I'm Ron Edwards and welcome to this the Run Edwards American Experience Faith Day edition as we celebrate the Christmas and Honiga season. Happy Honugah and Merry Christmas to everyone. And we've got a great guest today. We're going to be joining our guests after the first break. His name is Pastor Earl Wallace. He wrote the pamphlet it's called the Bible is the Source of America's inalienable rights, and it sure is, and we'll be talking a little bit about that, but we're going to also discuss some of the issues of the day and the issues of this wonderful time of the year, the most wonderful time of the year, this Christmas season, and boy, but I tell you there are places around the world where other folks are trying to make it not the most wonderful place in the world. One of them is in Germany. Islamist migrants and asylum seekers vandalizing and disrupting Christmas celebrations and destroying markets, and yet they are stupid. Governments still run around saying that diversity is our strength. Well, you know what, a nation that exemplifies or promotes diversity without common unity is destined to destruction. And that may be the plan of those governments. That may be why they continue to allow in all of these uncivilized so called migrants from around the world, most of them Islamists, who have vowed to destroy any society that they move into that is not already Islamic. And looking at a picture here, it's kind of sad, beautiful Christmas market and it's destroyed because the Islamis say, hey, you're not like us, and we're coming to destroy you. Terrorist attacks and attempted attacks by Islamist extremists. Christmas celebrations in Europe have been affected by disruptions at Christmas markets and vandalism of churches and Nativity scenes. Kind of reminds me of a Nativity scene that they have annually in public square in Cleveland this year, and I saw the picture of it. These little children, they took the baby Jesus out of the they moved it. I guess they tossed it to the ground, and they're sitting and where Jesus is supposed to be sitting, or they pretend Jesus, and no ones do anything. They took pictures of it, and I guess people were afraid to say anything because you know, if you say anything to black folks when they're doing stupid stuff, you'll be accused of racism. Or if you're a black that says something, you'll be called horrible names that are worse than racism, racist, And so it goes on, and people are divided over stupidity like that, rather than unified on common principles. How often do you hear certain people run around talking about and complaining about conditions that are no longer prevalent in this republic. They talk about extreme racism and white supremacy and all of that kind of garbage, and yet they don't seek out good things that are happening in our country. They don't seek out the good opportunities or appreciate them. Proof of that is elon Omar, representative in the United States Congress, supposedly the most powerful government body on earth. She came to this country at the age of thirteen and now is in the government of this country, part of the effort to destroy this country from within. In Germany, several incidents drew attention in late twenty twenty four. Video filmed in Hamburg in October showed pro Palestinian demonstrations using loudspeakers near Christmas market areas an insign. Between December eighth and December tenth, thousands of Syrians marched through a Christmas market after the fall of Asa, chanting and waving Syrian flags as they passed through the city center. Confirmed incidents of vandalism targeting churches and nativity scenes were reported across Europe in twenty four and so far this year as well. In Erbach, Germany, on November thirtieth of this year, a living nativity was vandalized. Perpetrators assaulted two donkeys used in the display, damaged decorations and electrical equipment, vandalized church property, and defecated inside the church. A witness intervene and the animals were relocated. The same individuals were suspected of damaging the town's Christmas market earlier that day and a local Protestant church earlier in the week. Now, my question is, how is it that year after year after year after year, these same situations are allowed to happen in these same market, same churches. It's like, okay, here they come, get out of the way. Let them damage our situation, our churches, our nativity scenes, our gatherings. In Armins, France, a nativity scene that had been displayed for approximately thirty years was vandalized overnight between November twenty fifth and twenty six this year. Protective plexiglass was smashed to smithereens, Several wooden figures were overturned and shattered, and the baby Jesus figure was damaged, with its head reported to have been detached. In Brussels, Belgium, the cloth head of a baby Jesus figure was stolen from a nativity scene in the Grand Place of the city's Christmas Market. The display, which featured faceless figures, had drawn controversies prior to the theft. Mayor Philippe Close said that the figures were designed without faces to honor the city's multicultural heritage and to be inclusive for everyone. Well, you know what, even Yashua admitted that not everyone would be accepting him. So I think that to making a Nativity scene with a faithless Jesus is kind of an insult to Jesus himself, who had a face. And not everyone will accept Jesus, and they are those who will try to destroy the image of Jesus, even as a little baby. Therefore, it is high time for