Well, well, well hello in how why am i image? And welcome to this edition of the Irun Edwards American Experience. Faith Day Edition. And it's always great to be with you from throughout America and around the world and sharing. My heart with you and hope that you will. Join us in our celebration of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness from America. But you know what, a new America just started on our national birthday, our national birthday, of course, as many know, is July fourth every year, and our nation felt the new beginning. That was the moment President Trump signed the big, beautiful bill and the law. At that moment, we all said a prayer of thanks and supplication for our nation. We thanked our Lord and Savior and we asked him to protect our president. In many ways, he has brought us to a modicum of sanity, a modicum of prosperity on the horizon. And you know, he's come a long way, much further than anyone thought possible when you think about the odds going against him. And why am I bringing up all this about America here in England and elsewhere wherever this broadcast is heard, well, because the United States of America, whether you like us or hate us, well, you know what, a lot of times what America does does affect the entire world. When we do good, the rest of the world is blessed. When we do bad, like under the Biden administration, things go much worse, whereas for example Ukraine and Russia that probably would not have been be happening had another president been in office. And so we here in the United States of America realize that we have a responsibility not only for ourselves, but for the world as an example, as did Great Britain in other nations. Now, as we continue to embark upon each day, we pray that wisdom becomes more prevalent in our nation, in your nation, wherever you may be, because it is because of a lack of wisdom that is so permeated are various nations. We find ourselves in wars and rumors of wars everywhere through the planet. And we do thank our own President Trump for at least gating peace between the two nations of Rwanda and the Congo. But there are many other skirmishes around the world. At any given time, there's at least forty little skirmishes around the planet. And you know, it is what it is. And today our special guest, of course is mister Peter Cunningham, and he's one of our favorites, and he'll be joining us from of course Great Britain and Lancashre's Lighthouse Ministries and I'm I'm honored to be a part of that ministry via this broadcast and we look forward to talking with mister Cunningham. And just a few moments. But as we continue, we look and we understand thing called freedom. Now, different nations have different interpretations of freedom, but here in America, we understood that self evident truths about our Ten Commandments and inalienable rights. And would you believe that the Ten Commandments enumerates are inalienable rights. We have the Ten Commandments one through four, which indicate the right to worship God publicly the way the Bible says. And just recently here in America, the government has stated that churches should be able to promote and talk about political figures to their congregations. Now, churches on the left in America have been doing that all the time, Panitarian churches, the Liberal Methodists, and all the others. But churches on the right have been afraid they've been persecuted by the Internal Revenue Service in here in this country. But because of the Trump administration, that is officially no more. And churches in the United States of America are allowed to endorse candidates, and that is a good thing. If the churches are operating according to God's laws, that means that they are supporting and promoting people with good moral character. And a nation such as the United States of America cannot even exist as a great nation unless its people are moral. And the reason why the United States has been declining precipitously, especially in the last administration under Uncle Joe Biden, is because morality was being literally chased up of our nation. And to the world. I apologize for that. Because the United States has been blessed as a nation to be that shining city on a hill nation as an example to the world, and we've been kind of, you know, not doing so well. We have a ten commandment at number five, which is the right to our families, privacy, and sanctity. As long as we do not we don't use that freedom to violate Commandment six through ten against our families. If we do so, it becomes a matter of public law enforcement. We have a ten commandment six, the right not to be murdered. So America's founders gave us the Second Amendment, the right to defend ourselves. We have a ten Commandment number seven, the right not to be sexually molested or coerced into violating heterosexual monogamous marriage vows. And to identify as the males and females that God made us. He just made two male and female. That's it. He stopped right there. We have a ten Commandment number eight, the right not to be stolen from, including having our possessions seized and redistributed to others, not have our votes removed from being counted nor negated by fraudulent ballads. We have a ten Commandment number nine right not to be lied to or about, lying leads us away. Anyone who lies to us is not asking us to a God honoring place where our rights are secured, slant ourselves are short. Anyone who uses our past sends against us in unforgivable ways, is wanting us and society to fall short of forgiving others like we want God to forgive us. According to Christ's Sermon on the Mount in