[00:00:55] Well, hello and how are you? I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to this Independence Day, Faith Day edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience Talk Show.

[00:01:23] You know, on July 4th, 1776, 56 gentlemen got together and they brought forth to the world the unanimous declaration of the 13 United States and Commonwealths of America. And here are some of the things that they wrote. When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,

[00:01:50] and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitled them. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,

[00:02:18] that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Yes, it is the consent of the governed by which our government should be operating. Many times it doesn't. And the reason why, my friends, is because we, the people, have allowed that to happen.

[00:02:43] We, for generations, have been getting further and further away from the confines that should be held upon the government. But some good things are happening to restore our nation back to her constitutionally mandated position of greatness in the world. And I believe many more good things are going to be coming to pass in the coming days ahead. Will there be stiff opposition? Absolutely. Yes, indeed. But you know what?

[00:03:13] So what? Enemies of liberty, enemies of God, enemies of our nation, enemies of our nation, means that we, the people, are meant to be defeated. That is my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. I believe my friend who's going to be our guest today, Mr. Tim Tapp, he's host of the Tapp into the Truth talk show. Very, very great show, by the way. I believe he kind of agrees with me. Maybe solidly all the way.

[00:03:41] But anyway, we're going to be talking with him beginning after the upcoming break. But in the meantime, my friends, let us, let us, thank God, that we do have a nation. We're at least, even today, our pledge for liberty. It's not, it's just not a verbal statement, but rather it is written and it's to be passed down from generation to generation.

[00:04:09] This is a nation called the United States of America, land of freedom, opportunity. Yes, and there should be happiness. Have you noticed that when the opposite influences are strengthened or brought forth from the left, whether they're communists, Democrats, whether they're rhinos, whatever, anti-Christian folks and others,

[00:04:33] you notice as they increase, happiness decreases, joy decreases in our land. And in my humble opinion, both happiness and joy are a indication of strength and power. Because the happier, the stronger a nation is.

[00:04:59] And in that strength, the more the rights of the law-abiding citizenry, those of high moral character are protected, the happier the nation is from generation to generation to generation. And that's one of the reasons why we celebrate Independence Day, because every American lives in the most proudly fortunate essential country in the world, and maybe the history of the world.

[00:05:28] America's Constitution remains the hallmark for governance on this planet. And that is why it is more important for we the people to set an example of high moral character, of recognizing the unalienable rights of our fellow men, putting people in political office that recognize and operate according to those principles.

[00:05:55] If we continue to do that, we will once again be that shining city on a hill nation. We will once again be the envy of the world. We will once again be a nation highly respected. And we are more respected, a lot more respected than we were just one year ago today. A lot more respected. And as I've said many times on this broadcast, it is more important to be respected by your enemies than liked by everyone.

[00:06:26] Every sovereign American enjoys the freedom to chase his or her dreams, live their lives in peace, raise their children in the way that they should go, so that when they are older they will not depart, and succeed in hundreds of lines of work, play or choices. That's, you know, part of the fundamental bedrock of this great republic.

[00:06:52] And one of the things that we must continue to do, my friends, is we reestablish American greatness. We must reestablish the fact that this is a constitutional limited republic, not a democracy. Democracy is very dangerous. Democracy means that 51% gets to tell everyone else what to do. 51% means if there's three of them and one of you,

[00:07:19] they can decide what happens to you if we're in a mobocracy, which is democracy. But if everyone is recognized as equal, with equal opportunity, equal responsibility, etc., etc., etc., then the rights of everyone are recognized and that remains as part of the bedrock of our communities,

[00:07:48] of our government, and even in our families. Now, next year will be the 250th anniversary of our great republic, of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. And what's going on, what you are witnessing today,

[00:08:11] under the Trump administration, is a literal re-founding of the United States of America. I really believe that. Because when you consider that just a year ago this day, America was literally on her way to insolvency. She was literally on her way to self-destruction.

