatening pass at her for some weird reason while we were somewhere out in public, and now I'm walking her to her hotel room to make sure she's safe. See, it just gets weird fast. It does. And it's not that I think men or women are bad or that nobody can control themselves or women are inferior or any of those things.

[00:20:22] It's that I think that there's a safety line, societally speaking, that protect men and women both equally from all kinds of uncomfortabilities. Name your issue, and we can talk about it, and that's why. And so it's not that I don't believe, but, you know, they've got to travel with the teams. They go in the locker rooms. They go play. And so I think that why can't women cover women's sports and men cover men's sports? Why can't it be that simple, Sheriff? Well, I have certainly made that assertion numerous times about our nation's prisons and jails.

[00:20:53] Women should guard men. Men should guard men. And because they didn't listen to me and they went crazy, they've had all sorts of problems. And again, it's the same thing. It's because there's too much of a personal involvement relationship. There's, and I don't want to say master or slave, but there's prisoner guards. So one's got a very superior position by the very nature of the situation. And that could be abused and manipulated and taken advantage of on any side for that matter. Yeah.

[00:21:21] And it's caused nothing but problems. In fact, I went to training way back when I was sheriff and said, and the trainer was an internationally renowned expert on prisons and jails. And correction systems. And he was actually training us about that because every sheriff runs his own jail. Well, 95% of us run the county jail. In the way it ought to be, they do. Yeah, absolutely.

[00:21:51] And he actually said one of the greatest mistakes we've made in our country is the women's rights movement. And they now require women to be in men prisons. And he said it's the biggest mistake we ever made. And vice versa. Now men are going into women's prisons. Yeah, absolutely. And I think that's a problem with the bathroom. I think it's a problem in prisons. I think it's a problem in working relationships and work and in the public world.

[00:22:20] I think it's a problem in these, these sporting events, NBA, WNBA, whatever else. My question is for the WNBA people, if they're going to let, or if they don't know the difference or they can't define a woman, then my question is why do we even have the WNBA in the first place, Sheriff? Oh, yeah. Yeah. That's the big question. Yeah. If they want to go ahead and try out, they can't? Yeah. How do you think that's going to go, Sheriff? You think any women will make it? They've tried it in the past. Yeah.

[00:22:48] Way back when, about 30, 35 years ago, the best female basketball player tried out for the NBA. And it was a joke. Why, Sheriff? She can't handle it with the man. She was a great basketball player until she tried out for the NBA. And what does that mean? She was extremely average and she couldn't make it. All right.

[00:23:16] Well, then, you know, so then they got to create their own organization, which I'm fine with, by the way. Don't misunderstand me. Oh, yeah. Totally. If they're going to create their own organization, then they realize there's a difference between men and women from the get-go. Well, I'm thinking about hiring a personal trainer and I'm going to get back into shape. And come out for the Women's League? And I'm going to identify as a young black woman and I'm going to try out for the WNBA. Yeah. Hey, that's pretty good.

[00:23:45] What I should do is try out as an announcer for the NBA, the WNBA. Because, you know, I'd just be blind. I wouldn't know if it's man, woman, black, white. I wouldn't be able to do any, you know, of that. Just have a sighted person call the game and I'd be kind of the commentary guy. And I could chill in the girls' locker rooms. It would be no problem. You know what I'm talking about? I'm with you. All right. Ladies and gentlemen, we want to talk about women, whiskey, and gold. So gold is at $41.28 and silver's at like $58 right now.

[00:24:14] It's going up because the economy's improving. That's good news. We'll talk more about, well, women, whiskey, and gold. Let's talk about whiskey. As Liberty Roundtable Live continues, ladies and gentlemen, become a member of the CSPOA. That's the Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association. Weekly webinars and more of the webinars right after this show, by the way. Don't forget, join and become part of it. God save our constitutional republic.
