Hi, I'm Pete Cunningham from Lankish's Lighthouse Radio Ministries and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience. Prepare for launch and three two one and away we go. See see see see. See see. Ladies and gentlemen. It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced talk show where our unalienable rights are celebrated and now your radio refreshment. Ron Edwards. Hi, Welcome to the Royal Wands American Experience Faith Friday Edition. I'm your guest host, Peter Cunningham. All the way across that big puddle of water in the UK, and it speaking of puddles of water, it's very wet as well here in the UK, as you may well have seen. How were beautiful friends over there in the USA. Well, anyway, so Ron's not here, he's having a sabbatical or he's out somewhere enjoying himself. And well, I've been asked to step in in obviously it's a massive privilege. It's a huge honor to sit in the chair for ROM. So what are we going to talk about? Well, lots of things really, particularly as we've entered this new year, and i'd like to talk about the challenges ahead. I'd like to talk about what's gone before us in twenty twenty four, because as a believer and a follower of Jesus Christ, we are exposed to challenges. We are exposed to obstacles. We're exposed to the world. We're exposed to that nasty little serpent hiding around every corner who's just waiting, waiting to jump out at you and waiting to destroy everything that we are. Well life, for one, don't want that to happen, So, loved ones, we're going to talk about obstacles. We're going to tell you a story. And then I've got my wonderful niece here, Leanne, who I will introduce shortly and she can tell you a bit about herself. But he is the thing obstacles. What do we mean by obstacles. Well, I was lean into a little bit of a secret. My first ever job was a postman, and well I didn't really last too long of that. I wasn't very good, to be honest. But he is the thing. Part of that job was we went on a training course up into the the Late district in the UK, which which some politicians called Cumbria, but was just a late district and we had to take on challenges. One of those challenges was outdoor purshoots, being in the country's hot which is wonderful because I grew up in the countryside. And one of the things was we had to walk from point A to point B on a map. Well, that's wonderful. Anyone can do that. However, he is the thing. When we were dropped off, we weren't told where we were. We had to use a map and identify where we were and then walk to be Well that as difficult as it sounds, as it well it is so on that challenge, we worked out where we were, We decided where we were, and we had to cross over a mountain, the Old Man of Coniston as it's called, if you wish to check that out, a beautiful place with every year. And well, the cloud descended. It was literally literally vision was a few feet if that. And I was tasked to take this group, and well, I missed my turning. I missed my turning. We had to turn back. And when we found that turning and we finally got on the right path, it was very narrow, still very cloudy, still very cold, very damp, and well it was a challenge in itself. So I changed everybody up together. I roped us up, if you will, and that was marvelous. But the thing was, I gotta admit, and I ted to people. I was actually very upset that I missed that turning. I was quite cross with myself. Everybody else, though, was congratulating me. I wasn't particularly pleased. But therein life is the challenge. It was an obstacle. I got around that obstacle, and I was still still very much unhappy that I've missed that turning. But he is the thing. Despite all our best laid plans, despite your best efforts, sometimes your life will not go perfectly. Now that can be true for the plans when we making, not just in our normal lives, but in our spiritual lives. If only I could deal with this one obstacle in my life. Now, he's a statement for you. I guess many of us are held hostage by a particular sin that we keep committing, or a particular way of behaving ourselves which we know is wrong. What about a particular way of thinking that we know to be ungodly no matter how hard we try, That obstacle can seem too large. Now, before I bring my knees in lean, I'd like you to consider if you had a look at Joshua Free take an overview of the Israelites spending forty years wandering around the desert. If you've had a couple of days of nonsense and you're already thinking I've had enough, Hey, I'm with your brothers, the sisters, I am. But just consider forty years, forty years wandering around the desert, and then they finally come to this one last obstacle, this this huge water, the River Jordan. They can't turn around, the Egyptians are there, they can't go forward, the water's there. We all know the story, we know what happened, and they got through that obstacle. But He's the thing. When you're facing this obstacle and you seem to be lost, Here's what I learned on the old man of