I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to the Run Edwards American Experience Talk Show. It's great to be with you. I am your radio refreshment. This is Faith Day, of course, and we should always exercise our faith, by the way, but on Faith Day we do place an extra bit of emphasis on the need to. Exercise our faith. You know. The practical matter called the Declaration of Independence, adopted by Congress on July fourth, seventeen seventy six, they publicly announced to the world the unanimous decision of the American colonies to declare themselves a free and independent state, absolved from any allegiance to Great Britain. Yet it is also a definitive American statement of the conditions of legitimate political authority, the ends of government, and the sovereignty of the people. James Madison, the father of the Constitution, called the fundamental Act of the Union of these states. The Decoration of Independence is chiefly the work of Thomas Jefferson, who described it as an expression of the American mind, intended to place before mankind the common sense of the subject in terms so plain and so firm as to command their assent. Its words remain striking to day. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Abraham Lincoln said that when future generations read these words, they would realize that they have a right to claim it as though they were blood of the blood of the flesh, of the flesh of the men who wrote the decoration. And so they are. And the argument of the declaration is straightforward. It means liberty from something called tyranny. And as I look across our beautiful republic today, I see need to rededicate or reclaim our declaration of independence. Now, who are we to declare independence from today? Well, I say there are several factors. Amongst them are. The ongoing Islamic takeover of America, the growing onslaught of communism emanating from the government, through education, through leftist leaning churches, through entertainment. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. If we. Who do understand true liberty, true freedom, and understand what it takes to maintain liberty and freedom, we must right now, post haste, rededicate ourselves, rededicate our nation not only to God, but to vigorously act upon what it takes to re establish true liberty, true freedom, a land of equal opportunity, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Because if we do not very soon and then not too distant future, we will find ourselves in. A position where it'll be too little, too late. You have so many entities right now, either from big government, big international corporations that are flooding us with AI before AI is fully studied out, before it is made sure that AI is not harmful to we the people, and we already know it would harm the environment. Now that that's something I don't understand. Where where are the environmentalists today? You don't see them, do you, because they understand that, unlike things that they want to nut to feel about in the past, if all these AI data centers are constructed within our republic, it will harm our republic more than a thousand old fashioned steel factories in one city. And so you have a situation today where you've got these massive data centers that are gobbling up, you know, farms, gobbling up what's left of beautiful landscaped areas and places like Ohio and elsewhere throughout the Republic. And so, and I understand why, I mean, Bill Gates is in favor of these kinds of developments and others because the fewer private owned farms there are, the more will be forced to rely upon factory food, which means there's another area that we need to fight for our independence. I'd rather be able to continuously independently go to my friendly neighborhood farmers market and purchase farm produced food from private farms, especially the ones that grow their foods organically, the ones that don't feed their cows that's of grain and rather than allowing them to feed on natural things like grass and weeds. I mean, there's so many directions I could go, but America today, the United States of America, this great republic turned momocracy. It's kind of like, you know, if you take a car and you someone goes and sneaks and they put sugar in the tank, in the gas tank, and then they then the owner comes out and you know, expects to go to work or something, and all of a sudden, the only thing they get is you know, it's as if the car, out of a sudden, got pneumonia or something just doesn't work. It chokes out. Well, America is getting to that point where she's being choked out forty trillion dollar deficit. Who the thunk it? Now? As bad as things are, these problems could be quickly fixed, quickly remedied, and we'll talk about some of the remedies when I return. So I wouldn't bring up a bunch of problems without solutions. And these things can be quickly fixed. All it takes is faith and intelligent action. It's all it takes. We don't have to settle for what is being brought down from on high, from government or big corporations or anything like that. We've settled too long, my friends, and it's about high time we start standing up and making these people realize. They don't like us anyway, the elites, the Democrats, that's why they want to push us around. That's why they want to replace many of us with the illegals, Yeah, may want to replace you because there's this a frightful little chance in their minds. They're thinking, you know what, they're still Americans, and they may be pushed