And man, it's great to be back with you. Another wonderful day in the neighborhood. Yeah, beautiful winter underland going on a might as well speak positively about it. It is what it is right. Well, you know the communists inspired chaos which exploded across a South Minneapolis community this past weekend over a Border Patrol agent involved shooting where there were large crowds surging into the streets. They swarmed federal personnel and clashed with agents attempting to secure the scene. Now, what began is a rapid gathering of onlookers quickly devolved into a volatile confrontation with agitators blocking roads. This is really really irritating to me. Why these agitators continued to be allowed to block roads, surrounding vehicles and forcing federal officials into defensive physicians. Are you kidding me? Amid a fast escalating wave of unrest, Now, it would seem that by now, okay, maybe federal officials aren't that bright, but it would seem that by now, okay, this has been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks months now, these kinds of problems, they would have learned that, well, wait a minute, maybe we should be arriving in armor plated vehicles, and maybe we should bring in people that know how to fight. ICE agents are not physically equipped to handle these people in the streets. They're just not. I suspected it, and I think it was last week. It was proven, hey, by an individual, Mark Taylor, who was on here as a guest, and he mentioned that ICE agents only receive about forty seven days worth of training. That's not enough. Okay, the average American is out of shape and weak, and you get only forty seven days of training. Ah, you can't handle it. You can't handle and handle it. And so there needs to be tougher personnel to either accompany them or replace them needs to happen right away. Way glad to see the Tom Holman is going to be popping in on the scene and taking over Christino great lady, you know, probably the one of the prettiest grandmothers I've ever seen in my entire life, one of the prettiest. But hey, that's not enough. We need men to do men's jobs. It is what it is. DHS officials report that it was well over two hundred rioters that arrived quickly on the scene just to promote trouble and keep things going. And see they're playing right in the hands of their friends of the media, which plays to whom the millions of indoctrinated Americans who buy into all the garbage that whatever the liars put out kind of reminds me, you know, very very seldom do people in this country look at a situation and they see confrontation, they see a problem. Rarely do they say, well, who started it, what was the nucleus of it? They only see a situation and blame the person that either wins the argument has to kill the other person or whatever, and don't worry about the root of it, because in many cases they don't want the root of the situation to get out there. The riot broke out after federal agents shot an armed an armed man near a local donut shop. An officials reported that the agents were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border crosser wanted for what a violent assault. And yet you have millions of Americans going to Nutsville in their little peanut sized brains because they would prefer illegal border across a rapist, murderers, robbers, is lomists, etc. To run around here doing whatever the hangnail they want to do. They rather have them running around than having our nation, a republic, cleaned out. Now why is that, Well, it comes down to their philosophical base, the philosophical base of millions of Americans. About I predict about thirty to thirty five percent of Americans are in favor of that anything that is destructive, including the CCP, which puts big money behind these allegedly behind these these riots in the streets of America. Oh, actually it's an insurrection. Let's be totally honest about it. And why, oh why, why, why why why? I could say why a million times because I don't understand why the president has not enacted the Insurrection Act, which became law in eighteen oh seven and has been used several times during our wonderful Republic's history. It was used during the riots in the early nineteen nineties. You remember Rodney King, Well, get along that guy, and other situations throughout history. It's time, I mean, is he waiting until it is spread to all the major cities in America and it's totally out of control because he's afraid that, oh wow, because there are so many brainwashed Americans that they will believe the lies. And you know, they see the government clamping down on the communist statitators in the streets, and maybe he's concerned about the fact that Americans will continue to be on the side of the illegals and they don't want them to be rounded up and kicked out of our country. And yet this is another example of it's not what's done, but who does it. When Ali Obama was in office, he kicked out many more people than whom the number that Trumps kicked out, and most of the people that have left the majority are self deporting, by the way, But Ali Obama directly kicked out at least three million illegal border crossers. So far, two point five or whatever illegals have self deported, and I think the Trump administration has directly kicked out maybe two hundred thousand. Really a paltry effort as far as I'm concerned, I think the Trump administration when it comes to the border situation is very well meaning. Their heart's in the right place, but their actions are half stepping in my humble