Coniston in the Lake District. Lost is nothing more than a state of mind. There is always a way around it. Now. When I took this job as a postman, way back, many many years ago, I was far far away from Christ. I knew of him, I did not have a relationship with him. That's all changed now. It changed twelve to thirteen years ago. But I can tell you something I know way back then and beyond those years, the Lord was still with me. The only obstacle now is how we deal with said obstacle. For me, get on my knees, pray, speak, speak to the Father, speak to him. He always hears your voice. And as I've reminded myself many times, he's never changed. He doesn't change. He cannot change. So what changes in life? Well, it s does, isn't it. We change? Our faith sometimes takes a kickback. We can sometimes think enough is enough. The Lord's doing nothing? Yes he is. He's always working, He's always it's kind of afraid he's always up to something. Are you asking miracles? We often speaking, but oh not like they used to be. Hang on, the miracles are not changing. Miracles and miracle it's never changed. Are we asking? How we? Also? Again, I think many people miss this one and again I'll come to this with you and a minute, la. I think many people they fail to thank him. You know, it's honorable, isn't it if you do somewe to someone You Although we know we don't look for gratuities, we often just just so. I thank you would be night and acknowledgment. And I think it's the same with our relationship with the Lord. So before I wrap it on a little bit longer, I think my niece is here, Leanne, and we're gonna have a chat with her in a short time. We're gonna get to see what she thinks about what we've just said, and she'll introduce herself to a little bit about herself. And well, it's gonna be a fantastic show today. And well, I think we'll cut to a break soon and we'll say hello again in a moment. Murgatroyd, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. O Moran Edwards American experience. Was lost but no. I'm found? Was blind but no? Why see. Welcome back, welcome back, I was once lost. Yes, sounds like me on the Old Man of Coniston, doesn't it. But anyway, so yeah, overcoming hobstacles. Sat here with my niece Leam. Hello, everybody tells tell us a little. Bit about yourself. What are you doing these days? See? So I'm Leanne and I'm currently halfway through a one year internship within our church and I'm training to be a youth pastor. You pastor. Awesome, it's intense, isn't it it is? Yeah? Yeah, we have one average between seventy about average about seventy young people every week. Yes, it's fun, cranky. Well you'll feel lost in though sometimes. Yeah. So obviously this is Fay Friday edition of the Les American Experience. And I thought it would be good as we enter a new year to talk about maybe what the previous year has been about. And and you know, as Christians, we we we have obstacles. We have things that are going to set us back. We have you know, things, things go on in life and it's difficult. So I figured, you know that little story I mentioned about being lost, and I got a little bit upset because I missed this turning. However, we got to her, but we're going. People congratulated me, but inside I was still thinking, I'm not happy because I got as lost. But it was an obstacle we spoke about in Joshure about the Israelites coming to the river Jordan, thinking, oh, the problem is land and can't turn back. How how do you you know, I'm aware of your comm my niece. I'm aware of the obstacles you you've had over the past twelve months. I'm aware of the training you're doing and where you feel as other Lord's taking you. How do you? How have you? How have you gotten through last year? First of all, so. Yeah, so right at the beginning, when I first heard about this internship, it's called the Ministry Development Yeah, so the md RYE. When I've first said about it, that's goal for somebody else. And then I couldn't get it on my head. I was literally raking up with MD right in my head and I thought, well, I'll have a look into it. And I looked into it, I'm like, that's not for me, that's not my calling. And then I couldn't get it out of my head again. I kind of like join on, where God was chasing join on. That's what it was like for me, where it was just everywhere until the point where I thought, Okay, I better reply. So I prayed about it and prayed about it. There was this one Sunday where the preacher at church was talking about running away from your calling, and then the recafter, your friend Ben Culbertson on the Tuesday was. Talking and well known on this radio. Yeah, well Ben was talking about the same thing about God's calling. And listening and doing it You're told basically. So I applied for it and Ben prayed with me, and I had to go through your kind of like the panel interview, and I got chosen. So I got onto it. So Ever, Vicker Andy he trusted me enough and he prayed about it as well, and yeah, I got onto the program. It was very