Christians everywhere to grow a pair and start defending your churches, your nativity scenes, your markets, your homes, your families, yourselves, and stop being the world's whipping post. As far as I know. As far as I know, we are not supposed to be the world's whipping post. The Lord did not tell us. He told us to turn the other cheek, But he didn't tell us to turn everything over to the enemy in order to be an appeasing group of ne'er do wells. He didn't tell us to do that. It was the right of self defense that is recognized in our constitution, that came out of the Word of God. And so it is imperative that we in the body of Christ grow up in that area and stop being the weak punks of the world. That's not our role, that is not our place. I don't see anywhere in the Bible. And we have a minister as a guest on today, and if I'm wrong, in fact, I will ask him point blank because I've looked. You know, I hear these people say that, oh, we're supposed to have open borders. Jesus didn't turn anyone away, YadA YadA yah. Therefore you're wrong to have a wall. Okay, I don't believe that. I don't see that in the Bible, but I don't pretend to see everything. But maybe our guest today, Pastor ol Wallace, will correct me on that, or he will say, hey, Ron, you're right, we do need to tighten up our act. It's one or the other. I don't think there's any in between on this particular issue. And the fact of the matter that we went to war over liberty and it extracted this nation from the British Empire, and how God blessed this nation unlike any other major nation in the history of the world. But have you noticed how when supposedly the people of God become more weak in their morality, weak in their ability or willingness to stand up against evil. You notice how conditions also deteriorate behind that just saying, which leads me to think, Yes, we need to appreciate the gift of freedom. We need to appreciate show appreciation by standing up for our liberties, which is a gift which comes from God. And I think as we stand up and be strong, God will back us up as he did King David. This is a round overs American Experience and we are doesn't sound like it, but we are celebrating the Christmas season and Honiga as well. And you know, you know the Word of God says blessed other peacemakers, and you know they are two different things. They're peacemakers and they're peacekeepers. And I was doing a little thinking about that, and I'm going to bring forth our guests, pastor Earl Wallace in just a second. But I was thinking about peace makers, and we talk about you know, I was talking about before the break about how Islamist are destroying nativity scenes throughout Europe and bullying their way into markets and being destructive and defecating in churches just because they're nasty people. Anyway, that's why you can't even shake their left hand. But anyway, it is what it is. But peacemakers represent strength and power. That's why President Trump was able to travel around the world and positively affect eight major conflicts around the planet. I think six of them are still maintaining a peaceful posture. And then you have peace keepers that come in and maintain the peace that is first established by the stronger peace makers. Kind of reminds me of growing up. Our dads in the neighborhood were peace makers. For instance, if my older sisters and I got into a scuffle, an argument or whatever, and Mom would say, wait till your father comes Until your father comes home, and then you knew that whoever did started it or did something bad. You know, lightning would bump the stump when Dad got home, and there wasn't any big arguments. He didn't worry about our little feelings or anything like that. He came home, enlightening bumped the stump, and then there was peace throughout the land. And Mom was peace keeper because Dad laid down the law. And the same thing goes on a bigger scale when it comes to peace keeping and peace making throughout the world. And that is one of the reasons why the United States, and my humble opinion, needs to maintain a high moral character so she can be in a position to be even listened to by other nations and also have the strength that everyone knows you have in order to back it up. And then they are required to maintain that peace or try to. Let's bring forth our guest. His name is Pastor Earl Wallace. He wrote the wonderful pamphlet it's called the Bible is a source of America's inalienable rights, and it's something I refer to almost every day as a reminder of how great our nation is because of our God. Welcome Pastor, and welcome back. It's great to have you again. Thank you, Ron, thanks for having me. Your voice is a little low in my system and Erica can turn you up. On my side, I can hear you, but like I said, your voice is subdued and load. Well, yeah, ironically your voice is very low on my end as well. I'm trying to make an adjustment here where I'm at, and hopefully you could hear me a little bit better as it goes forth. Is that better? I can, It's not the same, but I can hear you, and I can speak a little louder. I don't know if that helps it. All, Okay, anyway, Yeah, I was. I was. I hope you were able to hear the opening monologue and some of the things that I was saying after the break, I certainly, Yeah, I like to get your take on that. You know, they talk about Blessed as the peace maker and the important and a lot of people don't know the difference. They don't recognize the difference between peace maker and peace keeper. And wonder what you