Well, one thing that isn't so great is that increasingly, not only in our country but around the world, parental rights are under attack from the leftist to somehow I always find seem to find themselves in control of whether it's the courts, the church, the schools, and right now Colorado court proceedings connected to public discussions about a controversial study related matter originating in western Colorado. Now the matter gained some attention following a recent broadcast featuring parents Heather and Brett fitskal Uh, they had addressed concerns regarding parental rights, youth, gender identity issues, and community responses to those particular issues, and uh, you know. F After the discussion, there was public criticism of Bishop and her their program and the program because leftists were very angry that anyone would dare speak out against the leftist movement against parental rights. In fact, they went online. One individual by the name of Ashley Stall, a transgender and activist who was publicly discussed advocacy efforts supporting transgender youth in local communities there in Colorado and appeared in national media conversations concerning gender transition and youth support. Subsequently, word actions were filed in Garfield County, Colorado under Judge Amy Roth, seeking restraining orders against those who wanted to speak out about the issue, in limiting their ability to publicly discuss aspects of that situation. Now there's an assertion that the orders restrict commentary concerning matters believed that are a legitimate public concern, particularly regarding circumstances in which custody of a minor was altered through emergency legal proceedings initiated by private parties rather than through what has been described as the more typical involvement of law enforcement or child protective authorities. Now, to have your child taken by total strangers because you are a Christian and will not agree to the transgendering of your child by those who want to switch your child up is hard enough to be told by the court you cannot even talk about it publicly as an outrage and unconstitutional. Court filings indicate an emergency protective order was requested based on sworn testimony presented to the court, not an actual investigation, which led to the Fitzals losing parental rights because they don't want their child chopped off if you know what I mean. Bishop and her supporters argue that the events have raised public questions regarding due process, jurisdiction, and parental rights protection. The situation has sparked legitimate public concern about how parental rights, emergency court authority, and youth advocacy intersect. The inability to openly discuss and have an opinion on a court action and those who initiated that action suppresses our First Amendment protections. The fact that this case has resulted in apparent losing or parents losing custody of their child absent publicly known findings. There's no abuse or neglect by the parents. There should be no restriction of the parents whatsoever. Now for the courts to work on behalf of the tranning what do you want to call them, the tranning army, the training brigade. It's also been noted that jurisdiction questions are under discussion as residents in Texas and communities comment publicly on matters involving individuals who have engaged in public advocacy and media appearances throughout the country. Supporters argue that when individuals voluntarily enter public debate and advocacy roles, discussion of those issues become part of the protected public discourse. That's a bunch of both capitalists with a hit. All that is is a jumbled way of saying, Hey, we want to usurp parents and we want to tranny any child we see fit, and you can't say anything about it. Yang and yinging Yang. Yeah, that's all this is about. America. MA Media emphasizes that it does not support harassment or threats directed towards any party involved in and encourages respectful public dialogue while advocating transparency in matters affecting families and parental rights. Families across the United States deserve transparency and the ability to discuss public policy decision affecting children and parents. Open discussion is very essential in a so called free society without the fear of judicial weaponization on behalf of those who want to take parents, children away just to switch out body parts. This is crazy work. And this is yet another reason I'm going to be bringing up other stories, says the show progresses. Why I always say that those of us who want what's good and wholesome and right for our Republican for ourselves, we really have to not only smart enough, strengthen up, I mean get a whole vessel load of God's wisdom every single day, because these people are coming for your children. And we've known this for decades, decades, decades decades. They first stupefied one generation after another in government schools, making millions of parents okay with this stuff. There are many parents who are that crazy. Now, Craig Cray, now you know you talk about a coming civil war and I'm sorry, I just know I'm not sorry. I'm not gonna lie and say I'm because I'm not. We're really going to have to prepare on every level. I'll just put it to you that way. We are going to have to prepare on every level when it comes to warfare. Think of every possible level of warfare and start preparing those who are able. Body, you better start preparing, because they're seriously coming after your children. They really are. These people are playing for keeps. They're not hiding it anymore. They've got so many leftist judges throughout the country that are on their side. And here's the thing too. We already have the written laws. We already have the fundamental beliefs. We already have our Constitution and Bill of Rights. All the good stuff is already in writing. And when you have these black robe gone wild judges, it is of my