You know, things are bad enough in Minnesota with the all the leftists going in Nutsville attacking ICE members while local police there stand around with their hands folded and you know, just watch yeah. But even in the great state of Texas, ICE agents are being attacked. Texas Governor Greg Abbott responded to an incident in San Antonio where organized groups are obstructing immigration enforcement across the country, putting officers in law abiding civilians at risk. ICE Director Todd Lyons mentioned that you know, you hear about these situations, and now a vehicle was rammed by people that are in favor of illegals running around in our country doing whatever they want to do. They kept repeatedly ramming Ice SUVs in the Santonio area, and the ICE officials all they're doing is their job, they really are. And for all you people on the left to continue to go to nutsville because ICE agents have to show up in neighborhoods and wherever they have to go to try and find these illegals, you might consider contacting your local officials and reminding them that all they have to do is leave the illegals, the criminals, the thugs, the rapists, the murders, etc. Gang members in jail and then the ICE agents can come there and grab them without incident. But see, the problem is, the truth is is that you people on the left do not want this problem to be fixed. You people on the left want our nation to be inundated continuously with the illegals because see it's not it's it's yet another cog in the wheel of destruction, the diabolical destruction plots, plans and tricks of the of of you, the enemies of America, and we we we all need to understand just how deviant the left is. Starre. They don't care about their own safety, they don't care about the safety of their own family. They don't care about anything. The only thing they care about is every policy and everything that can literally destroy this country. And they don't live. They don't mind living, you know, at the level of church mice to see it through. Because one thing is true about the left, they want everyone to be equal, but they want everyone to be equally poor. As Klaus Schwab said some time ago, yeah, you all will have nothing and will make you like having nothing. And part of trying to make Americans have nothing is, you know, you having to live in cities that are no longer civilized, no longer beautiful, no longer clean, no longer safe for even for children. It's about chaos, it's about corruption, it is about going after anyone and everyone that is in favor of making America great again. And this is an international problem as well. It's even worse than other nations like Germany and France, et ceter where their governments are officially still on the clock letting in people from uncivilized lands throughout the world in order to help them allow them to destroy the fabric of their societies. Because many governments around the world do not like Christian principles, they don't like what is good. They don't like the concept of we the people, being free, enjoying God given rights, enjoying the prospect of becoming prosperous via hard work and intelligence, et cetera. They don't like that. They want us to be weak. We can droopy dependents. That is their goal and whatever way they can figure out. I mean, you've got an immigrant in Athens, Ohio. Now the idiots down there elected him to the city council and he's pounding the table saying, hey, we must stop saying the Pledge of Allegiance up to the United States of America because God is mentioned in it. Lilla, who were up to me, I would say, you know what, we must eliminate you from our country and deport you. But Americans are too I don't know, squishy. The ones many who would like this place to be cleaned out are too afraid. They're too squishy. Hey, look the other way. They just want to go along, to get along, because they don't want any grief. And unfortunately, and I hate to say this, in many cases, a lot of times, people that are doing the righteous thing, the good thing, or even just speaking about what is right, they're allowed to be killed off. And so people look at that, and they say, well, wait a minute, if I stand up, I'll be knocked off, leaving my family, etcetera behind, et cetera, et cetera. So that also, I believe, contributes to a lot of people saying, you know what, I'll set this battle out, when in reality, we all who want what is good and righteous for this nation should at one time stand up and push back the darkness that our numbers be too great to be overrun. You know. The latest this, this San Antonio attack, is only the latest sign that federal officers are being left to face rising violence with little support from the very jurisdictions demanding they stand down. As assaults on ICE agents surged throughout the Republic, the consequences of political resistance to immigration enforcement are becoming impossible to ignore, whether leaders choose to confront that reality or continue enabling the chaos. The men and women on the front lines are the ones who are paying the price. Some are ending up in hospital, a few for speaking out for the truth have ended up in the worst place, pushing daisies well Trump has. As a result, Trump has threatened the Interaction Act if Minnesota keeps allowing attacks on ICE and I don't understand what's taking the man so long to do it. Just do it, mister president. Stop always saying these big things and then backing down. The insurrection and acts should have been acted some time ago. Now you get Democrats standing up for what they believe in, and they're acting on it quickly. Democrat Representative Shri Thanadar is introducing a bill to abolish ICE. He's saying that ICE is beyond reform. In other words, ICE potentially can really clean up our country from illegal border crossers, and Democrats don't like that. Now, I'll believe it when I see it. When February first rolls around, Trump says the FEDS will halt payments to sanctuary City, I'll believe it when I see it. The many of the things that were supposed to have happened even in the past have not come to pass because I think even Trump in some cases allows