[00:01:38] And Lordy, Lordy, Lordy, well get ready. The lies are starting to come out. CBS News, for example, says that Trump falsely accuses Kamala Hills of Paris of donating to the Minnesota Freedom Fund bailing out dangerous criminals. Well that actually did happen and Trump did not lie.

[00:02:04] But they're depending on the American people to be ignorant and in their estimation stupid. And so we have to do our due diligence to combat their lives with the truth which you're going to continuously get right here on The Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:02:20] And on this faith day, our guest today is Mark Brumbaugh. He is a member of the Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in New York State.

[00:02:28] We're going to be talking to him about the issues of the day from a biblical perspective and how we as Christians, as fellow Americans should be, can be involved in the goings and comings of our country because we are people just like everyone else.

[00:02:48] And I believe that we should have ourselves involved in our republic at whatever level we are called to or we choose to be involved in.

[00:02:59] You know, I know there are many people that say that if you're a Christian, if you're a follower of Yeshua, you should not be involved in certain things like politics or things that, or be concerned about our country. But I think that is foolhardy.

[00:03:16] And that's one of the reasons why our country is in the heap of hurt that she's in right now because people that do have good morals, understanding right from wrong.

[00:03:30] Do you know that in the beginning of this country for I guess the first 100 years or so, maybe a little longer than that, you are required to have Christian leanings,

[00:03:41] to have faith in Christ and things of that nature in order to be considered to be a government official. Now were they all Christians? No. But that was the expectation of the day. Whereas today it's pretty much the opposite.

[00:04:02] They're so bigoted against those who just want to have good morals in our country.

[00:04:08] And the reason why they're so bigoted against good morals is because people on the left, they understand that in order for the United States of America to remain a free nation, we have to be a moral people.

[00:04:22] And see when you are immoral, you choose wrong paths for government, for parenting, pastoring the whole nine yards. Without good moral standards, you cannot. You know, you can't.

[00:04:43] You'll run around doing things like Kamala Heels Up Harris is doing such as she's making a moral equivalence between Hamas and Israel. Hamas picked a fight. Israel was kicking Hamas's butt. Much of the planet went to Nutsville. She's running around saying that they're morally equivalent.

[00:05:11] And it's funny, though, even with moral equivalency, you would say they're both equal, right? But even with the left's touting this moral equivalency, they still place Hamas above Israel. The proof of that is on college campuses.

[00:05:32] The proof of that is elsewhere, where you see American flags being torn down and replaced by Palestinian flags. The proof of that is on college campuses, where individuals, groups, rather they invite conservative leaning or Christian leaning speakers. And guess what? They're hooded and howled away.

[00:05:54] But if you're a leftist, you're a Palestinian, you're allowed to come to college campuses and speak without any kind of uproar or anything like that. So the House did pass a resolution condemning Kamala Harris's failure as borders are with support from six Democrats.

[00:06:20] Now some of those Democrats are saying, oh, we didn't mean it. We're so sorry. But it's too late. It's on the record. The House passed resolution yesterday and she did fail the border. But in a sense, did she really fail? That's the question.

[00:06:45] The reason why I ask put it that way is because it is the goal of people like Kamala, Uncle Joe, 98% of all Democrats, Reino Republicans.

[00:06:59] The goal is to have open borders, to fundamentally transform our nation into something totally different from what we expect as Americans to totally obliterate a constitutionally limited form of government. See, they want to replace what we have. At least we still have on paper.

[00:07:24] They want to replace it with a dictatorship. They're the ones who are actually working towards a dictatorship. When they accuse President Trump of wanting to be a dictator, it is they who are being a dictator.

[00:07:41] And I know that Trump said, one day I'm going to be, for one day I'll be a dictator because he's going to reverse the policies on the first day concerning our border. And I think drill baby drill.

[00:07:55] And even though you don't have to be a dictator to change those things, you know how Trump jokes. But these people, these mad people, individuals who are on the left, they want a dictatorship.

[00:08:10] They are following the exact same pattern as the Maoists did in China, as the Bolsheviks did in Russia. Much the same way as the communists did in Venezuela, much the same way as they did in Cuba back in the 1950s. I mean the patterns the same.