think about how that works in the grand scheme of things, whether it's in the family or between nations. Well, I believe that God gives us ten commandments rights. For when God says in the Bible thou shall not murder, ten commandment number six, he's saying everybody has the right not to be murdered. Now, in the New Testament we read also that in the Sermon on the Mount, God tells us that when my Holy Spirit is within you, he says, you've heard it say, do not murder. But when my Holy Spirit is within you, he will convict you of being angry at another person, so you can avoid the situation, the discussion, probably the assault, the throw of the punch, that could possibly lead to murder. So I believe we have ten Commandments rights, and I believe that Jesus gives us a society, a civil society. God gives us a civil society through the Ten Commandments. Moses is on top of the Supreme Court building holding the Ten Commandments, the two tablets. So those are our societal rules. I've started some initiatives up in my neck of the woods trying to get municipalities to repost ten Commandments in public spaces so that people know two things. Number one, what are God's rules which he divined, which he you know, defines a sin. He's going to judge us according to his rules, not according to ours nor our interpretation of his rules. Very clear, what he says, and we also should order our society. We have the right to have a civic society that's going to reflect Heaven and it's going to be free from these uh, these these these the violations of the Ten Commandments against us. Want I got some more to say, but I don't want to dye dominate the whole conversation. I appreciate that now when it talks about violating these Ten Commandments and our inaliable rights which come from God, I think, do you see these violations in Europe and throughout the United States? Increasingly because the other side it wants to violate our rights, they see weakness and they continue to get away with it because maybe there is weakness. Now I say that we need to figure out how to man up. There's you man up both spiritually and physically, and we have to because if we don't, we're going to continue to notice that our churches, our synagogues, our Nativity scenes, our women, if they happen to walk into a Muslim area, will be spat upon like they are in Dearborn Michigan. If an American woman walks into Dearborn Michigan today and she doesn't have the big tent on and her eyes almost covered. She could get spat upon by the other women who are all burke it up. And that's because we in this country have allowed ourselves to be invaded. It's no different than if if you don't take care of your body and you allow your body to be invaded by a disease or by malaria or whatever, because you have allowed your your your system to be so weak that it cannot repel or extinguish an outer attacking situation. And it's the same way in society is in general. How you know, it's kind of scary when you think of the concept we are a constitutionally limited republic, but yet in certain pockets we are allowing Sharia law. And these are people who have said, hey, we're not here to adhere to your constitution, We're here to destroy you. I mean, in Sirah four and in in the in the Qur'an, it tells them how they can beat the hell out of their women and Sarah and I and I believe that's the where talks about how they can come in and and and will take over another land. And it's because they're being allowed to do so, what say you. Well, I believe America struggle and the world struggle is between people who have a Ten Commandments value system and those who don't. There are some people who believe that murder is wrong, lying is wrong, stealing is wrong, that assaulting people, which I said to lead the murder is wrong. There are those of us who believe that those things are okay. There are a lot of people who believe if I can get away with it, if I can violate the Ten Commandments against you, suck a same shame on you. Now, our challenges as a Christian society is for the basic Christians and the basic Church. We have to ask ourselves this question which I struggled with for a number of years before I arrived at this concept which I call the Biblical basis of the Bill of Rights. Here's the question, how far reaching are the precepts of Scripture and what area of life does not the Bible apply to? When the Irs deceived us, When the Satan worshippers within Irs deceived us through in nineteen fifty four, through the concept of separation of church and state, which they formulated and foisted upon the American public in the form of the tax exemption, which we did. Thousands of troops streamed across a no man's land strewn with rotting corpses. They sang Christmas carols and because of the impact of Christ's loved Christmas, soldiers embraced one another who just hours before were trying to kill each other. They even agreed to warn each other if the top brass forced them to fire their weapons again. Generals on all sides declared that spontaneous Christmas inspired peacemaking was treasonous and subject to a court martial. By March nineteen fifteen, the Fatternization movement had been eradicated and the killing was back in full operation. By the time of armistice in nineteen eighteen, fifteen million would be slaughtered as we set a right Christmas once again. You know, we heard the wonderful message of President Trump the other night, and I thought it was very good, very very good, very short, especially by his standards. And the reason