[00:00:39] Well, good day, good day, good day. Hello and how are you? I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:01:05] This is the Independence Eve Day and as we gear up for America's 249th birthday on Independence Day. Well, the details of President Trump's big beautiful bill, the BBB, are less important to some people than the fact that he managed to pass it through Congress. Man, and it was done by his 4th of July Independence Day deadline, no less.

[00:01:35] That means that President Trump will have the political momentum to continue building upon the achievements of his first six months in on the job. Unlike other second term presidents, Mr. Trump will not be seen as a lame duck, duck, but as a leader who is gaining a lot of strength. If you think back to this point in 2017 and the first year of President Trump's first term, man, oh man.

[00:02:02] He had hoped to deliver on his promise to repeal and replace Ali Obamacare, but the same Republicans who had campaigned on that pledge since 2010 could not agree on a plan. By the end of July 2017, remember when Senator John McCain would deliver his infamous thumbs down, slamming the brakes on President Trump's agenda and delighting Democrats and the media.

[00:02:30] The next few weeks were a disaster for President Trump culminating in the Charlottesville riots. No, Trump never, ever said that the neo-Nazis in Charlottesville were very fine people. In fact, he said that they should be condemned totally.

[00:02:48] However, the public recoiled at the chaos and believed Democrats and boy, they seceded in associating President Trump with those events. It's true President Trump signed the tax cuts and jobs acts into law that December, but it had taken all year for Congress to finally get around to doing it.

[00:03:11] When Trump came back in 2018, he hoped to move on with his signature issue, border security. He offered Democrats a compromise, a path to citizenship for so-called dreamers, in exchange for his entire border wall. Of course, Democrats who want the border wide open rejected that deal, partly because, also because they believed he did not have the political muscle to oppose them,

[00:03:37] because they actually wanted the border wide open, as it was during the Uncle Joe Biden regime. Trump tried his best back then, even forcing a government shutdown, but could not make Congress pass wall funding. But the rest of his presidency, Trump was on the back foot, especially once nasty Pelosi was back in the Speaker's chair. He conducted foreign policy with great success. He nominated Supreme Court justices.

[00:04:05] He even beat back an important effort. But he was no longer fully in control because he had failed to unite his own party. By the way, let's not forget, there were so many rhinos in the Republican Party, many people in the Republican Party that hated President Trump. And some of those Neanderthals are still in the Congress to this very day.

[00:04:32] And despite the fact that they controlled Congress in his first year, he could not achieve all that he had been elected to do by we, the American people. Trump has learned from those mistakes. Yes, the big, beautiful bill spends too much for my taste. Yes, it's rather swampy. But you can't drain a swamp, at least not easily. By diverting the rivers that feed it, you have to drain a swamp by planting trees that consume its waters.

[00:05:03] Trump's policies over time, like kicking illegal border crossers off Medicare, will shrink the welfare state and focus the government on what it is meant or should be doing. Political momentum may be intangible, but it is a real thing. So is branding. The big, beautiful bill, or BBB, was actually a Biden idea. In the form of his Build Back Better plan. Remember that? Which never passed.

[00:05:32] Thank you, Jesus. And some of Uncle Joe Biden's proposals survived the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which was really the Green New Deal in disguise. But Biden's BBB was a big, fat loser, and he went on to become a one-term president. Trump has turned BBB into an A-plus legislative win. There are flaws in that big, beautiful bill, some of which I have even pointed out.

[00:06:00] In some respects, it is actually rather ugly, as critics suggested. But those flaws can be fixed in later recessions or reconciliation bills. And Trump will have enough political capital to force those through as well. With the BBB signed into law, Trump can celebrate six months of success and look ahead to the 250th year of American independence with even bigger and more beautiful ideas.

[00:06:29] And some other good news. Let's see. The economy added 147,000 jobs last month. And that's a lot higher than experts, the so-called experts, were calling for. And the unemployment rate unexpectedly fell. It's now 4.1%, defying predictions of labor market sluggishness following the implementation of President Trump's tariffs.

[00:06:59] The economists had been expecting 110,000 jobs. Yep. And an unemployment rate ticking up to 4.3%. The April jobs report was revised up by 11,000 from a gain of 147,000 to 158,000. And May was revised up by 5,000 to 144,000, combined with the revisions added 16,000 jobs to the April and May reports.

[00:07:28] So things were actually going better during the springtime than had actually been reported. And the beat goes on, my friends. But will the state of affairs continue at this wonderful clip? You know, just days in the future, not too many days in the future, the brick nations are going to be meeting.

