And my my mind, we have a very interesting show today. A lot of interesting things going on in our republic turned bbiocracy. You know, judges have gone to nutsville and Democrats are just feeling their oats in every state of the Union. And whether it's in Hawaii, New York, Washington, Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, they're all over the place. They're everywhere, They're everywhere. Oh yeah me she can yeah. Governor Witchmer Well, she's a load. We'll be getting into her a little bit, but let's start with these Black Robes gone Wild. In fact, we're going to be talking about the Black Robes Gone Wild with our guest Tom Caldwell, one of the great Jay Sixers, and we'll be talking with him right after the break. But uh, you know, these these these people that call themselves judges. Uh, many of them need to be drawn and quartered seriously because they are on a mad mission to literally destroy this country from within. They're not ruling from the bench. They are dictating from the bench, and they are usurping the authority of the President of the United States. Now, in the midst of all this madness, I'm a little just a little perturbed with the President Trump. Well why would you be pertirred within, mister Edwards. Well, the reason why is because here's the here's the drill. Here's the thing. The president is operating within the constitutionally mandated authority. Everything that he's been doing concerning the budget, the military, Uh tear ffs. Everything it's been according to the books. Go take a nice look see of article two and tell me if I'm wrong, tell me, tell me, tell me do is I used to stay in romper room. Now this is madness, and we understand that all of these people are working together to destroy the country. And I said this, I think it was yesterday or the day before, But anyway, very recently on this show, I told I said that the president should basically ring up the judges who are doing this and tell him to kiss his backside and where to go, maybe preferably a hot place, and go back to doing his business because the president is not breaking the law. And the last time I checked, it is not right to prevent someone from obeying the law. It's as crazy as if someone decides to tell a father, well, you know what, you are no longer permitted to raise your child and the way that they should go so that when they are old they will not depart. You can't do that. You're infringing upon some made up right or stipulation. And so the president has certain rights, certain duties, and the right to carry out those duties. And for these judges to continue, I mean almost everything that he's done now, it wasn't it ironic than when Uncle Joe Biden and Ali Obama were in office they were actually committing unconstitutional acts, but not even report publicans try to roadblock them, and you know, the judges didn't get in the way. And so you understand that something is awry, something is afoot here, and something that we have to understand and realize that we are in a war. And to the victors, hey, we have one nation called the United States of America. It's the only nation. We have, one nation to save, one nation to restore. See these black robes gone wild. Most of your collegiate professors, most of your liberal preachers, most of your government school teachers throughout the land, do not want you and I to live well. They want us to be dead, unhealthy, uneducated, stupid, totally lacking wisdom and self confidence, so that at best, you know, our lives would be mediocre at best. And that's it, depending on their mood, of course. And if they decide that they want to come up with a vaccine to wipe us out or shot to wipe us out. Hey, they want to do that, and they want to do that unchallenged. If they decide you need to wear a mask, and most of the masks have these little plastic fibers in them. And the majority of people that have worn those masks, oh, you know, for a long time, over and over again daily like morons, a lot of them are now suffering in their lungs because guess what, there's a lot of little plastic fibers in their lungs. Yep. And it goes on and on and on. There's not anything that I can talk about or bring up that has not been ill effected from some direction or another. And I think that Trump has to be, you know, be Trump. You know Ali Obama judge rules that Trump's tariffs are unlawful. This is the first time this has happened in the history of our country. Did you know that Ali Obama enacted tariffs? You know? I usually like to use the great example of McKinley because the tariffs that he enacted paved the way for America's Gilded Age that brought in untold wealth and spectacular growth. But a federal judge today issued a preliminary injunction and ruled President Trump's tarifs are unlawful under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. And to that, I think President Trump needs to call that judge and tell them to go to hell, go to Hades, and cook yourself, because this is this action of that judge is technically unlawful. The time that President Trump is trying to use tariffs to not save the country, but in a way, yes, save the country, because what he's doing and what he is setting up is the resurgence of manufacturing in America. And yes, we're still a strong nation. We're still a wealthy nation, but that won't last if we're not making our own stuff. You have to create your own stuff. And God knows that I'm not a fan of prescription drugs, but if you're going to be taking those things, those things should be at least in your own country. We should not be relying on probably one of the probably the strongest enemy America has ever had the potential of facing. And by the way, China has been at war against the United States for many years. Did you know that they're more Chinese national young men in America than there are US Marines and many of them are military trained, just saying, but hey, what does a guy to do? What is a president to do? And the fact that they're talking about bringing back that thug, that gang member from l Salvador who's