Well, it looks like some stubborn folks in Michigan, Michigan Man, especially leftists in Michigan, they're very stubborn, and you know, they really carry themselves like they're super human badasses. But I think some of them are going to start getting their come up. And one of them right away, possibly Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dylan of the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, just put Michigan Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyne Benson on notice, cautioning her in a strongly worded letter about federal law requirements for maintaining clean voter rolls and ensuring only eligible United States citizens vote in federal elections. This was a pretty wrong letter, which goes as such. This letter is sent to you, as the Chief Elections Officer of the State of Michigan. This letter serves as a notice of the federal laws applicable to state and local election officials to ensure free fare and transparent elections. Also attached to this letter is a memorandum titled Federal Law Requirements for State and Local Election Officials, which outlines various responsibilities for state and local election officials under federal law and the potential criminal penalties for those who failed to carry out their duties. Federal law mandates that state and local election officials properly maintain election records and undertake certain actions to ensure that only eligible United States citizens cast votes in elections for federal office. And this includes Title three of the Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty. I think that is a very appropriate letter. It's direct to the point, and yeah, hopefully they'll get this because we've got a primary election coming up very soon in Michigan August fourth, to be exact, and we want it to be clean. You know, the Democrats were worth a grain of salt. What they would be doing is coming up with better ideas. But see, they don't want to win in the battle of ideas. They want to win by bullying and by fooling people, because the ideas that they hold near and dear to their hearts are literally detrimental to our way of life in this country, and if fully enacted, would put all of us, or I'm sorry, most of us in the poorhouse. And I mean more so than just economically, tragically, our rights would be totally ignored and it would just be downhill from there. But this is the goal of today's Democrats. They call themselves democrats socialists, and they're only doing that openly now because of the larger percentage of ignorant Americans who are now supporting that. And it's not like Americans, you know, just woke up one day and decided, you know, I think it would be better if we just go socialists. No, this is the result of multi generations of Americans, by the millions, have been indoctrinated in schools, and they don't you know. This is one thing that it seems that those on the right never got or they were afraid to push back against the leftist efforts to make maintain control of the schools, maintain control of most of your churches maintain control of the majority of entertainment, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. So if you're in the in the in the in the control of you know, the elements of communications, guess what you're gonna He who controls the language controls the nation. And so there it is, controls the thinking processes, especially when they are teaching I'm sorry and doctrinating generation after generation of young folks. And that's just the way it is. But I have yet to see a great number of people on the so called right among Christians who really give a hoot a bottle all of that. You know, they give lip service, bumping their guns. Oh Jesus help us, Jesus, this Jesus is that. But that's about it now, is that all? No, I'm only speaking generally, which does not mean one hundred percent. So do we finally have a senator with courage as the country knows real Americans, those who actually care about our republic or against and aghast to see the United States Supreme Court betray we the American people in their grotesque opinion regarding the so called birthright citizenship scam. Justices Alito Thomas and Gorsic were the three dissenting voices for the Truth. Justice Thomas dissent was brilliant. I don't have time to read it, but it was brilliant. In fact, the case not only should never have been seen or brought, but the problem about the citizenship industry for illegal border crosses could have been stopped way back in nineteen ninety three. Did you know that nineteen ninety three there was a senator They used to call them dirty Harry Reid from I think, Nevada. He introduced the first and only comprehensive immigration reform bill in Congress, which took stated that an alien living illegally in the United States often pays no taxes but receives unemployment, welfare, free medical care, and other federal benefits. He went on, recent terrorist attacks, including the World Trade Center bombing, have underscored the need to keep violent criminals out of the country. And I'm talking about the first attack on the World Trade Center in nineteen ninety three where it was damaged, but it wasn't brought down until nine to eleven. Went on, Our borders have overflowed with illegal border crossers, placing tremendous burdens on our criminal