A lot of things too were discussed today, but tanking from the top. FBI Director Cash Bettel said that agents are on the scene. They remain on the scene and responding to the apparent. There was a vehicle that's slammed into the Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township. Yeah, and he went in. Once he busted inside, there were shots fired, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Now, at first, the FBI personnel said that the suspect had not been apprehended. However, NBC News reports that the suspect is dead and that is a good thing that you know. We don't have to wait waste three hots and a cots on this Islamic terrace. That banged into the is the Jewish Synagogue school. Thank goodness that children were not there and man oh Man oh Man. So police say that the Bloomfield Hills Schools are in a secure mode due to the ongoing incident in West Bloomfield out of precaution. And you know, this is I believe part of the war situation. You know, we do have terrorist cells throughout the republic. One thing that kind of caught my attention several days ago when Pete Hexseth stated that they have eyes on the terrorist organizations throughout or the terrorist cells throughout the Republic. Okay, Now, in my humble opinion, if these so called strong authorities have eyes on these terrorist cells throughout the Republic, why in sam Hill aren't they going after them? Why And you can't say, well, because they didn't conduct any criminal activity yet Well, Pete Hexth and others have said that they are planning. There's been information coming in for weeks and months that they're planning and they're at the ready to commit terrorist activities throughout our republic and they're waiting from orders from places like Iran to do so. And yet even after this incident in Bloomfield, township in Michigan at a Jewish synagogue school. Guess what, They're still not going after these terrorist cells. And so yeah, literally I just scratched my head because I'm kind of wondering, why aren't they and why haven't they been I just find it monumentally stupid, to the point of retardation, that these people have not been gone after. Now. I don't know if hex Seth might have been blowing smoke up our backsides or whatever when he said, oh, we've got eyes on them, or what good is eyes on them when you're not doing anything, when you're not apprehending their backsides. Huh? And if you do really have eyes on them, what is the reason why you refuse to go hard after them? The majority of them are illegal border crossers. In many cases, you know who some of these people are, and the majority them are illegal border crossers, and you know that. And if you have eyes on them and you refuse to go after them, there's something awry here. There's something not right. Officials in South Texas Border school kicked out a news crew from Telemundo who had gone to the Edinburgh cs CISD administration building to inquire about death threats. To certain students. The incident took place this week and when a news crew from Telemindo station went to the school for a bullying hearing involving multiple female students who had been receiving death threats from another student at the Floores Zapotters School and you know Bright bart in Texas first reported on this issue, revealing that the school officials had tried to cover up the case. Why on one hand, you have Hexeth saying that terrorists are being watched, they've got eyes on them, but they're not going after them. And then you have a situation where students at a Texas school are being threatened to the point of death, and yet all the officials want to do there is cover this up, going as far as having the students delete a series of video threats where one student in particular talks about killing another student. At the hearing, school officials had called some parents and their children to investigate the threats. However, when a news crew from the local Telemendo station arrived, e CISD Public Information Officer Lisa Ayala and the security guard escorted the crew out of the building. They said get out, out out and told them they could not film on district property, even though the sidewalk outside of the building is public. The news crew crossed the street and continued conducting their interviews and speaking with various students and parents. School officials told the news crew that they would not be speaking on the matter or releasing any information. One of the main issues and the hearing dealt with how Flores Zapata Principle Arisselli DeSanto's had handled the threats and apparently tried to cover up the issue, telling parents that the issue was resolved without taking steps to ensure the safety of the targeted students, meaning that the one who made the threats, or maybe it was actually more than one that made the threats, have not been dealt with. No. Why is this attitude in this country increasingly where evil doers are those that are being watched, who we know are evil doers, you know, we continue to more often kiss their backsides and just let them, let them do whatever they do, and cover up for them. This this madness has to stop, my friends, It's got to stop. We cannot seriously make America great again if we can't even go after of those who are conducting evil threats, whether they're Iranian sponsored terrorists cells in America or students threatening to kill another student in a school. If we don't have the moral fortitude to go after evildoers, we're done. We're cooked. We're already a cooked potato. Okay. As a nation, US stocks are sliding as oil jumps above one hundred dollars a barrel again, on signs the Homuz crisis may drag on and on and on. So much were when Trump said, well, it's about over, they're done. They're about as done as today is done. And there's a lot of this day left Operation Epic Fury Day thirteen. The war continues to go on. And now the