legally in El Salvador, the nation he comes from, because the Democrats have been jumping up and down saying we want him back, we want him back, we want him back, and the Great Mighty Trump and saying, okay, Ice, go bring him back. We have to bring him back. Ice. I'm telling you, the Trumpster has to man up and tell them, no, we're not going to do it, because if they bring him back, that will set you talk about setting up precedent one after another. The Democrats will say, you know what, everyone you sent out, we want you to bring him back. I am fuming today, on this wonderful spring day, I'm still fuming even though it's nice and cool outside over this federal judge issuing a preliminary injunction ruling the President Drum's tears or unlawful. That is a damnable lie. It is a ball faced lie. And so many people are like, well, I guess, I guess it's all over. We can't you know. They're laughing at President Trump because they're happy about this destruction. And man, it's amazing. Anyway, let's see what our guest today, Tom calledwell, one of the innocent JA sixers, what he thinks about this. Hello time and welcome back well. Hi, Ron, it's always great to be on the Ron Edwards American experience, and thank you for having. Me absolutely sir, Well you've heard me. I'm not in the best of moods today because these black robes gone wild have just you know, and they got me thinking this morning. And that's one of the reasons why I wanted to have you on, because a lot of the things that have been going on over the past several weeks are some of the reasons why you guys were there on that fateful day anyway, to take grievances to the government, because the government has been so out of kilter for so long, and it's getting to the tipping point, and it's back at the tipping point. In my humble opinion, you've got black robes gone wild, just as they were in the courtroom you were in where you were not even allowed to utilize the evidence that you had. And here you have these judges saying, well, President Trump, the legal duties that you're carrying out, I've decided they're unlawful. What say you. I'm old enough to remember always hearing legislating from the bench. That was always the problem. Your comment earlier in the program was spot on. They are dictating from the bench. These are people who get in there and they become judges, and they're there for life, and you can't get rid of them, and you can't pull them back. And they believe that they know better, just like so many of the leftists do. They believe that they can dictate to all of us, and in this particular case, they're going directly against the will of the people. I'm as frustrated as you are, Ron, and I don't know what's going to change. I always have stood behind President Trump. Of course he's a very strong man. I don't know what kind of advice he's getting. I too would like it if he would just give them the one finger salute and say, look, we're going to go forward here. I don't know whether the person who's giving legal counsel to the president right now is another example of what you and I have spoken about in the past, which is perhaps he is suffering from a staff infection. Staff they're at the White House. I notice that there are people coming and going at all the departments left and right, So maybe they're weeding some people out. But I don't see how this is going to change unless the president does just say look, I'm not listening to you and forget the firestorm that's sure to come. Or on the other hand, we could hope that BONDI would show what she's made of and bring charges against these judges for not just exceeding their authority, but breaking the law or conspiring to do so. We learned in the J six world that conspiracy is the lowest bar possibly to be set. All they need to do is have somebody come in and say, well, yet I entered into agreement with that person. They knew what they were doing, and so they need to go away. At least maybe they could be censured or removed from the bench. But unless you fight fire with fire or just you know, give them the old raspberry, I don't know how you're going to stop that. As far as the J six stuff, we did see it. We saw it every single time. In fact, that Judge Boseburg was involved in the Maryland Dad event and so many other things. You know, she had about sixty J six trials before him, and he slammed everybody. So, I mean, we know which way he was going to come down on that whole issue. And he had been fully indoctrinated. In my humble opinion, I don't know that for sure. He was not the judge in my particular case. I think I'm going to learn a little bit more about some of the cases because my lovely wife Sharon and I are going to be keynote speakers at the world famous Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, on the tenth of June, hosted by the Constitutional Conservatives of South Carolina. And that's really an event for Sharon and me to tell a bit of our story, but also to answer the question of how we got through it. How we fought through that Lawfaaron, you and your listeners well known because of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our faith and reliance upon him. But part of that event is also going to give us an opportunity, Sharon in me to meet other J six families. If this dinner makes dollar one, it's all to support what they call the low country, that is the coastal area of South Carolina, the low country J six ers, who are still suffering so badly. People may not understand that a simple pardon or a commutation has not set things right for these people, and they are suffering even worse than Sharon and I. They got kids. Many of them are still out of work. They're labeled with that scarlet letter f O felon, and they can't take care of their families. Some are homeless. It's a dire situation. And now that we're freed from the yoke of the Biden DOJ, Sharon and I want to get on the road, and that's the first place we're going is trying to reach out and help. Oh God, bless you guys for that. And congratulations on your speaking engagement, and