On with the show, this is it. Prepare for launch in three, two, one. And away we go. Say A. Say M. Say E. Say R. Say I. And C. Say A. M. Ladies and gentlemen, it's the Ron Edwards American Experience Talk Show, where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now, your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards. Welcome! Good day, everyone. I'm Ron Edwards, and welcome to the Faith Day edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience. It's an honor to be with you as we honor God today, as we should every day, technically. And in fact, technically every day should be Faith Day. We should be exercising our faith every single day. And, you know, one of the things that is very, very. I guess, recognized in some circles. It's something called empathy. Empathy is the ability to understand and to share the feelings of another. Well, we're going to be talking about this, what it means, and some other things, very important topics of importance, and how all these things play against, or in some cases, along with the principles of God and how we should be living in our nations. Today's special guest, Peter Cunningham, is going to be joining us in just a little bit. But one would have to be totally unconscious, I mean just knocked out, not to be aware of our present situation, not just in this republic, but throughout the entire world. The boundaries of civilization as man has known since the Middle Ages. This is Western civilization based upon Christianity and the Bible. Well, they've become blurred to the point of virtual reality. I don't know. Anthropy? Well, that which has always been acknowledged in the foundation of reality itself is not so slowly erased and replaced by a combination of amorality and technology and even technocracy, with the former being malignant influences on the latter. Furthermore, my friends, most of this has occurred in what historically must be considered a mere blink of an eye. One of the main forces driving the collapse of civilization is the rise of toxic femininity in the West and the elimination of the principles that made the great nations of the West fine examples for humanity. In a Christian culture, the roles of the man and the woman are not only understood, but considered to have been established by God himself and the backbone of a successful society. The relationship between the sexes is not equal, at least with regard to hierarchy. The ruling sex is man. His equal partner in value, of course, and in the sight of God, but not in hierarchy, is the woman. Indeed, this has been the understanding of mankind from the beginning, though it did not limit the rise of certain individual women over the ages to become cultural and political leaders. Maggie Thatcher comes to mind. Queen Esther comes to mind. Deborah of the Bible comes to mind. Catherine the Great comes to mind. And others. Dolly Madison Well, queens such as Elizabeth I and Queen Victoria of England are acknowledged to as good and even great leaders. Even in antiquity, Queen Hatsheput of Egypt's 18th dynasty became something that had never been seen in that culture. A woman ruler? Nevertheless, throughout almost all of the world, men ruled, and it was considered the natural consequence of the law of God and nature for them to to do so. Again, this did not mean that women were without power and influence. Indeed, there was a saying not all that long ago in the United States that the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world. And history records that great men of all ages have acknowledged their mothers as a main influence in their lives. So it cannot be claimed that women were helpless or without influence despite not occupying the highest positions of worldly power... on a normal basis. And there is a reason for this relationship of power. That is... it is only... a thing that works... in the long run. Man and woman are not equal... as it is understood today. They are equal in the eyes of God... based upon their existence. But because they are not the same... That is, they cannot be equal if they're not the same. Together, the sexes create a single entity that works according to God's plan. It is akin to such machines as locks. A basic lock consists of the lock itself and its key. Without the key, the lock is useless. Without the lock, the key is equally useless. Two lots don't work. Neither do two keys. The divine instrument of humanity, the man and the woman, are created to work in a certain way. Disrupt that way, and the instrument is destroyed. And when the instrument is destroyed, so is the world based upon that instrument. And then you have what is going on increasingly in society today. Confusion, disruption, destruction, and all kinds of madness. Trannyism, overwrought homosexuality, lesbianism, on steroids, and so on and so on. See, when what God has created is knocked out of the way, evil and destruction takes its place. You have a degeneration of societal morals. That's why today It is becoming more commonplace to see mothers, so-called mothers, killing their children without a single fault, based upon inconvenience. Oh, they got a little ticked off. Johnny ticked her