Okay, this is Ron Edwards and welcome. This is the round verage American Experience, and well, we thank you for tuning in this day, and it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood. We've got a great guest coming up. His name is Tom Caldwell. He's one of the JA sixers, the innocent j sixers, who was abused by the federal government. And I think things are going better for him and he and his wife were going to be talking with him today and hopefully her as well. But in the meantime, in between times, boy oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, ladies and gentlemen, it seems that you know, these rogue judges, they're becoming less tolerable by the day the Supreme Court, I think they've just totally gone rogue. With the exception of Alito and Clarence Thomas, the rest of it had just gone to a nutsville. Not only did they foolishly, in my humble opinion, tell a young lad that you don't have the right to wear a T shirt that says there are two genders, his middle school told him to take it off. You cannot wear such a thing in our school. How dare you mention that there are just two genders, male and female. Oh, the horror of it all. I used to be that's what we were taught in American schools. Boy girl, girl, boy, and that was it. Now if you wear something like that, you can get in big heap of trouble. And the Supreme Court would not even hear the case, leaving the boy hanging. What a despicable a thing. It's a big stain on our country. But it's part of the overall effort of the left, whether it's from that direction, whether it's from education, liberal preachers like a Joel Osteen, fake spiritual leaders. It doesn't matter, name any subject matter, name any concern, and they are mostly headed up by leftist who are collectively leading America towards destruction. They forget that the American people spoke with a big roar in twenty twenty four, delivering President Trump a mandate to unleash his America First agenda, but a giant cabal of ogue black robes gone wild judges intoxicated by their own power. By the way, speaking of power, the judges, you know, the jujitiary is supposed to be the weakest of the three major branches of government. They continue to defy the nation's will. These unelected black robes gone wild tyrants appointed by Democrats and entrenched in their activist victims, and of course some appointed by Republicans also like Amyny Coney Barrett. You know, they are kind of in their activist victoms, waging a judiciary jiha to sabotage not only Trump's presidency but America's Republican heritage, and I mean republic as founded by the founding fathers. They are okay with blocking deportations of illegal border crosser gang members, divorcing taxpayers to fund globalist NGOs. These judges are not interpreting the law, they are rewriting it to thwart the executive branch. Now, I am of the opinion that since they are not even doing their jobs correctly, that means they are out of bounds. They're not operating according to the written law and the Constitution. It would seem that to me, the president is then obligated by the written law that states his responsibilities that no matter what the judiciary, you know, tries to say, he should go ahead and exercise his right as president as long as he's doing the right thing according to our constitution. That, in my humble opinion, and over rules black robes gone wild judges who are ruling on behalf of people like George Sorels in every other evil entity that you can think of. They believe they can rule from the bench, but are gravely mistaken. And I think it's a grave mistake for the president to go He's not going along with it willingly, but to be willing to say, Okay, well, we've got to wait until we can get a better ruling on our behalf. No, if they're ruling against something that is legal and written in law, they're the ones who are out to lunch. And I think that the president is obligated to go ahead and tell them where to go, you know, where to stuff their robes and go ahead and do what he's supposed to do. Judges have no authority to administer the executive branch, and their overreach will crash against the unbreakable resolve of President Trump and the American people. I say that with a whole boatload of hope and belief that that will be the case. Those radical rugues are not neutral arbiters at all. They're partisan warriors, weaponizing their gabbles to preserve the rotting corpse of Uncle Joe Biden's failed policies, along with the policies of many who came before, long before Uncle Joe Ali, Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton. I mean, the whole gang, going all the way back to the people that Senator McCarthy was going after. Take Judge Emir Ali, a prime example of judicial hubris. Ali had the audacity to order the Trump administration to funnel two billion dollars to NGO's that bank rolled liberal or leftist programs abroad with American tax dollars. This was not justice at all. It was theft, a blatant attempt to subvert President Trump's foreign policy and force taxpayers, meaning you and I to fund globalist schemes. Ali didn't