Matthews Chapter six, I'm sorry five through six, the truth is all there is, and that's all there is to tell. It's the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. We should tell the entire truth, omit parts of it to slander or lied to with others in a negative light by misrepresenting what they intended or what really has happened. We also have a commandment number ten, the right not to have evil people use government power to deny us the pursuit of happiness by limiting free, autonomous use of our four p's, which are number one persons, two people, three positions, and four possessions. We must not be deceived by those who violate God's commandments against us while claiming to help us the poor, the environment, or some other social cause social justice that violates God's Ten Commandments against we the people is biblical sin and constitutional injustice. America was founded by applying the Bible to civics, not on separation of church and state, which is propagated through lies throughout our republic. America was not founded on separation of church and state. This phrase neither appears in the United States Constitution or the Bible, and gives the impression the Bible has no relevance to our personal and collective civic lives. That lie was told to America, including its Bible believing churches, through the Internal Revenue Service Bible one C. Three policy, not a law passed by Congress which coerces churches not to teach from their pulpits how the Bible applies to current political issues, and thank God that has been official stripped from the law books, and good churches are free to promote good political figures. Man, oh man, oh man. That is good. And you, no matter what nation that you reside in, if you want true freedom, it begins with freedom in Christ and you fight from that position, just as William Wilberforce did many years ago in Great Britain when he fought against slavery. He stood on the Bible, and he won. The man took on an empire, and the empire said, okay, no more slavery. And so it. Goes wherever you are in the world. First, in order to understand when you run around saying we want freedom, we want liberty, you have to first understand what is the root of liberty, What is the root of freedom, and where does it really come from. It's just like when the word says. A house is either built on sand or on a rock. If it is on sand, guess what happens. It's easily blown away. But if it is built on a solid foundation rock, et cetera, it's much more difficult to knock that house down. And thus, if you want freedom in your nation, you have to build the desire for freedom on the free word of God. Hello sir, and welcome Hello Ron. Thanks for having me on again. It's always a privilege to speak to yourself and get some common sense in the world. Thank you. You know something. It's always a treat, though, when I get to hear your voice and well, tell us, so, what's going on in jolly old England. Well, it looks like it's not so jolly. I've been looking at the pictures of the streets of Birmingham. Oh my gosh, heartbreaking when I see the Muslims filling the streets and Christians being pushed out of the way and traffic being held up because Muslims want to bump their heads on the cement and if you speak out against it, you can get in trouble. I mean, some of the videos that I've been seeing, it's very heartbreaking. And I know I ask you this all the time. You're probably getting tired of this question, but by gosh, by golly, what is the church doing over there? It's watching it happen, That's what's going on. It's literally watching it happen. I mean, it's funny. I had a conversation earlier today in fact, we're a good friend of mine, and he was giving me a lot of statistics. He feels and he's a believer. He's a wonderful chap He believes there's a war brewing in this country and the possibility of a civil war between the Islamist and the Christian. Do you know what. I'm not going to discount it on it just might be true. And the statistics we sort of researched were there are more believers of Jesus Christ than there are of the Muslims in the UK. So, I mean, God forbid, we want war, but if it comes, we need to be ready. How will that go down in the US. Well, you know, I'm going to say something and you may not agree, but you know I have a habit of saying things that people that that things that people don't agree with necessarily. But oh well, I you know what, a civil war might be a good thing. Now, hear me out. The church has to grow a pair. In the word it says there's a time for peace and there's a time for war. And the one thing that I'd understand about the Islamists until you stop them, they're not going to stop. They view the the the the lack of energy coming back from the Church or from the people of England as weakness. And as long because they view you or those non Muslims as weak, they're not going to stop their encroachment. They're not going to stop trying to rape your daughters. They're not going to stop trying to take over your parks. They're not going to stop blocking traffic. They're not going to stop defacing buildings. They're not going to stop trying to shut down churches. They're not going to stop doing everything that they're doing, including and this is very insulting. Oh, we don't want to see a Jew walking in This jew was walking in his neighborhood. And I guess you still call them bobbies. Maybe not anymore. Told the Jew, oh, you got to get out of here. Even though this is your neighborhood. Your presence is upsetting the Muslims, so you've got to get going. See this kind of action calls for a stronger reaction. And I hate