Hello, I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to this edition of The Ron Edwards American Experience. What a wonderful day in the neighborhood. A well, things are going really really wacky until you have got some really wacky stuff to talk about. Today. Jamel Hill, former ESPN talking head, going to be talking about her babblings. But today we've got a great guest too. He's going to be bringing some good information, doctor Avery Jackson. He's always a great guest, great information to share with us about our health and things that are going on in our country and how we can deal, how we can deal. Well, one thing that is a really great, big, big big rally. Trump is going to be going to the South Bronx and holding a New York City rally. And man's that's at six pm and they expect well over ten thousand folks to be there, and that's a lot of people when you consider the fact that New York City, all five boroughs or have been dark dark, I mean navy blue. I mean they have been so blue, I mean good grief. And the fact that they're estimating now one liberal outlet says, well, maybe up to thirty five hundred people will be there. Well, you know it's I mean, he doesn't draw small crowds like that. Thirty five hundred for Trump would be like, oh my god, what has happened? But it is what it is. And others are saying thousand. I think it's going to be maybe twenty to thirty thousand, to be honest with you, because when you look closely at the things that are going on in New York City, the conditions as a result of the leftist Democrats that are just running the world's greatest city into the ground, into hell, basically from all corners. I mean, there's nothing. I looked at a picture yesterday last night with an attached article of course, discussing how they are purposefully destroying Central Park. Central Park it is a masterpiece of urban parkland, and how that thing was designed and laid out it was just a beautiful It is or was, I guess is the term I should use now. Was a very beautiful park and it's just spectacular with all the activities the meadow and you know, you could take both rides and just in the running trails are just phenomenal and deep in the park there are some seemingly very natural areas and it was just a wonderful park to explore. Now there are rows and rows and rows of illegal border crossers and down on their luck Americans in these tents on these beautiful roadways that in that wonderful park. And I agree with the individual that wrote that article. They are purposefully destroying Central Park. And see, that's one of the ways you destroy the psyche of the American people. Destroy the beautiful cities. New Orleans they've done that, Detroit they did that, although Detroit's being built back because of China money and the World Economic Forum and San Francisco. I mean, it's the greatest example of how they destroy beauty for Americans. And that does impact you. It really does negatively when your cities are run down and nasty and filthy. And now in the middle of the daytime you'll see giant rats running around in the streets of New York, and I rarely saw that during the years that I was there. But of course when I was there, there was a great mayor who did not take any crap, and the police were allowed to go after criminals in a hard way, and criminals feared the police, as it should be if you are an evil doer, by the way, that's biblical. If you are an evil doer, you should be afraid of the long arm of the law. There should be fear. But see what has happened in what I had predicted when I was in high school that there would come a time whereas because you could see the inklings of it when we were in high school, people would have fits if you beat the crap out of a bully, or you know, stomped down a someone breaking in a house or whatever. If you were brutal to a criminal who was first brutal to you, they would try to come after you. I mentioned before in this broadcast where family tried to sue my family because I took down a thug that was breaking in my mother's house. Now, God only knows what would have happened had I not been in town. Visiting it that at that time, and just happened to be strolling up, you know, up the driveway in a very pleasant fall evening, and I happened upon this this this, this, this Cretan and because of what I did to him, they tried to sue my family. But I had a very good lawyer, boy Georgie was. He was really good. One phone call bamo, they were shut up, never to be heard from beginning. But the good news was that because of what I did, that individual never ever ever participated in another criminal act again. He retired. I retired that guy, and that's the way we should be with criminals in general. But what has happened is reversed. Criminals are retiring old ladies walking down the street, young women walking down the street because they're maiming them. Like the one guy that lassued a woman not long ago in New York, I think it was in the Bronx, lasted her with his belt, snatched her down on the ground, she passed out. He rapes her right there and brought daylight. Now I know that was an illegal border cross her because you know in those what they come from, those third world backwards countries, you know, those s holes that Trump used to call them. You know, they do whatever they want to do. And see, this is the thing that I knew was coming in our country even as a young lad. It was the attitude. And that's what the Democrats and and Rhinos have