As some Americans regularly celebrate American independence, so far too many of us refuse to recognize a major source of our national greatness. Helo. I'm Ron Edwards on today's page from the Ooriginal Book. Believe it or not, the constitutional First Amendment establishes Biblical Christianity as the moral guide and civic conscience of society. If America's founders wanted to separate the morality and values of the Bible from the cultural norms of the state, they would have made for a separate amendment section. What the founders understood is that the Word of God in the Bible is the foundational root of true liberty, not only from government tyranny, but overall sin itself, which is the underpinning of such evils as government, modern day high tech, corporate and medical tyranny being waged against we the people today. The founders want Americans not to abandon their virtuous morality presented in God's Word, because once that happened, the US would wander off the path of greatness and would be cast in a constant state of overwhelmed with self destructive actions and decisions. Hopefully, the USA will seek God's forgiveness and providential guidance, and restore God's moral standards. If not forget about it. I'm run edwards by now
