It's another great day in the neighborhood, perfect weather and everything. Man, wonderful a day we're having weatherwise. Anyway, just looking at new footage you're released showing a terrified Ion Zaruska looking up in horror and suffering after being stabbed by De Carlos Brown on that train in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina. Really terrible situation. But you know what else is very very telling when looking at the footage and you see the aftermath as he walks straight down the train. No one, none of the other men on that train attacked him. I mean, there were several other gentlemen, well I can't use the word gentleman, but men on that train, and none of them raised a hand to take that that beast down. They should have They should have taken them out right there. But such is the case with America today. You know, it used to be in our country that if you saw things happening like that, Americans would always defend each other and stand up against evildoers. And you didn't have to know them or not. It's just what we did as a people. There was this underlying unity as fellow Americans. It seems that because of recent developments in our country, especially over the last four years under Uncle Joe and other administrations, and then other things that are going on in many cities across the country, Americans are increasingly becoming disunified. And that natural instinct to you know, stand up for one another a damsel in distress, that that concept seems to be dying in our society. But that also is a derivative of immorality. As I've said many times on the broadcast. When you take or strip morality and you kick God and his word and our constitution and the articles, etc. Etc. Out of our society, what's left but base human nature. And when you couple that within doctrination, generation after generation after generation, Blacks are convinced their victims, females are convince their queens then many men are just beatas wimpus AMERICANUS apologeticus, and it's just, you know, you become a society of wasted individuals, wasted lives. But prayerfully that is going to be turned around in the not to distant future, because there are signs of life in our republic, and maybe we'll touch on some of that, but yeah, one sign of life is a decision here in the state of Michigan where Governor witchmer An appointed a judge. She appointed a judge, but that judge did something right today she dismissed the outrageous, horrible case against fifteen Michigan alternate twenty twenty Trump electors. And we're going to be talking more about that case after the break and with our guest today. Her name is Janice Daniels, in my humble opinion, is an expert on all things elections, and she's going to be talking about that with us today. In the meantime, man Alive House Appropriations Committee targets Fauci's taxpayer funded monkey Island. You know that guy, I don't know what he has against animals, looking at a little video of him, how they just torture these animals and they're also going after a gentleman who has been supplying little beagle puppies to Fauccio over the year, and most of his so called research with these animals has nothing to do with curing diseases. Nothing. If you look at some of the things that he has done to especially dogs over the years, has nothing to do with research and trying to find cures to this disease or nothing. It's all about torture. Guys are sick. He himself is a sick animal. But you know, Justice Amy Cony Barrett weighing in on a chatter about Trump running for the third term. You know, Trump just throws that out there so idiots like her can chatter about it. You know, Trump is an expert and knowing how to pull people's chains and and that's a good way of finding out who your enemies are too. So I was glad to see Tom Homan busting out the beceets and lighting up MSNBC's Micah Brazinski, And he really exploded on her after she accused Ice agents of disappearing people. I mean, what is it with these so called media individuals who are literally on the side of illegal border crossers. The criminals, the thugs, etc. And they're always going after people that are actually doing a good job of cleaning up our streets, restoring order, like they've done in the nation's capital, which they're in the process of doing in Chicago Land. Hopefully they'll get to Baltimore. Hopefully they'll get to and in Detroit. This is kind of humorous, but it's a good thing. Detroit says, you know what, we don't need the National Guards to come here. We'll do it ourselves. My wife pointed out to me yesterday evening about how the Detroit police are showing up and telling people to disperse and stop loitering about and go home, and YadA. YadA, YadA. And it's real simple for a city to clean up the streets. It's really that simple. Because I'll never remember. I'll never forget. Rather, how Mayor Giuliani quickly turned New York City around, and he had what was dubbed as the Broken Windows application, going after people that were jaywalking. I mean, just the simplest things with vigor. And guess what happened. Almost immediately, larger crimes stopped happening, and when they did happen, they grabbed those people and they locked them up. Then what did that happen? What happened behind that? Almost