why here's the reason why. Most of the nation, in fact, all of the nation got the chance to actually hear his broadcast. Turns out that it had. President Trump said had let the networks know that, well, you know, I'm going to talk about all the good things that we've been doing about the concerning the economy, YadA, YadA, YadA, and look what to look forward to in twenty twenty six. Well, if he found out that most of the networks would not have aired his broadcast, and so what he did he did a bit of a head fake, and so he told them that there's going to be some sort of an intermission ventialist war in Venezuela. And so, of course that piqued their interest. And you know, the national media knows that most of us are not in favor of any kind of actual intervening or invasion of Venezuela, though we are in support of what he's doing so far taking out the drug dealers and in the high season all of that, and blockading their ability to bring in oil or take out oil to sell around the world. And you know, that's a perfect example of being wise as a serpent, yet harmless as a dove. He didn't have to attack anyone, he didn't have He just used his his intelligence and outwitted the dragon media and the country got the message. And because of that positive message, the outlook for the future has improved dramatically in just the hours since that message, and people are more able to see clearly as to how things are improving in real time and how they will as a result of what has been done by the Trump administration, and they're not just listening to the negativity of the other side. Pastor Earl Wallace is our guest today and Pastor Earl that's a perfect example of being wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. What say you, well, I agree with you one hundred percent. What Donald Trump is doing is he is protecting America through our Ten Commandments rights not to be murdered, which is you're going to be selling drugs. You don't know where that's going to end up, especially with sat law, which is such a dangerous drug. Another really cool thing President Trump is doing, he's reversing the government's programs and initiatives that violates the Ten Commandments contend Commandment number eight against us styles shall not feel. How he is doing that is he's taking these government subsidies that we're going to the insurance companies. What Trump is doing is he's working on the supply side, I'm sorry, the demand side of the FRAN and free enterprise equation. The customer demands the services. What the government has been doing is they've been giving money to insurance companies, the supposed suppliers of healthcare, who can get that money without providing an adequate service. So Obamacare was a fraud. It violated the basic concepts of the free enterprise system, which should be demand driven. You give the money to the consumers. To empower the consumers, they will pick the healthcare of their choice. The healthcare companies will then compete to provide better services, more timely services, in ways that consumers demand those services, in the places where consumers demand those services. So Donald Trump to me, is he's actually advocating and implementing the Ten Commandments within our society. People wish more people could understand these things, because our challenge is if we all our politicians are supposed to administer the Ten Commandments rights. We the people have. Let me try to say it this way. There are ten commandments, and there are ten bill of rights. Each of the bill of rights are designed to or is designed to compel people in government to treat we the people according to the Ten Commandments. For instance, ten Commandment number six says thou shalt not murder. America's founding fathers realize that in ten Commandment number six, God is giving us the right to not be murdered, so they gave us the Second Amendment to defend ourselves. Any politician trying to take guns away from we the people is trying to preposition us so we can be taken advantage of and murdered by people who don't have a ten Commandment's value system, who believe it's okay to break into our homes and steal from us. I believe I'm trying to have them. I'm praying my friends and I are praying that could meet sit down with Donald Trump and give our government clarity We're what's working for us is when we are comp selling government to treat we the people according to the Ten Commandments. To me, that's very cut and dry. When we say one more thing before I stop. In the section in nations founded by the God of the Bible, as is America and biblical Israel, citizens are supposed to apply the Bible to every aspect of life, including civics. If you have a ten commandments value system, then it's easier for you to figure out which are your politicians have a ten commandments value system. Our challenge in America is we've got religion. A lot of people have so called Christian religions that actually violate ten Commandments number one and two. The Bible tells us that God doesn't separate himself from the nations, as the five oh one Irs nineteen fifty four five oh one c. Three policy compels us to try the voice this fraught upon us to believe God. The Bible teaches that God either blesses or he judges nations. If you violate ten Commandments number one and two, have no other God before me. Don't go praying to statues and whatnot. Inn icons think and you're reaching God. There's one media between God, man, the man, Jesus Christ Second Timothy three sixteen. If you ascribe the characteristics