But in the meantime, in between times, boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, ladies and gentlemen, it seems that you know, these rogue judges, they're becoming less tolerable by the day. The Supreme Court, I think they've just totally gone rogue. With the exception of Alito and Clarence Thomas, the rest of it had just gone to a nutsville Not only did they foolishly, in my humble opinion, tell a young lad that you don't have the right to wear a T shirt that says there are two genders. His middle school told him to take it off. You cannot wear such a thing in our school. How dare you mention that there are just two genders, male and female. Oh, the horror of it all. I used to be that's what we were taught in American schools. Boy girl, girl, boy, and that was it. Now if you wear something like that, you can get in big heap of trouble, and the Supreme Court would not even hear the case, leaving the boy hanging. What a despicable a thing. It's a big stain on our country. But it's part of the overall effort of the left, whether it's from that direction, whether it's from education, liberal preachers like Joel ostein fake spiritual leaders. It doesn't matter, name any subject, matter, name any concern. And they are mostly headed up by leftists who are collectively leading America towards destruction. They forget that the American people spoke with a big roar in twenty twenty four, delivering President Trump a mandate to unleash his America First agenda, but a giant cabal of rogue black robes gone wild judges intoxicated by their own power. By the way, speaking of power, the judges, you know, the juititiar Aya is supposed to be the weakest of the three major branches of government. They continue to defy the nation's will. These unelected black robes gone wild tyrants appointed by Democrats and entrenched in their activist victoms, and of course some appointed by Republicans also like Amyny Coney Barrett. You know, they are kind of in their activist victoms, waging a judiciary jiha to sabotage not only Trump's presidency but America's Republican heritage, and I mean republic as founded by the founding fathers. They are okay with blocking deportations of illegal border crosser gang members, divorcing taxpayers to fund globalist NGOs. These judges are not interpreting the law, they are rewriting it to thwart the executive branch. Now why am of the opinion that since they are not even doing their jobs correctly, that means they are out of bounds. They're not operating according to the written law and the Constitution. It would seem that to me, the president is then obligated by the written law that states his responsibilities that no matter what the judiciary you know type, tries to say, he should go ahead and exercise his right as president as long as he's doing the right thing according to our constitution. That in my humble opinion, over rules black robes gone wild. Judges who are ruling on behalf of people like George Sorels in every other evil entity that you can think of, they believe they can rule from the bench, but are gravely mistaken, and I think it's a grave mistake for the president to go along. He's not going along with it willingly, but to be willing to say, Okay, well, we've got to wait until we can get a better ruling on our behalf. No, if they're ruling against something that is legal and written in law, they're the ones who are out to lunch, and I think that the president is obligated to go ahead and tell them where to go, you know, where to stuff their robes, and go ahead and do what he's supposed to do. Judges have no authority to administer the executive branch, and their overreach will crash against the unbreakable result of President Trump and the American people. I say that with a whole boatload of hope and belief that that will be the case. Those radical rogues are not neutral arbiters at all. They're artisan warriors, weaponizing their gabbles to preserve the rotting corpse of Uncle Joe Biden's failed policies, along with the policies of many. You came before, long before Uncle Joe Ali, Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton. I mean the whole gang, going all the way back to the people that Senator McCarthy was going after. Take Judge Emir Ali, a prime example of judicial hubris. Ali had the audacity to order the Trump administration to funnel two billion dollars to NGOs that bankrolled liberal or leftist programs abroad with American tax dollars. This was not justice at all. It was theft, a blatant attempt to subvert President Trump's foreign policy and force taxpayers meaning you and I, to fund globalist schemes. Ali didn't even have jurisdiction. The case belonged to the United States Court of Federal Claims, not his little court room. Yet he ceased power, acting as if he, not President Trump, were commander in chief. This is not the law. It is tyranny, and in my humble opinion, should be ignored by the President. The assault does not stop there, my friends, Uncle Joe appointed judge Brian Murphy blocked President Trump from fast tracking deportations of suspected gang members to countries like Al Salvador. Another judge in South Texas halted the deportation of Venezuelan gang members, citing a warped reading of the Alien Enemies Act. In California, Judge Jennifer Thurston barred border patrol from arresting suspected illegals without warrants, crippling enforcement. These rulings are not about legal news wants. They're about protecting criminals and he illegals over American citizens. These judges are spitting, I mean hawking it up thick and spitting in the face of Trump's mandate to secure the border and deport those who threaten our safety and our security and our exceptional nation way of life. That is why I continue to say over and over again, and it will continue to say until President Trump says screw you to those judges and goes ahead and does what he is legally mandated to do, and I would go ahead and do it. There is no legal standing for these judges to be upheld. You've got representatives Jim Jordan and Brian Mast They've sounded the alarm. I mean, Jim Jordan is great at talking. I mean he's been running his mouth motormouth for year saying all the right things, and his words do burn with truth. Those rogue judges are out to stop Trump's America First agenda. That's the plain truth, my friends. That means they're actually out to stop you. That's the bottom line here. Well back to what I was talking about before the break, I was discussing about how these black robes gone wild are really getting on my nerves. To be honest with you, they are pain in the backside and a pain to America. I mentioned how Jim Jordan and Brian mast have sounded the alarm and House Republicans are on the warpath and they should be. It's about time. Even Fox News reported that they are crafting a battle plan to crush the judicial overreach. They're not just talking for once, believe it or not, my friends, They're acting. Republicans are actually acting. Lord have mercy. Legislation is in motion to limit the scope of these black robes gone well judge rulings and restore power to the elected executive. Now. The Daily Caller pointed out that Congress has the tools to stop these judges without resorting to impeachment. Now they can redefine jurisdiction curb nationwide injunctions, and cut the purse strings of courts that defy the Constitution. This is not a suggestion, it is necessary, and it should have been done three weeks ago. Actually should have been done. I guess a couple of days after Trump first took office because the black Robes gone wild started to in on trying to mess things up right away. The American people did not vote for judges to run the country. That is not their position, that is not their job. Yeah, the last time I checked, we voted for President Trump. Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. In the great Senators State of Tennessee, very beautiful place, by the way, Senator Marsha Blackburn, she's usually quite fierce criticizing these out of control leftist judges for obstructing Trump's agenda. She's not mistaken either. Those blackbe gone wild judges operate as a fifth column, masquerading as defenders of justice while promoting a radical leftist agenda. They're not upholding the law, but advocating for open borders, globalism, and unaccountable bureaucracy. Senator Blackburn's call to reign them in is a rallying cry for every patriot who prioritizes the rule of law over the rule of robes. And I will say again that while all this is going on, the president should publicly tell the black robes Gone wild judges, screw you, and I'm going ahead and doing what is constitutionally mandated for me to do, and do like Reagan used to do, go on and go on a broadcast with a large board with the amendments it's duties, and then say, look, this is my written duty that I'm supposed to to carry out. If I don't do the duty, if I follow what the black Robes Gone wild judges, what they want me to do, then I will be the one who's breaking the law. He needs to do that, because the judges do not have a right to do what they're doing. Excuse me, but anyway, here's the thing. The evidence. You know, there is no way to deny the evidence. It's all over the place right There are reports that Trump's administration is accumulating legal setbacks, not because his policies are unlawful, but because the judges are acting like dictators. Well, I hate to say this, but he's allowing that. There comes a point where, okay, if a bully is picking at you, and you know he's in the wrong or she's in the wrong, because there are female bullies. You don't believe me. Go to an airport in Miami or Fort Lauderdale and just hang around for a couple of days and you'll see them. But these dictators, these want to be dictators. They're the ones that are in the wrong and should be ignored. They continue to target Trump's deportation orders. And why do you think that is? Yeah, of course they're leftists, YadA YadA, YadA. They don't like Trump and they want to stop what he's doing. But there's a much deeper reason as to why this is happening. It's the same reason that Uncle Joe Biden opened up our borders and let in about twenty million illegals to add on to the thirty million that we're already here. It is about overrunning the United States of America with illegals. This is all working together to transform, to fundamentally transform the United States. Remember that statement was spoken during the Ali Obama administration. Well, they said, we're here to fundamentally transform the United States, and I'm like, back up, Congress is rising to the fight. You know, and I pray that they don't just rise but and there are doing some things, and I know that, but they can't back off. They have to be a little Craig Kray, meaning they've got to push forward. They've got to go public with this, because the only reason why these black Robe gone Wild judges are even getting away with this to the point that they have is because there are legions and legions and more legions of incurably ignorant Americans. It's not their fault. Well, after a certain point, it is their fault. But for the most part, especially as children, they were brought up by liberal leftist parents. They went to liberal and leftist schools. If they went to church, they went to liberal and leftist preachers, or in the case of Catholics, to bishops who are full of crap, two, etc. Etc. If they were Jewish, they went to liberal run synagogues. The leftists have, you know, taken over the majority of every institution of public life, learning and instruction in this country. And they've been in control for decades, beginning in earnest in nineteen sixty three, and technically before that, in colleges like Wellesley College where Hillary Clinton went to school, ah where she went from being a Goldwater girl, okay, dancing literally for Goldwater, to almost immediately in one or two semesters, becoming a communist hell bent on destroying this country. And so these people are serious, but we have to get even more serious. We have to administer strong retribution against those who have been utilizing or using their judicial authority to thwart the legal authority of the President of the United States. And then we have to take judges to task for being a part of obstructing even a little boy from recognizing publicly what is fundamentally correct, such as there are two genders, and for a school administrator to be allowed to tell the boy you you got to take that You've got to take that shirt off, turn it inside out, son, we cannot have that as if it was some kind of pornographic garbage or some socialist garbage. Shame, shame, shame. And this is very, very bad for our republic. And this is the attitude of the majority of schools or better known as indoctrination centers in our republic, and even Republicans in some locations have gone to Nuttsville. Take a load of this. In the great state of Texas. Deep in the heart of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was kicked off the House floor by the Sergeant of Arms after surviving a law fair impeachment trial two years ago. Paxton really angered the Texas Rhinos after he announced a run for US Senate as Cornan's challenger. Now, John Cornyn has been a Rhino backstabber for quite some time. Is he better than a Democrat, Yes, but he's not good enough to help in the restoration of our republic to greatness. He's one of those Bush type guys, the status quo warmongering. You know, YadA, YadA, YadA. Now, the deadline was yesterday to take up Senate bills in the Texas House, and instead of dealing with priorities, the Texas Rhinos used their time and resources to remove Ken Paxton because they don't like him. They still don't even know what led to his removal. He was just summarily kicked off the House floor. Of this by the Sergeant of Arms at the direction of Texas House Administration.
