Today. We're going to start this show talking about good stuff. You know, so often we always remind people of the horrible things that are going on in government, around the world, etc. But I thought I'd take time to start things off on a more positive note. One of the things that you don't hear about very much in the news are the benefits that Americans have been I guess reaping due to President Trump's tax cuts. Now we're more than halfway through the twenty twenty six year, households across America are reaping the benefits of President Trump's working families tax cuts, with millions of working families keeping more of what they earn and seeing their paychecks go much further than before, with over a sixty three point five million returns already passed or processed. The average refund so far as over three thousand, seven hundred dollars, with forty five percent of all tax returns claimed at least one of President Trump's new tax cuts, which include no tax on tips so far, three point five million Americans have benefit from that, no tax on overtime fifteen point five million returns on that, enhanced senior deductions nine point two million returns so far, and no tax on car loan interest nine hundred and sixty thousand returns. Nearly three point five million Trump accounts have been open, over eight hundred thousand qualified for the one thousand pilot program contribution. And while I'm at it, I might remind you that over six million jobs have been created as a result of Trump's tax cuts and also deregulation efforts. And one of the reasons why so many manufacturing jobs, for example, over the years that had been chased out of our country. One of the main reasons is over regulation, yes, high taxes, and of course those stupid trade deals NAFTA and GAT which helped nations like China Japan, Korea, etc. But things are being reversed thanks also to the you know, like I said, the regulations being reduced and tariffs. Now, how many so called experts did you hear saying, oh my god, tariffs are so terrible, they'll create economic havoc et cetera, et cetera. Most of the people that were speaking out against the tariffs, guess what, they didn't want those things enacted because they knew historic that they would actually benefit the American economy, which would benefit whom three to one. You know, it would benefit President Trump and his reputation, his legacy. And unfortunately, many people, even some Republicans, would rather our economy and our nation be destroyed and even lose the Iranian War than President Trump get credit for making things better. I mean, that's pretty sick. To me, that's pretty sad. But that's the kind of a political environment we find ourselves in today. Because the big deal when it comes to people like Rhino Thune, John Thune, the big issue that the dragon media doesn't talk about is globalism putting America first. Now, I'm of the opinion that every nation should put it self first. If you're British, you should be putting your nation first. Spain, Nairobi, I mean Kenya, whatever, South Africa, whatever nation you are in that nation, the people in that nation should put that particular nation first. And if more nations did that, I can guarantee you that the quality of life in most nations throughout the world would be improved rather quickly. Because if you're putting your own society first, you're working to better that society. You're going to adopt principles that bring about the ability of people to make a better life for themselves, grow businesses, keep their families intact, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Good schools. You know, if we expect the United States of America to maintain its greatness, we better hurry up, you know, based upon the principle of rational self interest, hurry up and improve our schools, because right now, schools in the United States of America are among the worst in the world, in the entire world. In fact, the United States is at the bottom of most industrialized nations. And in fact, the quality of education in the United States of America is far below that of what some consider to be some world countries. I'll never forget a neighbor of ours who is from Ghana. The couple for a few years, they would take their son back to Ghana during the summer vacation here in the United States, and they say, we're going to visit the relatives in Ghana. So they would take their son and enroll them in school while they're in Ghana. And they thought because he was going to America in schools and in a school district that is touted as one of the better districts and all of that stuff, and they thought, oh, well, okay, things are going to be real easy. Did you know that their son was way behind in math although he was getting a's here in the United States in a very good school where they don't have all the foolishness that you would find in ghetto schools and all of that. Well, behave students, quiet classrooms, teachers instructing, but the quality is still below that of third world nations like Ghana. And I'm going to tell you something. Every day we wake up in America is still great. I think it's a miracle when you consider that for over thirty years, America has been executing a subparer education system, and so we are finding ourselves in a pickle. And like I said, because of such a huge reserve of greatness, we are almost living on borrow time. The Small Business Administration had talked about business formation in the United States of American. Believe it or not, our great country has hit an all time record business formation number according to the Small Business Administration. Meaning see, first of all, you have to have a prosperous economy in order for people to even think about opening a new small business. You're talking about an all time high. Just announced on average the last six months, on average, about five hundred and thirteen thousand new business formations in the in the past several months in each month. That is crazy work. And it's easier to start a business. Once you get into that environment, you'll notice that it's much easier than let's say it was just three or four or five years ago. I'll say three, two or three years ago. And so these good policies that have been enacted mainly through executive orders. See the Republicans, if they were worth their salt, we had better