of the Trinity the inanimate objects, that's a violation of ten Commandments one and two. God, by the honor of his character, ensures that we get the punishment, which is the other eight of the ten commandments get violated against us. We have more vulgarity in our society. People taking the Lord's name in vain. We have our administrative, our schools, and judiciary, and people are making laws to violate our family rights. We have laws that you can murder babies. We have laws of these solk I'm black, you're black. I don't need a law that says you can't hit me because I'm black. I got a law of rat that says you can't hit me because I'm a human being. All lives matter, and Bible believing Christians understand these things. But Christians who are who read the Bible through the paradigm of societal lives and confusion, they get confused by these things. I wanted to give the government the Ten Commandments clarity. Yeah, whether or not. You know what you talked about also reminds me of the income tax, another form of stealing through legal edict. And it was very refreshing to hear President Trump recently talk about getting rid of the income tax, because before the income tax, guess how the taxes were paid through tariffs. If you remember the Monroe Doctrine and all of that, and how that ushered in the Gilded Age of wealth in America, which by the way, funded America through many decades. Many people don't understand how that old money sustained this country and to this day still sustains it to a certain degree. And we can get back to I believe, not the golden age, but a gilded age of unprecedented wealth if we do get rid of the income tax, which is another form of thievery which we're taken away by. And I'll join you in saying by Satanists because they wanted to be able to legally steal from the people. What say you, Uh, you're absolutely right. Ron the income the founding fathers, if you read the Federalist papers, they called would be income tax servitude. You would become an indentured servant. Uh. Tariffs are a payment to the American taxpayer that a company provides to have the opportunity to sell products and goods and services to us here in America. The income tax is the opposite of that. The income tax. It takes money away from the from the the person who demands the service, so that you you do so you have less to work with. I also believe the income tax is a way to hamper the most I would say aggressive and up and coming people in our society, the middle class business owner, because if you take money away from them, they have less money to fight the government to keep our rights. And there's a whole bunch of evil things. I believe that a go along with the incompacts. People think that, oh, if we take away the income taxt, how will our government be funded. Look at your money. On the top of your dollar bills, it says Federal Reserve note. The Federal Reserve Bank is not federal and there's no reserve. Every dollar they print for me, the people, we owe them that dollar backplus interest. Those tops of our bills should say Treasury notes or Department of the Treasury certificate, which should stand for that silver is backing our money. As it says in the US Constitution. The dollar is supposed to be pointing three to three three whatever ounces of silver or something like that. It says in the US Constitution. So we can get back to the Constitution very simply if we stop looking at life through the paradigm of the lies that we have been told for the past hundred years or so, and especially since nineteen fifty four. Absolutely, but you can actually take them. We go all the way back to nineteen thirteen when the door was opened to all of this this madness and even tech. She's in jail for nine years for no good reason at all, because she found things going wrong in the election process in the beautiful state of Colorado. They did in jail her for anything wrong or immoral. She is jailed for actually doing the right thing, and so she must be released from jail as soon as possible. She's been beaten, she's been given bad water, bad food, forced to sleep on cement slabs, forced to stay in darkness, utter darkness for many days at a time, and some have said that her cancer has returned and she's not allowed proper treatment, etc. Etc. Etc. This is what happens when those who hate God take over. They will come after you and talk about calling what's good bad and what's bad good? What a case? What do you think about that, Pastor Earl? Once again, ron I agree with you one hundred percent. Tina Peters was the Commissioner of Records and she has the constitutional duty to secure the chain of custody, and that means if you're making electronic transfers of information, we should know who's on the either side of that equation. So she made images of the transfers of the computer system, the vote count before the transfer, which probably did not match what they said the vote count was after the transfer. So those liars, those people who are violating ten Commandments number nine, came after her. They have stolen her rights to to be a free citizen. I read the trial. They railroaded her to jail. They would not allow certain information to which was which would have been exculpatory, to be entered into the court record. So therefore, if you tell me a half truth, are lying to me. And that's what they did with that court case. They didn't even have half truth against her, and they couldn't even go that far because it was because it was such a cut and dry case that she was she