Well, good day, good day, Hello, and welcome to the Faith Day edition of the Run Verwards American Experienced Talk Show. Today we've got a great show lined up for you. We've got a special guest. His name is Tom Caldwell and we hope to get him on the line very very soon after the first break to be specific. But you do know that the Declaration of Independence says that basic human rights come from our creator. They're shared in the Bible's Ten Commandments. In Exodus twenty verses one through seventeen and Deuteronomy chapter five, verses six through twenty one. They enumerate our natural, inalienable rights. And God gives commandments six through ten that we shall not murder, violate each other, sexually, steal, lie, or covet. He is saying everyone has the right for those things not to happen to them. When God gives commandments one through four, he is saying that we have the right to worship him, both privately and publicly in the ways that he says he is to be worshiped. In Commandment five, God provides the sanctity of family and parental rights. So when you have individuals in the government of the United States stabbings in the back like they have done today, Republicans have joined with Democrats and they have decided to vote to go ahead and continue funding those who want to continue to mutilate children. And they call it transitioning. And so we have to if America is to truly be great again, We've got to get back to the basics, get back to understanding and standing up for and standing on what is truly right in our republic and what is right according to God's standards and the standards that are enumerated in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. But before we go any further, I've got to share a bit of heartbreaking news for you today. Yes, this is very heartbreaking. If you've ever been to New York, I've had the opportunity to live there or even just visit, perhaps you tasted those famous Nathan hot dogs out to this very day, that Nathan hot. Dogs are the best I've ever tasted, and it's uh kind of heartbreaking, you know what I mean. Nathan's Famous, which you're open as a five cent hot dog stand in Coney Island more than a century ago, has been sold to packaged meat giant smith Field Foods in an all cash four hundred and fifty dollar goal. That's bad enough, And this happened actually on Wednesday. But guests who owned smith Phil Foods, now this is the heartbreaking part of the matter. Well China does yep, China now owns Nathan's hot Dogs. Now that's not a reason to pull out the old hankies and shed a few tears. I don't know what is man oh Man? Oh Man? Well, there's hoping that Gordon Chang, he's a great Chinese American who hopes that the Trump administration will block Smithfield's purchase of Nathan's and while we're at it, forced China to divest Smithfield. And I agree with mister Chang. We need to get China out of our food chain completely. We need to get China off of our farm lands. We need to get China out of this country totally. And I know that President Trump is slap happy over the agreement with TikTok, which is nineteen percent to own by China. You know, I love of things that the prisident stands for, but so often he seems to at the last minute compromise. And you know that Republicans are holding a thin margin, and as we're heading towards the midterms, there is a bit of a concern is President Trump seems to be alienating the pro life movement. Pro life movement is very important to the Republican Party candidates who want to get elected or re elected, and one of the reasons why that President Trump did win was because when he ran, he stood strongly for the pro life movement and stood strongly against the murder of babies. Now, I do know in the past the president, like his wife, was more pro abortion, but then he kind of veered toward the right when it comes to that issue. But recently it seems that he's making moves that are kind of alienating the pro life movement and throwing more support towards those who want to kill babies. That is a very unwise decision and I hope that the president wakes up and I know that he gets a lot of counseling from people like Susan Wiles. Did you see a press conference that he had when he was on his way back to the country and he was speaking with reporters and such, and behind him looming like an owl, Susan Wilds peering out from behind him. It kind of creeped me out a little bit. And I don't know, well, I do know he needs to wake up to that reality too, and he needs to along with kicking China out, he needs to kick Susan Wilds out. She's not good. For for him our country because she is negatively impacting his decision making. And yeah, the House blocked amendment that would have cut off funding for DEI and child mutilation. Seventy six Republicans joined the Democrats. Seventy six of them. Talk about crazy work man, oh Man. The House also rejected efforts to defund the kill switch mandate for cars, allowing the government to be able to shut off your vehicle anytime they get ready. Guess what, fifty seven Republicans joined the wicked Democrats to keep that mandate. Now, what's going on here? Oh, I'll tell you what's going on. There are many Republicans who would rather see this country burned down and collectively