to the point where they may stand up and push back real hard, and they don't want that. And so even after all these decades of dunging down false teaching from the polepits, horrible entertainment, just bombarding us with garbage, there's still that chance because not all Americans have been you know, fully indoctrinated. Many of us have awakened to the realities of what we are seeing, what we are dealing with today, and to people that are in government and elsewhere, they see us as a big danger. That's one of the reasons why they come after President Trump because of what he ran on, which goes totally against the you know, the powerful establishment. But there is a huge chance that we can still turn this thing around. We don't have to settle, and I'll continue to remind people we do not have to settle. We were not called here to settle. And they have great services out there as well. Before the break, I was. Talking about a litany of situations that our republic is embroiled in. And you know, I like to bring up solutions. Okay, you know in many of these solutions that are, in my opinion, very common sense in nature. There's nothing that is equivalent to rockets science when it comes to fixing our economy, when it comes to food production, when it comes to just about anything impacting our great society. I shouldn't say great society, should I? That was a term famously used by the communist president Lyndon Maidens Johnson when he used to say great society. And he's one of the main fixtures of multiplying the size of government on the welfare side, on the non productive side. And man, what he kicked off. We see the results of it today and it's an atrocity. But what we're going to have to do in our society, they're gonna have to go cold turkey on a few things. We're really going to have to do do some cold turkey activity. You've heard of heroin addicts in the past, and you know, people that are hooked on. Drugs, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Some of the best ways to to get out of situations like that it's just to go cold turkey like yourself in a room. You don't have someone there to assist you if things get out of hand, an a and just cut it off and do away with it. I knew someone who was a a long time, multi decades cigarette smoker, and one day they said, you know what, I'm done, and that was it. For the rest of their life, they they didn't smoke anymore. And so we here in this country have to start being more adult when it comes to dealing with our situations. When it comes to dealing with our representatives, for example, we can no longer allow ourselves to be seen as basically little n know nothings. I mean I I can go all the way back to the days of Hubert Humphrey. I wasn't an adult or anything like that, but it was during those times when members of Congress they would say things in the halls of Congress of the American people don't know what in the hell they want. They've always, for many decades looked at we the people, like we were idiots. I could just imagine what those folks would say about the American public today when you see a lot of the things that are going on. I was looking at a video today, oh man, what's his name? Officer Tatum, very well known personality, and he was showing some videos of different activities from across the country. And ninety percent of the presentations were black Americans. There was about two of them. There were white Americans, but all of them were leftists. There were some shots of graduations and other public gatherings, and it was atrocious. It was atrocious. There was fights one of the white gatherings, uh graduations. It was at a middle school and it was an eighth grader and he was, I guess, the valedictorian. And the first thing that came out of his mouth when he gave a speech was, hm, who would have thought they'd give a microphone to a angry gay student? And this is an eighth grader. And I'm thinking to myself, wait a minute, Wait a minute. And I looked at that inly. I said, Okay, there's yet another problem that we have to pop up with some solutions and quickly. We have to take these students out of these government schools Cold Turkey. If you're a parent and you really care about your children, if you can work out with your fellow neighbors and start homeschooling clubs in your own neighborhoods. And I say that because, yeah, one parent trying to do it all. Yeah, it can be very gruesome, very expensive. But if you spread it out where everyone's in agreement with the curriculum and everyone's on the same page and progress, you can pass it around and you can do. These kinds of things. And so. And I know from a personal experience that it can be done because when I'll never forget, we were in elementary school and the school system I was in was considered one of the best in the country at the time. Educational standards were very, very high generally, but you know what, our parents were not satisfied with the job that the teachers were doing. And I'll never forget my father's spearheaded in the neighborhood and got together all the parents and they took us all out of school. And we were thinking, oh man, we're going to get out. Of school for a little while. It's gonna be easy peasy now, yep, the dicknity, the hickity and so. But little did we know, we found out how smart our parents really were. And so we were like. Jesus, Jesus, you're the crew. I mean, it was tough. It wasn't mean, but it was tough. And it went on for about think about three weeks. We went to the basement. They took