Many podcasts and social media platforms have something to say about what you're not doing or who you're not being. But I need you to tune out that noise and tune into this truth. You are more than enough. Remember who you are at your core.

Yes, handle your responsibilities, but understand even though you're expected to do, you don't have to have it all figured out.