go to hell than to see President Trump follow through on the great promises that he made in his administration and follow through on the things that he's actually working to do. Do you really think that many of these Republicans want Americans, you and I to completely live freely from the boothill of government. Now, they're just as bad as Democrats. That's why they're called rhinos. You know, you are what you are, you are what you do, and Americans have to wake up to that fact. Going to the mid term elections, We're going to have to really do our due diligence and there needs to come to the fore an idea that I have been speaking about for some time, and that is that each individual who runs for office, they need to take a Constitution and Bill of Rights test and if they don't pass, they don't run. They're not qualified. It's just like when you apply for certain jobs, you take a test, you go through some hoops. It is what it is, and that's what it should be to run for office in our nation. It doesn't matter if you're running from mayor, city council, alderman, governor, county commission, president, doesn't matter. And to assume the judgeship either and the reason why the test needs to be administered so that those who act against our constitution they could be legally excused from office and then there would be an immediate. Election. You know, there would be time maybe a month or so for those who wanted to replace the individual to campaign or whatever, and so on and so on. I mean, we've got to start getting smarter as a nation when it comes to dealing with the politicians, when it comes to to deal with our issues, and when it comes to our walk with our creator as well. We've got to become a lot wiser because if not all these good things that are happening on the surface here and this Republican around the world, it'll all come to naught very easily, will easily be unwound. At the end of the Trump administration, China has given eighty million dollars to Cuba and since thousands of tons of rice as the population remains trapped in blackouts and shortages, we'll be right back on this fate. And I hope that this time around or that time around, rather that the Democrats and Rhinos are not allowed to do such an illegal thing. How can you just well, we've decided to say that what we don't like, we're gonna call it illegal and lock you up. That's basically what happened to the J sixers. And yes, he is a victorious American Hello, and welcome back, sir. Well, hi Ron, and thank you so much for having me on the program. It's good to be back. Oh yes, it's an honor, sir. Well, you know, before we get to the book. I know there's some issues that are probably a very big concern to you as they are to me. And while we are still congratulating the president over snatching Maduro from Venezuela, what did you think about his speech and some of the things that were said over there and divorce in which he really said it right to the face of those globalist pigs over there, right in their face, Hey, look, you need us more than we need. You, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. And he was getting he got them to basically bend to his will for the most part. What did you think think about him? You're a military man, how did you view him as a world leader? In what went on there? In Doubles. He's the kind of guy Ron Ron that I would really like to continue to be serving for he's a great, great commander in chief. He went over there and he just showed the World Economic Forum that they are toast basically this idea of their globalism and one world government and fuer Klaus Schwab, about whom I wrote an opet a while back and called him the most dangerous man in the world. The same guy that wanted us to wear quasi futuristic clothes and be happy with less and eat bugs while he was having steak. His time is gone. He's been pushed out, although he has another guy who came in behind him. But I thought the most important thing Ron was he really made it clear that America is back and were not taking any whoy anymore. And the best example of that is what he said about Greenland. Now, a lot of people on the left and in the media have gotten upset about that, but you know that the United States is a long standing and legit security interest in Greenland. There was the nineteen fifty one Defense of Greenland Agreement, which was entered into obviously after the Second World War, after we had pushed the Nazis out of there and saved Europe and the European way of life at that time. And you know, we have a base there right now. The Danes consider that to be kind of a colony of Theirs right now and really haven't treated it well. And President Trump said look, we want Greenland. It's important to our security and it's important to your security too, and we want you to support us on this. And if you don't, we'll remember. That's what he said. If people didn't catch his entire his entire address, that was the big takeaway, we're going to remember. And after he was done speaking, they pretty much rolled over and let him scratch their tummies like a puppy. And you know, this kind of thing has happened before. You know, Russia sold Alasket to the US. I know it was well over a century ago, but Denmark sold