justice system, schools, and social programs. The Immigration and Naturalization Service needs the ability to step up enforcement. Our federal wallet is stretched to the limit by illegal aliens getting welfare, food stamps, medical care, and other benefits, often without pay, without paying any taxes at all. Safeguards like welfare and free medical care are in place to boost Americans in need of short term assistance. These programs were not meant to entice free loaders and scam artists from around the world. Even worse, Americans have seen heinous crimes committed by individuals who are here illegally. This was dirty. Harry Reid back in nineteen ninety. In the nineties, his statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then. It was titled the Immigration Stabilization Act. I bet. It was not written by Harry Reid, although he thought it was his about his thoughts overall, but he had to get a lawyer who knows how to write things to avoid frivolous legal challenges. It covered the whole gambit of turning off trillions of dollars spent over the past twenty eight years since Reagan. The one big mistake that Ronald Reagan did he sold us out when it comes to the border, and that was because he naively believed Democrats. When he's allowed the illegals that were in the country, he said, Okay, we'll give amnesty to these and then that's it. Of course, the Democrats turned around and did not uphold their end of the bargain, and that began the full onslaught of illegal border crosses coming into our country. And the basis of citizenship was clarified in the exercise of its powers under Section five of the fourteenth Article Amendment of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Congress has determined, and hereby declares that any person born after the date of the enactment of this title to a mother who was neither a citizen of the United States nor admitted to the United States as lawful permanent resident. Before the break, I was talking about that very subject, birthright citizenship and the like, and how you dirty. Harry Reid, of all people, back in nineteen ninety three, was very concerned about the very problem that we are dealing with today, which was foolishly to the level of retardation, was inculcated into law by the Supreme Court with their silly opinion the majority on the side of anchor babies birthright citizenship, which had nothing to do with people that came to this country illegally and drop their babies. The only thing it had to do with were slaves who had babies in this country that after slavery they were to be declared citizens of this country. That was it. But of course, those who today want to destroy our republic, and many who have wanted to for some time, particularly on the Democrat Party side, to change it into a communist hellhole, are using this to do just that. To set up our nation with so many chaotic hyena like humans that will bring so many problems since to replace many Americans who were beginning to wake up and become very concerned about our republic. That's why Donald Trump was elected, because people said, wait a minute, we're in big heap of trouble. We need to change. We need someone who is not you know, though he is around fellow billionaires and many of the politicians, he he was around them, but he was not of them. And that is why when he declared for the presidency, they went to nutsville because they knew from comments he had made famously, even on the Oprah Winfrey Show, many of the things that he said line up with a more conservative view and a more patriotic view. And thus he became persona nograda. And here we are and to circumvent the resurgence of the United States in a maga way, in a patriotic way, the Democrats have depended more and more on floods of illegals, floods of hyena type people coming into this country that have no connection, no desire to become Americans, but rather to become here, to be the human equivalent of hyenas and cockroaches to bring about disease and destruction, the two d's, And that's it. That's why even Harry Reid back in the day, I mean, he was no about no, he was no conservative by any means. But this proves that even as a Democrat, he did not hate the country. He wanted it to remain the United States of America, but he wanted it to remain the United States of America under Democrat Party rule. But he was no anti American like many of the Democrats of today. As I said before the break, he spoke about the legal friction or fiction called anchor babies, something that I myself have been very vocal about. And states must fight legal fiction called anchor babies. States have to be concerned more about maintaining our nation, our union, then supporting illegal border crossers who don't give a rip about even the people that actually support them. So Judge Janine stated, illegally entering the United States is not a right or to citizenship. She was on point when she stated that. She also went on to say that I draw but one conclusion back in the day when she said that Barack Obama is intentionally using the immigration crisis as an excuse to change the demographics and ultimately the electorate of this nation. This has been an ongoing battle for years. Back to Dirty Harry who's now deceased, was one of the most crooked, corrupt gangsters to serve in Congress. But yet