[00:08:35] And it would seem that by now, those who enjoy freedom, right now we enjoy it, why I would say relative freedom. We have a mongrel economy and we're relatively free in this country.

[00:08:50] Those who enjoy these things, I mean we should be fighting like heck to maintain our liberties, our freedoms which come from God. We should be fighting like nobody's business because if you learn about true history and you understand what these people went through around the world.

[00:09:13] You know the leftists in their many forms are the number one causes of massive deaths throughout all of history. Yeah, they've caused more massive deaths than plagues, anything. As far as massive events, they're it. The leftists are the number one cause of massive deaths.

[00:09:47] And they cause these deaths by so many means. They cause by cutting off the ability of people to gain medical care. They cause the deaths by starvation. In some cases, the water goes bad. They poison the water.

[00:10:12] They also cause spiritual death by eliminating morality, which opens the door to the acceptance by many people of the degradation of communism, etc. And even Islam because any true Islamist, for example, admits that Islam is not compatible with our written form of government.

[00:10:37] They admit that and it is their goal to obliterate what we have on paper in this country. And so if we allow this to be totally wiped out, we are nothing more than a cadre of fools, morons.

[00:10:56] They already have a lot of useful idiots, but we should not. I just pray that we avoid being pegged as the greatest collection of fools in the history of the world.

[00:14:38] He's a member of the great church in New York State, the Liberty Christian Fellowship Church. And he is with us today. Hello Mark and welcome back. Well thanks for having me back on Ron.

[00:14:51] I appreciate the invitation and look forward to discussing the, as you said in your opening, the lies and the deceptions that our nation is being faced with on a daily basis. And you know, we know who the Father of lies is. That is Satan.

[00:15:10] And so really what we find ourselves in is a spiritual battle as Ephesians 6 tells us. And so what are we to do? We are to armor up.

[00:15:21] And one of the last things that the Apostle Paul tells us in putting on the armor of God is in verse 18 with all prayer and petition pray at all times.

[00:15:32] So our most effective weapon for planning and strategizing how we attack things is to take things to God and prayer first and foremost. We plan our battles and or building or constructing and doing anything with good righteous plans.

[00:15:51] And who better to get advice from than God the Father Almighty? Well absolutely. And you know, and that used to be a requirement to be involved in government. And in the beginning to be a teacher. And the first school book in America was the Bible.

[00:16:12] And see the thing is that I've always been amazed ever since childhood when I first learned about our country and her foundational principles and that and the other. I always wondered as a child, what are these adults doing? What are they not smart or what? I literally did.

[00:16:33] And I'm talking about people that went to church the whole nine yards and you know, it's funny. There's specific things called principles. There's right and there's wrong.

[00:16:44] And I would see so many compromises even in the teachings of the church and the reason why I noticed the compromise because it was a lot different than what I was taught at home, especially by my dad, particularly him.

[00:16:57] And he would tell me that, you know, all truth comes from the word of God, etc., etc., etc. And then you go to the house of God and you see a lot of compromises. Then you understand and you multiply these churches all over the place.

[00:17:13] Then you understand why the nation is so compromised. Now today those churches are all closing and being turned into if they are architecturally significant.

[00:17:26] Many of them are on, you know, they're preserved and historical landmarks in cities and many of them are now turned into restaurants and theaters and things of that nature given second uses. But unfortunately the churches are declining in numbers.

[00:17:45] And when you have an unchurched society, it may take some time, but you will truly become like Europe. Europe was very beautiful in the whole nine yards and they became very unchurched in recent decades and look at the conditions over there.

[00:18:00] Not so much physical, they still maintain their beautiful cities unlike we in this country who like things ugly. So many people here raggedy and beat up. But I mean as far as morality. And in here we are today.

[00:18:15] We have a nation, the greatest nation in the history of the world with a potential president. The likes of a Kamala heals up Harris. Now there's something that is going awry here. Let's say you. You're absolutely right. We've compromised on our principles.