even have jurisdiction. The case belonged to the United States Court of Federal Claims, not his little court room. Yet he ceased power, acting as if he, not President Trump, were commander in chief. This is not the law. It is tyranny, and in my humble opinion, should be ignored by the President. The assault does not stop there, my friends, Uncle Joe appointed judge Brian Murphy blocked President Trump from fast tracking deportations of suspected gang members to countries like Al Salvador. Another judge in South Texas halted the deportation of Venezuelan gang members, citing a warped reading of the Alien Enemies Act. In California, Judge Jennifer Thurston barred border patrol from arresting suspected illegals without warrants, crippling enforcement. These rulings are not about legal nuance. They are about protecting criminals and he illegals over American citizens. These judges are spitting, I mean hawking it up thick and spitting in the face of Trump's mandate to secure the border and deport those who threaten our safety and our security and our exceptional nation way of life. That is why I continue to say over and over again, and that it will continue to say until President Trump says screw you to those judges and goes ahead and does what he is legally mandated to do. And I would go ahead and do it. There is no legal standing for these judges to be upheld. You've got representatives Jim Jordan and Brian mast They've sounded the alarm. I mean, Jim Jordan is great at talking. I mean he's been running his mouth motormouth for years saying all the right things, and his words do burn with truth. Those rogue judges are out to stop Trump's America First agenda. That's the plain truth, my friends. That means they're actually out to stop you. That's the bottom line here. Well back to what I was talking about before the break, I was discussing about how these black robes gone wild are really getting on my nerves. To be honest with you, they are pain in the backside and a pain to America. I mentioned how Jim Jordan and Brian mast have sounded the alarm and House Republicans are on the warpath and they should be. It's about time. Even Fox News report that they are crafting a battle plan to crush the judicial overreach. They're not just talking for once, believe it or not, my friends, They're acting. Republicans are actually acting. Lord have mercy. Legislation is in motion to limit the scope of these black robes gone well judge rulings and restore power to the elected executive. Now. The Daily Caller pointed out that Congress has the tools to stop these judges without resorting to impeachment. Now they can redefine jurisdiction, curb nationwide injunctions, and cut the purse strings of courts that defy the Constitution. This is not a suggestion, It is necessary, and it should have been done three weeks ago. Actually should have been done. I guess a couple of days after Trump first took office, because the black Robes gone Wild started to in on trying to mess things up right away. The American people did not vote for judges to run the country. That is not their position, that is not their job. Yeah, the last time I checked, we voted for President Trump. Yep, yep. Yep, yep, yep. In the Great Senates State of Tennessee, very beautiful place, by the way, Senator Marshall Blackburn, she's usually quite fierce criticizing these out of control leftist judges for obstructing Trump's agenda. She's not mistaken either. Those blackbe gone wild judges operate as a fifth column, masquerading as defenders of justice while promoting a radical leftist agenda. They're not upholding the law, but advocating for open borders, globalism, and unaccountable bureaucracy. Senator Blackburn's call to reign them in is a rallying cry for every patriot who prioritizes the rule of law over the rule of robes. And I will say again that while all this is going on, the President should publicly tell the black robes gone wild judges, screw you, and I'm going ahead and doing what is constitutionally mandated for me to do, and do like Reagan used to do, go on and go in a broadcast with a large board with the amendments it's duties, and then say, look, this is my written duty that I'm supposed to to carry out. If I don't do the duty, if I follow what the black robes gone wild judges what they want me to do, then I will be the one who's breaking the law. He needs to do that, because the judges do not have a right to do what they're doing. Excuse me, but anyway, here's the thing, the evidence. You know, there is no way to deny the evidence. It's all over the place right. There are reports that Trump's administration is accumulating legal setbacks, not because his policies are unlawful, but because the judges are acting like dictators. Well, I hate to say this, but he's allowing that. There comes a point where, Okay, if a bully is picking at you and you know he's in the wrong or she's in the wrong, because there are female bullies. You don't believe me, go to an airport in Miami or Fort Lauderdale and just hang around for a couple of days and you'll see them. But these dictators, these