off today, so off with Johnny. I mean, it used to be said, well, if you really don't want your children, put them up for adoption. I think that's reasonable. That's a reasonable compromise. But no. Women have been so pedestalized and so elevated in their own crooked mentality that they take on the role of God and say, you know what? I don't want you to live. Even on the other side of the world. I want you gone because you inconvenienced me. Yeah. This is becoming common. Just because you don't hear about it every day, don't think it's not happening almost every day in our republic. Because it is. Yep. It's a sad thing. It's a sad commentary of the times. But we're going to be talking about this and other important topics. And, you know, with some solutions, too. With our special guest today, Peter Cunningham. Yep, he's one of the good guys. And he'll be chatting with us. And I'm sure he'll have some answers, too. Along with yours truly. on the Ron Edwards American Experience Faith Day Edition. Hi, I'm Pete Cunningham from Lancashire's Lighthouse Radio Ministries, and you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me. I once was. Lost, but now I'm found. Was blind, but now I see. Welcome back to the Rondo Verge American Experience Faith Day Edition. And welcome also our guest today, Peter Cunningham of LLR Ministries, known as Lancashire's Lighthouse Radio Ministries. And welcome, Pete, to the Ron Edwards American Experience. How are you, sir? I'm very well, thank you. Not too bad. Even after the storm that, well, let's just say we had some difficulties with the house over that weekend. Really? Oh, man. Lots of thunderstorms, lots of rain and Things. Like that, eh? Yes. Storm Bulo, however you pronounce it, decided to smash my kitchen windows and destroy. My garden shed. But, you know what? It could have been a whole lot worse. Wow. We didn't even hear about that. Well, glad that no one was hurt and glad the house overall is still standing and that you all didn't have to leave the home because of extreme dangers. I mean, damage, so... Yeah, like you said, it could have been a whole lot worse. And grace be to God, it wasn't. Amen. Well, Peter, I don't know if you heard before the break, I was talking a bit about how things are in our world today and how things have just been squandered away from what used to be normal. And even when you talk about the genders or the sexes being equal, and when you talk about... You know, today's definition of equality, I think it's all skewed because there are exceptions just about to every rule. But generally speaking, a woman cannot do what a man can do as far as strength, creativity, and things of that nature. That doesn't mean that women are not creative. But when I'm talking about creativity, I'm talking about designing of cities and when it comes to inventing automobiles, those kinds of things. And I think that because of that, and people like me that state that, we're being mistaken for being anti-woman, misogynist, and things of that nature. And I think that comes from a falling away from God's word and the true understanding of of what a woman's role is, what a man's role is, and what is their role together as they come together as husband and wife. What say you? I totally agree with you, Ron. I mean, if we go back. Not that long in history, particularly in the UK, we had the suffragettes who fought for equal rights. And, you know, I'm all for equal rights. But I do believe, as you rightly point out, a man and a woman complement each other. They are completely together. Man and woman work well. There are certain jobs I would not expect. My wife to do. There's probably certain jobs she wouldn't expect. Me to do. As you say, we all have a significant part to play. in in this world as a believer i wholeheartedly understand what the bible says about man's role and women's role in life and unfortunately the world doesn't respond well to what the bible actually indicates to us of how a man and woman work together as you say if if if And I'm sure it's the same in a woman's position. If I were to say, let's say a refuse collector, I know here in Blackpool, where I live, we actually have a number of women who work on the refuse collection bins. And if I'm going to be perfectly honest, I don't think... I just don't think it's right. I'm sorry. Maybe some of the listeners might say, oh, Pete, you can't say that. That's sexist. It's just, listen, it's a dirty, smelly, very, you know, physical, heavy lifting job. And, you know, to see some of these women who are doing this job here, you know, I sort of sit back and think, oh, should I go and help? And I'm sure if I did that, if I were to turn around and say, would you like some help with that? I'm sure I probably would receive an earful of verbal commentary. So, yes, for me personally, I'm 100% with you on I think man and woman, they work together. Each has a part to play. And that component per each one can be identified within scriptures. So that's where I'm at with it. And when it comes to something called power, you mentioned the word power, and it seems that people freak out and they think that it means man dominating