And now, your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards. Well, good day, good day, good morning, and I'm happy to welcome you to the. State day edition of the Ron Edwards American Experience. It's an honor to be with you. And yeah, if you were with me on the show yesterday, you heard alarms going off, et cetera, et cetera, huge storms. And still, about 200 and almost 250,000 Michiganders without power. That number is beginning to shrink for a short time. Our power was up, but to thank God, we were amongst the first to be knocked out early in the morning around 2.30. And, you know, we reported right away, and we were one of 16 houses in our little town that we live in. And before noon, by noon, we were back on. So it wasn't too shabby, but then the storms came back, roaring back in like crazy. knocking out almost 250,000 folks. And, you know, that is a bad day. Giant trees toppled over like little twigs. Trucks thrown around like they were Tonka toys. Buildings damaged. I mean, it was just crazy work all over the place. But thank God that there were so far no injuries. And that's something pretty remarkable. And the storm banks were so high, They reached 40,000 feet. I think that's a new record for this part of the country, for that type of a storm. And I've noticed something that's been going on all year, through this spring and summer, is that when it rains most of the time now, it's concentrated into smaller areas or in lines. You don't have the widespread, nice soaking rains like you used to have in days gone by. And that's because, you know, there are those who are able to control the weather, things of that nature. You know, folks like Bill Gates and others are funding these efforts. And so that's why you have every time it rains in the summertime now, it's a big storm. And you'll get lots of two feet of rain in one section of the country and places where the Colorado River is, it could be running out of water soon. And this is part of the design to create havoc and make it more difficult to grow food massively here in the United States of America. But we'll figure out ways to overcome this madness. There's always a way around. Every time enemies try something, there's always a way to go around it. Good news today, 162,000 new jobs came online. It was so funny. An individual, in fact, you've heard this person on the show. Her name is Andrea Haas, and she's in the Peach State. And she's been telling me for months, oh, gosh, the job market is so horrible. There aren't many jobs out there for anybody. And I was saying, but yes, there are. Yes, there are. And lo and behold, she has now two jobs. And it happened during the month of August. Very interesting. She has two jobs now. Doing well. And so, yeah, lots of people are finding work. And another great thing. Good to start things off with good news, isn't it? Manufacturing is coming back to our country bigly. In cities like Cleveland and elsewhere, huge factories are being built. Not just AI centers, although too many AI centers, in my humble opinion, are being built in wrong places. They are still deserted factories. manufacturing plants all over the country. Those are the sites where they should build these AI centers. You're not taking up any more farmland. But, you know, ideas like that are a bit too smart for a lot of people. So, I get it. But, yeah, good news. And they're also figuring out ways to circumvent China's grip on on precious minerals and China's grip on our supply chain, whether it's with auto parts, whether it's with medical needs, prescription drugs and things like that. So there are things happening that are positive based upon actions of the Trump administration, people like Scott Besant and Peter Navarro and others who are working hard To make things better. And in the midst of the madness, we the people of the United States cannot revert to being dumb clunks when it comes to the midterm elections. I'm honored to have a guest today. We haven't had him on the show for a while. His name is Carl Noble. He'll be joining us on the other side of the break. And I'm sure he has some good news to tell us or share with us from the word of God. He's a man of the cloth, as it were. And so we'll be talking a bit about that. One thing I want to focus on when I talk to him is about forgiveness. So often we talk with our guests on Faith Day about, you know, problems that are going on, things that the church should be doing. And one of the things that we, the people of God, should be doing and focusing on ourselves is forgiving others. Now, that doesn't mean grabbing your ankles and bending over and allow people to just screw you over. Doesn't mean that. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. Doesn't mean we turn You know, okay, you can turn one cheek, maybe two, but not all four. Okay? It doesn't mean that we get rid of justice. Forgiveness does not mean you allow evildoers to get away with their crimes. No, don't get it twisted. Although many Christians have been falsely interpreted that way or allow themselves to be pushed in that direction by leftists because leftists like to control the conversation. And he who controls the communications, guess what? They are the ones who win. It is they who turn the word gay, meaning from happy, to an unnatural lifestyle. I say we take that word back. I say we take back the month of June. How about it become heterosexual month? I mean, just a couple of examples. If we want to take back our country and make her great again, we have to take back the language. We've got to take back The way that even the Word of God is being approached. Because there's too many liberals in the pulpits across America. Oh, yeah. Sometimes I'd like to walk into these pulpits and just slap them over, you know, like bowling pins, in the middle of their sermons when they're lying to folks. Just walk up. Bam! Oh! But I can't do that. I've got to forgive them. I've got to pray. Oh, Lord, have mercy. But anyway, God have mercy on us all. For the first time, I guess since I've been alive, the federal workforce has shrunk. And it shrunk 11.2% since President Trump took office. That is amazing. That's an amazing achievement. And a big thumbs up to our president and others who are helping him do the right thing in regards to our wonderful nation called the United States of America. Well, let's welcome our guest today. His name is Carl Noble. He's a man of the cloth. And he's here. We welcome him to the Rhino Words American Experience. Hello, Mr. Noble, and welcome back. Well, Ron, it is a joy in my heart today to talk to you. It's been about a year. So, yeah. I live up now here in Indiana. So I'm closer to Detroit. Now I can go see my sisters in Detroit. I don't know. Did Doug fill you in on my circumstance of life? Probably not. Anyway. Yeah. Last December, my wife died. And so I sold the house down in Gulfport. And my beloved son, I think he's listening, my beloved son, let me move in with him. And so I'm up here in northwest Indiana, just south of Chicago, and I'm loving it. I really am. Are you near Hammond? Yes, we're about maybe 20 miles. Okay, because that's where I think the Chicago Bears said they were going to be moving. But anyway, I'm sorry about the loss of your wife and... But we know where she is, and she's with the Lord. And hopefully we all will get there. How about that? Well, if we believe in Jesus, we will. Yeah, that's what I mean. Yeah, yeah. But, you know, before the break, I was talking about forgiveness. And as I stated, you know, quite often, And myself and my guests, we talk about the problems of the world and all of that. But one of the problems that we have, especially in the body of Christ, in my humble opinion, is that we're pretty hard when it comes to forgiving. You don't really realize it until you take a broad look at things and you see the lack of cohesiveness in the body of Christ. And I think that one of the reasons that there is such a lack of cohesiveness is because we don't forgive each other. And I'll give you a point of reference. I know that President Trump did accept Christ. Okay. Now, has he been perfect? No. And it's funny how many in the body of Christ will look at a certain individual and say, well, they haven't been perfect and act like, oh, my gosh. They're the worst thing in the world. And then they'll look at someone like Clancy who just killed her three children. And I'm talking about there's some Christians who are thinking like this. Oh, she needs to be, we need to give her a pass. If anything, just put her in a mental institution for a couple of years and let her go. I mean, just misplaced judgment and misplaced unforgiveness, what say you? Well, first of all, the forgiveness issue, when you look at the Lord's Prayer that we say every day, hopefully, forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. And then Jesus even elaborates on that. If you don't forgive your brother their sins, God won't forgive you. That's a pretty hard statement, okay? Now, there's a difference in forgiving and not allowing consequences to to happen after the forgiveness, if you know what I mean. Yes. For example, one of my relatives, the wife cheated, got pregnant, and there was a divorce. The husband forgave the wife, but now she is living the consequences of that. And I love one day when the disciples were asking Jesus about forgiveness. He said, you know, Peter, I love Peter, that What a motley guy. Anyway, you know, Lord, how many times do I have to forgive my brother? Seven times? He says, no, 70 times seven. Now, there's a difference in constantly, you know, I'm not saying the wife who was beaten by her husband forgives him 490 times and then dumps him. I'm not saying that. But the issue is if we have a