want to be dictators, they're the ones that are in the wrong and should be ignored. They continue to target Trump's deportation orders. And why do you think that is? Yeah, of course they're leftists, YadA, YadA, YadA. They don't like Trump and they want to stop what he's doing. But there's a much deeper reason as to why this is happening. It's the same reason that Uncle Joe Biden opened up our board and let in about twenty million illegals to add on to the thirty million that we're already here. It is about overrunning the United States of America with illegals. This is all working together to transform, to fundamentally transform the United States. Remember that statement was spoken during the Ali Obama administration. Well, they said, we're here to fundamentally transform the United States. And I'm like, back up. Congress is rising to the fight, you know, and I pray that they don't just rise, but and there are doing some things and I know that, but they can't back off. They have to be a little craig craig meaning they've got to push forward. They've got to go public with this because the only reason why these black Robe gone Wild judges are even getting away with this to the point that they have is because there are legions and legions and more legions of incurably ignorant Americans. It's not their fault. Well, after a certain point, it is their fault. But for the most part, especially as children they were brought up by liberal leftist parents. They went to liberal and leftist schools. If they went to church, they went to liberal and leftist preachers, or in the case of Catholics, to bishops who are full of crap, ti, etc. Etc. Said if they were Jewish, they went to liberal run synagogues. The leftists have taken over the majority of every institution of public learning and instruction in this country, and they've been in control for decades, beginning in earnest in nineteen sixty three, and technically before that in colleges like Wellesley College where Hillary Clinton went to school, ah where she went from being a Goldwater girl, okay, dancing literally for Goldwater, to almost immediately in one or two semesters, becoming a communist hell bent on destroying this country. And so these people are serious, but we have to get even more serious. We have to administer strong retribution against those who have been utilizing or using their judicial authority to thwart the legal authority of the President of the United States. And then we have to take judges to task for being a part of obstructing even a little boy from recognizing publicly what is fundamentally correct, such as there are two genders, and for a school administrator to be allowed to tell the boy you you got to take that you've got to take that shirt off, turn it inside out, son, We cannot have that as if it was some kind of pornographic garbage or some socialist garbage. Shame, shame, shame. And this is very, very bad for our republic. And this is the attitude of the majority of schools or better known as indoctrinations in our republic, and even Republicans in some locations have gone to nutsville. Take a load of this. In the great state of Texas, deep in the heart of Texas, Attorney General Ken Paxton was kicked off the house floor by the Sergeant of Arms after surviving a lawfair impeachment trial two years ago. Paxton really angered the Texas Rhinos after he announced a run for US Senate as Cornan's challenger. Now, John Cornyn has been a Rhino backstabber for quite some time. Is he better than a Democrat, Yes, but he's not good enough to help in the restoration of our republic to greatness. He's one of those Bush type guys, the status quo warmongering you know, YadA, YadA, YadA. Now, the deadline was yesterday to take up Senate bills in the Texas House, and instead of dealing with priorities, the Texas Rhinos used their time and resources to remove Ken Paxton because they don't like him. They still don't even know what led to his removal. He was just summarily kicked off the House floor of the by the Sergeant of Arms at the direction of Texas House Administration. State Representative Andy Hopper stated, let's see when you've got the when you have the leftist amongst the Republicans acting like Democrats. You know, the Democrats are sitting back in the corner going yay, yay, yay, and then they'll say that Ken Paxon is extreme. You know, when it comes to doing what is right, there is no such thing as extreme. I'm a black or white kind of guy. Either you're right or you're wrong. Gray matter means you're you know, full of bull capital lest with a hit. I'm not Edwards. I know you're not full of real capital less with a hit. But anyway, you have this wonderful sport, which has nothing to do with any kind of other activity. But being a sport, you win or you lose, you play and you go home. But no, no, no, you've got these pride people. They want to It isn't amazing you have. They have a flag, parades, special special privileges, and other things to honor a lifestyle that is both nasty and more detrimental to your health than cigarette smoking. I mean talk about retarded. This