over society and over women. However, there is a reason for the relationship of power. That is, it is the only thing that works. Man and women are not equal as it is understood today. Because we're not the same. And that's where the inequality comes together. You know, that's what I, when I say we're not equal, it's because we're not the same. And thank God we're not the same. Because if they were the same, I wouldn't pay them any attention. I wouldn't be married. so uh no so yeah but together we come together and create a single entity that works according to god's plan and unfortunately even in the church that is not properly stressed in my humble opinion in some of the churches that i've seen and have attended in the past. And just that simple sentence that I just, you know, just spoke to you. The sexes together create a single entity, meaning man and woman coming together. And that is part of the backbone of a strong society. My father used to tell me when I was just a little, little tyke, he would say that a nation is no stronger than its family's. Because once your families are out of whack, your society is out of whack. And there's no better exhibit of that than in the United States of America in the black American community. The first thing that the socialist civil rights activists went after was the family, where they kicked the man out of the home for a monthly stipend. Now, they tried it with all people in America, but it was the black community. section of society, the women there that were the main ones that took them up on that and were so willing to get the man out of the house for a monthly stipend because they also told them you don't need a man to tell you what to do. And they were the first massive group to agree with that. And so the black American community was the first group in the United States of America that on a large scale Their families were destroyed and we saw the conditions and everything else that went along with it in the inner cities. And so now, I believe it's true in your country and in my country as well, in the larger segment of society generally, now what happened in the black community is now happening on a large scale throughout the United States of America and in England too. And you're seeing the degeneration of the society overall, I would say. I think you've got about a minute before the break, but yeah. Go ahead. Yeah, I mean, I was just reading something. This is a slightly off topic. It's the same topic, actually, but it just shows you where we are in society, in fact. So I read it. It was in one of our wonderful Christian websites who help people who are in trouble, and. It was just a report they had. So two gay men have hired a surrogate to carry a child for them. And within the prenuptial, it states, and this has been passed by a court of law, which I think is completely outrageous. In fact, get me off this planet if this is going on now. Two gay men, surrogacy, prenuptial. If this woman gives birth to a female, they are going to sue her. And the courts have agreed. What? I mean, that's just. I mean, how. Just really, how can you even foresee this kind of thing? But this is what's in... Now... Yeah, this is what's in... It's the Christian Institute if people wish to go and have a look themselves. And I just find that profoundly troubling. I really do. It's... How. How is this kind of thing being allowed to happen? Well, we're going to hold it right there as we're heading towards a break. But, Peter, I'll have to explore that a little bit more because I'm totally baffled. And you're going to have to help me to understand how they could come to the conclusion to sue a woman for getting pregnant. And as if it's something that is wrong and illegal. But anyway, we'll hold it right there on this fake day edition because, boy, when you... Hearing something like that, you're really going to have to exercise your faith. My goodness gracious of life. Anyway, you're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience, Faith Day Edition. We'll be right back after this. The Ron Edwards American Experience talk show, where our unalienable rights are celebrated. Pete, before we get back to the subject matter, why don't you tell us just a little bit about LLR Ministries and how folks can tune in. LLR Ministries commenced in 2018. And the Lord gave myself and a few of us a very similar vision. We commenced in 2018 as a radio station. And then when that bad case of flu took over the world. we developed into having meetings, which we nearly got into trouble for, because we were told not to meet, of course. But I am a child of the living God, and I shall not bow down to that bad case of flu. Sorry if that offends anybody. But I thought it was.... Yeah, we carry on meeting to be quite honest. Um, LLR ministries.org is where to find a little bit about us. There's some radio stations. We have some radio programs, sorry on there. And one of which is a repeat of this. So, and of course that's a good wife of yours, Denise. We have come ministry on there as well, as well as, uh, some, um, programs that are produced right here in the UK. So we'll check that out. LLR