[00:08:36] She was literally on her way to becoming a second-tier nation, much the way that Great Britain has gone. She was a nation that was running away from God like never before. Discarding her constitution, the real meaning of those wonderful words. But yet we find ourselves today with much opportunity to turn things around.

[00:09:06] And I believe we will. One reason is because, in my humble opinion, we have no choice. But are we truly independent? As we celebrate the sacrifices that so many made for us in the past. But sometimes, you know, you struggle a little bit to celebrate our current generations on July 4th or Independence Day.

[00:09:30] For years now, there's been a turning away from the real meaning of what it means, what it is to be in such a nation as this. It's been devolved into nothing more in most neighborhoods as, hey, a time to barbecue and have a soda or two or an adult beverage or two. And that's good. I mean, I love to eat just like everyone else.

[00:09:58] But we must not forget what it really means to be Americans. And have there been problems? Yes. But in every endeavor of human existence, there's problems. But that does not mean that that makes it worthy to destroy the whole country because there have been mistakes in the past or there are even mistakes going on right now. One of them is our deficit spending.

[00:10:25] But when you look at the big picture, even that, now I understand why we can deal with the deficit and we will have the power to get rid of it. When you look at the $35 trillion in deficit or debt that we have right now, oh, I have to hold it right there. But we'll be right back after this on this faked day edition. [00:13:13] And we're back. This is the Ron Edwards American Experience Faith Day Independence Day edition. And thanks so much for tuning in from throughout America and around the world. And before we get to our guests, real quick. Next year will be our 250th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Over the next 365 days, we expect to see plenty of opportunities to remember the date. And we should start by remembering the reason why we declared independence in the first place.

[00:13:41] I'm going to be asking our guest Tim Tapp that in just a moment. But before the break, I was talking about the deficit. And yes, it is the largest deficit of any entity in human history. 37... I think it's about $37 trillion. Between 35 and 37, whatever. But did you know that the United States of America is worth $400 to $500 trillion?

[00:14:07] So when you think about the deficit, and you put it against what the United States is actually worth, I think we are still in a position to, if we get smart, and we deal properly with this in the next few years, the deficit can easily be reduced to nothing.

[00:14:30] And it will not be a hardship on us as we go through that process because of the massive worth of the United States of America. Well, let's see what our guest Tim Tapp thinks about that. Hello, Tim, and welcome. How are you, sir? I am doing fantastic this Independence Day because I am blessed by God and graced to be an American. And beyond that, I am getting to celebrate America's birthday right here with Ron Edwards,

[00:15:00] an opportunity I do not get often and I certainly do not take for granted. Thanks for having me on, Ron. Oh, it is an honor, sir. You know, I have always been wondering, when are we going to get Tim on? When can he come on? And when the opportunity availed itself, here you are. But what do you think about that? I was talking about how blessed we are as a nation. We have on one hand the largest deficit of any human entity since the time of Adam and Eve,

[00:15:29] and yet our nation is worth more than any other entity in the history of human existence, $400 to $500 trillion worth of wealth and you name it. And so when you look at the deficit next to what we are worth as a nation, can you understand how it can easily be dealt with now when you look at things in that context? Yeah, absolutely.

[00:15:59] Not only are you correct, but I think first and foremost, Donald Trump's general philosophy towards trying to make these cuts was the correct one. Back during Trump 1.0, the idea was get the economy booming in the first four years and then start looking at tacking those areas in the budget that can be trimmed and then trying to go back and fix the bigger problems.

[00:16:28] He got interrupted, unfortunately, by somebody who came along and wanted to not only undo all the good stuff that he had done, but tack on at warp speed the damage that the Democratic Party, at least the bigwigs of said party, are currently trying to perpetrate against the American people. The idea of Cloward and Piven's destroy us from within, remove the Constitution, as you pointed out earlier,

[00:16:54] from being that guiding principle that is a roadblock for them and they want it gone. And the best way they can do that is to make the people cry uncle. Whereas Donald Trump, as you pointed out on my show on your last visit, is firmly reestablishing the middle class, which makes almost the entirety of their arguments useless. And they start to recognize they do have more control. They just have to make better choices.