to say it, the British you all have allowed it to get to the point where there's almost no other way out but a little headbanging. What say you? Now, listen if if there's a war a brewing, and again aren't we told again in scripture there's always going to be wars and rumors of wars. Well, I I'm personally all for it. You know that this nation and indeed you was. You know, he's had its first year of civil wars anyway, So but I agree, and the story you mentioned that I do remember reading about that. Yeah, and and the Bobby's over here that the police that they're just weak, they're just weak. I mean it could be said that even our own Prime Minister, Keyostama, for what you see is you know, sometimes I listen to him, man, I think I think he's a Muslim sympervisor. And again people might be offended by that, but I say what I see, and if it's going to come to you know, some some sort of battle going on, because you rightly said that the Muslim mining. If people wish to research this and look at what Islam is based on, it's based on violence anyway, it's spread through violence, so it's not surprising as they enter different nations they're going to use that same level of violence in order for people to submit to their Well, I'm going to call it faith, but whatever it is, but I will not be submitted, not by a long way. And if it comes to whatever battle is to come now, I not know it's going to be bloodshed or a political battle, but either way, I will stand firm on God's word and I will not be shifted, and I will never, ever, ever apologize for God's word ever. So hey, bring it on. And you know something, and I don't know if you heard the first segment, God gives you the right to do that because because not only are you standing up for your rights, you're standing up for the protection of your children, You're standing up for the protection. Of your wife. A woman cannot walk down. I just saw a video just a few days ago. This is in London, and a woman was walking down the street in a dress, a British woman, nice looking dress, just a regular dress. She wasn't obscenely dressed or anything like that. Well, there were a bunch of Islamic females all in their big you know bed sheets, and the only thing. I guess there was just enough room for their eyes, and I guess they had a scream for their for their noses so they could breathe. And they're screaming, calling this woman a whore and all kinds of names that I cannot mention here, and so and she she just kept on moving. And there were other British people looking in men and women, and they just let it happen. No one challenged these Muslims. And I scratched my head. I said, my gosh, what is going on here? The police, they're not weak. Starmer is not weak. They are sympathizers. They are sympathizers because they think that the Muslims are the strongest, and they're willing to go along. And so the Christians and those who love your nation, you're going to have to stand up and be a little craikray and uh push back and and and I don't think that I'm going against God's word because you're talking about your country. You're talking about where you live, your way of life, life, and you cannot have you cannot have that taken away from you, sir. No, You're quite right. And the point is we always have this question, don't we were what would Jesus do well, Jesus would not take it lying down, That's what he wouldn't He would not take it lying down. And I suppose in many ways where I live in particularly in Blackpool, we're quite blessed that we don't have many Muslims in Blackpool and what Muslims we do have. When they approached the local government in order to build a second mosque, they were turned down. The local government said, once you need in another mosque, for you've got one, you know, And I applaud them for that. I really do applaud them for that. We don't want any more mosque. You know what you should you guys should do. Contact your min official and thank him, let him know that you support his position, and say we've got your back. Yeah, you know. Yeah, when you when they do good, let them know, hey, we thank you, we appreciate it, and let them know that, man, that's a great thing. Because they're they're like cockroaches. Okay, they come in, yep, they'll have one mosque and all of a sudden, because see they get a lot of money from Arab nations around the world. You know, the nations that are pretending to be Donald Trump's best friend, and they're spreading all this money around, and a lot of that money is being used to promulgate the growth of Islam through the building of mosques throughout various countries, including my own country. What say you, Oh, you've got about one minute so and then. It's a good point you make, Ron, And there I'm definitely I made a note of it. Now I can't get out of it. I'm going to email my local MPs and thank them for a job. Well, go for a. Change, Yeah, all right, and the job well done. That is not to say that all of the Founding fathers were Christians, although most were, but even the few that were not Christians were still deeply influenced by the principles of Christianity. We can easily be so distracted wondering if Benjamin Franklin or Thomas Jefferson ever placed their personal faith in Jesus Christ, that we easily miss the fact that all of the founders not only thought from a Biblical perspective, but many of them lost everything, including their lives, so that America could be free from King George and today would remain free from domestic tyranny. You know, my friends, the Bible says in One Timothy the second chapter, verse five, but there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. Praying