ministries.org. Um, prayerfully, you'll be very blessed. Absolutely. Thank you for that. You know, we were talking about the role of women and men and how things have gotten kind of mixed up and gone awry, causing much damage to our great nations. And, you know, mankind has the longest period of preparation among all mammals. And therefore, obviously, both sexes become essential in their established roles for the survival of the species itself. But the problem is that the inherited gender traits become blurred and even confused when we humans choose to rise above the primitive and advance into a higher intellectual culture. To advance is good. Yet, studies of those cultures that remain tribal, that is, primitive, show that the woman is the women do most of the work while the men do the hunting, the hard physical duties, the creativity, the hunting, and providing much protection, even where neither of these activities actually remain operating within that culture. We know that this is so because we see Westerners comment upon the peoples of various Third World tribes as they notice that the women do so much more work while the men are sitting around eating, drinking, and doing little or nothing. Now, see, that's the opposite end of what we're talking about here. And that is why those cultures are backwards, because men, even in those cultures, are not in their proper position. Because in a functional society, based upon reality, men are very creative. That's why you have you know, skyscrapers that are almost a half mile tall now. That is why you have cars. That's why you have all these inventions. 99% of them were invented by men in countries, in civilizations that understand proper roles and that men step out and decide to be creative. Whereas you have tribes that where if they suddenly have a two-story building, that's considered a high-rise. So it comes down to choices. What say you, Peter? Yeah, I think historically, I mean, if we go all the way back hundreds of years, thousands of years, whatever, you can go back to the beginning of time. Man has been the hunter-gatherer, and the female of the species has been the one to keep You know, people say, oh, that sounds sexist. It's not sexist. This is where we've come from. We came from a time when man was hunter-gatherer to woman was a homemaker. I grew up in a home where my dad worked and worked long hours. He worked very hard. And my mother did all, you know, she went shopping. She kept the house clean and tidy, did the washing and so on and so forth. Dad would come home. Tea would be made for her. The evening meal would be prepared. You know, and. And that's how it was. That's what I grew up with. And it's been like that. That model has been the model from since time began. But I think you're right to say, you know, today the roles, the role, I mean. I. Mean, I'm just going to say it is. I mean, I grew up in a time when I was born in the 70s. And I didn't really, you know, times have changed that much now. When I go out now, I don't know if I'm looking at a man or a woman these days. I'm really struggling to differentiate that. And, you know, I'm also, we see this, I think we've mentioned it previously, we've also got this toxic masculinity. And I just firmly believe what the Bible tells me about a male role and a female role And, again, if we're going to, you know, we're hitting the confusion factor where, you know, I've never really known of a man and a man to procreate together. I've never come across that. I'm sure some scientists will be playing with that. But there again, that goes against everything that the Bible tells us. I mean, a fun fact here, just been displayed to me, not literally displayed, it was a man who invented the bra. Wonderful. You're quite right, 90 odd percent of inventions were by a man, that's not to say women can't invent, women invented some marvellous things, but I think where we're going with it, people are probably going to get confused between, you know, sort of, that's the sexist thing to say, to what the Bible says, and if we direct ourselves to how the Bible describes a family unit, man and woman come together, they would marry, they would procreate, they would have children. Their children carries on. You know, if that thing wasn't happening, there'd be nothing left. There'd be none of us left. Yeah, I find today's world, Ron, if I'm quite honest, very confusing to You know, when I read of stuff like we mentioned with these two, these gay men who wanted to have a partial refund if they didn't get a girl, I read not long ago, I think it was in Texas actually, where a man married his fridge freezer. Don't know how that's going to go on. That must be a wonderful marriage. I'm just so confused these days with stuff that I'm reading and You know, that's it. Man, woman, come together, marry, have children, all being well, live happily ever after. Brilliant. I think that's a wonderful life. I'm enjoying myself. I enjoy my family life. My children are brilliant. I love them all to bits and wonderful. Wouldn't change it for the world. And that's a good thing because families like yours, as you describe, are what makes a great nation. And if you look