been using. Oh, you can't be too hard on criminals. Oh no, you can't do that. No, no, no, no no. And I said, oh my gosh, they're trying to make it so the criminals are no are no longer, they no longer have fear, and that is totally unbiblical. I mean, it talks about in proverbs about how the wicked, when the wicked ranged, the people morn and then other and other proverbs that talks about how the wicked shall reap their reward, and how the wicked do fear the fear. They're the ones that that that walk in fear. Anyway, my producer sent me a message and the only thing I can say is, oh, but anyway, some of you, if you are into sports, you may be familiar with a young lady named Jamel Hill. She's from Destrois. She used to work for ESPN and she's on the muscle as well as many of the participants in the WNBA, there's this just ongoing hatred of Caitlin Clark, insisting that Clark is only earning her fame because she is a straight white woman. Now, the reason why Jamel Hill is saying that because most of the women in the WNBA are dykish, are dykes lovers of women, okay, And because Caitlin comes from a clean background, she just wants to play basketball and succeed. YadA, YadA, YadA. They discriminated against her. I saw in one game where this big, this big, big Bahama Mama just slammed her down to the ground on the floor. She got up, they hurt her ankle, She got up, went to the to the bench, came back and scored seventeen points in their face. So this this bigotry, the same people that always scream about bigotry, bigotry, racism, whatever. Who is more bigoted than on the muscle black females who are dykes? Any takers? Yeah, there's a lot of things that are driving many Americans nuts going to nutsville. I'm both the loft and the and the right for different reasons. But I tell you, what are we gonna do? What do we do? My well, we might have a little help today. And his name is doctor Avery M. Jackson. That would be the entire program. This guy's done a lot of stuff. Anyway, Let's welcome doctor Jackson to the Ron Edwards American Experience. Hey, Ron, Horia doing great. Good to ed Talk to you again, Doc. You know, America basically is going to nutsville, and not all not all of us, of course, but there is so much stuff working against we the people. My wife and I were reviewing something just the other day about food and you know, we're into organic foods and all of that. And the article basically said, okay, that's good that you're, you know, going for organic food and you try to eat as cleanly as possible. But here's the thing. The egotistical controllers make sure that everybody, even your organic eaters, still receive poison because through the chim trails and everything, they like that, they make sure that everyone gets at least a little of the bad stuff in our food. So the difference is maybe we don't have as much in organic, but they just continue to get us. And some of these things that have happened that has happened as a result of this, and especially with the shots and everything, there's a lot of neurological problems that are being admitted to now. So how do we circumvent this or do we? Yeah, Ron, I think those are very good points. You know. First of all, the way that God made our bodies is is if we take care of our bodies in terms of the amount of water that we get, which should be about half of your body weight ounces. If I'm two hundred pounds, let's say, then I should be getting about one hundred ounces of water a day. And that's the first thing. It's important. Most people don't come close to that, but that helps to relieve all the toxins that build up from our food sources, from the air, from the stress. It's super important. The other is sleep. People don't realize, but when you're getting seven or eight hours of really good sleep, then your body regenerates, your immune system is built back up, and even your dreams are important. And you know when you don't have a RESTful night, a couple of nights of poor rest will affect your immune system and your whole body. That's another another important piece. And you know, as we talked about earlier, socially, I know there are a lot of issues out there, but you know, when you have time with friends and family, and you on purpose make time with friends and family, then that will decrease your outlook on everything else around you that's just kind of falling apart and UH and that literally will decrease your chronic fight or flight response that everyone knows about. You know, as we know that your brain when there's a when you're confronted with the problem or a challenge, your brain will secrete certain neurochemicals and UH and certain electrical signals to yourselves to say, A problems here, we either have to fight uh and muscle fill up or we have to run, and in either case you secrete a there's a lot of load to your system. So the way around it is is that familiar to time with friends and family and and that sense of peace that you get with them. And then of course your faith I mean obviously as a Christian, spending time with the Lord more so than ever is so important as soon as you wake up some time in the Word and before you go to sleep, and and that will really help change your perspective and mitigate the damage that can be caused by chronic fight or flight fatigue or syndrome. Yeah, and you know, just just just as a reminder of folks, and I just want you to get your input on this again. In addition to everything that you just stated. Fasting, you