immediately you started, you saw the redevelopment of a Times Square and other parts of the city. And so I witnessed that, and it's amazing how you have an example there. And so many people are fighting against the re resurgence of our American cities or the cleaning up of our American cities because they want the illegals to stay here. And if you go after illegals and other people that are mentioning and talking about the what happened in North Carolina, they're being called racist by idiots like Van Jones on CNN. It's crazy. They're not upset over what happened, but they're worried about Oh my god, people are going to be racist. This is racist pointing out the guy that did it. I mean, but this, like I said, this is what happens when you kick morality out of society, because then you low or the standards of education. You're going to make all wrong decisions and the quality of life decreases year after year after year after year. And that's why people are going to Nutsville because there's now a clean up effort in our republic. So and I believe that cities like Chicago and Los Angeles they're going to be turned around. I really believe it's going to happen. Whether Mayor Baths of Los Angeles Mayor Brandon Johnson wants it or not, it's going to happen. And they might as well get used to it, because the people of Chicago, especially, they're sick of it. I mean, I'm proud of those people in Chicago. They're they're they're like, we're done with this, and they have literally been begging President Trump and Tom Holman to show up and clean house. And so. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Well, Michigan's lawless man oh Man, Jocelyn Benson got pummeled at a public hearing on her made up rules created to make cheating easier. I think we'll touch on that with Janis Daniels as well. Governor Witchmer appointed judge dismisses outragious cation against fifteen Michigan alternate twenty twenty Trump electors here to talk to us about that about that situation. Shouldn't use Janice Daniels and I call her an election expert because she has for years been digging into these situations and she's here to talk with us. Welcome back, Janis well. Thank you, Ron. And I don't know that I'm an expert. I know that I have spent many, many, many days and nights and hours and weeks and months and years trying to follow what's going on with the elections, because you know, the law has been so contorted that it's almost impossible to understand what it is that these public officials or public functionaries are doing at any particular time. And in fact, in my humblest opinion, Dana Nessel should be sued. She should be sued for knowingly creating a false case against innocent people and usurping her authority to act on behalf of the state when known or suspected criminals have committed something that appears to be a crime. This has precedence. In nineteen sixty in Hawaii, the state of Hawaii, President Richard Nixon won the election, and then they had a recount, and so Nixon had his electors Kennedy. While the recount was taking place, Kennedy's people filed their alternate electors, and then in fact, a third set of electors were created after they confirmed that Kennedy had won, and it was Nixon himself as the vice president that had to certify open the ballots and certify that Kennedy had won. So there was precedence and data. NSTO has caused these sixteen people to spend two years of their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor trying to defend themselves against an absolutely frivolous lawsuit. I picked it apart. I wrote a letter an article published at Michigan Conservative Union dot org called Dana's weaponized democracy because that's what this is. This is law fair at its purest. This is when the state and the media come after people without any real cause, but it's just because they don't like the political actions that the people take, and this has got to stop. In fact, I am hosting doctor John Eastman to a tour of a tour of Michigan on September twenty second through September twenty fifth. He'll be stopping at Northern Oakland County for an event hosted by the District nine Oakland County Republican Party. Then he's heading up to Gladwin County, where the Claire and Gladwin County Republican Parties are hosting an event on the twenty fourth. No, twenty third excives me. The third day is going to be in Lansing. We're going to hold a rally on the Capitol steps. It'll be on the western steps because there's another rally plan for the eastern steps. And then hopefully we're planning on having an event at Hillsdale, but that isn't set in stone yet, so I don't want to say too much about that. And then we'll bring him into Wayne County on the twenty fifth for a presentation at the River Church on Middle Belt in Lavonnia. So it's an exciting time, and in fact, the fact that this case was thrown out or dismissed is perfectly in time for our event, because doctor John Eastman has developed a documentary called the Eastman Dilemma, Law, Fair or Justice. I don't know if you know who doctor Eastman is, but on January fourth, he advised Vice President Mike Pence of his options that he could take. On January sixth, when asked to opens and count electors that they were not sure were properly seated, President