the bill that he had written up to stop anchor babies seventy six pages long, and you want to talk about self deporting tens of millions of illegal border crossers, not migrants or so called undocumented reads bill would have made that happen and stopped the birthright citizenship industry in its tracks back then, Now all Congress has to do they're lazy backsides. Get up off of your lazy fat backsides, okay, or lazy weak backsides, because most of you look out of shape anyway, stand up and say, you know what, Let's just go ahead and dust off Dirty Harry Reid's bill and declare the law. Send it over to Trump's desk. He will sign it bigley and be done with it, easy pasy. So um. After dementia addled lifetime crook, malignant liar, and dumb as a rock, fake President Uncle Joe Biden opened the border. The problem became a national disaster, including national security, and here we are today. Some say up to one hundred million illegal border crossers and their offspring are plaguing our republic. And I just heard during the news at the top of the hour before the beginning of the broadcast, the jay Who's had passed out thousands of whistles in Chicago to alert illegals. And guess who's heading all this up? Not the illegals. It is stupid, ignorant, and doctrinated, retarded Americans, people that were born in this republic, who are helping illegals avoid being deported, and they don't care if they are heard in the process. Americans are so twisted in their thinking that they would rather be raped by an illegal border crosser, murdered by an illegal boader crosser, trafficked by an illegal boarder crosser, even their children, than to have these people rounded up and kicked out of the country. Gee gee o, pets. Now, dirty Harry's bill is tailor made for what we are dealing with today, or should be. There could be a little fine tuning to get the statutes up to speed. Very little fine tuning, by the way, from the little that I've read of the bill. At the time it had a grand total of three co sponsors, Republicans and one Democrat. Sad stuff the simple bill. There was another simple bill, California's Proposition one eighty seven, which if you look at the details of it, is a bit more explicit. And section five oh three of Reed's bill must be replaced with section five, six and seven of another bill that was written. But the work, for the most part is done. See John Thune. Has to get over his punk. You know, child child is hatred of Donald Trump. He has to grow up and understand that the country is more important than his egotistical hatred of President Trump and and maga folks. He has to be made to understand or care about the fact that the old school Republican way of doing things just being controlled opposition isn't going to cut it anymore. The Democrat Party Communist Party of today has to be fully opposed. The compromising nature of the old Republican Party is of no use if it is if this Republic is to be saved from destruction, if there is not a strong opposition to evil, evil wins. In this case, the Democrats, the Democrats socialists who are marrying themselves to the Islamists. Those two entities are sworn enemies of this country. That is the case. And the Republicans can no longer run around here scratching their backsides, sitting on their brains, you know, pretending to be an opposition of the evil. Well, at the same time, there's there's just nothing more than controlled opposition, idiots putting our nation in harm's way due to capitulation and compromise. That doesn't mean you have the right to call up a fat, out of shape police officer to shut me down. However, in America today, that is what's going on. The radical lefts war on Christianity and the First Amendment has officially reached a terrifying new flashpoint in of all places, and of all places, the great state of Texas. Almost hurts me to say that Texas. I'd expect that in New York State, Illinois, California, Oregon, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island. You know, all the leftist places now. The encounter, which was first reported by investigative reporter Sarah Fields, has sparked a renewed debate over the First Amendment and whether law enforcement can lawfully punish constitutionally protected speech simply because another person finds it offensive. According to a recent video taken from around June twenty seventh, at the there was Trinity Pride Fest, I like to say, a Trinity Unhealthy lifestyle pride fest in downtown Fort Worth. Christian street preachers David Grisham and a retired police officer and Richard Pinkowski were preaching on public property when they were suddenly approached by officers. Police has set up barricade restricting access to public streets and walks around the event. Officers moved the preachers farther and farther away and issued warnings, we don't want those homos to hear it your preaching upsets the unnatural sexual practitioners. HM. The female officer, yes, very overweight, told the group quote, if someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem, and added if they are offended by your speech, okay, I will write you a ticket unquote. When challenged further, she added that the citation would be for disorderly conduct. The preachers repeatedly argued that offensive speech is protected by the First Amendment and cannot be criminalized