President has announced we're going to dip into our emergency oil supplies and start releasing those. And I think that's retarded. And you know, they're they're they're worried about the election coming up. Now what should be happening If it's the truth. Let's say, if there's a terrible earthquake or a bunch of facilities get hit or something like that, if we wouldn't dwindle them down now. Unfortunately, instead of respecting the law, Dana Essel, the state's top law enforcement officer, has made quite a reputation for herself for misusing her elected position to punish her political enemies. Today, in a stinging rebuke of all Democrats in positions of power that rely on politically motivated judges to enact law fair against their political enemies, Michigan's twenty twenty alternate electors, patriots who stood up to certify what they believed was the rightful winner amid widespread concerns over the twenty twenty irregularities, have declared their intent to turn the tables on far left Attorney General Dana Nessel. After Nessel waived the white flag last week by refusing to appeal the district Court's decisive dismissal of her politically motivated felony charges against them, the electors announced plans to sue Nessel, her department, and involved officials for malicious prosecution and abuse of power. Michaon Mannock, one of the victorious defendants, rightly called out Nessl as perhaps the worst lawyer in the United States of America for dodging a second humiliating loss while still clinging to her baseless narrative of culpability, adding insultal injury Nessels squandered taxpayer dollars on a self serving one hundred and ten page report, whining, you know, winsnifflehert that the judge got it all wrong. I thought it was supposed to be impartial, then't you, my friends? Wow And looking at Michigan's partisan hack AG Danny Essel explaining the far left groups how difficult it is to get the Republican twenty twenty alternate electors to flip on each other because they legitly, legitimately believed that Donald Trump won the twenty twenty election. Wow, she totally blew her case. When she admitted, she admitted that they didn't show man, she admitted, these people are crazy and Michigan's not the only place where you had this kind of evil behavior. And when she admitted that they didn't commit any crimes, she admitted that the electors did not commit any crimes, but they were going to go after them because they wanted to, the same way when those folks went after President Trump. It wasn't because Trump actually did anything wrong. It wasn't because the Jay sixers that they went after didn't anything wrong. Nope, nope, nope, nope. It was because they just wanted to. And because they wanted to, they thought that, hey, they could permanently get away with persecuting those who didn't go along with their destructive political means or mission. But one thing that has bothered me since all of this broke out, whether it's the twenty twenty election, whether it was the J. C. Jasic situation, now, anyone who understands a modicum of law concerning our nation, concerning our constitution, bill wrights, etc. Just a little bit of it, knows that those situations were not lawful. They were unlawful, and they did not go along with our constitutional rights, they did not go along with true jurisprudence. And how they were allowed to continuously break the law to go after people simply because they were on the opposite side of the political spectrum is still beyond me. It's like saying to my neighbor, you know what, I'm going after you because you don't like my daffodils, you don't like you're planning. You're over there planning something another kind of flower, and you told me you don't like my daffodils, and you think that your flowers are better. So because you think that your flowers are better, I'm going to go after you and do something to your flower bed because I think you're wrong to have to have flowers that are not like mine. This is crazy work, This is crazy stuff. And I gave such a stupid, asinine example because the Democrats going after people because well, they don't they're not leftists like us. They're not trying to destroy the country like us, so we're going to destroy them. It's just as crazy, it's just as lunatic oriented. And the fact that these people have been allowed to even get this far and you know, I was brought up in the concept that, you know what, we are not obligated to follow unjust laws. We are not. And in fact, if you have a good moral compass and you know the law, you are obligated to disobey unlawful commands, unlawful actions. You are to oppose those who want to cheat in elections, okay, and you were supposed and in fact, those people that they wanted to throw in jail in Michigan they did the exact same thing that was done in Hawaii in nineteen sixty when John F. Kennedy was elected. They said, you know what looks like At first they thought that, you know, Nixon had won, but then they said, you know what, we don't believe that. We're gonna go ahead and switch our electoral votes for John F. Kennedy. And that was enough to push Kennedy over the edge. And you know, the rest is history. And this popped up to day Trump and Republicans ran on the promise of the largest deport in the history of our republic, with Trump saying he hoped to send nearly twenty million back to their home countries and it should have been, you know, at least twenty five million. But anyway, but since two left wing radicals attack ICE agents and got shot, the GOP's tune on immigration crackdowns has changed. See, when you're doing the right thing. One thing my dad taught me. When you're doing the right thing and someone who supports the opposite of what is right makes a ruckus, that is time for you to hunker down even more so. Okay, on behalf of what is right. You don't turn around and say, hey, evildoer, where's