Trump and Vice President Pence had, in fact, the whole country had suspicion that there was either manipulation or election irregularities or outright fraud. The election was not decided fairly in many people's minds, so it was absolutely appropriate for doctor John Eastman to recommend that he sent the electors back to the states that had problems with their elections and give them a ten day opportunity to examine those elections and certify the true winner. It could have been Biden if that's what they came back was after attend day opportunity to examine the results. It could have been Trump. But the state, in the federal government and the media never allowed anyone to speak about the facts that we believe the election was stolen, and John Eastman suffered extreme persecution in the terms of spending untold amounts of money to protect himself, to have to defend himself. He was smeared in the media accused of subverting the constitution. So it's a new day, it appears, and God bless every single person who now will boldly stand up and defend the truth. Yeah, that's you know, Janie. Yeah, And by the way, I hope we can get him on the show here, mister Eastman. But I'm also looking at the eight felony charges that were slammed against the fifteen electors, and this is crazy, and they carry up to fourteen years felony fourteen years forgery, forgery, conspiracy fourteen years, conspiracy to commit uttering and publishing felony fourteen years, and or ten thousand dollars fine count five uttering and publishing felony fourteen years. I mean, these people were just piling it on and just by the grace of God, this witchmer appointed judge did the right thing. But Janis this could set the precedent for other cases that are similar to this or that are related to the election process in other states like Arizona, New Mexico, and I think about two others. What say you, well, I think that that's true. We have to really push forward and actually try to indict Dana Nessel because she has usurped her authority. She has committed a heinous act of accusing innocent people. These sections of the compiled law that she used to bring about these charges were so convoluted. One section of the law was relating to financial transaction documents. It literally was. But again, because the law is so convoluted, and then they make amendments and then they add sections, it makes it very difficult to follow. But I really did do a real deep dive into this case. And again, my if you, if anybody wants to read, probably long and difficult to read. An article the Michigan sixteen under Dana's Weaponized Democracy was posted on August thirteen, twenty twenty three, on Michiganconservative Union dot org. So, now, these people have spent two. Years fretting and wondering if they were going to be convicted of a felony that would put them in jail for. Five years and cost them ten thousand dollars. We don't know how much money they have had to spend on their attorneys. And you know, I really am concerned about an attorney that would take a case that is so frivolous on its face and take a person's money for two years bringing up defense. And I don't know, I haven't followed what the attorneys did, because what they should have done would simply say, this case is is frivolous on the face of it, and we're going to We're not going to enter into any long legal process where it's going to cost these people thousands of dollars to defend themselves. Somebody's got to change with our legal system because the entire pro process that the judges, the attorney generals, the prosecutors, the attorneys, they're all on the side of the state. I don't know if you get that sense. Even when you reach out to a public functionary, your state legislator, and you ask him a question, a legitimate question or concern that you might have about the election, or about even reserving a room so that we can air this documentary, they're always defending the state. Yeah, when is our government going to understand that they were instituted to secure the rights of the people, not to defend the state. Well, see, here's the thing, janis, we the people have to do as you have done. We have to know. I mean, if you don't know you're rights, you don't have any. And that's the trouble. I just from me looking at the situation and our nation as a whole. A lot of the things that are that are happening and the kinds of things that you're sharing with us today are because most people don't know, and they don't know that they don't know, and in some cases they don't want to know, and so the government, the state is taking advantage of that. And it's all planned together, in my humble opinion, with the schools that are indoctrinating people, miseducating them at best, and so they're set up from childhood to be ignorant, to be what Aristotle call the incurably ignorant masses. And when you're ignorant, God knows what will happen to you? Well what can happen to you? So we are in that situation. But one of will continue this conversation with you after the break, Janis, if you have time, and because one of the there's a few more things I want to bring up that were stated by certain individuals and by the judge, by the way, in this case, as she referred to Mishaun Maddick and a few