the Virgin Islands to the US in nineteen seventeen. So President Trump has always been very serious about this. He made no bones about it, and he told people were the bear went through the proverbial buckwheat on everything from globalism to defense, to standing up to China and to Russia, to ending wars and really getting the financial engines of the world coming again. Absolutely, I thought it was very telling when he took Mark Carney to task the cornbut leader of Canada. Now think about this. Canada's entire gross domestic product is half of that of Dyninge, California. And remember, we have fifty states, and at least seven or eight of our states gross domestic product are equal to that of the entire economy of Canada, and Canada is only worth half of California as far as gross domestic product, and our economy is one and a half times the size of Europe. We're almost getting back to the point in history when after the Second World War, by the mid fifties nineteen fifties, the United States economy was larger than the entire planet put together. And so the one thing that does concern me when it comes to economy and wealth and all of that is that because of the House of Rome and the Rothschile set up, they've set it up there where we cannot get out of the debt bubble. And that is the one thing that is why our debt continues to grow and grow and grow in the debt of the entire planet, because those old European families, that's how they gained all their wealth through debt. And so that's the one, one one bubble that needs to be burst before it's too late. But let's say you've got a couple of minutes there. Well, I think you're right about that, and I think that if people really would stop and read the art of the deal, they would understand where President Trump is coming from. And this is America First agenda. This is what we elected him to do. And he is taking the world economy under control. And he understands that the teriffs are a vehicle that should have been used a long time ago. And I think if he keeps putting on the tariffs, before too long, we're going to see some of these countries to which we have grown deficits a great debt to them. They're going to use that as a negotiating move for President Trump. And President Trump will say, well, gee, maybe I could cut back on this tariffs, so we'd be looking better going forward if you were just slash that amount of money that you say we owe to you in half, for example, or by eighty percent. I was always one of those that said, don't be surprised if President Trump doesn't turn around someday and tell China, look, we're just not gonna deal with you anymore because we can't even service the debt we have to you right now, So we're gonna quit. We're gonna quit dealing with you all together. No more trade. Bye, Thank you, they would immediately say, we'll just write that off. My grandfather used to famously tell me, hey, it's not a profit until you cash it in. So all these things are just numbers on a piece of paper. Don't be surprised if those big deficits don't start to fall or get trimmed back. In response to President Trump holding the line on these terraces. And to secure it, we should continue and in fact multiply the efforts to restore our own manufacturing and the production of our own minerals, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, and break that chain of the supply chain that China has a grip on. And I agree with you. I've said this for a long time that we should just totally cut China off and act like we don't even know them anymore, because it was because of the stupidity of the United States that they became very rich and the second largest economy in the world. Now, all we have to do is cut them off and leave them alone. And I think we have the armaments to thwart any possible attack of them, because they might get pissed off if we decide to cut them off at the knees like that, and so I'm in, you know. A lockstep with you on that. We need to cut them off. And Ronald Reagan in fact famously said, well, well if we just simply off our relationships with the Soviet Union, and well we'll see how far they get and how far we get, and history will tell us. And so it can be the same thing with China. We don't need them. We have more than enough food, we have water, and we can rebuild ourselves from within. And each of our states are wealthy, of the most countries in the world anyway, So we'll continue on the faith. The edition of the Rondez which American Experience. I'm right, Edward, your happy host to welcoming you and thanking our guest Tom Caldwell for joining us once again. You know, Tom, I'm going to tell you something that I really believe. You know, Andrew Jackson was has been considered as one of our great presidents. There are things I like about him. There are things I don't but the things one of the things I like about him is how he he was a great fighter. He led you know, the Louise Sanna purchase and other things. I don't like the trail of tears aspect, But there are some things that Trent needs to emulate when it comes to Andrew Jackson. What do I mean? He's often expressed his admiration for our seventh president, especially during his first term, and his allies. He and his allies have repeatedly