I wish you and sharing much success in that endeavor. Thank you so much. Yeah. Absolutely, And I'm glad that you're getting a chance to get the word out there because both of you guys are excellent speakers. I mean, I was so impressed when Sharon came on the show the last time. And man, oh man, you better watch out, buddy. I'm certainly glad she's in She's in my corner. She is a she is a delicate flower of American womanhood. But boy, oh boy, she's got that Mama Bear tenacity. You better not get on the fighting side of her. Oh yeah, amen, amen to that. But you know something, there's a little bit of good news in this. And I don't even know if President Trump remembers this or paid attention to this one, But when Uncle Joe Biden was in office, there were several ruling that actually went against some of his actions, which were actually unconstitutional. But you know what happened, Uncle Joe or whoever was actually running the show, they went on ahead and did whatever the heck they wanted to do. Anyway, that's really true, and it. Was reported, but there was no pushback from anyone. So I'm telling you, in their zeal to screw the American people, the Democrats have given us a pathway to victory. What say you? I absolutely agree with that. And again, one of the big things that we were looking forward to and awake of the J six debacle that we suffered through, and that you've been so kind of to talk to us about over these last four years, is we wanted a major shakeup at the FBI and the DOJ, the FBI being a subset of the latter, of course. But I think that I'm part of a groundswell of the American population now that is still waiting for something tangible. Yes, there are some little things that come out, But we still want to know about the law there. How are we going to expose that, How are we going to stop that? Who all is involved? And as you pointed out, we could talk about everything. We could talk about immigration, we could talk about dose. Why are they fighting dose so hard? Because those people who are the dirtiest don't want their money cut off, They don't want to be exposed. And you know, we refer back to the Bible. You and I were both believers, and we understand that evil flourishes in the dark. So to shine a light of truth on is what more and more people in this country want to see. And what we were hoping was going to happen quickly, it might take a little bit longer, just like my eventual exoneration, which we celebrated on your show not that long ago. But people are sitting here tapping their foot and I would be fibbing to you if I said I wasn't the same way. I hate to say this, Tom, but when it comes to BONDI some folks that I knew in Florida, that knew her personally, said that she's not the conservative that she portrays herself to be. And she's a great talker. She's a great community cater of those values, but when it comes to action, she's either very slow or you know, she just drags her feet on things. But I never expected such a way when it comes to people like Cash Betel and especially Dan Bongino. I mean, they look like tweedled the and tweedled dumb the other day and that interview where they were both saying, oh no, he killed himself. We know, we saw the evidence, and I know a suicide when I see it, and that's what it. They look so robotic and like, I really don't want to say this, but I have to because the big bad cabal is bigger than we thought and we're a little scared. That's what it looked like to me. Well, that's exactly the conversation that we had at breakfast in the Caldell household and the same conversations being had at the feed store here locally. Everybody feels exactly like you do. Oh my gosh, this is just crazy. I see. We have to One problem that I've had with our side ever since I was in high school is that we have the right values, we have the right principles, we have the pathway to victory, both spiritually and naturally. But we softsh you so often rather than telling the other side screw you. We're going ahead, full steam ahead and doing what we know is right and God backing us up. But so often we would half assed or not at all or hetchy sketchy, and then we get these mish massive results. You know, maybe the economy will turn around, then the Democrats can push things back, and every time the Democrats come back, they're seven times worse. And you know what that means scripturally. Well, the problem was started by Zelensky's nation, and you end up, of course NATO, as they provoked Russia for many years, and so Russia is pounding them and will not stop until NATO stops their bull capitalist with a hit. We'll get into more details about that, as we have in the past, but right now let's get back to our guest. His name is Tom called Well. He's one of the innocent j sixers who suffered needlessly at the hands of leftist pigs in the federal government and of course black robes gone wild Judges. Welcome back to time and so glad. To have you. Thanks so much. Ron. Yes, sir, you know, one of the things that we honor veterans like you for is protecting us. You protected this nation, whether it's internationally abroad. Now some military personnel or are being allowed to protect US at our southern border. And I've always thought that our military should be at our southern border. By the way, Now, to me, it's an insult against our military when you have black Robe gone wild judges blocking the Trump administration from stopping foreign students at universities like Harvard. Now, on the surface, you might say, well, they're just students, what's the problem. Well, here's the thing. There are more Chinese male Chinese students in the United States of America of military age, and they're here for very nefarious reasons. Many of them have been you know, tracked and followed, and yet they're more of them than there are Marine Corps you know, active Marine Corps members. And what you know, what comes to mind to you as a military man, knowing what you and your brethren and sisters too in the military went through to protect this nation and they still go