others. And we're going to get to that with our guest today, Joannis Daniels, who will be talking to us more about the situation. But I'm very concerned but also at the same time encouraged that because this is going to be a national story and already is, by the way, and I think that this will open the door to justice in Arizona and elsewhere as we continue on this to run Edwards American experience. So Janice, you know, I was looking at some more some more of the details earlier today and some of the back and forth it was going on during the hearings, and it's a good thing that the individual who was working on behalf of the governor was totally incompetent, and in fact that Judge Simmons was seen rolling her eyes at times at the judge, which what's his an agent, Howard Shook or Shock rather Attorney General Nessel's only investigator on the case, and she said that he was bogus. It was a bogust against the electors. And so you know, by the grace of God, these people escaped by the skin of their teeth. Because she did say that she could potentially charge Elector Mishon Maddock for organizing the electors to sign the alternate slate of electors with Trump lawyers. But you had already explained that, you know, the president had already been set as we all know, back in nineteen sixty. But it's by the grace of God that these people this thing was turned around. What say you, well, shame on that judge. By what authority does she think she has the power to charge Mihon Maddock with Oregon something that is legitimate. This is the problem that we have. I mean, Dana nessil Is reported in USA today is saying she's quote terrified for the twenty twenty six elections because she fears quote President Trump and his aiders and a Better's and followers have already assured that no American election will ever be fair or free. She should be held in contempt for that comment alone, or at least brought up for censure, because that is an absolute lie. We are concerned that if we don't get a handle on the election irregularities, there may never be a free or fair election. But it's not that there won't ever be, and it's not that our President Trump's aiders and a Betters, I mean, how do you talk about a president like that, who if she thinks she is and under what authority does she make comments like this? I can't understand it. Well, you know, well, most leftists have an exaggerated opinion of themselves and they think that they're all that in the bag of chips, and they think that they have this imagined extra authority over us, and they think they can always get away with whatever. And unfortunately, Janis, they have been getting away with a lot of stuff that is unconstitutional and in many cases illegal. I mean, let's not forget what happened to us under the Corona China virus situation. I saw a lot of unconstitutional things happening in many states, including the one we both reside in. But yet they got away with doing these things because there's not enough opposition, in my opinion, and there's not enough knowledge amongst the people to make a continued or a stiff opposition to this onslaught of leftist a tyranny in this country and in this state. What say you, Well, you're absolutely correct, and it's unfortunate that we the people have allowed this slow evolution of this construction of a political machine that is so difficult to go up against and to try to peel back the layers of unconstitutionality. And if it is unconstitutional, it is illegal. And when you, for example, across the border illegally, you have committed an unconstitutional act, and the President has every right to enforce the laws of the United States. But we're talking about elections, and we're talking about the fact that I'm bringing doctor John Eastman into Michigan for a tour, and I want to assure you that I'm going to work very diligently to secure an interview for you with doctor John Eastman. Yeah, I appreciate that because you know what he went through, you know, and you know, I get the same attitude when I see people or read about people going through things that are unfair, especially when they're doing what is right and trying to work on behalf of others just to get the right thing done, and they go through just unrelenting, wrongful not only accusations, but actions, the potential jail, all kinds of things, and it just really gets under my skin like few other things can. Want to maybe turn in another direction a little bit. I want to just get your perspective on what's happening in my favorite city on the planet, and that is New York City. I really, really, if you could love cities, that would be one city that I would love for many positive reasons. And it's heartbreaking to witness the incurably ignorant masses so far, at least according to many polls, are favoring the most wicked of all the candidates, and all three of the four are wicked. But this guy, this Muslim communist, is fail highly favored, especially by the female population of New York, because he's good looking and you know, and they're willing to throw the whole baby, you know, not only out of the just destroy the city because the guy's good looking and he can speak a little bit. And it's really down to that level. I am not exaggerating at all. And amongst the young, they