[00:18:33] I recall going to a upstate conservative coalition meeting several years ago and there was a young lady that was running for the public safety. Commissioner position and one of the municipalities. And the she was running as a Republican and a conservative.

[00:18:53] And the handlers, the people that are advising her on the campaign told her to soften her language because she needed to appeal to all people. And I recall one of my friends and a member of our church.

[00:19:10] Bristle. You said the hair on my arm stood up as soon as I heard her say compromise. And he actually questioned her specifically and actually confronted her and said we cannot compromise because when we compromise, we give them an inch and they will not go the other way.

[00:19:31] The liberals and the people that are looking to bring our country down. We're expected to give an inch but they won't give in the other direction. We always keep getting pushed off of our base off of our base. We are not going to compromise anymore.

[00:19:48] We need to stand up on our principles. You know, and I'm going to read from the book, The Bible is a source of America's inalienable rights by Pastor Earl Wallace. And it's plainly stated backs up what you're saying.

[00:20:04] If America's founders wanted to separate the morality and values of the Bible from the culture norms of the state, they would have made five separate amendments. Instead, they conjoined the first amendment of five inalienable activities that are separate that are inseparable for freedom from tyranny.

[00:20:27] And they begin with one freedom of religion. I won't get into all the details of them because they're pretty long. And we can even further that.

[00:20:38] That's just the first one, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, freedom to redress the government, to remedy grievances which they tried to do on January 6th and how that went. And so you have these liberties, freedoms that are mentioned here.

[00:20:58] And you have what today is what you just mentioned how we've turned away from all these things.

[00:21:07] But here's the reason why I think my number one reason why we give an inch then they take a mile and we just sit back and scratch our backsides or our heads wondering what happened.

[00:21:20] Then we'll attack every once in a while when one of us tries to stand up and make a push against evil. We'll attack them as if they're the bad guy. Who does he think he is? Huh, he's not perfect. We'll do that like crabs in a bucket, right?

[00:21:37] And the other side knows this. They understand that we're like cowardly lions. And they take advantage of it. If we were to stand up like you just said and not give up just because they attack just because they push. So what?

[00:21:58] But if we came back and pushed hard enough long enough, they get tired of it. They get tired of bumping against the strong wall. And they literally would back up history backs me up on this. What say you agree a hundred percent.

[00:22:14] And I was manning a booth at the Saratoga County Fair the other day. There was a young man that came up to the booth. It was for again upstate conservative coalition.

[00:22:26] And he said, I want to get involved, but I'm not sure what to do and how to go about it. I don't know if I can say the right thing. And I spent 10, 15 minutes with him and his father just encouraging him.

[00:22:42] He said he wants to save his country. I said, well, if you want to be saving your country, then keep getting information and be around people that are standing against what's going on. Go to your town, your city council meetings.

[00:23:00] And you don't even have to first off say anything. Your presence right there will make a difference. And then as you get comfortable hearing how people conduct themselves there and what they're saying, you don't need to be the most intelligent person in the room.

[00:23:17] As long as you are willing to speak, what is concerning you to those people your presence there and just having the courage to stand up and tell them the people that are holding office that you don't like what they're doing. That goes a long way.

[00:23:34] Any time we first start doing something Ron, we from experience know that we're not experts on anything. The first step is actually just taking action. But people are so resistant to change. They don't want to get out of their comfort zone. God's word second Chronicles 714.

[00:23:58] If we want to make change, that's where we start and change. And the first thing is humble ourselves. We need to see ourselves how God sees us. Then we take it to him in prayer seeking his face.

[00:24:13] We converse with him and move forward and then he tells us to turn from our wicked ways turning is changing. And that's the most important thing I see Doug's giving us the time. So I'm sure we can carry this on in the next segment.

[00:28:56] No matter how hard the left tries, freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness always manages to be present for people who have no desire to be slaves.

[00:29:05] And I know one individual who has no desire to be a slave. His name is Mark Brumbaugh. He's here with us today. Welcome back Mark and man, I know you don't have a desire to be a slave and we the people must.