the left to intimidate him. In West Virginia, the fire department, they're receiving death threats. Oh why do you think a fire department which does nothing but say lives and tried to save property from burning fires? Now, why do you think a fire department in West Virginia would receive death threats? I'll tell you why. Because a fire department there in West Virginia loaned ICE a truck so they could nabbed illegal border crossers on a roof. Disgustingly, the backlash has led to death threats against firefighters from the Yettas Valley Fire Department in West Virginia. The operation began when West Virginia State Police and ICE agents conducted a traffic stop on a red twenty twenty four to Ford F two fifty and found hung Durian illegal alien Miguel Angel and mister Molina. Mister Molina is a native of Honduras and was determined to be unlawfully present in the United States with a final order of rem move as a fugitive. Well, the thing is is that at first only one or two ICE agents showed up, and he climbed up a ladder and he tried to talk to one of the individuals, and the individual picked up a nail gun, and so the ICE agent said, well, I'll be right back. We'll try this again another way. So we called for backup and several other ICE agents showed up, about seven more and they got the fire truck and a big ladder and next thing, you know, the all of the eight I think it was eight of the illegals they all surrendered and that was that. And so there was a leftist there who filmed the whole thing and then got into the internet. YadA, YadA, YadA. You know the rest of the story, or you can guess the rest of the story. So now the fire department is receiving death threats. How dare you help assist in rounding up illegal border crossers, some of whom were deadly criminals? And you know, this is the it's situations like that that make me say things like, you know, there's a lot of retardation going on in our republic. I mean, people's brains must be sitting bass ackwards in their heads. I mean they literally are thinking backwards when they should be thanking God and thinking ice for being willing to clean up this republic of all these illegals. By the way, already, although it's a small fraction of the entire total of illegals that were let in under Uncle Joe Biden, it's been enough that have been kicked out that guess what. Rental rates have been dropping throughout a good portion of the country. In some cases it's a few dollars and other cases a few more. But still it's enabled rentals, rent prices to start being reduced, and other things are going to be improving as more and more of them are kicked out. The more illegals are kicked out of this country, the more our quality of life will improve, because, as I have stated in past episodes of this show, when you have so many people in the country, it pulls on the food reserves, everything, energy usage, everything. Our country is only so big and it can only hold so many people. You have other countries like China, Yes they have a billion people, but the land mass of China is way bigger than the United States. But for the size of the United States of America three hundred and fifty million people, that is huge. But speaking of immigration, a bit of good news here last year, net migration into the country was less than deportation levels. And I think that's the first time in what fifty years or something like that. It's been a long time, and that's a good thing. Since the Republican Congress is still you know, they're still sitting on their hands acting like ne'er do wells, not enacting certain laws that should be passed, such as ending immigration into the United States of America for at least ten to fifteen years. But because of the policies policies of the Trump administration, the lack of immigration to our country is becoming much much less anyway, And if this can continue for at least a decade, the people that are here legally will have the time and the chance to become more assembled, assembled, assimilated into our society, while giving Ice and others the time to round up the illegals and get them out. And by the way, going forward, there should be Congress should enact the law that going forward, if you are allowed to be deported, if you are deported and you come back, then you should be locked up. And as I speak, I think Alcatras, you know, they need to allot money to refurbish Alcatras and put it back into commission, and any illegals that are caught coming back into our country, throw them on Alcatras and give them crackers and water to survive, and say, hey, this is your lot. You want it to be in America, This is America for you, and let the world know this is what's going to happen. That when you are turned out of this country and you come back, this will be your fate if we catch you. And it's time for ICE agents to come down much harder on these leftists that continue to attack them. They're becoming more emboldened, beating them with shovels and sticks, and they continue to throw bottles of urine on them, throw frozen bottles of water at them. And now that some of the leftist Americans have stolen rifles, now I don't understand. Okay, someone helped me understand. How is it that ICE could drive up with armaments in a vehicle and sit there and allow these people to take to break into the automobile and to take the weaponry out of there. Could this be another inside job? Or as I have guessed in the past, are ICE agents not that well trained in physical combat and how to do things to people that are, you know, up to no good. I just wonder because from everything that I see, all the videos that I see, it does not seem that ICE agents are physically equipped to take care of themselves against these out of shape minions Kevin's and Karen's that keep coming after them every day and every night in places like Minnesota. I don't get it. It does not add up to me. And for them to allow individuals to break into a vehicle, it's not like it was open. They broke into it, so they had the time to break into the thing. At the very least, they should have just hit the gas man and just got you know, just roll on and if people