know, there's there's two good benefits. You're fasting in praying, which the Lord wants us to do. But at the same time you get a good benefit, especially if you do it in intermittent fasting, and so you get a two full benefit there. And explain to folks the physical and spiritual benefits of fasting, whether it's intermittent or other or let's say a Daniel fast even right, right, Okay, so agreed completely. So when we think about intermittent fasting, remember all of us or many of us know about breakfast in the morning breakfast. So you're literally fasting from the time that you had your last meal at night until you wake up and you have your breakfast. So if you extend that time, we call intermittent fasting. If you extend that time to greater than twelve hours, and especially when you hit sixteen and eighteen hours. So for instance, you let's say your last meal is six pm in the evening, and then you drink your water, what have you, and then you have lunch again at twelve and then you eat from twelve to six. When you do that, your body will actually begin to heal itself at twelve hours and it's fastening the way that we're made. Our immune system will destroy the debris and the toxins d after twelve hours of this intermittent fasting. And what's really interesting is there's studies that show, you can look at the FLCCC guidelines that the fasting will actually de nature or unravel or begin to destroy the spike protein, both in covid and in the vaccines. So this is a major natural way to stay healthy and especially in the face of all the toxins that we're experiencing all the time. The other is with the Daniel fast. You know, when you're you're back to eating more whole substances that aren't cooked, you know, that are more raw, especially your nuts and so forth, and your fruits. Again, you're giving your body a chance to digest the more complex food sources. And the spiritual side of that, it's really interesting because what happens is is is that you're you're more mindful of actually things that you say, and your temperament tends to change. Like for I would perform I do UH the Intermint fasting, and then every six months I'll do a Master cleanse. So it's kind of a fast where it's UH organic lemon juice and UH maple syrup and chione pepper and a mix all that in UH in sterile and water that is still water and UH and that's pretty much my diet for about ten days. And after the first three days it's a it's a big psychological thing because your body is fighting you saying no, I want more sugar, No, I want more food, and then and then uh. And then after that you kind of control your body, you control the urges and uh, and then my disposition will level out. And then it's it's harder to rile me up either way, make me angry or or you know, or or kind of up and down in terms of over excitable. So there is a direct correlation with our eating patterns and our personalities. And so again, not only is that healthy for your body, but also emotionally it's it can be very healthy for you. Wow, and I look real quick. We might have to you might have to fully explain this on the other side of the break, But I just want to pose this question and then you can answer after the break. His name is doctor Avery Jackson, and he has graced us with his presence once again, and Doc, welcome back. And before the break, I did met that intermittent fasting, which I do participate in. Is it better to fast in such a manner on the day you work out or the day of recovery in between? So and Ron, you know, if you had to choose, you know, it's it's it's better on the day of recovery. But here's the thing, though, most intermittent fasters will intermittent fast multiple days in a row, or even make it a lifestyle where you're you know, you you choose to eat, say between twelve and six, yes, and uh, and then you know maybe on a weekend, you might eat on a Friday or Saturday. And so the reason I say in between is because if you if you had to choose, is just because you're able to to make sure that you get the rest that you need and you're not overtaxing your body depending upon what state you're in in terms of your physical health. Okay, okay, cool coolness, You know some of the things that we are dealing with on so many levels. And in this country today, it seems that every group is angry at another group, and at the same time, America is embarrassing herself around the world like a little whore. It's just so ridiculous. And those of us who do care about this country, who do appreciate this as our home, we thank God every day we were born here. But the Left is trying to make it into such a place that we will not be so happy that we are here. They want to make instead of allowing the United States to be an example of good for the world, they're bringing in the world's diseases, the world's habits, the world's destructive habits into our country. In mass is, we didn't have enough problems on our own to bring us down and make us, as Donald Trump would call it, an as whole. And this is wearing on the psyche of a lot of people. And I was watching a video just today of Donald Trump Junior, and I felt sorry for the guy because he really looked he looked almost more haggard than his dad. But I can understand because his dad is going through something that is totally totally unfair, unreasonable. And as we go doc through these times, you're going to see Christians being mistreated like that, anyone who's trying to do good in this country. More