opinion. Now, when Trump was directly involved in the building industry, he didn't take this kind of crap on his building sites. If someone screwed up, it was directly dealt with. Boom boom, boom, boom boom. And now the survival of our very republic is at stake, and he's dragging his feet. He's allowing people like Susan Wiles and others to hold him up and prevent him from completely carrying out his duties. He needs to wake up, you know, someone needs to wake walk up to him and you know, and shake him by the shoulder and say wake up, snap out of it. And because our republic is literally at stake here, these people mean business that are in the streets of America, that are rioting and doing all the kinds of things that they're doing. They're emboldened by the fact that they've been allowed to get away with this madness for so long. And the longer it takes for the President to enact the Insurrection Act, the more difficult it will be for it to be successfully carried out. So it would be better to go ahead now and then we see the positive results of all these yahoo's kicked out, locked up, et cetera. And then the President would get positive results and the Republicans who really want to do the right thing would also gain in the midterm elections. But if you keep dragging your feet like this, half stepping, and you allow people like Ted Cruz and others, and we're going to get into what he said recently about President Trump, okay and other Republicans, if he allows their narration to be the order of the day, you can kiss the midterms goodbye. And if that happens, Trump's progress will be slowed down dramatically, and Katie by the door for twenty twenty eight, it won't be pretty. But yet when a federal agent's finger is allegedly bitten off during the riots that fill the streets, after a federal agent's sharp shot an armed man in Minneapolis, well that's something to be ignored. Yeah, this is crazy stuff. This is crazy work. As DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal border crosser wanted for violent assault. An individual approached the US Border Patrol officer with a nine millimeter semi automatic handgun and you know, started trouble. Then another one, another agent lost his finger. Man oh, man, o man. Because you know this is something else. You know, these people are so crazy that they're willing to imitate a pitbull to try to take off the finger of an ICE agent who's simply doing the job, the correct job of clearing out illegal border crossers who have been doing harm. Well. According to the USA Awakening, a new scoop FBI files exposed the ten million dollars that the Uncle Joe Biden bribe. The corruption they buried in is a lapsing right now. Newly surfaced FBI documents alleged that Uncle Joe Biden and Hunter Biden each received another five million dollars from a senior executive of Barisma Holdings while Uncle Joe Biden served as vice president. That's according to a confidential human source sited in the files, the payments were made to secure political protection and force the removal of a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Barisma, and had he not been thrown out, things might have been cleaned up. The quote that defines the case is chillingly simple. Five million for one Biden, five million for the other. The money was allegedly routed through complex offshore channels deliberately structured to delay or block tracing for many years, and the investigators were told the system was designed to outlast accountability itself. The prosecutor was Victor Shoken, and the pressure to fire him was later publicly bragged about on camera by Uncle Joe Biden, and what was framed as a diplomacy now appears in the light of these files as leverage tied to directly to foreign money. The infamous phrase the big Eye resurfaces in these FBI records, reinforcing what many of us already suspected. Hunter was not the prize Uncle Joe Biden was. This was not freelancing. It was an operation centered on political power, influence, and protection. The double standard is impossible to ignore. President Trump was impeached for asking for simply asking Ukraine about this very corruption. This is one of the reasons why they wanted to throw President Trump in jail, because he simply asked asked about what the Democrats were doing and the wrongful Ukrainians. While the FBI allegedly bury the records documenting it. These are not social media claims, they are federal files. Congress now faces a choice act or admit the system protects its own. They've got to act. They must act. But will they that is the question. Very interesting times. We are in very very interesting I must say so to say, indeed, whelp I mentioned Senator Ted Cruz used to like that guy at one time. Well, Trump is a bit too angry, as he exploded allegedly on Ted Cruz as a Texas senator, trashed Trump and Vice President JD. Vance in alleged private recordings. It's safe to say should Senator Ted Cruz run for president in twenty twenty, he will not exactly be welcomed with open arms by the Trump administration. According to certain recordings obtained by Axials, which were leaked to the outlet by a GOP source, Cruz spoke with donors for roughly about ten minutes and delivered some pointed criticisms of both President Trump and Vice President J. D. Vance. The recordings were originally made in the first six months of twenty twenty five. Axios reveals that Cruz essentially call Vance upawn of former Fox news host Tucker Carlson. In the recording, Cruz, of course, has long at long running feud with