is totally retarded. A lifestyle that is more harmful than cigarette smoking has its own flag and special rights. And they polluted a month. And you know why they took over the month of June, don't you. Ah, there was a logical reason why they did that, because remember June used to be known as the month of marriage, the wedding month. You'd see them wonderful magazines coming out every year, you know, the bridal magazines and all the wedding fashions and etc. Etc. Etc. And you see weddings all over the place during the wonderful month of June. And of course, my birthday happens to be in June, June twenty first, to be exact. You know, in recent years I've been considering moving my birthday to July, because you know, I've just grown tired of sick and tired of these people they put their asenine lifestyle. You know, they just use it to putrefy our society. You know what, I think I'll move it to July, and because you know, it's a great month we support. I mean, we celebrate our Independence Day, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. I really considered that, but we're going to start something. We've in fact, I've already cut the liner Ford and going to start asking do you support how about supporting something else? During June it's called heterosexual Month because it's the heterosexuals that are being squatted on by society, those of us who simply want to just be left alone and live as God directed us to live. You know, boy, girl, girl, boy, man, woman, woman, man, have little children, a boy or a girl, et cetera, et cetera, and go on about our lives. It was so funny. I saw the story yesterday. Yesterday in Disney, I don't know if it was Disneyland or Disney World. There was this male dressed up in some kind of pink freaky costume, saying, oh, I don't feel safe anymore. I feel unsafe because someone people walked up to me and called me sir. Oh this is this is ridiculous. I mean literally, I mean you know how they hiss They were just telling me that they were calling me sir. Ridiculous. Man, I wouldn't have someone hissing like a snake working at my amusement park. But anyway, the progressive outlet Politico is urging Democrats to create a shadow cabinet to fight President Trump. Yep, usurp him. Perhaps they haven't heard, but the chair of the DNC announced that they're already doing that. Yep. In fact, he talked about that back in April. I remember that stuff. And by the way, speaking about a shadow cabinet, there's been a shadow government for oh, I don't know, since about at least eighteen seventy when they left the original constitution and they adopted the one we have now. So there's been a shadow government. The shadow government that the shot McKinley, the shadow government meant that it was behind the death of John F. Kennedy, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Shot Reagan, remember when Democrats and the media claimed to care about saving our precious norms. Man, oh man, oh man. They were lying to you, by the way, because back in the nineteen forties, most people don't know this. After the Second World War on nineteen forty seven, it was the Democrats had taken on socialism and communism and said that, well, we can't come out now. We can't come out, but will come out when it's appropriate, when we're able to. They had to wait until enough Americans have been dummy down over the decades, so that when they rolled out their socialist ways and proclamations and actions and government, ruin our cities, destroy the middle class, destroy dismantle morality, get rid of being good in society, so that America could no longer be great, you know, all those things. They had to wait until, Like it was described in the nineteen twenties, actually before that by John Dewey that as you indoctrinate generations one after another, it's like peeling the skin of an onion. You know, the skin of an onion. It's one layer, the next, YadA, YadA, YadA. It's peeling an onion. It's layer. It's in layers, until you totally peel away morality until you totally peel away the knowledge of the rudiments of what it means to be America or Americans, what it means to be a constitutional, limited republic, what it means to know God, what it means to have a father in the home as head of the household, not just there like the family dog, someone you overlook as they portrayed in Dagwood, the old mood. I think it was either a movie or an old TV series, don't remember, but I think it was a movie back in the day. But all these things working together for one goal, one simple little goal to destroy the United States of America. Because the United States of America unlike any other country in the history of the world. See they you know, even in Biblical history they talk about how Israel was founded by God, and that's why God so loves Israel, the apple of his eye. They know this because their goal is to destroy America or to make her weaker, to change her into some weakened as whole of a nation. And so she claims that it could be comprised of the ranking members of congressional committees, who could then take the lead and challenging the Trump