us to the basement of the church, Lee Memorial Am Church, and man, it was tough. And we thought, you know, like I said, it was one of the best school systems in the entire country. And when you consider the fact that at that time, I'm not going to tell you exactly what time, but at that time education in the United States was far superior to what it is right now. And I think ours was probably the last generation of general greatness in the in the American school system where you had to take Latin. Yeah, it was yeah, if you were to slap in a lot of the things that we had to deal with, it wasn't dealing with, but we're taught. I think there would be brain collapses all across the country right now. Children would just just just pass out from from the intellectual stimulations. They couldn't take it. And that's because over multi generations of indoctrinations, an easy pasy school in comparison, you get smooth brains, and it gets more difficult for the information to sink in. Common sense is no longer taught. Critical thinking hasn't been taught on a general basis for decades. But this stuff can be turned around. We don't have to stay stupid. We don't have to stay in this condition. If you regularly read your Bible, if you've read the Ten Commandments, for example, I like to go there because it's such a basis that needs to be more prominently utilized and exercised in our republic. And you go to church regularly, you don't hear about that stuff. You don't hear about the Ten Commandments. It's either a bunch of slappies. Yeah, they come to Jesus a dickity. Oh yeah, wait a minute, here comes the offering plate. Make sure you tithe, and I believe in tithing, I believe in giving, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. We're very generous, but you don't feed what isn't really giving you. You know, if if you get a product, you're not going to pay for bad service, or you're not going to pay for inferior products. You may want at one time, but you won't be that fool again. And so we need to smarten up on the quality of teaching that we accept in our in our churches. See. One of the things way back in the day that the Catholic Church did not want people to do is read the Bible for themselves. Nope, they didn't even want people to pray for themselves. Has ceasefire talks between the US and Iran dragon the truce has come under another test. The US has carried out a series of strikes on Iranian targets this week, most recently on Wednesday night. It says these strikes are in response to Iranian threats and the latest incident. Kuwait says it was attacked by Iranian missiles and drones. Iran confirms that it launched a fresh attack in the region. It says this is in response to American aggression. Now, these clashes have not caused the ceasefire to collapse, but they have left the Middle East on edge. And that is Joe Fetterman reporting. Meanwhile, President Trump says he's holding a White House situation room meeting with his top advisors. Russian drum that was part of an overnight attack on Ukraine has crashed in a department building in eastern Romania. The Russian drone was tracked by radar in Romanian aspace and crashed onto the roof of a building and the impact followed by afar. Two people suffered minor injuries and several others were evacuated. In response to the crash, NATA member Romania is asking the Alliance for a faster transfer of anti Jomee capabilities to its military. I'm Charles to thea Desma Spring Court. You know, people are absolutely roasting America's two hundred and fiftieth anniversary concert lineup, and yeah, I have to admit it's kind of funny, but it's sad at the same time because many of your top headliners of today have said, Nope, we don't want to be a part of it because President Trump is president. Yeah, and so you know, many people are laughing and making fun of the President because. That's all he can get is people from the past or. Unknowns, YadA, YadA, YadA. I mean people like Vanilla Ice, Millie Vanilli, Oh my god, the Commodore's commodores were great in their time. But huh now, I guess they're all on canes right. Oh wait a minute, Morris d hint in the time, holy MACROLANDI then you've got who's floor rider, apple bottomed jeans, boots with. The fur, et cetera. Okay, and the list goes on a lot of other celebratory sorry SAPs here. Yeah, and this is for the two hundred and fifty event. But see this, this is also very telling rather than making it like, ah, that's all the President Trump can draw, he's just drawing flies, you know, for for the two hundred and fiftieth celebration. But it's also, in my humble opinion, a worse reflection on the entertainment world and much of society because here we are the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our republic, and rather than celebrating the nation, rather than being proud to celebrate what is the greatest nation in the history of the world, in my humble opinion, they'd rather condemn it. Yeah, they'd rather just trash America. People like Bruce Springsteen and others. Paul McCartney, though he's not from the United States, Paul McCartney. But still he has that attitude many of your headlining stars of today. But when you think about it, when you know the big names of today, the majority of them, you don't want to You wouldn't want to be around them anyway. So maybe what the president should do is have some folks go out and find some real talented groups and and and and single entertainers, because there's a lot of great talent in this in this country, and