leadership. Someone that could replace Thune and Markowski and Collins. Those those those they're they're basically I don't know what they are. Other than rhinos. They should be making all these great policies into law so that the next administration cannot wipe them away. Because one of the reasons why our economy went in the tank and of the Uncle Joe Biden administration was because all of the good things that Trump put in in effect during his first administration, they were all wiped out in the beginning of the Uncle Joe Biden administration. State University of New York system implements a mandatory tutoring program because record numbers of first year students are failing math and writing. You know, the State University of New York having to implement a mandatory tutoring program system because more and more first year students are coming into college failing reading and math. Well, how do they qualify to get into college in the first place if they can't read or you know, understand math once they get to college. The problem is widespread throughout the Republic and not just isolated to New York. Part of the problem is due to what happened during the Corona China virus. Yes, but even before the Corona chinavirus, this was a growing problem in the United States of America, and it didn't just start in the two thousands. Believe it or not, The cracks in the armor of public education in America started really showing themselves as far back as the nineteen sixties. Even though in the nineteen sixties the majority of schools were still doing at least an adequate job in preparing students to get into college or university, there were some that were not even back then, and that was why they started community colleges. That was the real reason why they came up with these community college colleges as a way to segue ill prepared high school students to be able to be shifted over to a four year university where a rigor are supposed to be more difficult. But anyway, my friends, we see that we have a big problem now. This situation is costing America billions and billions and billions of dollars in competitive costs around the world. This is one of the reasons why the proponents of the H one B effort to bring all these Indians and others over here to take tech jobs. This kind of news gives them the excuse to do that, to bring them over here and pay them lower salaries. Well, if Americans were more prepared, that excuse could be wiped out and everyone would win because I'd rather pay a little bit more for an American student or an American worker who understands our system, who grew up in our system. And the same thing when it comes to American produced products, I'd rather pay a little bit more for an American produced product than something cheap and thinky in quality which comes from China that may cost a bit less. And see, we have to start to think more in those terms when it comes to our country. We have to start covering our own backsides economically, intellectually, spiritually, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. I understand about chasing the dollar and follow the money and all that crap, But if you want money and prosperity in the long run, we can no longer ill afford the billions wasted, and the billions increase almost on a monthly basis as far as cost of these government schools across the country. So we're throwing all this good money after bad right, then, unlike most enterprises that are supposed to produce an end product, in this case, well educated students, which is not the case, someone should be penalized for that. If General Motors continues to make less appealing cars than Toyota, Kia and others, guess what, General Motors continues to lose market share, same thing for Ford or vice versa. So why is it then that parents, actually taxpayers in general, we are forced to pay through the wazoo for government schools that continue to do a worse and worse and worse and worse and worse job. They're failing on their job, so why should they continue to be rewarded. That's retarded, that's crazy. So they're getting all these billions and billion Actually it's added up to trillions. When you think about over the past thirty to forty years of bad education in America, you have Amy Winegarden and who's head of the teachers' union or whatever, and there's another lady who's head of another teachers union, and you hear their speeches, and their speeches they mention nothing about improving the quality of education for American students. The only thing they do now is attack President Trump, usually telling lies, talk about more money is needed to teach the students. And I've never seen a pile of money walk into a classroom and teach anybody anything. It's not about the money. It is about the method because why is it that at a poor school in Ghana you have far superior math education at lower grades than many high schools in the United States of America. So it's not the money. It's not the money, honey. It's about the methodology. And we need to go back and address the issue. I think it happened during the nineteen eighties when parents were starting to sue government school systems around the country because of poor education quality, and all of a sudden, the union gets together and they go to court and they get a law inculcated, you know, through the courts that they cannot be sued, they cannot be gone after for doing a bad job. And so you have millions and millions of American students, generations of them, by the way, who don't know nothing, got that mixed up, and they have the worst education in the industrialized world, and in many cases it's worse than third world countries as far as education. That is crazy work. And I understand it's by design. They are those who, you know, in order to destroy something as great as America, you have to produce useful idiots from within. But not all of us are useful idiots. And we are coming together and we're going to push back against this stupid this stupidity. Now, due to a record number of first year failures as in freshmen writing and math courses, the State University of New York now will require students to have weekly meetings with a one on one tutor and will add additional time to classes in the latter category. I've checked. And now in some cities, even community colleges are having to do this. You know, that's