Carlson, who he is ripped as an anti Semite and un American. Tucker created j D and j D is Tucker's protege, said Cruz, and they are one and the same. As for Trump, Cruz slammed the tariffs the president has imposed across the world. The Texas senator told donors that the imposition of these tariffs would lead to Republicans losing control of the Congress and Trump's impeachment. Well, see, if that occurs, it is because people believing lies and the truth being stymied or the truth being ignored. All anyone has to do is look at the history of tariffs and what they've been a blessed and how they've been a blessing to this country. It's all they have to do. And all they have to do is look at how the tariffs have already been a blessing to the United States of America since Trump has been enacting them. Even foreign leaders admit if it wasn't for those tariffs, many of the agreements that the United States is starting to benefit from would not have been enacted. They gave the United States a bit of leverage. And why should Cruise or anyone that is elected to office not want America, the United States, that is, to be at a better place when it comes to the international stage. Why is it that people like Cruise and many others in both the Republican and of course Democrat Party, why would they be so hard against the MAGA movement. Why would they be so hard against an effort to give an advantage or at least even the playing field for we, the people of the United States of America, for example, Why should we, the people of the United States of America, those who need these drugs or want to use these drugs. Why should Americans pay ninety percent more than Europeans. That's retarded. Why should we in the United States just sit by twiddle our thumbs and watch our middle class be hollowed out because of the foolishness of traders government officials who over the years, through NAFTA through gat traded agreements, put the American manufacturing sector at a disadvantage. So they leave and put their plants in China, South Korea, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Or are bought out by foreign concerns, and anyone who's worth a grain of salt okay, if they are elected to political office in this country, should have the common sense to govern for the batterment of our republic, not of the CCP or any other foreign entity. The United States of America is not in the business of simply being a stepping stone for other nations to screw over we the people, and the sooner our government officials learned that the better off we will be as a republic and stop kow towing to not only the CCP and other foreign entities, but also to other special interest groups that are working to undermine this republic, many of them who are represented by lobbyists who approach Congress congressional representatives every single day. That's two zero eight two one sixty sixty one zero zero. Well, the Supreme Court now faces is a consequential question with implications for both presidential power and central bank independence. While the President Donald Trump lawfully removed Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve Board of governors. Now here's why the President fired mus Cook. Cook was first nominated by President Uncle Joe Biden in twenty twenty two to fill the remainder of an unexpired term of the Board. In twenty twenty three, Uncle Joe nominated her again, this time to a full fourteen year term to expire in two thousand thirty eight, and the Senate confirmed her appointment. Under the Federal Reserve Act, board members served fourteen year terms but may be removed by the President for cause. However, Statue twelve u SC number of two forty two does not define cause, nor does it specify what conduct qualifies or what procedures must proceed removal. Now Back in August of the last year, during Cook's final term, Trump concluded that cause existed to remove her. According to the removal notice, Cook had made contradictory representations in two mortgage agreements executed within a short period of time, asserting in each that a different property, one in Michigan and another in Georgia, would serve as her principal residence. Each mortgage agreement identified the representation as a material to the lender. Consisted with the industry practice of offering more favorable terms for principal resident loans, which are generally considered less risky. Now, after the mortgage documents became public, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pluti accused Cook of mortgage fraud, and Trump publicly called on her to resign. When she did not, the President posted a letter on social media on an August of the last year announcing that Cook was fired from the board, effective immediately. The letter described Cook's conduct as deceitful and potentially criminal, and concluded that it rendered her unfit to serve as a financial regulator. At minimum. The President asserted the conduct demonstrated gross negligence and financial transactions that called in the question her judgment and trustworthiness. The removal letter stated that Cook was dismissed pursuant to the President's authority under Article II of the Constitution of the United States and the Federal Reserve Act of nineteen thirteen has amended, and that there was sufficient cause for removal based on alleged dishonesty or gross negligence in a financial manner. To date, Cook has not publicly reconciled the conflicting mortgage representations nor offered a substantial an explanation for either one of them. So, in other