[00:29:19] But you know what Mark? I'm going to hold it right there. In a sense we are slaves. Wait a minute. Look at our tax system. Look at how we're pushed around when they decide well you can't have that business open because you know the man made disease.

[00:29:37] You know, coronavirus is floating about. If you have a gym, you shut that down. But if you sell marijuana, you can be open. Isn't this crazy? I mean we just are just basically we're politically spat upon. What say you? You're absolutely right.

[00:29:56] We had a part-time job when COVID broke out at a wine and liquor store. And I was expecting is that is they were shutting everything down that that part-time job was going to go away and I was shocked actually when it was left open.

[00:30:14] Going through that process that was one of the things that led me to make a number of changes.

[00:30:22] And we talked about that in the last segment Ron, that until people feel enough pain, whether it's the pain of a slave system of our tax code or even more insidious that many people are not recognizing is the

[00:30:39] the invisible tax of inflation as we see rising gas food prices insurance bills. I just got my auto insurance renewal and it's gone up the quote, it's over 25% increase from last time.

[00:30:57] And I've been accident free and clean driving record and trying to get in touch with the agent to find out why is this going up so much? I have not gotten a call back in 24 hours just to find out what's going on.

[00:31:17] But so with people on a fixed income, if you have a 25% increase on your insurance and no increase in your wages, how can people, especially if you're retired, handle such an increase in expenditures?

[00:31:36] So you are absolutely right. We are a slave to a system that has become very oppressive.

[00:31:43] People that live in the state that I reside in, New York State, California, people that in our state that are down in New York City, the municipal taxes that the people that live there are faced with.

[00:31:57] They are looking at 65, 70% tax rates in many cases and total income. It is very, very slavish as you just said. Yeah, you know something when I look at New York City, my favorite city in the world.

[00:32:17] People when I lived there, I would walk around just marveling every day that I was there because I could just walk, you know, just I lived in the middle of the block and in either direction.

[00:32:28] When I walked to the main street, it was just these 50 story towers and, you know, 40 story apartment buildings. It's just beautiful, just fantastic.

[00:32:37] And when you look at most of these skyscrapers, okay, they like to compare America to great cultures of the past and say that they were superior this, that and the other.

[00:32:46] Well, they didn't realize for instance if you look at the Egyptian Empire, yes, they had wonderful things for that age and they even had some technology. Obviously, they had some technology to build those pyramids but the abbots person did not live very well.

[00:33:03] Out of all the ancient empires, only the Roman Empire did the people live relatively well, the average citizen because of how well thinking they were. They had running water and things of that nature in the Roman Empire but that was just one empire, right?

[00:33:21] And for the most part, after the fall of the Roman Empire, man stepped backwards. Man digressed as far as technology, knowledge, things of that nature.

[00:33:35] The living standards and life spans actually reduced and they didn't start to grow again until hundreds of years later during what's called the Renaissance period. And so right now, they're trying to orchestrate another dark age. Absolutely.

[00:33:54] And I've often said that because you look at some of the thought processes of great men in the past like Isaac Newton and even before him.

[00:34:05] And some of the designs and some of the ideas that they had like horseless carriages and things of that nature, they had these carvings, these claim carvings of these ideas.

[00:34:18] And I dare to say that they're not been a dark age as we would have had automobiles in the 1700s. And I say that to just illustrate to you how evil brings about dark ages, how evil stops the ability of people to grow and think.

[00:34:39] It takes away the incentive to be innovative or inventive and it just stops everything good. And we've had many at your dark ages since we've been alive. I think that the Corona China virus was a mini dark age.

[00:34:54] They stopped everything or not everything, but they stopped a lot. Our society slightly went backwards, not slightly. Wait a minute. Education actually digressed a lot. Medical care decreased the quality of it for most hospitals in America on and on and on.

[00:35:14] And they want to slam dunk us via Kamala into a permanent dark age for America. What's that you are correct? The dark ages, what was occurring then it was primarily was the suppression of God's word.

[00:35:32] The only people that accessed the Word of God, the written Word of God were the priest who told you what the word was telling you. People did not have access to read, to learn, to know the will of God. Creativity comes from God. God is creative.