fairy, nerve wracking, but I felt so good afterwards, and like now I feel like I've grown so much in my faith in my own confidence. And I'm still growing because I was telling you earlier that I'm learning to write preaches like this year, I'm getting like training with that how to write a preach, how to lead youth sessions. So I'm still nervous and I'm still praying about it. But yeah, that's where I am at the moment. Yeah, So during that process, what I remember, I remember when I was, when I was first doing some training, and I've always it's quite embarrassing to look back the first the first exam. I'll use the phrase exam paper because the only way I can just the first exam paper I ever got, I got it wrong. Question one wrong, That's what it was. And it was all because I had I had misread the question. I understood the question, so I'd done that. It's long essay, and obviously it come back wrong, and I'm like, what how dare you? But the lesson was immediate. I've not read the question correctly. So that was my first obstacle of many on that journey. Did have you so far encountered any obstacles? As you know, we listen, we get things wrong. I mean you mentioned you mentioned earlier about you know as as we speak in to groups of people, if we deliver a sermon or whatever we're doing. You know, there was there was always a worry about you said, about you said saying something wrong. I'm sorry to brush your bubble. That's going to come. It's inevitable, it's going to happen. Yeah, well, I who do you think you'd cope with that? I think at the beginnings, off the moment, if I say something wrong, I'd be quite embarrassed. I'd feel like a bit of an idiot basically. But again, like I said, people get things wrong all the time. It's an obstacle behalf to overcome. And you can cover yourself quite with that wonderful piece of scripture that tells people to go away and test the word for yourself. So when come when someone comes back and say say you said this and you were wrong, you can always turn around and say, god, I'm glad you find that it was a test. Yeah, I've used that one. Yeah. Well, at the moment, like leading the youth sessions, I've got the other team. We've got a team to fall back on. I'm not there on my own, which is really good, and I feel sometimes if you're taking that journey by yourself. It can be cried daunting, but us as Christians be actually not by ourselves anyway. We've got God by our side, so he's just remembering. You're not there on your own. Yeah. Yeah, that's a massive, massive point actually, and again I think it can be realized for about scripture that whenever alone, the Lord tells us that whenever alone. So that course is ongoing. We have now entered twenty twenty five and we've got this new year to look forward to. On a personal note, the start of the year has not been very good for me, but nevertheless it's constantly good to remind yourself that you know, as a believer in the follower of Jesus christis a wonderful phrase I like to use. We are going to encounter problems. It's how you handle it. That's the problem. That's how you'll get through things. Now, you know, some people, the people pleep in the world, can curl up, they can hide in a corner and they can just hope it goes away. Well, we know that's not how things work. We're quite aware as a Christian that when things start going wrong, and they will, the first thing is to say, well, okay, God over to you have some prayer time, spend some time with the Lord in prayer. Tell him were problems, tell him you know how how how you know how we like things to go? Because again the difference always is is my wants and my needs are two different things. Again, it's scripturally based, you know, in what the war wants. Well, I like a huge house. I've like a fleet of you know, ferraris, and I've always fancied a C free corvette. I've loved one of those. Maybe a helipad as well, you know, maybe something like that, a helicopter that I can pop in the helicopter to see to see how we're good friends in the States. However, that that's not what I need. Not realistic, it's not realistic. If I had the money, it'd beautiful. And can the Lord do that, yes he can. However, wants needs my needs? Well, I've got a house, I've got a car oacter, and I've got food and come and the kids are getting fed. Are these things obstacles that are in that that potentially could be in your way? Well? Yeah, because I want things. The human nature to want these beautiful things. But we missed the point. Don't we. What you know? You would lie and me it's like every every preacher who says it's not about the numbers, stop kidding yourselves. You know we do. We ask about numbers, and it's not all about the numbers. I understand that. So for you moving forward in the church you're in, which is a marvelous church with a wonderful team. I have entered this year. I have had obstacles thrown in my way immediately, I mean cried first of January, had one. But how do you But where do you think the Lord's calling