Who in America can Lebron James blame Now? Hello, I'm Ron Edwards on today's pace from the Average Notebook, brought to you by Constitutional Grounds Coffee Mister channelover NBA. Future Hall of Famer Lebron James has never been known for scholarly prowess, but not even I could have imagined that. When he dropped into his crime written hometown of Akron, Ohio, with great fanfare and media coverage in twenty eighteen, promising to fund a new sort of school to help educate young people. Many hailed him as the savior the city needs, but unfortunately, Lebron's I Promised School never ever lived up to the hype. In fact, it turned out to be an intellectual nightmare of broken promises. Not a single eighth grader at the I Promise School founded by Lebron James has passed their state math test in three years. Two of I Promise's biggest subgroups, students who are black and those with disabilities, are now testing at the bottom five percent in the state. As if this page of the Edwarge no Fall China, James is getting media passes for that school's utter failure to educate. Yet another glaring example of America's precipitous and heartbreaking decline.