go out there and really find some patriotic talent that is very good, of high quality, that will be so great it'll it'll knock off. Yeah, I mean because Milli Vanilli. I mean they weren't really that talented. I mean they didn't have any talent, did they. No, they didn't. They lip synced and you know, they they were nothing. The Commodorees are past their prime there there. I thought they were one of the great groups of that of that era. But that's about it. But really that's a slut. Rather than settling for the lower rung, go out and really find great talent. I'm sure you could find some good, patriotic, great talent. And some of the music venues in Texas, some of the local good music venues in places like the Flats in Cleveland. You know, you just maybe you have to look a little further and you can find great talent. There's a lot of it in this country and folks that would be honored to participate in this. And so it is what it is. But it's a problem that does not have to remain a joke. In fact, when I look at the list there, if I were the president, I would just say okay, thanks, but no thanks, and immediately go looking for great local talent. I know Kid Rock wouldn't mind being involved. He's well known, and though he's not made one of one of my favorites musically, I know that he crosses more than one generation, and he is good at what he does, and he's also patriotic, and there are others and so you know, you just you know, you can reverse the fortunes of this unfortunate situation so far, and the president has a big problem that can be worked out and turned around. His approval rating hit a record low this week amid his efforts to end the Iranian war. That's according to a recent survey, Trump has earned a thirty four percent approval rating among US adults in the latest Economist You Go of survey a further fifty nine percent disapprove of his performance. The results of mark Trump's worst performance in that survey over both terms. The president was similarly underwater at this point in his first term, down twelve points, though it was twenty six percent approval split is far and away his lowest. The results come as Trump is working to end the Iranian where I really hope that he is, because I do believe that if he goes ahead and says, you know, screw it, if that's what they want over there, they can have it. And what he should do, here's a solution, go gangster on the Strait of her Moose. All you have to do a couple of warships, one carrier, missile install installations, and inappropriate hidden places at the ready so that if I Ran wants to get stupid and block ships from going through the Strait of her Moose, which is international waters, which makes it so that no nation has the right to block or try to charge other nations any money to go through it. But other than that, we need to say, you know what, we're out, peace out. But if we see that you're producing a nuclear weapon, it'll be bomb bombs away again and that should be the extent of it for now. Then he should turn his attention to the Western hemisphere. What he needs to do is get China. Yeah, people think that because China has been bumped out of Panama and you know, out of Venezuela. You know, you know, the slappies are all happy. But what they don't understand is that in another nation, in South America, China is just buying up tons of gold. Oh yeah, lots of gold, and the more goal you have, guess what happens. See China, It's always been China's goals for several years to get enough gold to back its economy, to put itself in a position to be able to replace the dollar with the the yawn. Okay, but the solution is, wake up the reality, President Trump, get China out of the Western Hemisphere. Enact the Monroe Doctrine, which has been approved by Congress. It's the law. We can do that. And if you have a black robe gone to wild judge that tries to stop you, just say, you know, okay, go play patty cakes with yourself or whatever. Judge, We're gonna go ahead and do what we can lawfully do and clean out the hemisphere. And part of cleaning out the hemisphere, the bigger part is cleaning out our country. Get back to doing what you ran for getting the illegals out of the country in mass. Time is ticking, and if you want to get a substantial amount of the illegals out of our country, you need to get at least three to four million a year out. Get them out out. You gotta make a big dent in the illegal population. What happens then, getting out of the Iranian war, getting the illegals out in mass out of this country, two immediate things will happen. Wages will start to creep up. The price of gasoline will start going down. Of fuel. When the price of fuel starts declining, what happens then the price of everything else starts to start trickling downward. Well, at the same time, we know everyone who's you know, has has an education level above eighth grade, understands the tariffs are legal. You need to go back and start reinstituting some of the tariffs that black Robe gone the wild leftist judges and said, no, you can't do that, you can't do that. Well, you can legally do that. You know, God is all about solutions to whatever problems that may be besetting mankind. Yeah, you know, it's like the scientific statement for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Earlier, I was talking a bit about data centers. It's something else that domestically should be dealt with. The President needs to look into the harm that it can cause our republic. And I think there needs to be a huge reversal