[00:07:51] They're going to have a big powwow as to or not to drop the American dollar as the reserve currency. Because they want to, and I think they're very smart for this. I wish the United States would go ahead and put our money on gold and silver. But those brick nations are saying, you know what, we need to tie our economies or our dollars, our money to gold.

[00:08:22] And that would do so much more for this country. You think things are going to go well now. If we were to reestablish a gold-backed or silver-backed economy, that would be simply incredible. And at the same time, it would free us from the boot heel of the Federal Reserve System. I don't know how you go about it. I'm not in that position.

[00:08:49] But President Trump and other good people have to figure out a way to disengage the United States of America from the Federal Reserve System. They gotta, gotta, gotta. This has got to be done. Yep. Something else has to be done. You know, there needs to be a resurgence of intelligence among certain people.

[00:09:16] Now, for eight hours, minority House leader Hakeem Jeffries was grandstanding, reading letters, talking a bunch of smack, even putting his fellow Democrats to sleep at certain times during his dull speech. Um, I guess he thought that if he talked long enough, the Republicans would go home and wouldn't pass the bill.

[00:09:42] And it was kind of hilarious because yesterday, when they were taking turns speaking, the Democrats were pointing to the Republican side because only at one time, there was only about four or five Republicans there to speak up for the big, beautiful bill. And even I thought that was kind of odd. But then I realized, I said, wait a minute, hark. The Republicans are going home and getting their rest.

[00:10:10] And they're cooling out because President Trump has to round up the votes and get things squared away anyway. They know what they want to vote for and they, the ones that had a problem with it and still do, but went ahead and voted for it anyway and realizing that they can go back and clean it up through resolutions. And, but anyway, I'll have more to say on this and other matters when we return on the Ron Edwards American Experience.

[00:12:55] You know, some people, they really like President Trump, but they're not always happy with some of the things that he is doing. Just the other day, Joe Rogan, the popular podcaster, said that, yeah, there are two things that he's really irritated about concerning President Trump.

[00:13:16] And he says that he's kind of backpedaling his, on his support for President Trump's administration, revealing that he thinks the President's deportation policies are insane. Now, I'll say it for you. I think that Joe Rogan opposing President Trump's deportation policies is insane.

[00:13:39] How can any individual of any intelligence level look at the damage that the over-immigration policies have done to this republic, both illegal and illegal, and turn around and say, Well, I don't like it because he's deporting people. That's so wrong. It's crazy.

[00:14:04] I don't understand how people who benefit so mightily from this nation, they get all uptight. You know, their backsides get all hung up in a knot every time there's an effort made to protect this republic, to improve things, so that the United States can once again become fully stable.

[00:14:30] Because right now, with all of these illegals still in our country, 40 million at least, you may not notice it, but we are in a very unstable position. And I'll add precarious. Because among those 40 to 50 million are huge terror cells at the ready to blow things up, to kill people. And they've been doing little sporadic things here and there already throughout our country.

[00:15:00] A lot of them, of the things that they do, are no longer reported. Because the media doesn't want Americans to become aware and, as they would say, get worked up. But we need to be worked up. We need to be aware of our surroundings. We have to understand and, you know, get out of this childhood thinking and understand that there are people in this country that want to wipe us out. But at the same time, we must not be afraid.

[00:15:30] We must not walk around in fear. I say the time has come that we make those who want to kill us, make them the fearful. We have to stop allowing people to get away with these crimes like what happened last night in Chicago. 14 people shot. I think about four died. And why? Because someone decided.

[00:15:58] They either got very pissed off at somebody or they just decided, from a terrorist mindset, to just go out and kill people. And this is happening quite often in our country. And we have to figure out a way to stop it. I think that, let's say, if we see something going on.

[00:16:24] And if there are men, you know, men with good heads on their shoulders, walking about, and they see something that's going on, an individual is causing harm, and potential harm to ladies, we should jump to the four. Okay, I've been corrected. A Chicago listener has just corrected me. 18 were shot and four died. And it is what it is.

[00:16:53] But we have to really, really start. I just believe in making the criminals afraid. You know, our cities should be so safe that a nurse, an overnight nurse, should be able to take the L home in Chicago and walk three or four blocks to her home after she gets off of the midnight shift.

[00:17:21] And she should not have to worry about her safety. That used to be the case. In any American city, they used to all be very safe. And it was very rare if someone were just indiscriminately attacked like that. And why was that? Two reasons. Just two simple reasons. Because, first of all, most people thought it was wrong to do evil acts indiscriminately towards other people.

[00:17:50] It was just what didn't happen. You didn't have the black-on-black crime like you have today. And all kinds of things were quite different in those regards. And second, though there were, you know, even there was the mob back then, even they feared the long arm of the law. They weren't like the criminals of today.