favor socialism. So you have favoring socialism and the female population, Oh, he looks good. It's the same thing that we dealt with with Bill Clinton to a degree. What say you on that? Well, we are assuming that the fake news media is giving us real news. We don't know for sure how many New Yorkers really approve of this man, and young people they if they interview young people that aren't even going to vote, who cares. You know, it's at least you know, it's just it's unbelievable. But the truth of the matter is, if a person is elected or appointed into any government position, they must take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We need to determine his allegiance to this country and the Constitution. Again, I have said it over and over is written so that even the wrong people do the right thing. The problem is we let these people like il Han Omar, like Rashida Telib, like this Mandavi get into office when they have no allegiance to the United States of America, and that in itself is not the way it should be. We really need to hold the fact that you not only have to be a legal of this, but you have to hold allegiance to the United States of America and our constitution. If he gets elected and he is appointed the governor, we need to make absolute it is certain that everything he does comforts with the US Constitution and the laws that are made pursuant to the Constitution. So again, we the people need to buck up and start demanding that our constitution be honored. I agree with you. The media has distorted the minds and hearts of people for so long now that it is very difficult to find people who even want to go down this road. But deekok Bonhaffer said it perfectly. Silence in the face of evil is evil itself. God will not hold us without judgment. Not to speak is to speak, not to act is to act. We somehow, and I think think it's through alternate media like your program and others where we're going to get the ground swell of support for people who have been blessed with liberty from God, our Father. We have to protect it. We have to defend our liberty. Here's a way to protect it. We don't have much time. I don't even know if you'll have time to answer this question. But I have an idea. I've been sharing this for years that when you're elected, okay, if you do not govern according to the constitution literally, then you are automatically kicked out. I think a law, yes. That is already that's already a law that is a part of our constitutional order, that is one of the principles of the American Republic. If you do not follow the constitution. If you violate your oath of office, you are to be removed from office. Have to have a trial. We don't have to have these years long of displays, these dog and pony shows where we watch something go so close and then all of a sudden nothing happens. And boy, we had a great conversation there with the Janis Daniels. I apologize, you know, I didn't keep as tight on the clock as I should have. But we do wish her well and we will be welcoming her back. Yes, indeed, well, my friends. Do adults have the right to assess photographic content without proving their age? Does the State of Texas have a compelling interest in keeping such content away from minors? It's requiring age verification and impermissible burden or or only an incidental one. As a society, we've decided that certain things like alcohol, tobacco, and pornography are not safe for miners. And let's say, if I decide to get a little bottle of wine, you know I have to show my identification to verify my age. If you go to my website theroneverds dot com, you will see that I am fully an adult and well over the age where I can purchase alcohol, but I'm still asked to verify my age. That's because my rights end when it infringes on the rights of another. However, the Free Speech Coalition thinks an adult's right to access pornography without age verification trumps the safety of miners. That is the basis of the case Free Speech Coalition Inc. Versus Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, which is the Supreme Court decided this past term. Now, pornography frequently generates a lot of emotions, so let's begin with a little bit of background for this particular case. Texas, like many states in the Union, prohibits distributing sexually explicit content to children. Back in twenty twenty three, Texas enacted h B one one eight one, requiring certain commercial websites publishing sexually explicit content that is obscene to minors to verify that visitors are eighteen years of age or older, knowing violations subject covered in titles to injunctions and civil penalties. However, there is an organization called the Free Speech Coalition. Yeah, they went against Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, and many states prohibit distributing sexually explicit materials to children. We know that, But soon after Texas enacted the HB one one HB one one eight one, a trade association for the pornography industry, a group of companies that operate pornographic websites, and a pornography performer sued Texas Attorney General. Now, these plaintiffs petitions here sought to enjoin enforcement of the statute as facially unconstitutional under free speech clause of the First Amendments. Now