[00:35:54] He created the whole world with his word. When the word of God is suppressed, man is suppressed. We are in a dark age. And I agree with you when we went through the China virus, the CCP virus, the churches were closed down.

[00:36:14] People stopped getting nurtured in the Word of God. I fortunately, when that time came up, I actually left the church because I felt that I wasn't growing in the word.

[00:36:28] But what I did, because I have the Word of God at home, I spent more time reading the Word of God.

[00:36:34] Studying it to make sure that my reason for leaving that church was not on selfish grounds, but that it was because I was not growing in the word of God. And I was seeking something else. I was ready to make a change.

[00:36:50] So I think if you go to God, seeking his face again, that is how we become creative. Through that process, I made a decision to leave the church. I was led to a wonderful group of prayer warriors called the Zechariah 2.5 family.

[00:37:08] And I had had a good prayer life. I've learned so much more how to be effective. James tells us the effectual and fervent prayers of the righteous man availeth much.

[00:37:25] And one of the things that the wonderful leader of the Zechariah 2.5 call has done, she is the intercessor's intercessor. And she has guided us how to be effectual and fervent in our prayers.

[00:37:45] And when you gather together a body of believers that are on that call, fervently petitioning God for bringing his righteousness back into our nation. I think that's where my hope is. First and foremost, my hope, my faith and trust is in my Savior Jesus Christ.

[00:38:07] And I am bringing my needs to him. He's working through me, my hands, my thoughts, my mind to get me active and engaged in my community, to go out, to grow, to know his word better, to be able to lead the Sunday school, the Sunday prayer.

[00:38:19] And I'm very active and engaged in my community to go out, to grow, to know his word better, to be able to lead the Sunday school, the Bible teachings at our church. And help encourage others.

[00:38:34] There is a member of our church that has been very active going to council meetings. And he told me recently, said, Mark, I was led to pray when I spoke before the council meeting last time.

[00:38:48] He said, I don't think I did good with it, but I know that bringing God's word into there and change the environment. And so I continue to encourage him.

[00:39:00] So just keep growing in the word and if you need guidance, talk with me and we can help you how to be effective and take territory with your prayer. Yeah. And that's where the answer is in the word of God and prayer.

[00:39:18] And then you seek his wisdom getting up and following through on as you're led, as the founding fathers called it providential guidance. And those are the steps we need to make. And the group you're referring to, the Zechariah 2-5 prayer group, which of course I'm also a participant.

[00:41:05] But you also, when your wonderful word of told us to humble ourselves to see ourselves as you see us to pray.

[00:41:12] Our further prayer goes up to you Lord to change the thoughts and minds of people in this nation to go away from complacency to understand the importance of having moral, righteous, religious people that follow your commands that live according to your statutes, Lord God.

[00:41:33] So give us the courage to make the changes in our lives to be encouraged to seek your will in your face and live under your commands. And then take that action into our communities and demand the same of those that represent us.

[00:41:48] And if you are so called to run for office for we need righteous people in this nation that are standing in your principles, oh Lord, that are looking to do right and live by your commands.

[00:42:01] So change hearts, change minds and let us take action in your name for you are the waymaker. And you are the source of all change.

[00:42:10] We thank you Jesus for coming to dwell amongst us and to lead and guide us to show us how we can again bring our country back to where it needs to be in your life giving life saving name and all God's people say amen. Amen.

[00:46:10] You know something in 1917, the first communist revolution was created by the Bolsheviks. They vowed to destroy and kill everything that existed before the revolution. Kind of reminds me of what's going on in our country today when they try to tear down the beautiful monuments

[00:46:25] that have been constructed to remind us of great historical figures of our nation's past. They wanted a clean slate so that they could mold the new communist men in their image. The hell with what the people wanted. They knew best. They designed the communist utopia.

[00:46:46] Since that time over 75 years ago, over 100 million people died under their communist rule. That's how when leftists take control of everything, death rates go up. And that's just one nation. Another 100 million or more died and when the Maoists likewise took over China, China.

