A Culture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Junior today announced a new American dietary guideline. And this is something that many of us have been clamoring for for many years. We know that the American diet is basically trash. I mean a lot of the foods that you eat on a daily basis is not good for you whatsoever. Many of your cereals, etc. Etc. And they always put sugar in so many things. Even in canned vegetables you'll find sugar. And there's a reason for that. A lot of this was started back in the early days of the bounding of Kelloggs and post cereals, when they started ultra processing cereal products and sweetening them with sugar and making them addictive, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, and fooling Americans and thinking that that was healthy. And at the same time, did you know that they even that's how they came about with orange juice, that it's not really that healthy to drink orange juice rather than it's better to eat the entire orange. But that process of orange juice was also part of the process to gear Americans up for a more unhealthy food diet, which has led to many chronic diseases. And as the decades ensued, we find that today in the United States of America, young is fifteen, actually younger than that or suffering from many chronic diseases that were at one time I'm exclusive to the elderly high levels of cancer and diabetes, I mean type two diabetes suffered by young people as young as ten years of age, mainly because of the diet of America. And then this. Dietary industry which has sickened much of our public, has been supported and guided and you know and helped along by the medical industry. Notice I said medical, not health industry, because medical industry deals with basically drugs, which are comprised of ingredients that deal with symptoms with numerous side effects. And so you have probably the most unhealthy population among the developed nations of the world, settled right here in the United States of America. And that fact alone proves it is by miracle that the United States remains the strongest and mightiest nation overall on planet Earth. As Secretary of Health and Human Services, message was clear today. He talked about eating real food, getting away from that processed garbage. He went on to lament the influence of corporate interests in promoting highly protested food. As I was talking about yep used to sing here. There used to be a commercial Kellogg's. Anyway, I'm not going to try and sing it. I don't want to butcher it up. I don't want to chase you guys away trying to sing. And for the first time, the Dietary Guidelines address ultra processed foods. And they've been working on these new dietary guidelines almost since day one, and America is in the middle of the worst chronic health crisis in our nation's history. Federal incentives have promoted low quality, high processed foods and pharmaceutical intervention instead of prevention. That's basically what I had just said. The Trump administration is acutely aware of this danger, and so this is this is good news. This is very very good news. And this really reflects the heart of the Trump administration. They're trying to improve the quality of life for America on all fronts, for our health, our finances, education, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. And one of the other things that the Trump administration has been working on or working against is crime in our streets. Yet the liberals a leftist, every time you bring up the going after crime, they want to shout racism, especially the leftist white Karens and Kevin's. But as a result of. Codifying and coddling rather criminals for many years, do you have another individual who was wrongly attacked? Single dad murdered an unprovoked New York City stabbing attacked fifty three year old single father with two daughters, was murdered for no reason other than walking down the street. He was on his way to work and he was known in the neighborhood as a really great guy. It's amazing how these Neanderthals, these knuckle draggers, seemed to find the best people and to take them out for no reason. Now, the man who did this stabbing was just released recently, and he's a career criminal with over twenty arrests. And the releasing of thugs, these knuckle draggers is quite common in places like New York City. This happened in Brooklyn, by the way. I like Brooklyn, love the Brownstones and all of that, and the great city parks over there. But you know, this stuff is being allowed to go out of get out of hand. And like I said, when you come against this, this criminality, the first thing the white liberals like to do is run around talking about you're being racist. I assuming the career criminal in custody is guilty. We see this. Again and again and again and again and again in these Democrat run cities. The same Democrats who will jail a grandmother for attending the mostly peaceful protest at the United States Capitol on January sixth, refuse to remove from the streets serial offenders who are known to be violent and an ongoing danger. To law abiding people like Greg Innan who was murdered by a guy walking down the street and said, Hey, I just want to take this guy out, and I looked at the video of it. I've seen the video of it. Guy just walking down the street mining his own business, fifty three years of age, on his way to work. Then you have the thug, probably living off the fat of the land, welfare or whatever, and arrested twenty times, says you know what, I'm going to go ahead and stab this guy just for the sport of it. And there is no secret sauce to bringing down the violent crime rate. No brain surgery is required to make city streets safe again. All you have to do is ensure that violent criminals remain locked the hell up, and those that commit murder like this knuckle drager did need to take a ride to eternity and via the old Sparky That's what they used to call the electrochair in Ohio, Old Sparky riding the electric bolt to eternity. Easy peasy, yep. But once you get them and know that they are capable of physically and sexually harming another person, put them in prison for as long as possible. And if they commit murder, they must give up their own life. That is not wrong, that is not evil, in fact, that it is biblical. If you shed innocent blood, then your life has to be given up, and that you will solve eighty percent of your crime problems in this country. Eighty percent. I guarantee it, because once the physical criminals understand get it through their thick skulls, hey, I might get and keep the trouble. I'm a ride an