opinion that when they rule on behalf of people, the one to undermine you as a parent, or undermine President Trump when it comes to whatever he's doing based upon his rights and duties as president of the United States. I think these judges should be ignored. I really do, because these are the same types of judges that look the other way and say it's oh wait a minute, they're an illegal. They can breape whomever they want. We don't want them deported. Yeah yeah, yeah, Okay. This is why I say that we have to prepare on every single level possible. So you know, there are many black robe judges who have gone wild, who are trying to figure out, as I speaker, they're trying to figure out ways to stop Trump's tariffs. But so far, the trade depicited continues to narrow as trump tariffs reshape global commerce. And that's a good thing for you and I. The tariffs may be rebalancing trade by opening foreign markets to US exports and reducing dependence on imports. And that's something that anybody with any a modicum of common sense it should want. You know, there's something very important. They're called standard. My dad often talked about principles and how we should live according to proper good standards and principles. Unfortunately, it seems that the standard expectation. That is, standards are dead or dying or decaying as are principles, not because they no longer exist, but because they're not being properly executed. If you take to the road in what's called as flyover country or where the manufacturing base has gone bust, and you notice the ubiquitous, slow accumulation of failed businesses that present objects that don't work and have been left to go, unrepaired and rot. These failed commercial enterprises are often service or gas stations, and within their boundaries one finds gas pumps that are either without the necessary gas or otherwise out of order. Also present our bath rooms that are filthier locked, while only half of the lights illuminating the station's sign and the working area light up, and any light at all, if there's any, even on major roadways. Sometimes in these areas, what road signs remain are often shot through with holes or turned around, directing the traveler down the wrong road. Potholes are either left to grow expand or patched over and over again with materials that don't hold up very well. Now, these circumstances are not quite evidence of a complete collapse, but but my friends, they do show chronic malfunction is the baseline of the area involved. The most unsettling aspect of the ongoing decay is the public's acceptance of the situation, that is, our resignation and having to deal with circumstances that demonstrate the loss of the nation's excellent standards. Now, this national atrophy has led to a point at which a few people expect things to function reasonably well, never mind the property, how raggedy things look in many places across the country. Now you talk about functioning properly, well, that's a dream gone by. And there exist an accepted assumption by all or many concerned that no one gives a rip, And in many cases they do not, and they're okay with things looking and being raggedy. However, there are those that do actually care. But these good citizens or sovereign Americans have become exhausted. They're worn out trying to get the rest of the people to shoulder their responsibility, to take their civic duties seriously. Now, some of this, as you know, has to be Maybe it's due to the fact that citizenship has become virtually meaningless and in our republic in recent years. And you wonder why how's that, Ron, Well, how about the invading millions and millions of illegal border crossers that were let in under Uncle Joe and the millions before are given the same or often better treatment and privileges than are given to the taxpayers who were born in this country. While no one expects these illegal boter crosses to conform to the same standards that every one else in the country explicitly or implicitly accepts. In some states they can vote. They can vote in whoever offers them the most benefits and privileges, which American born taxpayers like little slaves, has to fork over frequently, even more than they already have. In sanctuary jurisdictions like a Chicago Detroit, they are allowed to get away with criminal activities, oh man, especially in California. A. Yeah, they can get away with criminal whatever they want to do, for which the ordinary American you and I would be locked up with haste. Meanwhile, in the larger or national scene, more often than not, American citizens have to go through an ordeal to get things done or get customer service to properly handle your case or situation, or to exhibit some sense of empathy for your situation. Now The recent snow and ice storms in the mid Atlantic area brought a national spotlight to the situation. In fact, it was international, demonstrating the malays that we now have to contend with. Roads were plowed much slower than expected, and snow was dumped helter skelter all over the place, in people's yards or wherever it was easiest for the authorities and most inconvenient for the citizen. And I've said this, I've said for decades that the leftists always do things in a way that makes it more inconvenient for US taxpayers. Yeah, the sidewalks in some cities were cleared just enough to allow people to walk in single file. As a result, two people could not pass on the sidewalk without one having to step into the snow. Of course, this was the existing situation along streets with scores of homes, long standing ordinances stipulating that residents were to clear their properties to allow the public not to be inconvenienced in traversing the area in front of their home. This also applied to driveways and sidewalks on their own property. Failing to do so meant that the property owner would be subject to a fine. Of course, no one expected the ordinance to be enforced, and