[00:17:20] And they are free in a way that they would not be anywhere else. That all works into this one very simple thing. And unfortunately, Donald Trump has to having to go back and get the economy back to booming. Because no matter what kind of cuts you have to make, no matter what type of pain might be required, the better the economy is doing at the time you do it, the less it's going to hurt anyone. And that has always been his plan. Yep.

[00:17:49] And you've been see the thing is, Donald Trump is a builder. And you can be a builder in many ways, not just of buildings, but of general businesses in general and building a family, etc. He's done all those things across the board. And when you are a builder, sometimes you understand what it means to really grow something.

[00:18:12] And growing something, you know, if you have never run a business, if you've only, let's say, existed, like Debbie Dingleberry of Representative Debbie Dingleberry of Michigan, who said, guess what she said, Tim? This idiot said, oh, now that Trump's bill has passed, big, beautiful bill has passed, more people are going to die.

[00:18:40] This is how, see, these are the kind of nitwits we have to be concerned about moving ahead. Now, what about all the deaths during the Corona China virus scan? What about all the deaths every weekend in cities like, I don't know, Chicago or wherever, where people are blown away just for the heck of it? How many abortions have happened, which she supported vehemently with all of her might? You talk about that she's a person of death.

[00:19:07] We're looking at a bill that is actually going to revive and bring new life to our republic. And yet you have Democrats and she's not the only one. I just happen to name one. I can only say one name at a time. They're talking about more people dying. This is, you see, this is the kind of stuff we need to weed out.

[00:19:25] And I think as things continue to be enacted under the Trump administration and things get going, people like her will be naturally weeded out, even just through ignoring by the by we the people. What say you? Well, I would like to agree with you on that one, Ron. But I think history, especially recent history, has shown that there is a market for stupidity. I hate to say you're right.

[00:19:56] It seems to be the only thing that makes some of us feel better about our own intellectual level. Like, hey, that person is dumber than I am. And if I can get them elected, what could I do someday? But yeah, you're right. It's harder and harder for them to push and sell the lies. The truth is available now in more ways than it's ever been. And thankfully, we have great voices like yours out here. And I'd like to think that I'm contributing to that in some way, too.

[00:20:25] You are, bigly. Well, thank you, sir. But we've got more and more options and more and more people are reaching all these different levels. So the truth is being made more relevant. And the other thing that Donald Trump is extremely good at besides building, and you know I'm not a Trump sympathizer. I kind of sound like him sometimes because he does a lot of good stuff. But you know probably as well as anybody I've ever spoken to, I'm not a sycophant. I call him out.

[00:20:54] I call him to the mat when it's necessary. And the thing is the one thing he's done better than building has been making these people reveal themselves even to the folks they don't want to. And I think that is really more than anything what's going to cost them. The Democratic Party is at a crossroads, and they're going to have to reevaluate their dedication to America as a nation,

[00:21:19] or they're going to have to just go ahead and fully become communist and call themselves whatever. But either way, they're going to be struggling for a while. The only thing that could be harmful right now is a misstep with the economy. And again, I think that's what made the big, beautiful bill's passage so important. The one single most important aspect we have right now are those Trump tax cuts.

[00:21:45] If they had been allowed to expire, that would have been bad news for the economy for at least through the midterms. And even though it would have been the Democrats that caused it, they would still point the finger at Donald Trump. And there had been a ton of average voters out there that they've been dedicated to that party for so long they want to believe them even when they should know better. They would have bought into it.

[00:22:08] But as long as the economy continues to grow and get stronger and we can hold on, maybe even gain in the midterms, then the chances of completely restoring American greatness and turning over the keys to someone else when it comes next presidential election time that's going to be financially, fiscally responsible, true to conservatism, and put America first. All that increases exponentially, and that's got to be the gold and the target right now. Absolutely.

[00:22:37] And to maintain that and make sure that not only does it occur as it did under Ronald Reagan, but it sticks and it becomes a long-term deal. We've got to catch it at the other end. And that means through education and honest preaching. Because we've had too many liberal preachers. I don't know what you want to call them. I just don't want to get nasty here because I get so angry when I think about these false preachers and there's too many of them.