electric bolt into eternity. Crime will drop. And especially if all of a sudden in cities across America, the law abiding citizens are not inhibited in their right to defend themselves. And now you've got legislators in places like New York and elsewhere trying to conjure up ways to get around the law and try to subvert the Second Amendment. You know, it's very easy to make the city's streets safe again. All you have to do is ensure that violent criminals get punished, and I mean punished to the furthest degree of the law possible. When it comes to crime, violent or otherwise. Studies prove that it is a very small percentage of people committing a large number of crimes. If you can convict and jail those five to ten percent of individuals and those that commit murder, take them out, you can bring your crime rate down by numbers that far exceed that of five percent, which means you are also decreasing the number of future victims as well. There is nothing difficult or complicated about this. Putting people in prison or sending them on an electric bol to eternity if they commit murder requires only desire and will power. When there are strong personalities like Donald Trump that stand up and say, hey, you know, we've got to go in another direction here. We have to fight this evil, We've got to do something about it. And you. Self righteous individuals great pretenders sit idly by because you'd rather be controlled opposition fakers. Yeah, so I have no more respect for you guys either than I do the Democrats. Right now, it's the Democrats who need to be out and out defeat it because they do represent the most danger to our Republic at this particular time. But after we're done with them, then we'll come for you, you needlessly. I don't know how to describe you Republicans who are rhinos. I guess you're just little toads croaking about, pretending you want to do well but never do. So. And then you run around saying talking about the imperfections to the Trump administration of President Trump, but he who is without saying, please cast the first stone. And I'd rather have an imperfect leader who is trying, who has a heart for good, who's trying to do his level best to make life better here in the Republic. Then you self righteous ne'er do wells who want to do nothing because you're afraid of being either called or racist because you stand up against you if you were to stand up against evil or something like that, Your chickens, your Republican chickens r seas Republican chickens. And it's because of the Republican chickens. The midterms could go to the Democrats, and you know what they want to do. They want to impeach President Trump. Right now, they're sitting around some fire somewhere in the Satanic seance thinking of ways to undermine the Trump administration, to destroy America. I mean, that's what Democrats do. They're very destructive, they're very evil. That's all they do is destroy. So on Wednesday, the United States seized a rogue Russian flagged tanker linked to Venezuelan oil in the North Atlantic Sea. Ironically, that Russian flagged tanker, it's licensed to Ukraine. I find that very interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if Ukraine had slapped on a Russian flag, thinking that because a Russian flag was on there, the United States would back off because Russia happens to be another powerful nation. But that didn't happen, did it. And to me, in my humble opinion, that puts a little bit of a wrinkle in the plots plans of the Ukrainians, and one of the wrinkles that I would put in there is yet another reason why the United States needs to not give the Ukrainians one one more dyme, not one dime of aid of any kind. Not one dime do the Ukrainians need. And I wouldn't sell any of our armaments to the NATO nations for them to sell or give to Ukraine. I wouldn't do it, would not do it. It's a fool's way, and I think in the long run that would bite the United States and the Butt in the backside big time. Now, why President Trump would openly announce, hey, we want to grab we want to take Greenland. I understand it's strategically very important, and I think the wise thing would have been to have private talks with Denmark, get real chummy with him. I mean, Denmark the other day did publicly say that they are a close ally of the United States of America but strongly advised against the United States grabbing Greenland. Now, a Canadian foreign minister, Anita A. Nand and Governor General Mary Simon are reportedly planning to visit Greenland early next month to open a new Canadian consulate in a show of Ottawa's opposition to President Trump's move to acquire Greenland for the United States. Well, I'm going to tell you something, and the whole grand scheme of things Canada does not even matter. You're a huge land mass, but you amount to nothing more than a blip on the screen as far as importance. And that's self induced, by the way. So whatever Canada wants to do, you know, it's you know, it's like the backside of a nat as far as importance. But what the United States should and tell it and wisely do, like I said, is have private negotiations and talks and help them to understand the clear and present danger strategically that both China, China, and Russia pose, especially China, because we can work with Russia. I do really believe that. But China, that's another whole nother ballgame. I mean, China is vastly more wicked than Russia, and Russia is a no friend of ours. But I'm just saying as far as degrees. At the twenty twenty six mid term elections approach, a coalition of progressive, demonic communist advocacy groups has renewed calls to impeach President Trump and senior administration officials, citing that they describe as an illegal and unconstitutional military attack on Venezuela. Now, these people, of course, are either unaware of or ignore the Monroe Doctrine. They forgot about what happened in nineteen eighty nine when grapefruit Face was plucked up and brought to the United States the Nicaraguan dictator. Remember that, Ronald Reagan? And what about the Monroe Doctrine, which specifically was enacted by James Monroe as a means in a methodology to make sure that our hemisphere remains clean of international vermin such as China, such as the terrorists, etcetera. Etcetera, etcetera. And unfortunately, because of the nature of some of the governments in South and Central America that have been inviting in China, Russia, Iran, three enemies of the United States of America, the two most dangerous China and Iran. Okay setting up house. Then you have the Panamanians kissing the Chinese backside, allowing them to