merely because someone claims to be offended. Street preachers Richard Pinkowski and David Grisham were subjected to multiple violations of their First Amendment rights while attempting to simply preach on public property. Upon arrival, they were immediately met by Fort Worth police officers, who blocked their access to the public street and sidewalk, threatening them both with arrest for trespassing if they entered the area. When Grisham reminded officers that he had previously sued the City of Fort Worth in twenty fourteen over this exact issue, a lawsuit that resulted in a settlement and an official apology from the city, the officer dismissed the prior case, stating I don't care. You can file whatever lawsuit you want, because I also don't like what you're saying. I'll lock you up if you don't shut up. Well, I added that little bit, but that's basically the attitude that she's showing here in this video. After being forced outside of the barricades, the confrontation escalated as multiple officers allegedly threatened to cite the men based on the subjective yeah the operative w or their subjective reactions of the attendees. A female officer stated they would be cited if they said anything anything offensive. When Pinkoski responded that offensive speech is protected under the Constitution and is not a crime, the officer claimed it fell under disorderly conduct, stating, well, yes, that is the conduct. Another officer confirmed that citations would be based solely on whether officers others rather were offended. When Penkoski asked whether calling a biological mail a male will result in a citation if someone took offense, the officer responded that if he continued doing so and someone founded offensive, he would be cited. Pinkoski also pointed out that he was deeply offended by half naked men walking around children at the event, but the officer dismissed that complaint, respond there's really not much I can do about that. Well, selective offense. Huh. During the encounter, Pinkowski pulled up and directly showed an officer established US Supreme Court precedent confirming that the government cannot prohibit citizens from accessing traditional public forums such as streets and sidewalks, simply because a private group holds a permit. Although the officer did acknowledge the information by responding, h he continued enforcing the restriction. This be you know, this is just crazy stuff. As officers repeatedly pushed the preachers further and further away from the event, David Grisham was ultimately issued a citation for unreasonable noise WOW. When he was asked to explain what constituted unreasonable noise under the circumstances, officers were unable to provide a clear a definition, vaguely suggesting it could involve sticking a megaphone in someone's ear, which Binkoski states did not occur and was physically impossible since they had pushed so far away from the event anyway, as the megaphone was held at waste level as well, or simply offending people with the truth. When the officers were asked how they justified suppressing the constitutional rights of Christians and veterans who fought for the country, they offered no meaningful objection or objective explanation whatsoever. As a veteran who was willing to die for defending American liberties, Binkoski said that he found it deeply alarming that a Christian preacher in modern America could be threatened with arrest and cited while standing on public property simply because his message offended those listening, when all they had to do was not listen in the first dog one place. I hope that these preachers find a really good, feisty lawyer and sue the pants of the city. Sooe the pants are since the officer didn't mind, you know, the freaks walking around with their pants down around children and said they couldn't do anything about that. That wasn't offensive enough for them for the officers to do anything about. But all you have to do is read from the Bible, and that's super offensive. This has to be challenged, This has to be fought. Crazy work a Fort Worth Police Department spokesman provided the Christian Post with the following statements. The Fort Worth Police Department is committed to protecting the constitutional rights of all individuals, including the right of free speech and peaceful assembly, while also ensuring public safety and enforcing applicable laws and ordinances. We are aware of a video and allegations circulating on social media. We will need some time to look into this and will provide additional information once our review is complete. So what are they going to do? Stretch it out till Christmas? I mean, even a retard can look at it and figure this out. This is just dirty work here, man, This is crazy stuff. Man in the United States of America. Sounds like a great Britain. I'm sorry, Britain, It's no longer great there. But these are the kinds of things. This is why I always say we have to be willing to fight, and the longer we wait to fight, the more difficult the fight will be. Because if we sit around and don't fight, don't care, sit on our samsonite waiting for the rapture whatever. Guess what. Now, why am I hitting on the attack on Christian speech in our country and around the world today? People might be wondering, oh, man, he's talking about that again. Well, because, as