was correct and in the in the in the right that they just just suppressed the information. I was speaking to a school board about a week ago, and uh, I said, no, this time of year, we celebrate peace on earth and goodwill to mend the birth of Christ. Why would you want to suppress that? And and the other side of that is what is the outcome if you keep suppressing it? I put this on Facebook yesterday, Lord God in Jesus name, We pray to you had confound the plans of the wicked, and that you would go to bat for this woman, Miss Peters, and that you would release her. You released Paul from jail, You release Peter from jail. I pray for a supernatural miracle of God, that you would release her from jail. I pray to your holy spirits, fear would fall upon her guards, and that every evil that they have planned for her, Lord, you would turn it back and repulse and repulse it against them away from her. I asked these things in Jesus' name. Lord. We're at the end of our rope with this situation. We confess we have done everything. President Trump has even pardoned her. But the evil people within that state system, the judiciary, and the penal system, they're holding on to this woman improperly. We pray they would release her in Jesus. Name, Amen, pastor Earl. And now I'm of the opinion that this is one of those cases where the President should say, you know what, forget it and sin in some very strong individuals from the military and just march in and just get her out. Because this is a totally unjust situation. It goes against Colorado law, and so because it is a double double wrong, I think it's super seed the right of the state because they're not actually following the actual laws of the state. They're going according to their political they're leftist political ideology, which has nothing to do with the written law of the State of Colorado, its constitution, or in regards to the Constitution of the United States and our laws of election. What say you, Well, you're right ron By the US Constitution, each state is supposed to guarantee its citizens a republican form of government. We're a constitutional republic that democratically elects its leaders. I don't know why so many politicians on both supposedly both sides of the sense always say where they're protecting democracy, democracy is rob rule. If you read the Founding Fathers. We we have the right to see justice done for Tina Peters. I will come short of saying what you just said, but I do know people who would sign would sign up to do that, and I'm praying that God moves it. See, the evil people want to break up the United States of America, so they do a grecious things like this to people like Tina Peters to kind of incite people like us to take up arms, and there are other legal ways for this to happen. But Colorado, You're right, they're violating the law. And our federal government has the obligation by the Constitution to secure that each state is securing for its citizens a republican form of government, which means government is supposed to be administering itself in ways that protects the people's Ten Commandment's rights. I'm with you on this. I'm praying some very very strong prayers, God, prayers. God confound the plans of the wicked, the evil. If they want to bring upon her, I pray that you are turned upon them. Lord, you broke Peter out of jail, You broke Paul out of jail. And sometimes during these jail breaks, which by the way, if God separated himself from the states, he wouldn't be breaking his people out of jail some of these jail bricks, if some of the guards got killed behind that. So I'm really I want to see God move. This is his country. He started this country through Bible believing people we have Ten Commandments rights. Donald Trump is dumbedy kenn at the federal level. It is now time for the federal government to secure the people of Colorado State their right to have a republican form of government that administers the Ten Commandments rights which enumerate our inaible rights reference in the Declaration of Independence. Monuscule and other people. Hobbes called them our natural rights, and though they the rights come from God. I had a city council never, not too terribly long ago, called me back to the microphone and said, I take issue with that. Letitia James in our state had written a skating report against the city of Saratoga Springs and said that she sided with BLM. I told this city councilman, well, she's not my queen. My rights don't come from her. And I resent you people trying to use the color of my skin to there's people to violate the Ten Commandments against anybody, whether they're black, white, brown, ve Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world, right and yellow, black and white. They are precious in It's like Jesus loves the little children of the world. Stop trying to use the color of my skin to do these things. If you stop that, you might not see me at your city council meetings. Word, how not only that city Council has done that, but many groups come along, have come along since the Bastardized rights movement in the nineteen sixties to use blacks as a methodology to further their group, or their ideology or their lifestyle. It began with the feminist movement after the Civil Rights movement or a bastardized rights movement. Then the homosexuals, now the trainees, and it goes on and on and on. I won't say what's I believe is going to come next, because I it's something that I prayed ever happens. But what now, I. Said, don't give them any ideas, don't