run the Panama Canal. And by all rights, as far as I'm concerned, the United States has the right to go down there and grab the Panama Canal until the rest of the world to kiss off back up, because it was the United States that built the thing. No one else could. The French tried it before the Panamanians were you know, was equal to using spoons to diggle a hole in the ground. But it was the can do nation of the United States of America that went down to Panama and said, you know what we can do. Let's do this. Let's like this candle in Walla. The Panama Canal was created. Now, the groups framed Trump's illegal and unconstitutional military attack on Venezuela, that's what they're calling it, and they're using it as a catalyst for mobilizing Americans across the country, specifically urging constituents to participate in the upcoming Free America walkout on January the twentieth. Now, the only thing that Americans need to be walking away from for liberty, which means freedom with responsible by the way, we need to be walking away from the tyrants and the wannabe tyrants of the Democrat Party and their weak, limp wristed lackeys called Republicans better known as Rhinos. Now, this nationwide action aims to drive constituents to their congressional district offices to demand support for new articles of impeachment against President Trump. This effort comes just weeks after one hundred and forty House members backed Representative Al Green of Texas articles of impeachment against Trump, which the press release said there were focused on Trump's threat to execute members of Congress and his threats to intimidate. Well, folks, you know a person got what they deserve today. Chaos erupted after an ice fatal ice fatally shot Minneapolis rioter who attempted to run over ICE agents. And I say, you know, well, I do not celebrate the death of anyone. I do say that it's about time that ICE finally backed up someone who has been doing harm to the ICE agents. They've been beat up, kicked and spat upon for months, hit with shattered glass, you name it. And chaos erupted again as a ICE fatally shot a rioter she tried to run over the folks. The Department of Homeland Security called it an active domestic terrorism, and so they had to do what they had to do. They were conducting a targeted operation when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of those violent rioters weaponized their vehicle, attempting to run over law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them. An active domestic terrorism and she paid with her life. Oh well, so it is what it is. He used his training to save his own life and that of his fellow officers. Big salute to you, sir. And you know, whenever these people, these neanderthals, get in the way and they try to kill the ICE officers, this is what should happen. Case closed, and so it goes. Ayana Presley went to Nutsville, and I find it amazing how black Americans can stand up for all of this fraud that has been brought not only in Minnesota, but you're going to be hearing in the coming weeks about a much larger situation in Ohio and the continuation of ripoffs, and yeah, Colorado, California, New York and Pennsylvania as well. Ayana Presley became the first Democrat to have a colossal meltdown in the House during a hearing after her colleagues and witnesses refused to put up with her garbage about President Trump and JAY six. Now, what in the hell does J six have to do with the situation the nine billion dollars stolen in Minnesota? The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform today held its first hearing on the widespread fraud in Minnesota's social services programs, and because of that, she's gone to nutsville and trying to tie it to J six. At least nine billion has been stolen from Minnesota taxpayers under the watchful eyes of Minnesota Governor Or Tim Walls, the Attorney General Keith Ellison, and state Democrats. Overall, most of this stuft has been concentrated in the Somali community. Presley began by complaining about George Santos, which witnesses scoffed at. She then started yelling about Trump pardoning the co founders of bitmes, a cryptocurrency firm. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Witnesses again dismissed her. Finally, Presley started ranting about the Jasics political prisoner named Brian Mack who President Trump pardoned, Thank you Jesus, She hollers, he's a criminal. Raise your hand if you oppose Trump's pardon. No one did, not even one Democrat. Then nasty Nancy Mace of South Carolina pointed out Presley was grandstanding, causing the Massachusetts leftists to totally melt down. That bald headed beast has totally gone in usvill And you know, I am very, very proud of the fact that we do have a presidential administration that is actually living up to the promise of at least trying to rid our country of enemies, both foreign and domestic. But he needs a lot of help. He needs help from states like Ohio and Texas, states with big economies. For example, you know Greg Gabbott, the governor of Texas. He talks a good game in the same way that Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, talks a good game. But yet he allowed forty seven mosques to be built to be opened in Texas in the past year. And that's not the total. There's many more mosque than that in Texas, by the way. And what do these mosques represent? They meant they represent danger. They don't represent this innocent religion where people come to pray just to come to bump their heads on the on the floor with their butts in the air. You know, that's just a public show. But in reality, these are these are cooking centers for hate, destruction, planning centers for destruction, planning centers for political you know, getting more involved and seeped into our public, public political landscape, gaining more authority. That's why in New York City last night, I guess is going to be going on all this month. You know, they're celebrating the Islamic or Muslim faith all month in New York City by lighting all of their great buildings in green I think it's a Muslim American Awareness Month or something like that. I'm like, the hell with that? What is that? Like I said, there's a lot of cleaning up that needs to be done in our republic. This is the United States of America. We are founded on Christian principles. We are a Christian nation and we should stop being WIMPUS American as apologetic as Christians and allowing this craft to go on. I couldn't open up a church in Saudi Arabia. I couldn't. They wouldn't allow it in the Sedan or any of the fifty two Muslim dominated nations around the world.