on these things. Just want to give you a bit of data on them. Well, you know, some people believe that stopping data centers from being built near your location is a David versus Goliath battle, but unwinnable. However, a recent Gallup polls showed that seventy percent of Americans opposed data centers being built in their community. The issue crosses party lines, our backyard versus big tech. Did you know that a single modern AI data center can consume as much electricity as one hundred thousand homes or more. They can suck up millions and millions of gallons of gasoline I'm sorry, millions of gallons of water every single day just for cooling. That's equivalent to a small city backup. Diesel generators roar at levels of up to one hundred decibels like a jackhammer, and spew pollutants linked to cancer and respiratory issues. In Lake Tahoe, one of the most beautiful places on Earth, nearly fifty thousand residents on the California side were recently told that their longtime power provider is going to be pulling out, heading them up and moving out after twoenty twenty seven. Why because capacity is being redirected to nearby Nevada data centers. Families are now scrambling like little mice, running around trying to find work a new supplier, and when they do, most likely it'll be much more expensive, while tech giants get priority treatment. This isn't hypothetical, this isn't hyperbolic. It's happening all over our republic from sea to shining sea. But it doesn't have to happen. Seventy percent of wee people are against this madness. Seventy percent of us should stand against it. Get in the way. There have been many other things that have been stopped by the way the people. How many times have we seen a small minority of people upset the apple cart and change history, sometimes for the good, sometimes for the bad. This time, if a majority of us come together, step into the gap, we can stop this madness. Looking at a picture of this giant, these things are huge, but you know it's just awful. And it's just. And they don't care about us. And the reason why these things are being built is to track you and I. They want to know what everything we do from cradle to grave from morning until we get to bed. The even more, I think they want to detect how many times we breathe while we're sleeping or something overnight. They want to track everything. They want to know exactly what you're teaching your children, especially if you're teaching them the right things. Oh, they want to find that, find that out and see or they want to see if you're a leftist, a dumb leftist parents, and if you're teaching them in the wrong directions, and that would make them very happy. But these things have to be We have to put a plug in this, We really do. We're the only ones that can do that. And if you don't want your cities destroyed, if you like, if you like living instead of just existing and having a look over your shoulder every time you go out, if you love to live in a nice urban environment, you have to stop electing individuals like Mam dammy. The mayor of New York are Brandon Johnson, who's trying to make gain credibility, okay by going to visit the of the Pope, Pope Leo crazy work man. The guy's working as a communist to destroy Chicago through chaos. And if you are not Happy My Fellows show of chicagoans with what's going on? Guess what? Stop voting the same way. Stop that. Same thing for every city, Cleveland, Saint Louis, Los Angeles, Boston, Baltimore, Detroit, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Diego. It just goes on, New Orleans, Dallas, it just goes on and on on. It's the same problems, varying degrees, but it's the same philosophical based problems. The solution. If you don't like what's going on, guess what. You change? You make a change. You don't go around and say, oh, at election time, Oh, there's a Republican guy, and there's a communist gal, and there's a Democrat. You know, democrats in communists are basically one of the same. Today. You don't say, well, you know what, I don't know if I want the Republican I don't want things to be too good now. I mean people actually think like that. I know it sounds crazy, but people think like that, we can't go whoa Nelly, we can't go that far now, and they were willing to try again and again. Ram a manual, lighthead, I mean lightfoot now Brandon Johnson and that's just Chicago alone. That's crazy work. Then some of you go on vacation the places around the world, especially in Asia, and see those magnificent cities and say. Oh, wow, that's so much better. Look how much prettier. Oh their buildings are taller than ours. Oo ooh e oo e oohe. You marvel at things that are around the world, But then you don't fight for what's better for your own country. If you want better, you have to stand for better. It's great that you you know, we've rededicated America to God, at least some of us did. That were there in DC. Some of us did, and we want to see the manifestation of that. But the manifestation only comes through our actions, it doesn't. It won't just drop down like rain from on high. Nope, we have to fight for it. Just like the. Founding fathers had to fight originally to get from under the tyranny of Great Britain. Yeah I was great at that time. We have to fight from get from under the tyranny of today. Whether it's your local mayor, whether it's your leftist governor like Pittzker or Newscombe or home Ever, or a duib like the Republican governor of Ohio, Mike dwib I mean Mike DeWine, but I call him a dueb.