you? And can you can you see now? Do you think the Lord's giving you some foresights about potential obstacles? Because I think if we can see the obstacle, well we can make plans, you know. And the Lord wants you to think for yourself definitely. So can you see anything potentially in your way that you just can steamroller over it? For me this year, I believe the only obstacle is my own self confidence and I do believe that that's what it is, and it's something I've I stuggled with last year at the start of this journey and even now it's in my own head, and I know my own Goliath is in my head and that's the only thing holding me back. So yeah, that's something I'm working on. It's my own self. Well, we can come to that because I've got a few things we can discuss about that. But before we get there, and it's a wonderful chat we're having, it's time to cut to a short break. Libris the. By he desided that part by Oh Libra. As long it's there is breath in. Me our press. Many Christian conservative Americans are turning toward a parallel he kN could it also be time to consider a parallel walk with God? Hello, I'm Ron Edwards on today's pay from the over Snowbook. Americans have begun to gradually spend their hard earned dollars with US companies that not only produce their products within the United States, but are also not using their clout to help fund and promote the Wok ideology, which is designed to literally destroy a republic from within. Similarly, many Christian people of the Word are seeking a parallel path away from the woke, professional and misleading ministers and false prophets that represent more of a lost cause that ends in oblivion, rather than teaching and admonishing God's sovereign people to live righteously according to God's actual principles plainly stated in his Living Word. Many people of the Word are taking the time to read and study God's Word for themselves and are now seeking that straight and narrow path toward God and other true seekers of God, thus forming a remnant that will have a powerful impact on American society. Heard me from LA. You there with me or not? No, you never fly this. Welcome back, Welcome back. Well, Leah is still here. She's not run off or anything. So we mentioned previously about about being alone. Yes, and that God's always with us. You know, there's always a wonderful story to go with that that I like to remind myself. And and it's it's it's the one about about kids when you're kids, and it's and it's thundering, its lightning, and it's all going off outside, and you know, you often get in bed with your parents and you feel safe. The thunder and lightning is still going on. So is it the fear of the thunder and lightning or is the fear of being alone? Definitely being alone. It's a fear of being alone, isn't it? Because outside doesn't change. And it's the same with our walk with the Lord. Yes, whatever goes on around us as a as a believer, we're not alone. We have the Lord with us and all of these obstacles we've mentioned, all of these things that have come to come against us, we are never ever, ever alone. And that can give you a massive inner peace. So as you're moving forward, you're on this scary journey. You know, we don't have a spirit of fear. We understand this, but it's still you know, you're training to be a you pastor. Yes, I know through my training that what is coming is a massive responsibility. It's huge. I know. I know quite often ron as we've conversed in the past, you know, we have we have conversed about false teachers, false prophets, and so on and so on and so forth, because there's many, there's many. So he is a massive responsibility or undertaking. And I'd just like to read something that I wrote some time ago. I never thought I'd ever use it, but I'd just like to read it for you. And now now I'm going to start with Romans chapter one, verse sixteen, and it's a familiar piece of scripture. For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the jew first and also the Greek. So men and women are saved by the power of the Gospel. Yes, he is the statement which I believe the Lord gave me. Oh, I don't know, three years ago, and here it is. Have reminded me of when we're conversing with wrong the power is not in the preacher, but in the gospel that he preaches. When the Gospel is preached, Christians are made. When no gospel is preached, there are no Christians made. That's very true. One a bold statement to come out with, you know. And I'd be quite surprised if some people who just turned out and might be thinking, oh, how dairy that young man in the UK. But he's true issue. You're plessly if you're preaching rubbish from the pulpit, that helps nobody. You preach the gospel, you know, I think, I mean if we continue that, Romans one seventeen says this, for in it, the righteousness of God is revealed from faith. For faith, as it is written, the righteous shall live by faith. And that leads straight off the back of that. So immediately, immediately, we've got to