[00:47:07] Many millions died when they took over Venezuela, Cuba. You know how the death rates in America have increased dramatically as the leftist gain more and more control in our republic? Give me an example. Before 1962, Detroit was not only the wealthiest city in the world.

[00:47:29] It was a very peaceful city. Yes it was. And ever since the democrats took control, it became very violent. Not only amongst adults but amongst children and now of course just like the rest of much of America.

[00:47:46] If they can't get the adults to kill each other, the adults are conned under leftism to kill their children. They're babies. They're unborn babies in great numbers. And so either way it goes under leftism there's a dramatic increase in premature deaths.

[00:48:08] And now the personality traits of most communists, globalist, leftist that they possess are a huge ego, selfishness, jealousy. And yes more jealousy. They are very condescending because they know best. How often have you seen or read about democrats being very condescending towards the black community?

[00:48:34] Yeah. We call them psychopaths and or sociopaths, but they have no regard for human life. After all we are just another mouth to feed. They call many of us useless eaters, especially after a certain age.

[00:48:51] There's no common sense for their actions, no opposing point of view allowed as they are in their own big time in their own minds right all the time. But there is a righteousness that supersedes them, supersedes us all.

[00:49:06] It comes from the word of God, comes from God himself. And we the people must stand tall, stand strong and push back as Mark and I were talking about earlier. It's that simple folks. Is it easy? No, but it is simple. We know what to do.

[00:49:22] The communists take issues that can never be solved or they create an unsolvability in issues that can be solved. For example, when it comes to energy for vehicles.

[00:49:38] Back in the 1980s, the environmentalist wackos were saying, oh, vehicles should be run by natural gas because it's very clean and quiet. So the city of Cleveland adopted natural energy for all of their buses. And it was very successful.

[00:49:56] It was so great that the environmentalist, oh, they said, oh my God, this really does work. It's actually a good idea. They went and reversed course and went to Nutsville. And somehow they persuaded the city to go back to diesel buses.

[00:50:13] Then they went back to Nutsville and decided that that's bad again. And they're persuading governments to go to electric vehicles. And you know what a problem that is. If you go into a puddle, if you if they sit outside in a long time, they'll blow up.

[00:50:33] And then if you, unless you have a special blank type of blanket, they'll just not only blow up. They'll just have it. It'll be a huge fire and there's only one way to put them out. And they're very inefficient.

[00:50:48] You can't drive a long distance in these EVs, but that's what they why they want to push it on you. So, um, and they know this. Even Uncle Joe knew this before he lost his mind. They were, they're very, they're very efficient in what they do.

[00:51:06] They always find solutions that are non-solutions. Why do you think that, um, especially during the Corona, China virus situation, they continued to try not to block people from getting, um, um, Ivermectin, for example, which works very well against a lot of things, including of the Corona, China virus.

[00:51:31] Many people died in hospitals because they were given a rendizavir because the communist story ended leftist had control and they wanted to kill people. And in ignorance and stupidity, many Americans went along with this, many Canadians, many British subjects went along with this.

[00:51:48] And many people all over the world. In China, they were soldering the doors of apartments, not allowing people out at all.

[00:51:57] Can you imagine being your doors being soldered and you can't get out and people were from high places in those buildings just jumping out because they couldn't stand being locked up cooped up like that.

[00:52:08] This is why we have to push like never before, my friends, for liberty, which comes from God, from Christ himself. You know, we have to push back against the radical feminism, multiculturalism, anti-Christianity, one world government. You know, and the list is endless. I got a long list here.

[00:52:36] If I'd started just going through the whole list, we'd be here till nine o'clock tonight and only have a couple more minutes. So my friends, the bottom line is, as you go about your daily lives,

[00:52:52] not only continue to connect with your God, our Creator, and through His Word and through prayer, but through action. Because I believe He's calling we the people figuratively speaking. You know, you always have to preface things all the time now.

[00:53:09] He's calling us to arms, meaning we should be willing to stand tall and push back against the darkness because we are to be lights. In an increasingly dark world. Well, this light is now just about run out of time.