words, she's saying, ah, I can do what I want to do, and I guess so far she can. The dispute reached the Supreme Court through an unusual procedural posture, rather than arriving via a petition. After final judgment, the case comes to the Court on an emergency application seeking to stay a preliminary injunction. Three days after her purported termination, Cook filed suit in the U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the President and the Federal Reserve Board and the FED Chair Jerome Powell. She lets that her removal was not for cause and that she was deprived of a hearing allegedly required by a statute in the due process clause. She sought declaratory relief mandama sande injunction along with a temporary restraining order to preserve the status quo and so she could do whatever the hangnail she wants to do. Basically, the case was assigned to Judge J. Cobb, who granted a preliminary injunction reinstating Cook to the board. A divided panel. Of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the d c. Circuit declined to stay that order, prompting the Trump administration to seek emergency relief from the Supreme Court. While most emergency applications are resolved without oral argument, the High Court took the unusual step of setting this case or argument, which had heard days ago. Now, the Court received multiple amicus briefs before oral argument, but one drew particular attention, a joint submission from every living former Federal Reserve chair, and the brief warned that permitting the President to remove a governor under these circumstances would undermine the Fed's independence and destabilize financial markets. Now that's a bunch of bull capitalists with a hit. Now you mean to tell me someone where the records show lied concerning mortgages. The evidence is there cannot be touched according to this statement. But yet these same people agreed with President Trump almost going to jail forever on lies concerning mortgages and things of that nature. And yet another reason why I say, it's not what's done, but who does it? Just as Amy Cony Barrett pressed Solicitor General John Souer to respond to a claim advanced and the brief that are ruling for the President, could trigger a recession. Sauer forcefully rejected at premise, arguing that markets had actually improved following Cook's removal in August, and urged the court to discount speculative economic predictions. How many times, no matter what the action the president took, whether it's terrors, whether it's this situation, etc. That people run around saying, oh, if this is allowed to go on, economic conditions are going to worsen. And every single time, every single time, things have improved. Now, while the brief attracted significant media attention, it is far from clear that it will carry decisive weight. Several justices appeared wary of resolving the statutory and constitutional dispute based on macro economic forecasts. Scaredy cats basically, and we're going to see where this lands. But yet this is typical, in my humble opinion, it's typical of the indecisive nature of so many officials today. You have things written in black and white, whether it's in our constitution, whether it's in other briefs, whether it's in history, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. They know what should be done if they can sit idly by and watch a man who was innocent be almost thrown in jail to die in jail. And yet someone here, this female, will you have actual evidence of something that was wrong, not just be relieved of this particular job. You talk about double standard on steroids. And this is why I always say PG time is over. The leftist are emboldened in every facet of life in the United States of America. It doesn't matter if it's a Supreme Court. People like Amy coney Bart, who pretended to be a conservative and yet you know she had to. You know, she spoke the lie saying, oh, if we remove her, things will get worse, well when it actually got better. And people ignore these things because it's a philosophical battle that's going on in our republic on almost every issue. It's no longer about right and wrong. It's all about who will win and dictate the direction our republic takes in the days going forward. And that's what we're involved in right now. People say, oh, we want to avoid a civil war, we're actually already in one. There are different ways that you can conduct warfare. Not all wars are conducted by bullets, etcetera, etcetera. You know, you can have a war of wills, a war in the legal arena, which is which this case is all about. And so I suggest that those who understand the right side of history, in the right side of the law, who are in agreement with our constitution and it's a and it's wonderful amendments. You know, you better get busy, because time's a wasted time is a wasting well. Durable goods orders were boosted by surging demand for capital goods orders rolls five point three percent in November, according to the US Compress Department. The first day of his second administration, President Donald John Trump issued a Birthright Citizenship Order entitled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. He argued that the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States, and he is correct on that the Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not subject to the jurisdictions thereof Many of not most Americans wondered about that focus when so much else needed doing, and the ascension of Trump forty seven was our chance birthright citizenship.