[00:18:17] They'd get into the face of police officers, spit on police officers, beat people up in the streets, and the police officers just stand there like they're human lampposts. You know, police standing around imitating lampshades. I mean, what the heck is that? And then, they stand around while Muslims block streets. Like Times Square, just recently they did it again.

[00:18:45] They got in the middle of Times Square and said, hey, we want to go head-bumping. Boom, boom, boom. Five times a day. And what did the police do? Not a darn thing. Other cities, same thing happening. Because there's no fear. Now, Muslims are still greatly outnumbered in this country, and we, the people of America, need to start acting like it. If they block the streets, you know what?

[00:19:11] Human bodies cannot stand up to, you know, a moving vehicle. They can't do it. They just can't do it. And whether we get tickets or not, if the police decide to go after us, then we have to start protesting ourselves. If a woman decides to drive through protesters, as one did in Atlanta, and then the police went after her, after watching her getting blocked for about 10 minutes, she's screaming, I've got to go to work.

[00:19:41] I've got to go to work. What are you doing? Same thing happened in New York. This black woman, she got out of her car and said, why are you doing this? Why are you blocking up the street? I've got to go to work. And this white liberal said, huh, oh my goodness, don't tell me it's all about work. And I wouldn't have blamed her had she gotten back in her car and ran over that cocky you-know-what. I wouldn't have blamed her 1%.

[00:20:09] Knowing me, I probably would have stood up and cheered. You see, when you are in the right, you have the right to stand up for yourself and to stand against those who want to get in your way and obstruct your life. We have to teach the government, you know, maybe they have forgotten the unalienable rights that are written in our Constitution, that are written in our Bill of Rights.

[00:20:38] Maybe they forgot that. They certainly don't know how to remember how to govern properly. And maybe we, as voters, need to contact our representatives and demand meetings with them in which they sit down and we school them on their job. You know, maybe we have to act like the idiots that they show themselves to be. Maybe they're dumber than we think.

[00:21:06] And they need basic elementary level lessons on their duties, which are enumerated in the Constitution. Because surely, President Trump should be intelligent enough to understand that after the Supreme Court recent rulings,

[00:21:28] that no lower court has the right to stop him from doing what his job is called for him to do. The Supreme Court said, hey, when it comes to the border issue, the immigration issue, it's his discretion. So he decided he's going to kick these Haitians out. And some lower court black robes gone wild judge says, oh, no, you're not. No, you're not.

[00:21:58] They're going to stay here till February, the date that Uncle Joe Biden originally set. And Trump should have had the intelligence and the gumption to say, you know what, screw you. I'm going to do my job. The American people are more important than you and a bunch of Haitians that want to stay here and breed. And bring down our country. We've got to start standing up, man. We really do.

[00:22:31] And I don't mean to speak up, speak for God. But I believe in reading his story called the Bible, he doesn't like chumps. He doesn't like people that allow themselves to be run over on a societal level. I don't think he respects that. One of the greatest warriors of all time. David, King David, great warrior.

[00:22:58] He's the only human that I heard that I read about God saying, well, he's he is a man after my own heart. So we have to have a more of a warrior attitude. Prayer wise. And otherwise, we fight where we're able to fight. I'm not saying that everybody should run out in the streets and start, you know, and fight. It's not for everyone.

[00:23:26] But as Booker T. Washington said, you prosper where you are, you grow where you are. And we, the people of America, have the right to stand tall against those who want to indiscriminately ruin everything for everyone except themselves. Isn't that amazing?

[00:23:53] They want to live high on the hog, but they don't want you and I to live well through equal opportunity. They don't. They don't want us to live in liberty. But guess what? God gave us these liberties. So God has given us the ability to maintain these liberties, which come from him. And our inalienable rights, which come from him.

[00:25:45] House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries spoke on the floor of the chamber for the longest time in U.S. history in protest of President Donald Trump's mega spending bill, breaking a record previously set by then-minority leader Kevin McCarthy. Jeffries began shortly before 5 a.m. Thursday by saying he was going to take his, quote, sweet time on behalf of the American people. McCarthy's minute lasted over eight and a half hours back in 2021 when he was protesting legislation champion by then-President Joe Biden dubbed Bill Back Better. Jeffries beat the record around 1.30 p.m. Thursday.

On this Independence Day Eve, I'm Ron Edwards, and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience. You know, President Trump has become kind of a slow learner when it comes to the issue of international communism. And, you know what, so are many people.