to anything or anyone else is to ascribe to it the role of mediator, which compels God to turn us over to people who have a reprobate mind and undermine our nation. God calls King David a man after his own heart. The first three commandments are the only ones that David did not break. He kept Commandment number one, I am the Lord thy God. You shall have no other gods before me. Sec Commandment number two. You shall not make graven images of anything in heaven above or on the earth, or under the sea as icons in worship and Commandment number three, don't use God's name in vain, as if it does not represent the Almighty God, who loves us and sent Christ to die for us, and who most certainly will judge those who reject his salvation. King David broke all other commandments, but he repented, and thus his throne shall last forever according to the word. Well, let's see what Peter Cunningham thinks about that. Hello Peter, and welcome back. Yeah, good to be back, and go to be back now nature, isn't it. King David. I never realized that, to be quite honest with you. Yeah, he was a you know, he's my second favorite character in the entire Bible after Jesus, because he was a great warrior, the greatest leader that the Jewish people ever had to this very day. And I am, I am amazed every time I read about that guy. And you know, we need leaders like that today. I know, Net Yahoo, he's a great leader, but he's no King David. But go ahead, He's done something good, wasn't he. Recently he's a nominated mister Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. That's not bad. Yeah. Also before that, I think a couple of weeks ago, the Prime minister or president of Pakistan also nominated President Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. So because they hate Nott in Yahoo and the Jewish people so much, amongst the Nobel people who are basically Freemasons, I wonder how they will if they'll even take up the nomination, though we should. I think they should do. I mean, even what what did he come out with that that Zarif character, the Iranian was he a foreign minister? At one bind tees to come out and said something like, well, he shouldn't be putting Trump forward. I mean, this guy's wanted for war crimes and stuff like that. Come on, grow up, man. Yeah, these people need to grow grow brains. You know, they keep sitting on their brains, that's the problem, and so their brains keep I don't know, they end up in the crapper and thus we had the kind of leadership today. But I'm very happy to. I think what you're witnessing though, in your nation and our nation and a few other nations around the world. It's a shakeout. And what's going on is because of the shakeout that's happening. This gives the people who wants God will, God's will and various nations, it gives them the opportunity to come together, go public and push back against the darkness. We had a big shake. Up in our nation, and you know, things are going pretty well. There's some other things that just came out today that I talked about on my show that I'm. Not very happy about, but overall. Things are getting better. And I think the same can happen to you guys, if you support, for example, Niger Farage and that party and go from there, and if the church would get involved. See somebody in the church are very proud in their lack of knowledge. About political political issues. Oh I'm not into politics. I don't bother with that. I don't care about that. The Lord doesn't have me involved in politics. And every time I hear that, I want to I want to up chock, because that's like saying, oh, I don't want to know how to drive, I don't want to know how to eat properly. I don't want to know about how important it is to drink water. I mean every part of human existence you have to know about in order to operate properly. And those people that refuse that that that are very proud, especially in the Church, of not being concerned about political issues and thus remain ignorant. They are easily led because those that are not concerned about these issues somehow they're always impacted by the big media like the BBC, and they govern themselves according to those issues, those big lies that gets to everyone, and they don't have the wisdom to look beyond that for the truth. And therefore they when they do decide to pray, they pray in ignorance. I mean, there are many Christians in the United States of America that support abortion because they don't know and they don't know that they don't know that that is wrong or they don't care. But they'll tell you they know christ they'll speak in tongues, they'll run around and go crazy, do their little crazy dance, run under the walls and everything like that bamo like you know, like Dodgem cars. But then when you tell them about right and wrong issues concerning their society, they become like deaf mutes or like idiots, And to me, they represent a clear and present danger to this to our countries. They are just as dangerous in a way as any Muslim that walks the earth. What say you, yeah, Because these people are wolves in sheep's clothing, aren't they. They're hiding away in church and they're doing all the right things, maybe saying the right things. But when it, as you say, when it comes down to two events that that happen in society, they're not bringing their Christian values with them, whether it's whether it's because they're scared to speak up or whatever. And we all know we don't have a spirit of fear. But I do I get what you're saying, and I do I do see it in the church in the UK, particularly with certain denominations, where they're trying to have