your backside? Let me kiss it? Okay, you don't do that. If they turn your you know, their backsides to you, you kick it. But you do not kiss their backsides. Quote this is little Mikey. I think these people will see we did what we said we were going to do. We calmed down the emigration enforcement concern. Okay, leftists don't want them kicked out, so you stop what a dumb dumb he says. We uphold the rule of law, but we do it in a way that honors the dignity of everyone, well, allowing illegals to stay, to appease the leftist who blocked traffic, who threw frozen bottles at ice agents, who spat upon them, who threw chemicals on them, who kicked their butts in some cases, because I sations are out of shape and untrained compared to where they should be. And then he says, and they'll understand that our party is with them. Yeah, I guess they're with the illegals now, and the supporters of the Karens and the Cavins, and that this is the permanent home where they should be. Excuse me. Wow, Now, someone asked Little Mike. He said that you've said that you're going to defy the odds, defy history, and keep the majority. How do you go about doing this? Do you somehow preserve that condition that you had built, or do you see a new coalition form? Johnson says no. Listen, we had a huge demographic shift in the twenty twenty four election, as you reference, and all those groups and others who came into the Republican Party not reluctantly, but they came with hopeful anticipation. Two reasons for that. We were presenting common sense solutions to the challenges they were facing, and the Democrat Party left them behind. As I say all the time, I said earlier this morning, this is not your father's Democrat Party. They do not resemble what a generation ago they did. Their platforms are radically different now and there most of them are avowed socialists or Marxist and they're going too far left. So all these people can hold and have a durable government or governing common sense majority for the foreseeable future. Well, how do you hold on you to your majority? Little Mikey and President Trump? If you capitulate to the leftists and don't go hard after the illegals who continued to stop up billions and billions of American taxpayers. Now Mike calls it, oh, we got a little hiccup with some of the Hispanic and Latino voters for certain. Now the hiccup is your inability to communicate, mikey to the American people, or your unwillingness to okay about right and wrong when it comes to our border, when it comes to our sovereignty, when it comes to the safety of the American people, many of whom have suffered or have died at the hands of illegal border crossers. Many Americans have been inconvenience trying to go to work because illegal border crossers or their supporters have decided, well, let's block traffic. That's block traffic because we want the murderers of the rapists, the communists, the cartel members that all were brought in by Uncle Joe to stay here. Yeah, so it is what it is. Hopefully Mark Wayne Mullen will be allowed to do his job. He's a tough guy, he says, he's a tough cookie. Maybe he can oversee the training of ICE agents. So that they can at least defend themselves and not be like little girly men getting beaten up all the time every time some caring and show up and say, hey, you can't take this illegal border crosser? How dare you? You know, law enforcement means law enforcement meanings meaning that you're going to defend the law, that you're going to be strong enough to defend those who have been abused by law breakers. So Mikey Johnson says, the reason we're going to win the midterms, the reason we're going to defy history to do so for a number of factors. Well, sir, I'm mind telling you, if the number of illegal border crossers is not greatly reduced by November, along with a few other factors that have popped up in recent weeks, the midterms will go to the Democrats because, unfortunately, a lot of times Americans, if the GEOP is not doing a good job, Americans will sit back and choose the much worse Democrats. You know, they'll trade in, let's say, a fair to Middland Republican job for a total destructive job of the Democrats. And why they do that, I don't understand. What we should be doing is contacting in massive numbers the House and the Senate, our representatives and senators, and telling them, look, you better get these illegals out of this country. You'd better either tell us the truth concerning the Iranian war, either we have the means to destroy the Iranian enemies or not, and govern yourselves accordingly in a truthful manner. Hey, this is what you have to do, sir, And you have to communicate these these these ideas in a way that the American people will accept. I mean, look at it this way. Tomorrow on the Faith They Audition of the Runover Riage American Experience, We're going to be talking about the benefits of having a core philosophy and I'm going to ask you this question. You can think about this and we can talk about it tomorrow. What is your philosophical base? And again we're going to be getting into that question and with some answers on the Faith They Audition of the Rhyindovers American Experience tomorrow. But in the meantime, it seems that liber or leftist on the Supreme Court of the United States once again betray President Trump yep, yep, yep on tariffs. The president does not have the inherent power to enact tariffs. The power to tax is vested in Congress. Does the International Emergency Economic Powers Act give the president the power to create tariffs? After only approximately three and a half months, the Supreme Court issued their opinion in the Trump tariff case. The speed and fact that opinion was released so early in the Court's term should indicate both how urgent the case was and how impactful and how little in a sense they know, or how much they wanted to