[00:30:41] Unfortunately, history does have a habit of repeating itself. Well, one day he is attacking the idea of communist mayor of New York City. And the next day, he announces a trade deal with the communist dictatorship of Vietnam. The latter resulted when the United States Congress defunded the war effort. A total of 58,000 Americans sacrificed and died to save South Korea from communism. Let us not forget that.

[00:31:09] On Independence Day, my friend, Vietnam veteran Larry Grathwolf, wrote in a 1976 book, Bringing Down America, explaining that the comrades of the Weather Underground, a communist terrorist group active in the United States, were North Vietnamese Army troops and their communist terrorist front organization. The Viet Cong, operating in South Vietnam,

[00:31:38] and indeed, declassified intelligence information demonstrate links between the Weather Underground terrorist movement and the Communist Party USA, and the intelligence services of Cuba and the Soviet Union. Those were really dark days. And it is kind of sad today, but President Trump, when you think about the fact that President Trump

[00:32:07] doesn't seem to recognize or realize the history of Vietnam. And Vietnam, I must say, is a very beautiful country. Her cities are, in many ways, safer and more beautiful than ours today. And they have opened up to, you know, a lot of free business, you know, economic opportunities and things of that nature. Their taxes, in many cases, in many ways, are lower than ours.

[00:32:36] But here's the thing. Is it wise for the United States to feed the beast? When I look at the situation in which, you know, it looks great on the surface when, you know, President Trump is, you know, stamping out all these great trade deals and bam, bam, bam, one after another. And on the surface, it looks good. But when you sit and think about it,

[00:33:03] should we have these blanket trade deals with nations all over the world? Or should there be a step-by-step approach and have these kinds of trade deals with nations that are officially more in line with what this nation should be? Because the problem that could be derived from this trade agreement

[00:33:29] is that, one, you know, Vietnam exports into the United States huge amounts of lobsters and crabs and things of that nation, right? Nature. And while that may sound good on the surface, guess what happens? Our domestic producers, especially Louisiana's shrimp industry, gets harmed. Uh-oh.

[00:33:58] And number two, is it possible that these wonderful trade agreements that the president is working out with, for example, Vietnam, could Vietnam turn into another China? I'm just throwing this out here because of the possibilities. Remember when Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger made these trade agreements with red China? Bright red China.

[00:34:27] Huge mistake. Well, in the case of Henry Kissinger, it wasn't a mistake. Nixon, he meant well. He was an anti-communist. He had been a staunch anti-communist. And he kind of switched his approach to attacking communism into thinking that, well, if we open the door to China and we do business with China, well, perhaps they would make nice with us because we helped to make them prosperous.

[00:34:57] Well, what happened is that they became a very prosperous nation and they're using their prosperity against us. And to a great degree, it's working because in China, there's more unity. Whereas in the United States, you talk about making America, you know, bringing American interest to the fore, you have at least 30% of Americans who run around equating, putting America first,

[00:35:27] equating it with racism and other evil concepts. But in China, they love China. They're taught to love China, of course, in their schools and etc. And, you know, you have that 30% of Americans who don't like the country, don't want it to be strong because so many Americans are taught in government school not to like this country. But they want to eat every day. They want to have their phones. They want the wonderful things that are produced

[00:35:56] because of American ingenuity. Many of those things are no longer produced in mass in our country, but we invented all that stuff. Okay? And then Henry Kissinger, amongst other globalists, pushed our industries into China, red China, and now President Trump. And I know it's unwittingly, in his case, like it was unwitting of Richard Nixon,

[00:36:26] is pushing industry into Vietnam. And Vietnam will benefit, and they're very smart and loyal to their own nation, and they will really utilize those riches and build up their nation. And though they don't talk about this, but Vietnam, though they do put on a very friendly face towards America, they're really, I mean really tight with China.

[00:36:55] So I'm just throwing that out there. Just, you know, I look at these things, and sometimes, you know, one has to ponder. And so you've got frozen warm water shrimp from Vietnam, Ecuador, India, and Indonesia, which have been damaging the American shrimp industry for many years. Some in the industry have been asking for tariffs

[00:37:21] of up to 100% on shrimp and crawfish imports. Now, the mistakes made by President Trump in his dealings with Vietnam are reminiscent of the same, of the mistakes, President Nixon, and Henry Kissinger, in his case, purposely made with red China, thinking these communist countries were going to go capitalist if they had access to our markets. Instead, they ripped us off

[00:37:50] and are now using that economic power against us. You even have Chinese police offices in cities like New York. And Trump knows that it's there. And why the heck he hasn't had it kicked out by now, I don't understand. I understand why they would still be there on their Uncle Joe, Joe's administration. But Trump is still allowing the Chinese to have their police office in New York.