at earlier history, for instance, during the 19th century here in the West, women became very serious about leveling the so-called playing field with regards to the established legal superiority of men. I'll call it the so-called superiority legally of men. But it actually started far earlier when strong women like Abigail Adams, wife of American founder John Adams warned her husband in a letter not to forget the ladies in their efforts to found a new nation. Now the concept Abigail Adams was referring to had nothing to do with what is considered to be equal rights and things of that nature of women today. Nothing of the sort. Abigail Adams was a Christian woman who understood the proper roles of men and women in understood her place. And she understood her husband's place. And they got along famously until they both died. But today, there is this, and you could go all the way back to people like, oh, I don't know, Marx and others, Goebbels and others, who plotted to infiltrated our societies to bring about this sort of confusion because that was the sure way they understood that they could destroy our nations and bring about their corrupted way of life, whether it's communism, whether it's socialism and things of that nature. And so in order to gain a stronghold in our society, evil had to make sure that our families were destroyed And that is also how you have what I would dub as practiced division. Because once family life is divided, people are not going to be naturally united for people they don't even know or haven't grown up with. Because, for instance, in our nation, there used to be what was called, what I'll say is was commonality we were all Americans and that was just an unspoken unity thread that we all felt together or the majority of us and I'm sure you and Britain had a similar kind of relationship but that started to be unraveled in the 1960s particularly in around 1963 in our country when they started throwing God out of the main aspects of our society. And I'm going to have to hold it right there with our guest, Peter Cunningham, on the Ron Edwards American Experience, Faith Day Edition. This is Apostle Ellis L. Anyway, our guest today, Peter Cunningham. Peter, well, it's solution time, my friend. We've been talking about the problems of disunity. We've talked about how the misdirection of, you know, the roles of men and women and how the family has been broken up and, you know, I never will forget, Peter, how when I was a very little boy, there was a gentleman that my dad and I would sit and watch. You might remember him. I don't know. But his name was Fulton J. Sheen. And he was a great spokesman, one of the most intelligent men of the 20th century. And, man, he often talked about at that time, how what we're witnessing now, he said then, he said what he was talking about could have avoided the problems we have right now. And he talked about and declared that the feminization of society would result in what he called suicidal empathy. He claimed rightly that such cultural empathy would be, he expressed, not in favor of the victim of a crime, but rather in favor of the criminal. And what do you see today in the streets of Great Britain? I'm sorry, Britain, and increasingly in the streets of the United States. If you're Muslim, you can block streets. But if you're a preacher, you can't even stand peacefully on the street corner out of the way. And preach the word of God. That's just one tiny example of this. You have. Illegal border crossers raping. Women and girls. And you get in trouble. If you openly talk about it. That has happened in this country. In Montana. Just very recently. And so. We. Know that there are solutions to these problems. One of them. Which is turning our. our nation back to God and standing on that and refusing to bow any more, refusing to lower our standards to go along with them. What say you? Completely right. That's what's happened. I don't know who this person is, you speak of, but I need to write his name down and go and check him out. He talks a whole deal of sense. Yeah. And that is certainly happening. I mean, as you know, it happened here on Brighton Beach not long ago. Some women were raped. These individuals had not been in this country for that long. And when they were questioned, they said, well, by the way they were dressed, they were asking for it. Well, I don't know how close. I mean, I know I am aware many women, don't particularly dress modestly I'm aware of that but how that's asking for it is crazy I was unaware it's happened recently and then in the US in Montana it's getting completely out of hand isn't it and again it's I mean certainly over here it's coming that time of year again where the streets in some towns and villages will be overrun with Muslims and taken to the streets with their marches and their prayers to their God. And we read it every week. I mean, I try to keep abreast of the news within the Christian world, within the UK and the US. And certainly, certainly it appears to me that as a preacher, you cannot take to the streets. It's deemed at that point conversion therapy. Absolutely crazy. So if I go to the streets and start preaching