[00:23:07] And the education system in our country, that's got to be changed into a real situation of education so that future generations will not just turn around and go right back into the death march of the current communist Democrat Party. And by the way, the Democrat Party is full of communists. You have at least, at the very least, the last time I checked, you could go through the names.

[00:23:36] There were 70 known communists in the American Congress. And I think since that time it has increased, especially during the Uncle Joe Biden administration. And many of them are still there. So, yeah, we already have the communists there. And most of the mandates of the Communist Manifesto are in and have been in operation in this country.

[00:23:58] If you look at the Communist Manifesto and look at what's going on in our country, beginning with the income tax, it's already here. The reason why it hasn't taken full strength is because of the other good elements of this country based on our Constitution and our free market economics. So you've had this battle, this Keynesian and free market economic battle going on, tug of war for many years. I want you to touch on that, Tim.

[00:24:28] I don't know if we have very much time to get into it because I know we're coming up on a hard break very soon. But if you've got about 20 seconds, I predict. Okay. Well, the quick response is, of course, you're right on the education and the fact that we do have communists that have been operating inside the country. The answer, the solution to that is continuing the path we're on like you said. There you go. We'll be right back.

There could be no better birthday present for America than the phenomenal victory we achieved just hours ago when Congress passed the one big, beautiful bill. The president plans to sign the legislation during a picnic at the White House while stealth bombers and fighter jets that were part of the strikes in Iran fly overhead. I'm Jennifer King.

[00:26:21] Also at townhall.com, Russia is the first country to recognize Afghanistan's Taliban government. Correspondent Donna Warder with a report. Russia has become the first country to formally recognize Afghanistan's government since the Taliban seized power in 2021. The Russian foreign ministry says it's received credentials from Afghanistan's newly appointed ambassador.

[00:26:45] Russia's ministry says the official recognition of the Afghan government will foster productive bilateral cooperation. Afghanistan calls the move a historic step in that it's a good example for other countries. The Taliban took control of Afghanistan in August 2021 following the withdrawal of U.S. and NATO forces. I'm Donna Warder. Multiple deaths have been reported in Texas after heavy rain caused flash flooding of a river.

[00:31:50] And you will be found, sir. But, you know, Tim, America's founding fathers knew that self-evident truths are our Ten Commandments inalienable rights. For example, the Ten Commandments enumerates our inalienable rights. We all know that.

[00:32:10] We have Ten Commandments, one through four, for example, which points out the rights to worship God publicly the way the Bible says that he wants to be worshipped. This is why America's historical buildings, monuments, and cemetery memorials have Bible verses and symbols carved into them by architectural design. You even find that, believe it or not, are you sitting down, Tim?

[00:32:35] You find these writings on the buildings at Harvard University. Now, when you look at how Harvard is run today, it's hard to believe that it was once a Christian-dominated, it was a Christian-founded university, as were all of the Ivy League schools. And, see, this is the thing. And I really want to get your take on this.

[00:33:04] These schools, these once Christian organizational schools, are an example as to why we, the people of this country, who want her to be great again, have to take territories. We take it for Jesus. We take it for our liberties. We take it for our generations to come after us. And we must not give up like they did with the Ivy League schools. What say you?

[00:33:34] Well, I mean, you're clearly 100% correct. The problem has been, and the only reason some people might think you're off base a little, is because they've been influenced by infiltrators. We've had people that are actively trying to destroy everything that makes Western civilization different, and the values of Christianity stand chief among those things.

[00:34:01] And this effort, this idea somehow, this falsehood notion, by the way, that in order to pursue academic greatness, you must forsake superstition, and therefore anything religious must be superstition. And it's all a false narrative designed to try to make relatively intelligent people stray from a path.

[00:34:24] And then they're so busy trying to find what's missing from their life, that big, giant, God-shaped hole that we all feel, whether we recognize it as that or not, they'll go down a ridiculous number of paths, all of which fall short when the solution was obvious and right there all the time.