say. Oh I'm not I'm not. Yeah, wisdom here. But you know, we've only got about a minute or so. But we'd love for you to close us out in a prayer for the Christmas season, that God protects us at this time and just how God leads you. We have about a minute. I believe, Lord Jesus, I know that I'm getting text messages from Christian leaders and lo, we are all praying people. I pray to you, unite our hearts together in Christ. Give us your heart for each other, especially the heart that Jesus Christ passed for us. Lord, we want to walk in the spirit that wrote your Bible. We want to comply with it. Father, I believe that if you work in our hearts and minds so we think your biblical thoughts, we will get emotional responses that are consistent with the fruits of the spirit, love, joy, peace, patients, etc. Father, I thank you for Brother Ron for all these years that he is it up, and he is he has proclaimed your message and how the Bible applies to every aspect of life, including civics. I pray Lord it you would grace us through this Christmas season and into the new year. Give us renewed vision, give us renewed hope, strengthen us. God, speak to our hearts with clarity, so that we can march forward and proclaim that Jesus Christ died for our sins, for our violations of your ten commandments, and that those same commandments are the rights that you give me the people here in our beloved USA. And I pray for grace and mercy for our country. Give us one more chance. We pray, Lord, work in the hearts and minds as the people of America, so that they honor your commandments. Well, now that I see that, my time is a thank you so much for your time, And as I always urge you, my friends, to pray for your nation, your friends, your family, and even your enemies, that they get it right before it's too late. There was just one problem with swan Quarter, North Carolina. It was a lowland town. Naturally, the choicest real estate was on the highest ground. In the event of a heavy rain, closer you were to sea level, the harder you got hit. But more than one hundred years ago, the Methodists of swan Quarter had no church. Only lot available on which to build one was a plot of low lying property on Oyster Creek Road. It was far from an ideal location, but they had acquired the land and construction began. The church was to be white frame, small, but sturdy propped up on brick pilings. In eighteen seventy six, the building was completed and on Sunday, September sixteen, a joyous dedication ceremony was celebrated. Now that was Sunday, September sixteen. Three days later, this was on a Wednesday. A terrible storm lashed swan Quarter all day. The wind howled and the rain came down, and it was a gray wall of water by nightfall devastation. Much of the town was flooded. Many roofs were ripped from homes by cyclonic turbulence. The storm raged on all through the night and into the bleak morning. By Thursday afternoon, the wind subsided, the rain had all but stopped for the first time in more than a day. There was an almost eerie calm, and one by one the citizens of swan Quarter threw back the shutters and peered out from what was left of their homes, and most saw only a desolate waterscape, a community ravaged by nature. But those within sight of Oyster Creek Road beheld the most incredible sight that they had ever seen. The church, the swan Quarter Methodist Church, the whole building intact, was floating down the street. I mean the floodwaters had gently lifted the entire structure from its brick pilings on which it had rested, and had sent it off slowly, silently down Oyster Creek Road. Well within minutes, several concerned townspeople were slashing about in the street, waste deep fighting the rushing current, trying desperately to reach the still moving church so that they could moor it with lengths of rope, and the ropes were fastened, but the effort was in vain. There was no. Stable structure secure enough to restrain the floating chapel, and as the building passed by, more attention was attracted, so more aid was enlisted, but again to no avail. The church moved on. By now the building had made it to the center of town. It's still on Oyster Creek Road. Then, as dozens of amazed and helpless people watched the Swan Quarter Methodist Church, It's still floating, made a sharp, inexplicable right turn. Continued down that road as though the chapel were alive, as though it had a mind of its own. For two more blocks the townspeople fought the ropes to hold it back, but unsuccessfully, and then in the same decisive manner with which it had moved in the first place. The church veered off the road and headed for the center of a vacant lot, and there it stopped. While the floodwaters receded, the church remained, and it is there to this day. Well over one hundred septembers have passed since the little white frame Methodist Church removed itself to the most desirable property in Swan Quarter. And in the process of making up your own mind as to why and how what happened happened, you need to know this much more. The choice highland lot where the chapel finally settled, that had been the first choice of the town Methodists. They had wanted that as the site for their church, but the shrewd prosperous land owner whose property it was had turned them down. And yet the next morning after the flood, after discovering the church in the middle of his lot, that same landowner went to the Methodist minister and with trembling hands, presented him with the deed. And now you know the rest of the story.