Jesus's love and he loves everybody and he paid the price for your sins and so on and so forth, I'd probably end up getting took away in a police vehicle. Yet hundreds of Muslims can march the street at this vastly approaching that time of year for them. And that's completely acceptable. No, in my view, it is completely unacceptable to And it's not going to stop me from preaching the word of Christ on the streets. If I get arrested, so be it. I'm happy to do that. Because, you know, the world needs Jesus. That's it. The world needs Jesus. Yeah. And what you just mentioned is one of the solutions, and that is bravery and boldness. Daniel comes to mind when you, you know, because, you know, they were all ordered not to pray and to only honor the king of that time. And, of course, he kept his window open and prayed just boldly. He wasn't disturbing anyone, but he prayed. And he said, I'm not going to hide. I'm just going to pray normally. And he got in trouble, but he said, you know what? Even if whether I get burned alive or not, I'm going to go ahead and do what I do. You're not God. I know who God is. And that's who I pray to. And that's the way it is. And God honored him. In that case, a man who stood tall was honored. And I think more of us need to take on that attitude. Yeah. Because once. And of course that king became a believer. Yes. Yep. Persistence. Yeah. Amen. That king became a believer. Praise God. Yeah. So boldness in itself can transform a society. But cowardice, God does not... I don't think that God likes weak men. I really don't think he likes men that are weak and wimpy and so willing to compromise, you know, for the sake of peace. Oh, my goodness. I don't mind. You know, I don't think he likes that. I really don't. Because in the Bible, he prefers guys like David, Joseph, guys that were bold, and Moses. He was no wimp. But anyway, I'm going to have to cut it right there, Peter, because, you know, we have a tradition on the Ron Edwards American Experience where we ask our children, illustrious guest to bless us with an ending prayer. And if you're so led, would you do so, sir? Indeed, indeed. Wonderful to do so. An honor. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you, Lord, as people of who follow you, people who have accepted you as Lord and Savior. And we put our entire life within your hands. We put our whole trust in you. Because you're a graceful and a merciful God who tells us that you'll supply all our needs, our sufficient needs. All of our needs are met through you. Lord, you remind us it's not our wants, but our needs. And that sometimes gets confusing for some, I know. But Lord, you're just such. A graceful, loving God. Unlike the gods of other religions, Lord. It's you. who gives us that peace. And Lord, I would just ask that you continue to bless each and every one of us, that you give us that boldness, Lord, to just not bow down to the whims of this world where it's so confusing now. And Lord, I know I've got young children who are, and Lord, sometimes I worry about what the world is going to be for them when I'm no longer around. So it takes people like Ron and myself and many other preachers, many other men who will stand firm on your word, because we still have faith in your word. And it appears many don't anymore, Lord. And again, I would ask to just guide them, to give them that backbone again, to stand up in front of the congregation's At the pulpits Lord. And actually say Jesus is the answer. And the world is wrong. The Bible is God's word. And that is what the believer should live by. Lord I'm not being disrespectful to our governments and stuff. We are told to respect them Lord. But if they speak ill or contradict the Bible. Then I Lord. I'm sure many of us will stand firm on the Bible. There's a fine line isn't there between being disrespectful and living firm to God's word. And if God's word offends, good. So Lord I just sit here now and just ask you to bless this radio station and all others that hear this recording today. And maybe it tests some of them, Lord. Maybe someone's now sitting there going, oh, I didn't think of it like that before. But you know what, Lord? It's just so, I'm just passionate, Lord, and I get so excited when I talk about you. So, Lord, just bless this station. Bless these people. And, Lord, I'm aware how much you love us, as are these wonderful folks here. So I thank you all for everything. That's all, folks. Amen. And we thank our wonderful guest, Pete Cunningham, for joining us this day. And God bless him. And God bless you, my friends. Now that I see that my time is up, thank you so much for your time. And reminding you to pray for your nation, your friends, your family, and even your enemies that they get it right before it's too late. Yeah, because we all will face judgment one day. We don't want even our enemies to face hell's damnation. Yep. For God says he would let all of us come to Christ. And remember to treat others the same way you want to be treated. Until next time, I'm Rod Edwards reminding you to keep the faith. Excelsior! Love one another Why don't we Trust one another If only Love one another Love one another now.