that, in my opinion, is bull capitalist with a hit. They allege that adults have a right to access the free speech covered by HB one to one, and that the statute and permissibly hinders them from doing so, which again is bull capitalist with a hit, because what they want to do is allow little children teenagers to consume pornographic material And they say so because they are trying to reinterpret the First Amendment, meaning that even children can consume pornographic materials. Now, anyone with common sense and just a modicum of morality understands and is in support of keeping adult materials away from children. If you're a child, you know you do things that children do. But then when you become an adult, you partake with things that you know adults do. Hopefully when you become an adult, you don't think so little of yourself that you would still you know that you would participate with pornography. But it is for adults, not children. Why is it that you don't give a strong alcohol to a baby, to a six year old, to a ten year old. You just don't do that if you are decent and a good parent. Let me make that clear. So these people that went to it to you know, went to the wall, you know what, to the wall to try to make it so that to go against Texas that was simply saying no, you cannot sell this stuff to children. So I don't think that either party disagrees that adults have the right to access that garbage content. The question is are the people accessing sites adults? And see the pornographic pushers don't want us to care. You know, they're not satisfied with making money with just adults. No, no, no, no no. They want children to get turned onto this stuff so that they're are automatically inculcated into this stuff when they become adults. And see this goes into what I talk about. This graduated immorality of our nation from one iteration to the next. And that's why we need to start with a cutoff. I mean just a cutoff. Right now, This such and such no longer is allowed to be shown to children, because what we need to do is build back morality into our country. We have to build back common sense into our country. You know. So if you want to save our country, you have to first save the children. Because we are witnessing now with the young adults, with the high school seniors and college aids, young people. I mean, they favor in great numbers socialism, even though in some circles there is an increasing number of young people believing in God. And that is a good thing. But what interpretation of God? You know you have you know the slappy churches where yeah, they believe in God and they mentioned God. You know, you have the slappy Joel Olstein types. Yes, Jesus laps you. But you can do whatever you want, You can come any way you want. And yes, it doesn't matter if you stay that way as long as you remember that Jesus laps you. And yeah, you don't forget your tithes. Oh yeah, I need another jet. Yeah you can You can have slappy church, but are they turning? Are they being introduced by the adults to a real relationship with God? And that is it's just no, it's it's the same thing is when it comes to our constitution. You hear people running around talking about I have this constitutional right, I have that constitutional right. But it's what they're interpretation is based upon run full teaching, a goofy interpretation of our constitution. And that is all by design. It's like teaching bad driving so that everyone crashes all over the place. You know, it doesn't matter what the activity is, what the endeavor is. You must make sure that teaching is proper, teaching is right, and in some situations tinschi is properly moral, biblically based, constitutional based. Remember the old term they used to say garbage in, garbage out? Well, how about good and good out? And that being the good? That be the goal that we set for our country, because, like you said, if we don't save the children, we will not save our republic. Our republic will be done, done, done after Trump leaves office. You can bet your bottom dollar on that. So we have our work cutout force. And that's good because we have to just roll up our sleeves and just push back against the darkness. As I often say, you know, and it may be difficult, but it will be much more difficult on our backsides and will be judged more harshly in the long run if we do not roll up our sleeves and push back and say no, we're not going to take this anymore. Our miners are not going to be destroyed mentally and spiritually and intellectually. We are not going to allow ourselves to be screwed over in the election process. I mean, it goes on and on and on. We're not going to allow Robert Kennedy Junior to be kicked out because the leftist pharmaceutical friends in government want things to stay the same at the expense of our health. I mean, pick an issue, pick any issue you want to, and it's the same principle when you get down to brass tacks, right or wrong was Ronald Reagan would say, up or down? It just comes down to what do you want in reality and in truth, So America, we have to stop growing at odds with ourselves and realize who and what is bad for our republic and fight for what is good for our Republic so that we can remain we become great again and remain great again.