pretty tight. Community college at Hudson Valley Community College officials are capping the total number of students per class in adding an hour per week of instructional time. It also restructured its Enhanced English comprehension. Wow. Okay, so they're limiting the class side to fifteen and having instructors oversea student writing for two hours a week outside of class. See this kind of stuff should have been covered I don't know by middle school. Give me a break. And you know, before the break, I was just talking a bit about our education system and the tragedy that it is and what a clear and present danger that it poses against our republic and its ability to maintain its greatness, its prosperity, its morality, etcetera, etcetera. And this is something that must be addressed posthaste before it's too late. Well, it seems that a Trump appointed judge dismissed a federal laws suit against Minnesota's radical sanctuary policies by upholding the state's refusal to help ice and even be an impediment. In another big slap in the face of all of us law abiding American sovereigns, federal court judges are once again shielding radical politicians who put illegal border crossers ahead of we, the American people, and our safety. In a stunning fifty six page ruling, Chief US District Judge Eric Tosstrad tossed the Trump administration's lawsuit challenging Minnesota's web of sanctuary laws and local ordinances that deliberately obstruct federal immigration enforcement. The case, United States Versus State of Minnesota targeted the state of Minnesota's Attorney General Keith Ellison that Crook, the City of Minneapolis, the City of Saint Paul, Hennington County, and Sheriff dowanis s wit or should I say witless? The Department of Justice argued that state constitutional interpretations, statutes restricting information sharing with the federal immigration authorities, limits on honoring ICE detainees, and local sanctuary ordinances unlawfully interfered with federal immigration enforcement. Specifically, the DOJ alleges that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Crook Ellison's interpretation of the state's constitution unlawfully perverted local officials from honoring ICE detainees, and the state statues improperly restricted the sharing of immigration related information with federal authorities. Why on earth would they do that? Minneapolis and Saint Paul ordinances prohibited local police from assisting federal immigration enforcement. Inepen County sheriff unlawfully refused to hold illegal border crossers solely on ice detainers. Judge tossed a Trump appointee disagreed. He granted the defendant's motions to dismiss across the board. According to the court order, filed, claiming against henningten County and Sheriff do Wanna Whitt were largely dismissed, with several claims thrown out without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction, and others dismissed with prejudice. Claims against the City of Saint Paul met the same fate, with the court dismissing both jurisdictional and substantive claims. Claims against the State of Minnesota and Attorney General Keith Ellison were tossed out, including multiple claims dismissed with prejudice. Claims against the City of Minneapolis were likewise dismissed under the court's order. In his fifty six page opinion, the judge concluded that while the federal government possesses broad authority over immigration, it cannot force states or local governments to use their own personnel or resources to carry out federal immigration enforcement. He ruled that the Department of Justice. Preemption claims largely failed because the federal government's interpretation of immigration law would violate the Tenth Amendments anti commandeering doctrine, which prohibits Washington from compelling states to administer or enforce federal regulatory programs. But here's a little cabat maybe the Trump administration missed when they opened this case up. When Uncle Joe Biden paid with our tax dollars to bring millions and millions and millions of people from all over the world into our republic illegally, I think that alone goes against this asinine interpretation of this judge. It really does, because someone justice has to be dispensed, and my humble opinion against the Biden administration, the real deciders in that administration for using our tax dollars, going against our legal standing as a nation to bring in I don't know how many fifty million illegal border crossers who are now breeding like rabbits. And so based upon that alone, all this this that I presented to you, that this judge used as reasons to throw out the Trump administration's rightful, you know, sanctions, sanctuary policies rather that go against Minnesota's radical sanctuary policies. I think on that standing alone, this judge can be overturned. It has to be pointed out that we're dealing with an entire population of people that were illegally brought into this country by the Uncle Joe Biden administration, and those that came on their own from around the world were allowed in under the Uncle Joe Biden administration. And there's no place in our constitution, there's no place in our Bill of Rights, there's no place in our federalist papers that says, hey, you know what, our duty as the American people are to be screwed over by the federal government by allowing in millions and millions and millions of illegal vort crosses from around the country in an effort to fundamentally transfer our nation, something that oh Ali Obama said. So I think this does not have to be the end of the road on this particular subject matter. So these black robe gone wild judges and they can fool you. You know, he's not the only one. He's truth. Had Trump convinced that he was a conservative guy and that uh he would uh you know, going, you know, he would rule according to based upon the rule of law, which he hasn't done now. His ruling is based upon political what political side of the aisle he's on, which is pretty evident what side he is on now. According to al Green, remember that guy, that n nutjob who walks around with a cane in Congress Today he said that he will be bringing articles of impeachment against President Trump for his dasharly unconstitutional violations of the law. Green went on to say, how can how can continue to impose this fraud, this ponzi scheme