compared his own political rise and campaign to drain the swamp to Jackson's own deeply anti establishment attitude. And that's why. Tom is that I think when it comes to certain things, he needs to take an Andrew Jackson attitude. What say you? I absolutely agree with that. And you know, when we start looking back at the most effective presidents, the real heroes that our kids are not being taught about nowadays, Andrew Jackson's right there. It's top now. Andrew Jackson wasn't a politician President Trump. He was not a politician. General Ulysses S. Grant who led us during reconstruction. There were some mistakes made by his administration, but he was a strong hand there, and he was not a politician. And President Trump, even though he uses that word once in a while, he's not a politician. So he's somebody who's actually been out in the real world like you, like me, like all of your good listeners, and he understands with a special clarity the way the world really works. He's not interested now certainly of course getting re elected. But we see what President Trump does because he looks globally. People say, well, we need to make more changes here at home. Well, while he's being handcuffed by the federal judiciary and the Republicans in Congress from doing all the things that we elected him to do here at home, and he's still able to do a lot of them, he is looking globally. And they talk about example of the Monroe Doctrine, which some people have also called the don Roe doctrine, and he gave us some insight into that and what he thought and the idea of a basic nuance of gunboat diplomacy. We saw it in Venezuela. Now, in Venezuela, we went in there and we got a criminal who's had a balley on his head. And people will say, well, we're nation building, we're starting a war. No, we're not occupying the place. We came in surgically with our military. We took the clown out and we're going to help Venezuela get back on their feet. I think Exon Mobil and Tonico Phillips, who helped build the oil industry down there and will help rebuild it now are so sertainly going to help the Venezuelan people do that. Here's one for you and your listeners who don't know me well, don't know perhaps that I spent two decades on active duty in the intelligence services of our country, watched, for example, China. That was my primary responsibility when working for the American people. There was a throwaway in one media report about this surgical strike that we made into Venezuela to get Maduro out of there, this tyrant who had so many thousands of people locked up, including clerics, being tortured every day in the same kind of dungeons that I was tortured in by the Biden administration. That's a whole another story. And they said, and there was a Chinese delegation there that witnessed the American operation, What so would it surprise you? Or I would say, what do you think if I were to tell you the Chinese delegation that was there was actually their military operatives, and that Maduro, on behalf of Venezuela had already entered into a military agreement with the communist Chinese to give them military ships, naval ships, basing rights in Venezuela so that they could operate autonomously in the Caribbean. Wouldn't that be a threat or a potential threat to commerce for not just the United States, but many other countries that wanted their goods to go in and out of that area. Wouldn't that have been a threat? And yet the deal had already been cut, or so I've been told. Now, I'm not still working in the Pentagon, but because I had high level clearances and I was considered by my country to be somebody worthwhile of having great trust in. There are a lot of people who are still in that world who have great trust in me, and they share these things with me. Because I have a little bit of the historical perspective on some of the things that have been planned by the Chinese and the Soviets and achievements. For a long time, I thought that was very that they had their military folks there, that a deal was done. What would that have done, ron if we had Chinese naval ships operating out of Venezuela on our southern edge of the Gulf of America. Well, I tell you one thing that if Aunt Kamala had been elected, we would have That's exactly what would be you would be witnessing. And that is why it was important for President Trump to do what he did, and all he's doing is basically what was I guess patterned for US via President Monroe. And he told Europe during. Those days, heytull, don't screw around in our hemisphere. And he showed them that he was very serious. And of course out of that came the Monroe Doctrine, and there were also tariffs et cetera, et cetera, which helped open the door to the gilded age of prosperity in these United States of America. And a lot of people, for some reason, because not everyone is totally ignorant of this history, but there is a lot of people in government that try to overlook this and ignore it. And they're probably praying to Satan that we don't know this today, that we the American people are ignorant of these facts. They hope that we don't understand that early in the nineteenth century, tariff policy represented a major issue in US politics, and so the Constitution of our explicitly