and more often you'll find them being persecuted, while the knuckle dragons are allowed to do their thing and try to put us in fear. How do we, as people of God first followers are the Word and Americans, how do we deal with this psyche? Because we are to stand against evil, but evil seems to be gaining the upper hand at this time and being allowed to even against those who are trying to be faithful to the principles of God, faithful to God and and also the principles that made America great. What say you, yeah, I agree, Ron, It's it is a challenge, you know. And the Word of God says in the last days, what is is right will be will be considered wrong, and what's wrong will be considered right or called right. And I think for for people of faith that Judaeo Christian faith, I think, you know, really making your faith real, your relationship with Jesus Christ, making him lord. And when you when you have an opinion, stop for a minute, go to the Word and find out what his opinion is. Because I think what we're seeing now and this is for spiritual, emotional, mental well being, in health on you know, on point on topic, and that is when we defer to our Lord. Uh. Then then really we don't have an opinion, right. We we look to the Word of God, and God says this is the right way, follow me and and and the Word of God has an opinion on literally everything. And you'll find that, you know, he talks about what to do with conflict. Right, So you love your neighbors even though you don't agree, that's for sure. And you make sure that when there's truth, that you can speak truth and you speaking in love. But by no means do you back down. And especially you know from the origins of this great country, you know, and you look at what's going on now, and uh, you know the the enemy is actually inside all of us. And uh, and the issue is is that there's certain people who have no self control and so the inside their carnal nature nature takes over. And and I think that's where you when you have the lord who says, look, I'm your lord, so I'm going to be the one that that directs you, and you actually submit to him. I know that, yes, words a bad word, but you submit to him, and I think that helps your outlook. But are also guides you in terms of directionality, in terms of what you should do next with your family and your voting and uh and and uh, you know, and what you do in the marketplace. Hmm, excellent. And So I'm of the belief that we as people are to stand against evil wherever we are. And I think the reason why why we've gotten in such a way that you find here in America and where the the knuckle draggers, the criminals and everything are so embolden, and they're supported by you know, crooked district attorneys around the countries. The sorrows, the sore sorrows of boys and girls. The church kind of led this march against fighting against evil. What I what I'm saying is that they played around with the word of God, starting with turn the other cheek and say, oh, we're not supposed to be involved in politics, We're not supposed to be involved with this, that, and the other, because that's of the world. And I would just shut them down because I'm like, well, okay, then we should just pot ourselves as house plans and just try to grow roots and hope someone will water us and we'll be out of the way. How about that. Because I was taught differently, I just think differently, and I just think the I think God meant what he said when he said occupy till I come, and that means a lot of stuff. What say you? I completely agree, Ron, I mean, you know, the government is on his shoulders and we are at the body of Christ. We aren't occupying army like you said, which means we should be involved in every aspect of civil life one percent, because otherwise, if like the word says, you're going to hide a candle and it's light, you know, under a bushel or under a rock, I mean no. So every sector that we're involved in, especially in our faith, we should be very verbal. We shouldn't take no for an answer, and we should let people know this is the truth, this is the he is a truth of light in the way, regardless of whether it's politics, medicine, the workplace, it doesn't matter, and we should actually have an opinion. The problem is you have people who try not to have an opinion because they don't want to upset the apple car even at the expense of their own liberties, at the expense of their own faith and their families and their neighbors, just so that way they don't make any waves. And God said, if you're lukewarm, I'm gonna spitch you out of my mouth because you don't have any taste. You're not useful to me. But whether you're hot or cold, I can work with you, and so I would agree with you. Ron. I mean, it's coming down to a point where when you call in the name of Jesus in the public forum, some people get offended and the answer is okay, then then that's the way it's got to be. But I'm not going to leave my first love. And I'm not gonna leave my first love. Also for the church and the Body of Christ at large, right, we're not going to abandon each other. And that's what we're doing. It's like we're turning into kind of these whimps who don't have any backbone, and so as a result, we're letting people walk over us. And we're saying it's in the name of peace and love. But that's that's not true, because love doesn't let people beat up on themselves and other people. Love does just the opposite. You intervene and you say this is wrong, You