through to this. Very second, don't you? In my opinion as one who never joined the military but always honored it. To me, it's an insult to you, guys, what say you? It truly is. And when you're specifically talking about the Chinese you're in my wheel house, or people who haven't listened to your program as often as they should. I've done more than twenty years working in the China problem at very high levels of classified information for our country, and this has always been part of the Chinese plan. Their extensive spy network is just almost unbelievable. We're seeing just a little bit of that with some of them betting down Democrat representatives in Congress and so on. They're embedded in all of these colleges and so forth. It's worked for the Chinese, it's worked for the Russians for a long time. And now other bad actors either're you know, in the Muslim countries or wherever, are saying, hey, what's good for them is good for us too. So they've got their special folks in here, and they're only working to undermine everything. As you said, our military has stood on the wall to protect this country about in the old golden days. We call this a fifth column, in other words, an internal threat, an existential, if I can use an overused term, an existential threat to our republic and our way of life. And it's it's growing by leaps and bounds in these liberal college pe tree dishes. Harvard in particular has been a hotbed of anti American, anti democratic thought for a long long time, to the point where even in the nineteen forties and the writings of people who who grew up with Marx and Tolstoy and people like that, they called Harvard Moscow on the Hudson. That's how deep the communist thought process was ingrained. And now through generations, you've got it throughout the the faculty, and just about everybody is soociated there. It is a problem. But you know, I saw evidence of how badly the military was considered by the people running our country during these j six trials. And if I can just use my personal experience on that, I mean, they never missed an opportunity, they being the DOJA prosecutors, to denigrate the military service of the people that they were prosecuting, referring to it as the only way that they could have gotten out of dog puts, you know, relating that to you know, some backwoods village up in Appalachia. The only way that you could get out of that was join the military. And why would anybody want to do that? Why would anybody want to go risk their lives overseas. It was so stupid it got to the point where, and this is true backed up by the trial transcripts. When the FBI rated our farm, they tore off from the wall Adsden flag. Your listeners will understand. The Gadsden flag is that famous don't tread on Me with the snake, actually started and designed by a gentleman named Gadsden out of Charleston, South Carolina. It went on to be the very first ensign for the United States Navy, the colonial Navy in those days. And so it has a warm, so warm little place in my heart, being an ex Navy guy. But they pore that off the wall. They brought it to trial, they made it an exhibit, and they held it up and shook it in front of the jurors and said, this is evidence that Caldwell is a terrorist and he's anti government. He must be locked away because I had a sacred flag from the birth of our country, a flag whose image, by the way, is available as an automobile license plate in ten separate states. In these fifty states, that shows you the depths of their distaste, their disdain, their hatred for military. It is just beyond the po and don't think for a minute that that didn't get folded into the idea of getting rotc off those campuses in the Ivy League schools and so many other schools. It's not just it's not just that they wanted them gone. They wanted to make a show of throwing them out and making the students who wanted to go there and get an education feel unwelcome, and it happened that way. So the way they feel about the military purveades everything and the people wearing the black robes. Just to bring it back around the way, they really went after former military and active military that were being prosecuted in this J six hoax, and it was very hurtful to see this. You have to just do what you have to do in the military, which is you grind your teeth, you buy down on the mouthpiece, and you take it. But there is a growing portion of the population of this country, thankfully that's getting more vocal in their support for the military. But to allow our country to be torn apart from the inside by having land adjacent to US military fascilities sold to the PRC, the People's Republic of China, where a lot of these military age and trained Chinese nationals are taken up residents and doing work, whatever kind of work they're doing in those windowless buildings. It's just mind boggling. It is a threat that needs to be addressed, and it looks like nobody is doing anything about it. But people like you and I and many people in the Heartland understand what's going on, and we're upset about it, and we're worried. Rightfully. So one thing we only have a couple of minutes, But one thing that came to mind when you were talking was how the enemy and the enemies of our nation they gravitate towards the most symbolic elements of our society that represent our greatness. As I've pointed out many times on this show, the Ivy League schools were all founded by Christians or Christian organizations, like you know minister John Harvard, who Harvard University was named after King's College, which of course became Columbia once they understood the meaning behind and why they named it King College in the King's College the in the beginning. But they. Did that not only in our universities, but they gravitated towards our most powerful Christian denominations. They turned the Episcopalian into a homosexual loving CC camp. They invaded and destroyed from within the greatest manufacturing center in the world between Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, and the textile industries of