Martin Luther King stated a long time ago, in justice anywhere to do injustice everywhere. And if you don't care about whether it's a Christian preacher who's doing no harm but just speaking what he believes God wants him to speak or her to speak. And trust me, if they take their right of speech away, don't think the leftists will just stop there. But in Colchester, England has taken on new form of attacking free speech, seeking to stop even evangelists from mentioning judgment and hell. Bread of Life Community Church in Colchester, England has been issued a community protection notice that could criminalize its pastor and members for preaching in the city center. Now, Christian Concern and the Christian Legal Center are back in the church as it challenges the legality of that notice, and the church has sent out a petition. So far they have twenty and forty five and they have a goal of fifty thousand. I can't legally sign it. My signature wouldn't mean a hill of beans. But folks, I know you listen be a podcast later in England and again I thank you. You might want to take this up and join your fellow Englanders in fighting this violation of your right of free speech and the right to spread the gospel. Remember, injustice anywhere will lead to injustice everywhere. Well, Jasmine Crazy Crockett and Ontella Rico, when in primary she says she lost because it was racist, it was a racist race. Now I find this rich because she, like many leftist blacks, if they lose, if they lost a game of marbles, they would run around and say the marbles were racist because they didn't end up knocking the you know, on target for them. They would say the marbles played tricks on them so that the other person could win. Radical leftist, extreme leftist Jasmine Crockett said that race played a major role in her Democrat primary loss to Texas Democrat senator candidate James Tula Rico. Crockett argued that racism, not politics, was the deciding factor in her Democrat primary loss. To James tell Rico, she said, the reality is there was not a lot of racist not a lot. It was racist. It was racist. It was a racist race. It is what it is. Then she says, right, but we live in America as y'all are celebrating two hundred and fifty. Okay, we know what this country is, said Crockett. Crockett rejected criticism that she should have spent more time campaigning alongside Tula Rico. Instead, she said her strategy was to help down ballot candidates, pointing to five black men she endorsed in Texas racist who all advanced in the November election. So if those five black men advanced, how is it allsold racist in Texas? Maybe, Jasmine mids Crockett, maybe you are a kucker bird who needs to be gone and tell Rico he's going to get smeared in the general election anyway, so it's good. It's a good two fer. He's going to lose. You're out, case closed, and then once you're out, I guess you'll go into the dancing profession. She dances better than she legislated. Remember when she did her little dance down congressional hallways. She dances a whole lot better than then being a legislator. That is their calling. Dancing around. You know, Iran continues to start trouble. They expanded their terrorist to bombings, and now they're going to be bombing. They threatened Jordan and cutter Qatar, and I'm of the opinion that the Trump administration needs to just really put a hurting on them. One thing about the Muslims. If you beat them to the point where they say uncle, Uncle, uncle, and they really stop, that means that they know and they realize that at that time they don't have a chance to win. And that's the only way you stop Muslims without totally wiping them out. Muslims like to eat and drink water, and they like to turn the light on, just like the rest of us. So what they need to do is turn out the lights, cut off the water supply, blow up the bridges. Put them in such a way. And even when they say, oh, we'll seriously sign a piece deal, we know that they're only going according to the word in the Koran, that they will surrender and they'll pretend to want peace until they figure out that they're in a strong position again to start all over again. With their terrorism and their wicked efforts to take over the world, which also is in the Quran. So it is what it is. Their butts need to be kicked to the point where they cannot kick back, that's the only way. Or or hit them with military hardware that is so strong that they don't survive that they're just gone, you know. I mean, like apartment to building owners when they have nasty tenants and they move out and there's roaches all over the place, they throw these bombs in there and all the roaches die and everything like that. Hey, sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. But we cannot sacrifice the rest of the world just to make peace with those whose goal is to wipe the rest of us out. It doesn't make sense. It's as dumb as Republicans compromising with Democrats here in America. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Strength. Showing strength and power against evil is the right thing to do when it comes to society overall. It is correct. It is biblical to show strength and power because governments are obligated. This government in this country anyway, it is obligated to protect we the people this country. Anyway.