undermine the president, who does have the power to enact tariffs yep. This case was about presidential tariffs, but Trump used the International Emergency Economic Powers Act as justification for his claim of power to impose tariffs. The question presented is whether the International Emergency Economic Powers Act authorizes the president to impose tariffs. Now. It was created in nineteen seventy seven. The legislation that was as a revamp of previous laws regarding allowing the president to regulate foreign commerce in an emergency and before I go any further, I must say that the United States of America, in my opinion, was in a state of emergency when it comes to trade and related economic issues. And by that way, the emergency was set up in part by the United States government years ago when the United States government years ago on purpose enacted environmentalist laws and also kissed the backside of China and other nations which you know ushered in the hallowing out are massive manufacturing base out of cities like Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Gary, Indiana, Birmingham, Alabama, and elsewhere, but primarily those particular cities which before the nineteen seventies was the manufacturing floor of the world. Yes, there was manufacturing everywhere else I mean elsewhere in the world, but the largest, you know, the largest manufacturing base in the world was in those cities, particularly Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh. And the President determined that the drug influx had created a public health crisis that was another situation, and that the trade deficits had led to a hollowing out of the American of the American manufacturing base, and those trade agreements I mean NAFTA and GAT that was retarded. See what we should have done. Reagan mentioned it during his term. He wisely said that the United States of America should continue on her path as a constitutional republic and do the best that she can for herself for her people, and then spill out for the world, be a blessing to the world through example, and show the world how well any nation can do if they follow said example. And it's also was a way to show allow communist China the Soviet Union to venture, continue venturing on their path, and then the world would see which could be greater, especially for the individual, and which was not, which was more prosperous, which was not, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. And we should have gone on that instead of trying to equalize the world by giving away our stuff to China. Because Nixon was very naive, he meant well. I really do believe that he meant well because he was an anti communist, but he thought that if communist China became prosperous, that somehow they would become nice. They would make nice, okay, and we could make friends with all of our manufacturing, blessing China with all of our stuff and kool aid, Yeah, which are stupid, Okay, because if someone is evil and they're diametrically opposed to you, you do not feed them your advantage. Okay, you don't do that, because all you're doing is strengthening that particular entity whose philosophical base is the opposite of yours. And if they become stronger than you, they will eat you, they will destroy you. So when the world of eat or be eaten, it is wise for the United States to be as strong as possible over her enemies like China. Now, the President determined that the drug influx had created a public health crisis, which it did. One hundred thousand people were dying annually from fentanyl alone, and that did not include all the other drugs that have been killing Americans for many years. Now, for the most part, I have to admit that no one was putting the gun to the heads of Americans and making them take those drugs. In some cases they were, you know, they would be peer pressure, but for the most part, they were not, and so they made the personal choice. However, if that stuff wasn't there to be chosen, it would have been chosen, and we wouldn't have had the situation that we had. The President wisely and my humble opinion, declared a national emergency as to both threats the loss of our manufacturing base and the influx of drugs and the trade deficit, which I guess makes it three, and so as deeming them threats unusual and extraordinary, and invoked his authority under the emergency and responded in kind. President trumpsey both the drug trade and our trade deficit as an unusual extraordinary emergency, seeing as both have been part of America's life for decades. You know, there are many people who say that, well, they're not sure. Unusual and extraordinary is inaccurate description. So but I will say that the fentanyl situation was not many decades, although some people, you know, it's amazing how people will conveniently ignore certain details in situations like the fentanyl crisis. No, that's not decades long, and they're you know, but it was horrible, which was the worst drug crisis in history, and who knows what would come next after that? And so on, and so do you do you wait until your country is wiped out out before it is seen as extraordinary? Regardless, the President invoked the Emergency Act. And see people also try to ignore history. Again, there was the Monroe doctrine. There were other cases in the past where presidents did execute tariffs, and since tariffs in the long run have always benefited the United States of America, I find it rather putred that members of Congress and anyone else would say, well, you know what, these tariffs that have benefited our country throughout history, Oh, we don't want them now. There are so many Americans, both in and out of government, that detest anything that will give an advantage to our republic if they think that it will cause just a modicum of inconvenience to our most detestable enemies, and I find they're very reprehensible.