forgiving heart, we remember that God forgives us and forgives Oh, what a wretched man I am, as Paul calls himself. But I think, too, that there's a marked difference in forgiving somebody and letting somebody get away with murder. Yeah. A big difference. And, you know, like, I'm kind of proud of this, and people don't believe me when I tell them this, but that's okay. You can ask my kids. My wife and I in our 48 years had two arguments. Number one, because she was always right to begin with. But we practiced forgiveness. And we knew each other's faults. And so you have to kind of not push those buttons. But when we needed forgiveness, we got it there. And in a marriage, my wife was Christ in my midst. And hopefully I was Christ in her midst. Constantly reminding us of the fact that Jesus came to forgive sinners of whom I am the chief. Now, again, sometimes there is the consequences that follow sin, and we have to remember that. Like, I smoke, okay? And I'm forgiven, okay, yeah, yeah. But I know that if I die of cancer, I'm not going to blame God, okay? You know, it's just because there are consequences. But we need to live in a forgiving spirit. As a pastor, Ron, of 52 years, I had churches in which people would not forgive each other over the smallest things. And all it does is destroy the church. And I mean, a lot of people are filled with ego. They're filled with territory. And my way or the highway. And forgiveness is supposed to caution against that. We are all in God's eyes forgiven because we are all sinners. In our liturgy, for example, in the Confessions, We say, I, a poor, miserable sinner, confess unto you all of my sins and iniquities with which I have ever offended you and justly deserve your temple and eternal punishment. I'm hardly sorry for them and sincerely repent of them. And then comes the absolution where Jesus tells us, you are forgiven. And every day there should be this newness of life because of forgiveness. And in relationships or in churches, Forgiveness, if it's there, is a community that realizes that we are not perfect, that we do have our foibles, we do have our characteristics, and yet the gospel of Jesus Christ has to take precedence. And so it's a tough thing. We can talk about it, but boy, forgiveness is difficult, isn't it? Yeah, and you know how to make forgiveness more easy? I'll give you an example. I may not complete it before the break, but the story goes like this. My wife and I visited a church and she was led. We were all praying and everything like that for different folks. And she was led to go to a particular lady and she prayed for the lady in the midst of the prayer. She says, man, oh, man, you've got to exercise forgiveness. I don't know what it's about, but you better start forgiving whoever it is or if it's more than one right now, you better lock in on forgiveness of those individuals or that individual. Well, it turns out she was angry for 31 years because she and her husband had divorced and he found someone else. After they divorced, he got married and had children and moved on where she was walking around in bitterness and she had stage four cancer. Well, guess what? She sincerely took in what my wife told her, exercised strong forgiveness, and guess what? She was healed of the cancer. She's still walking the earth today. This was years ago. So exercising forgiveness is rational self-interest as well as, you know, just forgiving the other person. You're also helping yourself because when you hold bitterness, you're setting yourself up for disease, for infestations in the body and all of that. And so, um, so it's, it's, it is what we have to do. And, um, when I, when I, when, when that happened, that made forgiving people easy for me. I said, okay, just, you know, just rational self-interest. Okay. Yeah. I forgive. I forgive. I forgive. I get up every morning. I forgive all those who are my enemies that I know. And all those that I don't even know. I forgive everyone. I just stay in a mode of forgiveness. Just on that alone. And so, yeah, I don't believe in getting rid of consequences for wrongdoings or anything like that, but I do believe in forgiveness and you keep it moving. And I do believe it's that time. Not necessarily for the person that you're forgiving. Forgiveness is more for you. Yeah, exactly. And on that note, it is time for a wonderful break here on the Ron Edwards American Experience. I'm Ron Edwards. Our guest today, Carl Noble. Well, Carl, proving that a stop clock is correct twice per day, Democrats in close midterm races, they keep telling Kamala Harris to please. They're on their knees begging Kamala Harris to please stay away. Don't come around. So at least they've got one thing right. I would say you. That's right. Well, yeah, I mean, come on, what a joke. I mean, that was a complete farce. I mean, even in the primary, she only got one vote or something