gives Congress the power to levy national tarifs to generate revenue and regulate commerce and If you recall, during the Antebellum period, tariffs accounted for vast majority of federal revenue, roughly ninety percent according to some estimates, when TIFFs came Yeah, go ahead. I'm sorry. I'm just going to say, I think that you're really onto something that people need to understand. Because if we use the tariffs correctly, if we can with President Trump, get other countries to play there on the international trade stage, if you will, this would go a long way towards President Trump's stated dream of doing away with income tax. We wouldn't even need it because the money that we would be bringing in would be sufficient. Now, we certainly I'd like to see a balanced budget amendment. That might be a pipe dream, but to have the money come in to fill our coffers, to use this leverage to bring down the debt that we owe other folks, and to get us into that kind of a situation. Min wouldn't things be wonderful if we could just let the capitalist engine rule the day and get corruption out of our government and get more money back in the hands of the American people. That is part of President trum dream and saying hands off the Americas allah the Monroe doctrine is a big portion of making sure that we have security and we are able to maintain the kind of society that we've always enjoyed throughout our lives, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without worrying about a bunch of bad guys on our doorstep. You remember you're a student of history. Now, back during the Antebellum period, the predominantly agricultural Southern States, what do. They rely on? They relied on imports to get manufactured goods. They were sort of like the United States under Joe Biden, relying on China for our goods or the majority of our goods, and therefore largely opposed tariff increases or tariffs in general. And that's one of the underlying reasons that eventually we got into war, the famous Civil War, while the more industrial North wanted to protect nascent American industry sounds familiar, doesn't it, and terraffs were subject to free debates in Congress, and the new Tariff for ninth eighteen twenty eight, passed during the presidency of John Quincy Adams. The tariff rates to the highest in the nation's history up to that point. Southerners were outraged. They went to Nutsville and began calling the new tariff the tariff of abominations. I'm run Edbergs. Glad to be with you and our guest today, Thomas E. Caldwell. He's an author. He's a humorist, artist, conservationist, aspiring screenwriter, former radio broadcast personality, and a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Lieutenant Commander Calwell honorably served our nation for nearly two decades, primarily within the Navy Navy's intelligence community. A devout Christian, Tom lives with his lovely wife Sharon on a small farm in the beautiful Commonwealth of Virginia. Welcome back, Tom, And before we get back to the subject matter, why don't you tell us a bit about your book and where folks can to receive it, because I've read it from stem to stern and it's to me, in my humble opinion, it is a masterpiece and I would not be shocked if this were turned into a very very compelling movie. Well, thanks very much, Ron, Ron the book The Mouths of the Wicked. It is my true January sixth story and the story of my wife as well. Ours is a very unique January sixth story for a number of reasons. For listeners who don't know, I never went into the Capitol, I've never broke any laws on January sixth, and yet I was persecuted and prosecuted harder, some would say, than virtually any other Jay six er. In fact, I was called the King din the Top Banana, the guy who planned the whole thing on January sixth. Of course, none of that was true, and the government knew that even when they sent a swat team to our farm here in the Valley of Virginia, nearly murdered my wife and started what became an odyssey for us for almost five years, fighting them all the way through being in solitary confinement, being tortured of every dirty trick the government could come up with a ten week jury trial at kangaroo court, all of that, and we kept fighting and fighting and fighting. So this is kind of an historical record, but it's told as if I was just talking to you in front of the fireplace. Ron. As you well know, I'm not an academician. I'm a guy that just has a story to tell. And the biggest reason I think that I continue to want to get this word out is because Sharon and I saw so much goodness from God through all of this. We were in a situation where we could not help ourselves. Truth and justice and innocence meant nothing. We were up against an unworldly, incredible cabal that was brought down upon us by the Biden administration, just so much hatred. When you've got people that will falsify evidence to born perjury, what on earth can you do? And so Sharon and I leaned into the Father and it was not a backup plan. It was the original plan. We started from the jump. In fact, I called out to him when they had automatic rifles and Sharon's face on our front porch and she was a finger twitch away from dying. But we had to go through so much stuff, and I've