be aware that what we preach is important. You have to get it right. And I know you're worried about it. Yeah, but we need it does need to be right. It does, it doesn't need to I'm not gonna lie. I've preached some stuff from a pulpit and I've I've had tomatoes and all sorts of rotten. I felt like I'm in the stocks. But I stand by everything I said at that moment. Yeah, and you know again, Scripture tells us go away and check the word and you know, and people have come to me and they've corrected me, and I've been humble enough to take that on board. I think you need to be because it's like, if you don't try and then you don't get corrected, then you don't learn and you need you do need that feedback in order to grow. So it's very very important. Yeah, yeah, and you know that the whole thing about the Gospel in reality is is it's not that difficult. Really. I mean we you know, as humans, we do tend to make things out to be more difficult than they are because it makes us feel clever, you know, and listen, I oh man, I'm sure there's some bricks in this house got a higher IQ than I have. But at the end of the day, like you, and rightly so, I answered the call. I took on the challenge. I'm now living that call. You're embarking on that journey and it's marvelous to see. And I will ask the question and it's not about me, but I'm going to ask it anyway as as as I mean, have you ever sat there and thought, when I'm gone, if Pete can do it? But remember I'm also about theological colleges. Part of this the course that I'm doing the internship, and we all got told is on the first day, God equips the cold. If you've been called, God's called you there for a reason and and God will equip you for that journey. So I know, I think he's just a bit of imposter syndrome. I know deep down God's called me on this journey. God will help me. When I'm getting up on that pulpit for the first time, God will be there and God will put the words in my mouth. Of what to say. Yeah, yeah, I mean it was there's that wonderful saying. Is it that God doesn't call the equipse, he equips the cold. Yeah, that's the one. Yeah, yeah, then he is. He's a question you probably weren't expecting, and it might just put you on the spot because I'm also aware that, and I've met these people. Will what's she on about the pulpit? Women shouldn't be up there? Yeah, I mean, listen, it's up to the individual, and I respect everyone's you know, if that's if that's your opinion, I respect it wholeheartedly. I do, I really do. And again, it's one of those scenarios personally, I don't really have an issue with it. Yeah, I really don't. I mean we can read throughout throughout the Bible how important women have been. When Jesus was directed, who did he appear to first a woman? And throughout scripture. I mean there's a joke there that's somebody wants why do you why why do you think Jesus first appear to a woman when here res erected to get out because he knew the music get out quicker. You know. It's just a bit of lighthearted fun but there, but there we go. I mean, obviously you're doing it, yeah, irrelevant of what what people may say and thing that's up to them. So growing up, I grew up in a church where it was on men, you're very patriarch like I said the younger same as you, very patriarchal church, and so I had the same thing in my head. So when I was getting called to this journey, I was actually my mom, who's been on this show with you before. She was like, it's a man's job. That's a man's job. So we actually looked through the Bible together, and my mom she looked through and she did a little bit of a teaching about it, but the importance of women in the Bible, and that fully three sixted era point of view, and we were like, okay, so yeah, women are really important in the Bible. They are. Yeah, I one of the best. I mean, people who listen to this show Will Will Will know be man from Heaven's Metal. Yeah, and I think I think it's his niece. Actually, Missy. I've I've heard her preach, I've heard some of her teachings, and she she is a very remarkable young lady. She she really is. I mean she's I mean, we we do, we do chat when we chat together on social media. So on the wisdom she has is just like whoa where did that come from? You know? Why does the Lord not speak to me like that? Well, we know he does just half the time are we listening? But yeah, it's a very it's very It's a good conversation to have. Really, I think, I think with people the role of women in the church. Women do have a role in church. I know some people will say, well, yeah they do when it's to cover their head and shut up and all that. Because I've read one of Paul's letters, you know, not not understanding that pause letters were subjective to something he received previously, and so on and so forth. But so this this, this, this this for you. You you you had moving, I'm going to say, because I don't think you've gone it anymore. I think the conversations we've had i'd like to like to think of putt your mind at