one foot in the world and one foot in the Bible. If you will, I'll give you an example. There's a church not far from me. People who hear this in Blackpool will know exactly what I'm talking about, who were highly supportive of the LGBT and their attitude who come as you are. Jesus loves you for what you are. And then when it comes to Halloween, they have a movie night for the children where they show whatever Halloween esque. Basically it's like cartoon horror movies for kids, isn't it, you know, And this is happening in within their church building. I have voiced my concern over it. I was told to keep my nose out, which was fine, that's up to them, But you know, I felt it in my heart that I had to voice my concern and say this is wrong. It got me in a bit of trouble locally, but it didn't bother me in the slightest. Yeah. Yeah, we can't. You know, as Christians we're not pushovers, are we We're not pushovers. We can't bury our head in the hand and be accepting of what's going on, never mind within the world, but when it's when when the world is entering your church building, then we need to speak up. And we can't. We can't be pushed around. No, we can't. And and I don't think the Lord respects Christians that allow themselves to be pushed around like that, because either way you're going to get and face persecution. And there's an old saying in Texas, I'd rather die with my boots on than to die on my knees, or to exist or to live as a slave, and so and to me to live as a coward is a form of death because you're not happy, your women look at you like you're nothing, and it it just goes downhill from there. You're not strong enough and you're not willing to fight against evil. That I'm sorry. You know, people need to look at William Wilverforce and what he did in Great Britain. Read about his entire story. I was amazed. I was totally amazed, And. Yeah, I suppose. Also what we need to consider is it's we're as soon as you accept Jesus Lord and say of you, your job is the great commission. It's not to shut up and pudd up. It's to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. And if you see that I've been acted out correctly, then open your mouth, get it put right and if it offends people, tough. Yeah. Because there was a guy you knew him. His name was I think. He moved to Wales and he had a radio station and he and I used to come on that radio station together. Yeah, and all of a sudden one day he told me, he says, Ron, you made those people angry. I can't have you on anymore. A couple of people from London said that you were causing a riot, and I immediately lost respect for him. Yeah, stand up for God's word, brother, come on. Yeah, But anyway, before you go, we'd love to have you pray for your nation or a nation or does God lead you and. The problem so much? Yeah, it's not, Dear Heavenly Father. I thank you for this time of fellowship you know, over the pond, and we communicate together. We we we shared our love and our passions. And Lord, we speak highly of those people who speak highly of you because we respect them. I mentally, the Lord of the world seems to be falling apart around us as we speak. And there are one or two good men who were willing to fight the cause, to fight the good fight. And Lord, bless those people, Bless us, bless our nations. Lords. There's now President Trump has been put forward this nobel prize, Lord, and I believe he's the right to accept that. Of course, if it's sure, will it will happen? Well? Lord, I also come before you, Lord, to bless these nations, to bless the folks within them, and to keep giving us the courage and the boldness to just keep running forward on this straight race down this narrow path, just running towards you and the people we meet along that route. Lord, give us the boldness again and the courage again to the words to say to them to bring them to know you. And even our Muslim brothers and sisters out there, Lord, they've just been like to They just need to pluck up the courage to listen to God's will, listen to us as we speak God's word to them, and for them to accept you as Lord and save your Lord, because you went to the cross for everybody. It wasn't just me, it wasn't just Roni, it wasn't just that, it was the whole world was on your shoulders that day. Lord. It's a lot of keep blessing us, to keep on guided us and allow us to serve you to the best of our abilities. And the precious name of Jesus Lord, I give this to you. Amen. Religions based on ever changing man made edicts make societies very unstable. All religions have cultural and political outcomes. To understand what America's founding generations overcome or overcame to apply the Bible to civics and plant the roots that grew into America's God given rights and freedoms, we should study the lives of the Protestament reformers whose work led to the transformation politics. These historical members of the Body of Christ include John Wickliffe, who lived between the years of thirteen twenty to thirteen eighty four, Jan Huss thirteen seventy two to fourteen fifteen, and let us never forget Martin Luther who lived between fourteen eighty three and fifteen forty six, William Tyndale who lived between fourteen ninety four to fifteen thirty six, John Calvin who lived between fifteen o nine to fifteen sixty four. If you have heard of the Wickliff Bible Translators and the Tendale Bible Translators, you may be aware both of those organizations namesakes were burned at the stake by the Catholic Church for putting the Bible into the common language of their times, as opposed to using only a Latin translation which only the elite could understand.