were in the way, so be it. But now those guns are in the hands of leftist Americans and probably some of their illegal border crosser friends, further endangering the in my opinion, undertrained ICE agents. Since Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassly detailed three cases of unaccompanied migrant children who were allegedly abused by unvetted sponsors during the Uncle Joe Biden administration. He noted that the abuse of migrant children within the immigration system has occurred under presidents from both parties, but well more so under Democrats. We've had lots of cases where the lives of these children were not protected because the Department of Health and Human Services isn't properly vetting the adults that these children are placed with. And they showed the other boy where she tried to kill him. His jaws swollen and his eyes one of his eyes are shut because she beat him. These are little boys. And the people that hired her should also be arrested because at the top of the story, she had a history, a long history of erotic behavior with the children, and they kept her on the job anyway. See, this is another derivative of a lack of morality. See when you allow morality to be kicked out of your booted out of your society, this is the kind of stuff that becomes more normal. And then on top of it, you allow people in your country that are uncivilized, that are brutes in addition to the domestic thugs, and you have a huge problem. However, that does not stop some law enforcement agencies from abusing their subpoena authority to conduct unreasonable searches, like they did when they broke into the mar Lago and searched Milania's underwear d war and you know, just did all kinds of horrible things in that beautiful home that appears to be what happened to First Choice Women's Resource Center. Now, before we get into that case, if we have the time, I should define the difference between subpoenas and warrants. The criteria for a warrant is defined in the Fourth Amendment. No warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, or particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized, according to the Free Legal Dictionaries, Now, subpoena is a formal document that orders a named individual to appear before a duly authorized body at a fixed time to give testimony. Now, this distinction is very important because, according to the Free Legal Dictionary, a duly authorized body can order an individual to appear without any probable cause. There's no need to provide a reasonable suspicion that the person has, is or about to commit a crime. According to the case Union, you know, Colorado versus Botsford, no right has held more sacred or is more carefully guarded by the common law than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free from all restraint or interference of others, unless by clear and unquestionable authority by law. Now, these things are totally ignored by Leftistan government and allowed to be ignored by rhinos who sit and watch and in some cases, like a like Liz Cheney, join in in abusing others that they simply don't agree with. And you have a situation in our country in many cases where the leftists se if we don't agree with you, and all of a sudden they'll tell the world, well, your your your activities illegal. We're going to lock you up. That's what they're going after. President Trump was all about. That's what locking up the Jay sixers was all about. That's why they you know, threw other people in jail. You know, that's that's what it's all about. And the question is, where is the clear and unquestionable authority of law for a duly authorized body to search without a warrant? Where's the authorization for said body to seize by demanding attendance with the authority of a warrant. Now, at the same time, you have politically motivated judges that may offer a warrant based on political leanings rather than actual wrongful deeds that they're trying to investigate if they want to take a look. See that is why the left will lock up an individual in Dallas, Texas for preaching the word of God in the parking lot. And see that's another tricky thing. You can have ten constitutions, but if the wicked are in control, the people will mourn because the written laws will be ignored and abused, and you will have the situation in which did occur under the Uncle Joe Biden administration or even back during the Ali Obama administration, which to the world America is no longer a Christian nation, and they really tried to force that wasn't based on what was real, but based on their personal leanings. And so that is another reason why we have to be very very careful as voters to make sure that people that we elect to office and people that are appointed to judgeships and et cetera, et cetera, that their heart set, their mindset is based upon governing from the statutes of the Constitution with backing the moral underpinnings that come from the Bible. Because without those two elements, our nation will continue to go off the rails. Abuses will continue, or if they're reduced, as they are the under the Trump administration, they're only reduced because I could give you a list of abuses that are still going on. You cannot expect those things to be normal if you are not governed and in your own household, governing according to the principles that bring those things good things about. It's like, you know, it's as if you have a good glass of water, right and someone puts in a drop of poison, and maybe one drop may not be enough to kill you because the huge, the large glass of water, it is diluted. But if you keep putting in more and more drops, if you're not blocking those bad drops, your water becomes more and more polluted, and then it becomes too bad for you to drink. Same thing when it comes to just living in our republic, as more and more evil as allowed, whether it's over the borders, whether it's out of the classroom, whether it's out of the fake miles of the fake preachers or the fake spiritual advisors like Paula White whoever. Hey, if these things are not brought to heal, you can forget about it. And whose fault will that be?