[00:38:21] And I think there's one in San Francisco. And as cocky and as strong as Trump is, and we need that on the world stage, why in Sam Hill he has not said, you know what, get that the hell out of here. And not just close it and those police officers be thrown out. You know, if they don't leave voluntarily, we should send them out on a canoe into the Pacific Ocean. And say, do the best you can.

[00:38:50] Here's an oar. So, now Peter Navarro, very smart person. Now he emerged in Trump's first term and second terms as a spokesman for the established fact that red China was looting our economy to achieve world domination. And he recognizes this same possible mistake being played out with Vietnam.

[00:44:31] just willy nilly without the bill we'd be in a big big heap of trouble there are those in fact that are predicting a housing crisis on par with that that happened around 2008 2009 I think during the Ali Obama administration but you know they're the same people that predicted that because of the tariffs we would have inflation record inflation and the opposite happened so

[00:45:01] you know Fox News had been reporting that Trump to begin enforcing birthright citizenship order is and now the only order from the Supreme Court on the matter is a slapdown of the lower courts that have been trying desperately to unlawfully run the country from their benches without any such power or authority the actual issue of what is or isn't a birthright citizen has yet to be ruled on by the

[00:45:31] high court now there are laws you know constitutionally that do prohibit foreigners from coming into our country and being allowed to take over etc etc etc etc and it's I'm of the opinion okay that if you come here illegally whether you walk in here pregnant or you come here illegally and you get pregnant and we

[00:46:01] know that you are an illegal individual with baby without a baby etc etc you should be kicked out your baby had nothing to do with it you decided to have an anchor baby and the United States should make it impossible for anyone to come here and drop their babies like a ship drops an anchor you know we can't do that we can't afford that

[00:46:31] we have well over 40 million illegal invaders we're we're celebrating we're about to celebrate our independence but are we really independent with 40 you know the official number is between 20 and 40 million I think it's more than that because remember these illegal invaders continue to have babies and they multiply like rabbits while Americans you know for the most

[00:47:01] part they kill their babies and so it's high time that we end birthright citizenship no more anchor babies and we have to tell the world we cannot just stop it here and then they still keep coming because there are too many judges that have gone to nutsville and they will try to you know use their authority their false authority

[00:47:33] to make it so that anchor babies can never be kicked out and if it were up to me you come here you have an anchor baby I'd give you a lot of formula to take with your little baby with your little one but you'd have to go mama dad baby gotta go so there are two concepts that some say that are at play concerning birthright in one regard

[00:48:03] one comes to the laws of nature and the other comes from man made legal doctrines

[00:48:38] the does not make sense it borders on retardation to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's god entitle them the united states constitutional law is based upon natural law and the inalienable natural rights of a free people and I interpret that also to mean that we the free people of these united states

[00:49:08] of america should not be saddled should not allow black robes gone wild judges to saddle us with the added burden of putting up with people who don't respect our land who don't respect our customs most of them who don't respect our god who don't respect our constitution at all to come here and expect us to get

[00:49:38] to allow them to live high on the hog while many american veterans are suffering some in the streets of los angeles san francisco new york and elsewhere the natural right of a child to be born a legal citizen of the same society of which natural birth father by the way of natural inheritance at birth but that does not say that you

[00:50:07] have the right to come here from another land for the sheer purpose of dropping an anchor baby so that you can collect welfare payments free rent free education free medical care etc etc what needs to happen is that these other nations need to scratch their heads stimulate their brains and figure out ways to improve their own societies how about that

[00:50:38] in the united states of america all rights are natural rights of a free people and we should not be enslaved by those by the burden of supporting those who come to this country many of them have come here to kill still from and destroy us the inalienable rights i speak of are inherited by our offspring at birth we the people of this nation

[00:51:39] they are natural born citizens they are not immigrants dropped as anchor babies and americans need to discriminate the crucial differences and americans have to be taught to want what is best for their nation because what's best for our nation is best for us or how about maybe the other way around what's best for us is best for our nation

[00:52:09] and that's why i often say it's about we the people so um we we have to start caring we have to care more about ourselves and about our country we really do because there's only so many places that people continue to

[00:52:50] because you've got 40 to 50 million illegals maybe more than that disrupting our way of life and this was by design so laws have to be changed we have to get rid of these birth rights laws that enable illegals to come here and drop their babies we got to stop it and I do

[00:53:23] to do better by their people many people that come here from other countries will tell you to your face well our nation is better than what you got we're better than you you Americans are stupid I used to get into those discussions even with Puerto Ricans when I lived in New York and I would tell them if it's better then why don't you take your smelly behind back to Puerto Rico go