like that, and then they'd bring her. It was ridiculous. But, you know, I got to thinking about something during the break with this forgiveness issue. Yes. I think in the church, I mean, in the world, forget it, but in the church, maybe why forgiveness is so hard. I'm not sure if too many Christians believe in sin anymore, Ron. Ooh. Really? And if you don't have sin, well, then there's no big deal. I don't have to forgive anybody because, you know, what the heck? Oh, I'm seeing that a lot, you know. Yeah, because.... Well, in order for them not to believe that there's sin anymore, it proves that I'm correct in my assessment of it. most ministers that I think they should be knocked over like bowling pins because obviously someone's not telling the truth and people on their own are refusing to read the word between the two if you read the word for yourself and if you are getting proper teaching you will know The difference between right and wrong, and you will try to stay on that straight and narrow path, and you will forgive others who do wrong toward you. And I even have to find, you know, where my unforgiveness problem was most strong was against the political leaders and people like Bill Gates and all of that who are trying to destroy our country. People who might love to put my hands around their necks. You know what I'm saying? Because they're trying to literally kill our nation and our nation's way of life and to make life miserable for all of us. And when I checked into the Old Testament and the word of God, when it comes to people that are trying to destroy your nation, it is not wrong to do what you have to do to prevent them from destroying your nation. Let's say you. Well, absolutely. That's absolutely correct. We can still forgive people, but at the same point in time, people like yourself, or hopefully me and hopefully other people in the church, we still have to fight. Evil. We can forgive what these people are doing to us personally or whatever, but it's in us constantly... Standing up. And I think that's where we're missing a lot of this. The church people don't stand up anymore. They're just too damn comfortable, to be honest with you. And we have to stand up against this stuff. And if we had enough people stand up and saying enough is enough, maybe we can do something. You know, Europe is waking up with this whole Islam ridiculousness. And they're starting to say, oh, I think, you know, oh, we were so kind and we were so forgiving. We let people come in. Oh, hell, they're destroying us. Now we've got to do something. Well, we have to keep on the right road. And if you're on the right road, the issue is that in the end, there is judgment. Forgiveness also brings along with it judgment and justice. And whether the other person accepts it or not is not the point. I'm thinking of, you know, and what you said about pastors. I get so upset with these demonic pastors who are leading their flock astray, and these people are listening to it. Like you said, because they don't know the difference. They wouldn't know a Bible if it had been in the rear end. And we have got to, as a church, get back to the Word of God, get off of our comfortability, and, you know, yes, go to worship, too. Oh, but I don't like the— well, I don't care. It's in corporate worship that we can together gain our strength. You know, it's funny you mention Europe. We just got back from Europe a few days ago, and we spent time in Hungary. Right. And Budapest, and we also went a couple of hours north of Budapest also to one of the main forts of the old Ottoman Empire. And the thing that we noticed right away was the civility, the beauty, the cleanliness, and the politeness of the people and the respect for America that they have in Hungary. And it was so funny because we went to the National Museum And there was a commemorative exhibit about America and thanking the United States. The primary city that they mentioned in America was Cleveland. And I knew it when we first walked into the exhibit and I saw an old building. I said, that looks like it's Cleveland. But I went the other way around because it's a large exhibit. My wife went the other way. And she read that particular exhibit that she called me over. She says, Ron, this is about your home city, Cleveland. And she was always wondering why when I'd introduced myself. And I said, well, I'm from Cleveland. And she tried to say, you mean Cleveland, Ohio, right? But the people in Hungary knew that's just Cleveland, right? Well, because of the connection. And, you know, it's and then I'm looking here and you brought to mind when you said about what they're doing in Europe. Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Greece are going to start sending illegal border crossers to return hubs outside of the European Union. That's right. In my humble opinion, they're waiting too long to do it. They said they'll start by late next year. But here they are planning to do it. But in some cases, it's almost too little too late. Because outside of Hungary and a few other places, Poland, for example, and the civility, man. You know, you could be in Basilica Square there in Budapest at 11 or 12 midnight. And you'll see families walking around, grandparents, parents and children and all of all ages are all happy. Even the teenagers with their parents, they're happy. And the women looked like women. There were no tranny flags, no fag flags, no lesbian stuff. Just people, human beings. And I. Understand it's mostly a Catholic nation, but you know what? They operated more according to Christian principles than I would say they do in Colorado Springs, which is supposed to be a conservative Christian enclave here in the United States of America. And it's living proof that you can have a majority Christian or Christ oriented environment, such as in Budapest, and it can still be a fun, beautiful and exciting city. Doesn't mean it has to be boring and dull. And so it reminded me of New York during the years when I lived there, when Giuliani was mayor of that great city. And it was just like that as well. Clean, vibrant. Yeah. Mostly straight people walking around. Women were beautiful. They looked like women. It was like, man, man alive. And the men looked like men. And never the twain met. And there were just a few Muslims walking around. Not a lot, but a few belligerent female Muslims walking around. One tried to crash into me. So I pretended that I didn't see her. I looked the other way and stiffened. And she bounced off of me, you know, like a car off of a thick wall. And, um, but other than that, it was just a fantastic, um, environment. We were there on a mission. Uh, we prayed, uh, for the nation. We prayed with people from Iran who had escaped Islam, um, both men and women. And we got to pray for them individually as well as, uh, corporately speaking to them. Uh, we were honored to be invited to speak to these people. We didn't, we didn't know we, but, uh, It was just the tip of the iceberg of what happened. That was. Our experience in Poland, too. Even when we would try to go to Mass, I don't care what day, I don't care what time of the day, it was standing room only. And how many churches here are almost vacant when people practice their faith. It is amazing how well things go because of basic Christian biblical principles. that protect each other. And people have pride in their property. They have pride in themselves. And Hungary and Poland both have declared that Jesus is the king of those countries. So it doesn't surprise me. Absolutely. Carl, I want to share with you just a little bit about something that it took me a while to forgive. It's women's lib. Ever since I was a little boy, especially after my father died when I was 12, I kept hearing that men and women, boys and girls, were equal. And I never believed that. Now, I understand that we're all fearfully and wonderfully made by God, And I always wondered, and I thought, and I keep hearing this today, and they try to act like we're the same. And we're not. It doesn't mean that one is better than the other or one is worse than the other. We're just not the same. We're not equal, thank God. And here's a logical question for you, Carl, is if men and women were equal, why is it then that we need women's sports? Why is there a need for the WNBA? Why is it that we need women's softball teams, women's rugby? Why not just, you know, who's ever the best? Make these teams and that be it. If we're so equal, I just, you know, I just think that's a logical question, don't you? Well, this is one of my buttons, okay? I'm going to take it from a theological perspective. In the eyes of God, we are equal. Adam and Eve were equal. They were both equal people in their partnership. Here's the difference. We may be equal, but we have different roles and different functions. And I don't care how you cut it. Yes, we are equal because of salvation that we share in Christ. I have no problem with that. But yet men... in our physiological makeup is different than women. And women make up their physiological existence based on birthing children and, you know, giving them milk and then, you know, giving them guidance, et cetera, et cetera. Emotionally, women are totally different than men. Women are 100% emotional. Us guys, no. We're very logical, okay? I mean, come on, you know? And I hate it when, well, women say, well, why don't you be a little bit more feminine? I'm not feminine. I'm a man, thank you, okay? But yes, but when it comes to sports, which I don't like anyway, you can't put a man against a woman because it's not fair. There is a difference. There is different form, different function, Yes, we are equal, and we are equal in this country as citizens, but there is a different