it wasn't. We are at the point at which we put up with whatever negligence we encounter in the public square. And yet could you I think this is this goes along with what we've been putting up for the last several years. When Muslims or leftist advickets decide to pop into the middle of a street and sit down or whatever, just be a pain in the backside. If someone gets a little perturbed and they go ahead and motor onward and someone gets hit, the person in the car will get in trouble. But it used to be that if you stood in the way of traffic, you would get in trouble, and if you were bumped out of the way, it would called your fault because you shouldn't play in traffic. But no more, because officials know that when people sit in the traffic, that means that people are inconvenienced. And that is the goal of every leftist official you can find, I am not exaggerating whatsoever. Their goal. Part of how you destroy and break down the normalities of a good society is making everything of pain in the backside, to make it as inconvenient as conceivably possible, and they love it and they want it so that nothing will improve, and nothing will improve until people stop settling for the unacceptable status quo for the inconvenience factors of leftists and stop voting in the leftists. By the way, how about that? But that comes with thinking, improving one's thinking processes. Basic community standards aren't just for show. They're what keep things functional and civilized for that matter. But people don't want civilized behavior. You know what civilized behavior civilized clean neighborhoods. And I'll just considered just being white. Now. In the nineteen fifties, it didn't matter if you were in a white neighborhood if you were in a black neighborhood. For the most part, people tried to live cleanly. That was what was expected. And the cleaner and nicer neighborhood is the better you feel. If your neighborhood is beautiful when you come home, you feel good. But if everything is esthetically ugly and downtrodden, you don't feel good. But that's what the leftist want. They don't want you to be happy that you are alive. They want you to feel downtrodden, beaten down, and accepting of everything that drops out of the back of the Golden donkeys. That's what they're about. That's why they bring in all the Third worlders to impose their ways on us instead of vice versa. It's way pastime for a big heaphame change in both attitude and behavior. Kansas Republicans overrode Democrat Governor Laura Kelly's veto of a bill mandating people use bathrooms according to their biology rather than their self proclaimed gender identity. The Kansas had voted to override the veto on Tuesday thirty one to nine, and the Kansas House voted eighty seven to thirty seven Wednesday. According to the Tepea A Capital Journal. Now, the override means that the bathroom bill, Senate Bill two forty four is the second new law of the twenty twenty succession and of the first to take effect, according to that report. Now, Senate President Ty Masterson, a Republican, said that the override restored sanity and said that Governor Kelly's veto would have forced our mothers, sisters, wives, and daughters to share their bathrooms with biological men in government mint buildings. Kansas Democrats, they're all mad. They're huffing and the puffin and you know too bad, Masterson said in a statement, he said he will continue to fight for women and girls across the state of Kansas. Big ups to you and the Republicans for doing something right. It's rare, but and so that we must point it out and encourage Republicans. This is what good governance is. See, when you have leftist who want to make life miserable, like Governor Laura Kelly, you have to thwart that with common sense. Well, not everyone has common sense. Why would a sheriff of all people, okay, of all human beings walking the earth in the United States of America, why would a sheriff be such an asinine creature as his support citizenship for illegal border crossers? She has revealed that Democrats don't just want to abolish the United States Immigration and Customs enforcement, but they are actually planning and plotting on how to dismantle the US Department of Homeland Security entirely see because Elon Omar and every other Communist or Islamic or both government official in Washington, DC and elsewhere throughout the Republic, they want to abolish our common sense protections from illegal boat acrossers and criminals in general. They want life more miserable. I keep telling you. Omar's comments came after she and other Democrat lawmakers like Minnesota Governor Tim Tampon Walls, stoked the flames of residents in reaction to routine US law enforcement operations in recent weeks. Notably, ICE has been around since two thousand and three, and their rage are not a new phenomenon. But Democrats have been riling people up because people don't pay attention. And the reason why they don't is because for generations many Americans have been dummy down. Those are the people that you see in the streets getting in the way, spinning at ICE officers, etc. And they're riling people up under the Trump administration, causing them to believe that impeding law enforcement means resisting so some sort of fascist regime. Well, stupid is what stupid does. And stupid people have to, you know, get punished. You want to be stupid and go out there and do you know, conduct asinine actions, then you gotta pay. Democrats run Minnesota and had run it into the ground. Minneapolis at one time was one of the cities that I wanted to live in. But at one time there were so many nice cities. Salt Lake City was really nice. San Diego, I considered it the perfect city. I always loved New York and it goes on and on. Beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina. They're trying to ruin that place, beautiful city, Cincinnati. You know, these these these leftists. But you