ease. Yeah, definitely, you know, with what we've just done this past half hours, put your mind at ease. Talking about things you're going through is really important. Yeah, of course it's it's therapy, yes, it is. Talking. Yeah, And you know, many many Christians do do suffer when we've gone really off subject. Now I haven't when she's marvelous. You know, many Christians do suffer with mental health, you know. And and it's not a to be subject anymore. No, definitely, it really isn't. I mean an episode of a couple of years ago, is you know where I was. I was on the verge of a complete or a breakdown again. Through that done? What a good friend of ours mutually ending up in a psychiatric world? Yeah he's through that. Don Marvelous moved on. But talking talking, talking is good, It's fantastic. It's good to get things off your chest. Yes, and that's the point I think we're trying to. Yeah, definitely very bad and. You're you're on this journeys. As we approach the end very soon, can I ask when will you have completed this course? We finished the course in the end of the beginning of June, so like major in time, and then after that it's where God leads me. Yeah. Do you think anyone in particular, do you think you're going to continue with youth ministry or yeah, I think. And definitely not been called into ministry youth ministry, so I remember that as a youth pastor or chaplaincy. In many ways, you've got it harder than a regular minister. Yeah, you've got kids, You've got you. Yeah, so you've got it more difficult than than they're a regular minister in many ways. Yeah, because we've got a lot of young people to deal with. So we have a lot of mental health to deal with as well. But on the other side of that, we have a lot of young people come in. Well, I'm wanting to hit on something as we come back, because we're ready to just go on a shop break in a moment and we'll be right back. A wise man will hear and will increase learning, and a man of understanding shall attain under wise consoles. This is Wesha Kay and I enjoy the Ron Edwards American experience. Seasons and Season's gone and we're back with the Ron Edwards American Experience Fay Friday edition. I'm your guest host, Peter Cunningham from the United Kingdom of England, Land or somewhere in Blackpool or something like that. And my guest is still heally aand so she's training to be a youth minister, which is marvelous. We've spoke about that, but one thing we haven't mentioned is your train beforehand when you were at UNI. Yes, now, I obviously don't. Have you found your previous training to be useful in ministerial work. Yeah, there's a lot of stuff come hand in hand. So previously I've got a Bachelor of Honest degree in wrecking with young people, so that's definitely you get taught how to like the kind of like the important but boring stuff like how to talk to them, like how to listen. More importantly, how to listen, like. To very subtle clues and little pickups in the conversation, little changes, which obviously is very important in youth rack because there's a lot of safeguarden. There's a lot of mental health. Yes, there's a lot of that side of it, which has been really really important. But yeah, if young people listening is very important. Yeah, yeah, I mean I've obviously I've got teenage children and it's using one word answers. Yeah, or or it might be a yeah, it's a lot of noises. Yeah, it's like a cave man. Maybe you should do a teenage dictionary and what the different. You know what different grunts actually today saying a gen Z dictionary. Yeahlangors people gen Z gen I'm lost. I'm completely lost all of that, I must admit. But I know because there's there's a whole different program there isn't but yeah, yeah, i'ms with that. So so your training, which you said you complete, you complete an end of May jish. Yeah. Yeah, that's cool. So when you've completed that, I'm sure there's going to be other opportunities to to to be a get Hey, we could even get you on as a guest with Ron. Yeah that would be cool. Well, that would be very interesting. But for the time being, these obstacles we've mentioned, we've mentioned a few, and I'm have gotten over him. How how do you perceive as the body of Christ the church moving forward? I mean, I'm not an ecumenical person. I think that's a touch it's a touch too far that but I do like to see churches working together, different different ministries working together. You know, I'm I'm not ecumenical as such, but I'm not into backgrounds. I'm not into banners. I'm not into any of that. I just I suppose the best way to describe it. When I die on this earth, you know, before I get my promotion, if I'm buried, which I don't want to be yet, I just want people to look at people to what do you remember about Petz? What are you well? There's a man I love Jesus. I supposed for anything that'll do first and foremost before we get there. I believe this this this year, the Body of Christ needs to come together. It needs to look at each other and