administration. It is a common feature of opposition politics abroad YEP in socialist countries and could be a way for Democrats to flood the media zone and deliver a coordinated response to Trump's most wild maneuvers. That's her quote. Huh, isn't that amazing? Man or man? Because they're that desperate to destroy the country. And one of the people that they say that should be involved in this shadow cabinet is the wife of Senator John Fetterman, which I find very interesting, but very evil, very very wicked, to say the least. But this is yet another reason as to why I always say that those of us who want a more righteous standard to be re established in this country, to America to be great the whole nine yards, we're the ones that need to get a little Craig Kray. Now. They want to do something that is exercised in lesser official socialist nations. You know, I say official, because even though the United States of America does operate according if you look at all of the if you look at the Communist Manifesto, after the show's over, go go Google up in the Communist Manifesto and tell me tomorrow if you can find one element of the Communist Manifesto that the United States government does not operate under, just one. They're like, hey, you know what, we can do what we want to do. And so many people on their side, no matter what level of life they are, have been allowed to get away with so much for so long. I mean, you have people, let's see, I'm trying to put this in a genteel manner. In San Francisco at one time one of the five most beautiful cities on earth. You know, it was a culinary. Dream. And now you have people crapping in front of restaurants. Why because the Left has so much control. Same thing in other cities. Look at what happened in Seattle recently, more destruction. You didn't hear about it, but there's more more destructive fires in Los Angeles days ago. The Left have been doing their thing and doing everything they want to do. Whereas they say in the hood, do what to do, what I won't to do. I'm gonna do what I won't to do. And so this is why these people have to be brought to heal. They have to be defeated. They cannot be bargained with, They cannot be negotiated with because the dye is cast. They are on the side of destruction and they're not moving from You couldn't blow them off of that side, whether with a with a pile of sticks of dynamites, you couldn't do it. And so the common sense decision we need to come to as Americans is to defeat these people. So an illegal border crosser from Venezuela arrested and jet ski hit and run death of an eighteen year old Texas woman who was accepted to join the Air Force Academy eighteen years of age, and her name is Ava Moore. She was out kayaking mining her own business on Lake Grapevine, Texas, and the Venezuela woman allegedly killed Moore was caught on cell phoned video fleeing the scene in a car with help from other Venezuelans. All these people they come to the country and the Democrats and Rhinos act like, oh, they're such a nice people. They're just coming here because they need help, and they've been persecuted so badly in their country. Well, if they're here and they're so humble and they're just so grateful to be in our country, why in sam Hill would you kill someone, leave the scene and get help with your fellow of Venezuelans. Oh my gosh, Lord, have mercy. So here's the thing, And this is another reason why I say our side needs to be a little more Craig Crag. We've got to enforce our laws, ladies and gentlemen. We cannot allow these black robes gone wild judges to stop the President from getting these that vermin out of here. But in addition to getting them out of here, I would also tell the entire planet, oh yeah, in print media, the inner streaming television, boob tube, whatever. I would tell the entire world if I were the president of the United States, if you insist on coming here at stink, returning to this country after you have been legally been kicked out, we will put We will make sure you stay on American soil, but your home will be on Alclatraz. We will stuff you in there. It doesn't matter if it's twenty million more. That's where you'll be stuffed at. We will pile you, pile you in like sardines. If you insisted, defud on defying us, defying our sovereignty. Want to turn help democrats turn this nation into a crap hole? Yeah, okay, it's your party. And I would let them know we're going to kick you out. But if you come back, meaning you're saying to us you're a pushover, and then I would go ahead and take them and put them on Alcatraz or other islands. I mean, there's some nice islands that they can be put on and where they can't get off, and that's where they live for the rest of their lives. And I would put all women on one island and all men on the other. Just drive them crazy. And the only thing I would do is airlift them crackers and water. That's it. This is what you wanted. You wanted to be on American soil. And I would let them know this will be your life. This is your life. See, they have to understand that we are serious and that we mean business.