call them to the carpet, and you have a plan to do something different, and if nobody else steps up, then you better be the one stepping up and making a difference and be an example. So I completely agree with you. Ron. Yeah. And speaking of wimp in the Latin, it's wimpus Americanus apologeticus. And you made me think of house speaker Mike Johnson. I call him little Mike Johnson because he thumped the Bible. You know how it sounds when you thump a Bible, right, And he ran ran around talking about how he's a man of God and he led prayer and this, that and the other. Well, he has been more deviand than his non Christian predecessor, another Rhino, Kevin McCarthy. And you know he did half of what you said we should do. He can't. He went in and occupied. But then he turns around and is a total misrepresentation of not only God's principles, but our constitutional principles, which are by the way, we're inspired by the Word of God as well as the Great William Blackstone of Great Britain. But you know it's crazy how on one hand the churches don't get involved, and then you get someone who's involved who God blesses to rise to the top, and he has done everything to harm the effort to do what is right, And I would just hate to be I think his judgment would be more harsh than someone who didn't know better. Who who who's cold as you said he was, He's going to be spewed out. He'll be the guy that's spewed out where someone who's cold, I understand how God can work with them, even more so because there's the chance to reach them. But if you think you're all that, and you think you're good and you're working on behalf of the evil. Although you thump thump, thump thump your Bible, you're causing more problems and I think you're going to have a bigger headache in the long run. You got about a minute and a half, what say you, Yeah, I agree, it's it's it's a tough call, right because from my understanding, I heard that once there's like a spirit of you know, uh, you know, of of just craziness in in DC and and it's a swamp and you get in there and people don't realize if they're not spiritually mature, they're going to get eaten up. And they go in. Maybe they go in with good intention. And then when it when it comes down to money, sorry, when it comes down to money, then that's where the rubber meets the road for most people. And that's why the Lord says when you that you you can't serve God and mammon, right, mammon being money or the world system. You got to choose. And that's a heart. It's a hard nut to crack now when you're you're in the face of public So you know, I would say, yeah, I think it's a problem, and I think it's it's a challenge that we face and we need to come back to the basics and uh and ask for forgiveness, turn around and and and get back out there right and and win the war. A second chronicle seven fourteen, and that's that's what it says. Prayer, humble yourself, pray I will hear from heaven your prayers and will heal your land. And that's that's what it's all about. And that's what we need in this country today. Doc. We have more doctors like you, I think we have an even bigger chance to heal this republic. But I think we can get the job done because for God's glory and for what the calling of this country to be an example so that no one will have any excuse. And when they went out to raid mar Lago, they were authorized. The FBI, in fact, was authorized to use deadly force despite the fact they were bringing in papers to set up the Trumpster. A lot of those pictures that remember when they did the raid and they showed these pictures click click click click. They took all these a lot of those, especially the most sensitive classic classified documents, many of those were brought in and it was a setup. And that's why Trump was saying, I didn't bring this, that and the other, blah blah blah. And he kept insisting the things that he brought out he was authorized to do so. So they brought in stuff he didn't even know about, just to set them up. And we've got to figure out a way to stop this madness, because if it's happening to him, it can happen to anybody. When you get people that are that don't have a mind, a mental a stable mind of justice when it comes to law, you have what's going on today, It's called law fair. When people are not following the law. Okay, when people are not following the law, our constitution and our just laws, they are doing what you witness today. And it amazes me some of the comments, the snide remarks I'll get from leftist pigs, how they talk about, oh, Donald Trump, is there such a scumbag? No class, this, that and the other. And I'm thinking, what about these same people are in support of Joe Biden, a man who would stand in the nude with his own little daughter when she was eight years old or whatever, and it he was so gruesome with his activities with her in the shower. She would wait until late late at night, when he was when she thought he was asleep. And yet because Donald Trump has been strong against the open border, the literal destruction of our cities, you know the list, you know the drill. That is because that is the reason why they call him these names. And this is another example of what's called good is now what is good is now called evil, and what is called evil is good. Bamo. I can't say I'm perfect, but by gosh, by golly, there is a difference between Uncle Joe Biden and President Trump where none of his children could could ever say anything like that.