think. But I don't agree with how you interpret that. I don't agree with with that particular brand of your religion. I think, I think if we can just get over that and to coin a phrase from one of our wonderful brothers, just grow up, that that would be awesome. That is one obstacle. It's the biggest obstacle I can see. Yeah, for believers to get over. Yeah, Like we have a like my brother, your uncle, he's been a guest on this program before. He is a practice in Roman Catholic. Yeah, there's a lot we don't agree on. Yeah, but we don't fall left. No, And that's the most important thing is no matter what the church looks like, it doesn't matter what type of songs to sing, what kind of sermons they do, what if they have a band, don't already have an organ. As long as it I'll be well reshiped in the same God. And that's the most important thing. Yeah, Well, he is an analogy. Let's use I mean, we'll use We'll use the football team and people in the States will be a word of who Manchester United are. Right, So Manchester United has fans from all over the world. Now these fans do they describe themselves as well, I'm a Manchester Manchester United fan. And someone else could say, well, I'm a Oh, I don't know, but I'm I'm a Los Angeles Manchester United fan. Yeah, and then someone would say, well, I'm I'm a Brisbane Manchester United fan. They don't identify. They say I'm a Manchester United fan. They were the same colors, they watched the same team, they like the same players. And I think it's a bit like that. We have a faith isn't because we have well, I'm a Baptist Christian, I'm a Methodist Christian, I'm a Catholic Christian, I'm a Church of England Christian, and so on and so forth, and and that baffles me because I use the phrase I'm a believer and a follower of Jesus Christ when I've been asked to explain myself and I remember someone saying, oh, so you're not decided. Yetminational, right, Jesus that's the most important thing. And we're always going to have these different flavors, They're not going to go away. And if we can just get these differences to one side, you know, I mean, I'm a word in the UK that there's a wonderful group called Christians Unite and it's where Christians come together from all different flavors, all different walks of life. And he's never either brought up what particular and you are if we can use that phrase for our faith and what they do. They come together, they worship and then there's then there's an open floor, and then there's some testimony, and then there's a bit more worship, and then it's then it's you know, then it basically the evening pans out with with fellowship, all these people just talking and conversing, and and of all that. I've been going to these meetings for ten years and I've never in all them years heard anybody say, well, what church do you go to? What? What? What? What? Flavor of Christianity? I've never heard that. It's just that one night a year when I witness that, it makes me think, do you know what, Yeah, we can move forward. Yeah we can, Yeah, definitely, because one thing we've all got assurance of is that he's coming back. We're gonna face I would judgments. And again that's another debate. I've heard people say, well, as Christians, we're not going to face judgment. Hey, listen, that's up to you, mate, that's fine, And I just want to I just you know that question is going to come. Yeah, what have you done? N I agree, yeah, And I think one thing that you can say is you can be a Christian, but you can still sin and like you can sing really really badly and like you've got a murder somebody. He's still a Christian. God's still going to judge. If you've been a Christian doing all these good things. That's he's still going to be judge. If you're sinning. I've never seen any such thing as a sinometer since a sin Yeah, there's no level, no level at all. Well, our time is nearly up, I'm afraid, but before we go, I would like to ask you if you'd like to pray yes as we come to a close. Yes, definitely. So, Lord Jesus, thank you for bringing fy one here today. And if one is listening to this show, Lord, they've been brought to this show for a reason, and hopefully something that I've said or Pete said, we'll speak to them. Lord, And I also pray for the obstacles that. Be all inevitably going to face this year. I pray that you will be by our sign and we'll feel your presence in the times of need. Lord. Amen, Amen, thank you Leon for being our guest. Well, I can see our time is now coming to a close. So thank you for listening. It's been an honor and a privilege to sit in for Ron Edwards and I do pray you continue to listen and support these ministries and just hold the whole of the church in prayer globally and pray for the persecution of their wonderful brothers and sisters just rebuke it in the Lord's name. So thank you. I've been PC. May the Lord bless you. Thank you and we'll talk soon to be you would be. That's all, folks. Tag a stage, rights, tad me. Love another. Yeah. Absolutely h