function that we all are called to. There's a difference. Yeah, and that's very logical. Here's something else, too. I was always led to believe that women were more caring than men because, you know, they're supposed to be mothers and et cetera, et cetera. dads were just dads. And they used that to make it as if dads are lesser than the mom. Well, it turns out, especially in the times that we live in, that it's actually that men actually have more empathy than women. Women have more sympathy, but men have more empathy. For example. I like that. And it's increasingly more evident as we continue to engage more heavily into our sin nature as men and women. We're seeing this now, for instance, with the Clancy case. She takes out her three children. Never before in history, I guess since before, during the dark ages maybe, but even during then, if you murdered, you suffered the consequences, whether you're a mother or a man. Here's the thing. You have thousands and thousands, maybe millions of American women who are in favor of this woman being free, and they're actually condemning the husband who's heartbroken, who doesn't know what to do, and they're coming after him. In fact, I saw a video where one woman is threatening, we're coming after you, and we're blaming you. You should have known better. No, because when men try to be involved and know better and show guidance, women... say, no, you're being a man, you're being dominant. So they want it both ways. They want, and they don't want accountability. Women, women of today, they, they refuse accountability. They want you and I to be accountable for everything, just for breathing. But when it comes to things like this baby killing, there's no accountability effort. Uh, the jury trial, there was only one person on that entire jury that said, you know what? I think, uh, Not guilty is not the way to go. And because of that, they're condemning. He was a man. He's a man. The only one on the jury that says, hey, she's at least guilty. She just can't walk scot free. And that's why the judge and the attorney for the killer got into a big argument. It's just crazy. And when I look at people like this, it's hard for me to forgive, but I have to. And I pray for the right results according to God's standards. What say you? Yeah, I agree. I think, you know, I keep coming back to Paul that at the end times, things that are called good will be called evil. Things that are called evil will be called good. I am 78 years old and I have the faintest idea what's going on in this world. I understand it. And I am seeing ripped from my eyes common sense and the ability of people to just get along. I don't understand it. It is just, it is driving me nuts. And so much of it goes back to forgiveness. So much of it goes back to looking at the cross. Let's see that blood of Jesus pouring out for us. And if he can forgive me, Ron, I've got to at least really deal with forgiving others. Yeah. And to me, what you just said is common sense. And it really it was really, I guess, magnified for me when we were in Hungary. And it made me come to the logical conclusion that it comes down to not just forgiveness, but choice. Do you know, I understand. I understand when the word says what will be called good is bad and bad. But over there in Hungary, I saw good being called good. I saw bad being called bad. One of our Uber drivers says, what? We don't have crime. What the heck is that? We don't have that stuff. We don't tolerate that. They understand, and it's a very happy city. Two million people, about the same population as Chicago, but very happy. They're happier than most people in small-town America. So it comes down to a choice, whether you're in a big city or a small American town. What say you? I think I agree. And I think the simpler life, you know, the more life is wonderful. It's complicated things so much. And that's why, like, over in Hungary, over in Poland, you know, I don't know. When we're over there, we eat and our stomachs don't get upset. Here you come home and it's, you know, gastric bananas. I mean, it's just But people, they treat each other with respect. Yep. I think that is just about gone in this country. And we're not taught, though. See, it goes down to parenting. It goes down to choice. See, because there are human beings over there in Poland. There are human beings over there in Hungary. They're in big cities. They're in big cities in Hungary. And they're happy. They're more happy than people in a small, slow city here in America. And the food you mentioned, in Europe, only 400 chemicals are allowed in their food. Here in America, there's at least 10,000. So, 100 chemicals. Hello, that's right. That's why you feel that difference. Yeah? Yeah. Well, anyway, we're almost out of time. We'd love for you to, if you're so led, to leave us with a prayer. I think we have about 90 seconds left.