[00:34:44] So the people that are willing to stand up, that are willing to be savage, that are willing to be the frontline warriors in the name of Christianity, and you are in a spiritual war if that is you, you have to be prepared to fight those battles in the intellectual fields, in the academic fields.

[00:35:06] And unfortunately, due to weak-spined and weak-kneed political actors and those who would destroy Western civilization, occasionally it has to be done on the streets too. Now, I'm not advocating violence by any means, but a true faith warrior has to be prepared to put everything in Christ's hands and let them lead the way. And sometimes that's going to take you to a place or two that's a little painful.

[00:35:35] And you can ask the Founding Fathers, as you pointed out, but there's no greater evidence of a divine plan than the fact that a group of farmers and a few preachers got together with a couple of military-minded people and managed to overthrow a superpower. It could not have happened in that time nor this time without a lot of divine intervention.

[00:35:58] And if you don't believe in faith, then you're missing out on some of the greatest miracles of life. But if you look at this and you claim to be a believer and you still don't believe in American greatness through divinity, then you're missing something that I can't help you with. You need to get back to reading the Bible. That's all I can say. Or as a country preacher used to say, you need Jesus. You know, you're so true in what you're saying.

[00:36:28] If you want to reestablish great intellectual prowess in America, I dare say, reintroduce the Bible in education. Because the Bible was our first educational book in this country, and things grew from there. And as long as biblical principles were part of our education, we were always number one. The numero uno. And throughout history, including biblical history,

[00:36:54] whenever the leader or king of those nations openly proclaimed God, I'm talking about the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, that God, guess what happened? God blessed that nation, whether they had foibles or not. And in recent days in our own country, you've had people like Pete Hexeth,

[00:37:18] President Trump, and other officials in his cabinet openly declare Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. And in fact, Pete Hexeth said, and I was really thrilled about this, and my wife was just, she shouted for joy, when he proclaimed that Jesus was Lord over the United States military. And when you have those kinds of proclamations, God smiles upon your nation, and he blesses your actions.

[00:37:49] And whether we were right or wrong to go over there to Iran, that happened after Pete Hexeth declared Jesus as Lord over the military, and guess what happened? It was flawless. And I just pray that they continue to do so openly. They had an event yesterday in Iowa, and the first 10 minutes of it was bathed in prayer. And it wasn't Paula White.

[00:38:16] It was a sincere Christian leader, okay? And God is going to bless that. That's why you hear me saying, oh man, we're going to be blessed. Things are going to get better. As long as they continue to acknowledge God publicly, as they did in our past history, beginning with the founding fathers, this nation shall be blessed. What say you, sir? I'd say the proof is in the pudding, as the old saying goes.

[00:38:46] You've already pointed out the fact that upward trends happen when the relationship is made clear and when the proclamations are made plain. We as a nation are in a covenant, not just a promise, not a guarantee, not occasionally behaving in a way that we might both agree with. We're in a covenant. But the thing about a covenant is you have to live up to your side of it in order to receive the benefits, same as any other binding contract

They're following their dictates. Okay? And so, it really befuddles me

A gas station blew up and they already believe who did it. I won't get into the details but it is what it is. These people are all over the world trying to start trouble and blow things up because of their caliphate. That's your hint for the day. But that's as bad

[00:44:39] as it's going to get on today's edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience as we celebrate this Independence Day and of course Faith Day. And we look forward to greater days ahead as we continue to work on rebuilding our republic one person at a time. one family at a time one community at a time one city at a time one county at a time one state

[00:45:09] or commonwealth at a time engulfing our entire big beautiful nation. And this is what makes a nation great when the people come together and did you know that throughout history it wasn't always the majority of people that claimed victory in a battle. In totality for example

[00:45:39] in the battle against Great Britain at its zenith only 13% of the population were directly or indirectly involved in the fight against Great Britain. For the most part it was around 3%. And it was only as high as 13% that fully supported the effort to extract America the beautiful from the tyranny of Great Britain. And guess what? They won the rest