the Carolinas and you name it. Centers of greatness, cities of greatness, churches or denominations of greatness. They went straight at them, which shows proofs correct what I've been saying for years that as great as we are, we have been weak where we should be most strong. Governor Josh Green of Hawaii, he signed into law the nation's first ever lodging tax to get tours to pay their share of the impacts of climate change. State officials and environmentalist wacos taut at the first of its kind, Green fee as landmark legislation that other states can model for building disaster resiliency. No, it's not. It's a bunch of bull capitalists with a hit to line the pockets of politicians. It's important so people see that where we have shoreline erosion near hotels, we're able to protect these incredible assets. Green said, what a liar, What a fricking liar. He goes on to say, where we have people being displaced, we're able to help them. Well, why didn't you help the people that were burned out of their homes in your state, sir? And why was it after you burned the people out or allowed them to be burned out the way they were? Were you counseling Governor Nuskum of California on how to get away with displacing people out of their homes via fire. There's some questions you need to ask, sir. You're you're a both BS artist and that's all you are. Beginning on January first, visitors staying at Hawaii hotels and short term rentals will have to pay an additional zero point seventy five percent to the existing transient accommodations tax. And I, for one can tell you it is very expensive to dine, sleep, eat, drink in Hawaii, trust me on that. And now they want a tax like that. And speaking of California, land of Nuskum, the land of fruits and nuts, school boards that control the educational levers or levers for five million, two hundred thousand American or Canadian, I'm sorry California children there are ready to pass a new grading system. Now make sure your ears are tuned up for this one. Boys and girls grading for equity. In that new system, everyone earns an A. That's right, whether they perform the work or not, you get an A. This is retarded. You see. The thing is, once you eradicate proper standards, testing and discipline in schools, you prepare students for lives of mediocrity at best, indolence, stupidity, illiteracy, no critical thinking that prepares our civilization to dive into stupidity. Well, a lot of our society is already there, to drowning in stupidity. There's a bunch of stupidity likes all over America. And of course poverty and failure. You saw that, especially poverty and failure firmly exhibited in the black community. And that's where all this started. By the way, community was moving ahead at a faster pace towards economic solvency and success than any other group in America in the nineteen fifties. And they dealt with racism and all that bad stuff, but because they had their heads correct on their shoulders, and they were thinkers and overcomers, believers, and a larger percent of percentage of black families were intact than any other group in America. But every group in America had great levels of family. But what I'm saying that the Blacks were ahead of everyone, but the Democrats made sure. And Lyndon Baines Johnson said that he said, yeah, you Niggers can come to the political table, but you're going to lose your economics. And he did say the in word. See when I give a quote, I give a quote, I'm not a PC guy. If you said that word and I say you said it, it's because you did say it, and it's in writing and everything. And then of course the black ones were saying, I don't need no man. You ain't nothing, You ain't nutting in me. You know when the liberal white man went to the black female and said, hey, get that guy out of your house, your husband. Most of them had jobs, These were working men, and the female said, you know what, We'd rather have a government stipend than the man in the house. Ain't no man got to tell me nothing what to do. And they talked like that too, nothing what to do. So here we are, the most intact community in America became the most tattered because of the meddling and the encroachment of leftists. And the same thing happened to the Hawaiians. I'm looking at the picture of them around their stupid governor in Hawaii. And if he's stupid, you know what the people surrounding him, the Hawaiians are, They're basically retarded. And it goes on and on and on. You've got Pritzker in Illinois. What a what a what a big fat gumball he is he's rolling about destroying that the land of Lincoln. And then you got that drip the mayor of Chicago, Brandon Brandon Johnson doing exactly what was done in South Africa. I'm just giving the all positions to black people. That's what I'm doing. I gave this position to a black female, another one to a black woman, another one oops. One black male got a position, yes, but the majority of them, to the black feel it's exactly what they did in South Africa. And look what happened to South Africa. And it goes on and on and on. These people are here, whether they're black ones or white ones or whatever, they're destroying the country overall. They want to get rid of Americanism, Christianity, and all of the stabilizing factors of this great society, this great Republic, rather so that they can go to Nutsville and be in your face, do whatever the hell they want to do, abuse you, like the people in Seattle did to those Christians who met there. By the way, those Christians were in a park they didn't want to go to. When they first applied, they applied for another park that was not in that area because they knew that that specific area of Seattle was very liberal, I'm sorry, very leftist, and they said, are you sure we should go there instead of the park we applied for, and the mayor insisted that they go there. And he's publicly blaming the Christians for the problems simply because they showed up, which means they don't believe you have a writer, as a Christian or a conservative to even express yourself your existence mm hmm.