shared with you, Ron, I didn't really understand why we had to go through so many things. And many of your listeners might be going through tremendous trials, maybe not quite like that, but something that seems overwhelming for them, and they say, God, when will this torment end? Lord? How much of this do I have to endure? And I look back now, I couldn't see it at the time. And again, we only got three of this a few months ago. I mean I was still on the no fly list. I could still September about twenty twenty five would be that is that Malia. I had to figure out, how long is this going? To go on, and I could not figure it out at the time. But if the Department of Justice had been honest, if they had done the right thing and said, oops, we made a mistake, we got the wrong guy, instead of doubling down to improve their own chances of advancement and to secure for them pash bonuses, Yes, are real thing from the Department of Justice. When you get people convicted of something, a cash bonus up to a million dollars per conviction that most taxpayers don't know about. That if they had done that, would I be the same man that I am today. I don't think so. I don't think so. It took a long time, and I've come to understand that as we seek more grace from God, the Lord writes these incredible emotions filled, tearful epics of our lives. He's not writing a comic book, he's not writing on the back of a postcard. He's writing an epic in us. And I had to figure out what God was trying to do in me. And the Bible talks about you have to learn patience, you have to learn persistence, and that builds character. How many times in the middle of the night did I say God, how much dogone character can I take? Stop the suffering? We were broke, We were beaten down physically and psychologically. But I am reminded that just because you are a character doesn't mean you necessarily have enough character. So as I laugh at myself, the biggest burden I had, ron and I've shared this with you because you are such a dear brother, it was forgiveness. The Bible is very clear that you have to practice forgiveness. Of Phesians forces get rid of all betterness, rage and anger, and multiple spots in the Bible says you have to learn forgiveness. That was the toughest thing. How do you forgive someone who tortured you in a six by nine concrete box, or someone who nearly murdered your wife, who took every possession from you, money, farm, equipment, selectibles? How do you forgive? Well, it's not about letting them off the hook. I learned that it's about giving them forward to God because sooner or later they're going to have to face some kind of judgment, whether they believe in God or not. Because He believes in them, They're going to have to face up to that. But for me to be able to go forward even as I was writing this book. As it happened, I had to forgive them, I had to turn away. I had to give it to God because it was the only way I could get their claws out of me. I'm too old, and you know, I'd like to think I'm mature in my faith enough to say I can't live by the feud. This is not the playground where somebody punches you in the face and you punch back. They have a much larger punch. But we were able to escape all of their treachery because God was with us. Normally, when you're found guilty of something, and I should point out I had the best result of anybody who dared to go to trial in Washington, d C. I was found not guilty of three major felonies. The Supreme Court throughout another one. But I had twenty four twenty five months before I went to sentencing. That's where you stand there and the judge tells you what a creepo you are, and then how long he's going to throw you in jail for. And on the tenth of January of last year, at twenty twenty five, so there's only been a year. The judge said, mister Caldwell, the government has failed to meet this burden of proof that you're guilty. Go home and good luck. And that was the culmination of all of it. And doll Leigh, we were waiting for this wonderful, wonderful promised pardons and yet on the night that President Trump was inaugurated, there was no pardon for me. Now, that was very disappointing, and I could feel the rage coming up in me. But the most important thing was the pardons for so many people who were still in prison so they could rejoin their family. That was the most important thing. And the pardon did come for me once I quit worrying about it and handed it to God. Three months later it showed up. Are you still there? Oh? Yeah. One thing I wanted to announce before we go up the air, is that real quick? This just in from bricks News. There are preliminary details emerging on President Trump's Greenland Deal. US missile defenses and their assets, including the Golden Dome factor into this plan that they're coming up with a core objective countering Russian presence in the Arctic, the US gaining access to limited strategic land areas, and the deal could trigger major US supported infrastructure projects, and American firms would participate in Greenland's mineral development, and the arrangement would have no fixed end date at all. And so this is what they believe we're coming up with. You could see this coming into full fruition within a very short time.