know what, I look at New York City, a city I truly truly care for love. The place did very well during the time I was there. You couldn't help it, but do well. I mean, Giuliani was running the place, and if you had half a brain, you could be a retard during those years and do very well. But the leftists didn't like it, and the idiotic voters reverted back to continuously voting for people that are out for their destruction. And now they've got Ma'm Danny. And I used to kind of feel sorry for people living under those regimes, but not anymore. That ship has sailed. If you contin since you people like to vote for those kind of regimes. I don't feel sorry for you anymore. Concerning the results of your vote, I mean, how many Jews voted for ma'm danny, how many black people voted for ma'm danny? And I particularly name those two groups because most people won't say this, but Muslims, well, we know they hate Jews, but they also hate black people. And if you don't want to believe me, go read a Quran. Go read it. That's that's where I got my information on that. Oh, you know their actions and things that I I you know, encountered, but it's in writing and all the destruction that you see. Whether it's in New York City, Dublin, Ireland, Paris, France, Columbus, Ohio, doesn't matter. They are following the dictates of their belief system. They're doing what they feel that they should be doing. We, on the other hand, as Christians, conservatives, we continue to half step, and we wonder why this nation is where it is. The Muslims are not the majority, nowhere near it in this country. They're not, But yet guess what they're like, the tail wagging the big giant dog. That's why they run. Now, Portland's Read College removed Gary Grainger ahead of security for helping the FBI identify Robert Hoops, a twenty twenty three graduate who hurled a rock at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer during a June riot. But I ran all the way to the third floor, and because they said on the third floor, she had her own layout up there. They had recently remodeled that house. It was really nice and they built it for her and she had her own little kitchen. It was really nice, well until that night. But I ran up there and I got her out, carried her down, and it was like in the nick of time. Cause they said if it had had not had not gotten her out at that time, a few more minutes, she would have uh choked it as she would have died and all that smoke. And I guess today I would have gotten in trouble depending on who's who's in control. Man. They well, uh, you had no right to uh break their window or they're breaking their door and do what you did to go up there and get that that that grandmother out of the fire. You should have left left it for the professionals. Well, the professionals did not come until after I was down and we had her and she was recovering, and you know, it's it. But the leftist are that ASONI man, oh man, oh man. It's this crazy, crazy work that we have to deal with all the time in so many cases. Just the other day, when I mentioned in Detroit the police chief fired to offer an officer because they dared to do their job. There was a routine traffic stop and there were two illegal border crossers in the car and they said, oh, wait a minute, holy macrolandy. And he called the ice. They came and collected the illegal border crossers, and the police chief fired the officers. And I said, oh my gosh, this proves how stupid people are. Stupid people really, do you know, do stupid stuff? Of course, because they're stupid. Now here's a black guy, right, he's the police chief in Detroit. Now he's too stupid to understand. First of all, let's get into the nitty gritty just with a few seconds. I have remaining the people that he's standing up for. These illegal boat crossers from Mexico and these southern South American countries. They hate black people. They scathingly hate Black Americans more than any white person you could think of. Okay, and this retarded police chief fires his police officers obviously, and they both have they have good records. All that blows them out on behalf of these illegal border crossers, by the way, who then commit a lot of crimes in Detroit. But it doesn't matter if you're black or white. If you're glued in to this level of stupidity, you're on the side of making life miserable for your fellow Americans. And that's what's behind all of this? How he said, how dare he he do that? How dare that? Police officers? Only one call? But he fired both of them. It was two officers on duty and he fired them both. There, you're out because he did the right thing. And the two border cross illegal border crosses. Guess what, they had a heavy criminal history. That's why it was so easy for them to determine right away. Well, we better call ice. They're not just illegal, but they're dangerous, and they still get blown out of their jobs. I'm telling you, my friends, we need to vote out every Democrat we can find and get every leftist out of every position possible. If you want to save this republic, get rid of leftist ministers, get rid of leftist education employees, teachers, et cetera, administration, faculty, whatever. Get rid of them, because their mission is to destroy this country and to help others in that mission to destroy this country, whether it's China, whether it's the Islamists, the illegals, this is an orchestrated effort. It's not some willy nilly here and there. And that's why and what the amount of misery the leftists have already perpetrated against this country. I am shocked and amazed at how little in comparison of resistance that there is, especially in Congress. Lord have mercy. We're going to get into that a little bit more tomorrow. But I'm telling you we in tomorrow's faith day, by the way, but we really have to deal with this crazy work that's going on. And as I said earlier, we have to prepare in every way imaginable.