[00:46:09] of the people got it and the rest is history. And that's what's so beautiful about the Trump administration. For the most part the president has not worried about polls. He has done what politicians or they used to be called statesmen should be doing. They should look at a policy an issue etc. and act

[00:46:38] based upon right and wrong. What's good for the nation what's bad for the nation and govern themselves accordingly and seek to do what is right whether it's popular or not then of course you will draw the people in and gain even more respect and you will bolster the effort strengthen the effort to rebuild

[00:47:07] this country and you know that's the way it is. It's just like with a parent. You have children right? And sometimes you have to make decisions that at the time are not very popular especially when they're teenagers and unfortunately sometimes parents they want to look like oh I'm the good parent I'm the cool parent because they're afraid to let Jennifer get angry they don't want her to get angry you know one thing in certain families they don't want to make the

[00:47:37] little girl angry they want her to be slap happy all the time and when you act accordingly guess what happens when you carry on like that in your family you destroy your family in the long run and so you've got to stand up for what is right no matter what it is and it is right to require for example people in order to receive

[00:48:07] Medicaid payments especially when you're younger you've got to get out and go to work but yet the left will say oh that is so evil that is so discriminatory and I mean the left continues to make history now it's discriminatory to require work so that means you're discriminating against the lazy well then so be it as we celebrate the anniversary

[00:48:37] of our brave founders declaring our nation's independence embarking upon the path to freedom from tyranny tax over taxation without representation and many of our taxes are without representation what representation is there when it comes to our property taxes I'll tell you absolutely none so it is that means through property taxes you never own your property

[00:49:06] and when you couple that with the actions of BlackRock and other huge organizations that are buying up you know homes across America by the bushel load and what was going to happen had Trump not gotten this big bill across the finish line and a few other things that still need to be done we were going to fall into another situation that like that had occurred during the Ali Obama

[00:49:36] administration remember the housing crisis and then so many people went into foreclosure and guess what happened the mammoth corporations bought up all those homes and that's part of the destruction of the free middle class making renters out of Americans no we're supposed to be free people that own our own property once you pay for your home that should be it once you pay for your land

[00:50:06] that should be it the government does not need property taxes in order to have enough money to spend on what is constitutionally mandated as duties to be carried out by the government and that's another thing we the people as part of reestablishing freedom and true liberty in our republic we have to make sure that President Trump fully gets the

[00:50:35] fact or the truth of the matter that the government needs to be refocused on its constitutionally mandated duty and get out of the business get the cut off these other tentacles that have nothing to do with proper governance over this country and get back to the business the original business of protecting our rights protecting the law abiding sovereign Americans meaning we were born here

[00:51:05] that we are not wards of the state and at the same time we the people must get back to a closer relationship with God or as Thomas Jefferson famously wrote or nature's God through his son Yeshua or Jesus Christ it's that simple folks it's that simple is it always easy no nope nope nope nope nope but it can be made easier

[00:51:35] by normalizing re-normalizing God back into society re-normalizing the proper teaching of our constitution you have to properly teach someone to drive am I correct you have to properly teach your children how to balance a checkbook you have to properly teach them how to cut the lawn and do their chores around the house you have to be

[00:52:05] taught properly taught in every endeavor in order to do it well well the same is true for running this country running the government we can no longer afford to have people appointed to the supreme court like Ketanji Jackson who doesn't even know what a woman is the fact that I guess she never looked in

[00:52:40] gender map she is a female we have to get our moral house in order so that we do not have these kinds of nitwits in the mix to be appointed to positions of responsibility we have to have a responsibility based cleanup of this republic beginning with getting back to God and then we

[00:53:12] to the Ten Commandments according to the first ten amendments of the original constitution oh my gosh this nation will be you talk about winning there will be no end to winning medical care will be so improved that our lifespans will increase and there's already inklings about this there are things that I've known about for many years that going

[00:53:44] health care because there's so many things that could be done to expand our lives God gave us 120 years out of the curse why is it that we don't live that way because of the influx of wrong principles wrong actions but that's all going to