on people such as he makes hundreds of millions at the expense of other people who buy into his ponzi scheme. He's more concerned about that than the lives that are being lost. And yes, I lived through Jim Crow. I went through the back door. I drink from colored water fountains. I had to sit in the back of the bus. Yes, I can see as us uh unfortunately regressing. I can see us moving in the wrong direction. And when you start making people suspect because of how they look, you're moving in the wrong direction. Now. See, I wish I could I could meet Al Green, Congressman Al Green, so what I could fully explain to him what a full blown idiot he is, and how he misinterprets history, how he misinterprets everything. Everything he looks at, he missinterprets it. Now, what he's referring to and what a lot of leftist blacks refer to is when they see Ice going after your llegal border crossers, doesn't matter if they're murderer's rapist or whatever. They see that as racist. When they see people that go to nutsville. I'd looked at a Videoho looked at a video today in a restaurant and his family came in to have a dinner. They sat down, ordered their meal, they ate, and all of a sudden, like a herd of elephants, they are running out the door. Of course they were captured and arrested. It's a black family. Soldier Field, home of the Bears, is the smallest in the league by capacity, is exposed to weather and a harsh climate, but that's not the big issue because they're building a brand new ballpark in Buffalo, which is colder than on average, with the more snow than Chicago. And despite purchasing three hundred and twenty six acres at the nearby Arlington Park Racetrack in twenty twenty one for a potential new site, the business climate was too uncertain for the Legacy team to survive. Furthermore, in order to build a new facility with help from the fan base, it would require tax relief to make it feasible, even after a two billion dollar private investment. As they say, the Golden State has its own set of high profile businesses that have said by now to high taxes, burden, some regulations, and a punishing business climate. Hewlett Packard called it quits a year later, moving from San Jose, California to Houston. Tesla bailed in twenty twenty one, Chevron and SpaceX in twenty twenty four, and public storage just this year. It could take a while for these departures to really hurt Democrats because, for some reason that I cannot yet explain, people continue to vote for these Democrats, socialists, communists. On both California Illinois, Democrats continue to win statewide and in urban centers. It's like people are saying, give me the lash, I want more torture. Just keep keep it up. Despite what detrimental effects may come for these states. Their leaders appear to merely be following the will of their constituents, who like retarts. Can you need to vote for these people over and over and over again. But here's the thing. As more and more communists come to the fore, or more and more people that are already in the Congress are now admitting that they're communists. People like Elizabeth Warren AOK and others, they're working together. They want to make out, bring up a national wealth tax. They want to punish you if you succeed on a high level. I believe it should be the opposite. You should be rewarded for your work. Because you own a business, you're going to have to hire people. And the more prosperity you have in your own bank account, the more you're able to pay people, the more you're able to innovate to maintain a stiff competition against your foreign competitors. See if people thought intelligently about all of this, including government officials, there would be more wealth all around for everyone. But see that's not the goal of these people that want to hurt those who are successful, because they know that. All they have to do is look at other states where people on average are doing better, whether it's Tennessee, Ohio, whether it's Texas, Florida, wherever, on average people are doing better. Many of those states, their cities budgets in the black. And so even in states that are read and maybe the cities are run by Democrats, even some of those cities in red states are in budget surplus because they are forced to operate at least economically, on a more conservative basis than they would if they had full card blanche to be total socialists. Like in the state like Illinois, Cleveland, for example, one hundred million dollar surplus, although it's a Democrat run city. But so it comes down and see this is what my father talked about when I was just a little bit the lad growing up in Cleveland, and he would tell me, Hey, the government that we overall have is a reflection of we the people. Thus we are getting what we deserve. And that's why the founding fathers warned us, Hey, if you want to have a great country, you have to be a moral people, because if you're immoral, you're going to accept bull capitalists with a hit in your teaching, in your instruction. And guess what people are going to make multi generational bad decisions for Democrats for seventy years in some communities, living in hell, in earthly hell, but still loyal as they continue to bow before the golden donkey except whatever drops out of the back end. Amazing, isn't it. But that's what we have. So we have to make sure that this national wealth tax never comes becomes reality, because what will happen is that these Neanderthals don't understand or don't care because their goal is to destroy the country anyway. The wealthy will just take their companies wholesale to Japan or elsewhere, or Mexico. Remember, because of the trader agreements, how many of our manufacturers did most of their building and things outside of this country because of regulations and taxes, and so it's the same history repeats itself over and over again. And if we keep making stupid decisions, guess what kind of history is going to continue to repeat itself over and over again. Bad results from stupid decisions. As George W. Bush used to say, we're the deciders. Thus we must decide to make better decisions before we allow those who want to decide everything for us from cradle to grave, take total control. So it comes down to what you want and your mindset. It is what it is, my friends, and it is what it will be. What do you want?
